SK-5217 Zone Expander
Installation Instructions
The following instructions are a quick reference guide, refer to the control panel installation manual for detailed system information.
The Model SK-5217 provides the SK-5208 with ten additional class B (style A) zones. The SK5217 connects to the SK-5208 control panel via the SBUS as shown in Figure 1.

Zone Inputs
Figure 2 shows how to wire the SK-5217. Use a 4.7k end of line resistor for each class B circuit. The EOL must be wired in parallel with the normally open contact farthest from the panel.
