2. Do a few practise jumps to determine the right length for you.
Computer assisted training
So that the computer inside of the device can determine the number of jumps, training time and calories burned, it requires that you enter your body weight and the desired training duration. The device is designed for a body weight of 20 to 110 kg. The training duration can be between 1 and a maximum of 60 minutes.
1. Press the RESET/ON button 4. The display 3 will light up.
2. Press the SET button 1. The number in the “W” field will blink (W = weight).
3. Press the UP or DOWN button 2 to set your own body weight. Pressing the button for longer will make the display go faster. Declaration of weight in kg, please do not enter in lbs. 1 lb = 0.45 kg.
4. Press the SET button 1. The number in the “T” field will light up (T = time).
5. Press the UP or DOWN button 2 to enter the desired training time in minutes.
6. Press the SET button 1 to save the training duration. The “T” field will display the set time.
Automatic shutdown
After 8 minutes the device will turn off by itself to protect the battery. Then you will have to re-enter your body weight and training duration.
Start training
1. Start training. The computer starts automatically and the display 3 shows – the set weight in field “W” – the remaining training duration in field “T” – the number of jumps (after the 6th jump) in field “L” – the number of calories burned in field “C” When the set training duration is over, you will hear a beep and the computer will automatically stop. The current data will blink on the display.
