Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance.
You have clearly decided in favour of a quality product. These operating instruc-
tions are a part of this product. They contain important information in regard to
safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with all of
these operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and
only for the specified areas of application. Retain these instructions for future
reference. In addition, pass these documents on, together with the product, to
any future owner.

Intended use
This appliance is intended for massaging the neck and shoulders of people.
This appliance is intended solely for personal use in the domestic sector, it is not
to be used for medical or commercial applications and may not substitute for
medical treatment. The appliance is designed for use in dry indoor rooms. It is
not intended for use in the medical/therapeutic or commercial fields.

1) Remove all parts of the appliance and the operating instructions from the
carton.
2) Remove all packaging material.
3) Clean all parts of the appliance as described in the section "Cleaning".
NOTICE
► Check the contents to ensure that everything is present and for signs of
visible damage.
► If the delivery is not complete or something is damaged due to defective
packaging or through transportation contact the Service Hotline (see
chapter Service).
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging protects the appliance from transport damage. The packaging
materials are selected from the point of view of their environmental friendliness
and disposal technology and are therefore recyclable.
The recirculation of packaging into the material circuit saves on raw material and
reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is
no longer needed as per the regionally established regulations.
NOTICE
► If possible, preserve the appliance's original packaging during the warranty
period so that, in the event of a warranty claim, you can package the appliance appropriately for its return.

► Operate the appliance only with the supplied power adapter

► Connect the appliance only to correctly installed and
earthed mains power sockets. Ensure that the rating of the
local power supply tallies completely with the details given
on the rating plate of the appliance.
► Ensure that the power cable cannot become wet or damp
while the appliance is in operation. Place it such that it cannot
be crushed or damaged.
► Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.
► Do not perform any repairs on the appliance. All repairs must
be performed by our Customer Services or by qualified
personnel.
► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before
you clean the appliance.
► Do not use the appliance in damp areas, such as in the bath-
room.
► To avoid risks, arrange for defective plugs and/or cables to
be replaced at once by qualified technicians or our Customer
Service Department.
► Do not insert needles or other sharp objects into the appliance.

► Do not use an external timing switch or a separate remote
control system to operate the appliance.
► This appliance may be used by children aged 8 over and by
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are
under supervision or have been told how to use of the appliance safely and are aware of the potential risks. Children
must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance tasks must not be carried out by children unless they
are supervised.
► Do not massage infants, young children, helpless persons or
animals with the appliance.
► NEVER use the appliance if you have injuries or pain in the
neck or cervical spine.
► Stop treatment with the appliance IMMEDIATELY if you feel
it to be uncomfortable or painful.
► During use the appliance has a hot surface. Individuals who
are insensitive to heat must take care when using the appliance.
► Do not use the appliance on swollen, burnt, inflamed, diseased
or injured regions of the skin and body areas. If in doubt,
obtain medical advice before using the appliance.
► Ensure that your fingers or other body parts do not come
between the rotating massage heads. Risk of crush injuries!

What is Shiatsu massage?
Shiatsu (shi = finger, atsu = pressure) is a form of massage developed in Japan,
which itself emerged from traditional Chinese medicine. Shiatsu massage consists
of a relaxing and powerful massage with fingers, thumbs or palms. This massager
mimics the movements of shiatsu massage with the help of rotating massage
heads .

Fitting
In use
1) Place the appliance around your neck so that the massage heads lie on
the sides of the neck. You can use the hand loops to align it.
The control panel with the buttons must be on your right.
Preferably, lie back for the massage and relax. Provide for a relaxing atmosphere.
For example, dim the lights a little.
NOTICE
► Ensure that you experience the massage as comfortable and relaxing.
If needs be, vary the pressure and/or your position. Stop the massage
immediately if it is painful or uncomfortable.
NOTICE
► Never use the appliance for more than 15 minutes. A longer massage
may lead to tension caused by overstimulation of the muscles.
You can select between 2 functions:
– Shiatsu massage with the massage heads (fast and slow)
– Warmth (2 of the massage heads illuminate and warm up)
You can combine various massage functions with each other or use them individually:

3) Disconnect the mains adapter from the mains power socket.

■ Switch off the appliance and then pull the mains adapter out of the socket.
■ Completely open the zip on the removable cover to take the removable
cover off the appliance.
■ Note the following washing instructions when you wash the removable cover
in the washing machine:

Cleaning the appliance

► UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you immerse the appliance in
water or other liquids during cleaning!
WARNING - PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Do not use any aggressive cleaning liquids or solvents. They could damage
the surface.
NOTICE
► The zipper on the appliance must not be opened, because it is fitted only
for production-technical reasons.
1) Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, add a little mild detergent
onto the cloth.
2) Wipe the mains adapter off with a damp cloth.
3) Let all parts dry thoroughly before re-use.

■ Clean the appliance as described in the chapter "Cleaning".
■ Store the appliance at a clean and dry location.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product
has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are
not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your
original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase
of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion

batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or
improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product
regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that
are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be
avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The
warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force
and modifications/repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised

► U slučaju nepotpune isporuke ili štete uzrokovane nedostatnim pakiranjem,

Zbrinjavanje ambalaže
Ambalaža štiti uređaj od transportnih oštećenja. Materijali pakiranja su izabrani
prema ekološkim aspektima i aspektima zbrinjavanja i stoga mogu biti reciklirani.
Povrat ambalaže u kružni tok materijala štedi sirovine te smanjuje nakupljanje

► Uređaj koristite isključivo s isporučenim mrežnim adapterom
YJS010A-1201000G.
► Uređaj priključite isključivo na propisno instaliranu i uzemljenu
mrežnu utičnicu. Mrežni napon mora odgovarati podacima
na tipskoj pločici uređaja/mrežnog adaptera.
► Obratite pažnju na to, da za vrijeme rada mrežni kabel ne
bude mokar ili vlažan. Kabel postavite tako da se ne može
ukliještiti ili oštetiti.

Što je shiatsu masaža?
Shiatsu masaža (shi = prst, atsu = pritisak) je u Japanu razvijen oblik masaže koji
potječe iz tradicionalne kineske medicine. Shiatsu masaža sastoji se od masaže
opuštanjem i pritiskanjem prstima, palcima ili dlanovima. Ovaj uređaj za masažu
oponaša pokrete shiatsu masaže pomoću rotirajućih glava za masažu .

1) Priključite utikač na mrežnom adapteru u utičnici na uređaju.
2) Utaknite mrežni adapter u mrežnu utičnicu.

Postavljanje
1) Postavite uređaj oko vrata, tako da masažne glave stoje bočno na vratnoj
kralježnici. Za poravnanje možete koristiti omče za ruke .
Polje s tipkama mora se nalaziti s Vaše desne strane.
Uporaba
Najbolje je da tijekom masaže legnete i opustite se. Pobrinite se za opuštajuću
atmosferu. Primjerice, lagano prigušite svjetlo.

Opseg jamstva
Uređaj je pažljivo proizveden sukladno strogim smjernicama u pogledu kvalitete i
prije isporuke brižljivo provjeren.
Ovo jamstvo vrijedi za greške u materijalu i izradi. Jamstvo ne obuhvaća dijelove
proizvoda koji su izloženi normalnom trošenju i stoga se mogu smatrati potrošnim
dijelovima, niti oštećenja lomljivih dijelova, npr. prekidača, baterija, kalupa za pečenje
ili dijelova izrađenih od stakla.
Ovo jamstvo propada ako je proizvod oštećen, i ako nije stručno korišten ili servisiran.
Za stručno korištenje proizvoda potrebno je točno poštivati sve naputke navedene u
uputama za uporabu. Uporabne namjene i radnje, koje se u uputama ne preporučuju
ili na koje se upozorava, obavezno se moraju izbjegavati.
Proizvod je namijenjen isključivo za privatnu, nekomercijalnu uporabu. Jamstvo prestaje vrijediti u slučaju zloporabe, nenamjenskog korištenja, primjene sile i zahvata

Lieferumfang

1) Entnehmen Sie alle Teile des Gerätes und die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem
Karton.
2) Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
3) Reinigen Sie alle Teile des Gerätes wie im Kapitel „Reinigen“ beschrieben.
HINWEIS
► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden.
► Bei einer unvollständigen Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter
Verpackung oder durch Transport wenden Sie sich an die Service-Hotline
(siehe Kapitel Service).
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

► Heben Sie, wenn möglich, die Originalverpackung während der Garan-

► Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur mit dem mitglieferten Netzadap-
ter YJS010A-1201000G.
► Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig instal-
lierte und geerdete Netzsteckdose an. Die Netzspannung
muss mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes/
des Netzadapters übereinstimmen.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel nicht
nass oder feucht wird. Führen Sie es so, dass es nicht eingeklemmt oder beschädigt werden kann.
► Halten Sie das Netzkabel von heißen Oberflächen fern.
► Führen Sie keine Reparaturarbeiten am Gerät durch. Jegliche
Reparaturen müssen durch den Kundendienst oder von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
► Ziehen Sie erst den Netzadapter aus der Steckdose, bevor
Sie das Gerät reinigen.
► Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in Feuchträumen, z. B. im Bade-

► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker, Netzkabel oder Netzad-

Was ist Shiatsu-Massage?
Die Shiatsu-Massage (shi = Finger, atsu = Druck) ist eine in Japan entwickelte
Form der Massage, die aus der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin hervorgegangen ist. Die Shiatsu-Massage beinhaltet eine entspannende und druckvolle
Massage mit Fingern, Daumen oder Handflächen. Dieses Massagegerät ahmt
die Bewegungen der Shiatsu-Massage mit Hilfe der rotierenden Massageköpfe
nach.

Benutzen
Legen Sie sich für die Massage am Besten hin und entspannen Sie sich. Sorgen Sie
für eine entspannende Atmosphäre. Dimmen Sie zum Beispiel das Licht ein wenig.
Sie können zwischen 2 Funktionen wählen:
Sie können die verschiedenen Funktionen miteinander kombinieren oder einzeln
verwenden:
1) Legen Sie sich das Gerät um den Hals, so dass die Massageköpfe seitlich
der Halswirbelsäule liegen. Sie können zum Ausrichten die Handschlaufen
verwenden.
Das Bedienfeld mit den Tasten muss sich auf Ihrer rechten Seite befinden.
HINWEIS
► Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Massage als angenehm und entspannend
empfinden. Variieren Sie ggf. den Druck und /oder Ihre Position. Brechen
Sie die Massage sofort ab, wenn sie schmerzhaft oder unangenehm ist.
HINWEIS
► Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht länger als 15 Minuten. Eine längere Massa-
ge kann durch die Überstimulation der Muskeln zu Verspannungen führen.

Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel oder Lösemittel. Diese könnten die Oberfläche beschädigen.
HINWEIS
► Der Reißverschluss am Gerät selbst darf nicht geöffnet werden, da er nur
aus produktionstechnischen Gründen vorhanden ist.
1) Wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Geben Sie gegebenenfalls ein wenig Feinwaschmittel auf das Tuch.
2) Wischen Sie den Netzadapter mit einem feuchten Tuch ab.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Mängeln
dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche Rechte zu.
Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie
nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Original Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie
kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt

Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt
sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als
Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen
Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus, Backformen oder Teile die aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder
gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke
und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen
gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt.
Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei
Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen
