You have selected a high-quality product. The operating
instructions are part of this product. They contain important
information on safety, usage and disposal.
Before using the product, familiarise yourself with all
handling and safety guidelines. Use the product only as
described and for the range of applications specifi ed.
Retain these instructions for future reference. Please
also pass these operating instructions on to any future
owner(s).

Intended use

The Bluetooth® speaker is a consumer electronics
device and is intended for playing back audio signals.
The device is splash-proof (IP X4) and can therefore also
be used in damp rooms such as bathrooms or showers.
In addition, thanks to the built-in microphone, you can
also use the speaker as a hands-free kit to take calls It
is intended for private use only and is not suitable for
commercial purposes. This product is not intended for
use in activities concerned with medicinal, lifesaving
or life sustaining applications.

It is not intended for any other use or use beyond that
specifi ed. Claims of any kind for damage arising as
a result of incorrect use will not be accepted. The risk
shall be borne solely by the user.

Safety

In this section, you will fi nd important safety instructions
for using the device. Improper use may result in personal
injury and material damage.

Basic safety guidelines

To ensure safe operation of the device, follow the safety
guidelines set out below

Ŷ Prior to use, check the device for visible external

damage. Do not operate a device that has been
damaged or dropped.

Ŷ Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or high

temperatures. Otherwise it may overheat and be
irreparably damaged.

Ŷ Do not operate the product near heat sources such

as radiators or other heat-generating devices.

Ŷ Do not place lit candles or other open fl ames on

or next to the speaker.

Ŷ

The speaker may warm up during charging. Place
the speaker in a well-ventilated location during the
charging process and do not cover it.

Ŷ The speaker battery may only be charged in a dry

environment as the unit is not protected from splashes
when the POWER INPUT connection socket is open.
In this respect, please also refer to the operating
instructions for the charging device.

Ŷ Never attempt to open the unit. There are no user-

serviceable parts inside.

Ŷ Do not make any unauthorised modifi cations or

alterations to the device.

Ŷ All repairs must be carried out by authorised specialist

companies or by the Customer Service department.
Improper repairs can pose signifi cant risks to the
user. It will also invalidate any warranty claim.

Ŷ Check regularly that the suction cup is secure and

undamaged.

Ŷ Do not use the suction cup on porous or uneven

surfaces. Otherwise there is a risk that the device
will fall off . The suction cup adheres best on smooth
surfaces, e.g. mirrors or smooth tiles.

Packaging materials (such as plastic fi lm or poly­styrene) must not be used as playthings.

Risk of suff ocation!

DANGER

The speaker has an integrated lithium polymer
battery. Mishandling lithium polymer batteries
can cause fi res, explosions, leakages or other
hazards!

► Do not throw the speaker into a fi re and do not

subject it to high temperatures.

► Chemicals leaking from a lithium polymer battery

can cause skin irritation. In event of contact with
the skin, rinse with copious amounts of water.
If the chemicals come into contact with your eyes,
rinse thoroughly with water, do not rub and consult
a doctor immediately. Take particular care when
handling damaged or leaking batteries.
Risk of injury! Wear protective gloves.

► If the consignment is incomplete or damaged due

to defective packaging or carriage, contact the
Service hotline (see the chapter Service).

Remove all parts of the device from the packaging and
remove all packaging materials.

Disposal of packaging materials

The packaging protects the device from damage during
shipment. The packaging materials have been selected
for their environmental friendliness and ease of disposal,
and are therefore recyclable.

Returning the packaging to the materials cycle
conserves raw materials and reduces the
amount of waste that is generated.

Dispose of packaging materials which are no longer
needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.

Handling and operation

This section provides you with important information on
handling and using the device.

Charging the battery

Before using the device, the integrated battery must be
completely charged.

CAUTION

► The battery should only be charged in a dry environment.
♦ Switch the speaker off .
♦ Connect the USB plug on the charger cable 9 to

a PC or to a USB power supply.

♦ Connect the micro USB plug on the charger cable 9 to

the POWER INPUT connection socket 7 on the device.
The operating LED 1 lights up red and the battery
charges.

NOTE

►

The operating LED 1 lights up red during charging
and goes off when the battery is fully charged.

► The charging time is approximately 2 hours with

a charging current of 500 mA and allows music
play-back of up to 3 hours. The playback time may
vary depending on usage (volume).

► When the battery is exhausted, you will hear a

beep every 5 seconds and the battery must be
recharged. You can also use the speaker while it
is charging.

Switching the speaker on/off

♦ Press and hold the button 1 for about 2 seconds to

turn the speaker on and to activate the Bluetooth
function. You will hear two low beeps and the
operating LED fl ashes blue.

♦ Press and hold the button 1 again for about

2 seconds to turn the speaker off and to deactivate
the Bluetooth

Cleaning

CAUTION

Possible damage to the device

Moisture can cause damage to the device.

► To avoid irreparable damage to the device, ensure

that no moisture gets into it during cleaning. Ensure
that the POWER INPUT connection socket 7 is
closed properly.

► Do not use caustic, abrasive or solvent-based clean-

ing materials. These can damage the surfaces of
the device.

♦ Clean the housing of the device with a lightly mois-

tened cloth and a mild detergent only.

♦ Store the device in a location which is clean, dry,

dust-free and not in direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot pair the speaker to a compatible Bluetooth®
music device, proceed as follows:

♦ Make sure that the function is activated on the music

device.

♦ Ensure that the speaker is switched on.
♦ If you use several music devices, ensure that any pre-

vious connection is disconnected. This may indicate

that a previously paired device is in range.

♦ Make sure that the speaker is no more than 10 metres

from the music device and that no obstacles or elec-

tronic devices are placed between them.

Disposal

Disposal of the device

The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out wheelie
bin means that this device is subject to Directive
2012/19/EU. This directive states that this device

may not be disposed of in normal household
waste at the end of its usable life, but must be handed
over to specially set-up collection locations, recycling
depots or disposal companies.

This disposal is free of charge for the user.

The appliance has been manufactured with care and
meticulously examined before delivery.

case of a warranty claim, please make contact by

Only in this way can a post-free despatch for your
goods be assured.

The warranty covers only claims for material

Použití vsouladu surčením

Tento reproduktor Bluetooth® je zařízení zábavní
elektroniky a je určen pro reprodukci audio signálů.
Přístroj je chráněn proti stříkající vodě (IP X4),

a proto se může používat také ve vlhkých prostorách,
jako. naříklad v koupelnách nebo sprchách.

Díky integrovanému mikrofonu můžete reproduktor navíc
používat jako handsfree zařízení pro příjem hovorů.
Je koncipován pro soukromé použití a není vhodný pro
komerční využití. Tento výrobek není určen pro použití
vlékařské, život zachraňující nebo život udržující aplikaci.

Jiné použití než kurčenému účelu nebo nad jeho rámec
je považováno za použití vrozporu surčením. Jsou vy­loučeny nároky jakéhokoliv druhu kvůli poškození, které
vzniklo na základě použití vrozporu surčením. Riziko
nese výhradně uživatel.

Během nabíjení se reproduktor může zahřát, proto

místě a nezakrývejte ho.

Ŷ Akumulátor reproduktoru se smí nabíjet pouze vsuchém

prostředí, protože vpřípadě otevřené připojovací
zdířky POWER INPUT není zachována ochrana proti
stříkající vodě. Respektujte za tímto účelem také návod
kobsluze od výrobce nabíječky.

Ŷ Nepokoušejte se zařízení otevřít, uvnitř se nenachází

žádné díly vyžadující údržbu.

Ŷ Neprovádějte na přístroji žádné neoprávněné změny

nebo úpravy.

Ŷ Opravy na přístroji nechte provádět pouze autorizo-

vanými odbornými fi rmami nebo zákaznickým
servisem. Neodborné opravy mohou vést ke vzniku
závažných nebezpečí pro uživatele. Navíc zanikají
i záruční nároky.

Ŷ Pravidelně zkontrolujte, zda je přísavka provozně

bezpečná a nepoškozená.

Ŷ Nepoužívejte přísavku na porézních nebo nerovných

plochách. Vopačném případě hrozí nebezpečí

Reproduktor je vybaven integrovaným lithio-

-polymerovým akumulátorem. Nesprávná
manipulace slithio-polymerovým akumulá­torem může vést kpožáru, explozím, úniku
nebezpečných látek nebo jiným nebezpečným
situacím!

► Neodhazujte reproduktor do ohně a nevystavujte

jej vysokým teplotám.

► Chemikálie unikající zlithio-polymerového akumulá-

toru mohou způsobit podráždění kůže. Při kontaktu
skůží opláchněte zasažené místo silným proudem
vody. Vniknou-li tyto chemikálie do očí, vypláchněte
oči zásadně důkladně vodou, netřete si je a okamži­tě vyhledejte lékaře. Spoškozenými nebo vyteklými
akumulátory je třeba manipulovat obzvláště opatrně.
Nebezpečí zranění! Noste ochranné rukavice.

Vyjměte všechny části přístroje zobalu a odstraňte veškerý

Likvidace obalu

Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě.
Zvolený obalový materiál odpovídá hlediskům ochrany
přírody a likvidace, a je tudíž recyklovatelný.

Navrácení obalu do oběhu zpracování materiálu
šetří suroviny a snižuje produkci odpadů.

Již nepotřebný obalový materiál zlikvidujte podle místně
platných předpisů.

Obsluha a provoz

kobsluze a provozu přístroje.

Nabití akumulátoru

Před použitím přístroje musí být integrovaný akumulátor
úplně nabitý.

POZOR

► Akumulátor se smí nabíjet pouze vsuchém prostředí.
♦ Vypněte reproduktor.
♦ Zasuňte zástrčku USB nabíjecího kabelu 9 do

počítače nebo síťového zdroje USB.

Pokud reproduktor nemůžete spárovat skompatibilním
hudebním zařízením Bluetooth

Dieser Bluetooth®-Lautsprecher ist ein Gerät der
Unterhaltungselektronik und ist für die Wiedergabe von
Audiosignalen vorgesehen. Das Gerät ist spritzwasser­geschützt (IP X4) und kann deshalb auch in Feuchträu­men, wie z. B. Bädern oder Duschräumen verwendet
werden. Zusätzlich können Sie, aufgrund des integrier­ten Mikrofons, den Lautsprecher als Freisprechanlage
verwenden, um Anrufe entgegen zu nehmen. Er ist für
den privaten Gebrauch konzipiert und eignet sich nicht
für gewerbliche Zwecke. Das vorliegende Produkt ist
nicht für die Verwendung in medizinischen, lebensretten­den oder lebenserhaltenden Anwendungen vorgesehen.

► Chemikalien, die aus einem Lithium Polymer Akku

Hautkontakt mit viel Wasser abspülen. Wenn die
Chemikalien in die Augen gelangt sind, grundsätz­lich mit Wasser ausspülen, nicht reiben und sofort

Akku aufl aden

Vor der Nutzung des Gerätes muss der integrierte Akku
vollständig geladen werden.

ACHTUNG

► Der Akku darf nur in trockener Umgebung geladen werden.
♦ Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher aus.
♦ Verbinden Sie den USB-Stecker des Ladekabels 9

mit einem PC oder einem USB-Netzteil.

♦ Verbinden Sie den Micro-USB-Stecker des Ladekabels 9

mit der Anschlussbuchse POWER INPUT 7 des Geräts.
Die Betriebs-LED 1 leuchtet rot und der Akku wird geladen.

HINWEIS

Die Betriebs-LED 1 leuchtet während des Ladevor­gangs rot und erlischt, wenn der Akku vollständig
geladen ist.

► Die Ladezeit beträgt ca. 2 Stunden bei einem Lade-

strom von 500 mA und ermöglicht eine Musikwie­dergabe von bis zu 3 Stunden. Die Wiedergabezeit
kann je nach Nutzung (Lautstärke) schwanken.

► Wenn der Akku erschöpft ist, ertönt alle 5 Sekunden

ein Signalton und der Akku muss wieder geladen
werden. Sie können den Lautsprecher auch
während des Ladevorgangs verwenden.
