Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance!
You have decided in favour of a modern, high-quality product. These operating
instructions are part of this product. They contain important information on safety,
usage and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with all handling
and safety guidelines. This appliance may only be used as described and for the
purposes indicated. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future
owner(s).

kind for damage arising as a result of incorrect use will not be accepted.
The risk shall be borne solely by the user.

Package contents and transport inspection
The appliance is supplied with the following components as standard:

NOTE
► Check the package for completeness and for signs of visible damage.
► If the consignment is incomplete or damaged due to defective packaging
or carriage, contact the Service hotline (see the chapter Service).
Unpacking
♦ Remove the appliance, the tube film and the operating instructions from the
carton.
♦ Remove all packaging material.
♦ Remove the protective film from the control panel.
DANGER
► Packaging materials should not be used as a plaything. Risk of suffocation.
Disposal of packaging materials
The packaging protects the appliance from damage during carriage.
The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental friendliness
and ease of disposal, and are therefore recyclable.
Returning the packaging to the materials cycle conserves raw materials and
reduces the amount of waste that is generated. Dispose of packaging materials
that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner.
Note the labelling on the packaging and separate the packaging material
components for disposal if necessary. The packaging material is labelled with
abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with the following meanings: 1–7: plastics,
20–22: paper and cardboard, 80–98: composites
NOTE
► If possible, keep the original packaging during the warranty period so that the
device can be properly packed for returning in the event of a warranty claim.

Safety guidelines
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
■ Prior to use, check the device for visible external damage.
Never operate an appliance that is damaged.
■ To avoid risks, arrange for a defective power cable to
be replaced by qualified technicians or by our Customer
Service Department.
■ NEVER use the appliance with a defective power cable.
■ Do not use extension cables or power socket strips that do
not meet the required safety standards.
■ Never open the appliance housing!
■ Remove the plug from the mains power socket before be-
ginning to clean the device.
■ Ensure that no moisture can penetrate the device during
cleaning.
RISK OF INJURY!
■ All repairs must be carried out by authorised special-
ist companies or by the Customer Service department.
Improper repairs may result in a risk of injury to the user
or damage to the appliance. They will also invalidate any
warranty claim.
■ The mains power socket must be easily accessible, so that
the power cable can be easily disconnected in the event
of an emergency.

RISK OF INJURY!
■ Cleaning and user maintenance tasks may not be carried
out by children unless they are supervised.
■ The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept
away from children younger than 8 years old.
■ This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years
and above and by persons with limited physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under supervision or have
been told how to use the appliance safely and are aware
of the potential risks.
■ Children must not play with the appliance!
■ Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
■ Do not leave the appliance unsupervised when it is ready
for use. To prevent it being switched on accidentally, always unplug the appliance after use or during breaks.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
■ Do not use an external timer switch or a separate remote
control system to operate the appliance.

Setting up and connecting
Set-up location requirements
For safe and trouble-free operation of the device , the set-up location must fulfil
the following requirements:
■ When setting it up, place the appliance on a firm, flat and horizontal
surface.
■ Do not place the device in a hot, wet or extremely damp environment or in
the vicinity of flammable materials.
■ The mains power socket must be easily accessible, so that the power cable
can be easily disconnected in the event of an emergency.
Electrical connection
CAUTION
► Before you connect the appliance, compare the connection data (voltage
and frequency) on the data plate with that of your mains power network.
These data must agree so that no damage is sustained by the device.
► Ensure that the power cable is undamaged and is not routed over hot
surfaces and/or sharp edges.
► Ensure that the power cable is not taut or kinked.
► Do not let the power cable hang over edges (trip wire effect).
♦ Insert the plug into the mains mains power socket.

Welding a tube film
NOTES ON THE FILM
► The film width may not exceed 30 cm. Otherwise it cannot be welded
correctly.
► Use only nylon-PE films with a structure (points or grooves) on one side and
that have a structure (points or grooves) on one side and a thickness of
approximately 0.17 - 0.29 mm (170 - 290 μ).
Otherwise the weld seam will not be tight and the appliance may be da-
maged. You can recognise films of this type from the information on the
packaging. The quality of the weld seam will vary depending on the type
and thickness of the film.
► The supplied film is suitable for temperatures between -20°C and +110°C.
1) Cut the desired length for your bag from the tube film using a pair of scissors.
Cut as straight as possible.
2) Open the appliance lid 1 by pressing the lid release 8 and opening the
lid 1 upwards.
3) Lay the open end of the bag as far into the appliance so that the opening of
the bag is located centrally under the lower sealing ring 5. The bag should
be inserted no further than the rear limiters 6 and must lie between the front
limiters 7. If the bag lies over one or both of the two limiters 7, then the
bag cannot be correctly welded.

NOTE
► The bag opening must lie flat on the welding wire 4. Otherwise the weld-
ing does not work properly.
4) Close the appliance lid 1. The press seal q presses the bag onto the welding
wire 4, to create a smooth seam. Ensure that both corners of the appliance
lid 1 click closed. If necessary, press them down once again on the markings
and so that the appliance lid 1 clicks into place and locks shut.
5) Press the

NOTE
► You can halt the sealing process at any time by pressing the

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
If the red control lamp w does not go out after a maximum of
10 seconds, there is a fault with the appliance.
► Remove the plug from the mains power socket immediately. Do not attempt
to repair the appliance yourself. Contact the Customer Service department.
6) Open the appliance lid 1 by pressing the lid release 8 and flipping the lid 1
upwards. Remove the bag. This is now sealed at one end.
NOTE
► Ensure that the weld seam is properly closed. A correct weld seam should
be a smooth, straight stripe without any creases.
7) Fill the bag. You must leave at least 6 cm of the bag free up to the edge to
be welded.

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Fill the bag so that no food scraps or liquids can leak out during welding
and get into the appliance.
8) If you do not want to vacuum the bag, you can now weld the other, open side.
NOTE
► Wait 15 seconds before sealing the next bag to allow the appliance to
cool down.
During this cool-down phase, you cannot start the “seal” function.

Vacuum sealing
Vacuuming the tube film
You can also suck the air out of the bag (vacuum) during welding:
NOTE
► Do not evacuate bags that contain only liquids. These could be sucked up
during the vacuum sealing process.
If small quantities of liquid or food do get sucked up, they will be deposited
in the small drip tray that is located between the lower sealing ring 5.
1) Lay the open end of the bag as far into the appliance so that the opening of
the bag is located centrally under the lower sealing ring 5. The bag should
be inserted no further than the rear limiters 6 and must lie between the front
limiters 7. Otherwise the vacuuming and welding will not function correctly:

2) Close the appliance lid 1. Ensure that both corners of the appliance lid 1
click closed. If necessary, press them down once again on the markings
and so that the appliance lid 1 clicks into place and locks shut.
NOTE
► Ensure that the upper 0 and the lower sealing rings 5 are not damaged!
Otherwise the device cannot suck the air out of the bag.
► If either one of the sealing rings 0/5 is damaged, simply pull it out of the
groove and press the replacement sealing ring into the groove.

3) Press the button t. The green control lamp z lights up and the appliance
sucks the air out of the bag. As soon as all the air is sucked out, the green
control lamp z goes out and the red control lamp w lights up. The appliance
now seals the bag.
4) If both control lamps w/z have gone out, you can open the lid by pressing
the lid catch 8 and flipping the lid 1 upwards. Remove the vacuum-sealed
bag.
NOTE
► You can stop the vacuuming process at any time by pressing the button t
at any time. The green control lamp z will then go off. Press the
button t
If the appliance has already switched to the sealing process and the red
control lamp q is lit, the process can be stopped with the button r.
The appliance then stops the sealing process.
► Once you have sealed 5 bags in a row, allow the appliance to cool down
for about 1 minute.
During this cool-down phase, you cannot start the appliance. After the
cool-down phase, you can use the appliance as normal.
TIP – "SOUS-VIDE COOKING"
► As the supplied film is suitable for temperatures between -20°C and
+110°C, it can be used for the so-called "sous-vide" cooking process
(vacuum cooking).
"Sous-vide" is French and means "under vacuum".
In vacuum cooking, the food (usually fish or meat, but vegetables can
also be used) is vacuum-sealed in a bag and then cooked in water or steam
cooked at a relatively low temperature (50 to 90 C). The advantage of this is
that volatile flavours or aroma are not lost during cooking. The food does not
dry out and the vitamins and flavours are preserved. Herbs or spices that are
vacuum-sealed in the bag with the food give off a more intense flavour.

Vacuuming sealing containers and recloseable bags
You can vacuum seal containers and recloseable bags using the vacuum hoses
and appropriate adapters supplied with the appliance.
NOTE
► You can order suitable bags and container separately. Please refer to
Chapter "Ordering replacement parts".
► The vacuum hoses u/p, the suction cup i and the adapters a/d are
also compatible with bags and containers made by the manufacturers.
Vacuuming sealing bags:
1) Connect the vacuum hose u onto the suction fitting 9 on the appliance
using the adapter o.
2) Close the appliance lid 1. Ensure that both corners of the appliance lid 1
click closed. If necessary, press downwards again on the markings
so that the appliance lid 1 clicks into place and locks shut.
3) Close the bag to be vacuum sealed carefully. Vacuum sealing only works
properly if the bag is completely closed off. We recommend positioning the
bag so that the round extraction opening is placed on a smooth surface.
4) Press the suction cup i firmly onto the round extraction opening on the bag.
5) Press the
sucks the air out of the bag. As soon as all the air is sucked out, the green
control lamp z goes out.
6) You can now remove the suction cup i from the bag.

Vacuum sealing containers:
1) Connect the vacuum hose p to the suction fitting 9 on the appliance using
the adapter s.
2) Close the appliance lid 1. Ensure that both corners of the appliance lid 1
click closed. If necessary, press downwards again on the markings
so that the appliance lid 1 clicks into place and locks shut.
3) Connect the adapter a to the appropriate container fitting. Please refer to
the container instruction manual for further information.
NOTE
► For containers with a large valve diameters, use the adapter d. This is
pressed onto the adapter for containers a.
4) Press the button e. The green control lamp z lights up and the appliance
sucks the air out of the container. As soon as all the air is sucked out, the green
control lamp z goes out.
5) You can now remove the adapters a/s from the container and the appliance.

Cleaning
DANGER
Risk of fatal injury from electrocution!
► Remove the plug from the mains power socket before beginning to clean
the device.
► Ensure that no moisture can penetrate the device during cleaning.
CAUTION
Possible damage to the appliance.
► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as these may corrode
the surface of the casing.
► Do not use any hard or sharp objects to remove any adhesive from the
welding wire 4. Otherwise the welding wire 4 or the insulation could
be damaged.
Cleaning the appliance
♦ Clean the surface of the housing of the appliance with a lightly moistened
cloth and a mild detergent.
♦ Wipe off the upper 0 and the lower sealing rings 5, as well as the press
seal q with a damp cloth. Ensure that the appliance is dry before using it again.
♦ Wipe the vacuum hoses u/p, the suction cup i and the adapters o/a/
s/d with a damp cloth. If there is heavy soiling, you can also clean these
parts in hot water with a little detergent. Ensure that all components are
completely dry before the next use.
♦ Clean the drip tray that is located between the lower sealing ring 5 in warm
water with a little detergent.
You can also clean the drip tray in the dishwasher, if required. Make
sure that the drip tray does not get jammed in the dishwasher. Use
the upper basket in the dishwasher if possible.

Storage
The appliance has a built-in cable retainer 3 on the underside of the housing,
on which you can wrap the power cable when it is not in use. This prevents the
power cable from getting caught or soiled, or becoming a source of danger by
hanging loosely down.
CAUTION
Possible damage to the appliance.
Disposal
Under no circumstances should you dispose of the appliance
with the normal household waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal company or your
municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe applicable regulations. In
case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on how to
dispose of the worn-out product.
► Do not click the appliance lid 1 closed for storage! When the appliance
lid 1 is clicked closed it exerts permanent pressure on the upper 0 and
lower sealing rings 5, as well as the press seal q. This can negatively
affect their function.
♦ Store the appliance in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product
has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights
are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep
your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of
purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase
of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion.
This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance
and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault
and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or
replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty.
This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects
present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking.
Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines
and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not
extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as
switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used
or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product
regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions
that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against
must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use
of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of
our authorised Service centres.

To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
■ Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 12345) available
as proof of purchase.
■ You will find the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the front
page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of
the appliance.
■ If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department
listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
■ You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address
that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase
(till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.

Από τα στοιχεία, τις εικόνες και τις περιγραφές σε αυτές τις οδηγίες δεν μπορούν
να εγερθούν απαιτήσεις.
Ο κατασκευαστής δεν αναλαμβάνει καμία ευθύνη για βλάβες λόγω μη τήρησης
των οδηγιών, μη προβλεπόμενης χρήσης, εσφαλμένων επισκευών, μη εγκεκριμένων
τροποποιήσεων ή χρήσης μη επιτρεπόμενων εξαρτημάτων.
Προβλεπόμενη χρήση
Η συσκευή αυτή προβλέπεται αποκλειστικά για την συγκόλληση και τη δημιουργία
κενού τροφίμων σε ποσότητες συνήθεις σε νοικοκυριά και μόνο για ιδιωτική οικιακή χρήση. Αυτή η συσκευή δεν προορίζεται για επαγγελματική ή βιομηχανική
χρήση και για συνεχή χρήση.
Μία άλλη ή διαφορετική χρήση από τα ανωτέρω αναφερόμενα ισχύει ως μη
σύμφωνη με τους κανονισμούς. Απαιτήσεις οποιουδήποτε είδους λόγω φθορών
από μη προβλεπόμενη χρήση αποκλείονται. Την ευθύνη φέρει αποκλειστικά ο
χρήστης.

Η συσκευή παραδίδεται κανονικά με τα εξής στοιχεία:

ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
► Ελέγχετε τον παραδοτέο εξοπλισμό ως προς την πληρότητα και για εμφανείς
φθορές.
► Σε περίπτωση ελλιπούς παραδοτέου εξοπλισμού ή ζημιών λόγω ελλιπούς
συσκευασίας ή λόγω μεταφοράς, απευθυνθείτε στην ανοικτή τηλεφωνική
γραμμή εξυπηρέτησης (βλ. κεφάλαιο Σέρβις).
Αποσυσκευασία
♦ Αφαιρέστε τη συσκευή, τη σωληνωτή μεμβράνη και τις οδηγίες χρήσης από
το χαρτοκιβώτιο.
♦ Αφαιρέστε όλα τα υλικά της συσκευασίας.
♦ Απομακρύνετε την προστατευτική μεμβράνη από το πεδίο χειρισμού.
ΚΊΝΔΥΝΟΣ
► Τα υλικά συσκευασίας δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιούνται από τα παιδιά
ως παιχνίδι. Υπάρχει κίνδυνος ασφυξίας.
Απόρριψη της συσκευασίας
Η συσκευασία προστατεύει τη συσκευή από φθορές κατά τη μεταφορά. Τα υλικά
συσκευασίας έχουν επιλεγεί σύμφωνα με τους οικολογικούς παράγοντες και τους
παράγοντες της τεχνικής απόρριψης και για το λόγο αυτό είναι ανακυκλώσιμα.
Η επιστροφή της συσκευασίας στο κύκλωμα υλικών εξοικονομεί πρώτες ύλες και
μειώνει την ποσότητα των απορριμμάτων. Απορρίπτετε τα υλικά συσκευασίας που
δεν χρησιμοποιούνται πλέον σύμφωνα με τις τοπικές ισχύουσες προδιαγραφές.
Απορρίπτετε τη συσκευασία με τρόπο φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον.
Λαμβάνετε υπόψη τη σήμανση στα διάφορα υλικά συσκευασίας και, εφόσον
απαιτείται, ξεχωρίζετέ τα. Τα υλικά συσκευασίας φέρουν σήμανση με συντομο-
γραφίες (a) και ψηφία (b) με την εξής σημασία:1–7: Πλαστικά, 20–22: Χαρτί
και χαρτόνι, 80–98: Συνθετικά υλικά

■ Επισκευές στη συσκευή επιτρέπεται να πραγματοποιού-
νται μόνο από εξουσιοδοτημένα και εξειδικευμένα συνεργεία ή από το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Μέσω
ακατάλληλων επισκευών μπορεί να προκληθούν κίνδυνοι
τραυματισμών για το χρήστη ή ζημιές στη συσκευή. Επίσης ακυρώνεται η αξίωση εγγύησης.
■ Η πρίζα πρέπει να είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη, έτσι ώστε το κα-
λώδιο να μπορεί να τραβηχτεί εύκολα σε περίπτωση ανάγκης.
■ Ο καθαρισμός και η συντήρηση χρήστη δεν επιτρέπεται
να διεξάγονται από παιδιά, χωρίς επίβλεψη.

Τοποθέτηση και σύνδεση
Απαιτήσεις για το χώρο τοποθέτησης
Για μια ασφαλή και άψογη λειτουργία της συσκευής, ο χώρος τοποθέτησης
πρέπει να πληροί τις ακόλουθες προϋποθέσεις:
■ Τοποθετείτε τη συσκευή επάνω σε μια σταθερή, επίπεδη και οριζόντια βάση.
■ Μη λειτουργείτε τη συσκευή σε καυτά, βρεγμένα ή πολύ υγρά περιβάλλοντα
ή κοντά σε εύφλεκτα υλικά.
■ Η πρίζα πρέπει να είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη, έτσι ώστε το καλώδιο δικτύου
να μπορεί να τραβηχτεί εύκολα σε περίπτωση ανάγκης.
Ηλεκτρική σύνδεση
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ
► Πριν από τη σύνδεση της συσκευής συγκρίνετε τα δεδομένα σύνδεσης
(τάση και συχνότητα) επάνω στην πινακίδα τύπου με αυτά του δικτύου
ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος. Αυτά τα στοιχεία πρέπει να συμφωνούν, ώστε να μην
προκαλούνται ζημιές στη συσκευή.
► Βεβαιώνεστε ότι το καλώδιο δικτύου της συσκευής δεν έχει φθορές και ότι
δεν τοποθετείται επάνω σε καυτές επιφάνειες και/ή αιχμηρές ακμές.
► Προσέχετε ώστε το καλώδιο δικτύου να μην τεντώνεται υπερβολικά ή
κάμπτεται.
► Μην αφήνετε το καλώδιο δικτύου να κρέμεται πάνω από γωνίες (κίνδυνος
να σκοντάψει κάποιος).
♦ Βάλτε το βύσμα στην πρίζα.

Συγκόλληση σωληνωτής μεμβράνης
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΕΙΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΜΕΜΒΡΑΝΗ
► Η μεμβράνη επιτρέπεται να έχει μέγιστο πλάτος 30 εκ. Αλλιώς δεν μπορεί
να συγκολληθεί σωστά.
► Χρησιμοποιείτε για αυτή τη συσκευή μόνο μεμβράνες που έχουν από τη
μια πλευρά μια δομή (τελείες ή αυλακώσεις) και ένα πάχος περ. 0,17
- 0,29 χιλ. (170 - 290 μ) και είναι κατασκευασμένες από νάιλον πολυαιθυλένιο. Αλλιώς η ραφή συγκόλλησης δεν θα είναι στεγανή και η συσκευή
μπορεί να πάθει βλάβη. Αναγνωρίζετε τις μεμβράνες αυτού του τύπου από
τα στοιχεία επάνω στην συσκευασία. Ανάλογα με τον τύπο και το πάχος
της μεμβράνης, ποικίλει η ποιότητα της ραφής συγκόλλησης.
► Η απεσταλμένη μεμβράνη ενδείκνυται για θερμοκρασίες μεταξύ -20°C και
+110°C.
1) Κόψτε όσο πιο ίσια γίνεται το επιθυμητό μήκος για την σακούλα σας από
την σωληνωτή μεμβράνη με ένα ψαλίδι.
2) Ανοίξτε το καπάκι της συσκευής 1, πιέζοντας τις απασφαλίσεις καπακιού 8
και ανοίγοντας προς τα επάνω το καπάκι της συσκευής 1.
3) Τοποθετήστε το ανοιχτό άκρο της σακούλας τόσο μέσα στη συσκευή, ώστε
το άνοιγμα της σακούλας να βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μέσα στον κάτω στεγανοποιητικό δακτύλιο 5. Η σακούλα επιτρέπεται να πιέζει το μέγιστο έως
τις πίσω οριοθετήσεις 6 και πρέπει να βρίσκεται μεταξύ των μπροστινών
οριοθετήσεων 7. Εάν η σακούλα βρίσκεται πάνω από τη μία ή και τις δύο
οριοθετήσεις 7, δεν μπορεί να γίνει σωστή συγκόλλησή της:

► Το άνοιγμα της σακούλας πρέπει να εφάπτεται επακριβώς με το σύρμα
συγκόλλησης 4. Αλλιώς η συγκόλληση δεν θα διεξαχθεί σωστά.
4) Κλείστε το καπάκι της συσκευής 1. Ο σύνδεσμος στεγανοποίησης q πιέζει
την σακούλα στο σύρμα συγκόλλησης 4, έτσι ώστε να δημιουργηθεί μια
λεία ραφή. Προσέξτε εδώ ώστε και οι δύο γωνίες του καπακιού της συσκευής 1
να κουμπώνουν. Πιέστε τις εάν απαιτείται άλλη μια φορά στις σημάνσεις
και προς τα κάτω, έτσι ώστε το καπάκι της συσκευής 1 να κουμπώ-
σει και να ασφαλιστεί.
5) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο
κληρωθεί η διαδικασία σφράγισης, σβήνει η κόκκινη λυχνία ελέγχου w.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
► Μπορείτε να διακόψετε ανά πάσα στιγμή την διαδικασία σφράγισης,
πιέζοντας εκ νέου το πλήκτρο
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ - ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ
Εάν η κόκκινη λυχνία ελέγχου w δεν σβήσει το αργότερο μετά
από 10 δευτερόλεπτα, η συσκευή έχει βλάβη!
► Τραβήξτε αμέσως το βύσμα από την πρίζα. Μην προσπαθήσετε να επισκευ-
άσετε οι ίδιοι τη συσκευή. Απευθυνθείτε στο τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
6) Ανοίξτε το καπάκι της συσκευής 1, πιέζοντας τις απασφαλίσεις καπακιού
8 και ανοίγοντας προς τα επάνω το καπάκι της συσκευής 1. Απομακρύνετε τη σακούλα. Αυτή έχει συγκολληθεί μόνο από το ένα άκρο.

► Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η ραφή συγκόλλησης είναι σωστή. Μια σωστή ραφή συ-
γκόλλησης σημαίνει μια λεία, ίσια λωρίδα χωρίς πτυχώσεις.
7) Γεμίστε τη σακούλα. Πρέπει να αφήσετε τουλάχιστον 6 εκ. της σακούλας έως
το άκρο που θα συγκολληθεί.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ - ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ
► Γεμίστε την σακούλα έτσι, ώστε να μην εξέλθουν σε καμία περίπτωση υπο-
λείμματα τροφίμων ή υγρά κατά την συγκόλληση και εισχωρήσουν στην
συσκευή.
8) Εάν δεν θέλετε να δημιουργήσετε κενό στη συσκευή, συγκολλήστε τώρα την
άλλη, ανοιχτή πλευρά.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
► Περιμένετε 15 δευτερόλεπτα προτού συγκολλήσετε την επόμενη σακούλα,
ώστε να μπορέσει να πέσει η θερμοκρασία της συσκευής.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της φάσης μείωσης της θερμοκρασίας, δεν είναι δυνατή
η έναρξη της λειτουργίας «Συγκόλληση».

Δημιουργία κενού
Δημιουργία κενού στη σωληνωτή μεμβράνη
Κατά τη συγκόλληση μπορείτε να αναρροφήσετε και τον αέρα από τη σακούλα
(δημιουργία κενού):
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
► Μην δημιουργείτε κενό σε σακούλες, στις οποίες υπάρχουν αποκλειστικά
υγρά. Ενδέχεται να αναρροφηθούν κατά τη δημιουργία κενού.
Σε περίπτωση ακούσιας αναρρόφησης μικρότερων ποσοτήτων υγρών
ή τροφίμων, θα καταλήξουν στο μικρό δοχείο συλλογής που βρίσκεται
μεταξύ του κάτω στεγανοποιητικού δακτυλίου 5.
1) Τοποθετήστε το ανοιχτό άκρο της σακούλας τόσο μέσα στη συσκευή, ώστε
το άνοιγμα της σακούλας να βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μέσα στον κάτω στεγανοποιητικό δακτύλιο 5. Η σακούλα επιτρέπεται να πιέζει το μέγιστο έως τις
πίσω οριοθετήσεις 6 και πρέπει να βρίσκεται μεταξύ των μπροστινών οριοθετήσεων 7. Αλλιώς δεν θα λειτουργεί η αναρρόφηση και η συγκόλληση:

2) Κλείστε το καπάκι της συσκευής 1. Προσέξτε εδώ ώστε και οι δύο γωνίες
του καπακιού της συσκευής 1 να κουμπώνουν. Πιέστε τις εάν απαιτείται άλλη
μια φορά στις σημάνσεις

► Προσέξτε ώστε ο άνω 0 και ο κάτω στεγανοποιητικός δακτύλιος 5 να
μην πάθουν ζημιές! Αλλιώς η συσκευή δεν μπορεί να αναρροφήσει τον
αέρα από την σακούλα.
► Εάν έχει υποστεί ζημιά ένας από τους στεγανοποιητικούς δακτυλίους
0/5, τραβήξτε τον έξω από την εσοχή και εισαγάγετε τον εφεδρικό
στεγανοποιητικό δακτύλιο στην εσοχή.
3) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο
αναρροφά τον αέρα από τη σακούλα. Μόλις αναρροφηθεί ο αέρας, η
πράσινη λυχνία ελέγχου z σβήνει και ανάβει η κόκκινη λυχνία ελέγχου w.
Η συσκευή σφραγίζει τη σακούλα.
4) Όταν είναι σβηστές οι δύο λυχνίες ελέγχου w/z, μπορείτε να ανοίξετε
το κάλυμμα, πιέζοντας τις απασφαλίσεις καπακιού 8 και ανοίγοντας το
καπάκι της συσκευής 1 προς τα επάνω. Απομακρύνετε την σφραγισμένη
σακούλα σε κενό.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
► Μπορείτε ανά πάσα στιγμή να διακόψετε τη διαδικασία δημιουργίας
κενού, πατώντας εκ νέου το πλήκτρο
σβήνει z τότε. Εάν πιέσετε εκ νέου το πλήκτρο t, θα συνεχιστεί η
διαδικασία δημιουργίας κενού.
Εάν η συσκευή έχει ήδη γυρίσει στην διαδικασία σφράγισης και ανάβει
η κόκκινη λυχνία ελέγχου w, μπορεί να διακοπεί η διαδικασία με το
πλήκτρο r. Η συσκευή σταματάει την διαδικασία σφράγισης.
► Εάν έχετε σφραγίσει σε κενό και συγκολλήσει διαδοχικά 5 σακούλες,
αφήστε τη συσκευή να κρυώσει για περίπου 1 λεπτό.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της φάσης μείωσης της θερμοκρασίας, δεν είναι δυνατή
η εκκίνηση της συσκευής. Μετά τη φάση μείωσης της θερμοκρασίας, μπορείτε να συνεχίσετε να χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή κανονικά.

ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ - "ΜΑΓΕΙΡΕΜΑ SOUS VIDE [ΣΕ ΚΕΝΟ ΑΕΡΟΣ]"
► Επειδή η απεσταλμένη μεμβράνη ενδείκνυται για θερμοκρασίες μεταξύ
-20°C και +110°C, μπορείτε να την χρησιμοποιήσετε για το λεγόμενο
"Μαγείρεμα sous vide".
Το "Sous-vide" είναι γαλλική έκφραση και σημαίνει "σε κενό".
Στο μαγείρεμα σε κενό, το προϊόν μαγειρέματος (κυρίως ψάρι ή κρέας,
ωστόσο είναι δυνατόν και σε λαχανικά) τοποθετείται σε σακούλα κενού
που συγκολλιέται και μαγειρεύεται εκεί μέσα σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία (περ.
50 έως 90 °C) σε μπεν μαρί ή σε ατμό. Το πλεονέκτημα σε αυτή τη διαδικασία είναι ότι δεν χάνονται οι πτητικές γευστικές ουσίες ή τα αρώματα.
Το προϊόν μαγειρέματος δεν στεγνώνει και διατηρούνται οι βιταμίνες και
τα αρώματα. Η γεύση των βοτάνων ή των καρυκευμάτων που εσωκλείονται στην σακούλα κενού γίνεται εντονότερη και μεταδίδεται στο προϊόν
μαγειρέματος.

Δημιουργία κενού στο δοχείο και την επανασφραγιζόμενη
σακούλα
Με τους σωλήνες κενού που υπάρχουν στον παραδοτέο εξοπλισμό και τους
αντίστοιχους αντάπτορες μπορείτε να δημιουργήσετε κενό σε δοχεία και
επανασφραγιζόμενες σακούλες.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ

► Οι σωλήνες κενού u/p, η υποδοχή αναρρόφησης i και οι αντάπτορες
a/d είναι επίσης συμβατοί και με σακούλες και δοχεία άλλων κατασκευαστών.
Δημιουργία κενού σε σακούλα:
1) Συνδέστε τον σωλήνα κενού u με τον αντάπτορα o στη διάταξη αναρρόφησης 9 της συσκευής.
2) Κλείστε το καπάκι της συσκευής 1. Προσέξτε ώστε να κουμπώσουν και οι
δύο γωνίες του καπακιού της συσκευής 1. Πιέστε τις εάν απαιτείται άλλη
μια φορά στις σημάνσεις
συσκευής 1 να κουμπώσει και να ασφαλιστεί.
3) Κλείστε προσεκτικά τη σακούλα, στην οποία θα δημιουργηθεί κενό.
Η δημιουργία κενού λειτουργεί μόνο όταν η σακούλα έχει κλείσει εντελώς.
Τοποθετήστε καλύτερα τη σακούλα έτσι ώστε το στρογγυλό άνοιγμα αναρρόφησης να ακουμπάει επάνω σε μια λεία επιφάνεια.
4) Πιέστε την υποδοχή αναρρόφησης i σφιχτά επάνω στο στρογγυλό άνοιγμα αναρρόφησης στη σακούλα.
5) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο
αφαιρεί τον αέρα από τη σακούλα. Μόλις αναρροφηθεί ο αέρας, η πράσινη
λυχνία ελέγχου z σβήνει.
6) Τώρα μπορείτε να απομακρύνετε την υποδοχή αναρρόφησης i από τη
σακούλα.
και προς τα κάτω, έτσι ώστε το καπάκι της

► Σε δοχεία με μεγαλύτερη διάμετρο βαλβίδας χρησιμοποιήστε τον αντάπτο-
ρα d. Αυτός τοποθετείται επάνω στον αντάπτορα για δοχεία a.
4) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο
συσκευή αφαιρεί τον αέρα από το δοχείο. Μόλις αναρροφηθεί ο αέρας, η
πράσινη λυχνία ελέγχου z σβήνει.
5) Τώρα μπορείτε να απομακρύνετε τους αντάπτορες a/s από το δοχείο και
τη συσκευή.
Καθαρισμός
ΚΊΝΔΥΝΟΣ
Κίνδυνος ζωής από ηλεκτροπληξία!
► Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα προτού ξεκινήσετε τον καθαρισμό.
► Εξασφαλίζετε ότι κατά τον καθαρισμό δεν θα εισχωρήσει υγρασία μέσα
στη συσκευή.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ
Πιθανή φθορά της συσκευής.
► Μη χρησιμοποιείτε επιθετικά ή τριβικά καθαριστικά μέσα, διότι μπορεί να
προκαλέσουν διάβρωση στην επιφάνεια του περιβλήματος.
► Μην χρησιμοποιείτε σκληρά ή αιχμηρά αντικείμενα, για να απομακρύνετε
ενδεχόμενα κολλημένα υπολείμματα από το σύρμα συγκόλλησης 4.
Αλλιώς μπορεί να προκληθεί ζημιά στο σύρμα συγκόλλησης 4 ή στην
μόνωση.
Καθαρισμός συσκευής
♦ Καθαρίζετε την επιφάνεια περιβλήματος με ένα ελαφρώς νωπό πανί και με
ένα ήπιο απορρυπαντικό.
♦ Σκουπίζετε τον άνω 0 και τον κάτω στεγανοποιητικό δακτύλιο 5, καθώς
και τον σύνδεσμο στεγανοποίησης q με ένα νωπό πανί. Εξασφαλίστε ότι η
συσκευή έχει στεγνώσει πάλι, προτού την χρησιμοποιήσετε εκ νέου.
♦ Σκουπίστε τους σωλήνες κενού u/p, την υποδοχή αναρρόφησης i,
καθώς και τον αντάπτορα o/a/s/d με ένα νωπό πανί. Σε επίμονους
ρύπους μπορείτε να καθαρίσετε αυτά τα εξαρτήματα και σε ζεστό νερό με
λίγο απορρυπαντικό. Πριν από την εκ νέου χρήση, βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλα τα
εξαρτήματα είναι στεγνά.
♦ Πλένετε το δοχείο συλλογής υγρών, που βρίσκεται μεταξύ του κάτω στεγανο-
ποιητικού δακτυλίου 5, με ζεστό νερό και λίγο απορρυπαντικό.

Αποθήκευση
Η συσκευή έχει μια ενσωματωμένη διάταξη τύλιξης καλωδίου 3 στην κάτω πλευρά
του περιβλήματος, στην οποία μπορείτε να τυλίξετε το καλώδιο σε περίπτωση
μη χρήσης. Έτσι το καλώδιο δικτύου δεν μπορεί να μαγκωθεί, να βρομίσει ή να
αποτελέσει πηγή κινδύνων εάν κρέμεται:

Πιθανή φθορά της συσκευής.
► Κατά την αποθήκευση της συσκευής, μην αφήνετε το καπάκι της συσκευής 1
να κουμπώνει! Εάν το καπάκι της συσκευής 1 είναι κουμπωμένο, ασκείται
συνεχής πίεση στον άνω 0 και κάτω στεγανοποιητικό δακτύλιο 5, καθώς
και στον σύνδεσμο στεγανοποίησης q. Μπορεί έτσι να επηρεαστεί η
λειτουργία τους.
♦ Αποθηκεύετε τη συσκευή σε έναν καθαρό, στεγνό χώρο χωρίς απευθείας
ηλιακή ακτινοβολία.
Απόρριψη
Σε καμία περίπτωση μην απορρίπτετε τη συσκευή στα οικιακά
απορρίμματα.
Αυτό το προϊόν υπόκειται στην Ευρωπαϊκή Οδηγία 2012/19/EU
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment - Απόρριψη ηλεκτρικών
και ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών).
Απορρίπτετε τη συσκευή μέσω μιας εγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης απόρριψης ή μέσω
της κοινοτικής επιχείρησης απόρριψης. Τηρείτε τους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς.
Σε περίπτωση αμφιβολιών επικοινωνείτε με την αρμόδια επιχείρηση απόρριψης.
Εφόσον απαιτείται, μπορείτε να καθαρίζετε το δοχείο συλλογής και
στο πλυντήριο πιάτων. Φροντίζετε ώστε να μην μαγκώσει το δοχείο
συλλογής και, εφόσον είναι δυνατό, χρησιμοποιείτε το επάνω καλάθι
του πλυντηρίου πιάτων.

Η παρούσα συσκευή διαθέτει 3 χρόνια εγγύηση από την ημερομηνία αγοράς.
Στην περίπτωση ελλείψεων στο προϊόν έχετε νομικά δικαιώματα έναντι του πωλητή
του προϊόντος. Αυτά τα νομικά δικαιώματα δεν περιορίζονται μέσω της κατωτέρω
αναφερόμενης εγγύησης.
Προϋποθέσεις εγγύησης
Η περίοδος εγγύησης ξεκινάει κατά την ημερομηνία αγοράς. Φυλάξτε καλά την πρωτότυπη απόδειξη ταμείου. Αυτό το έγγραφο απαιτείται ως απόδειξη για την αγορά.
Εάν, εντός τριών ετών από την ημερομηνία αγοράς, προκύψει στο προϊόν αυτό
σφάλμα υλικού ή κατασκευής, κατόπιν κρίσης μας, επισκευάζουμε ή αντικαθιστούμε
το προϊόν για εσάς δωρεάν. Η παρούσα εγγύηση προϋποθέτει ότι εντός της
περιόδου τριών ετών η ελαττωματική συσκευή και η απόδειξη αγοράς (απόδειξη
ταμείου) θα υποβληθούν μαζί με σύντομη περιγραφή σχετικά με το που βρίσκεται
η έλλειψη και πότε προέκυψε.
Εάν το ελάττωμα καλύπτεται από την εγγύησή μας, θα λάβετε το επισκευασμένο
ή ένα νέο προϊόν.
Περίοδος εγγύησης και νομικές απαιτήσεις λόγω ελλείψεων
Ο χρόνος εγγύησης δεν παρατείνεται μέσω της παροχής εγγύησης. Αυτό ισχύει
και για εξαρτήματα, τα οποία έχουν αντικατασταθεί και επισκευαστεί. Ενδεχόμενες
ήδη υπάρχουσες ζημιές και ελλείψεις κατά την αγορά πρέπει να γνωστοποιούνται
αμέσως μετά την αποσυσκευασία. Μετά τη λήξη του χρόνου εγγύησης, τυχόν
εμφανιζόμενες επισκευές χρεώνονται.
Εύρος εγγύησης
Η συσκευή κατασκευάστηκε σύμφωνα με αυστηρές οδηγίες ποιότητας και ελέγχθηκε
προσεκτικά πριν από την αποστολή.
Η απόδοση εγγύησης ισχύει για σφάλματα υλικού ή κατασκευής. Η παρούσα
εγγύηση δεν εκτείνεται σε τμήματα του προϊόντος, τα οποία εκτίθενται σε φυσιολογική φθορά και έτσι μπορεί να θεωρούνται εξαρτήματα φθοράς ή για ζημιές
σε εύθραυστα εξαρτήματα, π.χ. διακόπτες, συσσωρευτές, ταψιά ή εξαρτήματα
που είναι κατασκευασμένα από γυαλί.
Η παρούσα εγγύηση ακυρώνεται εάν προκληθεί ζημιά στο προϊόν, εάν δεν
γίνεται σωστή χρήση ή συντήρηση. Για μια σωστή χρήση του προϊόντος πρέπει
να τηρούνται επακριβώς οι αναφερόμενες υποδείξεις στις οδηγίες χειρισμού.
Σκοποί χρήσης και χειρισμοί που δεν συνιστώνται ή για τους οποίους υπάρχει
προειδοποίηση πρέπει απαραίτητα να αποφεύγονται.
Το προϊόν προορίζεται μόνο για ιδιωτική και όχι για επαγγελματική χρήση.
Σε περίπτωση κακής μεταχείρισης και ακατάλληλης χρήσης, χρήσης βίας και
παρεμβάσεων, οι οποίες δεν διεξήχθησαν από το εξουσιοδοτημένο μας τμήμα
σέρβις, η εγγύηση παύει να ισχύει.

Για την εξασφάλιση γρήγορης επεξεργασίας του ζητήματός σας, τηρείτε τις ακόλουθες υποδείξεις:
■ Για όλες τις ερωτήσεις έχετε έτοιμη την απόδειξη αγοράς και τον κωδικό προ-
ϊόντος (π.χ. ΙΑΝ 12345) ως απόδειξη για την αγορά.
■ Μπορείτε να βρείτε τον κωδικό προϊόντος στην πινακίδα τύπου, χαραγμένο,
στην πρώτη σελίδα των οδηγιών σας (κάτω αριστερά) ή σε αυτοκόλλητο
στην πίσω ή κάτω πλευρά.
■ Εάν προκύψουν σφάλματα λειτουργίας ή άλλες ελλείψεις, επικοινωνήστε
κατ’ αρχήν με το ακόλουθο αναφερόμενο τμήμα σέρβις τηλεφωνικά ή με
E-Mail.
■ Ένα προϊόν που θεωρείται ελαττωματικό μπορείτε να το αποστείλετε ατελώς

► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden.

Auspacken
♦ Entnehmen Sie das Gerät, die Schlauchfolie und die Bedienungsanleitung
aus dem Karton.
♦ Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
♦ Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Bedienfeld.

► Verpackungsmaterialien dürfen nicht zum Spielen von Kindern verwendet
werden. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.
Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung umweltgerecht.
Beachten Sie die Kennzeichnung auf den verschiedenen Verpackungsmaterialien
und trennen Sie diese gegebenenfalls gesondert. Die Verpackungsmaterialien
sind gekennzeichnet mit Abkürzungen (a) und Ziffern (b) mit folgender
Bedeutung: 1–7: Kunststoffe, 20–22: Papier und Pappe, 80–98: Verbundstoffe

■ Lassen Sie Reparaturen am Gerät nur von autorisierten
Fachbetrieben oder dem Kundenservice durchführen.
Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können Verletzungsgefahren für den Benutzer entstehen oder das Gerät wird
beschädigt. Zudem erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
■ Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, so dass das
Netzkabel im Notfall leicht abgezogen werden kann.
■ Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern
ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
■ Das Gerät und seine Anschlussleitung sind von Kindern
jünger als 8 Jahren fernzuhalten.

Aufstellen und Anschließen
Anforderungen an den Aufstellort
Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb des Gerätes muss der Aufstellort
folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
■ Bei Aufstellung des Gerätes das Gerät auf eine feste, flache und
waagerechte Unterlage stellen.
■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder sehr feuchten
Umgebung oder in der Nähe von brennbarem Material.
■ Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, so dass das Netzkabel notfalls
leicht abgezogen werden kann.
Elektrischer Anschluss
ACHTUNG
► Vergleichen Sie vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes die Anschlussdaten
(Spannung und Frequenz) auf dem Typenschild mit denen Ihres Elektronetzes.
Diese Daten müssen übereinstimmen, damit keine Schäden am Gerät auftreten.
► Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Netzkabel des Gerätes unbeschädigt ist
und nicht über heiße Flächen und/oder scharfe Kanten verlegt wird.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht straff gespannt oder geknickt
wird.
► Lassen Sie das Netzkabel nicht über Ecken hängen (Stolperdrahteffekt).

Schlauchfolie verschweißen
HINWEISE ZUR FOLIE
► Die Folie darf maximal 30 cm breit sein. Ansonsten kann sie nicht korrekt
verschweißt werden.
► Benutzen Sie für dieses Gerät nur für Folien, die auf einer Seite eine
Struktur haben (Punkte oder Rillen) und eine Stärke von ca. 0,17 - 0,29
mm (170 - 290 μ) und aus Nylon-PE hergestellt sind. Ansonsten wird
die Schweißnaht nicht dicht und das Gerät kann beschädigt werden. Sie
erkennen Folien dieser Art an den Angaben auf der Verpackung. Je nach
Art und Stärke der Folie variiert die Qualität der Schweißnaht.
► Die mitgelieferte Folie ist für Temperaturen zwischen -20 °C und +110 °C
geeignet.
1) Schneiden Sie die gewünschte Länge für Ihren Beutel von der Schlauchfolie
mit einer Schere möglichst gerade ab.
2) Öffnen Sie den Gerätedeckel 1, indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen 8
drücken und den Gerätedeckel 1 nach oben hin öffnen.
3) Legen Sie das offene Ende des Beutels so weit in das Gerät, dass sich die
Öffnung des Beutels mittig innerhalb des unteren Dichtungsringes 5 befindet. Der Beutel darf maximal bis an die hinteren Begrenzungen 6 stoßen
und muss zwischen den vorderen Begrenzungen 7 liegen. Wenn der Beutel
über einer oder beiden Begrenzungen 7 liegt, kann der Beutel nicht korrekt
verschweißt werden:

HINWEIS
► Die Beutelöffnung muss glatt auf den Schweißdrähten 4 liegen. Ansonsten
funktioniert das Verschweißen nicht richtig.
4) Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel 1. Die Anpressdichtung q presst den Beutel auf die Schweißdrähte 4, so dass eine glatte Naht entsteht. Achten Sie
dabei darauf, dass beide Ecken des Gerätedeckels 1 einrasten. Drücken
Sie diese gegebenenfalls noch einmal an den Markierungen
herunter, so dass der Gerätedeckel 1 einrastet und verriegelt ist.
5) Drücken Sie die Taste
Versiegelungsvorgang abgeschlossen ist, erlischt die rote Kontrollleuchte w.
HINWEIS
► Sie können den Versiegelungsvorgang jederzeit abbrechen, indem Sie die
r erneut drücken. Die rote Kontrollleuchte erlischt w.
Taste
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
Wenn die rote Kontrollleuchte w nach spätestens 10 Sekunden
nicht erlischt, liegt ein Defekt des Gerätes vor!
► Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Versuchen Sie
nicht, das Gerät selber zu reparieren. Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst.
6) Öffnen Sie den Gerätedeckel 1, indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen 8
drücken und den Gerätedeckel 1 nach oben hin öffnen. Entnehmen Sie den
Beutel. Dieser ist nun an einem Ende verschweißt.

► Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schweißnaht ordnungsgemäß ist. Eine korrekte
Schweißnaht soll ein glatter, gerader Streifen ohne Falten sein.
7) Befüllen Sie den Beutel. Sie müssen mindestens 6 cm Beutel bis zur
verschweißenden Kante frei lassen.
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
► Befüllen Sie den Beutel so, dass auf keinen Fall Lebensmittelreste oder
Flüssigkeiten beim Verschweißen herauslaufen und in das Gerät gelangen
können.
8) Wenn Sie den Beutel nicht vakuumieren wollen, verschweißen Sie nun die
andere, offene Seite.
HINWEIS
► Warten Sie 15 Sekunden, bevor Sie den nächsten Beutel verschweißen,
damit das Gerät abkühlen kann.
Während dieser Abkühlphase können Sie die Funktion „Verschweißen“
nicht starten.

Vakuumieren
Schlauchfolie vakuumieren
Sie können beim Verschweißen auch die Luft aus dem Beutel saugen (vakuumieren):
HINWEIS
► Vakuumieren Sie keine Beutel, in denen sich ausschließlich Flüssigkeiten
befinden. Diese können beim Vakuumieren eingesaugt werden.
Sollten ungewollt kleinere Mengen an Flüssigkeiten oder Lebensmittel
eingesaugt werden, gelangen diese in die kleine Auffangschale, die sich
zwischen dem unteren Dichtungsring 5 befindet.
1) Legen Sie das offene Ende des Beutels so weit in das Gerät, dass sich die
Öffnung des Beutels mittig innerhalb des unteren Dichtungsringes 5 befindet. Der Beutel darf maximal bis an die hinteren Begrenzungen 6 stoßen
und muss zwischen den vorderen Begrenzungen 7 liegen. Ansonsten
funktioniert das Absaugen und Verschweißen nicht:

Beutel saugen.
► Sollte einer der Dichtungsringe 0/5 beschädigt sein, ziehen Sie diesen
einfach aus der Vertiefung heraus und drücken Sie die Ersatzdichtung in
die Vertiefung rein.
3) Drücken Sie die Taste
das Gerät zieht die Luft aus dem Beutel. Sobald die Luft abgesaugt wurde,
erlischt die grüne Kontrollleuchte z und die rote Kontrollleuchte w leuchtet
auf. Das Gerät versiegelt nun den Beutel.
4) Wenn beide Kontrollleuchten w/z erloschen sind, können Sie den Deckel
öffnen, indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen 8 drücken und den Gerätedeckel 1 nach oben hin öffnen. Entnehmen Sie den vakuumierten und
versiegelten Beutel.
HINWEIS
► Sie können den Vakuumiervorgang jederzeit unterbrechen, indem Sie die
t erneut drücken. Die grüne Kontrollleuchte z erlischt dann.
Taste
Drücken Sie die Taste t erneut, wird der Vakuummiervorgang fortgesetzt.
Hat das Gerät schon in den Versiegelungsvorgang gewechselt und die rote
Kontrollleuchte w leuchtet, kann der Vorgang mit der Taste r abgebrochen werden. Das Gerät stoppt den Versiegelungsvorgang.
► Wenn Sie 5 Beutel hintereinander vakuumiert und verschweißt haben,
lassen Sie das Gerät ca. 1 Minute abkühlen.
Während dieser Abkühlphase können Sie das Gerät nicht starten. Nach
der Abkühlphase können Sie das Gerät normal weiter verwenden.

TIPP - „SOUS-VIDE-GAREN“
► Da die mitgelieferte Folie für Temperaturen zwischen -20 °C und
+110 °C geeignet ist, können Sie diese zum sogenannten „Sous-videGaren“ (Vakuumgaren) nutzen. „Sous-vide“ ist französisch und bedeutet
„unter Vakuum“.
Beim Vakuumgaren wird das Gargut (hauptsächlich Fisch oder Fleisch, jedoch ist auch Gemüse möglich) in einem Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt und
dann darin bei Niedrigtemperatur (ca. 50 bis 90 °C) im Wasserbad oder
unter Dampf gegart. Das hat den Vorteil, dass flüchtige Geschmacksstoffe
oder Aromen während des Garens nicht austreten können. Das Gargut
trocknet nicht aus und Vitamine und Aromen werden geschont. Kräuter
oder Gewürze, die mit in den Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt werden, geben
ihren Geschmack intensiver an das Gargut ab.

Behälter und wiederverschließbare Beutel vakuumieren
Mit den im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Vakuumschläuchen und entsprechenden
Adaptern können Sie Behälter und wiederverschließbare Beutel vakuumieren.
HINWEIS
► Geeignete Beutel und Behälter sind separat erhältlich, sehen Sie dazu das
Kapitel „Ersatzteile bestellen“.
► Die Vakuumschläuche u/p, die Saugglocke i und die Adapter a/d
sind auch mit Beuteln und Behältern von anderen Herstellern kompatibel.
Beutel vakuumieren:
1) Schließen Sie den Vakuumschlauch u mit dem Adapter o an die Ansaugvorrichtung 9 des Gerätes an.
2) Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel 1. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass beide
Ecken des Gerätedeckels 1 einrasten. Drücken Sie diese gegebenenfalls
noch einmal an den Markierungen
tedeckel 1 einrastet und verriegelt ist.
3) Schließen Sie den zu vakuumierdenden Beutel sorgfältig. Das Vakuumieren
funktioniert nur, wenn der Beutel komplett verschlossen ist. Positionieren Sie
den Beutel am besten so, dass die runde Absaugöffnung auf einer glatten
Oberfläche liegt.
4) Drücken Sie die Saugglocke i fest auf die runde Absaugöffnung am
Beutel.
5) Drücken Sie die Taste
das Gerät zieht die Luft aus dem Beutel. Sobald die Luft abgesaugt wurde,
erlischt die grüne Kontrollleuchte z.
6) Sie können die Saugglocke i nun vom Beutel entfernen.

Behälter vakuumieren:
1) Schließen Sie den Vakuumschlauch p mit dem Adapter s an die Ansaugvorrichtung 9 des Gerätes an.

Reinigung
GEFAHR
Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
► Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung
beginnen.
► Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät
eindringt.
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.
► Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, da
diese die Gehäuseoberfläche angreifen können.
► Verwenden Sie keine harten oder scharfen Gegenstände, um eventuelle
Klebereste von den Schweißdrähten 4 zu entfernen. Andernfalls können
die Schweißdrähte 4 oder die Isolierung beschädigt werden.
Gerät reinigen
♦ Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseoberfläche mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch und
einem milden Spülmittel.
♦ Wischen Sie den oberen 0 und den unteren Dichtungsring 5 sowie die
Anpressdichtung q mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das
Gerät wieder trocken ist, bevor Sie es erneut verwenden.
♦ Wischen Sie die Vakuumschläuche u/p, die Saugglocke i sowie die
Adapter o/a/s/d mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Bei starker Verschmutzung können Sie diese Teile auch in warmem Wasser mit etwas Spülmittel
reinigen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Teile vor einer erneuten Benutzung
trocken sind.
♦ Spülen Sie die Auffangschale für Flüssigkeiten, die sich zwischen dem unte-
ren Dichtungsring 5 befindet, in warmem Wasser mit etwas Spülmittel.
Bei Bedarf können Sie die Auffangschale auch in der Spülmaschine
reinigen. Achten Sie dabei darauf die Auffangschale nicht einzuklemmen und benutzen Sie, wenn möglich, den oberen Korb der
Spülmaschine.

Aufbewahrung
Das Gerät hat eine integrierte Kabelaufwicklung 3 an der Gehäuseunterseite,
auf die Sie das Netzkabel bei Nichtgebrauch aufwickeln können. Dadurch vermeiden Sie, dass das Netzkabel eingeklemmt, verschmutzt oder durch das lose
Herabhängen zur Gefahrenquelle wird.
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.
► Lassen Sie, während Sie das Gerät lagern, nicht den Gerätedeckel 1
einrasten! Wenn der Gerätedeckel 1 eingerastet ist, wird andauernder
Druck auf den oberen 0 und unteren Dichtungsring 5 sowie auf die
Anpressdichtung q, ausgeübt. Diese können dadurch in Ihrer Funktion
beeinträchtigt werden.
♦ Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem sauberen, trockenen Ort ohne direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung.
Entsorgung
Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen Hausmüll.
Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über
Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von
Mängeln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden
dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Original–
Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Materialoder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für
Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass
innerhalb der Drei-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon)
vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht und
wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte
oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts
beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch
für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden
und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.
Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor
Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie
erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und
daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen
an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus, Backformen oder Teile die aus
Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt
oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle
in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten.
Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung
abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung
vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
