Gerät vor.

Anwender zu wartenden oder tauschbaren Bauteile im Gerät.

■ Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit und dem Eindringen von Flüssig-

keiten.

■ Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht oder hohen Temperaturen

aus. Anderenfalls kann es überhitzen und irreparabel beschädigt werden.

■ Halten Sie oﬀ ene Flammen (z.B. Kerzen) zu jeder Zeit von dem Gerät fern.

■ Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht sofort, wenn es von einem kalten Raum in

einen warmen Raum gebracht wurde. Lassen Sie das Gerät erst akklimatisieren, bevor Sie es einschalten.

sionen, Auslaufen gefährlicher Stoﬀ e oder anderen Gefahrensituationen führen! Werfen Sie das Gerät nicht ins Feuer, da der integrierte Akku explodieren kann.

■ Beachten Sie die Nutzungseinschränkungen bzw. Nutzungsverbote für

Batteriebetriebene Geräte an Orten mit gesonderter Gefahrenlage, wie z.B. Tankanlagen, Flugzeugen, Krankenhäusern, usw.

■ Das Gerät ist nicht für den Betrieb in Räumen mit hoher Temperatur oder

Luftfeuchtigkeit (z.B. Badezimmer) oder übermäßigen Staubaufkommen ausgelegt.

■ Schalten Sie das Gerät unverzüglich aus und entfernen Sie es von der

möglicherweise angeschlossenen USB-Anschlussbuchse, falls Sie Brandgeruch oder Rauchentwicklung feststellen. Lassen Sie das Gerät durch einen qualiﬁ zierten Fachmann überprüfen, bevor Sie es erneut verwenden.

■ Das Aufzeichnen von urheberrechtlich geschützten Inhalten ist erlaubt,

wenn dies nur zu Ihren persönlichen Zwecken dient. Jeglicher anderer Verwendungszweck ist ohne Erlaubnis des Urheberrechtinhabers durch das Urheberrecht untersagt.

■ Durch Bedienfehler oder Gerätestörungen werden unter Umständen die

gespeicherten Daten zerstört oder gelöscht. Es empﬁ ehlt sich für wichtige Inhalte in jeden Fall die Erstellung einer Sicherungskopie auf einer PCFestplatte oder einem anderen Speichermedium. Die Geltendmachung von Schadensersatzansprüchen für Datenverlust und dadurch entstandene Folgeschäden wird ausgeschlossen.

Inbetriebnahme

Der Lieferumfang besteht aus folgenden Komponenten:

Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden.

♦ Entnehmen Sie das Gerät und die Bedienungsanleitung aus der

♦ Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.

USB-Diktiergerätes erfolgen muss. Dies beugt Schäden am USB-Stick und evtl. Datenverlust vor. In der Taskleiste wird das installierte USB-Diktiergerät angezeigt. Klicken Sie mit der linken Maustaste auf das Symbol „Hardware sicher entfernen“. Klicken Sie mit der linken Maustaste auf den entsprechenden Eintrag. Es erscheint der Hinweis, dass das Gerät entfernt werden kann.

♦ Stellen Sie den EIN-/AUS-Schalter in die Position OFF. ♦ Schieben Sie den USB-Schiebeschalter nach vorne, um den USB-

HINWEIS

Die Aufnahmen werden im Ordner „RECORD“ im WAV-Format gespeichert.

► ► Es empﬁ ehlt sich, in regelmäßigen Abständen, Sicherungskopien Ihrer Auf-

nahmen anzufertigen. Kopieren Sie dazu die Aufnahmen auf die Festplatte Ihrer Computers.

► Die Aufnahmen können auf jeden Computer mit einem entsprechenden

Wiedergabeprogramm abgespielt werden.

Zeit und Datum einstellen

Wenn Sie die Aufnahmen mit Zeit und Datumsinformationen versehen möchten, beﬁ ndet sich hierzu auf dem USB-Diktiergerät ein entsprechendes Programm.

♦ Öﬀ nen Sie den Ordner „Settime“ und Doppelklicken Sie auf die Datei

„SetDigitRecorderTm.exe“. Es erscheint folgendes Fenster:

♦ Klicken Sie auf die Schaltﬂ äche „SetTime“. Die Zeit und Datumsinforma-

tionen werden automatisch mit Ihrem Computer synchronisiert. Um das Fenster zu schließen, klicken Sie auf die Schaltﬂ äche „X“.

♦ Klicken Sie im nächsten Fenster auf die Schaltﬂ äche „OK“ um das Fenster

zu schließen und die Einstellungen zu übernehmen.

Reinigung

ACHTUNG

Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät

eindringt, um eine irreparable Beschädigung des Gerätes zu vermeiden.

► Verwenden Sie keine ätzenden, scheuernden oder lösungsmittelhaltigen

Reinigungsmittel. Diese können die Oberﬂ ächen des Gerätes angreifen.

♦ Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem angefeuchteten Tuch.

Lagerung bei Nichtbenutzung

♦ Lagern Sie das Gerät an einen trockenen und staubfreien Ort ohne

direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.

♦ Bei längerer Lagerung sollte der integrierte Akku aufgeladen werden,

um die Lebensdauer zu verlängern.

Fehlerbehebung

Das USB-Diktiergerät wird nicht am Computer erkannt / geladen.

♦ Das USB-Diktiergerät ist nicht ordnungsgemäß am Computer angeschlos-

sen. Überprüfen Sie die Verbindung. Trennen Sie das USB-Diktiergerät vom Computer und schließen Sie es erneut an.

Das USB-Diktiergerät lässt sich nicht einschalten.

♦ Der integrierte Akku ist entladen. Laden Sie den Akku auf (siehe Kapitel

Akku laden).

Die Aufnahmen haben eine schlechte Qualität.

♦ Die Entfernung zur Audioquelle ist evtl. zu groß. Verringern Sie den

Abstand zur Audioquelle.

♦ Die Aufnahme fand evtl. während des Ladevorgangs statt. Erstellen Sie

keine Aufnahmen, während Sie den Akku laden.

HINWEIS

Wenn Sie mit den genannten Schritten das Problem nicht lösen können,

Entsorgung

Das nebenstehende Symbol einer durchgestrichenen Mülltonne auf

Rädern zeigt an, dass dieses Gerät der Richtlinie 2012/19/EU

unterliegt. Diese Richtlinie besagt, dass Sie dieses Gerät am Ende seiner Nutzungszeit nicht mit dem normalen Haushaltsmüll entsorgen dürfen, sondern in speziell eingerichteten Sammelstellen, Wertstoﬀ höfen oder Entsorgungsbetrieben abgeben müssen.

Mängeln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.

Garantiebedingungen

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den OriginalKassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt. Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Materialoder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Drei-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist. Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche

Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpﬂ ichtig.

Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft. Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z.B. Schalter, Akkus, Backformen oder Teile die

Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behand lung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriﬀ en, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

Um eine schnelle Bearbeitung ihres Anliegens zu gewährleisten, folgen Sie bitte den folgenden Hinweisen:

Safety information

■ This device may be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons

with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under supervision or have been told how to use the device safely and are aware of the potential risks. NOTE

♦ Remove the product and the operating instructions from the packaging. ♦ Remove all packaging material.

Connecting to a computer

System requirements

Operating system: Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, Mac OS X Slot: USB connection (USB 1.1/2.0)

♦ Push the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. ♦ Push the USB switch forwards to extend the USB plug . ♦ Plug the USB plug the right way up into a USB port on your

(switched-on) computer.

The system will recognise the USB dictation machine and assign it a drive letter. Afterwards, you can use the device as a removable disk.

CAUTION

Before disconnecting the device from your computer, ensure that no more

►

data is being transferred.

NOTE

Depending on the operating system, it may be necessary to deregister

►

the device. This prevents damage to the USB stick and possible data loss. The installed dictation machine is shown on the task bar. Left-click on the icon "Safely Remove Hardware". Left-click on the corresponding entry. A message appears that you can safely remove the device.

Charging the battery

♦ Push the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. ♦ Push the USB switch forwards to extend the USB plug . ♦ Plug the USB plug the right way up into a USB port on your (switched-on)

computer. The status LED

♦ As soon as the red status LED goes out, the integrated battery is fully

charged. It takes around 2 hours to fully charge an empty battery.

♦ Remove the device from your computer and retract the USB plug fully

into the housing.

Handling and use

Recording

♦ Move the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. The status LED

ﬂ ashes blue for about 5 seconds while the dictation device prepares for recording. As soon as the status LED the recording starts.

NOTE

Your recordings will be saved in WAV format in the "RECORD" directory.

► ► We recommend making regular back-ups of your recordings. To do this,

copy the recordings onto your computer’s hard drive.

► The recordings can be played back on your computer using a suitable

playback program.

Setting the date and time

If you wish to add date and time information to your recordings, the USB dictation machine has a corresponding program for this.

♦ Open the “Settime” folder and double-click on the ﬁ le

“SetDigit RecorderTm.exe”. The following window opens:

♦ Click on the "SetTime" button. The time and date information will auto-

matically be synchronised with your computer. To close the window, click on the "X" button.

♦ In the next window, click on "OK" to close the window and accept the

settings.

Cleaning

CAUTION

To avoid irreparable damage to the device, ensure that no moisture

►

penetrates it during cleaning.

► Do not use caustic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning materials.

These can damage the surfaces of the device.

♦ Clean the housing with a moistened cloth.

Storage when not in use

♦ Store the device in a clean, dry, dust-free location which is not in direct

sunlight.

♦ For long-term storage, the integrated battery should be fully charged to

extend its operating life.

Troubleshooting

The USB dictation machine is not recognised/charged by the computer.

♦ The USB dictation machine is not connected to the computer correctly.

Check the connection. Disconnect the USB dictation machine from the computer and reconnect it.

The USB dictation machine does not switch on.

♦ The integrated battery is empty. Charge the battery (see section Charging

the battery).

The recording quality is bad.

♦ Check whether the distance to audio source is too great. Reduce the

distance to the audio source.

♦ Possibly, the recording was made during the charging process.

Do not make any recordings while charging the battery.

Disposal

The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out dustbin means that this device

is subject to Directive 2012/19/EU. This directive states that this

device may not be disposed of in the normal household waste at the end of its lifecycle, but should be delivered to specially set-up collection locations, recycling depots or disposal companies.

This disposal is free of charge for the user. Protect the environment and dispose of this device properly.

Dear Customer, This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this prod-

uct has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.

Warranty conditions

The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase.

If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of occurrence.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eﬀ ected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.

Scope of the warranty

This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided.

This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force and modiﬁ cations / repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.

To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:

able as proof of purchase.

■ You will ﬁ nd the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the front

page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the appliance.

■ If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department

listed either by telephone or by e-mail.

■ You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service ad-

dress that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.

froide vers une pièce chaude. Laissez d'abord l'appareil s'acclimater avant de l'allumer.

Le dictaphone USB est reconnu et le système d'exploitation attribue une lettre de lecteur disponible. Vous pouvez ensuite utiliser l'appareil comme un lecteur amovible.

Avant de débrancher l'appareil de votre ordinateur, assurez-vous que

Cliquez avec le bouton gauche de la souris sur le symbole "Retirer le périphérique en toute sécurité". Cliquez avec le bouton gauche de la souris sur l'entrée correspondante. L'indication selon laquelle l'appareil peut être retiré s'aﬃ che.

Utilisation et fonctionnement

Enregistrement

♦ Placez l'interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT en position ON. La LED d'état

clignote en bleu environ 5 secondes, pendant que le dictaphone prépare l'enregistrement. Dès que la LED d'état l'enregistrement débute.

♦ Placez l'interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT en position OFF. Dès que la

REMARQUE

Les enregistrements sont enregistrés dans le dossier "RECORD" au format

► Il est recommandé de réaliser des copies de sauvegarde de vos enregistre-

ments régulièrement. Copiez pour cela les enregistrements sur le disque dur de votre ordinateur.

► Les enregistrements peuvent être lus sur n'importe quel ordinateur disposant

d'un programme de lecture adapté.

Réglage de la date et de l'heure

Si vous souhaitez doter les enregistrements de l'heure et de la date, un programme correspondant est installé sur le dictaphone USB.

♦ Ouvrez le dossier "Settime" et double-cliquez sur le ﬁ chier

"SetDigit RecorderTm.exe". La fenêtre suivante apparait :

♦ Cliquez sur le bouton "SetTime". L'heure et la date sont synchronisés

automatiquement avec votre ordinateur. Cliquez sur le bouton "X" pour fermer la fenêtre.

♦ Cliquez sur le bouton "X" dans la fenêtre suivante pour fermer la fenêtre

et enregistrer les réglages.

Nettoyage

ATTENTION

Lors du nettoyage de l'appareil, veillez à ce qu'aucune humidité ne

pénètre dans ce dernier aﬁ n d'éviter tous dégâts irréparables.

► N'utilisez jamais de produits nettoyants à eﬀ et décapant, abrasif ou qui

contiennent des solvants. Ils peuvent en eﬀ et endommager les surfaces de l'appareil.

♦ Nettoyez le boîtier avec un chiﬀ on humidiﬁ é.

Rangement en cas de non-utilisation

♦ Entreposez l'appareil à un endroit sec et exempt de poussières, sans

exposition directe au soleil.

♦ En cas de stockage de longue durée, la batterie intégrée doit être chargée

pour prolonger la durée de vie.

Dépannage

Le dictaphone USB n'est pas reconnu/chargé par l'ordinateur.

♦ Le dictaphone n'est pas correctement raccordé sur l'ordinateur. Vériﬁ ez la

connexion. Débranchez le dictaphone USB de l'ordinateur et branchez-le à nouveau.

Le dictaphone USB ne se met pas en marche.

♦ La batterie intégrée est déchargée. Rechargez la batterie (voir le chapitre

Chargement de la batterie).

Les enregistrements sont de mauvaise qualité.

♦ La distance avec la source audio est éventuellement trop importante.

Réduisez la distance avec la source audio.

♦ L'enregistrement a eu éventuellement lieu durant l'opération de charge-

ment. Ne faites aucun enregistrement pendant que la batterie est en cours de chargement.

Période de garantie et réclamation légale pour vices cachés

L’exercice de la garantie ne prolonge pas la période de garantie. Cette disposition s’applique également aux pièces remplacées ou réparées. Les dommages et vices éventuellement déjà présents à l’achat doivent être signalés immédiatement après le déballage. Deze bevat belangrijke aanwijzingen voor veiligheid, gebruik en afvoer. Lees alle bedienings- en veiligheidsvoorschriften voordat u het product in gebruik neemt. Veiligheidsvoorschriften

■ Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf 8jaar en door

personen met beperkte fysieke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens of gebrek aan ervaring of kennis, mits ze onder toezicht staan of over het veilige gebruik van het apparaat zijn geïnstrueerd en de daaruit voortkomende gevaren hebben begrepen. Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen. Kinderen mogen zonder toezicht geen reiniging en gebruikersonderhoud uitvoeren.

■ GEVAAR! Verpakkingsmateriaal is geen speelgoed! Houd alle ver-

pakkingsmaterialen uit de buurt van kinderen. Er bestaat verstikkingsge-

vaar!

■ Controleer het apparaat vóór gebruik op zichtbare schade aan de buiten-

zijde. Gebruik geen apparaat dat beschadigd of gevallen is.

■ Verander of repareer het apparaat nooit zelf.

■ Open nooit de behuizing van het apparaat. In het apparaat bevinden zich

geen onderdelen die de gebruiker zelf kan onderhouden of vervangen.

■ Bescherm het apparaat tegen vocht en het binnendringen van vloeistoﬀ en.

■ Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan rechtstreeks zonlicht of hoge temperaturen.

Het kan namelijk oververhit en onherstelbaar beschadigd raken.

■ Houd het apparaat altijd uit de buurt van open vuur (bijv. kaarsen).

■ Gebruik het apparaat niet meteen wanneer het van een koude naar een

warme ruimte is gebracht. Laat het apparaat eerst acclimatiseren alvorens het in te schakelen.

■ GEVAAR! Een verkeerde omgang met batterijen kan resulteren in

brand, explosies, weglekken van gevaarlijke stoﬀ en en andere gevaarlijke situaties! Gooi het apparaat niet in het vuur, omdat de geïntegreerde batterij dan kan exploderen.

■ Houd u aan de gebruiksbeperkingen resp. gebruiksverboden voor op

batterijen werkende apparaten op plaatsen met speciale gevarenzones, bijv. tankstations, vliegtuigen, ziekenhuizen, enz.

■ Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor gebruik in ruimtes met een hoge tempe-

ratuur of luchtvochtigheid (bijv. badkamers) of in ruimtes waar zich veel stof ophoopt.

■ Schakel het apparaat onmiddellijk uit en koppel het los van de mogelijkerwijs

aangesloten USB-poort als u ongewone geluiden, een brandlucht of rookontwikkeling constateert. Laat het apparaat door een gekwaliﬁ ceerd vakman nakijken voordat u het opnieuw gebruikt.

Opmerkingen over opgenomen bestanden

■ Het opnemen van auteursrechtelijk beschermde inhoud is toegestaan wan-

neer dit alleen uw persoonlijke doeleinden dient. Elk ander gebruiksdoel is zonder toestemming van de houder van het auteursrecht verboden op grond van het auteursrecht.

■ Door bedieningsfouten of apparaatstoringen kunnen de opgeslagen gege-

vens mogelijk verloren gaan of worden gewist. Voor belangrijke gegevens verdient het in ieder geval aanbeveling een back-up te maken op een harde schijf op de pc of op een ander opslagmedium. Vorderingen voor schadevergoeding bij gegevensverlies en daaruit voortvloeiende gevolgschade worden uitgesloten.

Het pakket bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen:

Controleer of het pakket compleet is en of er sprake is van zichtbare

► Neem contact op met de service-hotline (zie het hoofdstuk Service)

als het pakket niet compleet is, of indien er sprake is van schade door gebrekkige verpakking of transport.

♦ Haal het apparaat en de gebruiksaanwijzing uit de verpakking. ♦ Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal.

Verbinding met een computer

♦ Zet de aan-/uitknop op de stand OFF. ♦ Schuif de USB-schuifknop naar voren om de USB-stekker naar

buiten te brengen.

♦ Steek de USB-stekker met de juiste stand in een USB-aansluiting van

uw ingeschakelde computer.

De USB-dictafoon wordt nu gedetecteerd en het besturingssysteem wijst een vrije stationsletter toe. Vervolgens kunt u het apparaat gebruiken als een verwisselbaar station.

Vergewis u ervan dat er geen gegevensoverdracht meer plaatsvindt

voordat u het apparaat loskoppelt van de computer.

OPMERKING

Afhankelijk van het besturingssysteem is het mogelijk vereist dat de USB-

dictafoon wordt afgemeld bij het besturingssysteem. Dit voorkomt schade aan de USB-stick en eventueel gegevensverlies. In de taakbalk wordt de geïnstalleerde USB-dictafoon weergegeven. Klik met de linkermuisknop op het pictogram “Hardware veilig verwijderen”. Klik met de linkermuisknop op het gewenste item. Er verschijnt een melding dat het apparaat kan worden verwijderd.

Accu opladen

♦ Zet de aan-/uitknop op de stand OFF. ♦ Schuif de USB-schuifknop naar voren om de USB-stekker naar

buiten te brengen.

♦ Steek de USB-stekker met de juiste stand in een USB-aansluiting van

uw ingeschakelde computer. De status-LED rood.

OPMERKING

► De USB-dictafoon kan uitsluitend worden opgeladen via de USB-aansluiting

van een computer.

♦ Zodra de status-LED niet meer brandt, is de geïntegreerde accu

volledig opgeladen. Het duurt ca. 2 uur totdat een accu volledig is opgeladen.

♦ Koppel het apparaat los van de computer en steek de USB-stekker

weer in de behuizing.

Bediening en gebruik

Opnemen

♦ Zet de aan-/uitknop op de stand ON. De status-LED knippert

ca. 5 seconden blauw, terwijl de dictafoon de opname voorbereidt. Zodra de status-LED

OPMERKING

De opnamen worden in de map “RECORD” opgeslagen als WAV-

► Het verdient aanbeveling periodiek back-ups van uw opnamen te maken.

Kopieer daartoe de opnamen naar de harde schijf van uw computer.

► De opnamen kunnen worden afgespeeld op elke computer met een

hiervoor geschikt afspeelprogramma.

Tijd en datum instellen

Wanneer u de opnamen wilt voorzien van tijd- en datumgegevens, bevindt zich hiervoor op de USB-dictafoon een speciaal programma.

Reinigen

LET OP

Zorg ervoor dat er geen vocht in het apparaat binnendringt tijdens het

reinigen, om onherstelbare schade aan het apparaat te voorkomen.

► Gebruik geen bijtende, schurende of oplosmiddelhoudende schoon-

maakmiddelen. Deze kunnen het oppervlak van het apparaat aantasten.

♦ Reinig de behuizing met een vochtige doek.

Opslag bij niet-gebruik

♦ Berg het apparaat op een droge en stofvrije plek zonder rechtstreeks

zonlicht op.

♦ Bij langere opslag moet de geïntegreerde accu worden opgeladen, om

de levensduur te verlengen.

Problemen oplossen

De USB-dictafoon wordt niet door de computer herkend/geladen.

♦ De USB-dictafoon is niet correct op de computer aangesloten. Controleer

de verbinding. Koppel de USB-dictafoon los van de computer en sluit hem opnieuw aan.

De USB-dictafoon kan niet worden ingeschakeld.

♦ De geïntegreerde accu is ontladen. Laad de accu op (zie het hoofdstuk

Accu opladen).

De opnamen zijn van slechte kwaliteit.

♦ De afstand tot de audiobron is mogelijk te groot. Verminder de afstand

tot de audiobron.

♦ De opname is mogelijk gemaakt tijdens het opladen. Maak geen opnamen

terwijl de accu wordt opgeladen.

Neem contact op met de service-hotline als u met de genoemde stappen

Afvoeren

Het symbool hiernaast met een doorgekruiste vuilnisbak geeft aan

dat dit apparaat is onderworpen aan de Richtlijn 2012/19/EU.

Garantievoorwaarden

De garantieperiode geldt vanaf de datum van aankoop. Bewaar de originele kassabon. U hebt de bon nodig als bewijs van aankoop.

Als er binnen drie jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum van dit product een materiaal- of fabricagefout optreedt, wordt het product door ons – naar onze keuze – voor u kosteloos gerepareerd of vervangen. Voorwaarde voor deze garantie is dat binnen de termijn van drie jaar het defecte apparaat en het aankoopbewijs (kassabon) worden overlegd en dat kort wordt omschreven waaruit het gebrek bestaat en wanneer het is opgetreden.

Wanneer het defect door onze garantie wordt gedekt, krijgt u het gerepareerde product of een nieuw product retour. Met de reparatie of vervanging van het product begint er geen nieuwe garantieperiode.

Garantieperiode en wettelijke aanspraken bij gebreken

De garantieperiode wordt door deze waarborg niet verlengd. Dat geldt ook voor vervangen en gerepareerde onderdelen. Eventueel al bij aankoop aanwezige schade en gebreken moeten meteen na het uitpakken worden gemeld. Voor reparaties na aﬂ oop van de garantieperiode worden kosten in rekening gebracht.

Garantieomvang

Het apparaat is op basis van strenge kwaliteitsnormen met de grootst mogelijke zorg vervaardigd en voorafgaand aan de levering nauwkeurig gecontroleerd.

De garantie geldt voor materiaal- of fabricagefouten. Deze garantie geldt niet voor productonderdelen die blootstaan aan normale slijtage en derhalve als aan slijtage onderhevige onderdelen kunnen worden aangemerkt, of voor beschadigingen aan breekbare onderdelen, bijv. schakelaars, accu’s, bakvormen of onderdelen die van glas zijn gemaakt.

Deze garantie vervalt wanneer het product is beschadigd, ondeskundig is gebruikt of is gerepareerd. Voor deskundig gebruik van het product moeten alle in de gebruiksaanwijzing beschreven aanwijzingen precies worden opgevolgd. Gebruiksdoeleinden en handelingen die in de gebruiksaanwijzing worden afgeraden of waarvoor wordt gewaarschuwd, moeten beslist worden vermeden.

Het product is uitsluitend bestemd voor privégebruik en niet voor bedrijfsmatige doeleinden. Bij verkeerd gebruik en ondeskundige behandeling, bij gebruik van geweld en bij reparaties die niet door ons erkend serviceﬁ liaal zijn uitgevoerd, vervalt de garantie.

Afhandeling bij een garantiekwestie

Voor een snelle afhandeling van uw aanvraag neemt u de volgende aanwijzingen in acht:

■ Houd voor alle aanvragen de kassabon en het artikelnummer (bijv. IAN

12345) als aankoopbewijs bij de hand.

■ Het artikelnummer vindt u op het typeplaatje, in het product gegraveerd,

op de titelpagina van de gebruiksaanwijzing (linksonder) of als sticker op de achter- of onderkant van het product.

■ Als er fouten in de werking of andere gebreken optreden, neemt u eerst

contract op met de hierna genoemde serviceafdeling, telefonisch of via e-mail.

■ Een als defect geregistreerd product kunt u dan zonder portokosten naar

het aan u doorgegeven serviceadres sturen. Voeg het aankoopbewijs (kassabon) bij en vermeld waaruit het gebrek bestaat en wanneer het is opgetreden.

■ Dodržujte omezení použití resp. zákazy používání zařízení provozovaných

bateriemi na místech smimořádně nebezpečnou situací, jako jsou(např. čerpací stanice, letadla, nemocnice, atd.

■ Zařízení není určeno pro provoz vprostorách svysokou teplotou nebo

vlhkostí vzduchu(např. koupelna) nebo nadměrnou prašností.

■ Zařízení okamžitě vypněte a odpojte ho odvšech možných zapojených

USB zdířek připojení, pokud zjistíte zápach požáru nebo kouř. Dříve, než opět začnete zařízení používat, nechte jej překontrolovat kvaliﬁ kovaným odborníkem.

■ Zaznamenávání obsahů, chráněných autorskými právy, je povoleno, pokud

■ Chybou obsluhy nebo poruchami zařízení se uložená data za určitých

Zkontrolujte kompletnost dodávky a zda není viditelně poškozená.

♦ Vyjměte zařízení a návod kobsluze zbalení. ♦ Odstraňte veškerý obalový materiál.

Zapojení do počítače

Systémové požadavky

♦ Nastavte vypínač do polohy OFF. ♦ Posuňte posuvný přepínač USB dopředu k vysunutí USB konektoru . ♦ Zastrčte USB konektor ve správném směru do USB připojení svého

zapnutého počítače.

USB diktafon je nyní rozpoznán a operační systém přiřadí volné písmeno jednotky. Potom můžete zařízení použít jako vyměnitelný nosič dat.

Před odpojením zařízení od počítače se ujistěte, že nejsou přenášena

žádná další data.

UPOZORNĚNÍ

V závislosti na operačním systému je nutné příp. odhlášení USB diktafonu.

Tím se zabrání poškození USB ﬂ ash disku a příp. ztrátě dat. Na hlavním panelu se zobrazí nainstalovaný USB diktafon. Klikněte levým tlačítkem myši na symbol „Bezpečně odstranit hardware“. Klikněte levým tlačítkem myši na příslušný zápis. Objeví se upozornění, že zařízení lze vyjmout.

Nabíjení akumulátoru

♦ Nastavte vypínač do polohy OFF. ♦ Posuňte posuvný přepínač USB dopředu k vysunutí USB konektoru . ♦ Zastrčte USB konektor ve správném směru do USB připojení svého

zapnutého počítače. Během nabíjení svítí stavová LED

♦ Jakmile stavová LED již nesvítí červeně, je integrovaný akumulátor

♦ Odpojte zařízení od Vašeho počítače a zasuňte USB konektor opět

do krytu.

► Záznamy lze přehrát na každém počítači s reprodukčním programem.

Nastavení času a data

Chcete-li záznamy označit informacemi o datu a času, je k tomuto účelu na USB diktafonu k dispozici příslušný program.

♦ Otevřete složku „Settime“ a klikněte dvakrát na soubor

„SetDigitRecorderTm.exe“. Zobrazí se následující okno:

♦ Klikněte na tlačítko „SetTime“. Informace o datu a čase se automaticky

synchronizují s Vaším počítačem. Pro zavření okna klikněte na tlačítko „X“.

♦ V dalším okně klikněte na tlačítko „OK“ pro zavření okna a převzetí

nastavení.

Čištění

POZOR

Při čištění zabraňte vniknutí vlhkosti do zařízení, aby nedošlo kjeho

neopravitelnému poškození.

► Nepoužívejte leptavé, abrazivní nebo čisticí prostředky na bázi

rozpouštědel. Ty by mohly poškodit povrchy zařízení.

♦ Kryt otřete navlhčeným hadříkem.

Skladování při nepoužívání

♦ Zařízení skladujte na suchém a bezprašném místě, mimo dosah přímého

slunečního záření.

♦ Při delším skladování by vnitřní akumulátor měl být zcela nabitý, aby se

prodloužila životnost.

Odstranění závad

USB diktafon není na počítači rozpoznán / zaveden.

♦ USB diktafon není řádně zapojen do počítače. Zkontrolujte zapojení.

Odpojte USB diktafon od počítače a znovu jej zapojte.

USB diktafon nelze zapnout.

♦ Integrovaný akumulátor je vybitý. Nabijte akumulátor (viz kapitola

Nabíjení akumulátoru).

Záznamy mají špatnou kvalitu.

♦ Vzdálenost od zdroje zvuku je příp. příliš velká. Zkraťte vzdálenost od

zdroje zvuku.

♦ Záznam se příp. konal během nabíjení. Během nabíjení akumulátoru

nenahrávejte záznamy.

Likvidace

Vedle umístěný symbol přeškrtnuté pojízdné popelnice označuje, že

toto zařízení podléhá směrnici č. 2012/19/EU. Tato směrnice uvádí,

že se toto zařízení na konci doby svého použití nesmí likvidovat sběžným domovním odpadem, ale musí se odevzdat vurčených sběrných místech či dvorech nebo podnicích oprávněných knakládání sodpady.

Záruční doba začíná plynout dnem nákupu. Dobře uschovejte originál pokladního lístku. Tento doklad je potřebný jako důkaz o koupi.

Pokud do tří let od data zakoupení tohoto výrobku dojde k vadě materiálu nebo vý robní závadě, pak Vám podle našeho uvážení výrobek zdarma opravíme nebo vyměníme. Předpokladem této záruky je, že bude během tříleté lhůty předložen vadný přístroj a doklad o koupi (pokladní lístek) a stručně se popíše v čem závada spočívá a kdy se vyskytla.

Vztahuje-li se na závadu naše záruka, obdržíte zpět buď opravený nebo nový produkt. Opravou nebo výměnou výrobku nezačne plynout nová záruční doba.

Záruční doba a zákonné nároky vyplývající ze závad

Záručním plněním se záruční doba neprodlužuje. To platí ipro vyměněné a opravené součásti. Poškození nebo vady vyskytující se případně již při nákupu se musí oznámit ihned po vybalení. Po uplynutí záruční doby podléhají veškeré opravy zpoplatnění.

Rozsah záruky

Přístroj byl vyroben pečlivě podle přísných směrnic kvality a před expedicí byl svědomitě vyzkoušen.

Záruka se vztahuje na materiálové nebo výrobní vady. Tato záruka se nevztahuje na součásti produktu, které jsou vystaveny normálnímu opotřebení, a proto je lze považovat za opotřebovatelné díly nebo za poškození křehkých součástí jako jsou např. spínače, akumulátory, formy na pečení nebo části, které jsou vyrobeny ze skla.

■ Číslo výrobku naleznete na typovém štítku, rytině, na titulní straně svého

návodu (vlevo dole) nebo jako nálepku na zadní nebo spodní straně.

■ Pokud by se měly vyskytovat funkční vady nebo jiné závady, kontaktujte

nejprve níže uvedené servisní oddělení telefonicky nebo e-mailem.

■ Výrobek, zaevidovaný jako vadný výrobek pak můžete při přiložení do-

kladu o nákupu (pokladní lístek) a při uvedení, v čem spočívá vada a kdy k ní došlo, poslat výrobek pro Vás bez poštovného na adresu, kterou Vám oznámí servis.

INDICACIÓN

Compruebe la integridad del suministro y si hay daños visibles.

► ► Si el suministro está incompleto o se observan daños debido a un embalaje

deﬁ ciente o al transporte, póngase en contacto con la línea directa de asistencia (consulte el capítulo Asistencia técnica).

♦ Extraiga el aparato y las instrucciones de uso del embalaje. ♦ Retire todo el material de embalaje.

Conexión al ordenador

Requisitos del sistema

Sistema operativo: Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, Mac OS X Conexión: conexión USB (USB 1.1/2.0)

♦ Ajuste el interruptor de encendido/apagado en la posición de

apagado "OFF".

♦ Desplace el interruptor USB hacia delante para extraer el conector

♦ Conecte el conector USB en la posición correcta en la conexión USB

de un ordenador encendido.

Tras esto, se detectará la grabadora de voz USB y el sistema operativo le asignará una letra de unidad de disco. A continuación, podrá utilizar el aparato como una unidad extraíble.

Según el sistema operativo, es posible que sea necesario expulsar la

grabadora de voz de forma segura para evitar daños en el dispositivo USB y cualquier pérdida de datos. La grabadora de voz USB instalada se muestra en la barra de tareas. Haga clic sobre el símbolo "Quitar hardware de forma segura y expulsar el medio" con el botón izquierdo del ratón. Haga clic en la entrada correspondiente con el botón izquierdo del ratón. Tras esto, se indica que puede expulsarse el dispositivo.

Carga de la batería

♦ Ajuste el interruptor de encendido/apagado en la posición de

apagado "OFF".

♦ Desplace el interruptor USB hacia delante para extraer el conector USB . ♦ Conecte el conector USB en la posición correcta en la conexión USB

INDICACIÓN

Las grabaciones se guardan en formato WAV en la carpeta "RECORD".

► ► Se recomienda realizar copias de seguridad de las grabaciones

regularmente. Para ello, copie las grabaciones en el disco duro de un ordenador.

► Las grabaciones pueden reproducirse en cualquier ordenador con el

reproductor de audio correspondiente.

Ajuste de la hora y de la fecha

Si desea que la fecha y la hora queden registradas en las grabaciones, la grabadora de voz USB dispone del correspondiente programa para ello.

♦ Abra la carpeta “Settime” y haga doble clic en el archivo

“SetDigit RecorderTm.exe”. Tras esto, aparece la siguiente ventana:

♦ Haga clic en el botón "SetTime". Tras esto, los datos de la hora y de la

fecha se sincronizan automáticamente con el ordenador. Para cerrar la

ventana, haga clic en el botón "X".

♦ En la siguiente ventana, haga clic en el botón "OK" (Aceptar) para

cerrar la ventana y aplicar los ajustes.

Limpieza

ATENCIÓN

Durante la limpieza, asegúrese de que no penetre humedad en el aparato

para evitar daños irreparables.

► No utilice productos de limpieza corrosivos o abrasivos ni que contengan

disolventes, ya que podrían dañar la superﬁ cie del aparato.

♦ Limpie la carcasa con un paño húmedo.

Almacenamiento cuando el aparato no esté en uso

♦ Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco y sin polvo que no esté expuesto

a la radiación directa del sol.

♦ Si pretende almacenar el producto durante un periodo prolongado de

tiempo, debe cargar la batería interna para prolongar su vida útil.

Eliminación de fallos

El ordenador no detecta/carga la grabadora de voz USB.

♦ La grabadora de voz USB no está correctamente conectada al ordenador.

Compruebe la conexión. Desconecte la grabadora de voz USB del

ordenador y vuelva a conectarla.

La grabadora de voz USB no se enciende.

♦ La batería integrada está descargada. Cargue la batería (consulte el

capítulo Carga de la batería).

La calidad de las grabaciones es mala.

♦ Es posible que la fuente de audio esté muy alejada. Reduzca la distancia

entre la grabadora y la fuente de audio.

♦ Es posible que la grabación tuviera lugar durante el proceso de carga.

No realice ninguna grabación mientras se carga la batería.

Desecho

El símbolo adyacente de un contenedor tachado sobre unas ruedas

indica que este aparato está sujeto a la Directiva 2012/19/EU.

Dicha Directiva estipula que el aparato no debe desecharse con la basura doméstica normal al ﬁ nalizar su vida útil, sino en puntos de recogida, puntos limpios o empresas de desechos previstas especialmente para ello.

Este tipo de desecho es gratuito. Cuide el medio ambiente y deseche el aparato de manera adecuada.

Condiciones de la garantía

El plazo de la garantía comienza con la fecha de compra. Guarde bien el comprobante de caja original, ya que lo necesitará como justiﬁ cante de compra.

Si dentro de un periodo de tres años a partir de la fecha de compra de este producto se detecta un defecto en su material o un error de fabricación, asumiremos la reparación o sustitución gratuita del producto a nuestra elección. La prestación de la garantía requiere la presentación del aparato defectuoso y del comprobante de caja, así como una breve descripción por escrito del defecto detectado y de las circunstancias en las que se haya producido dicho defecto, dentro del plazo de tres años.

Si el defecto está cubierto por nuestra garantía, le devolveremos el producto reparado o le suministraremos uno nuevo. La reparación o sustitución del producto no supone el inicio de un nuevo periodo de garantía.

Duración de la garantía y reclamaciones legales por vicios

La duración de la garantía no se prolonga por hacer uso de ella. Este principio también se aplica a las piezas sustituidas y reparadas. Si después de la compra del aparato, se detecta la existencia de daños o de defectos al desembalarlo, deben notiﬁ carse de inmediato. Cualquier reparación que se realice una vez ﬁ nalizado el plazo de garantía estará sujeta a costes.

Alcance de la garantía

El aparato se ha fabricado cuidadosamente según estándares elevados de calidad y se ha examinado en profundidad antes de su entrega.

La prestación de la garantía solo rige para defectos en los materiales o errores de fabricación. Esta garantía no cubre las piezas del producto normalmente sometidas al desgaste y que, en consecuencia, puedan considerarse piezas de desgaste ni los daños producidos en los componentes frágiles, p. ej., interruptores, baterías, moldes de horno o piezas de vidrio.

Se anulará la garantía si el producto se daña o no se utiliza o mantiene correctamente. Debe evitarse cualquier uso y manejo que esté desaconsejado o frente al que se advierta en las instrucciones de uso.

El producto está previsto exclusivamente para su uso privado y no para su uso comercial. En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta, uso de la fuerza y apertura del aparato por personas ajenas a nuestros centros de asistencia técnica autorizados, la garantía perderá su validez.

Proceso de reclamación conforme a la garantía

Para garantizar una tramitación rápida de su reclamación, le rogamos que observe las siguientes indicaciones:

lo (p. ej., IAN 12345) como justiﬁ cante de compra.

■ Podrá ver el número de artículo en la placa de características, grabado en

el aparato, en la portada de las instrucciones (parte inferior izquierda) o en un adhesivo en la parte trasera o inferior del aparato.

■ Si se producen errores de funcionamiento u otros defectos, póngase prime-

ro en contacto con el departamento de asistencia técnica especiﬁ cado a continuación por teléfono o por correo electrónico.

■ Podrá enviar el producto caliﬁ cado como defectuoso junto con el justiﬁ can-
