Dräger Medizintechnik GmbH has released a modification to the |

Analog PCB. |
Solution: Update of the Radiant Heater RH600 with the following action:
•Installation of a modified service exchange Logic PCB.
In addition the following actions will be performed to bring field units up to the latest configuration (not all units affected):
•Installation of Teflon sheaths according to TSB RH600 # 2 on units shipped prior to April 1996 up to S/N ARKC-xxxx.
•Installation of a new swivel bearing according to TSB RH600 # 4 on units shipped prior to May1996 up to S/N ARKD-0040.
Devices affected: All units Babytherm 8000 OC with Radiant Heater RH600 shipped prior to July 2000 not labeled with "New Sensor Technology" on the keypad of the RH600.
When: As soon as possible or latest at next Preventive Maintenance. Our goal is to complete this action by mid of November 2000 latest.
Additional Info 1: The following strategy is planned for this action:
Returning of the complete Unit RH600 for an update to the In-House
Service in Telford.
Removal and installation can be done by TSRs and trained Biomeds.
For removal of the RH600 use the instructions in the document "Removal and Shipping Instructions for the Radiant Heater RH600".
