Dieses Gerät ist zur Massage des Nackens von Erwachsenen bestimmt.
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zur Eigenanwendung im privaten Bereich, nicht für
den medizinischen oder kommerziellen Gebrauch vorgesehen und kann nicht
eine ärztliche Behandlung ersetzen. Das Gerät ist zum Gebrauch in trockenen
Innenräumen bestimmt. Es ist nicht für den Einsatz in medizinischen / therapeutischen oder in gewerblichen Bereichen vorgesehen.

Lieferumfang
Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert:

1) Entnehmen Sie alle Teile des Gerätes und die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem
Karton.
2) Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
3) Reinigen Sie alle Teile des Gerätes wie im Kapitel „Reinigen“ beschrieben.

Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden.

► Bei einer unvollständigen Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter
Verpackung oder durch Transport wenden Sie sich an die Service-Hotline
(siehe Kapitel Service).

Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.
HINWEIS
Heben Sie, wenn möglich, die Originalverpackung während der Garan-

tiezeit des Gerätes auf, um das Gerät im Garantiefall ordnungsgemäß
verpacken zu können.

Sicherheitshinweise
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
► Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte
und geerdete Netzsteckdose an. Die Netzspannung muss mit den
Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes/des Netzadapters
übereinstimmen.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel nicht nass oder
feucht wird. Führen Sie es so, dass es nicht eingeklemmt oder
beschädigt werden kann.
► Halten Sie das Netzkabel von heißen Oberfl ächen fern.
► Führen Sie keine Reparaturarbeiten am Gerät durch. Jegliche
Reparaturen müssen durch den Kundendienst oder von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
► Ziehen Sie erst den Netzadapter aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie
das Gerät reinigen.
► Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in Feuchträumen, z.B. im Badezimmer.
► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker, Netzkabel oder Netzadapter
sofort von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice
austauschen, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
► Stecken Sie keine Nadeln oder andere spitze Gegenstände in
das Gerät.

► Benutzen Sie keine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder ein separates Fern-
wirksystem, um das Gerät zu betreiben.
► Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie
von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder
mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen
benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren
Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus
resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem
Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von
Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.

► Massieren Sie keine Säuglinge, Kleinkinder, hilfl ose Personen
oder Tiere mit dem Gerät.
► Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals, wenn Sie Versetzungen oder
Schmerzen im Nacken oder der Halswirbelsäule haben.
► Brechen Sie die Behandlung mit dem Gerät sofort ab, wenn Sie
diese als unangenehm empfi nden oder Schmerzen haben.
► Das Gerät hat während des Betriebs eine heiße Oberfl äche. Per-
sonen, die gegen Hitze unempfi ndlich sind, müssen bei Gebrauch
des Geräts vorsichtig sein.
► Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht auf geschwollenen, verbrannten,
entzündeten, erkrankten oder verletzten Haut- und Körperpartien
und -regionen. Holen Sie im Zweifelsfall vor der Anwendung
ärztlichen Rat ein.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nicht mit den Fingern oder anderen
Körperteilen zwischen die rotierenden Massageköpfe geraten.
Quetschgefahr!
► Das Gerät darf nicht im Gesicht (z.B. Augen), auf dem Kehlkopf,
den Füßen oder anderen empfi ndlichen Körperpartien eingesetzt
werden.
► Decken Sie das Gerät während der Verwendung nicht ab (Kis-
sen, Decke etc.). Verwenden Sie das Gerät nie in der Nähe von
Benzin oder anderen leicht entfl ammbaren Stoff en.
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!
► Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur in Innenräumen.
► Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur mit dem mitgelieferten Netzadapter.

Was ist Shiatsu-Massage?
Die Shiatsu-Massage (shi = Finger, atsu = Druck) ist eine in Japan entwickelte
Form der Massage, die aus der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin hervorgegangen ist. Die Shiatsu-Massage beinhaltet eine entspannende und druckvolle
Massage mit Fingern, Daumen oder Handfl ächen. Dieses Massagegerät ahmt
die Bewegungen der Shiatsu-Massage mit Hilfe der rotierenden Massageköpfe 1
nach.
Bedienen
Umlegen
1) Legen Sie sich das Gerät um den Hals, so dass die Massageköpfe 1 seitlich
der Halswirbelsäule liegen. Sie können zum Ausrichten die Handschlaufen 3
verwenden.
2) Fixieren Sie das Gerät, indem Sie den Klettverschluss 2 übereinander legen.
Anschließen
1) Verbinden Sie den Verbindungsstecker 0 am Netzadapter 9 mit der
Buchse 4 am Gerät.
2) Stecken Sie den Netzadapter 9 in eine Netzsteckdose.
Benutzen
Legen Sie sich für die Massage am Besten hin und entspannen Sie sich. Sorgen
Sie für eine entspannende Atmosphäre. Dimmen Sie zum Beispiel das Licht ein
wenig.

HINWEIS
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Massage als angenehm und entspannend

empfi nden. Variieren Sie ggf. den Druck und /oder Ihre Position. Brechen
Sie die Massage sofort ab, wenn sie schmerzhaft oder unangenehm ist.
HINWEISE
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht länger als 15 Minuten. Eine längere Massa-
►
ge kann durch die Überstimulation der Muskeln zu Verspannungen führen.
Sie können zwischen 3 Massage-Funktionen wählen:
– Shiatsu-Massage mit den Massageköpfen 1 (schnell und langsam)
– Vibrationsmassage
– Wärme (die Massageköpfe 1 leuchten und erwärmen sich)
Sie können die verschiedenen Massage-Funktionen miteinander kombinieren
oder einzeln verwenden:

■ Drücken Sie die Taste „Ein/Aus“ 5. Die Massageköpfe 1 beginnen mit
der langsamen Massage.
■ Drücken Sie die Taste „Massage“ 6, um die Massagegeschwindigkeit
zu erhöhen. Drücken Sie die Taste „Massage“
Massageköpfe 1 zu stoppen.
■ Drücken Sie die Taste „Wärme“ 7, um die Wärme hinzuzuschalten. Die
Taste „Wärme“
einmal, um die Wärme-Funktion wieder abzuschalten. Die Beleuchtung der

■ Drücken Sie die Taste „Vibration“ 8, um die Vibration einzuschalten.
Drücken Sie die Taste „Vibration“ 8 noch einmal, um die Funktion „Vibration“ wieder auszuschalten.
HINWEIS
Das Gerät schaltet sich nach 15 Minuten automatisch aus.
►
■ Wenn Sie die Massage vor Ablauf der 15 Minuten beenden wollen und das
Gerät ausschalten möchten, drücken Sie die Taste „Ein/Aus“
Nach der Massage
1) Ziehen Sie den Verbindungsstecker 0 aus der Buchse 4.
2) Lösen Sie den Klettverschluss 2 und nehmen Sie das Gerät ab.
3) Ziehen Sie den Netzadapter 9 aus der Netzsteckdose.

Flüssigkeiten tauchen!
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!
Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel oder Lösemittel. Diese

könnten die Oberfl äche beschädigen.
HINWEIS
Der Reißverschluss am Gerät darf nicht geöff net werden, da er nur aus
►
produktionstechnischen Gründen vorhanden ist.

1) Wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Geben Sie gegebenenfalls ein wenig Feinwaschmittel auf das Tuch.
2) Wischen Sie den Netzadapter 9 mit einem feuchten Tuch ab.
3) Lassen Sie vor einer erneuten Benutzung alle Teile gut trocknen.
Aufbewahren
■ Reinigen Sie das Gerät wie im Kapitel „Reinigen“ beschrieben.
■ Verstauen Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und staubfreien Ort.

1) Sortez toutes les pièces de l’appareil et le mode d’emploi du carton.
2) Retirez tous les matériaux d’emballage.

Recyclage de l’emballage
L’emballage protège l’appareil de tous dommages éventuels au cours du transport.
Les matériaux d’emballage ont été sélectionnés selon des critères de respect de
l’environnement et de recyclage, de sorte qu’ils peuvent être recyclés.
Le retour de l’emballage dans le cycle des matériaux permet d’économiser les
matières premières et réduit la formation de déchets. Recyclez les matériaux
d’emballage qui ne sont plus utilisés en conformité avec les règles locales en
vigueur.

► Dans la mesure du possible, conservez l'emballage d'origine pendant la
période sous garantie pour pouvoir emballer et expédier l'appareil en

► Branchez l'appareil exclusivement à une prise de courant secteur
installée et mise à la terre en bonne et due forme. La tension

humide lors de l'exploitation de l'appareil. Acheminez-le de telle

► Evitez d'utiliser l'appareil sur des zones corporelles et cutanées

Qu’est-ce qu’un massage shiatsu ?
Le massage shiatsu (shi = doigt, atsu = pression) est une forme de massage
mise au point au Japon issue de la médecine chinoise traditionnelle. Le massage
shiatsu consiste à masser en exerçant une pression avec les doigts, les pouces
ou les paumes afi n de détendre la personne qui reçoit le massage. Cet appareil
de massage imite les mouvements du massage shiatsu à l’aide des têtes de
message 1 rotatives.
Opération
Mise en place
1) Placez l’appareil autour du cou afi n que les têtes de massage 1 reposent
sur le côté de la colonne vertébrale cervicale. Vous pouvez vous servir des
boucles 3 pour mieux l’orienter.
2) Fixez l’appareil en plaçant les bandes velcro 2 les unes sur les autres.
Raccordement
1) Insérez le connecteur 0 de l’adaptateur secteur 9 dans la douille 4 de
l’appareil.
2) Insérez l’adaptateur secteur 9 dans une prise secteur.
Utilisation
Nous vous recommandons de vous allonger pour profi ter du massage et vous
détendre. Créez une atmosphère détendue, en baissant par exemple quelque
peu la lumière.

REMARQUE
Veillez à ce que le massage soit agréable et relaxant. N'hésitez pas à

varier la pression/ou votre position. Arrêtez tout de suite le massage dès
que vous le trouvez douloureux ou désagréable.
REMARQUES
N'utilisez pas l'appareil pendant plus de 15 minutes. Tout massage qui dure
►
plus longtemps peut entraîner une stimulation excessive des muscles et des
tensions.
Vous pouvez choisir entre 3 fonctions de massage :
– Massage shiatsu avec les têtes de massage 1 (rapide et lent)
– Massage de vibration
– Chaleur (les têtes de massage 1 s’allument et chauff ent)
Vous pouvez combiner entre elles les diff érentes fonctions de massage ou les
utiliser séparément :

■ Appuyez sur le bouton «Marche/Arrêt» 5. Les têtes de massage 1
commencent à eff ectuer un massage lent.

■ Appuyez sur le bouton «Massage» 6, pour accroître la vitesse de
massage. Appuyez encore une fois sur le bouton «Massage»
arrêter les têtes de massage 1.
■ Appuyez sur le bouton «Chaleur» 7, pour ajouter la chaleur. Le bouton
«Chaleur»
pour désactiver la fonction Chaleur. L’éclairage du bouton «Chaleur»
s’éteint.
■ Appuyez sur le bouton «Vibration» 8, pour activer la vibration. Appuyez
à nouveau sur le bouton «Vibration» 8 pour désactiver à nouveau la
fonction «Vibration».
REMARQUE
L'appareil s'éteint automatiquement après 15 minutes.

■ Si vous souhaitez mettre fi n au massage avant que les 15 minutes ne soient
écoulées et souhaitez éteindre l’appareil, appuyez sur le bouton «Marche/
Arrêt» 5.
Après le massage
1) Retirez le connecteur 0 de la douille 4.
2) Détachez la bande Velcro 2 et retirez l’appareil.
3) Retirez l’adaptateur secteur 9 de la prise secteur.

1) Essuyez l’appareil avec un chiff on humide. Le cas échéant, mettez un peu de
lessive sur le chiff on.
2) Essuyez l’adaptateur secteur 9 à l’aide d’un chiff on humide.
3) Laissez bien sécher toutes les pièces avant de l’utiliser à nouveau.

Smaltimento della confezione

Che cosa è un massaggio Shiatsu?
Il massaggio Shiatsu (shi = dito, atsu = pressione) è una forma di massaggio
nata in Giappone, derivante dalla medicina tradizionale cinese. Il massaggio
Shiatsu comprende un massaggio rilassante e comprimente che si ottiene con
le dita, i pollici o i palmi delle mani. Questo apparecchio imita i movimenti del
massaggio Shiatsu con l'ausilio delle testine rotanti 1.
Funzionamento
Preparazione
1) Collocare l'apparecchio sul collo, posizionando le testine 1 lateralmente
rispetto alla spina dorsale. Per orientare l'apparecchio è possibile usare
l'occhiello 3.
2) Fissare l'apparecchio sovrapponendo la chiusura velcro 2.
Collegamento
1) Connettere la spina 0 all'adattatore di rete 9 con l'ingresso 4 dell'appa-
recchio.
2) Inserire l'adattatore di rete 9 in una presa di rete.
Uso
Per eseguire il massaggio, è consigliabile stendersi e rilassarsi. Provvedere a
un'atmosfera rilassante. Ad esempio abbassare le luci.

Assicurarsi che il massaggio risulti rilassante e piacevole. Eventualmente

veiligheid, gebruik en afvoeren. Maak uzelf voorafgaand aan het gebruik van
het product vertrouwd met alle bedienings- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Gebruik
het product uitsluitend op de voorgeschreven wijze en voor de aangegeven

Inhoud van het pakket
Het apparaat wordt standaard met volgende componenten geleverd:

1) Haal alle delen van het apparaat en de gebruiksaanwijzing uit de doos.
2) Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal.
3) Reinig alle delen van het apparaat zoals beschreven in het hoofdstuk
"Reinigen".

Controleer of de levering compleet is en of er sprake is van zichtbare

schade.
► In geval de levering niet compleet is of indien er sprake is van schade door
gebrekkige verpakking of door transport, neemt u contact op met de
Service-Hotline (zie hoofdstuk Service).
De verpakking afvoeren
De verpakking beschermt het apparaat tegen transportschade. De verpakkingsmaterialen zijn niet schadelijk voor het milieu en gekozen uit afvoertechnische
aspecten en daarom recyclebaar.
Het terugvoeren van de verpakking in de materiaalkringloop is een besparing
op grondstoff en en reduceert het ontstaan van afval. Voer verpakkingsmaterialen
die niet meer worden gebruikt af conform de plaatselijke geldende voorschriften.

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
GEVAAR VOOR ELEKTRISCHE SCHOK
► Sluit het apparaat uitsluitend aan op een volgens de voorschriften
geïnstalleerd en geaard stopcontact. De netspanning moet overeenstemmen met de gegevens op het kenplaatje van het apparaat.
► Let erop, dat het netsnoer tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat
niet nat of vochtig wordt. Leid het snoer zodanig dat het niet
bekneld of beschadigd kan raken.
► Houd het netsnoer uit de buurt van hete oppervlakken.
► Geen reparatiewerkzaamheden aan het apparaat uitvoeren. Alle
reparaties moeten worden uitgevoerd door de klantenservice of
door gekwalifi ceerd vakkundige personeel.
► Voordat u het apparaat reinigt, haalt u altijd eerst de stekker uit
het stopcontact.
► Gebruik het apparaat niet in vochtige ruimtes, bijv. in de badkamer.
► Laat beschadigde stekkers en netsnoeren onmiddellijk door
geautoriseerd en vakkundig personeel, of door de klantenservice
vervangen, om risico's te voorkomen.
► Steek geen naalden of andere puntige voorwerpen in het apparaat.

► Stop meteen met de behandeling met het apparaat mocht dit niet
aangenaam zijn of pijn veroorzaken.

ongevoelig zijn voor hitte moeten bij gebruik van het apparaat

Wat is Shiatsu-massage?
De Shiatsu-massage (shi = vinger, atsu = druk) is een in Japan ontwikkelde vorm
van massage die is voorgekomen uit de traditionele Chinese geneeskunst. De
Shiatsu-massage houdt een ontspannende en drukvolle massage in met vingers,
duimen of handpalmen. Dit massage-apparaat bootst de bewegingen van de
Shiatsu-massage na met behulp van roterende massagekoppen 1.

De ritssluiting op het apparaat mag niet worden geopend, aangezien deze

Disposal of the packaging
The packaging protects the appliance from transport damage. The packaging
materials are selected from the point of view of their environmental friendliness
and disposal technology and are therefore recyclable.
The recirculation of packaging into the material circuit saves on raw material and
reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is
no longer needed as per the regionally established regulations.

If possible, preserve the appliance's original packaging during the warranty

mains power sockets. Ensure that the rating of the local power
supply tallies completely with the details given on the rating plate
of the appliance.
► Ensure that the power cable cannot become wet or damp while

► Do not perform any repairs on the appliance. All repairs must be

What is Shiatsu massage?
Shiatsu (shi = fi nger, atsu = pressure) is a form of massage developed in Japan,
which itself emerged from traditional Chinese medicine. Shiatsu massage consists
of a relaxing and powerful massage with fi ngers, thumbs or palms. This massager
mimics the movements of shiatsu massage with the help of rotating massage
heads 1.
Operation
Fitting
1) Place the appliance around your neck so that the massage heads 1 lie on
the sides of the neck. You can use the hand loops 3 to align it.
2) Secure the appliance in that the hook and loop fasteners 2 lie one above
the other.
Connection
1) Connect the connection plug 0 on the mains adapter 9 with the socket 4
on the appliance.
2) Connect the mains adapter 9 into a mains power socket.
In use
Preferably, lie back for the massage and relax. Provide for a relaxing atmosphere.
For example, dim the lights a little.

Ensure that you experience the massage as comfortable and relaxing.

If needs be, vary the pressure and/or your position. Stop the massage
immediately if it is painful or uncomfortable.
INFORMATION
Never use the appliance for more than 15 minutes. A longer massage

may lead to tension caused by overstimulation of the muscles.
You can select between 3 massage functions:
– Shiatsu massage with the massage heads 1 (fast and slow)
– Vibration massage
– Warmth (the massage heads 1 glow and warm themselves)
You can combine various massage functions with each other or use them individually:

■ Press the "On / Off " button 5. The massage heads 1 begin with the
slow massage.
■ Press the button "Massage" 6 to increase the massage speed. Press
the button "Massage"
■ Press the “Warmth” button 7 to switch the warmth on. The “Warmth”
button
switch the warmth function off . The “Warmth” button
illuminated.
■ Press the button "Vibration" 8 to switch the vibration on. Press the button
"Vibration" 8 once again to switch the function "Vibration" off .

1) Disconnect the connection plug 0 from the socket 4.
2) Undo the hook and loop fastening 2 and remove the appliance.
3) Disconnect the mains adapter 9 from the mains power socket.
Cleaning

Before you clean the appliance, always disconnect the mains adapter 9

1) Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, add a little mild detergent
onto the cloth.
2) Wipe the mains adapter 9 off with a damp cloth.
3) Let all parts dry thoroughly before re-use.

■ Clean the appliance as described in the chapter "Cleaning".
■ Store the appliance at a clean and dry location.

You receive a 3-year warranty for this appliance as of the purchase date. This appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,
please make contact by telephone with our Service department. Only in this way
can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.

This product is for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial use.
The warranty becomes void in the event of abusive and improper handling, use
of force and modifi cations not carried out by our authorised Service Centre.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty.
