4. Main L and R Outputs
These two ports will output the final unbalanced (balanced on the AM220) line level signal send from the main mix. The primary purpose of these jacks is to send the main output to external devices, which may include power amplifiers (and, in-turn, a pair of speakers), other mixers, as well as a wide range of other possible devices (equalizers, crossovers, etcetera).

Both the AM 120 MKII and AM 220 feature a dual 4 segment level indicator.

On the AM 120 MKII, this control is used to adjust the audio level of the phones feed, to be sent to the Phones output, which can be used in conjunction with headphones or, if required, as an auxiliary output. On the AM 220, however, this output control not only the phones level, but the signal level sent to the Control Room output also, for use in monitoring, as side fill, or for the addition of other, external devices.
