Este aparato solo está destinado para el uso doméstico y no para ﬁ nes comerciales. El aparato está previsto exclusivamente para el corte de pelo natural, por lo que solo puede utilizarse con cabello humano y no con cabello sintético o de animales.

Seguridad

En este capítulo, obtendrá indicaciones de seguridad importantes para manejar el aparato. Este aparato cumple las normas de seguridad prescritas. El uso inadecuado puede causar daños personales y materiales.

Indicaciones de seguridad básicas

Para manejar con seguridad el aparato, deben tenerse en cuenta las siguientes indicaciones de seguridad:

■ Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños mayores de 8

años y por personas con facultades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o falta de experiencia y/o conocimientos siempre que estén bajo vigilancia o hayan sido instruidas correctamente sobre el uso seguro del aparato y hayan comprendido los peligros que entraña. Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. Las tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento del aparato no deben ser realizadas por niños sin supervisión.

■ Antes de usar el aparato, compruebe si hay signos de

daños externos visibles. No ponga en servicio un aparato dañado. Existe riesgo de electrocución.

■ Si se detecta algún daño en el cable, en la fuente de ali-

mentación, en la carcasa o en otras piezas, no debe seguir utilizándose el aparato.

■ Las reparaciones en el aparato deben ser realizadas

exclusivamente por talleres autorizados o por el servicio al cliente. En caso de reparaciones indebidas, pueden producirse riesgos considerables para los usuarios. Además, se anulará la garantía.

■ No utilice el aparato con cabezales de longitud de corte

o con un cabezal para desﬁ lar 8 defectuosos, ya que

poseen bordes aﬁ lados. Existe peligro de lesiones.

■ Los componentes defectuosos deben sustituirse exclusiva-

mente por recambios originales. Solo puede garantizarse el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad con el uso de estos recambios.

■ No utilice el aparato sin prestar atención y manéjelo exclusi-

vamente según los datos de la placa de características.

■ Utilice exclusivamente la fuente de alimentación suministrada.

■ Extraiga la fuente de alimentación de la base de enchufe en

los siguientes casos:

- Si se produce una avería.

- Antes de limpiar el aparato.

- Si no utiliza el aparato durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado.

- Después de cada uso. Para ello, tire directamente de la clavija de la fuente de alimentación y no del cable.

■ ¡ATENCIÓN! Mantenga el aparato seco.

■ No utilice el aparato durante el baño. ¡Existe peligro de

descarga eléctrica!

■ No sumerja nunca el aparato ni el cable con la fuente de

alimentación en el agua ni en otros líquidos.

■ Si el aparato cae en el agua, extraiga inmediatamente la

fuente de alimentación de la base de enchufe antes de entrar en contacto con el agua.

■ No toque nunca la fuente de alimentación con las manos mo-

jadas, especialmente cuando pretenda enchufarla o desenchufarla. ¡Existe peligro de descarga eléctrica!

■ El montaje de un interruptor diferencial con una corriente de

disparo de referencia de no más de 30 mA ofrece una protección adicional frente a una descarga eléctrica. Encargue el montaje exclusivamente a un técnico electricista.

■ Compruebe regularmente que la fuente de alimentación y

la máquina cortapelo/ cortabarba carezcan de defectos mecánicos.

■ Procure que el cable no quede atrapado en las puertas de

los armarios ni lo tienda sobre superﬁ cies calientes. De lo contrario, podría dañarse el aislamiento del cable.

■ Conecte exclusivamente la fuente de alimentación en un

enchufe próximo a su alcance para poder extraerla rápidamente en caso de avería.

■ No cubra la fuente de alimentación para evitar un calenta-

miento no autorizado.

Volumen de suministro

El aparato se suministra de serie con los siguientes componentes:

INDICACIÓN

Compruebe la integridad del suministro y si hay daños visibles.

► ► Si el suministro es incompleto o existen daños debidos a un embalaje

deﬁ ciente o al transporte, póngase en contacto con la línea directa de asistencia (consulte el capítulo Asistencia técnica).

♦ Extraiga todos los componentes del aparato de la caja. ♦ Retire todos los materiales de embalaje del aparato.

PELIGRO

► Los materiales de embalaje no deben usarse para jugar. Existe peligro

de asﬁ xia.

Desecho del embalaje

El embalaje protege al aparato durante el transporte. El reciclaje del embalaje permite ahorrar en materias primas y reduce el

volumen de residuos. Deseche el material de embalaje innecesario de la forma dispuesta por las

normativas locales aplicables.

Cabezal para desﬁ lar

Antes de la puesta en marcha

La máquina cortapelo/cortabarba puede funcionar accionada por las pilas o por la fuente de alimentación.

Carga de las pilas

Antes de la primera puesta en marcha, deben cargarse las pilas de la máquina cortapelo/cortabarba durante al menos 3 horas. Para los siguientes procesos de carga, basta con un tiempo de carga de 60 minutos. Asegúrese de que el aparato esté totalmente cargado antes de utilizarlo sin la

fuente de alimentación protección de sobrecarga que permite la recarga de las pilas sin peligro de que se produzca una sobrecarga.

♦ Conecte el cable de la fuente de alimentación 6 con la estación de carga 5

de la máquina cortapelo/cortabarba.

♦ Procure no dañar el aparato. Asegúrese de que el aparato esté desconectado

antes de cargar las pilas.

♦ Conecte la fuente de alimentación 6 (rango de tensión ampliado de 100-240 V)

en una base de enchufe adecuada según las especiﬁ caciones del aparato.

♦ El proceso de carga se representa por medio de barras y de un indicador de

minutos en ascenso en la indicación de control de carga 4. Las pilas estarán totalmente cargadas cuando las barras de la indicación de control de carga 4 dejen de parpadear y se muestre la cifra de 60 minutos.

♦ Con las pilas totalmente cargadas puede utilizarse el aparato hasta aprox.

60 minutos sin necesidad de conectarlo a la red eléctrica.

. El aparato está provisto de 2 pilas de NiMH con una

Funcionamiento con la fuente de alimentación

Si el aparato se detiene durante el corte porque las pilas están descargadas o no tienen carga suﬁ ciente, puede proseguirse con el corte mediante la conexión de la fuente de alimentación 6.

♦ Conecte el conector del cable de la fuente de alimentación 6 en la clavija de

la parte inferior del aparato.

♦ Para evitar lesiones o daños en el aparato, este debe apagarse antes de conec-

tarlo a la red eléctrica.

♦ Conecte la fuente de alimentación 6 (rango de tensión ampliado de 100-240 V)

en una base de enchufe adecuada según las especiﬁ caciones del aparato.

♦ Tras 1-2 segundos, puede encenderse el aparato con solo pulsar el interruptor

de encendido/apagado 3. Si el aparato no comienza a funcionar inmediatamente, vuelva a apagarlo y espere aprox. 1 minuto antes de volver a encenderlo.

♦ Si desea cargar las pilas sin utilizar la estación de carga 5, hágalo exclusiva-

mente con el aparato apagado.

Manejo y funcionamiento

Prolongación de la vida útil de las pilas

Para prolongar la vida útil de las pilas, se recomienda que se descarguen totalmente antes de volver a recargarlas. Para descargar totalmente las pilas, debe utilizarse el aparato hasta su detención total.

Corte del pelo

INDICACIÓN

El pelo debe estar limpio y seco.

► ► Cepille bien el pelo para eliminar posibles nudos. ► Coloque un peinador o una toalla alrededor del cuello y de la nuca para

evitar que el pelo cortado se introduzca por el cuello de la ropa.

► En primer lugar, comience con el cabezal de longitud de corte 7 más

largo y corte el pelo gradualmente hasta alcanzar la longitud deseada.

Cabezales de longitud de corte

♦ Utilice los cabezales de longitud de corte 7 (4-6 mm/7-9 mm/10-12 mm/

16-18 mm/22-24 mm/28-30 mm) según la longitud de corte deseada.

♦ Coloque el cabezal de longitud de corte 7 seleccionado en la cuchilla

desde la parte trasera. Para ello, procure que ambos pivotes del cabezal de longitud de corte 7 encastren correctamente en las hendiduras laterales del soporte del cabezal de corte.

♦ Utilice el interruptor deslizante 2 para ajustar de forma más precisa la longitud

de corte deseada para el cabezal de longitud de corte 7. Por ejemplo, si desea cortar el pelo a una longitud de 22 mm, seleccione el cabezal de longitud de corte 7 para una longitud de pelo de 22-24 mm y desplace el interruptor desli-

zante

lo más arriba posible (0,5 mm) para un ajuste preciso de la longitud.

La regulación progresiva del ajuste preciso hacia abajo aumenta la lon-

gitud de corte a 22,5 mm (con ajuste preciso de 1,0 mm), a 23 mm (con ajuste preciso de 1,5 mm) o a 24 mm (con ajuste preciso de 2,5 mm).

♦ Encienda el aparato pulsando el interruptor de encendido/apagado 3. ♦ Desplace el aparato lentamente a través del pelo. ♦ Sujete el aparato de manera que el cabezal de longitud de corte 7 seleccionado

esté en la posición más plana posible.

♦ Corte siempre desde la nuca en dirección a la coronilla o desde la frente y las

sienes hacia arriba hasta el centro de la cabeza.

ADVERTENCIA

► La cuchilla está muy aﬁ lada. Existe peligro de lesiones.

Sin el cabezal de longitud de corte entre 0,5 mm y 2,5 mm. Para el ajuste preciso de la longitud de corte, desplace el interruptor deslizante 2 a la longitud deseada.

INDICACIÓN

Según la posición del aparato y el ángulo resultante, las longitudes de

corte pueden diferir de las especiﬁ cadas en estas instrucciones de uso o de las longitudes marcadas en el cabezal/aparato.

Con esta función, puede reducirse el volumen del pelo mediante la selección y corte de solo una parte de este.

♦ Para ello, coloque el cabezal para desﬁ lar 8 en la cuchilla desde la parte

delantera hasta que encastre. El cabezal para desﬁ lar 8 debe quedar por encima del dentado del cabezal de corte.

♦ Dé la vuelta al aparato de forma que la parte posterior apunte hacia arriba. ♦ Coloque el borde de la cuchilla sin cabezal de longitud de corte 7 a la

altura deseada del nacimiento del pelo.

♦ Desplace el aparato encendido hacia abajo.

Corte y recorte de la barba

♦ Seleccione un nivel de longitud de corte según la longitud deseada para la barba. ♦ Corte la barba gradualmente.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

PELIGRO

¡Peligro de muerte por descarga eléctrica!

► Desenchufe la fuente de alimentación 6 de la base de enchufe antes de

limpiar el aparato.

► No toque nunca la fuente de alimentación 6 con las manos mojadas

cuando pretenda enchufarla o desenchufarla.

► Mantenga siempre secos la fuente de alimentación 6 y el cable.

ATENCIÓN

Posibles daños en el aparato.

► No debe sumergirse el aparato en el agua ni en otros líquidos para su lim-

pieza, ya que no es estanco. De lo contrario, podrían dañarse las piezas sometidas a corriente eléctrica (pilas).

► No utilice productos de limpieza agresivos ni abrasivos, ya que podrían

dañar la superﬁ cie de la carcasa.

► Limpie la carcasa exclusivamente con un paño ligeramente húmedo y con

un producto de limpieza suave.

♦ Apague el aparato pulsando el interruptor de encendido/apagado 3. ♦ Desconecte el cable del aparato y desenchufe la fuente de alimentación 6 de

la base de enchufe.

♦ Extraiga el cabezal de longitud de corte 7 del aparato. ♦ En caso necesario, limpie el cabezal de longitud de corte 7 con agua corriente. ♦ Finalmente, seque bien el cabezal de longitud de corte 7. ♦ Para extraer la cuchilla del soporte, ejerza presión con los pulgares contra el

dentado de la cuchilla desde la parte delantera (consulte la ﬁ g. D).

♦ Elimine los restos de pelo de la cuchilla con el cepillo de limpieza suministrado. ♦ Tras ﬁ nalizar la limpieza, vuelva a colocar la solapa de la cuchilla en la

abertura del soporte del cabezal de corte (consulte la ﬁ g. E).

♦ Vuelva a encastrar la cuchilla ejerciendo una ligera presión desde la parte

posterior (consulte la ﬁ g. F).

INDICACIÓN

En caso necesario, añada una o dos gotas de aceite para cuchillas (acce-

►

sorio) entre las cuchillas y distribúyalas de manera uniforme para reducir la fricción. También puede utilizarse un aceite sin contenido ácido (como, p. ej., aceite para máquinas de coser). Limpie el exceso de aceite con un paño.

Desecho

Desecho del aparato

No deseche nunca el aparato con la basura doméstica.

Este producto está sujeto a la Directiva europea 2012/19/EU

(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Deseche el aparato en un centro de residuos autorizado a través de las insta-

laciones de desecho de residuos comunitarias. Observe las normas vigentes.

En caso de duda, póngase en contacto con las instalaciones municipales de

desecho de residuos.

INDICACIÓN

Antes de desechar el aparato, deben extraerse las pilas.

► ► Para ello, desmonte totalmente el aparato y extraiga las pilas de la platina.

Desecho de las pilas/baterías

Las pilas/baterías no deben desecharse con la basura doméstica. Cada consu-

midor está obligado legalmente a entregar las pilas/baterías en un punto de

recogida municipal de residuos especiales o en la tienda. Con esta obligación se

consigue que las pilas/baterías se desechen de forma respetuosa con el medio

ambiente. Devuelva las pilas/baterías exclusivamente en estado descargado.

Este aparato tiene 3 años de garantía desde la fecha de compra. El aparato ha

sido fabricado cuidadosamente y ha sido probado antes de su entrega.

Guarde el comprobante de caja como justiﬁ cante de compra. Si necesitara

hacer uso de la garantía, póngase en contacto por teléfono con su punto de

servicio habitual. Éste es el único modo de garantizar un envío gratuito.

ADVERTENCIA

Este producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para el uso particular y no para

el uso industrial. En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta, uso de la fuerza

y en caso de abrir el aparato personas extrañas a nuestros centros de asistencia

técnica autorizados, la garantía pierde su validez.

Esta garantía no reduce en forma alguna sus derechos legales. La duración de

la garantía no se prolonga con la garantía de reparaciones. Lo mismo sucede

con las piezas que se hayan cambiado o reparado.

Los daños y defectos que puedan estar presentes en el momento de la compra

deberán notiﬁ carse inmediatamente después del desembalado o como máximo

dos días después de la fecha de compra.

Una vez transcurrido el periodo de garantía, deberá abonarse el costo de las

reparaciones.

La garantía cubre los defectos de fabricación o del material, pero no los

daños de transporte, las piezas sujetas a desgaste o los daños sufridos por las piezas frágiles (p. ej. el interruptor o las pilas).

rezza, l’uso e lo smaltimento. Prima di utilizzare il prodotto, familiarizzarsi con

Sicurezza

In questo capitolo sono riportate importanti indicazioni di sicurezza riguardanti

l’uso dell’apparecchio. Questo apparecchio corrisponde alle disposizioni di

sicurezza prescritte. L’uso non conforme può comportare lesioni alla persona e

danni materiali.

Avvertenze di sicurezza di base

Per l’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio, rispettare le seguenti

avvertenze di sicurezza:

■ Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato dai bambini a

partire dall’età di 8 anni e da persone con capacità ﬁ siche,

sensoriali o mentali ridotte ovvero prive di esperienze e/o

conoscenze in merito qualora siano sorvegliati o siano stati

adeguatamente istruiti sull’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e ne

abbiano compreso i relativi rischi. I bambini non devono gio-

care con l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione a cura

dell’utente non devono essere eseguiti dai bambini se non

sorvegliati.

■ Controllare l’apparecchio prima dell’uso per rilevare even-

tuali danni visibili. Non mettere in funzione un apparecchio

danneggiato. Sussiste il pericolo di folgorazione.

■ Qualora si riscontrassero danni al cavo, all’alimentatore a

spina, all’alloggiamento o ad altre parti, non utilizzare più

l’apparecchio.

■ Fare eseguire le riparazioni solo da aziende specializzate

o dall’assistenza ai clienti. Le riparazioni eﬀ ettuate in modo

non conforme possono causare gravi pericoli per l’utente.

■ Non utilizzare l’apparecchio con accessori per lunghezze di

taglio difettosi

, poiché potrebbero presentare bordi taglienti. Sussiste il

pericolo di lesioni!

■ I componenti guasti devono essere sostituiti esclusivamente

da pezzi di ricambio originali. Solo con questi pezzi di

ricambio è garantita la conformità ai requisiti di sicurezza.

■ Non lasciare mai l’apparecchio incustodito quando è in

funzione e utilizzarlo solo secondo le indicazioni riportate

sulla targhetta.

■ Per il collegamento alla rete elettrica utilizzare solo l’alimenta-

tore a spina accluso.

■ Staccare l’alimentatore dalla presa di corrente

- in presenza di anomalie

- prima di pulire l’apparecchio

- se non si utilizza l’apparecchio a lungo

- dopo l’uso

Nel farlo, tirare direttamente dall’alimentatore a spina, non

dal cavo.

■ ATTENZIONE! Mantenere l’apparecchio sempre asciutto.

■ Non utilizzare l’apparecchio quando si fa il bagno. Pericolo

di scossa elettrica!

■ Non immergere mai l’apparecchio o il cavo con

alimentatore a spina in acqua o altri liquidi.

■ Se l’apparecchio è caduto in acqua, prima di immergere le

mani nell’acqua è assolutamente necessario staccare

l’alimentatore a spina dalla presa.

■ Non toccare mai l’alimentatore a spina con le mani bagna-

te, in particolare quando lo si collega o scollega dalla presa

di rete. Pericolo di scossa elettrica!

■ L’installazione di un dispositivo di protezione dalle correnti

di guasto con una corrente di apertura nominale non supe-

riore a 30 mA oﬀ re un’ulteriore protezione contro le scosse

elettriche. Fare eseguire l’installazione esclusivamente da un

elettricista specializzato.

■ Controllare regolarmente l’alimentatore a spina e il tagliaca-

pelli e regolabarba per evidenziare eventuali difetti meccanici.

■ Assicurarsi che il cavo non resti incastrato in sportelli o non

venga tirato su superﬁ ci molto calde. In caso contrario l’iso-

lamento del cavo potrebbe danneggiarsi.

■ Collegare l’alimentatore a spina a una presa facilmente

accessibile, in modo da poterlo disconnettere rapidamente

dalla presa in caso di guasto.

■ Non coprire l’alimentatore a spina per evitarne un surriscalda-

mento inammissibile.

INDICAZIONE

Controllare che la fornitura sia completa e non presenti danni visibili.

► ► In caso di fornitura incompleta o in presenza di danni da trasporto o a

causa di imballaggio insuﬃ ciente, rivolgersi alla Hotline di assistenza (v. il capitolo Assistenza).

♦ Prelevare tutti i componenti dell’apparecchio dalla confezione. ♦ Rimuovere tutto il materiale di imballaggio dall’apparecchio.

L’imballaggio protegge l’apparecchio dai danni da trasporto.

Il riciclo dell’imballaggio consente di risparmiare materie prime e riduce la

Smaltire il materiale di imballaggio inutilizzato in conformità alle norme vigenti locali.

Accessorio di sfoltimento

Prima della messa in funzione

Il tagliacapelli e regolabarba funziona con batteria o collegamento alla rete elettrica.

Caricamento delle batterie

Prima di utilizzare il tagliacapelli e regolabarba per la prima volta, è preferibile

caricarne la batteria per almeno 3 ore. Per le successive ricariche è suﬃ ciente

un tempo di ricarica di 60 minuti.

Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio senza alimentatore a spina 6, assicurarsi che

sia completamente carico. L’apparecchio è dotato di due batterie NiMH e di un

dispositivo di protezione dal sovraccarico che consente di ricaricare le batterie

senza rischio di sovraccaricarle.

♦ Collegare il cavo dell’alimentatore a spina 6 alla stazione di carica 5 del

tagliacapelli e regolabarba.

♦ Evitare di danneggiare l’apparecchio! Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia spento

prima di inserire le batterie.

♦ Inserire l’alimentatore a spina 6 (campo di tensione ampio 100 - 240 V) in una

presa adatta alle speciﬁ che dell’apparecchio.

♦ Il procedimento di carica è indicato dalle barre continue e dall’indicazione

incrementale dei minuti dell’indicatore di controllo della carica 4. Le batterie

sono completamente cariche quando le barre dell’indicatore di carica 4 non

lampeggiano più e vengono indicati 60 minuti.

♦ Con le batterie completamente cariche è possibile usare l’apparecchio per circa

60 minuti senza collegarlo alla rete elettrica.

Funzionamento con l’alimentatore a spina

Se il tagliacapelli e regolabarba si arresta durante l’uso perché le batterie sono

scariche o hanno poca potenza, è possibile continuare a usarlo con l’alimentatore

a spina 6 collegato.

♦ Inserire il connettore dell’alimentatore a spina 6 nella presa situata sul lato

inferiore del tagliacapelli e regolabarba.

♦ Per evitare lesioni e danni all’apparecchio, spegnere sempre l’apparecchio

prima di collegarlo alla rete elettrica.

♦ Inserire l’alimentatore a spina 6 (campo di tensione ampio 100 - 240 V) in una

presa adatta alle speciﬁ che dell’apparecchio.

♦ Trascorsi 1-2 secondi è possibile accendere l’apparecchio premendo l’interrut-

tore ON/OFF 3. Se l’apparecchio non dovesse avviarsi subito, spegnerlo di

nuovo e attendere circa 1 minuto prima di riaccenderlo.

♦ Se si desidera ricaricare in questo modo le batterie senza usare la stazione di

carica 5, farlo solo ad apparecchio spento.

Comandi e funzionamento

Prolungamento della vita utile della batteria

Per prolungare la vita utile delle batterie, si raccomanda di lasciarle scaricare

completamente prima di ricaricarle. Per scaricare completamente le batterie,

azionare l’apparecchio ﬁ no al suo arresto completo.

Taglio dei capelli

INDICAZIONE

I capelli da tagliare devono essere puliti e asciutti.

► ► Pettinare i capelli per rimuovere eventuali nodi. ► Collocare una mantella da taglio o un asciugamano intorno al collo e alla

nuca per evitare che cadano resti di capelli nel colletto.

► Iniziare per prima cosa con un accessorio per una lunghezza di taglio

maggiore desiderata.

Accessori per le lunghezze di taglio 7 :

♦ Prendere l’accessorio adatto alla lunghezza di taglio desiderata 7 (4 - 6 mm /

7 - 9 mm / 10 - 12 mm / 16 - 18 mm / 22 - 24 mm / 28 - 30 mm).

♦ Applicare l’accessorio scelto 7 da dietro sul gruppo di taglio . Assicurarsi che i

due perni dell’accessorio per lunghezze di taglio 7 si inseriscano correttamente

negli incavi laterali della testina di taglio.

♦ Con l’interruttore a scorrimento 2 è possibile regolare con maggiore precisione

la lunghezza di taglio desiderata degli accessori 7. Se ad esempio si desidera

tagliare i capelli a 22 mm, selezionare l’accessorio 7 per una lunghezza di

22-24 mm e spingere l’interruttore scorrevole

lunghezza il più possibile verso l’alto (0,5 mm).

Con questa funzione si riduce il volume dei capelli prendendone e tagliandone

solo una parte.

♦ Per sfoltire i capelli, applicare l’accessorio di sfoltimento 8 sul gruppo di taglio

dal davanti ﬁ no all’innesto. L’accessorio di sfoltimento 8 deve sporgere oltre i denti

della testina.

Taglio di contorni su attaccatura dei capelli, nuca e basette

♦ Girare l’apparecchio in modo che il lato posteriore sia rivolto verso l’alto. ♦ Appoggiare il bordo del gruppo di taglio senza accessorio per lunghezza

di taglio 7 all’altezza desiderata dell’attaccatura dei capelli.

♦ Muovere il tagliacapelli e regolabarba verso il basso.

Riﬁ nitura e taglio della barba

♦ Selezionare una lunghezza di taglio adeguata alla lunghezza di barba desiderata. ♦ Accorciare la barba gradualmente.

Pulizia e cura

PERICOLO

Pericolo di morte a causa di scossa elettrica!

► Prima di pulire l'apparecchio, staccare sempre l'alimentatore a spina 6

dalla presa di corrente.

► Non toccare mai l'alimentatore a spina 6 con le mani bagnate quando

lo si collega o scollega dalla presa di rete.

► Mantenere sempre asciutti l'alimentatore a spina 6 e il cavo.

ATTENZIONE

Possibile danneggiamento dell'apparecchio.

► Non immergere il tagliacapelli e regolabarba in acqua o altri liquidi per

pulirlo, poiché l'apparecchio non è impermeabile. Le parti che conducono corrente (batterie) potrebbero subire danni.

► Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o abrasivi per non danneggiare la

superﬁ cie dell'alloggiamento dell'apparecchio.

► Pulire l'alloggiamento esclusivamente con un panno leggermente inumidito

e un detergente delicato.

♦ Spegnere il tagliacapelli e regolabarba premendo l’interruttore ON/OFF 3. ♦ Scollegare il cavo dall’apparecchio e staccare l’alimentatore a spina 6 dalla

presa.

♦ Rimuovere l’accessorio per lunghezza di taglio 7 dall’apparecchio. ♦ Se necessario, lavare gli accessori per lunghezza di taglio 7 sotto l’acqua

corrente.

di taglio

♦ Dopo aver eﬀ ettuato la pulizia, reinserire la linguetta del gruppo di taglio

♦ Reinserire in posizione il gruppo di taglio premendo leggermente da dietro

INDICAZIONE

Per ridurre l'attrito, applicare di tanto in tanto una o due gocce di olio per

lame (accessorio) tra le lame e distribuirlo uniformemente. Si può usare anche qualsiasi olio neutro (ad es. olio per macchine da cucire). Eliminare l'olio in eccesso con uno straccio.

Smaltimento

Smaltimento dell’apparecchio

Non smaltire per alcun motivo l’apparecchio assieme ai normali

Este capítulo contém instruções de segurança importantes para o manuseamento

do aparelho. Este aparelho encontra-se em conformidade com as normas de

segurança em vigor. Uma utilização incorreta pode provocar ferimentos e danos

materiais.

Instruções básicas de segurança

Para um manuseamento seguro do aparelho, respeite as

seguintes instruções de segurança:

■ Este aparelho pode ser utilizado por crianças a partir dos

8 anos e pessoas com capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou men-

tais reduzidas ou inexperientes e/ou sem conhecimentos, se

o ﬁ zerem com supervisão ou forem instruídas relativamente à

utilização segura do aparelho e se tiverem compreendido os

perigos daí resultantes. As crianças não podem brincar com

o aparelho. A limpeza e a manutenção pelo utilizador não

podem ser realizadas por crianças não supervisionadas.

■ Antes da utilização, veriﬁ que o aparelho quanto a danos

exteriores visíveis. Não coloque em funcionamento um apa-

relho daniﬁ cado. Existe perigo de choque elétrico.

■ Caso sejam detetados danos no cabo, no carregador, na

estrutura ou em outras peças, então não pode continuar a

utilizar o aparelho.

■ Solicite a reparação do aparelho apenas a empresas autori-

zadas ou ao serviço de apoio ao cliente. Reparações indevi-

das podem provocar perigos consideráveis para o utilizador.

Além disso, a garantia extingue-se.

■ Não utilize o aparelho com pentes distanciadores com defei-

ou com o pente de desbaste com defeito 8, pois estes

podem ter cantos aﬁ ados. Existe perigo de ferimentos!

■ Os componentes avariados devem ser substituídos apenas

por peças de reposição originais. Apenas a utilização destas

peças garante o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança.

■ Nunca utilize o aparelho sem supervisão e apenas segundo

as indicações na placa de características.

■ Utilize apenas o carregador fornecido para o funcionamen-

to do aparelho ligado à rede.

■ Retire o carregador da tomada

- se surgir uma avaria,

- antes de limpar o aparelho,

- se não utilizar o aparelho durante um período prolongado,

- depois de cada utilização.

Faça-o, puxando diretamente pelo carregador e não pelo

cabo.

■ ATENÇÃO! Mantenha o aparelho seco.

■ Não utilize o aparelho no banho. Existe perigo de choque

elétrico!

■ Nunca mergulhe o aparelho ou o cabo com o carregador

em água ou outros líquidos.

■ Caso o aparelho tenha caído na água retire primeiro o car-

regador da tomada antes de retirar o aparelho da água.

■ Nunca pegue no carregador com as mãos molhadas,

especialmente quando o insere ou retira da tomada. Existe

perigo de choque elétrico!

■ A instalação de um disjuntor de corrente residual com uma

corrente de ativação de dimensionamento inferior a 30 mA

oferece mais proteção contra um choque elétrico. A instala-

ção deve ser realizada exclusivamente por um eletricista.

■ Veriﬁ que o aparador de cabelo e barba regularmente quan-

to a eventuais defeitos mecânicos.

■ Certiﬁ que-se de que o cabo não ﬁ ca entalado nas portas de

armários ou seja puxado por cima de superfícies quentes. O

isolamento do cabo pode ser daniﬁ cado.

■ Ligue o carregador sempre a uma tomada de fácil acesso,

para que possa retirá-lo rapidamente da tomada em caso

de falha.

■ Não tape o carregador, de forma a evitar um aquecimento

não permitido.

Pente de desbaste

Antes da colocação em funcionamento

O aparador de cabelo e barba pode ser operado com a bateria ou com

o carregador.

Carregar a bateria

Antes da primeira utilização deve carregar-se a bateria do aparador de cabelo

e barba durante, no mínimo, 3 horas. Para os seguintes carregamentos é suﬁ -

ciente um período de carga de 60 minutos.

Certiﬁ que-se de que o aparelho está completamente carregado antes de utilizá-lo

sem carregador

proteção de sobrecarga, assim é possível recarregar as baterias sem qualquer

perigo de uma sobrecarga.

♦ Ligue o cabo do carregador 6 com a estação de carga 5 do aparador de

cabelo e barba.

♦ Evite que o aparelho seja daniﬁ cado! Certiﬁ que-se de que o aparelho está

desligado antes de carregar as baterias.

♦ Insira o carregador 6 (ampla gama de tensão 100 - 240 V) numa tomada

que corresponda às especiﬁ cações do aparelho.

♦ O processo de carga é representado pela barra de estado e a indicação cres-

cente dos minutos, na indicação do nível de carga 4. As baterias estão com-

pletamente carregadas quando as barras na indicação do nível de carga 4

já não piscam e são indicados os 60 minutos.

♦ Com as baterias completamente carregadas pode operar o aparelho até aprox.

60 minutos sem ter que o ligar à corrente.

. O aparelho está equipado com 2 baterias NiMH e uma

Funcionamento com o carregador

Se o aparador de cabelo e barba parar a meio do corte, devido a baterias des-

carregadas ou com pouca carga, então deve prosseguir-se com o corte, ligando

o carregador 6 à corrente.

♦ Insira a ﬁ cha do carregador 6 na tomada na parte inferior do aparador de

cabelo e barba.

♦ Desligue sempre o aparelho antes de ligá-lo à corrente, a ﬁ m de evitar ferimentos

e danos no aparelho.

♦ Insira o carregador 6 (ampla gama de tensão 100 - 240 V) numa tomada

que corresponda às especiﬁ cações do aparelho.

♦ Depois de aguardar 1 a 2 segundos pode ligar o aparelho, premindo no

interruptor LIGAR/DESLIGAR 3. Se o aparelho não ligar de imediato, volte

a desligá-lo e aguarde aprox. 1 minuto antes de voltar a ligá-lo.

♦ Caso pretenda carregar, desta forma, as baterias sem utilizar a estação de

carga 5 , deve fazê-lo com o aparelho desligado.

Operação e funcionamento

Prolongar a vida útil da bateria

Para uma vida útil mais prolongada das baterias, recomenda-se que as mesmas

ﬁ quem completamente descarregadas antes de serem novamente carregadas.

Para que as baterias ﬁ quem completamente descarregadas, o aparelho deve ser

operado até parar por completo.

Cortar cabelos

NOTA

O cabelo a cortar deve estar limpo e seco.

► ► Escove bem o cabelo para remover eventuais nós. ► Coloque a capa para corte ou um pano à volta do pescoço e nuca para

impedir que restos de cabelos caiam para dentro da gola.

► Inicie primeiro com um pente distanciador 7 mais comprido e encurte o

cabelo gradualmente até atingir o comprimento desejado.

Pentes distanciadores 7 :

♦ Utilize o pente distanciador 7 adequado ao comprimento de corte desejado

(4 - 6 mm / 7 - 9 mm / 10 - 12 mm / 16 - 18 mm / 22 - 24 mm / 28 - 30 mm).

♦ Encaixe o pente distanciador 7 escolhido, por trás, no conjunto de lâminas .

Certiﬁ que-se de que ambos os pinos do pente distanciador 7 encaixm correta-

mente nos entalhes laterais do suporte da cabeça de corte.

♦ Através do interruptor deslizante 2 pode ajustar, de forma mais precisa, o com-

primento de corte dos pentes distanciadores 7. Se desejar cortar o seu cabelo à

medida de, por exemplo, 22 mm então selecione o pente distanciador 7 para

um comprimento de 22-24 mm e desloque o interruptor deslizante

possível para cima (0,5 mm), para realizar um ajuste preciso do comprimento.

A regulação progressiva para baixo do ajuste preciso, aumenta o compri-

mento de corte para 22,5 mm (no ajuste preciso 1,0 mm); para 23 mm (no ajuste preciso 1,5 mm) ou 24 mm (no ajuste preciso 2,5 mm).

♦ Ligue o aparador de cabelo e barba, pressionando o interruptor LIGAR/DESLIGAR 3. ♦ Passe o aparador de cabelo e barba lentamente pelo cabelo. ♦ Mantenha o aparelho de forma que o pente distanciador 7 ﬁ que o mais

horizontal possível.

♦ Inicie o corte sempre a partir da nuca em direção à parte superior da cabeça

ou da testa e têmporas para o centro da cabeça.

Desbastar cabelo

Com esta função reduz o volume do cabelo, cortando apenas uma porção dos

cabelos.

♦ Para desbastar os cabelos coloque o pente de desbaste 8, pela frente, no con-

junto de lâminas até que este encaixe. O pente de desbaste 8 deve tapar

os dentes da cabeça de corte.

Cortar contornos no couro cabeludo, nuca e suíças

♦ Vire o aparelho, de forma a que o verso ﬁ que virado para cima. ♦ Coloque o canto do conjunto de lâminas , sem pente distanciador 7,

na altura desejada do couro cabeludo.

♦ Movimente o aparador de cabelo e barba ligado para baixo.

Aparar e cortar a barba

♦ Selecione um nível de comprimento de corte, dependendo do comprimento

desejado da barba.

♦ Agora apare a barba gradualmente.

Limpeza e conservação

PERIGO

► Retire o carregador 6 da tomada, antes de limpar o aparelho. ► Nunca pegue no carregador 6 com as mãos molhadas, quando o insere

ou retira da tomada.

♦ Separe o cabo do aparelho e retire o carregador 6 da tomada. ♦ Remova o pente distanciador 7 do aparelho. ♦ Lave os pentes distanciadores 7, se necessário, com água corrente. ♦ De seguida seque bem os pentes distanciadores 7. ♦ Exerça pressão, de frente, com o polegar contra os dentes da cabeça de corte

para soltar o conjunto de lâminas do suporte (ver ﬁ g. D).

♦ Com a escova de limpeza fornecida remova quaisquer restos de cabelos do

conjunto de lâminas

♦ Depois da limpeza volte a colocar o encaixe do conjunto de lâminas na

abertura do alojamento do suporte da cabeça de corte (ver ﬁ g. E).

♦ Volte a encaixar o conjunto de lâminas , exercendo ligeira pressão na parte

de trás (ver ﬁ g. F).

Para reduzir a fricção aplique ocasionalmente uma a duas gotas de óleo

para lâminas (acessórios) entre as lâminas e distribua-o uniformemente. Também pode utilizar qualquer outro óleo ácido (como, p. ex. óleo para máquinas de costura). Com um pano limpe o óleo em excesso.

Incorrect usage can lead to personal injury and property damage.

Basic safety instructions

For safe handling of the appliance, follow the safety informa-

tion below:

■ This appliance may be used by children aged 8 over and by

persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabili-

ties or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they

are under supervision or have been told how to use of the

appliance safely and are aware of the potential risks. Chil-

dren must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user

maintenance tasks must not be carried out by children unless

they are supervised.

■ Before use, check the appliance for visible external damage.

Do not put into operation an appliance that is damaged.

There will be the risk of a fatal electrical shock.

■ The appliance may no longer be used if there is any dam-

age to the cable, to the power supply unit, the housing or

■ Remove the power supply unit from the wall socket

- if a defect occurs,

- before cleaning the appliance,

- if you do not intend using the appliance for longer periods,

- after every use.

When removing, pull the power unit itself and not the cable.

■ ATTENTION! Keep the appliance dry.

■ Do not use the appliance while taking a bath. Risk of fatal

electrical shocks!

■ Never submerge the appliance or the cable with power sup-

ply unit in water or other ﬂ uids.

■ If the appliance falls into the water, it is imperative that you

pull the power supply unit out of the power socket before

you reach into the water.

■ Never touch the power supply unit with wet hands,

especially when plugging it in or unplugging it. Risk of fatal

electrical shocks!

■ The installation of a residual current circuit breaker with a

rated tripping current of no more than 30 mA oﬀ ers further

protection from electric shocks. Only have the installation

carried out by a qualiﬁ ed electrician.

■ Check the power supply unit and the hair and beard trimmer

regularly for any possible mechanical defects.

■ Ensure that the cable does not get jammed in cupboard

doors or pulled over hot surfaces. If this occurs, the cable

insulation may be damaged.

■ Only plug the power supply unit into an easily reachable

power socket so that you can pull the power supply unit out of

the power socket quickly in an emergency.

■ Do not cover the power supply unit to avoid inadmissible

warming.

Thinner add-on

Before taking into use

The hair and beard trimmer can be used as a battery-powered or mains-powered

appliance.

Charging the batteries

The batteries for the hair and beard trimmer should be charged for at least 3 hours

before ﬁ rst use. A charging time of 60 minutes is suﬃ cient for all further charges.

Ensure that the appliance is completely charged before you use it without the

power supply unit 6. The appliance is ﬁ tted with 2 NiMH rechargeable batteries

and overload protection so that the batteries can be recharged without the

danger of overcharging.

♦ Connect the power supply unit cable 6 to the hair and beard trimmer charging

station

♦ Avoid damaging the appliance! Ensure that the appliance is switched oﬀ before

charging the batteries.

♦ Plug the power supply unit 6 (wide voltage range 100 - 240 V) in a power

socket complying with the appliance speciﬁ cations.

♦ The charging process is displayed using a continuous bar and increasing minute

display in the charging display 4. The batteries have been completely charged

once the bar in the charging display 4 no longer ﬂ ashes and 60 minutes is

displayed.

♦ Once the batteries are completely recharged, you can use the appliance for

around 60 minutes without connecting it to the power supply.

Operation with the power supply unit

If your hair and beard trimmer stops working during shaving due to discharged

or weak batteries, you can continue shaving by plugging in the power supply

unit 6.

♦ Plug the power supply unit plug 6 into the socket on the underside of the hair

and beard trimmer.

♦ To avoid injuries and damage to the appliance, always switch the appliance oﬀ

before connecting it to the power supply.

♦ Plug the power supply unit 6 (wide voltage range 100 - 240 V) in a power

socket complying with the appliance speciﬁ cations.

♦ After 1 - 2 seconds, you can switch the appliance on by pressing the ON / OFF

switch 3. If the appliance does not start immediately, switch it oﬀ again and

wait around 1 minute before switching it on again.

♦ If you want to charge the batteries without using the charging station 5 in this

manner you can only do this when the appliance is switched oﬀ .

Handling and use

Improving battery service life

We recommend completely discharging the batteries before recharging to ensure

a long battery service life. In order to completely discharge the batteries, run the

appliance until it stops completely.

Cutting hair

NOTE

Any hair to be cut should be clean and dry.

► ► Brush the hair carefully through to remove any knots. ► Place the hairdressing cape or cloth around your neck and throat to avoid

cut hair ends falling inside your collar.

► First start using a longer cut length add-on 7 and then shorten your hair in

stages until it has the required length.

♦ Select a suitable cut length add-on 7 to match your required hair length (4 - 6

mm / 7 - 9 mm / 10 - 12 mm / 16 - 18 mm / 22 - 24 mm / 28 - 30 mm).

♦ Click the selected cut length add-on 7 onto the trimmer block

Ensure that both pins in the cut length add-on

cutouts in the trimmer head holder.

♦ You can use the slide switch 2 to make ﬁ ne adjustments to the required cut

length 7. For example, if you want to cut your hair to 22 mm length, take a cut

length add-on 7 for hair lengths of 22-24 mm and push the slide switch

ﬁ ne length adjustment upwards as far as possible (0.5 mm).

Variable adjustment of the ﬁ ne adjustment downwards increases the cut

of the hair is gripped and trimmed.

♦ To thin your hair, clip the thinner add-on 8 onto the trimmer block from the

front until it engages. When doing so, the thinner add-on 8 must protrude past

the trimmer head teeth.

Cutting the edges of the hairline, neck and sideburns

♦ Turn the appliance round so that the rear side is facing upwards. ♦ Place the edge of the trimmer block without a cut length add-on 7 at the

required height along the hairline.

♦ Switch the hair and beard trimmer on and move it downwards.

Trimming and cutting your beard

♦ Select a cut length add-on depending on the required beard length. ♦ Now trim your beard in stages.

Cleaning and care

DANGER

Danger to life due to electric shock!

► Pull the power supply unit 6 out of the power socket before cleaning the

appliance.

► Never touch the power supply unit 6 with wet hands, especially when

plugging it in or unplugging it.

► Always keep the power supply unit 6 and the cable dry.

CAUTION

Possible damage to the appliance.

► The hair and beard trimmer may never be immersed in water or other ﬂ uids

for cleaning, since the appliance is not watertight. If this is done, live parts (batteries) can be damaged.

► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as these can damage

the upper surfaces.

► Clean the housing exclusively with a soft damp cloth and a mild dishwashing

liquid.

♦ Switch the hair and beard trimmer oﬀ by pressing the ON - OFF switch 3. ♦ Disconnect the cable from the appliance and pull the power supply unit 6 out

of the power socket.

♦ Take the cut length add-on 7 oﬀ the appliance. ♦ If necessary, you can wash the cut length add-ons 7 under running water. ♦ Always dry the cut length add-ons 7 thoroughly afterwards. ♦ To remove the trimmer block from its holder (see Fig. D), press your thumbs

against the shaving head teeth from the front.

♦ Use the cleaning brush supplied to remove any residual hair from the trimmer

block

♦ Once you have completed cleaning, plug the trimmer block plug-in tab back

into the mounting opening in the shaving head holder (see Fig. E).

♦ Allow the trimmer block to engage again by pressing lightly from behind

(see Fig. F).

In order to reduce friction, occasionally apply a couple of drops of scissor

oil (accessory) between the blades, and then distribute it evenly. You can also use any acid-free oil (e.g. sewing machine oil). Wipe any access oil oﬀ with a cloth.

Disposal

Disposal of the appliance

Never dispose of the appliance in normal household waste.

This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive

2012/19/EU (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your com-

munity waste facility. Please observe the currently applicable regulations. Please

contact your waste disposal centre should you be in any doubt.

NOTE

Before disposing of the appliance it is essential to remove the battery ﬁ rst.

► ► To do this, dismantle the appliance completely and remove the recharge-

able batteries from the PCB.

Disposal of batteries

Used batteries may not be disposed of in household waste. Every consumer is

In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Sicherheitshinweise im Umgang mit dem Gerät.

Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen.

Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann zu Personen- und Sachschäden führen.

Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise

Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät die

folgenden Sicherheitshinweise:

■ Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber

sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensori-

schen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung

und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder

bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen

wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstehen.

Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und

Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beaufsichti-

gung durchgeführt werden.

■ Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äußere

sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes Gerät nicht

in Betrieb. Es besteht Stromschlaggefahr.

■ Sollte ein Schaden am Kabel, am Steckernetzteil, am Ge-

häuse oder an anderen Teilen festgestellt werden, darf das

Gerät nicht weiter benutzt werden.

■ Lassen Sie Reparaturen am Gerät nur von autorisierten

Fachbetrieben oder dem Kundenservice durchführen. Durch

unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren

für den Benutzer entstehen. Zudem erlischt der Garantiean-

spruch.

■ Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht mit defekten Schnittlängen-

Aufsätzen 7 oder defektem Ausdünn-Aufsatz 8, da diese

scharfe Kanten haben können. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr!

■ Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile

ausgetauscht werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet,

dass sie die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen werden.

■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nie unbeaufsichtigt und nur gemäß

den Angaben auf dem Typenschild.

■ Verwenden Sie für den Netzbetrieb nur das mitgelieferte

Steckernetzteil.

■ Ziehen Sie das Steckernetzteil aus der Steckdose

- wenn eine Störung auftritt,

- bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen,

- wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzen,

- nach jedem Gebrauch.

Ziehen Sie dabei am Steckernetzteil direkt und nicht am

Kabel.

■ ACHTUNG! Das Gerät trocken halten.

■ Das Gerät nicht während des Badens benutzen. Es besteht

Stromschlaggefahr!

■ Tauchen Sie das Gerät sowie das Kabel mit Steckernetzteil

niemals in Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit.

■ Falls das Gerät ins Wasser gefallen ist, ziehen Sie unbedingt

zuerst das Steckernetzteil aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie ins

Wasser greifen.

■ Fassen Sie das Steckernetzteil niemals mit nassen Händen

an, besonders wenn Sie es in die Steckdose stecken bzw.

aus dieser herausziehen. Es besteht Stromschlaggefahr!

■ Der Einbau einer Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung mit einem

Bemessungsauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA bietet

weiteren Schutz vor einem elektrischen Schlag. Lassen Sie

den Einbau ausschließlich von einer Elektro-Fachkraft durch-

führen.

■ Prüfen Sie das Steckernetzteil und den Haar- und Bartschnei-

der regelmäßig auf eventuelle mechanische Defekte.

■ Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel nicht in Schranktüren ein-

geklemmt oder über heiße Flächen gezogen wird. Es könnte

sonst die Isolierung des Kabels beschädigt werden.

■ Schließen Sie das Steckernetzteil nur an eine gut erreichba-

re Steckdose an, damit im Störungsfall das Steckernetzteil

schnell aus der Steckdose gezogen werden kann.

■ Decken Sie das Steckernetzteil nicht ab, um eine unzulässige

Erwärmung zu vermeiden.

Ausdünn-Aufsatz

Vor der Inbetriebnahme

Der Haar- und Bartschneider kann als Akku- oder Netzgerät betrieben werden.

Auﬂ aden der Akkus

Vor der ersten Anwendung sollte der Akku des Haar- und Bartschneiders min-

destens 3 Stunden aufgeladen werden. Für nachfolgende Ladevorgänge ist eine

Ladezeit von 60 Minuten ausreichend.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät voll geladen ist, bevor Sie es ohne

Steckernetzteil 6 verwenden. Das Gerät ist mit 2 NiMH-Akkus und Überla-

deschutz ausgestattet, damit können die Akkus ohne Gefahr einer Überladung

nachgeladen werden.

♦ Verbinden Sie das Kabel des Steckernetzteils 6 mit der Ladestation 5 des

Haar- und Bartschneiders.

♦ Vermeiden Sie Beschädigungen des Geräts! Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät

ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie die Akkus auﬂ aden.

♦ Stecken Sie das Steckernetzteil 6 (Weitspannungsbereich 100 - 240 V) in eine

zu den Gerätevorgaben passende Steckdose.

♦ Der Ladevorgang wird durch die durchlaufenden Balken und die ansteigende

Minutenanzeige in der Ladekontrollanzeige 4 dargestellt. Die Akkus sind voll

Betrieb mit dem Steckernetzteil

Kommt Ihr Haar- und Bartschneider wegen entladener oder leistungsschwacher

Akkus während der Rasur zum Stillstand, so können Sie bei angeschlossenem

Steckernetzteil 6 die Rasur fortsetzen.

♦ Stecken Sie den Kabelstecker des Steckernetzteils 6 in die Buchse auf der

Unterseite des Haar- und Bartschneiders.

♦ Um Verletzungen und Schäden am Gerät zu vermeiden, schalten Sie das Gerät

immer aus, bevor Sie es mit dem Stromnetz verbinden.

♦ Stecken Sie das Steckernetzteil 6 (Weitspannungsbereich 100 - 240 V) in eine

zu den Gerätevorgaben passende Steckdose.

♦ Nach 1 - 2 Sekunden können Sie das Gerät durch Drücken des EIN- / AUS-

Schalters 3 einschalten. Sollte das Gerät nicht sofort anlaufen, schalten Sie es

nochmals aus und warten Sie ca. 1 Minute, bevor Sie es erneut einschalten.

♦ Wollen Sie die Akkus ohne Nutzung der Ladestation 5 auf diese Weise auﬂ aden,

dann nur bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät.

Bedienung und Betrieb

Akku-Lebensdauer verlängern

Für eine längere Lebensdauer der Akkus ist die komplette Entladung vor erneutem

Auﬂ aden zu empfehlen. Zum kompletten Entladen ist das Gerät bis zum vollstän-

digen Stillstand zu betreiben.

Haare schneiden

HINWEIS

Das zu schneidende Haar sollte sauber und trocken sein.

► ► Kämmen Sie das Haar sorgfältig durch, um eventuelle Knoten zu entfernen. ► Legen Sie einen Frisierumhang oder ein Tuch um Hals und Nacken, um zu

vermeiden, dass Haarreste in den Kragen fallen.

► Beginnen Sie zuerst mit einem längeren Schnittlängen-Aufsatz 7 und

kürzen Sie das Haar schrittweise auf die gewünschte Länge.

Schnittlängen-Aufsätze 7 :

♦ Nehmen Sie den für die gewünschte Schnittlänge passenden Schnittlängen-

Aufsatz

Haare erfasst und abgeschnitten wird.

Reinigung und Pﬂ ege

GEFAHR

► Ziehen Sie das Steckernetzteil 6 aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen. ► Fassen Sie das Steckernetzteil 6 niemals mit nassen Händen an, wenn Sie

es in die Steckdose stecken bzw. aus dieser herausziehen.

► Halten Sie das Steckernetzteil 6 und das Kabel immer trocken.

ACHTUNG

Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.

► Der Haar- und Bartschneider darf zur Reinigung nicht in Wasser oder

andere Flüssigkeiten getaucht werden, da das Gerät nicht wasserdicht ist. Dadurch könnten stromführende Teile (Akkus) beschädigt werden.

► Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, da

diese die Gehäuseoberﬂ äche angreifen können.

► Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse ausschließlich mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch

und einem milden Spülmittel.

♦ Schalten Sie den Haar- und Bartschneider durch Drücken des EIN- / AUS-

Schalters 3 aus.

♦ Trennen Sie das Kabel vom Gerät und ziehen Sie das Steckernetzteil 6 aus der

Steckdose.

♦ Nehmen Sie den Schnittlängen-Aufsatz 7 vom Gerät. ♦ Waschen Sie die Schnittlängen-Aufsätze 7 falls erforderlich mit ﬂ ießendem

Wasser ab.

♦ Trocknen Sie die Schnittlängen-Aufsätze 7 anschließend gut ab. ♦ Drücken Sie von vorne mit dem Daumen gegen die Zähne des Scherkopfes, um

den Schneidsatz aus der Halterung zu lösen (siehe Abb. D).

♦ Entfernen Sie mit beiliegender Reinigungsbürste verbliebene Haarreste vom

Schneidsatz .

♦ Stecken Sie die Stecklasche des Schneidsatzes nach erfolgter Reinigung in

die Aufnahmeöﬀ nung der Scherkopfhalterung zurück (siehe Abb. E).

♦ Lassen Sie den Schneidsatz durch leichten Druck von hinten wieder einrasten

(siehe Abb. F).

HINWEIS

Um die Reibung zu reduzieren, geben Sie gelegentlich ein bis zwei Tropfen

Klingenöl (Zubehör) zwischen die Klingen und verteilen Sie es gleichmäßig. Sie können auch jedes säurefreie Öl (wie z.B. Nähmaschinenöl) verwenden. Wischen Sie überschüssiges Öl mit einem Tuch ab.

Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen Hausmüll.

Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über
