It is suitable only for use outdoors. This round barbecue is intended for use only
in domestic environments, not for commercial applications.

Claims of any kind for damage resulting from unintended use, incompetent
repairs, unauthorised modification or the use of unauthorised spare parts will

Basic safety instructions
WARNING
Risk of burns
1. Place the round barbecue on a secure, level and firm surface during use,
otherwise it could tip over.
2. CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol to ignite or reignite the grill! Use only
ignition aids that comply with EN1860-3. The deflagration could cause an
uncontrollable development of heat.
3. ATTENTION! During use, the round barbecue will become very hot and
may not be moved, otherwise it could tip over.
4. ATTENTION! Keep children and pets well away from it!
5. When grilling, wear appropriate grilling gloves and use grilling tongs.
6. Never leave the round barbecue unsupervised when hot.
7. Allow the round barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it.
8. Never use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.

Assembly
Preparing for assembly
Allow yourself plenty of time to assemble the round barbecue. Find a level work
surface about one to two square metres in size. Remove all individual items from
the packaging and place them where they are conveniently handy.
Required Tools
Phillips head screwdriver
Open-ended spanners width across flats 5,5 mm,

WARNING
► To avoid possible injury, the screw heads should always face outwards.
Step 1
♦ Screw the handle to the hood 3 using bolt M5 x 10 C, washers
Ø6 x 16 F, spring ring Ø5 H and wing nut M5 L.
♦ Secure the air vent

Using the device
NOTE
► Before initial use, the round barbecue must be warmed up for at least
30 minutes.
WARNING

■ Layer a portion of the charcoal into the charcoalbowl
■ Place one or two solid firelighters on the existing layer of charcoal and ignite
the solid firelighters with a match or lighter.
■ Allow the firelighters to burn for 2 to 4 minutes. Then slowly fill the charcoal-

with charcoal.
■ After about 20 minutes the charcoal will display a white coating of ash.
The optimal burning temperature has now been reached.
■ Use a suitable metal tool to distribute the charcoal evenly in the charcoal-

Cleaning and care
WARNING
Risk of burning
► Allow the round barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it or
putting it into storage. NEVER use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
CAUTION
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents, they can damage the
enamelled components.
For normal cleaning, use a cloth and water with normal detergent.
Clean the cooking grill with detergent and a household sponge.
Disposal
Dispose of flammable materials carefully and in an environmentally
friendly manner. Only dispose of residual waste in containers made of
metal and intended for this purpose or made of non-flammable materials.
Dispose of the round barbecue via an approved waste management centre or
at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations.
Please contact your waste management centre should you be in any doubt.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.

This device has been manufactured with care and inspected meticulously prior
to delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a
warranty claim, please contact Customer Service by telephone. This is the only
way to guarantee free dispatch of your goods.
NOTE
► The warranty only covers claims for material and manufacturing defects,
not for transport damage, parts subject to wear and tear or damage to
fragile components such as switches.
► The warranty does not cover colour changes and the formation of corro-
sion and surface rust due to the effects of the weather or the improper use
of chemicals.
