Utilisation conforme
Cet appareil est exclusivement destiné à sceller et à mettre sous vide des aliments
dans des quantités ménagères et uniquement pour un usage domestique. Cet
appareil n'est pas prévu pour un usage commercial ou industriel et pas pour une
utilisation continue.
Tout usage autre ou dépassant ce cadre est réputé non conforme. Toute réclamation visant des dommages issus d'un usage non conforme sera rejetée. L'utilisateur
assume seul la responsabilité des risques encourus.

Contenu de la livraison et inspection après
transport
L'appareil est équipé de série des composants suivants:

REMARQUE
► Vérifi ez si la livraison est au complet et ne présente aucun dégât apparent.
► En cas de livraison incomplète ou de dommages résultant d'un emballage
défectueux ou du transport, v
après-vente (cf. chapitre Service après-vente).
Déballer l'appareil
♦ Retirez l'appareil, le fi lm tubulaire et le mode d'emploi du carton.
♦ Retirez tous les matériaux d'emballage.
DANGER
► Les matériaux d'emballage ne doivent pas servir de jouet aux enfants.
Il y a risque d'étouff ement.
Élimination de l'emballage
L'emballage protège l'appareil de tous dommages éventuels au cours du transport.
Les matériaux d'emballage ont été sélectionnés selon des critères de respect
de l'environnement et de recyclage permettant une élimination écologique de
ceux-ci.
Le recyclage de l'emballage en fi lière de revalorisation permet d'économiser des
matières premières et de réduire le volume de déchets. Veuillez éliminer les matériaux d'emballage qui ne servent plus en respectant la réglementation locale.

Consignes de sécurité
RISQUE DE CHOC ÉLECTRIQUE !
■ Avant d'utiliser l'appareil, vérifi ez que celui-ci ne présente aucun
dégât extérieur visible. Ne mettez pas en service un appareil
endommagé.
■ En cas de dommages sur le cordon d'alimentation, veuillez le
faire remplacer par des techniciens spécialisés ou le service
clientèle, pour éviter tous dangers.
■ N'utilisez jamais l'appareil avec un cordon d'alimentation
défectueux.
■ N'utilisez pas de cordon de rallonge ni de blocs multiprises qui
ne sont pas conformes aux dispositions de sécurité requises.
■ N'ouvrez jamais le boîtier de l'appareil !
■ Retirez la fi che secteur de la prise, avant d'entreprendre le
nettoyage.
■ Veillez à ce qu'aucun liquide ne pénètre dans l'appareil pendant
le nettoyage.

■ Le nettoyage et la maintenance ne doivent pas être confi és à des
enfants, sauf s’ils sont âgés de 8 ans ou plus et s’ils eff ectuent
ces opérations sous surveillance.
■ Maintenir l'appareil et son cordon hors de portée des enfants
de moins de 8 ans.
■ Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de 8 ans
et plus et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou un manque d'expérience
et de connaissances à condition qu'elles aient reçu une supervision ou des instructions concernant I'utilisation de I'appareil
en toute sécurité et qu'elles comprennent les dangers encourus.
■ Ne pas laisser les enfants jouer avec l'appareil.

■ Cet appareil n'est pas prévu pour une utilisation en continu.
Après chaque opération de mise sous vide, laissez l'appareil
refroidir pendant au moins 80 secondes. Sinon, l'appareil
risque d'être endommagé de façon irréparable!
■ N'utilisez pas de minuterie externe ni de dispositif de commande
à distance séparé pour utiliser l'appareil.

Installation et raccordement
Exigences requises sur le lieu d'installation
Pour assurer un fonctionnement fi able et sans défaillances de l'appareil, le lieu
d'installation doit répondre aux conditions suivantes:
■ Lors de l'installation de l'appareil, installer l'appareil sur un support solide,
plat et horizontal.
■ N'utilisez pas l'appar

► Avant de procéder au raccordement de l'appareil, comparez les données
de raccordement (tension et fr
celles de votre réseau électrique. Ces données doivent correspondre afi n
de ne pas endommager l'appareil.
► Assurez-vous que le câble d'alimentation de l'appareil n'est pas endommagé
et qu'il n'est pas posé sur des surfaces chaudes et/ou des arêtes aiguës.
► Veillez à ce que le cordon d'alimentation ne soit pas trop tendu ou plié.
► Ne laissez pas pendre le câble d'alimentation sur les coins (risque de
trébucher).

Sceller le fi lm tubulaire
REMARQUES RELATIVES AU FILM
Le fi lm doit faire au max. 28 cm de large. Sinon il ne peut pas être correcte-
►
ment scellé.
► Utilisez uniquement pour cet appareil des fi lms présentant une structure
d'un côté (points ou rainures) et une épaisseur d'en
(170 - 290 μ) fabriqués en PE nylon. Sinon la bande de scellage ne sera
pas étanche et l'appareil risque d'être endommagé. Vous reconnaissez les
fi lms de ce type aux indications données sur l'emballage. La qualité de la
bande de scellage varie en fonction du type et de l'épaisseur du fi lm.
► Le fi lm livré est adapté à des températures comprises entre -20 °C et +100°C.
1) Découpez la longueur souhaitée pour votre sachet le plus droit possible
dans le fi lm tubulaire à l'aide de ciseaux.
2) Ouvrez le couvercle de l'appareil 1, en appuyant sur les verrouillages du
couvercle 8 et en ouvrant le couvercle de l'appareil 1 entièrement vers le
haut.
3) Placez l'extrémité ouverte du sachet dans l'appareil jusqu'à ce que l'ouverture
du sachet se trouve au centre à l'intérieur du joint d'étanchéité inférieur 5.
Le sachet doit toucher au maximum les limites arrière 6 et doit se situer entre
les limites avant 7. Lorsque le sachet se situe au-dessus d'une ou des deux
limites 7, il risque alors de ne pas être correctement scellé :

REMARQUE
► L'ouverture du sachet doit être placée à plat sur la bande de scellage 4.
Sinon le scellage ne fonctionne pas correctement.

6) Ouvrez le couvercle de l'appareil 1 et retirez le sachet. Ce dernier est
maintenant scellé d'un côté.
REMARQUE
► Assurez-vous que le scellage est correct. Un scellage correct doit se présenter
sous la forme d'une bande droite lisse sans aucun pli.
Remplissez le sachet. Vous devez laisser au moins 6 cm du sachet libre

Lors du scellage, vous pouvez également aspirer l'air du sachet (mise sous vide) :

4) Lorsque les deux voyants de contrôle q/t sont éteints, vous pouvez ouvrir
le couvercle et retirer le sachet mis sous vide et scellé.
REMARQUE
► Vous pouvez interrompre l'opération de mise sous vide à tout moment en
appuyant sur la touche
Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche
mise sous vide.
Si l' appareil est déjà passé en mode scellage et le voyant de contrôle
rouge q s' allume, l' opération peut être interrompue avec la touche e.
L'appareil stoppe l'opération de scellage.
CONSEIL - "CUISSON SOUS VIDE"
► Le fi lm livré étant adapté à des températures comprises entre -20°C et
+100°C, vous pouv
Lors de la cuisson sous vide, les aliments (principalement du poisson ou
de la viande, cependant les légumes sont également possibles), sont scellés
dans un sachet sous vide puis cuits à basse température (env. 50 à 90°C)
au bain-Marie ou à la vapeur. Ceci présente l'avantage que les arômes
volatiles ne peuvent pas s'échapper lors de la cuisson. Les aliments ne
dessèchent pas et les vitamines et arômes sont préservés. Les herbes
aromatiques ou épices qui sont scellés dans le sachet sous vide donnent
un goût plus intense aux aliments.

Nettoyage
DANGER
Danger de mort par électrocution!
► Retirez la fi che secteur de la prise, avant d'entreprendre le nettoyage.
► Veillez à ce qu'aucun liquide ne pénètre dans l'appareil pendant le
nettoyage.
ATTENTION
Endommagement potentiel de l'appareil.
► N'utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs, car ils peuvent
agresser la surface du boîtier
► N'utilisez pas d'objets durs ou coupants pour éliminer d'éventuels restes
de colle de la bande de scellage 4. Sinon la bande de scellage 4 ou
l'isolation risque d'être endommagée.
Nettoyage de l'appareil
♦ Nettoyez la surface du boîtier avec un chiff on légèrement humide et un
détergent doux.
♦ Essuyez le joint d'étanchéité supérieur 9 et le joint d'étanchéité inférieur 5,
ainsi que le joint de scellage 0 à l'aide d'un chiff on humide. V
que l'appareil soit entièrement sec avant de le réutiliser.
Entreposage
L'appareil possède un dispositif d'enroulement du câble intégré 3 sur le dessous
de l'appareil sur lequel vous pouvez enrouler le câble secteur lorsque vous ne vous
en servez pas. Vous évitez ainsi que le câble secteur ne soit coincé, sali ou ne
devienne une source de danger parce qu'il pend :

ATTENTION
Endommagement potentiel de l'appareil.
► Pendant que vous stockez l'appareil, ne laissez pas le couvercle de l'appa-
s'enclencher ! Une fois le couvercle de l'appareil 1 enclenché, une

joint d'étanchéité inférieur 5, ainsi que sur le joint de scellage 0. Le bon
fonctionnement de ces derniers peut ainsi être entravé.

soleil.

Mise au rebut
Ne pas jeter l'appareil avec les ordures ménagères normales.
Ce produit est assujetti à la directive européenne 2012/19/EU
(déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques).
Remettez l'appareil destiné au recyclage à une entreprise spécialisée ou au
centre de recyclage de votre commune. Respectez la réglementation en vigueur.
En cas de doutes, contactez votre organisation de recyclage.
Remarques relatives à la déclaration de

aux prescriptions correspondantes de la directive européenne

Cet appareil est garanti 3 ans à partir de la date d'achat. L'appareil a été fabriqué
avec soin et contrôlé consciencieusement avant sa livraison.
Veuillez conserver le ticket de caisse en guise de preuve d'achat. En cas de garantie, veuillez contacter le service après-vente compétent. Cette condition doit être
respectée pour assurer l'expédition gratuite de votre marchandise.
REMARQUE
Le produit est destiné uniquement à un usage privé et ne répond pas à un usage
professionnel. La garantie est annulée en cas de manipulation incorrecte et
inappropriée, d'usage de la force et en cas d'intervention non réalisée par notre
centre de service après-vente agréé.
Vos droits légaux ne sont pas restreints par la présente garantie.
L'exercice de la garantie ne prolonge pas la période de garantie. Cette disposition s'applique également aux pièces remplacées ou réparées.

Toute réparation fera l'objet d'une facturation après expiration de la période de

Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und

GEFAHR EINES ELEKTRISCHEN SCHLAGES!
■ Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äußere

Aufstellen und Anschließen
Anforderungen an den Aufstellort
Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb des Gerätes muss der Aufstellort
folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

Schlauchfolie verschweißen

► Benutzen Sie für dieses Gerät nur Folien, die auf einer Seite eine Struktur
haben (Punkte oder Rillen) und eine Stärke von ca. 0,17 - 0,29 mm (170 290 μ) und aus Nylon-PE hergestellt sind. Ansonsten wird die Schweißnaht
nicht dicht und das Gerät kann beschädigt werden. Sie erkennen Folien
dieser Art an den Angaben auf der Verpackung. Je nach Art und Stärke
der Folie variiert die Qualität der Schweißnaht.
► Die mitgelieferte Folie ist für Temperaturen zwischen -20°C und +100°C
geeignet.
1) Schneiden Sie die gewünschte Länge für Ihren Beutel von der Schlauchfolie
mit einer Schere möglichst gerade ab.
2) Öff nen Sie den Gerätedeckel 1, indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen 8
drücken und den Gerätedeckel 1 noch oben hin öff nen.
3) Legen Sie das off ene Ende des Beutels so weit in das Gerät, dass sich die
Öff nung des Beutels mittig innerhalb des unteren Dichtungsringes 5 befi n-
det. Der Beutel darf maximal bis an die hinteren Begrenzungen 6 stoßen
und muss zwischen den vorderen Begrenzungen 7 liegen. Wenn der Beutel
über einer oder beiden Begrenzungen 7 liegt, kann der Beutel nicht korrekt
verschweißt werden:

dabei darauf, dass beide Ecken des Gerätedeckels 1 einrasten. Drücken

herunter, so dass der Gerätedeckel 1 einrastet und verriegelt ist.

TIPP - „SOUS-VIDE-GAREN“
► Da die mitgelieferte Folie für Temperaturen zwischen -20°C und +100°C
geeignet ist, können Sie diese zum sogenannten „Sous-vide-Garen“ (V
umgaren) nutzen.
„Sous-vide“ ist französisch und bedeutet „unter Vakuum“.
Beim Vakuumgaren wird das Gargut (hauptsächlich Fisch oder Fleisch, jedoch ist auch Gemüse möglich) in einem Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt und
dann darin bei Niedrigtemperatur (ca. 50 bis 90 °C) im Wasserbad oder
unter Dampf gegart. Das hat den Vorteil, dass fl üchtige Geschmacksstoff e
oder Aromen während des Garens nicht austreten können. Das Gargut
trocknet nicht aus und Vitamine und Aromen werden geschont. Kräuter
oder Gewürze, die mit in den Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt werden, geben
ihren Geschmack intensiver an das Gargut ab.

Disposal of packaging materials
The packaging protects the appliance from damage during carriage.
The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental friendliness
and ease of disposal, and are therefore recyclable.
Returning the packaging to the materials cycle conserves raw materials and
reduces the amount of waste that is generated. Dispose of packaging materials
that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.

Safety guidelines
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
■ Prior to use, check the device for visible external damage.
Never operate an appliance that is damaged.
■ To avoid risks, arrange for a defective power cable to be
replaced by qualifi ed technicians or by our Customer Service
Department.
■ NEVER use the appliance with a defective power cable.
■ Do not use extension cables or power socket strips that do not
meet the required safety standards.
■ Never open the appliance housing!
■ Remove the plug from the mains power socket before beginning
to clean the device.
■ Ensure that no moisture can penetrate the device during
cleaning.
RISK OF INJURY!
■ All repairs must be carried out by authorised specialist companies
or by the Customer Service department. Improper repairs may
result in a risk of injury to the user or damage to the appliance.
They will also invalidate any warranty claim.
■ The mains power socket must be easily accessible, so that the
power cable can be easily disconnected in the event of an
emergency.

RISK OF INJURY!
■ Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children, unless they are aged 8 or over and are supervised.
■ The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away
from children younger than 8 years old.
■ This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and
above and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided
that they are under supervision or have been told how to use
the appliance safely and are aware of the potential risks.
■ Children must not play with the appliance!
■ Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
■ Do not leave the appliance unsupervised when it is ready
for use. To prevent it being switched on accidentally, always
unplug the appliance after use or during breaks.

■ This appliance is not suitable for continuous use over long
periods. Let the appliance cool down for a minimum 80 seconds after each vacuum process. The appliance could otherwise be irreparably damaged!

Welding a tube fi lm
NOTES ON THE FILM
The fi lm width may not exceed 28 cm. Otherwise it cannot be welded

Use only nylon-PE fi lms with a structure (points or grooves) on one side and

approximately 0.17 - 0.29 mm (170 - 290 μ).
Otherwise the weld seam will not be tight and the appliance may be da-
maged. You can recognise fi lms of this type from the information on the
packaging. The quality of the weld seam will vary depending on the type
and thickness of the fi lm.
► The supplied fi lm is suitable for temperatures between -20°C and +100°C.
1) Cut the desired length for your bag from the tube fi lm using a pair of scissors.
Cut as straight as possible.
2) Open the appliance lid 1 by pressing the lid release 8 and opening the
lid 1 upwards.
3) Lay the open end of the bag as far into the appliance so that the opening of
the bag is located centrally under the lower sealing ring 5. The bag should
be inserted no further than the rear limiters 6 and must lie between the front
limiters 7. If the bag lies over one or both of the two limiters 7, then the
bag cannot be correctly welded.

Under no circumstances should you dispose of the appliance
with the normal household waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive

Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal company or your
municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe applicable regulations. In
case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.

You are provided a 3-year warranty on this appliance, valid from the date
of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with care and inspected
meticulously prior to delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,
please contact your Customer Service unit by telephone. This is the only way to
guarantee free return of your goods.
NOTE
► The warranty applies only to claims for material and manufacturing defects,
This appliance is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling,
use of force and interventions which have not been carried out by one of our
authorised Service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
