Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance.
You have clearly decided in favour of a high-quality product. These operating in-
structions are a part of this product. They contain important information in regard
to safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with all
of these operating and safety instructions. Use this appliance only as described
and only for the specifi ed areas of application. In addition, pass these operating
instructions on to whoever might acquire the appliance at a future date.

Intended use
This Hair Straightener is intended for the smoothing of human hair, under no circumstances may it to be used for wigs and hairpieces made of synthetic material.
This appliance is intended for domestic use only. Pay heed to all of the information in this operating manual, especially the safety instructions. This appliance is
not intended for commercial applications.
This appliance is not intended for any other use or for uses beyond those detailed. Claims of any kind for damage resulting from unintended use will not be
accepted. The operator alone bears liability.

Safety instructions
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
► Connect the appliance only to mains power sockets supplying a
mains power voltage of 220 - 240 V ~ / 50 Hz.
► In the event of operating malfunctions, and before cleaning the
appliance, disconnect the plug from the mains power socket.
► To disconnect the power cable, always pull the plug from the
socket, do not pull the power cable itself.
► Ensure that the power cable does not become wet or moist use.
Route the cable in such a way that it cannot be crushed or damaged.
► Should the appliance, the power cable or the plug become dam-
aged, arrange for them to be repaired by Customer Services to
avoid hazardous situations.
► Do not use the appliance outdoors.
► Do not use extension cables – this will make it easier to disconnect
the appliance quickly in an emergency.
► Never get hold of the appliance, the power cable or the power
plug with wet hands.

► Do not crimp or crush the power cable, and route the cable so
that it cannot be stepped on or tripped over.
► Do not wrap the power cable around the appliance, and protect
it from being damaged. Under no circumstances must the appliance be submersed in fl uids or fl uids be allowed to permeate the
housing. The appliance must not be exposed to moisture or used
outdoors. If the housing is penetrated by liquid, disconnect the
appliance from the mains power socket immediately and have it
repaired by a qualifi ed technician.
► Unplug the appliance immediately after use. The appliance is
completely free of electrical power ONLY when unplugged.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Never use the appliance near water, and keep it away from
sinks, baths and other similar containers. The proximity of water
is hazardous, even if the appliance is switched off . Always
disconnect the plug from the mains power socket after use.
As additional protection, the installation of a residual current
circuit-breaker with an activation power rating of not more than
30mA is recommended for the power circuit in the bathroom.
Ask your electrician for advice.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Never leave a switched-on appliance unsupervised.
► Never place the appliance close to sources of heat, and protect
the power cable from damage.
► Do not operate the appliance if it has sustained a fall or is dam-
aged in any way. Have the appliance checked and/or repaired
by qualifi ed technicians if necessary.
► This appliance may be used by children of the age of 8 years or
more and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are
being supervised or have been instructed with regard to the safe
use of the appliance and have understood the potential risks.
► Children must not play with the appliance.
► Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by
children, unless they are being supervised.
► Do not open the housing or attempt to repair the appliance
yourself. Should you do so, the safety of the appliance is no
longer assured and the warranty will become void. Only allow
authorised technicians to repair a defective appliance if repairs
become necessary.
► The appliance becomes hot during use. Always hold the appli-
ance using the grip when it is hot.

1) Remove all parts of the appliance and the operating instructions from the
carton.
2) Remove all packing material.
3) Clean all parts of the appliance as described in the section “Cleaning”.
NOTICE
Check the contents to ensure that everything is present and for signs of
►
visible damage.
► If the contents are not complete or are damaged due to defective packaging
or through transportation, contact the Service Hotline (see chapter “Service”).
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging protects the appliance against transport damage. The packaging
materials are selected from the point of view of their environmental friendliness
and disposal technology and are therefore recyclable.
The recirculation of packaging into the material circuit saves raw material and
reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is
no longer needed as per the regionally established regulations.
NOTICE
If possible preserve the appliance's original packaging during the warranty
►
period so that, in the event of a warranty claim, you can package the appliance ideally for its return.

Before straightening
■ The hair should be clean, dry and free of styling products. Excepted are the
special products that support a straightening of the hair.
■ Comb the hair thoroughly before straightening so that there are no knots in it.
Operation
Preparation
NOTICE
The hotplates 6 must be free from contamination of all kinds. If necessary,
►
clean them before taking them into use (see chapter "Cleaning").
The appliance is locked, the locking device 4 is pressed in on the side
1) Insert the plug into a mains power socket.
2) Press and hold the On/Off button 3 until the display 1 is illuminated. The
display 1 shows the programmed temperature. The colour of the display 1
indicates whether the temperature has already been reached:
– red: the temperature has not yet been reached.
– blue: the programmed temperature has been reached.
3) Select the appropriate temperature for your hair:
– 130 - 140°C, minimum heat level, for very fi ne hair.
– 140 - 160°C, low heat level, for fi ne hair.
– 160 - 180°C, medium heat level, for normal hair.
– 180°C- MAX, highest heat level, for thick or diffi cult to shape hair.
Press the temperature button 2 on the side marked “+” to increase the
temperature. Press the temperature button 2 on the side marked “ -” to
reduce the temperature.

4) As soon as the display 1 colours itself blue, the programmed temperature
has been reached.
5) Press the hotplates 6 together and, at the same time, press the locking
device 4 on the side
NOTICE
This appliance has a memory function. This means that, every time the
►
appliance is switched on, the temperature set at the last use is the start
temperature.
Straightening hair
NOTICE
This Hair Straightener is equipped with an ionising function. The ionisation
►
function ensures that a static charging of the hair is neutralised and cancelled. The hair becomes soft, supple, shiny and easier to style. The ionisation function is activated automatically when you use the Hair Straightener.
1) Prepare the hair as described in “Before straightening”.
2) Start with the lower hair segments at the back of the head. Work over the
sides to the front:
Separate a 2 cm wide strand of hair and then hold the end fi rmly between
the index and middle fi ngers of the hand with which you are not guiding the
Hair Straightener.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Ensure that the hotplates 6 do not make contact with the skin of the head.
Risk of Burns! During operation, you may only take hold of the appliance
by the handle! Risk of Burns!
3) Clamp the hair strand between the hotplates 6 close to the skin and then
press them together.
4) Pull the whole strand of hair through the hotplates 6 by pulling the straight-
ener down quickly from the roots to the tips.
5) Repeat the process with each individual strand.
6) When you have smoothed all of the strands, press and hold the On/Off
button 3 until the display 1 lighting switches off . OFF appears in the display 1 and the indicator HOT fl ashes until the appliance has cooled down.
7) Remove the plug from the mains power socket. All display indicators are
extinguished.
8) Press the hotplates 6 together and then press the locking device 4 on the
side

Safety switch off
This appliance is equipped with a safety switch off .
After about 30 minutes without activation of a button, the appliance will switch
off automatically. After about 25 minutes, the display 1 begins to blink alternatively red and blue, to remind you of the automatic switch off . If the display has
switched itself off after 30 minutes, the display indicates “Auto Off ” and “hot”.
If you wish to use the appliance for more than 30 minutes, before the 30 minutes
have lapsed press any button. The 30 minute period then starts over again.
NOTICE
The safety switch-off does not replace manual switching off with the On/
►
Off button 3! It serves only for your safety, if the routine switching off is
forgotten!
Cleaning
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before you clean the
appliance.
► Under no circumstances may you immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids when cleaning it!
WARNING - RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURY!
► Allow the appliance to cool suffi ciently before cleaning it.
CAUTION - PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use any aggressive cleaning liquids or solvents. They could damage
►
the surface.
1) Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth.
2) For stubborn soiling use a mild detergent on the cloth. Ensure that you
remove detergent residues with a cloth moistened with water.
3) Allow the appliance to dry completely before reusing it.

Storage
■ When the appliance is cooling down, always place it on a heat-resistant
surface or hang the appliance up by the suspension loop.
If you do not intend to use the appliance for some time:
■ Clean the appliance as described in the section “Cleaning”.
■ Press the hotplates 6 together and then press the locking device 4 on the
side in.
■ Store the appliance at a clean and dry location.

Disposal of the appliance
Do not dispose of this appliance in your normal domestic waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your
community waste facility. Pay heed to the currently applicable regulations.
In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Notes on the EU Declaration of Conformity
This appliance complies, in regards to conformance with
basic requirements and other relevent regulations, with
the EMV Directive 2004/108/EC, as well as the Directive
for Low Voltage Devices 2006/95/EC.
The complete original declaration of conformity can be

Warranty
The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date of purchase. This
appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before
delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,
please make contact by telephone with our Customer Service department. Only
in this way can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.
NOTICE

This appliance is intended solely for private domestic use, not for commercial
applications. If this product has been subjected to improper or inappropriate
handling, abuse, or modifi cations not carried out by one of our authorised
service centres, the warranty will be considered void.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty.
The warranty period is not extended by repairs made under the warranty.
This applies also to replaced and repaired parts.
Damages and defects extant at the time of purchase must be reported immediately
after unpacking, resp. no later than two days after the date of purchase.
Repairs made after the lapse of the warranty period are subject to charge.

Αποφασίσατε έτσι για την απόκτηση ενός προϊόντος υψηλής ποιότητας.
Οι οδηγίες χρήσης είναι τμήμα αυτού του προϊόντος. Περιέχουν σημαντικές
υποδείξεις για την ασφάλεια, τη χρήση και την απόρριψη. Πριν από τη χρήση

Προσέξτε όλες τις πληροφορίες σε αυτό το εγχειρίδιο χειρισμού, κυρίως τις υποδείξεις ασφαλείας. Αυτή η συσκευή δεν προορίζεται για επαγγελματική χρήση.
Μία άλλη ή διαφορετική χρήση από τα ανωτέρω αναφερόμενα ισχύει ως μη

Υποδείξεις ασφαλείας
ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ
► Συνδέετε τη συσκευή μόνο σε μία σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές
εγκατεστημένη πρίζα με τάση δικτύου 220 - 240 V ~ / 50 Hz.
► Σε περίπτωση δυσλειτουργιών και πριν από τον καθαρισμό της
συσκευής τραβάτε το φις από την πρίζα.
► Τραβάτε το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας από την υποδοχή κρατώντας
πάντα το βύσμα και ποτέ το ίδιο το καλώδιο.
► Προσέχετε ώστε κατά τη λειτουργία το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας να μην
βρέχεται ή υγραίνεται. Περνάτε το κατά τέτοιο τρόπο, ώστε να μην
πιάνεται ή φθείρεται.
► Εάν η συσκευή, το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας ή το βύσμα παρουσιά-
σουν βλάβη, η αντικατάσταση πρέπει να πραγματοποιείται από
το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, προς αποφυγή κινδύνων.
► Μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή σε εξωτερικό χώρο.
► Μη χρησιμοποιείτε καλώδιο επέκτασης έτσι ώστε σε περίπτωση
ανάγκης το βύσμα να είναι γρήγορα προσβάσιμο.
► Ποτέ μην πιάνετε τη συσκευή, το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας και το
βύσμα με βρεγμένα χέρια.
► Μη λυγίζετε ή συμπιέζετε το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας και τοποθετείτε
το κατά τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να μην μπορεί κανείς να το πατήσει ή να
σκοντάψει σε αυτό.

► Μην τυλίγετε το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας γύρω από τη συσκευή και
προστατεύετέ το από φθορές. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται
να βυθίζετε τη συσκευή σε υγρά, ούτε και να εισχωρήσουν υγρά
μέσα στο περίβλημά της. Απαγορεύεται η έκθεση της συσκευής
σε υγρασία, καθώς και η χρήση της σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Στην
περίπτωση που στο περίβλημα της συσκευής εισχωρήσει υγρό,
τραβήξτε αμέσως το βύσμα της συσκευής από την πρίζα και
παραδώστε τη προς επισκευή σε εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό.
► Μετά τη χρήση αποσυνδέετε αμέσως τη συσκευή από το δίκτυο
ρεύματος. Μόνο όταν τραβάτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα, η συσκευή δεν διαθέτει καθόλου ρεύμα.

ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ
Ποτέ μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή κοντά σε νερό, κυρίως
όχι κοντά σε λεκάνες πλύσης, μπανιέρες ή παρόμοια δοχεία.
Υπάρχει κίνδυνος από την ύπαρξη νερού, ακόμα και όταν η
συσκευή είναι εκτός ρεύματος. Για αυτό, βγάζετε το φις από την
πρίζα μετά από κάθε χρήση. Ως συμπληρωματική προστασία
προτείνεται η εγκατάσταση μιας διάταξης προστασίας εσφαλμένου ρεύματος με ρεύμα απεμπλοκής αξιολόγησης όχι
μεγαλύτερο από 30 mA στο κύκλωμα ρεύματος του μπάνιου.

► Ποτέ μην αφήνετε την ενεργοποιημένη συσκευή χωρίς επιτήρηση.
► Ποτέ μην τοποθετείτε τη συσκευή κοντά σε πηγές θερμότητας και
προστατεύετε το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας από βλάβες.
► Στην περίπτωση που η συσκευή έχει πέσει κάτω ή έχει βλάβη, δεν
επιτρέπεται πλέον να τη θέτετε σε λειτουργία. Παραδίδετε τη συσκευή
προς έλεγχο και εάν απαιτείται επισκευή σε εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό.
► Μπορεί να γίνεται χρήση αυτής της συσκευής από παιδιά άνω των
8 ετών καθώς και από άτομα με μειωμένες φυσικές, αισθητηριακές ή
νοητικές δυνατότητες ή με έλλειψη εμπειρίας και/ή γνώσεων, εφόσον
επιτηρούνται ή έχουν εκπαιδευτεί αναφορικά με την ασφαλή χρήση
της συσκευής και έχουν κατανοήσει τους επακόλουθους κινδύνους.
► Τα παιδιά δεν επιτρέπεται να παίζουν με τη συσκευή.
► Ο καθαρισμός και η συντήρηση χρήστη δεν επιτρέπεται να διεξά-
γονται από παιδιά, εκτός εάν επιτηρούνται.
► Δεν επιτρέπεται να ανοίγετε ή να επισκευάζετε το περίβλημα της συ-
σκευής από μόνοι σας. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση δεν υπάρχει ασφάλεια και η εγγύηση ακυρώνεται. Η ελαττωματική συσκευή πρέπει να
επισκευάζεται μόνο από εξουσιοδοτημένο ειδικό προσωπικό.
► Η συσκευή θερμαίνεται κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας. Όταν η
συσκευή καίει, να την πιάνετε μόνο από τη λαβή.

Σύνολο αποστολής
Η συσκευή παραδίδεται κανονικά με τα εξής στοιχεία:

▯ Οδηγίες χρήσης
1) Απομακρύνετε όλα τα τμήματα της συσκευής και τις οδηγίες χειρισμού από
τη συσκευασία.
2) Αφαιρέστε όλα τα υλικά της συσκευασίας.
3) Καθαρίστε όλα τα τμήματα της συσκευής όπως περιγράφεται στο κεφάλαιο
«Καθαρισμός».
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Ελέγχετε την παράδοση ως προς την πληρότητα και εμφανείς φθορές.
►
► Σε μία ελλιπή παράδοση ή σε φθορές από ελλιπή συσκευασία ή από τη
μεταφορά απευθυνθείτε στη γραμμή του σέρβις (βλέπε κεφάλαιο "Σέρβις").
Απόρριψη της συσκευασίας
Η συσκευασία προστατεύει τη συσκευή από φθορές κατά τη μεταφορά. Τα υλικά
συσκευασίας έχουν επιλεγεί σύμφωνα με τους οικολογικούς παράγοντες και τους
παράγοντες της τεχνικής απόρριψης και για το λόγο αυτό είναι ανακυκλώσιμα.
Η επιστροφή της συσκευασίας στον κύκλο ροής υλικών εξοικονομεί πρώτες ύλες και
μειώνει την ποσότητα των απορριμμάτων. Απορρίπτετε τα υλικά συσκευασίας που
δεν χρησιμοποιούνται πλέον σύμφωνα με τις τοπικές ισχύουσες προδιαγραφές.

Εάν είναι δυνατό φυλάξτε τη γνήσια συσκευασία κατά τη διάρκεια του

Πριν από το ίσιωμα
■ Τα μαλλιά πρέπει να είναι καθαρά, στεγνά και ελεύθερα από προϊόντα στάϊ-
λινγκ. Εξαιρούνται τα ειδικά εκείνα προϊόντα τα οποία βοηθούν στο ίσιωμα
των μαλλιών.
■ Χτενίστε τα μαλλιά πριν από το ίσιωμα καλά ώστε να μην υπάρχουν κόμποι
στα μαλλιά.

Οι θερμαντικές πλάκες 6 πρέπει να είναι απελευθερωμένες από βρομιές. Καθα-
►
ρίζετέ τις πριν από τη χρήση εάν απαιτείται (βλέπε Κεφάλαιο "Καθαρισμός").

Η συσκευή είναι ασφαλισμένη, η ασφάλιση 4 έχει πιεστεί στα πλάγια
τα μέσα.
1) Βάλτε το φις στην πρίζα.
2) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο On/Off 3 τόσο, έως ότου ανάβει η οθόνη 1. Η οθόνη 1
προβάλλει τη ρυθμισμένη θερμοκρασία. Το χρώμα της οθόνης 1 υποδεικνύει
εάν έχει ήδη επιτευχθεί η θερμοκρασία:
– κόκκινο:η θερμοκρασία δεν έχει επιτευχθεί ακόμα.
– μπλε: η ρυθμισμένη θερμοκρασία έχει τώρα επιτευχθεί.
3) Επιλέξτε την αντίστοιχη θερμοκρασία για τα μαλλιά σας:
– 130 - 140°C, ελάχιστη βαθμίδα θέρμανσης, για πολύ λεπτό μαλλί.
– 140 - 160°C, χαμηλή βαθμίδα θέρμανσης, για λεπτό μαλλί.
– 160 - 180°C, μέση βαθμίδα θέρμανσης, για κανονικό μαλλί.
– 180°C - ΜΑΧ , ανώτερη βαθμίδα θέρμανσης, για δυνατό και δύσκολο
στο φορμάρισμα μαλλί.
Πιέστε το πλήκτρο Θερμοκρασία 2 στην πλευρά με τη σήμανση «+», για να
αυξήσετε τη θερμοκρασία. Πιέστε το πλήκτρο Θερμοκρασία 2 στην πλευρά
με τη σήμανση «-», για να μειώσετε τη θερμοκρασία.

4) Μόλις η οθόνη 1 γίνει μπλε, έχει επιτευχθεί η ρυθμισμένη θερμοκρασία.
5) Πιέστε τις θερμαντικές πλάκες 6 μαζί και ταυτόχρονα προς τα μέσα την
ασφάλιση 4 στα πλάγια
ανοίξει.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Αυτή η συσκευή έχει μια λειτουργία μνήμης. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι σε κάθε
►
ενεργοποίηση προεπιλέγεται ως θερμοκρασία έναρξης, η ρυθμισμένη
θερμοκρασία κατά την τελευταία χρήση.
Ίσιωμα μαλλιών
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Αυτή η συσκευή ισιώματος μαλλιών είναι εξοπλισμένη με μια λειτουργία ιονι-
►
σμού. Η λειτουργία ιονισμού φροντίζει ώστε να ουδετεροποιείται η στατική
φόρτιση των μαλλιών και να μην υφίσταται. Τα μαλλιά γίνονται απαλά, μαλακά, γυαλιστερά και χτενίζονται πιο εύκολα. Η λειτουργία ιονισμού ενεργοποιείται αυτόματα, μόλις χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή ισιώματος μαλλιών.
1) Ετοιμάστε τα μαλλιά όπως περιγράφεται στο απόσπασμα «Πριν από το ίσιωμα».
2) Ξεκινήστε με τα κάτω τμήματα μαλλιών στο πίσω μέρος κεφαλής. Εργάζεστε
από τις πλευρές προς τα εμπρός: Διαχωρίστε μια τούφα μαλλιών πλάτους
περ. 2 εκ. και πιάστε το τέλος σφιχτά μεταξύ του δείκτη και του μεσαίου
δαχτύλου του χεριού, το οποίο είναι ελεύθερο.

► Προσέχετε ώστε οι θερμαντικές πλάκες 6 να μην αγγίζουν το δέρμα του
κεφαλιού. Κίνδυνος εγκαύματος! Κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας επιτρέπεται να πιάνετε τη συσκευή μόνο από τη λαβή! Κίνδυνος εγκαύματος!
3) Ενώστε τις τούφες μαλλιών κοντά στο δέρμα του κεφαλιού μεταξύ των
θερμαντικών πλακών 6 και πιέστε τις μαζί.
4) Περάστε ολόκληρη την τούφα μέσα από τις θερμαντικές πλάκες 6, τραβώντας
τη συσκευή ισιώματος συνεχώς από το όριο τριχοφυΐας προς τα κάτω.
5) Ακολουθήστε την ίδια διαδικασία με κάθε ξεχωριστή τούφα.
6) Όταν ισιώσετε όλες τις τούφες, πιέστε το πλήκτρο On/Off 3 τόσο έως ότου
σβήσει ο φωτισμός της οθόνης 1. Το OFF προβάλλεται στην οθόνη 1 και
η ένδειξη HOT αναβοσβήνει τόσο, έως ότου κρυώσει η συσκευή.
7) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα δικτύου από την πρίζα δικτύου. Όλες οι ενδείξεις
οθόνης σβήνουν.
8) Πιέστε τις θερμαντικές πλάκες 6 μαζί και ταυτόχρονα προς τα μέσα την
ασφάλιση 4 στα πλάγια
. Η συσκευή ισώματος μαλλιών μπορεί τώρα να

Διάταξη απενεργοποίησης ασφαλείας
Αυτή η συσκευή είναι εξοπλισμένη με μια διάταξη απενεργοποίησης ασφαλείας.
Μετά από 30 λεπτά χωρίς πίεση σε κάποιο πλήκτρο, η συσκευή απενεργοποιείται αυτόματα. Μετά από περ. 25 λεπτά, η οθόνη 1 αρχίζει να αναβοσβήνει
διαδοχικά κόκκινη και μπλε, ώστε να σας υπενθυμίσει την αυτόματη απενεργοποίηση. Όταν η οθόνη σβήσει μετά από 30 λεπτά, προβάλλεται στην οθόνη το
«Auto-Off» και «hot».
Εάν θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή για περισσότερο από 30 λεπτά,
πιέστε πριν από το πέρας των 30 λεπτών οποιοδήποτε πλήκτρο. Τα 30 λεπτά
ξεκινούν τότε πάλι από την αρχή.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Η διάταξη απενεργοποίησης ασφαλείας δεν αντικαθιστά τη χειροκίνητη
►
απενεργοποίηση με το πλήκτρο On/Off 3! Εξυπηρετεί την ασφάλεια σας,
στην περίπτωση που ξεχάσετε την απενεργοποίηση!
Καθαρισμός
ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ
Πριν από τον καθαρισμό της συσκευής τραβάτε πάντα το βύσμα από την πρίζα.

► Κατά τον καθαρισμό δεν επιτρέπεται σε καμία περίπτωση να βυθίζετε τη
συσκευή σε νερό ή άλλα υγρά!

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ - ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ!
Μη χρησιμοποιείτε δραστικά απορρυπαντικά ή διαλύτες. Αυτά μπορεί να

προκαλέσουν ζημιά στις επιφάνειες.
1) Σκουπίζετε τη συσκευή με ένα νωπό πανί.
2) Σε σκληρές ακαθαρσίες ρίξτε λίγο ήπιο καθαριστικό επάνω στο πανί.
Προσέξτε ώστε να απομακρύνετε τα υπολείμματα καθαριστικού μέσου με
ένα πανί βρεγμένο με νερό.
3) Αφήστε τη συσκευή να στεγνώσει καλά πριν τη χρησιμοποιήσετε ξανά.

Φύλαξη
■ Τοποθετείτε τη συσκευή για το κρύωμα πάντα σε μία θερμανθεκτική επιφάνεια
ή κρεμάτε τη στην ωτίδα ανάρτησης.
Εάν δεν πρόκειται να χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή για μεγαλύτερο χρονικό
διάστημα:
■ Καθαρίστε τη συσκευή όπως περιγράφεται στο κεφάλαιο «Καθαρισμός».
■ Πιέστε τις θερμαντικές πλάκες 6 μαζί και ταυτόχρονα προς τα μέσα την
ασφάλιση 4 στα πλάγια .
■ Φυλάτε τη συσκευή σε έναν στεγνό και καθαρό χώρο.

Απόρριψη συσκευής
Σε καμία περίπτωση μην πετάξετε τη συσκευή στα συνήθη
οικιακά απορρίμματα. Αυτό το προϊόν υπόκειται στην
Ευρωπαϊκή Οδηγία 2012/19/EU.
Απομακρύνετε τη συσκευή μέσω μιας εγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης απόρριψης
ή μέσω της κοινοτικής επιχείρησης απόρριψης. Να τηρείτε τους τρέχοντες
ισχύοντες κανονισμούς. Σε περίπτωση αμφιβολιών ελάτε σε επαφή με την
επιχείρηση απόρριψης.

Εγγύηση
Έχετε για αυτή τη συσκευή 3 χρόνια εγγύηση από την ημερομηνία αγοράς.
Η συσκευή κατασκευάστηκε και ελέγχθηκε προσεκτικά πριν από την αποστολή.
Παρακαλούμε φυλάξτε την απόδειξη ταμείου ως απόδειξη για την αγορά.
Σε περίπτωση απαίτησης εγγύησης ελάτε σε επικοινωνία με το τμήμα του σέρβις
τηλεφωνικά. Μόνο έτσι μπορεί να εξασφαλιστεί μια δωρεάν αποστολή του
εμπορεύματός σας.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Το προϊόν προορίζεται μόνο για την ιδιωτική και όχι για την επαγγελματική
χρήση. Σε περίπτωση κακής μεταχείρισης και ακατάλληλης χρήσης, σε χρήση
βίας και σε παρεμβάσεις οι οποίες δεν διεξήχθησαν από το εξουσιοδοτημένο
μας τμήμα σέρβις, η εγγύηση παύει να ισχύει.
Τα νομικά σας δικαιώματα δεν περιορίζονται μέσω αυτής της εγγύησης.
Ο χρόνος εγγύησης δεν επιμηκύνεται μέσω της εγγύησης. Αυτό ισχύει επίσης
και για εξαρτήματα τα οποία έχουν αντικατασταθεί και επισκευαστεί.
Ενδεχόμενες ήδη υπάρχουσες ζημιές και ελλείψεις κατά την αγορά πρέπει να
γνωστοποιούνται αμέσως μετά την αποσυσκευασία, το αργότερο ωστόσο δύο
ημέρες μετά την ημερομηνία αγοράς.
Μετά τη λήξη του χρόνου εγγύησης, οι προκύπτουσες επισκευές χρεώνονται.
Η απόδοση εγγύησης ισχύει μόνο για σφάλματα υλικού ή κατασκευής, όχι
►
όμως για ζημιές από τη μεταφορά, για εξαρτήματα φθοράς ή για βλάβες
σε εύθραυστα εξαρτήματα, π.χ. διακόπτες.

Sicherheitshinweise
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
► Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte Netz-
steckdose mit einer Netzspannung von 220 - 240 V ~ / 50 Hz an.
► Ziehen Sie bei Betriebsstörungen und bevor Sie das Gerät reini-
gen, den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
► Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel stets am Netzstecker aus der Netz-
steckdose, ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel selbst.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel nicht nass oder
feucht wird. Führen Sie es so, dass es nicht eingeklemmt oder beschädigt werden kann.
► Sollte das Gerät, das Netzkabel oder der Netzstecker beschä-
digt sein, lassen Sie diese durch den Kundendienst ersetzen, um
Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
► Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien.
► Verwenden Sie kein Verlängerungskabel, damit im Notfall der
Netzstecker schnell zu erreichen ist.
► Fassen Sie das Gerät, Netzkabel und -stecker nie mit nassen
Händen an.
► Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht und verlegen
Sie das Netzkabel so, dass niemand darauf treten oder darüber
stolpern kann.
► Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel nicht um das Gerät und schützen Sie
es vor Beschädigungen. Sie dürfen das Gerät keinesfalls in eine
Flüssigkeit tauchen und keine Flüssigkeiten in das Gerätegehäuse
gelangen lassen. Sie dürfen das Gerät keiner Feuchtigkeit aussetzen
und nicht im Freien benutzen. Falls doch einmal Flüssigkeit in das
Gerätegehäuse gelangt, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker des
Geräts aus der Netzsteckdose und lassen Sie es von qualifi ziertem
Fachpersonal reparieren.
► Trennen Sie das Gerät sofort nach dem Gebrauch vom Stromnetz.
Nur wenn Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen, ist
es vollständig stromfrei.

STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe von Wasser,
insbesondere nicht in der Nähe von Waschbecken, Badewannen oder ähnlichen Gefäßen. Die Nähe von Wasser stellt eine
Gefahr dar, auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist. Ziehen
Sie daher nach jedem Gebrauch den Netzstecker. Als zusätzlicher Schutz wird Ihnen die Installation einer FehlerstromSchutzeinrichtung mit einem Bemessungsauslösestrom von
nicht mehr als 30 mA im Badezimmer-Stromkreis empfohlen.

► Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt.

Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

im Haar befi nden.

Das Gerät ist verriegelt, die Verriegelung 4 ist an der Seite
1) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteckdose.
2) Drücken Sie die Taste Ein/Aus 3 solange, bis das Display 1 leuchtet. Das
Display 1 zeigt die eingestellte Temperatur an. Die Farbe des Displays 1
zeigt, ob die Temperatur schon erreicht ist:
– rot: die Temperatur ist noch nicht erreicht.
– blau: die eingestellte Temperatur ist erreicht.
3) Wählen Sie die für Ihre Haare passende Temperatur:
– 130 - 140°C, minimale Heizstufe, für sehr feines Haar.
– 140 - 160°C, niedrige Heizstufe, für feines Haar.
– 160 - 180°C, mittlere Heizstufe, für normales Haar.
– 180°C- MAX, höchste Heizstufe, für kräftiges und schwer in Form zu
bringendes Haar.

Haare glätten
HINWEIS
Dieser Haarglätter ist mit einer Ionisierungs-Funktion ausgestattet. Die Ioni-

sierungs-Funktion sorgt dafür, dass statische Ladung der Haare neutralisiert
und aufgehoben wird. Das Haar wird weich, geschmeidig, glänzend und
leichter zu frisieren. Die Ionisierungs-Funktion wird automatisch eingeschaltet, sobald Sie den Haarglätter benutzen.
1) Bereiten Sie das Haar, wie unter „Vor dem Glätten“ beschrieben, vor.
2) Fangen Sie mit den unteren Haarpartien am Hinterkopf an. Arbeiten Sie sich
über die Seiten nach vorne:

► Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie mit den Heizplatten 6 nicht die Kopfhaut be-
rühren. Verbrennungsgefahr! Sie dürfen während des Betriebes das Gerät
nur am Griff anfassen! Verbrennungsgefahr!
3) Klemmen Sie die Haarsträhne nahe der Kopfhaut zwischen die Heizplatten 6
und drücken Sie diese zusammen.
4) Ziehen Sie die ganze Haarsträhne durch die Heizplatten 6, indem Sie den
Haarglätter zügig vom Haaransatz zu den Spitzen nach unten ziehen.
5) Verfahren Sie so mit jeder einzelnen Strähne.
6) Wenn Sie alle Strähnen geglättet haben, drücken Sie die Taste Ein/Aus 3
solange, bis die Beleuchtung des Displays 1 erlischt. OFF erscheint im Display 1
und die Anzeige HOT blinkt solange, bis sich das Gerät abgekühlt hat.
7) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Alle Displayanzeigen
erlöschen.
8) Drücken Sie die Heizplatten 6 zusammen und drücken Sie die Verriegelung 4
an der Seite

Sicherheits-Abschaltung
Dieses Gerät ist mit einer Sicherheits-Abschaltung ausgestattet.
Nach ca. 30 Minuten ohne Betätigung einer Taste schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus. Nach ca. 25 Minuten beginnt das Display 1 abwechselnd rot und blau zu
blinken, um Sie an die automatische Abschaltung zu erinnern. Wenn sich das Display
nach 30 Minuten ausgeschaltet hat, erscheint im Display „Auto-Off “ und „hot“.
Wenn Sie das Gerät länger als 30 Minuten benutzen wollen, betätigen Sie, vor Ablauf der 30 Minuten, eine beliebige Taste. Die 30 Minuten beginnen dann von vorne.
