The metal shears are an air-powered tool for handyman use. It is designed to cut sheet metal. The user

General safety rules
Note: When used in the following text, the terms
„compressed air unit“ or „device“ refer to the compressed air unit specified in these instructions for use.
Basic safety measures must be
followed when using compressed air devices to eliminate the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury. Be sure to read and follow the notices within
these operating instructions prior to using the equipment and store them in a safe location. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages or personal
injury resulting from failure to follow these operating
instructions.
Persons (including children) who lack the knowl-
edge or experience to use the tool or whose
physical, sensory or intellectual capacities are
limited must never be allowed to use the tool
without supervision or instruction by a person
responsible for their safety.
Prevent children from playing with the device.
RISK OF INJURY! Before
performing maintenance tasks, disconnect the
compressed air supply.
EXPLOSION HAZARD! Never
use petrol or other flammable liquids
to clean the air tool! Sparks could
ignite residual vapours inside the compressed air
unit resulting in the compressed air unit exploding. Do not use the device in explosive environments with flammable liquids, gasses or dust.
Never work on materials which are or could
potentially be highly flammable or explosive.
Only use the equipment in areas of application
for which it was designed!
Do not overburden the device.
Never use hydrogen, oxygen, carb
on
dioxide or other bottled gasses to
power this tool as doing so may re-
sult in an explosion and thus may cause severe
injuries.
Maintain and clean the device regularly as in-
structed (see Chapter „Cleaning and storage“).
Check the device for damage before startup.
Always make sure that the device is in perfect
condition each time before use.
Always be attentive! Unexpected movement of
the device may cause hazards.
Avoid placing your body in an unnatural position.
Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
By doing this you will be in a better position to
control the compressed air unit in unforeseen
circumstances.
Do not use any device if its switch is defective.
A device that can no longer be switched on and
off is dangerous and must be repaired.
Store the device out of the reach of children when
it is not in use. Do not let anyone use the device
if he or she is not familiar with it or has not read
the instructions and advice. Compressed air units
are dangerous when they are used by inexperienced people.
Maintain the device carefully. Check that mov-
ing device parts are working properly and move
freely. Check for any parts that are broken or
damaged enough to detrimentally affect the
functioning of the device. Have damaged parts
repaired before using the device. Many accidents
have their origins in poorly maintained devices.
Switch the device off if you do not use it anymore.
Always wear personal protective
equipment and safety glasses. Wearing personal protective equipment
such as dust mask, non-slip safety shoes, safety
helmet or ear protectors, depending on the type
of air tool and its application, reduces the risk
of injuries.
Check the connections and supply lines. All
maintenance devices, couplings and hoses must
be equipped to meet the pressure and air amounts
specified in the device specific values. Pressure
that is too low influences the functioning of the
device; pressure that is too high can cause damage to property and personal injury.

Protect hoses from kinks, constrictions, solvents
and sharp edges. Keep hoses away from heat,
oil and rotating parts.
Make sure that the hose clamps are always
tightly fastened. If the hose clamps are not tightly
fastened or are damaged, the air could escape
uncontrollably.

eplace damaged hoses immediately. A damage
supply line may result in the air hose flapping
about and may result in injuries.
If the power cable of the appliance is damaged,
it has to be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service department or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards.
Do not use the device when tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medications. One
moment of carelessness when using the device
may result in serious injuries.
Do not directly inhale the exhaust air. Keep eyes
away from exhaust air. Exhaust air from the air
tool may contain water, oil, metal particles or
contaminants from inside the compressor. This
may damage your health.
CAREFUL WHEN PUT-
TING THE TOOL DOWN! Always put down
the device so it does not come into contact with
the trigger. This could potentially result in accidental activation of the device, which again
could result in hazards.
Only use suitable accessories. These may be pur-
chased from the manufacturer. Using non-OEM
accessories may result in hazards.
Only use filtered and regulated compressed air.
Dust, caustic vapours and/or moisture may
damage the motor of the compressed air tool.
The hose must be designed for pres-
sures of at least 8.6 bar or 125 PSI,
but at least 150 % of the maximum
pressure generated in the system.
The tool and supply line must be
equipped with a hose coupling to
completely release pressure when
disconnecting the coupling hose.
DANGER! Avoid contact with live lines. This
device is not insulated against electric shock.
RISK OF INJURY! High
working pressures can give rise to recoil forces
t
hat under certain conditions can result in dange
from continuous loading.
If you are inexperienced in the use of this type
of device, you should seek training to learn how
to handle it safely.
DANGER OF STAB
WOUNDS! Do not treat an injection as a sim-
d
ple cut. A high pressure jet may inject toxins
into the body and cause serious injuries. If the
spray is injected into the skin, seek medical
help immediately.
Do not modify this device in any way without
the manufacturer‘s approval.
Only use the device with the specified pressure
(max. 6.2 bar).
Disconnect the compressed air unit from the air
supply after each use and when not in use.
Do not use the compressed air device if it leaks
or is in need of repair.
Never connect the compressed air device to an
air hose with pressure exceeding 6.2 bar.
Keep your working area clean and well lit. Un-
tidy or poorly lit working areas can result in accidents. Doing so will allow you better control
of the device, particularly under unforeseen circumstances.
Only have the device re-
paired by qualified specialist personnel using
OEM spare parts. This will maintain the safety
of the device.
Keep children and other persons away from the
device during use. Distractions can cause you
to lose control of the device.
Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose cloth-
ing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and
gloves clear of moving parts. Loose clothing,
jewellery or long hair can become trapped in
moving parts.
Put down trigger and device in the event of un-
expected compressor failure.
If possible, use a condensate trap or drain the
hoses and pipes of condensate (water) regularly
before and during the use compressed air units.
ATTENTION! An undersized com-
pressed air system may minimise the
efficiency of your device.

safety instructions before installing, operating,

repairing, maintaining, changing accessories on,
or working near the nibbler or shear. Failure to
do so can result in serious bodily injury.
Only qualified and trained operators should in-
stall, adjust or use the nibbler or shear.
Do not modify this nibbler or shear. Modifications
can reduce the effectiveness of safety measures
and increase the risks to the operator.
Do not discard the safety instructions; give them
to the operator.
Do not use the nibbler or shear if it has been
damaged.
Tools shall be inspected periodically to verify
that the ratings and markings required by this
part of ISO 11148 are legibly marked on the
tool. The employer / user shall contact the manufacturer to obtain replacement marking labels
when necessary.
Projectile hazards
Disconnect the nibbler or shear from the energy
source when changing inserted tool or accessories.
Be aware that failure of the workpiece or acces-
sories, or even of the inserted tool itself can
generate high-velocity projectiles.
Always wear impact-resistant eye protection dur-
ing operation of the tool. The grade of protection
required should be assessed for each use.
Ensure that the workpiece is securely fixed.
Ensure that metal cuttings are directed so as
not to cause a hazard.
Operating hazards
Use of nibblers and shears can expose the oper-
ator’s hands to hazards including cuts, abrasions
and heat:
– avoid contact with the cutter whenever the nib-
bler or shear is connected to the power supply;
– cutting with nibblers and shears creates sharp
edges.
Wear relevant protective equipment such as gloves.
Operators and maintenance personnel shall be
physically able to handle the bulk, weight and
power of the tool.
Hold the tool correctly; be ready to counteract
normal or sudden movements and have both
hands available.
Maintain a balanced body position and secure
footing.
Release the start-and-stop device in the case of
an interruption of the energy supply.
Use only lubricants recommended by the manu-
facturer.
Avoid direct contact with the inserted tool during
and after use as it can become hot.
Sharp tools should always be used.
Avoid unsuitable postures as it is likely for these
positions not to allow counteracting of normal or
unexpected movement of the tool.
Unexpected tool movement or breakage of cut-
ters can cause injuries.
Warnings shall be given against the risk of explo-
sion or fire due to the material being processed.
Repetitive motions hazards
When using a nibbler or shear to perform work-
related activities, the operator can experience
discomfort in the hands, arms, shoulders, neck
or other parts of the body.
While using a nibbler or shear, the operator
should adopt a comfortable posture whilst maintaining secure footing and avoiding awkward
or off-balance postures. The operator should
change posture during extended tasks; this can
help avoid discomfort and fatigue.
If the operator experiences symptoms such as
persistent or recurring discomfort, pain, throbb
ing,
aching, tingling, numbness, burning sensations
or stiffness, these warning signs should not be
ignored. The operator should tell the employer
and consult a qualified health professional.

Accessory hazards
Disconnect the nibbler or shear from the energy
supply before fitting or changing the inserted
tool or accessory.
Use only sizes and types of accessories and
consumables that are recommended by the manufacturer of nibblers or shears; do not use other
types or sizes of accessories or consumables.
Cutters can become hot during use; do not touch.
Do not use cracked or deformed accessories or
inserted tools.
Workplace hazards
Slips, trips and falls are major causes of work-
place injury. Be aware of slippery surfaces
by use of the tool and also of trip hazards ca
caused

by the air line or hydraulic hose.
Proceed with care in unfamiliar surroundings.
There can be hidden hazards, such as electricity or other utility lines.
The nibbler or shear is not intended for use in
potentially explosive atmospheres and is not
insulated against contact with electric power.
Ensure that there are no electrical cables, gas
pipes, etc., which can cause a hazard if damaged by use of the tool.
Dust and fume hazards
Dust and fumes generated when using nibblers
and shears can cause ill health (for example
cancer, birth defects, asthma and / or dermatitis);
risk assessment and implementation of appropriate controls for these hazards are essential.
Risk assessment should include dust created by
the use of the tool and the potential for disturbing existing dust.
Operate and maintain the nibbler or shear as
recommended in these instructions, to minimize
dust or fume emissions.
Direct the exhaust so as to minimize disturbance
of dust in a dust-filled environment.
Where dust or fumes are created, the priority
shall be to control them at the point of emission.
All integral features or accessories for the col-
l
ection, extraction or suppression of airborne d
ust
and fumes should be correctly used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
Select, maintain and replace the consumable /
inserted tool as recommended in the instruction
handbook to prevent an unnecessary increase
in dust or fumes.
Use respiratory protection in accordance with
the employer’s instructions and as required by
occupational health and safety regulations.
Noise hazards
Exposure to high noise levels can cause perma-
nent, disabling hearing loss and other problems,
such as tinnitus (ringing, buzzing, whistling or
humming in the ears). Therefore, risk assessment
and implementation of appropriate controls for
these hazards are essential.
Appropriate controls to reduce the risk may
include actions such as damping materials to
prevent workpieces from “ringing”.
Use hearing protection in accordance with
employer’s instructions and as required by
occupational health and safety regulations.
Operate and maintain the nibbler or shear as
recommended in the instruction handbook, to prevent an unnecessary increase in the noise level.
Select, maintain and replace the consumable /
inserted tool as recommended in the instruction
handbook, to prevent an unnecessary increase
in noise.
If the nibbler or shear has a silencer, always
ensure it is in place and in good working order
when the nibbler or shear is being operated.
Vibration hazards
Exposure to vibration can cause disabling dam-
age to the nerves and blood supply of the hands
and arms.
Wear warm clothing when working in cold con-
ditions and keep your hands warm and dry.

If you experience numbness, tingling, pain or
whitening of the skin in your fingers or hands,
stop using the nibbler or shear, tell your employer
and consult a physician.
Operate and maintain the nibbler or shear as
recommended in this instruction handbook, to
prevent an unnecessary increase in vibration.
Hold the tool with a light but safe grip, taking
account of the required hand reaction forces,
because the risk from vibration is generally gr
when the grip force is higher.

Air under pressure can cause severe injury:
– always shut off air supply, drain hose of air
pressure and disconnect tool from air supply
when not in use, before changing accessories
or when making repairs;
– never direct air at yourself or anyone else.
Whipping hoses can cause severe injury. Always
check for damaged or loose hoses and fittings.
Cold air shall be directed away from hands.
Whenever universal twist couplings (claw cou-
plings) are used, lock pins shall be installed
and whipcheck safety cables shall be used
to safeguard against possible hose-to-tool or
hose-to-hose connection failure.
Do not exceed the maximum air pressure stated
on the tool.
Never carry an air tool by the hose.

instructions for compressed
air metal shears
Before use
Installation
The device itself is fully functional at delivery. Using
the device may possibly (unless already built in) require a coupler to be attached (note the information
under Technical Data for the correct fit / size).
Wrap the coupler with Teflon tape (not included)
before screwing it into the compressed air unitn.
Wrap the tape as tightly as possible around
the thread. This will minimise the likelihood of
air leaking and optimise the work process.
Now screw the coupling into the compressed
air equipment.
Tighten the coupler into the compressed air unit
with a size 14 spanner using moderate force
(see Fig. A).
Adjusting the compressed air supply and
connections
Only use filtered, lubricated and regulated com-
pressed air.
Apply the connection method on the compressed
air unit shown in Fig. B. This will increase the effectiveness and life of the tool.
Set your compressor to the device‘s operating
pressure specified under Technical Data. Please
note, on average the pressure for 10 m of hose
will decrease by about 0.5 bar.
Excessive pressure is dan-
gerous! Never exceed the specified pressure!
Add a few drops of oil for compressed air tools
or SAE 10–20 motor oil to the compressed air
c
onnection of the compressed air unit. Using othe
oil (esp. viscous) will result in malfunctions, damage or even total loss of the device.
r
Always wear safety gloves.
Be careful whilst working with the shears. Edges
created on the work piece can cause cuts.
If possible, already run the shears at full speed
when applying them. Otherwise sudden, jerky
movement could result if the shears catch when
starting up at the front, resulting in backlash.

Start-up
Connecting the
compressed air tool
Verify the work piece is properly supported.
Connect the compressed air by pushing on the
coupler of the hose with some force (see Fig. C).

Verify the air hose is properly seated (see Fig. D).
A loose hose whipping about out of control presents a major hazard. The coupler must be tightly
seated for the same reason. Also check this.
Cutting
Activate the trigger 2 to start using the shears.
Move the metal shears toward the item you wish
to work on. If possible, already run the shears
at full speed when applying them.
Note: The shears may take up to 8 seconds to
be fully ready for use and reach full force. Duri
ng this time you should wait before applying th
shears to ensure better cutting results and treat
the device with care.
Note: Do not apply too much pressure whilst
cutting. Do not overburden the shears. In additio
to possible unclean cutting results, this could also
cause metal slivers to chip off and fly about.
Note: Metal slivers flying about can be very
dangerous!
Note: If the compressed air supply is temporarily cut off due to power failure or temporary
compressor failure, immediately release the trig-

ger
. If you now wish to continue working,
you must first remove the metal shears all the
way out of the work piece. You can then continue working.
When using the device always be aware of the
following items:
The shears must always operate at full speed.
This means, the compressor must always supply
sufficient pressure and air volume.
- Work slow. Slowly guide the shears along the
work piece and work without applying excessive pressure.
- Move the shears smoothly.
- Do not tilt the shears.
Please tighten the screws of the cutter head re-
gularly and replace worn or damaged cutting
edges if necessary (see Fig. E).
Use the corresponding Allen key when doing this.
Check the cutter head after 2 minutes of conti-
nuous operation to ensure it is securely seated.
After initial use
Once the task has been finished the equipment must
be disconnect from the compressed air supply.
This first requires the pressure to be completely released from the lines.
To release potentially remainders of compressed
air, briefly activate the trigger

of the device.
Pull back the lock.
Take off the coupler.

consumables
When replacing items, always be sure the com-
n
pressed air supply is disconnected!

ote: The shear head does not necessarily ha
to be removed all the way. After loosening the
screws you can remove the parts of the cutter
blades to replace the defective part.
Use a fitting hex wrench to loosen the screws on
the underside of the shear head (see Fig. E). Remove the blades and replace the defective part.
During assembly be sure the blades are corre
aligned.
First insert the lower blade.
Then insert the centre piece.
Then insert the marked ring. This is merely a spacer
between the upper and lower blade.
Now insert the upper blade and secure the shear
head with the screws.
Note: please note, the notches on the blades
must face the inside.
Cleaning and storage
To ensure a long life and trouble-free operation, it‘s
important to observe the following instructions.
Always disconnect the tool from the compressed
air source before cleaning it.
Clean your tool with a soft, dry cloth or lightly
blow it out with compressed air. Never use
caustic cleaners.

Lubricating the cutting shears
Turn the tool over so the compressed air connec-
tion is facing up, and add a few drops of oil for
compressed air tools or SAE 10–20 motor oil
to the compressed air connection of the compressed air unit.
Activate the trigger 2 to allow the oil to dis-
tribute better.
Hold a rag or absorbent paper towel in front
of the air discharge opening and operate the
device in idle for a few seconds.
ATTENTION! Remove the compressed air connection before performing maintenance!
Excess oil will be blown out. K

persons or objects away from the discharge.
Storing the cutting shears
Store the compressed air tool in dry rooms,
protected from the effects of weather.
Ensure moisture does not enter the compressed
air unit.
Should this device show any fault in materials or
manufacture within three years from date of purchase,
it will be repaired or replaced – at our choice – by

szabályok
Tudnivaló: az itt következő szövegben a „Légnyo-
másos készülékek“ vagy „Készülékek“ fogalom az
ebben a használati utasításban megnevezett légnyomásos készülékekre vonatkozik.
Légnyomásos berendezések használatakor a tűz- és áramütés, valamint a
személyi sérülés kockázatának kizárásához be kell
tartani az alapvető biztonsági óvintézkedéseket.
Kérjük, hogy az első üzembevétel előtt olvassa el,
tartsa be és őrizze meg ezen üzemeltetési útmutató
utasításait. Ezen üzemeltetési útmutató figyelmen kívül hagyásából eredő károkért, vagy sérülésekért a
gyártó semminemű felelősséget nem vállal.
Ez a készülék nem arra készült, hogy korlátozott
pszihikai, szenzórikus vagy szellemi képességekkel rendelkező, vagy tapasztalattal és / vagy

Csak azokon az alkalmazási területeken hasz-
nálja a készüléket, amelyekre azt gyártották!
Ne terhelje túl a készüléket.
Ne használjon energiaforrásként hid-
rogént, oxigént, széndioxidot vagy
más gázt tartalmazó palackot, mert
az robbanást és ezáltal súlyos sérüléseket
okozhat.
Tartsa karban és tisztítsa a készüléket rendsze-
resen az előírtak szerint (ld. a „“Tisztítás és tárolás“ fejezet).
Üzembevétel előtt ellenőrizze a készüléket sé-
rülések szempontjából. Minden használat előtt
bizonyosodjon meg róla, hogy a készülék kifogástalan állapotban van-e.
Legyen állandóan figyelmes! A készülék várat-
lan mozgásai veszélyt okozhatnak.
Kerülje az abnormális testtartást. Gondoskodjon
róla, hogy biztosan álljon és mindig tartsa meg
az egyensúlyát. Ezáltal váratlan helyzetekben
jobban ellenőrzés alatt tudja tartani a légnyomásos készüléket.
Ne használjon olyan készüléket melynek a kap-
csolója rossz. Az olyan készülék, melyet nem
lehet be- és kikapcsolni veszélyes és meg kell
javíttatni.
A használaton kívüli légnyomásos készülékeket
a gyerekek hatósugarán kívül tárolja. Ne hagyja,
hogy a készüléket olyan személyek használják,
akik a készülék használatában nem jártasok,
vagy ezeket az utasításokat nem olvasták el. A
légnyomásos készülékek veszélyesek, ha azokat tapasztalatlan személyek okozzák.
Gondosan ápolja a készüléket. Ellenőrizze a
mozgó készülékrészek kifogástalan működését
és hogy szorulnak-e, továbbá hogy vannak-e törött vagy károsodott részek, melyek korlátozzák

baleset oka a rosszul karbantartott készülék.
Kapcsolja ki a készüléket, ha már nem használja.
Viseljen személyi védőfelszerelést és
mindig védőszemüveget. A személyi
védőfelszerelések, úgymint pl. porvédő álarc, csúszásbiztos cipő, védősisak vagy
hallásvédő; ha azokat a légnyomásos szerszám
jellege és alkalmazásának módja szerinti viseli;
csökkentik a sérülések veszélyét.
Ellenőrizze a csatlakozókat és a tápvezetékeket.
A karbantartó egységeknek, csatolódaraboknak
és tömlőknek - a nyomás és a levegőmennyiség
szempontjából - meg kell felelniük a készülékjellemzőknek. A túl kicsi nyomás gátolja a készülék működését, a túl nagy nyomás pedig
anyagi károkat és sérüléseket okozhat.
Védje a tömlőket a megtöréstől, szűkületektől,
oldószerektől és az élektől. Tartsa távol a tömlőket a hőtől, olajtól és forgórészektől.
Ügyeljen arra, hogy a tömlőbilincsek mindig jól
meg legyenek húzva. A nem meghúzott vagy a
sérült tömlőbilincseken keresztül ellenőrizetlenül
levegő kerülhet kibocsátásra.
Cserélje ki a sérült tömlőt. A sérült ellátóvezeték
a magasnyomású tömlő csapkolódásához és
ezáltal sérüléshez vezethet.
Ha ennek a készüléknek a csatlakozó vezetéke
megsérült, a veszélyeztetések elkerülése végett
azt a gyártónak, a vevőszolgálatának, vagy
pedig egy hasonlóan szakképzett személynek
kell kicserélni.
Ne használja a készüléket ha fáradt, vagy ha
kábítószer, alkohol, illetve gyógyszer hatása
alatt áll. A készülék használata közben már
egy pillanat figyelmetlenség is komoly sérülésekhez vezethet.
Ne lélegezze be közvetlenül a kifújt levegőt.
Kerülje a kifújt levegő szembe jutását. A magasnyomású készülékből kifújt levegő vizet, olajat,
fémdarabkákat, vagy a kompresszorból származó szennyeződéseket tartalmazhat. Ezek
egészségkárosodást okozhatnak.
Óvatosan tegye
le a készüléket! Soha ne a kioldóval lefelé
tegye le a készüléket. Adott esetben ez a készülék véletlen aktiválását eredményezheti, amely
ismét veszélyhez vezethet.
Csak megfelelő tartozékot szabad használni.
Ezeket a gyártótól szerezheti be. Az eredetitől
eltérő alkatrész veszélyes lehet.
Csak szűrt és szabályozott sűrített levegőt hasz-
náljon. A por, a maró anyagok és / vagy a
nedvesség károsíthatják a magasnyomású szerszám motorját.
A tömlőnek minimum 8,6 bar vagy
125 psi nyomásra méretezettnek kell
lennie, de legalább a rendszerben
létrehozott maximális nyomás 150 %-ára.
A szerszám és az ellátótömlő kup-
lunggal felszerelt kell, hogy legyen,
tehát hogy ezáltal a nyomás a kup-
lungtömlő leválasztásakor teljesen leépüljön.
VESZÉLY! Kerülje az elektromos vezetékkel
való érintkezést. A készülék nem szigetelt elektromos áramütés ellen.
SÉRÜLÉSVE-
SZÉLY! Magas munkanyomásnál visszarúgó
erők állhatnak elő, amelyek adott esetben túlterhelések által veszélyeztetésekhez vezethetnek.
Ha a készülékkel kapcsolatban még tapaszta-
latlan, kérjen oktatást a készülék veszélytelen
kezelésével kapcsolatban.
SZÚRÁSOS SÉ-
RÜLÉSEK VESZÉLYE! A szúrást ne kezelje úgy,
mintha egyszerű sérülés lenne. A magasnyomású sugár mérgező anyagokat fecskendezhet
a testébe és komoly sérüléseket okozhat. A
bőrbe fecskendezés esetén azonnal forduljon
orvoshoz.
A gyártó hozzájárulása nélkül a légnyomásos
készüléket semmiféle módon sem szabad megváltoztatni.
A légnyomásos készüléket csak az előírt nyo-
máson (max. 6,2 bar) használja.
A légnyomásos készüléket használat után és
amikor nem használja mindig le kell választani
a levegőellátásról.
Ha a légnyomásos készülék nem zár tömören
vagy javítani kell, akkor nem szabad használni.
Soha se kösse össze a légnyomásos készüléket
olyan sűrített levegő tömlővel, melynek nyomása
6,2 bar-nál nagyobb.
Tartsa tisztán és jól megvilágítva a munkaterü-
letet. A rendetlenség és a kivilágítatlan munkakörnyezet balesetekhez vezethet. Ezáltal különösen

váratlan helyzetekben jobban ellenőrzése alatt
tarthatja a készüléket.
A készüléket csak
képzett szakemberekkel és csak eredeti alkatrészekkel javítsa. Ezáltal garantálja, hogy készüléke biztonságossága megmaradjon.
Tartsa távol a gyerekeket és más személyeket
az elektromos készülék használata közben. Ha
figyelmét máshova irányítja, elveszítheti a készülék feletti uralmat.
Viseljen megfelelő ruházatot. Ne viseljen laza
ruházatot vagy ékszereket. Tartsa a haját, a ruházatát és a kesztyűjét távol a mozgó részektől.
A laza ruházatot, az ékszereket, vagy a hoszszú hajat a mozgásban levő részek elkaphatják.
A kioldót és a készüléket tegye el a kompresz-
szor váratlan meghibásodása esetén.
Lehetőleg használjon kondenz- kiválasztót, vagy
rendszeresen ürítse a tömlőket és csöveket a
magasnyomású készülékek használata előtt és
közben a kondenzátumtól (víztől).
FIGYELEM! Az alultervezett lég-
nyomásrendszer csökkentheti a
készülék hatékonyságát.
Az összetett veszélyeztetés miatt összeállítás,
üzemeltetés, javítás, karbantartás és a lemezmegmunkáló gépek vagy ollók alkatrészcseréje,
valamint gép közelében végzett munka előtt el
kell olvasni és meg kell érteni a biztonsági utasításokat. Amennyiben ez nem történik meg, úgy
súlyos fizikai sérülések keletkezhetnek.
A kemezmegmunkáló gépeket vagy ollókat ki-
zárólag szakavatott és képzett személy üzemeltetheti, állíthatja be, vagy használhatja.
A lemezmegmunkáló gépet és ollót nem szabad
módosítani. A változtatások csökkenthetik a
biztonsági intézkedések hatékonyságát és növelhetik a használó kockázatát.
A biztonsági utasításokat nem szabad elveszíteni
- adja oda annak a személynek, aki a gépet
használja.
Soha ne használjon meghibásodott lemezmeg-
munkáló gépet vagy ollót.
A gépeket rendszeres vizsgálatnak kell alávetni
annak ellenőrzése érdekében, hogy a gépet
jellemzik-e az ISO 11148-as részben elvárt
egyértelműen olvasható mérési értékek és jelzések. A munkaadó / használó a gyártóval
történő kapcsolatfelvétel révén juthat szükség
esetén póttáblákhoz.
A szétrepülő alkatrészek
veszélyhelyzetet teremtenek
Válassza le a lemezmegmunkáló gépet vagy
ollót az áramellátásról a gépszerszámok, vagy
alkatrészek cseréje előtt.
Egy munkadarab,egy alkatrész, vagy akár ma-
gának a gépnek a törésekor nagy sebességgel
vetődhetnek ki alkatrészek.
A gép üzemeltetésekor mindig viselni kell egy
törhetetlen védőszemüveget. A szükséges védelmi fokozatot minden egyes használathoz
külön kell megállapítani.
Meg kell bizonyosodni róla, hogy a munkada-
rab jól van-e rögzítve.
Győzödjön meg róla, hogy a fémforgácsok
egy irányba repülnek, hogy ne okozzanak sérüléseket.
Veszélyhelyzetek
üzemeltetés közben
A lemezmegmunkáló gép és olló üzemeltetése
közben a kezelő személy kezeit megvághatja,
lehorzsolhatja és megégetheti:
– kerülje el az élekkel való érintkezést, ha a
lemezmegmunkáló gépet vagy ollót az
energiaforrához csatlakoztatja;
– a lemezmegmunkáló géppel és ollóval való
vágás éles éleket eredményez.
Viseljen védőfelszerelést, mint például kesztyű,
kötény és védősisak.
A kezelő- és a karbantartó- személyzet fizikailag
képes kell, hogy legyen a gép méretének, súlyának és teljesítményének uralására.
Tartsa helyesen a gépet: legyen felkészülve a
szokásos és a hirtelen mozgások ellensúlyozására — mindkét keze álljon rendelkezésre.
Ügyeljen arra, hogy a teste egyensúlyban legyen
és hogy biztosan álljon.
A be-, vagy lekapcsolást irányító berendezés az
energiaellátás megszakadása esetén hagyja
szabadon.
