Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Produkt von SilverCrest entschieden haben.
Die SilverCrest Power Bank SPB 5.2 A1 bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, den
leeren Akku z.B. eines Mobiltelefons unterwegs zu laden, auch wenn gerade
keine Netzsteckdose verfügbar ist.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Die SilverCrest Power Bank SPB 5.2 A1, im Folgenden als Power Bank
bezeichnet, ist ein Gerät der Informationstechnik und dient zum Aufladen von
mobilen Geräten, die standardmäßig über einen USB-Anschluss aufgeladen
werden. Diese SilverCrest Power Bank ist nicht für den Betrieb in einem
Unternehmen bzw. den gewerblichen Einsatz vorgesehen. Verwenden Sie die
Power Bank ausschließlich für den privaten Gebrauch, jede andere
Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Diese Power Bank erfüllt alle im
Zusammenhang mit der CE Konformität relevanten Normen und Standards. Bei

einer nicht mit dem Hersteller abgestimmten Änderung der Power Bank ist die
Einhaltung dieser Normen nicht mehr gewährleistet. Aus hieraus resultierenden

Das Gerät darf nicht ins Feuer geworfen und Gerät und integrierter Akku
dürfen nicht verformt werden, da der Akku sonst explodieren kann. Keinesfalls
darf die Power Bank geöffnet werden.
Beachten Sie die Nutzungseinschränkungen bzw. Nutzungsverbote für
batteriebetriebene Geräte an Orten mit gesonderter Gefahrenlage, wie z.B.
Tankanlagen, Flugzeugen, Krankenhäusern, usw.

Elektrische Geräte gehören nicht in Kinderhände. Diese Power Bank kann von
Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie von Personen mit verringerten
geistigen, sensorischen oder motorischen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an
Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich
des sicheren Gebrauchs der Power Bank unterwiesen wurden und die daraus
resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder sollten grundsätzlich beaufsichtigt
werden, damit sichergestellt werden kann, dass sie mit diesem Gerät nicht
spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne
Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden. Kleinteile und Batterien können bei
Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein.

Halten Sie auch die Verpackungsfolien fern.

Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.

WARNUNG! Kabel

Fassen Sie alle Kabel immer am Stecker an und ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel
selbst. Stellen Sie keine Möbelstücke oder andere schweren Gegenstände auf
Kabel und achten Sie darauf, dass diese nicht geknickt werden, insbesondere
am Stecker und an den Anschlussbuchsen. Machen Sie niemals einen Knoten
in ein Kabel und binden Sie es nicht mit anderen Kabeln zusammen. Alle Kabel
sollten so gelegt werden, dass niemand darauf tritt oder behindert wird.

Wartung/Reinigung

Reparaturarbeiten sind erforderlich, wenn das Gerät beschädigt wurde, z.B.
wenn das Gerätegehäuse beschädigt ist, Flüssigkeit oder Gegenstände ins
Innere des Gerätes gelangt sind oder wenn es Regen oder Feuchtigkeit
ausgesetzt wurde. Reparaturarbeiten sind auch erforderlich, wenn es nicht
einwandfrei funktioniert oder heruntergefallen ist. Falls Sie Rauchentwicklung,
ungewöhnliche Geräusche oder Gerüche feststellen, trennen Sie sofort alle
Kabelverbindungen bzw. entfernen Sie ein optionales USB-Netzteil aus der
Steckdose. In diesen Fällen darf das Gerät nicht weiter verwendet werden,
bevor eine Überprüfung durch einen Fachmann durchgeführt wurde. Lassen Sie
alle Reparaturarbeiten nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchführen.
Öffnen Sie niemals das Gehäuse des Gerätes. Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur mit
einem sauberen, trockenen Tuch, niemals mit aggressiven Flüssigkeiten.
Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gehäuse des Gerätes zu öffnen. Dabei würde Ihr
Garantieanspruch verfallen.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme

Entnehmen Sie die Power Bank und das Zubehör aus der Verpackung und
entfernen Sie die Verpackungsfolien. Vor der ersten Nutzung muss die Power
Bank komplett geladen werden.

Inbetriebnahme

Die Power Bank darf niemals geladen und gleichzeitig zum
Laden eines externen Gerätes genutzt werden.

LED-Anzeige

Die Power Bank (A) ist mit einer LED-Anzeige (2) ausgestattet, die Ihnen
Informationen zum Ladezustand des eingebauten Akkus gibt.

Power Bank laden

Um den internen Akku der Power Bank (A) aufzuladen, verbinden Sie die
Power Bank (A) über das mitgelieferte USB-Ladekabel (B) mit einem freien
USB-Anschluss Ihres eingeschalteten Computers. Stecken Sie dazu den Micro­USB-Stecker (5) des USB-Ladekabels (B) in die Micro-USB-Buchse (4) der
Power Bank (A) und den USB-Stecker (6) in den freien USB-Anschluss Ihres
Computers. Während des Ladevorganges geben die 4 LEDs der LED-Anzeige
(2) Auskunft über den aktuellen Ladezustand der Power Bank (A).

Alternativ können Sie den Akku der Power Bank auch mit einem
externen USB-Netzteil (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) laden.

Ladezustand prüfen

Sie können den Ladezustand der Power Bank (A) auch prüfen, wenn Sie nicht
geladen oder entladen wird. Drücken Sie dazu kurz den Taster Ladezustand /
START (3). Die LED- Anzeige (2) gibt Ihnen für ca. 3 Sekunden Auskunft über
den Ladezustand der Power Bank (A):

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die LED-Anzeige nur einen ungefähren Wert des

Externe Geräte laden

Um ein externes Gerät mit der Power Bank (A) aufzuladen, verbinden Sie die
Power Bank (A) über das mitgelieferte USB-Ladekabel (B) mit dem externen
Gerät. Stecken Sie dazu den Micro-USB-Stecker (5) des USB-Ladekabels (B) in
die Micro-USB-Buchse (4) des externen Gerätes und den USB-Stecker (6) in
die USB-Buchse (1) der Power Bank (A). Sollte der Ladevorgang nicht

automatisch beginnen, drücken Sie kurz den Taster Ladezustand / START (3),
um den Ladevorgang zu starten. Alternativ kann auch das originale Ladekabel
des jeweiligen Geräteherstellers verwendet werden (USB-Anschluss).

Während des Ladevorganges gibt Ihnen die LED-Anzeige (2) Auskunft über
den aktuellen Ladezustand der Power Bank (A). Drücken Sie kurz den Taster
Ladezustand / START (3), um den Ladezustand für ca. 3 Sekunden anzeigen
zu lassen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die LED-Anzeige nur einen ungefähren Wert des
tatsächlichen Ladezustands der Powerbank angibt.

Sie können den Ladevorgang jederzeit durch Abziehen des USB-Ladekabels
(B) oder durch längeres Drücken (ca. 3 Sekunden) des Tasters Ladezustand /
START (3) beenden. Starten Sie den Ladevorgang bei Bedarf erneut, indem Sie
kurz den Taster Ladezustand / START (3) drücken.

Lagerung bei Nichtbenutzung

Wenn Sie die Power Bank für längere Zeit nicht benutzen, sollten Sie
den Akku in regelmäßigen Abständen nachladen. Dadurch erhalten
Sie die Leistungsfähigkeit des Akkus.

Bewahren Sie die Power Bank an einem trockenen und kühlen Ort
auf.

Fehlerbehebung

Power Bank wird nicht geladen

 Verbindung fehlerhaft; überprüfen Sie die Verbindung.
 Manche Computer schalten die Spannungsversorgung der USB-Anschlüsse

ab, wenn sie ausgeschaltet sind. Sollte der Akku der Power Bank (A) nicht
geladen werden, stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Computer eingeschaltet ist.

Alle LEDs der LED-Anzeige (2) blinken gleichzeitig

Die Powerbank erkennt eine Überlastung/ einen Kurzschluss am Ladeausgang
und schaltet den Ladeausgang ab. Dieses dient zum Schutz der Powerbank.
Führen Sie einen RESET der Power Bank (A) durch. Gehen Sie dazu
folgendermaßen vor:
 Entfernen Sie ein angeschlossenes USB-Ladekabel und warten Sie , bis die

LEDs nicht länger blinken.

 Drücken Sie jetzt einmal den Taster Ladezustand / START (3), um die Power

Bank (A) neu zu starten.

Prüfen Sie das zu ladende Gerät, sowie das verwendete USB-Ladekabel auf
vorliegende Defekte, und tauschen Sie dieses ggf. aus.
 Schließen Sie das USB-Ladekabel wieder an und setzen Sie den

Ladevorgang fort.

Ein angeschlossenes Endgerät wird nicht geladen.

 Der Akku der Power Bank (A) ist leer; laden Sie den Akku auf.
 Keine Verbindung zum Endgerät; überprüfen Sie die Verbindung.
 Drücken Sie kurz den Taster Ladezustand / START (3), um den Ladevorgang

zu starten.

 Die LEDs der Power Bank (A) leuchten nicht; schließen Sie die Power Bank

(A) für ca. 2 Sekunden an einen Computer bzw. eine externe
Spannungsversorgung an, um die interne Überlastsicherung zurückzusetzen.

Die Power Bank (A) schaltet nicht ein, bzw. sofort wieder ab

 Der benötigte Ladestrom des angeschlossenen Endgerätes ist zu niedrig.

Umwelthinweise und Entsorgungsangaben

Die mit diesem Symbol gekennzeichneten Geräte unterliegen
der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU. Alle Elektro- und
Elektronikaltgeräte müssen getrennt vom Hausmüll über dafür
staatlich vorgesehene Stellen entsorgt werden. Mit der
ordnungsgemäßen Entsorgung des alten Gerätes vermeiden
Sie Umweltschäden und eine Gefährdung der persönlichen

Gesundheit. Weitere Informationen zur Entsorgung des alten
Gerätes erhalten Sie bei der Stadtverwaltung, beim Entsorgungsamt oder in
dem Geschäft, in dem Sie das Gerät erworben haben.

Der eingebaute Akku ist für die Entsorgung nicht
entnehmbar.

Führen Sie auch die Verpackung einer umweltgerechten Entsorgung zu.
Kartonagen können bei Altpapiersammlungen oder an öffentlichen
Sammelplätzen zur Wiederverwertung abgegeben werden. Folien und
Kunststoffe des Lieferumfangs werden über Ihr örtliches
Entsorgungsunternehmen eingesammelt und umweltgerecht entsorgt.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren
Sie den originalen Kassenbon als Nachweis für den Kauf auf. Bitte lesen Sie
vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres Produktes die beigefügte Dokumentation. Sollte es
einmal zu einem Problem kommen, welches auf diese Weise nicht gelöst
werden kann, wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Hotline. Bitte halten Sie für alle
Anfragen die Artikelnummer bzw. wenn vorhanden die Seriennummer bereit.
Für den Fall, dass eine telefonische Lösung nicht möglich ist, wird durch unsere
Hotline in Abhängigkeit der Fehlerursache ein weiterführender Service
veranlasst. In der Garantie wird das Produkt bei Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler – nach unserer Wahl – kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Mit
Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.

Le chargeur portatif SilverCrest Power Bank SPB 5.2 A1, appelé ensuite Power
Bank, est un appareil des technologies de l'information et sert à charger des
appareils mobiles dont le chargement s'effectue habituellement via une
connexion USB. Le SilverCrest Power Bank n'est pas prévu pour une utilisation

Environnement de fonctionnement

L'appareil n'est pas conçu pour fonctionner dans des pièces présentant une
humidité élevée (par ex. salle de bains) ou présentant une formation de

fonctionnement : 5 °C à +45 °C, humidité relative max. 85%. En cas
d'utilisation à l'intérieur d'une voiture, tenir compte du fait que la température
peut nettement dépasser 45 °C, notamment derrière le pare-brise.

Les appareils électriques ne doivent pas être mis dans les mains des enfants. Le
chargeur Power Bank peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de 8 ans ainsi
que des personnes présentant des capacités mentales, sensorielles ou motrices
réduites ou ne disposant pas de l'expérience ou des connaissances
nécessaires, s'ils sont supervisés ou informés quant à une utilisation sûre du
Power Bank et s'ils comprennent ainsi les risques encourus. Les enfants
devraient par principe être surveillés, afin de s'assurer qu'ils ne jouent pas avec
l'appareil. Le nettoyage et l'entretien incombant à l'utilisateur ne doivent pas
être effectués par des enfants sans surveillance. Les petits composants et piles
constituent un danger de mort s'ils sont avalés.

Mettre également les films d'emballage hors de portée.

Ils peuvent faire courir un risque de
suffocation.

AVERTISSEMENT ! Câble

Toujours saisir l'ensemble des câbles au niveau du connecteur et ne pas tirer
sur le câble même. Ne pas placer de meubles ou autres objets lourds sur le
câble, et veiller à ce que ceux-ci ne soient pas pliés, en particulier au niveau du
connecteur et des douilles de raccordement. Ne jamais faire de nœud dans un
câble, et ne pas le relier à d'autres câbles. Tous les câbles devraient être
placés de manière à ne pas être piétinés ou à ne pas gêner.

Entretien/nettoyage

Il est nécessaire de procéder à des réparations en cas d'endommagement de
l'appareil, tels que par ex. au niveau de son boîtier, la pénétration de liquides
ou d'objets à l'intérieur de l'appareil, ou suite à une exposition à la pluie ou à
l'humidité. Des réparations sont également nécessaires en cas de
fonctionnement imparfait ou suite à une chute. Suite à la constatation d'une
formation de fumée, de bruits ou d'odeurs inhabituels, séparer immédiatement
toutes les jonctions de câble ou, le cas échéant, retirer le bloc d'alimentation
USB optionnel de la prise. Dans ces cas, l'appareil ne doit plus être utilisé
jusqu'à ce qu'un spécialiste effectue une vérification. Les travaux de réparation
ne doivent être réalisés que par un personnel qualifié. Ne jamais ouvrir le
boîtier de l'appareil. Nettoyer l'appareil uniquement avec un chiffon propre et
sec ; ne jamais utiliser de liquides agressifs. Ne pas essayer d'ouvrir le boîtier
de l'appareil. Ceci annulerait les droits à la garantie.

Avant mise en service

Sortir le Power Bank et les accessoires de l'emballage, et se débarrasser des
plastiques d'emballage. Avant la première utilisation, le Power Bank doit être
entièrement chargé.

Mise en service

Le Power Bank ne doit jamais être chargé et parallèlement être
utilisé pour charger un appareil externe.

Affichage DEL

Le Power Bank (A) est doté d'un affichage DEL (2) destiné à informer sur l'état
de charge de la batterie intégrée.

Charge du Power Bank

Afin de charger la batterie interne du Power Bank (A), connecter le Power
Bank (A), par le biais du câble de charge USB (B) fourni, à un port USB libre
de votre ordinateur allumé. Brancher également le connecteur micro-USB (5)
du câble de charge USB (B) dans le port micro-USB (4) du Power Bank (A), et
le connecteur USB (6) dans le port USB libre de votre ordinateur. Durant le
processus de charge, les 4 DEL de l'affichage (2) indiquent l'état de charge
actuel du Power Bank (A).

Affichage DEL État de charge

Toutes les DEL clignotent l'une après l'autre 0 - 25%
1 DEL allumée, 3 DEL clignotent l'une après l'autre 25 - 50%

En variante, il est également possible de charger la batterie du
Power Bank avec un bloc d'alimentation USB externe (non
compris dans la livraison).

Vérification de l'état de charge

Il est également possible de vérifier l'état de charge du Power Bank (A) alors
que celui-ci n'est pas en mode de charge ou décharge. Pour cela, appuyer
brièvement sur le bouton État de charge / DÉMARRAGE (3).
L'affichage DEL (2) indique pendant env. 3 secondes l'état de charge du Power
Bank (A) :

Charge d'appareils externes

Afin de charger un appareil externe avec le Power Bank (A), connecter le
Power Bank (A), par l'intermédiaire du câble de charge USB (B) fourni, à
l'appareil externe. Connecter en outre le connecteur micro-USB (5) du câble de
charge USB (B) au port micro-USB (4) de l'appareil externe, et le
connecteur USB (6) dans le port USB (1) du Power Bank (A). Si le processus

de charge ne démarre pas automatiquement, appuyer brièvement sur le
bouton État de charge / DÉMARRAGE (3), pour le lancer. En variante, il est
également possible d'utiliser le câble de charge d'origine du fabricant
d'appareil respectif (connexion USB).

Durant le processus de charge, l'affichage DEL (2) indique l'état de charge
actuel du Power Bank (A). Appuyer brièvement sur le bouton État de charge /
DÉMARRAGE (3), pour consulter l'état de charge indiqué pendant env. 3
secondes.

Il est possible d'arrêter le processus de charge à tout moment en retirant le
câble de charge USB (B) ou en appuyant plus longuement (env. 3 secondes)
sur le bouton État de charge/ DÉMARRAGE (3). Le cas échéant, relancer le
processus de charge en appuyant brièvement sur le bouton État de charge /
DÉMARRAGE (3).

Entreposage en cas de non-utilisation

En cas de non-utilisation prolongée du Power Bank, la batterie
devrait être rechargée à intervalles réguliers. Ceci permet de
préserver le niveau de performance de la batterie.

Entreposer le Power Bank dans un endroit sec et frais.

Dépannage

Le Power Bank ne charge pas

 Raccordement défectueux ; vérifier le raccordement.
 Certains ordinateurs coupent l'alimentation en courant des ports USB s'ils

sont éteints. Si la batterie du Power Bank (A) ne se charge pas, vérifier que
l'ordinateur est allumé.

Toutes les DEL de l'affichage (2) clignotent en même temps

Le Power Bank détecte une surcharge ou un court-circuit au niveau de la sortie
de charge, et met celle-ci hors tension. Cette précaution permet de protéger le
Power Bank.
Procéder à une RÉINITIALISATION du Power Bank (A). Appliquer les mesures
suivantes :
 Retirer un câble de charge USB connecté et attendre jusqu'à ce que les DEL

ne clignotent plus.

 Appuyer ensuite une fois sur le bouton État de charge / DÉMARRAGE (3)

afin de redémarrer le Power Bank (A).

Vérifier que l'appareil en charge ainsi que le câble de charge USB utilisé quant
à la présence de défauts éventuels, et procéder le cas échéant à un échange.
 Connecter à nouveau le câble de charge USB et poursuivre le processus de

charge.

Un appareil terminal raccordé ne se charge pas.

 La batterie du Power Bank (A) est vide ; charger la batterie.
 Pas de connexion avec l'appareil terminal ; vérifier la connexion.
 Appuyer brièvement sur le bouton État de charge / DÉMARRAGE (3), afin

de démarrer le processus de charge.

 Les DEL du Power Bank (A) ne s’allument pas ; veuillez connecter le Power

Bank (A) à un ordinateur ou une alimentation externe pendant environ 2
secondes pour réinitialiser la sécurité anti-surcharge interne.

Le Power Bank (A) ne s’allume pas ou s’éteint immédiatement.

 Le courant de charge requis de l’appareil terminal raccordé est trop faible.

Consignes relatives à l'environnement et à
l'élimination des déchets

Les appareils portant le présent symbole satisfont la Directive
européenne 2012/19/EU. Tous les appareils électriques et
électroniques doivent être mis au rebut, séparément des
déchets ménagers et par le biais des points prévus par l'état.
L'élimination conforme des anciens appareils permettent de

préserver l'environnement et la santé des personnes. Des
renseignements complémentaires concernant l'élimination des anciens
appareils peuvent être obtenus auprès de la municipalité, des services
d'élimination des déchets, ou du commerce ayant vendu l'appareil.

La batterie intégrée ne peut pas être sortie pour la mise
au rebut.

L'emballage devrait également être éliminé d'une manière respectant
l'environnement. Les cartons peuvent être donnés lors de la collecte de vieux
papiers ou aux endroits de collecte publics en vue d'une réutilisation. Les films
et plastiques utilisés à la livraison sont collectés par les entreprises de
ramassage des déchets locales et éliminés en respectant l'environnement.

Remarques relatives à la conformité

Le présent appareil est conforme respectivement aux exigences

essentielles et aux autres dispositions pertinentes de la

Directive CEM 2004/108/EC ainsi que de la Directive RoHS

Manutenzione/pulizia

oppure odori insoliti, scollegare immediatamente tutti i collegamenti e/o
rimuovere l'eventuale alimentatore USB opzionale dalla presa di
alimentazione. In questi casi, non utilizzare il dispositivo fintanto che non sia
stato controllato accuratamente dal personale specializzato. Per gli interventi
di riparazione rivolgersi esclusivamente al personale competente autorizzato.
Non aprire mai l'alloggiamento del dispositivo. Per la pulizia, servirsi di un
panno pulito e asciutto evitando l'uso di liquidi corrosivi e di aprire
l'alloggiamento del dispositivo. L'apertura non autorizzata fa decadere il diritto

Spia LED

Il Power Bank (A) è dotato di una spia LED (2) che informa l'utente circa lo
stato di carica della batteria integrata.

Caricare il Power Bank

Per ricaricare la batteria interna del Power Bank (A), collegare il Power Bank
(A), mediante il cavo USB di ricarica fornito in dotazione (B), a una porta USB
libera del computer acceso. Inserire quindi il connettore Micro-USB (5) del
cavo USB di ricarica (B) nella presa Micro-USB (4) del Power Bank (A) e il
connettore USB (6) nella porta USB libera del computer in uso. Durante il
processo di ricarica, i 4 LED della spia LED (2) informano l'utente sullo stato di
carica del Power Bank (A).

Conservazione in caso di inutilizzo

In caso di inutilizzo prolungato del Power Bank, ricaricare la
batteria periodicamente. In tal modo è possibile garantire l'efficacia
della batteria.

Risoluzione di problemi

Il Power Bank non si carica

 Collegamento difettoso; controllare lo stato del collegamento.
 Quando vengono spenti, alcuni computer cessano di erogare alimentazione

tramite le interfacce USB. Qualora la batteria del Power Bank (A) non venga
caricata, assicurarsi che il computer sia acceso.

Tutti i LED della spia LED (2) lampeggiano contemporaneamente

Il Power Bank rileva un sovraccarico / un corto circuito sull'uscita
dell'alimentazione e quindi la disattiva. Questo protegge il dispositivo da
eventuali guasti.
Eseguire un RESET del Power Bank (A). Per farlo, procedere come segue:
 Rimuovere il cavo USB di ricarica collegato, quindi attendere fintanto che i

LED non smettono di lampeggiare.

 Premere una volta il tasto Stato di carica / START (3) per riavviare il Power

Bank (A).
Controllare che il dispositivo da caricare e il cavo USB di ricarica utilizzato
non presentino guasti ed eventualmente sostituirli.

that temperatures can clearly exceed +45°C.

disabilities

Keep electrical equipment out of reach of children. This Power Bank can be
used by children aged eight and over, as well as by people with reduced
mental, sensory or motor abilities or who lack experience and knowledge,
providing they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the
Power Bank and understand the resulting dangers. Children should be
supervised to ensure they do not play with this device. Cleaning and user
maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are supervised.
Small parts and batteries can be lethal if swallowed.

Keep the packaging film away from children.

There is a risk of suffocation.

WARNING! Cables

Always take hold of all cables by the plug and do not pull on the cable itself.
Do not place any items of furniture or other heavy objects on cables, and make
sure that the cables are not bent (in particular, at the plug and at the connector
sockets). Never make a knot in a cable and do not connect it with other cables.
All cables should be laid in such a way that no one steps on them or is
obstructed by them.

Maintenance/cleaning

Repair work is required if the device has been damaged, for example, if the
device housing is damaged, liquids or objects have got inside the device, or if
the device has been exposed to rain or moisture. Repair work is also required if
the device does not work properly or has been dropped. If you notice any
smoke, unusual noises or smells, disconnect all cable connections immediately
and remove the optional USB mains adapter from the power socket. In these
cases, you must not continue to use the device until it has been checked by a
specialist. All repair work should only be carried out by qualified specialists.
Never open the housing of the device. Clean the device using a clean, dry
cloth and never use abrasive liquids. Do not try to open the housing of the
device, as this will void your guarantee.

Before start-up

Remove the Power Bank and the accessories from the packaging and remove
the packaging film. You must fully charge the Power Bank before using it for the
first time.

Initial start-up

Never charge the Power Bank while it is being used to charge
an external device.

LED display

The Power Bank (A) features a LED display (2) which gives you information on
the charge level of the built-in battery.

Charging the Power Bank

To charge the internal battery of the Power Bank (A), connect the Power Bank
(A) with a free USB port on your computer using the supplied USB charging
cable (B). To do this, plug the Micro-USB connector (5) of the USB charging
cable (B) into the Micro-USB socket (4) of the Power Bank (A), and plug the
USB connector (6) into the free USB port on your computer (which should be
turned on). During the charging process, the four LEDs of the LED display (2)
give information about the current charge level of the Power Bank (A).

(not included in the package) to charge the battery of the Power
Bank.

Checking the charge level

You can also check the charge level of the Power Bank (A) when it is not being
charged or discharged. To do this, briefly press the Charge level/START button
(3). The LED display (2) gives you information about the charge level of the
Power Bank (A) for approximately three seconds:

To charge an external device with the Power Bank (A), connect the Power Bank
(A) with the external device using the supplied USB charging cable (B). To do
this, plug the Micro-USB connector (5) of the USB charging cable (B) into the
Micro-USB socket (4) of the external device, and plug the USB connector (6)

into the USB socket (1) of the Power Bank (A). If charging does not start
automatically, briefly press the Charge level/START button (3) to start the
charging process. Alternatively, you can also use the original charging cable of
the respective device manufacturer (USB port).

During the charging process, the LED display (2) gives you information about
the current charge level of the Power Bank (A). Briefly press the Charge
level/START button (3) to display the charge level (it is displayed for
approximately three seconds).

Storing the device when not in use

If the Power Bank is not going to be used for a long period of time,
you should recharge the battery on a regular basis. This helps
maintain battery performance.

Store the Power Bank in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

My Power Bank won’t charge

 The connection is incorrect; check the connection.
 Some computers turn off the voltage supply of the USB ports when turned

off. If the battery of the Power Bank (A) won’t charge, make sure your
computer is turned on.

All LEDs of the LED display (2) flash simultaneously

The Power Bank recognises an overload/short circuit on the charging output
and turns off the charging output. The purpose of this is to protect the Power
Bank.
Perform a RESET of the Power Bank (A). To do this, proceed as follows:
 Remove a connected USB charging cable and wait until the LEDs have

stopped flashing.

 Now press the Charge level/START button (3) to restart the Power Bank (A).

Check the device to be charged and the USB charging cable for any defects,
and replace them if necessary.
 Reconnect the USB charging cable and continue the charging process.

A connected device won’t charge

 The battery of the Power Bank (A) is empty; charge the battery.
 There is no connection to the device; check the connection.
 Briefly press the Charge level/START button (3) to start the charging process.
 The LEDs of the Power Bank (A) are not lit; connect the Power Bank (A) to a

computer or an external power supply for approximately two seconds in
order to reset the internal overload protection.

The Power Bank (A) does not switch on, or it switches on then
immediately off.

 The required charging current of the connected device is too low.

Environmental and waste disposal information

Devices marked with this symbol are subject to the European
Directive 2012/19/EU. All electrical and electronic equipment
must not be put in the household waste, but must be disposed
of via designated public disposal centres. By properly
disposing of the old device, you can avoid environmental
damage and hazards to health. Further information regarding
disposal of the old device can be obtained from your local

authority or the shop where you purchased the device.

The built-in battery cannot be removed for disposal.

Make sure the packaging is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
Cardboard packaging can be put out for waste-paper collection or taken to
public collection points for recycling. The plastic packaging used for your
device is collected by your local waste management company and disposed of
in an environmentally sound way.

Warranty of TARGA GmbH

This device is sold with three years warranty from the date of purchase. Please
keep the original receipt in a safe place as proof of purchase. Before using
your product for the first time, please read the enclosed documentation. Should
any problems arise which cannot be solved in this way, please call our hotline.
Please have the article number and, if available, the serial number to hand for
all enquiries. If it is not possible to solve the problem on the phone, our hotline
support staff will initiate further servicing procedures depending on the fault.
Within the warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced free of
charge as we deem appropriate. No new warranty period commences if the
product is repaired or replaced. Consumables such as batteries, rechargeable
batteries and lamps are not covered by the warranty.

Your statutory rights towards the seller are not affected or restricted by this
warranty.
