Thank you for buying the Wey-TEK Charging Scale and Charging Module!
The Wey-TEK and its companion Charging Module offer an innovative design in
refrigerant measurement and charging. Use the Wey-TEK Scale for manual
recovery and/or charging measurement. Or, add the Charging Module to give you
a fully automatic charging station.
The Weighing Platform, Control Hand Piece and Charging Module are not
restricted to an individual Wey-TEK scale. Each component is interchangeable
with other Wey-TEK scales (with part numbers beginning with 713) and can be
replaced at any time.
Wey-TEK Refrigerant Charging Scale
The Wey-TEK scale’s few controls allow for easy operation. See the diagram
following for the location of items on the scale. The following buttons and
operating instructions apply if you are using the Weighing Platform with the
Control Hand Piece instead of the Charging Module.

A Communication Cable: The communication cable connects the Weigh
A
Platform and the Control Hand Piece. Insert an end of the cable into each
component. Ensure the cable is secure by listening for a “click” when attaching the
cable.
B Battery Compartment: The Wey-TEK operates on a 9 volt alkaline battery.
Install the battery by sliding open the access door in the back of the control hand
piece and snapping it onto the connector.
C ON/OFF Switch: Press the button once to either turn the Wey-TEK on. Depress
the button for one second to turn the WEY-TEK off. When turned on, the Wey-TEK
will perform an initialization test.
D Unit Selection: The Wey-TEK will display weight measurements in decimal
pounds (XXX.XX lbs), pounds and ounces (XXX lbs XX.XX oz) or kilograms
(XXX.XX kg). Push this button to toggle between units.
E Tare (Zero): This button allows you to manually zero the Wey-TEK at any time
during operation. NOTE: When first turned on, the Wey-TEK will automatically
zero.
F Display: Indicates how much weight has been placed on or taken off the Weigh
Platform. The display will show positive and negative values. If the scale goes
over its weight limit, the display will say “Over Range”. When the battery becomes
low the display will say “Low Battery” (steady at first but flashing when the scale is
about to shut off). When the battery power is too low to provide an accurate
reading, only “Change Battery” will show on the display. If the scale cannot auto
zero because maximum weight is exceeded during initialization, the message
“Over Range - Remove Weight” will be displayed.
Auto Shut Off: To extend battery life, the Wey-TEK Scale will shut off in 30
minutes. When restarted after an auto shut off, the Wey-TEK will perform its
initialization test and automatically zero. There is a provision in the Wey-TEK
software to disable the auto shut off feature. Contact INFICON for instructions

Wey-TEK Charging Module
The Wey-TEK Charging Module will allow you to turn your Wey-TEK scale into an
automatic charging station. The Charging Module will work with any Wey-TEK
scale (with a part number beginning with 713) and is acceptable to use will all
refrigerants and blends. The following instructions describe how to use the scale
with its companion charging module.
Identification of Parts
A: Power Connection: Socket for the AC/DC power adapter. The Charging
Module requires an AC/DC adapter; use only an adapter supplied by INFICON. A
power adapter is included with the Charging Module.
Note: When the weighing platform is used with the Charging Module, the
auto-shut off function is disabled.
B: Display: The LCD display on the charging module has two lines. The bottom
line displays the programmed charge amount and messages, when applicable.
The top line displays the actual weight as measured by the weighing platform.
C: On/Off button: Turns the Wey-TEK Charging Module on or off. Depress the
button for one second to turn the Charging Module off.
D: kg/lb button: Toggles the Charging Module’s units of measure. Available units
of measure are kilograms, decimal pounds and pound/ounces.
E: Tare/Clear button: This button is represented by a “∅ “ and it “zeros”, or tares,
the weight reading displayed when depressed quickly. It also clears the
programmed charge amount when depressed and held for one second. NOTE:
When the scale and Charging Module are first powered on, the scale will
automatically tare, even if there is weight on the weighing platform.
F: Charge/Hold button: Starts or pauses (holds) the charging operation.
G: Right Arrow button: Allows you to move between digit positions when
programming a charge amount.
H: Up Arrow button: When programming a refrigerant charge amount, this
button allows you to increase the number in the highlighted digit position of the
display, as selected with the right arrow button.
I: Wey-TEK Connector: The communication cable which connects the charging
module to the weighing platform plugs into this connector.
J: “Out” Fitting: Connects the charging module to the system being charged with
refrigerant (or manifold gauge set). The size of the fitting is ¼” refrigeration flare
fitting.

K: “In” Fitting: A ¼” refrigeration flare fitting for connecting the charging module
to the refrigerant cylinder, using a refrigerant charging hose.

Charging Module Setup and Operation
Setting up the Charging Module
1. Place the Wey-TEK weighing platform on a firm, level surface.
2. Connect the communication cable to the Charging Module and the Wey-TEK
weighing platform. Plug the AC/DC power adapter into the Charging Module
and then into its power supply.
CAUTION
Using a non-approved power adapter can
damage the charging module.
3. Turn on the charging module by depressing the On/Off button.
4. Place the refrigerant cylinder on the weighing platform.

5. Connect a refrigerant hose from the refrigerant cylinder to the fitting marked “In”
on the Charging Module. Connect another refrigerant hose from the fitting
marked “Out” on the charging module to the system being charged with
refrigerant.
WARNINGWARNINGWARNING
Because refrigerants have high pressures at elevated
temperatures, use caution when connecting and disconnecting
hoses to the Charging Module. Always ensure hoses are properly
rated for the refrigerant being used.
Note: Prior to making the second hose connection, it may be necessary to purge
the hoses of air with a small amount of refrigerant. This can be done by
programming the Charging Module for a quantity of 1 oz. and initiating the
charge function (See Charging Module Operation).
6. You may wish to put a manifold gauge set between the Charging Module and
the system being charged. In this case, connect the hose from the fitting
marked “Out” on the charging module to the center port on the manifold gauge
set. Connect the manifold set to the system to be charged.
Charging Module Operation
Once the Charging Module has been set up as described above, it is ready for
operation.
1. Press and hold the Tare/Clear button for one second. This will clear the last
programmed target charge. You will hear a short beep to signal that the charge
is cleared.
2. Program the desired charge amount on the bottom line of the Charging
Module’s display using the Up Arrow and Right Arrow buttons. Press the Right
Arrow button to position the flashing cursor on the digit to be changed. Press
the Up Arrow to increase the number in the position of the flashing cursor. If the
Up Arrow button is depressed and held, the number will increase rapidly until
the button is released. If the digit reaches “9”, press the Up Arrow again to
return the flashing digit to zero.
The smallest charge increments available are 10 gm (when in kg units), .01 lb
(when in decimal pound units) and .25 oz (when in lbs/oz units).
3. Ensure the valve on the refrigerant cylinder is open.

4. Start the charging operation by pressing the Charge/Hold button. You will hear
the internal solenoid valve click open and refrigerant will flow. The display will
flash “CHRG” on the bottom line of the LCD display next to the programmed
target charge amount. The top line of the display will zero when the
Charge/Hold button is pressed and will show the actual amount of refrigerant
transferred as refrigerant flows through the Charging Module. When the
programmed target charge amount is reached, the solenoid will close, you will
hear two short beeps, and the display will alternately flash “Charge Complete”
and the programmed target charge amount.
How to put the Charging Operation on Hold
Once the charging operation has begun, you can pause it at any time by pressing
the Charge/Hold button once. The solenoid valve will close, stopping the
refrigerant flow, and you will hear one short beep. The display will flash “HOLD”
and the programmed target charge amount on the bottom line of the display.
Press the Charge/Hold button again when you are ready to resume charging.
How to put the Charging Operation on Hold and use the Wey-TEK and Charging Module in scale mode
If you need to measure a refrigerant cylinder while the charging operation is on
hold, you can easily put the scale and charging module into weight scale mode
temporarily. After you have put the Charging Operation on Hold, press the
Tare/Clear button once. This will put the unit into weight scale mode. The top line
of the display will show the weight based on the last time the scale was zeroed.
Place the new tank on the weighing platform and its actual weight will be
displayed. If you wish, press the Tare button again to zero the scale to the weight.
When you are ready, press the Charge/Hold button to resume charging from the
amount already transferred. You will hear one short beep when charging resumes.
How to Perform Repeated Charges of the Same Amount
The last programmed target charge amount will be automatically saved in the
Charging Module’s memory. If you would like to repeat the same charge amount,
simply press the Charge/Hold button once again to start a new charging cycle
using the previously programmed target charge amount.

Troubleshooting / Error Messages
The Wey-TEK control handpiece and Charging Module display various error
messages to let you know when there is a problem with the scale or its operation.

Warranty
INFICON warrants your Wey-TEK to be free from defects of materials or
workmanship for two (2) years from date of purchase. INFICON does not warrant
items that deteriorate under normal use, including batteries. INFICON does not
warrant any instrument that has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident
or has been repaired or altered by anyone other than INFICON.
This warranty is a replacement warranty for two (2) years. INFICON will not repair
a unit within the warranty period. Out of warranty repair can be arranged by
returning the unit to your local distributor.

A Cable de comunicación: El cable de comunicación conecta la plataforma de peso

Asegúrese de que, al conectar el cable, éste haga "clic", indicando que ha quedado bien

B Compartimento de la pila: La balanza Wey-TEK funciona con una pila alcalina de 9
voltios. Instale la pila abriendo la puerta de acceso, ubicada en la parte trasera de la
pieza de control manual, y enchufándola al conector.
C Interruptor de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO: Pulse el botón una vez para encender la
balanza Wey-TEK. Para apagarla, pulse el botón durante un segundo. Una vez

peso de la balanza, la pantalla mostrará el mensaje "Rango excedido". Si se descarga
la pila, la pantalla mostrará el mensaje "Pila baja" (este mensaje permanecerá constante
al principio y comenzará a parpadear cuando la balanza esté a punto de apagarse). Si la
carga de la pila es demasiado baja para obtener una lectura exacta, la pantalla sólo
mostrará el mensaje "Cambiar pila". Si la balanza no puede ponerse a cero
automáticamente debido a que se ha sobrepasado el peso máximo durante la
inicialización, aparecerá el mensaje "Rango excedido - Quitar peso".
Apagado automático: Para alargar la vida útil de la pila, la balanza Wey-TEK se
apagará una vez transcurridos 30 minutos. Al reiniciar tras un apagado automático, la
balanza Wey-TEK realiza la prueba de inicialización y se pone a cero automáticamente.
Existe una opción en el software de la balanza Wey-TEK que permite desactivar la
función de apagado automático. Contacte con INFICON para obtener instrucciones al
respecto.

Módulo de carga Wey-TEK
El módulo de carga Wey-TEK le permitirá convertir la balanza Wey-TEK en una estación
de carga automática. El módulo de carga funciona con cualquier balanza Wey-TEK
(cuyo número de pieza empiece por 713) y puede utilizarse con todos los refrigerantes y
mezclas. Las siguientes instrucciones indican cómo utilizar la balanza y el módulo de
carga que la acompaña.
Identificación de los componentes del módulo
A - Alimentación: Enchufe para el adaptador de alimentación CA/CC. El módulo de

B - Pantalla: La pantalla LCD del módulo de carga cuenta con dos líneas. La línea
inferior muestra la cantidad de carga programada y, en su caso, los mensajes. La línea
superior muestra el peso real registrado por la plataforma de peso.
C - Botón de encendido/apagado: Enciende y apaga el módulo de carga Wey-TEK.
Pulse el botón durante un segundo para apagar el módulo de carga.
D - Botón kg/lb: Permite cambiar la unidad de medida del módulo de carga. Las
unidades de medida disponibles son kilogramos, libras decimales y libras/onzas.
E - Botón Tara/borrar: Este botón, representado por el símbolo "∅", pone a cero o
"tara" la lectura de peso mostrada en pantalla tras pulsarlo brevemente. Si se mantiene
pulsado durante un segundo, también borra la cantidad de carga programada. NOTA: al
encender la balanza y el módulo de carga, la balanza se tara automáticamente, aun si
hay un peso sobre la plataforma de peso.
F - Botón Cargar/detener: Inicia o pausa (detiene) la operación de carga.
G - Botón Flecha derecha: Permite el desplazamiento entre los dígitos de la pantalla
para programar una cantidad de carga.
H - Botón Flecha arriba: Permite incrementar la cifra resaltada en pantalla,
seleccionada previamente con el botón Flecha derecha, para programar una cantidad
de carga de refrigerante.
I - Conector Wey-TEK: El cable de comunicación que conecta el módulo de carga con
la plataforma de peso se enchufa a este conector.
J - Conector "Salida": Conecta el módulo de carga con el sistema que se está
cargando con refrigerante (o con el analizador). El tamaño del conector es de ¼" del
conector ensanchado de refrigeración.

K - Conector "Entrada": Conector ensanchado de refrigeración de ¼" que permite
conectar el módulo de carga al cilindro de refrigerante por medio de una manguera de
carga de refrigerante.

Utilización del módulo de carga
Una vez montado el módulo de carga según las indicaciones anteriores, éste estará listo
para su utilización.
1. Mantenga pulsado durante un segundo el botón Tara/borrar. De ese modo, se borrará
la última carga designada programada. Un pitido corto le indicará que la carga ha
sido borrada.
2. Programe la cantidad de carga deseada en la línea inferior de la pantalla del módulo
de carga con ayuda de los botones Flecha derecha y Flecha arriba. Pulse el botón
Flecha derecha para ubicar el cursor parpadeante sobre el dígito que desea
modificar. Pulse el botón Flecha arriba para aumentar la cifra sobre la que se
encuentra el cursor parpadeante. Si mantiene pulsado el botón Flecha arriba, la cifra
aumentará rápidamente hasta que suelte el botón. Si el dígito alcanza "9", pulse de
nuevo el botón Flecha arriba para pasar a cero.
La fracción mínima de incremento de carga es de 10 g (si la unidad se expresa en
kilogramos), de 0,01 lb (si la unidad se expresa en libras decimales) y de 0,25 oz
(si la unidad se expresa en libras/onzas).

4. Inicie la operación de carga pulsando el botón Cargar/detener. La válvula de
solenoide interna hará "clic" al abrirse y comenzará a fluir el refrigerante. En la línea
inferior de la pantalla LCD, junto a la cantidad de carga designada programada,
aparecerá el mensaje "CHRG". La línea superior de la pantalla se pondrá a cero
cuando pulse el botón Cargar/detener y mostrará la cantidad real de refrigerante
transvasado a medida que éste vaya fluyendo a través del módulo de carga. Cuando
se alcance la cantidad de carga designada programada, la válvula de solenoide se
cerrará, sonarán dos pitidos cortos y la pantalla mostrará alternativamente “Carga
completada” y la cantidad de carga designada programada.
Cómo pausar la operación de carga
Una vez iniciada la operación de carga, podrá pausarla en cualquier momento
pulsando una vez el botón Cargar/detener. La válvula de solenoide se cerrará,
interrumpiendo el flujo de refrigerante, y sonará un pitido corto. En la línea inferior
de la pantalla aparecerá "PAUSA" y la cantidad de carga designada programada.
Pulse de nuevo el botón Cargar/detener cuando desee reanudar la carga.
Cómo pausar la operación de carga y usar la balanza Wey-TEK y el módulo de carga en modo balanza
Si necesita cuantificar el cilindro de refrigerante mientras la operación de carga
está en pausa, puede seleccionar temporalmente el modo balanza de peso para
la balanza y el módulo de carga sin dificultad. Una vez pausada la operación de
carga, pulse una vez el botón Tara/borrar. De ese modo, activará el modo balanza
de peso. La línea superior de la pantalla mostrará el peso basándose en la última
ocasión en que la balanza se puso a cero. Coloque el nuevo tanque en la
plataforma de peso y obtendrá su peso real. Si lo desea, puede pulsar de nuevo
el botón Tara para poner la balanza a cero, estableciendo la tara. Pulse de nuevo
el botón Cargar/detener para reanudar la carga a partir de la cantidad ya
transvasada. Un pitido corto le indicará que se reanuda la carga.
Cómo repetir la misma cantidad de carga
La última cantidad de carga designada programada se almacenará
automáticamente en la memoria del módulo de carga. Si desea repetir la misma
cantidad de carga, sólo tiene que pulsar de nuevo el botón Cargar/detener para
iniciar un nuevo ciclo de carga, utilizando la cantidad de carga designada
programada anteriormente.

Diagnóstico de problemas / Mensajes de error
La pieza de control manual Wey-TEK y el módulo de carga muestran varios mensajes
de error para indicar que se ha detectado un problema en la balanza o en su

Wey-TEK チャージングスケール & 充填モジュールを お買い上げ戴きありがとうございます。
Wey-TEK と充填モジュールのコンビネーションは、冷媒の計量・充填を行う画
期的なデザインになっています。Wey-TEK スケールは、手作業での冷媒回収や
充填の計量にお使い戴けます。また充填モジュールを追加すれば、全自動の充填
ステーションとしてお使い戴けます。
計量プラットフォーム、コントロール盤、充填モジュールは、特定の Wey-TEK
スケールだけでなく、他の機器にも使用できます。他の Wey-TEK スケール ( 部
品番号が 713 から始まるもの ) にも使用できますし、いつでも交換が可能です。
Wey-TEK 冷媒チャージングスケール
Wey-TEK スケールは操作装置の数が少なく、使用が簡単です。スケールの各部分
については、次の図を参照してください。充填モジュールの代わりに、コントロー
ル盤と一緒に計量プラットフォームを使用する場合は、次のボタンおよび操作方
法が適用されます。

A 通信ケーブル： 通信ケーブルは、計量プラットフォームとコントロール盤を接

続するものです。ケーブルの端をそれぞれの装置に差し込みます。ケーブルを差
し込む際、カチッと音がするまで、しっかりと接続してください。
B 電池コンパートメント： Wey-TEK は 9 ボルトのアルカリ電池で作動します。コ
ントロール盤の裏側にあるアクセスドアをスライドさせて開け、電池をコネクタ
にしっかりとはめ込みます。
C オン・オフ切替スイッチ： ボタンを 1 回押すと、Wey-TEK がオンになります。
ボタンを 1 秒間押したままにすると、Wey-TEK がオフになります。オンになる
と、Wey-TEK の初期化テストが自動的に行われます。
D 単位選択： Wey-TEK の計量表示は、小数表示ポンド (XXX.XX lbs)、ポン ド・オ
ンス (XXX lbs XX.XX oz)、キログラム (XXX.XX kg) のいずれかになります。この
ボタンを押すことにより、単位を切り替えることができます。
E 風袋 ( ゼロ点合わせ )： このボタンでは、Wey-TEK の使用中いつでも、手動で重
さをゼロに合わせることができます。メモ： 最初にオンになった時点で、
Wey-TEK は自動的にゼロになります。
F ディスプレイ： 計量プラットフォーム上にある重さ、または減量分が表示され
ます。ディスプレイにはプラスの値およびマイナスの値が表示されます。計量の
上限値に達すると、ディスプレイには「Over Range」と表示されます。電池残量
が少なくなったときには、「Low Battery」と表示されます ( 最初は停止表示で、残
量がさらに減りシャットオフが近くなると点滅表示になります )。電池の電力が
低すぎて正確な計量ができない場合は、「Change Battery」が表示されます。初期
化中に計量上限を超えていて自動ゼロ点合わせができない場合は、「Over Range
- Remove Weight」というメッセージが表示されます。
自動シャットオフ： 電池を長持ちさせるため、Wey-TEK は 30 分間で自動的に
シャットオフされます。自動シャットオフの後で Wey-TEK をリスタートすると、
初期化テストとゼロ点合わせが自動的に行われます。Wey-TEK のソフトウェア
で、自動シャットオフ機能を使用しないようにすることもできます。方法は
INFICON にお問い合わせください。

Wey-TEK 充填モジュール
Wey-TEK 充填モジュールを使用すれば、Wey-TEK スケールは自動充填ステー
ションに変身します。充填モジュールはどの Wey-TEK スケール ( 部品番号が 713
から始まるもの ) にも使用でき、あらゆる冷媒やブレンドが扱えます。充填モ
ジュールを組み合わせたはかりの使用方法を下記に説明します。
部品の説明
A: 電源接続 :AC/DC 電源アダプタのソケット。充填モジュールには AC/DC アダプ
タが必要です。必ず INFICON の専用アダプタを使用してください。電源アダプ
タは、充電モジュールに同梱されています。
メモ： 計量プラットフォームを充填モジュールと一緒に使用する場合は、自動
シャットオフ機能はオフになります。
B: ディスプレイ: 充填モジュールのLCDディスプレイには2つの行があります。下
の行には、プログラムされている充填量とメッセージ ( 該当する場合 ) が表示さ
れます。上の行には、計量プラットフォームによって測定された実際の重量が表
示されます。
C: オン・オフボタン： Wey-TEK 充填モジュールのオンとオフを切り換えます。ボ
タンを 1 秒間押したままにすると、充填モジュールがオフになります。
D: kg/lb ボタン: 充填モジュールの測定単位を切り換えます。使用できる測定単位
は、キログラム、小数表示ポンド、ポンド・オンスです。
E: 風袋 / クリアボタン： このボタンは「
量の読み取り表示が風袋を差し引き、すなわちゼロ点合わせが行われます。また
1 秒間押したままにすると、プログラムされている充填量が解除されます。メモ：
はかりと充填モジュールの電源を最初に入れたときには、計量プラットフォーム
の重量がありますが、はかりは自動的にこの風袋を差し引きます。
F: 充填 / ホールドボタン : 充填作業を開始または一時停止 ( ホールド ) します。
G: 右矢印ボタン : 充填量をプログラムするときに、桁の位置を移動するのに使用
します。
H: 上矢印ボタン : 冷媒の充填量をプログラムするときに、このボタンを使うと、
右矢印ボタンで選んだ桁の数字が増加します。
I: Wey-TEK コネクタ : 充填モジュールを計量プラットフォームに接続する通信
ケーブルは、このコネクタに差し込みます。
J: 「 Out」フィッティング : 充填モジュールと、冷媒を充填するシステム ( または
マニホルドゲージセット ) とを接続します。フィッティングのサイズは、冷媒用
1/4" フレアフィッティングです。

充填モジュールのセットアップと操作
充填モジュールのセットアップ
1. Wey-TEK 計量プラットフォームを、水平で固い表面の上に置きます。
2. 通信ケーブルを、充填モジュールと Wey-TEK 計量プラットフォームに接続し
ます。AC/DC 電源アダプタを充填モジュールに差し込んでから、電源に差し
込みます。
注意
認定外の電源アダプタを使用すると、充填モジュールを破損すること
があります。
3. オン・オフボタンを押して、充填モジュールをオンにします。
4. 冷媒シリンダーを計量プラットフォームの上に置きます。

5. 冷媒ホースを、冷媒シリンダーに接続し、充填モジュールの「In」のフィッ
ティングに接続します。別の冷媒ホースを、充填モジュールの「Out」のフィッ
ティングに接続し、冷媒を充填するシステムに接続します。
警告
冷媒は高温になると圧力が高まるため、充填モジュールにホースを接
続・取り外す際には注意してください。必ず、使用する冷媒に適した
規格のホースを使用してください。
メモ： ホースの端を最後に接続する前に、少量の冷媒を使ってホース中の空気
をパージする必要がある場合があります。これは、充填モジュールで
1oz.分を(28 g)プログラムし、充填機能を作動させることにより行え
ます (「充填モジュールの操作」を参照 )。
6. 充填モジュールと充填するシステムとの間に、マニホルドゲージセットを設
置したい場合もあります。このような場合は、ホースを充填モジュールの
「Out」のフィッティングに接続し、マニホルドゲージセットの中央ポートに
接続します。マニホルドセットを、充填するシステムに接続します。
充填モジュールの操作
充填モジュールのセットアップを上記の通り終了したら、操作の準備は完了です。
1. 風袋 / クリアボタンを 1 秒間押し続けます。これにより、前回プログラムした
目標充填量が解除されます。充填量が解除されると、短いビープ音が鳴りま
す。
2. 上矢印ボタンと右矢印ボタンを使って、充填モジュールディスプレイの下の
行に、充填したい重量をプログラムします。右矢印ボタンを押して、変更し
たい桁に点滅カーソルを合わせます。上矢印ボタンを押して、この桁の数字
を増やします。上矢印ボタンを押したままにすると、数字が速く増加し、ボ
タンを放すと止まります。この点滅桁の数字が「9」になり、さらに上矢印ボ
タンを押すと、ゼロに戻ります。
充填量の単位は、10 g (kg 単位の場合 ) 刻み、0.01 lb ( 小数表示ポンドの場
合) 刻み、0.25 oz ( ポンド・オンス単位の場合 ) 刻みです。
3. 冷媒シリンダーのバルブが開いていることを確認します。

4. 充填 / ホールドボタンを押して、充填操作を開始します。内部のソレノイドバ
ルブがカチッと開き、冷媒が流れるのがわかります。ディスプレイには、LCD
ディスプレイの下の行、プログラムされた目標充填量の隣に、「CHRG」とい
う表示が点滅します。充填 / ホールドボタンを押したとき、ディスプレイの上
の行にはゼロが表示され、冷媒が充填モジュールを通って移送されるにつれ
て、冷媒の実際の重量が表示されます。プログラムされた充填量に達すると、
ソレノイドが閉じ、短いビープ音が 2 回鳴り、ディスプレイには「Charge
Complete」という表示とプログラムされた目標充填量の表示が交互に点滅し
ます。
充填操作をホールドするには
充填操作が始まった後も随時、充填 / ホールドボタンを押すことによって、充填
操作を一時停止することができます。これによりソレノイドバルブが閉じ、冷媒
の流れが止まり、短いビープ音が 1 回鳴ります。ディスプレイの下の行には、
「HOLD」という表示とプログラムされた目標充填量が点滅します。充填を再開す
るには、充填 / ホールドボタンをもう一度押します。
充填操作をホールドにして、Wey-TEK および充填モジュール をスケールモードで使用するには
充填操作をホールドにしたままで冷媒シリンダーの重さを測定したい場合は、ス
ケールと充填モジュールを一時的に重量はかりモードにすることが簡単にできま
す。充填操作をホールドにした後、風袋 / クリアボタンを 1 回押します。これに
より装置が重量はかりモードになります。ディスプレイの上の行には、最後にス
ケールのゼロ点合わせが行われた基準に基づく重量が表示されます。重量プラッ
トフォームに新しいタンクを載せると、実測の重量が表示されます。必要に応じ
て、風袋ボタンをもう一度押して、この重さでゼロ点を合わせます。準備ができ
たら、充填 / ホールドボタンを押して、すでに移送した量に続けて充填を再開し
ます。充填を再開するときには、短いビープ音が 1 回鳴ります。
同じ量の充填を繰り返し行うには
最後にプログラムされた目標充填量が、充填モジュールのメモリーに自動的に保
存されています。同じ充填量を繰り返したい場合は、単に充填 / ホールドボタン
を 1 回押すと、すでにプログラムされている目標充填量を使った、新しい充填サ
イクルが始まります。

Wey-TEK コントロールパッドおよび充填モジュールには、機器や操作に問題が
生じた場合にさまざまなエラーメッセージが表示されます。エラーメッセージの
