del producto y contienen indicaciones importantes acerca de la seguridad, el
uso y el desecho de este aparato. Antes de usar el producto, familiarícese con

Uso previsto

El aparato está previsto exclusivamente para la deshumidifi cación del aire en
espacios cerrados. Este aparato es apto para estancias de hasta 10 m2 con una
temperatura mínima de 10 °C. Este aparato se ha diseñado exclusivamente para
el uso privado y no para el uso comercial. No se permite un uso diferente del
aquí descrito, ya que podría provocar daños materiales y lesiones. El fabricante
no asumirá responsabilidad alguna por los daños derivados de un uso incorrecto
del aparato. El riesgo será responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario.

Seguridad
En este capítulo, obtendrá indicaciones de seguridad importantes para manejar
el aparato. El uso inadecuado puede causar daños personales y materiales.
Peligro debido a la corriente eléctrica
PELIGRO
¡Peligro de muerte por descarga eléctrica!
¡Peligro de muerte por el contacto con líneas o
componentes sometidos a tensión eléctrica!
Observe las siguientes indicaciones de seguridad para
evitar riesgos por la corriente eléctrica:
► No utilice el aparato si el adaptador de red, el cable de
conexión o la clavija de conexión están dañadas.
► Está totalmente prohibido abrir el adaptador de red.
Si se tocan las conexiones sometidas a tensión y se
modifi ca la estructura mecánica y eléctrica, existe riesgo
de electrocución.
Indicaciones de seguridad básicas
Para manejar con seguridad el aparato, deben tenerse en
cuenta las siguientes indicaciones de seguridad:
■ Antes de usar el aparato, compruebe si hay signos de daños
externos visibles. No utilice un aparato dañado o que se
haya caído.
■ En caso de daños en el cable de conexión o en las conexiones,
solicite al personal técnico autorizado o al servicio técnico
que sustituya inmediatamente los cables o las conexiones
defectuosas para evitar situaciones de peligro.
■ No utilice el aparato a la intemperie.
■ Durante el funcionamiento del aparato, mantenga cerradas
las puertas y ventanas para una mayor efi cacia.
■ No utilice el aparato en la proximidad de gases o sustancias
fácilmente infl amables, de llamas abiertas o de lugares susceptibles de recibir salpicaduras de agua o aceite.

■ Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños mayores de 8 años
y por personas con facultades físicas, sensoriales o mentales
reducidas o falta de experiencia y/o conocimientos siempre
que estén bajo vigilancia o hayan sido instruidas correctamente sobre el uso seguro del aparato y hayan comprendido
los peligros que entraña. Los niños no deben jugar con el
aparato. Las tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento del aparato
no deben ser realizadas por niños sin supervisión.
■ Las reparaciones en el aparato deben ser realizadas exclusi-
vamente por talleres autorizados o por el servicio al cliente.
En caso de reparaciones indebidas, pueden producirse
riesgos considerables para los usuarios. Además, se anulará
la garantía.
■ Este aparato no debe exponerse a la lluvia. Proteja el aparato
contra la humedad y contra la penetración de líquidos y
objetos dentro de la carcasa. No sumerja nunca el aparato
en agua ni coloque ningún recipiente lleno de líquido
(p. ej., jarrones) sobre el aparato. Podría dañar el aparato
de forma irreparable.
■ Evite la radiación solar directa.
■ Utilice el aparato exclusivamente con el adaptador de red
suministrado.
■ Si detecta alguna avería y en caso de tormenta, extraiga el
adaptador de red de la base de enchufe.
■ Asegúrese de que las aberturas de entrada y salida de aire
estén siempre limpias durante el funcionamiento. ¡No cubra
nunca el aparato!
■ Coloque el aparato sobre una superfi cie fi ja y uniforme
para evitar su volcado.
■ Disponga el aparato a una distancia mínima de 15 cm con
respecto a las paredes u otros objetos para garantizar una
buena circulación del aire.
■ Antes de limpiar el aparato, extraiga siempre el adaptador
de red de la base de enchufe.

Puesta en funcionamiento
Volumen de suministro e inspección de transporte
El aparato se suministra de serie con los siguientes componentes:
▯ Deshumidifi cador
▯ Adaptador de red
▯ Estas instrucciones de uso
INDICACIÓN
Compruebe la integridad del suministro y si hay daños visibles.
►
► Si el suministro es incompleto o hay daños debidos a un embalaje defi ciente
o al transporte, póngase en contacto con la línea directa de asistencia
(consulte el capítulo Asistencia técnica).
Desecho del embalaje
El embalaje protege al aparato durante el transporte. El material de embalaje
se ha seleccionado teniendo en cuenta criterios ecológicos y de desecho, por
lo que es reciclable.
El reciclaje del embalaje permite ahorrar en materias primas y reduce el volumen
de residuos. Deseche el material de embalaje innecesario de la forma dispuesta
por las normativas locales aplicables.
Antes del primer uso
■ Retire todo el material de embalaje y todas las protecciones de transporte del
aparato.
Conexión eléctrica
ATENCIÓN
Antes de conectar el aparato, compare las indicaciones sobre la tensión
►
de entrada necesaria en la placa de características con los datos de la
fuente de alimentación prevista para el funcionamiento. Dichos datos
deben coincidir para que no se produzcan daños en el aparato.
► El adaptador de red debe estar siempre accesible para poder desconec-
tarlo rápidamente de la corriente eléctrica en caso de emergencia.
► Asegúrese de que el cable de conexión del adaptador de red no presente
daños ni esté colocado sobre superfi cies calientes ni aristas afi ladas, ya
que, de lo contrario, podría dañarse.
► Asegúrese de que el cable de conexión del adaptador de red no esté
excesivamente tenso ni doblado.
♦ Conecte el adaptador de red 10 al aparato mediante la inserción de la

clavija 9 en la hembrilla de conexión 6 de la parte posterior del aparato.

Manejo y funcionamiento
En este capítulo se proporcionan indicaciones importantes sobre el manejo y
funcionamiento del aparato.
Encendido/apagado del aparato
♦ Introduzca la clavija 9 en la hembrilla de conexión 6 del aparato.
♦ Conecte el adaptador de red 10 a una base de enchufe.
♦ Para encender el aparato, coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado 3
en la posición "I". Se enciende el LED verde de encendido "ON" 2.
♦ Para apagar el aparato, coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado 3
en la posición "0". Se apaga el LED verde de encendido "ON" 2.

INDICACIÓN
El depósito de agua 7 debe introducirse completamente en el aparato; de lo
►
contrario, no podrá recolectarse correctamente todo el agua de condensación.
Vaciado del depósito de agua
El aparato dispone de una función de apagado automático cuando el depósito
de agua 7 se llena hasta alcanzar aprox. 370 ml (marca de nivel máximo MAX).
Tras alcanzar esta marca, el aparato se desconecta automáticamente y se enciende
el LED rojo de llenado "Full" 4.
♦ Para apagar el aparato, coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado 3
en la posición "0".
♦ Sujete el depósito de agua 7 por el asidero de la parte delantera y tire de
éste con cuidado para extraerlo del aparato sin derramar agua.
♦ Vierta el agua a través de la boquilla 8 y deslice el depósito de agua 7
de nuevo en el aparato.

► Debe introducirse el depósito de agua 7 completamente en el aparato
para que pueda encenderse.
♦ Para encender el aparato, coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado 3
en la posición "I". Se enciende el LED de encendido "ON" 2.
Eliminación de fallos
En este capítulo, se proporcionan indicaciones importantes para la localización
y solución de averías.
ADVERTENCIA
Observe las siguientes indicaciones de seguridad para evitar peligros y daños
materiales:
► Las reparaciones en aparatos eléctricos deben ser realizadas exclusivamente
por técnicos formados por el fabricante. Las reparaciones inadecuadas pueden dar lugar a peligros importantes para el usuario y daños en el aparato.

Limpieza
ATENCIÓN
Posibles daños en el aparato
■ Limpie el depósito de agua 7 regularmente cada dos semanas para evitar la
proliferación de moho y bacterias. Para ello, llene el depósito de agua 7 con
agua templada y añada un producto de limpieza de uso habitual en el hogar.
Tras esto, aclárelo varias veces con agua templada. Tras la limpieza, se recomienda llevar a cabo un proceso de desinfección. Para ello, utilice un producto
desinfectante con base de alcohol o con un alto porcentaje de alcohol de uso
habitual en el hogar. Ambas sustancias son totalmente inocuas si, al fi nalizar la
limpieza, se aclaran varias veces con agua templada.
■ Limpie los restos de polvo en las aberturas de entrada y salida de aire (5 + )
con un cepillo suave o un aspirador. Para limpiar las aletas de refrigeración
interiores, retire la tapa de la abertura de salida de aire y extraiga el depósito
de agua 7 del aparato. Limpie las aletas de refrigeración con un cepillo suave
o una aspiradora.
■ Limpie la carcasa exclusivamente con un paño ligeramente húmedo y con un
producto de limpieza suave.

► Proteja el aparato frente a la humedad y contra la penetración de líquidos.
► No sumerja nunca el aparato en agua para evitar daños irreparables.
► Desenchufe el adaptador de red 10 de la base de enchufe antes de
limpiar el aparato.
► No utilice productos de limpieza agresivos ni abrasivos, ya que podrían
dañar la superfi cie de la carcasa.
► No limpie el depósito de agua 7 en el lavavajillas. De lo contrario,
podría dañarse.
Almacenamiento
■ Desconecte el adaptador de red 10 del aparato y vacíe el depósito de agua 7 si
no pretende utilizar el aparato durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado.
■ Guarde el aparato en un entorno seco y libre de polvo.
Desecho
No deseche nunca el aparato con la basura doméstica. Este
producto está sujeto a la Directiva europea 2012/19/EU-WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Deseche el aparato en un centro de residuos autorizado a través de las instalaciones
de desecho de residuos comunitarias. Observe las normas vigentes. En caso de duda,
póngase en contacto con las instalaciones municipales de desecho de residuos.

Indicaciones acerca de la declaración de conformidad
Este aparato cumple con todos los requisitos básicos y las
demás normas relevantes de la Directiva de baja tensión
2006/95/EC, de la Directiva CEM 2004/108/EC y de la
Directiva de diseño ecológico 2009/125/EC.
La declaración de conformidad original completa puede
solicitarse a la empresa de importación.
Garantía
Este aparato tiene 3 años de garantía desde la fecha de compra. El aparato
ha sido fabricado cuidadosamente y examinado en profundidad antes de su
entrega.
Guarde el comprobante de caja como justifi cante de compra. Si necesitara
hacer uso de la garantía, póngase en contacto por teléfono con su punto de
servicio habitual. Este es el único modo de garantizar un envío gratuito.
INDICACIÓN
La garantía solo cubre los defectos de fabricación o del material, pero no

los daños de transporte, las piezas sujetas a desgaste ni los daños sufridos
en las piezas frágiles (p. ej., interruptores o pilas).
Este producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para el uso particular y no para
el uso industrial. En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta, uso de la fuerza
y apertura del aparato por personas ajenas a nuestros centros de asistencia
técnica autorizados, la garantía pierde su validez.
Sus derechos legales no se ven limitados por esta garantía. La duración de la
garantía no se prolonga por hacer uso de ella. Este principio rige también para
las piezas sustituidas y reparadas.
Si después de la compra del aparato, se detecta la existencia de daños o de
defectos al desembalarlo, deben notifi carse de inmediato o, como muy tarde,
dos días después de la fecha de compra.
Cualquier reparación que se realice una vez fi nalizado el plazo de garantía
está sujeta a costes.

In questo capitolo sono riportate importanti indicazioni di sicurezza riguardanti l'uso
dell'apparecchio. L'uso non conforme può comportare danni a persone e a cose.
Pericolo collegato alla tensione elettrica
PERICOLO
Pericolo di morte a causa di scossa elettrica!
In caso di contatto con linee o elementi sotto
tensione sussiste il pericolo di morte!
Rispettare le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza per evitare
rischi collegati alla presenza di tensione elettrica:
► Non utilizzare l'apparecchio in caso di danni all'adattatore
di rete, al cavo di collegamento o al connettore maschio.
► Non aprire assolutamente l'adattatore di rete. In caso
di contatto con i collegamenti sotto tensione e modifi ca
della struttura elettrica e meccanica sussiste il pericolo di
scossa elettrica.
Avvertenze di sicurezza di base
Per l'uso sicuro dell'apparecchio, rispettare le seguenti avvertenze di sicurezza:

■ Controllare l'apparecchio prima dell'uso per rilevare even-
tuali danni visibili. Non mettere in funzione un apparecchio
danneggiato o caduto.
■ In caso di danni al cavo di alimentazione o ai collegamenti,
fare sostituire tali componenti da personale specializzato
autorizzato o dal servizio di assistenza ai clienti, al fi ne di
evitare rischi.
■ Non utilizzare l'apparecchio all'aperto.
■ Durante l'uso, tenere le porte e le fi nestre chiuse, per consen-
tire il funzionamento effi ciente dell'apparecchio.
■ Non azionare l'apparecchio nelle vicinanze di gas o materiali
infi ammabili, nelle vicinanze di fuochi o in punti suscettibili a
spruzzi di olio o acqua.

■ Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato dai bambini a
partire dall'età di 8 anni e da persone con capacità fi siche,
sensoriali o mentali ridotte ovvero prive di esperienze e/o
conoscenze in merito qualora siano sorvegliati o siano stati
adeguatamente istruiti sull'uso sicuro dell'apparecchio e ne
abbiano compreso i relativi rischi. I bambini non devono
giocare con l'apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione a
cura dell'utente non devono essere eseguiti dai bambini se
non sorvegliati.
■ Fare eseguire le riparazioni solo da aziende specializzate
o dall'assistenza ai clienti. Le riparazioni eff ettuate in modo
non conforme possono causare gravi pericoli per l'utente.
Inoltre la garanzia decade.
■ Questo apparecchio non va esposto alla pioggia. Proteggere
l'apparecchio dall'umidità e dalla penetrazione di liquidi e
oggetti nell'alloggiamento. Non immergere mai l'apparecchio
nell'acqua e non collocare su di esso oggetti pieni di liquidi
(ad es. vasi). In caso contrario, l'apparecchio potrebbe danneggiarsi irreparabilmente.
■ Evitare di esporre l'apparecchio al sole.

■ Azionare l'apparecchio solo con l'adattatore di rete fornito.
■ In caso di guasti e in presenza di temporali, sfi lare sempre
l'adattatore di rete dalla presa di corrente.
■ Assicurarsi che le aperture di ingresso e uscita dell'aria siano
sempre libere dallo sporco durante l'uso dell'apparecchio.
Non coprire mai l'apparecchio!
■ Collocare l'apparecchio su una superfi cie solida e piana,
per impedirne il ribaltamento.
■ Collocare l'apparecchio a una distanza minima di 15 cm
rispetto a pareti o altri oggetti, per garantire una buona
circolazione dell'aria.
■ Prima di ogni operazione di pulizia staccare l'adattatore
dalla presa di corrente.

Messa in funzione
Volume della fornitura e ispezione per eventuali danni
da trasporto
La fornitura standard dell'apparecchio comprende i seguenti componenti:
▯ Deumidifi catore
▯ Adattatore di rete
▯ Le presenti istruzioni per l'uso
AVVERTENZA
Controllare che la fornitura sia completa e non presenti danni visibili.
►
► In caso di fornitura incompleta o in presenza di danni da trasporto o da
imballaggio insuffi ciente, rivolgersi alla Hotline di assistenza (v. il capitolo
Assistenza).
Smaltimento della confezione
L'imballaggio protegge l'apparecchio dai danni da trasporto. I materiali di
imballaggio sono stati selezionati in relazione alla loro ecocompatibilità e alle
caratteristiche di smaltimento e pertanto sono riciclabili.
Il riciclo dell'imballaggio consente di risparmiare materie prime e riduce la generazione di rifi uti. Smaltire il materiale di imballaggio inutilizzato in conformità
alle norme vigenti locali.
Prima della prima messa in funzione
■ Rimuovere tutto il materiale di imballaggio e i blocchi di trasporto dall'apparecchio.
Collegamento elettrico
ATTENZIONE
Prima di collegare l'apparecchio alla presa di corrente, controllare i dati
►
relativi alla tensione d'ingresso necessaria, indicati sulla targhetta, confrontandoli con quelli della presa di corrente che verrà utilizzata per far
funzionare l'apparecchio. Questi dati devono corrispondere, per evitare
di arrecare danni all'apparecchio.
► L'adattatore di rete connesso all'apparecchio deve essere sempre facilmente
raggiungibile, in modo da poter scollegare rapidamente l'apparecchio
dalla rete elettrica in caso di emergenza.
► Assicurarsi che il cavo di collegamento dell'apparecchio non sia danneg-
giato e non venga collocato su superfi ci surriscaldate e/o acuminate, poiché
potrebbe danneggiarsi.
► Assicurarsi che il cavo dell'adattatore di rete non sia teso o schiacciato.
♦ Connettere l'adattatore di rete 10 con l'apparecchio, inserendo la spina 9
nell'ingresso

Comandi e funzionamento
In questo capitolo sono riportate indicazioni importanti relative ai comandi e al
funzionamento dell'apparecchio.
Accensione/spegnimento dell'apparecchio
♦ Inserire il connettore maschio 9 nel connettore femmina 6 dell'apparecchio.
♦ Inserire l'adattatore di rete 10 in una presa di corrente.
♦ Spostare l'interruttore 3 in posizione "I" per accendere l'apparecchio.
Il LED "ON" 2 verde si accende.
♦ Spostare l'interruttore 3 in posizione "0", per spegnere l'apparecchio.

AVVERTENZA
Il serbatoio dell'acqua 7 deve venire introdotto completamente
►
nell'apparecchio, altrimenti l'acqua di condensazione non può venire
raccolta correttamente.
Svuotamento del serbatoio dell'acqua
L'apparecchio dispone di una "Funzione di arresto automatico" che si attiva non
appena il serbatoio dell'acqua 7 risulta riempito di circa 370 ml (marcatura MAX)
di acqua. L'apparecchio in tal caso si spegne automaticamente e si accende la
spia LED rosso "Full" 4.
♦ Spostare l'interruttore 3 in posizione "0" per spegnere l'apparecchio.
♦ Aff errare saldamente il serbatoio dell'acqua 7 dall'incavo di impugnatura
anteriore e tirarlo cautamente sfi landolo dall'apparecchio in modo da
impedire il traboccamento dell'acqua.
♦ Svuotare l'acqua dal serbatoio attraverso il foro superiore 8 e reinserire il
serbatoio dell'acqua 7 nell'apparecchio.

► Il serbatoio dell'acqua 7 va spinto completamente dentro l'apparecchio,
altrimenti l'apparecchio non si accende.
♦ Spostare l'interruttore 3 in posizione "I" per accendere l'apparecchio.

Guasti e possibili rimedi
In questo capitolo sono riportate importanti informazioni per localizzare ed
eliminare i guasti.
AVVERTENZA
Rispettare le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza per evitare pericoli e danni

► Le riparazioni agli apparecchi elettrici devono essere eseguite solo da
personale specializzato addestrato dal produttore. Le riparazioni non
eseguite a regola d'arte possono causare gravi pericoli per l'utente e
danni all'apparecchio.

Pulizia
ATTENZIONE
Possibile danneggiamento dell'apparecchio!
► Proteggere l'apparecchio dall'umidità e dalla penetrazione di liquidi.
► Non immergere mai il l'apparecchio in acqua, per evitarne il danneggia-
mento irreparabile.
► Prima di pulire l'apparecchio, staccare sempre l'adattatore di rete 10 dalla
presa di corrente.
► Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o abrasivi, per non danneggiare la
superfi cie dell'alloggiamento dell'apparecchio.
► Non lavare il serbatoio dell'acqua 7 in lavastoviglie. In caso contrario,
esso verrà danneggiato.
■ Pulire regolarmente il serbatoio dell'acqua 7 ogni due settimane, per evitare la
formazione di muff e e batteri. A tal fi ne riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua 7 con
acqua tiepida e aggiungere un detersivo comunemente reperibile in commercio.
Sciacquare più volte con acqua tiepida. A questo punto si consiglia di disinfettare con un normale disinfettante a base di alcol o con alcol al 100%. Entrambe le
sostanze sono completamente innocue se viene eseguito un conclusivo e ripetuto
risciacquo con acqua tiepida.
■ Rimuovere i depositi di polvere sulle aperture di ingresso e uscita dell'aria (5 + )
con una spazzola morbida o un aspirapolvere. Per pulire le scanalature di raff reddamento interne, rimuovere il coperchio del foro per la fuoriuscita dell'aria ed
estrarre dall'apparecchio il serbatoio dell'acqua 7. Pulire anche le scanalature
di raff reddamento con una spazzola morbida o un aspirapolvere.
■ Pulire l'alloggiamento esclusivamente con un panno leggermente inumidito e un
detergente delicato.

Conservazione
■ Se l'apparecchio non sarà utilizzato per molto tempo, sfi lare l'adattatore di rete 10
dall'apparecchio e svuotare il serbatoio dell'acqua 7.
■ Conservare l'apparecchio in ambiente asciutto e privo di polvere.
Smaltimento
Non smaltire per alcun motivo l'apparecchio assieme ai normali
rifi uti domestici. Questo prodotto è soggetto alla Direttiva europea 2012/19/EU-RAEE (Rifi uti da apparecchiature elettriche ed
elettroniche).
Smaltire l'apparecchio attraverso un'azienda di smaltimento autorizzata o attraverso l'ente di smaltimento comunale. Rispettare le norme attualmente in vigore.
In caso di dubbi mettersi in contatto con l'ente di smaltimento competente.

Questo apparecchio è garantito per tre anni a partire dalla data di acquisto.
L'apparecchio è stato prodotto con cura e debitamente collaudato prima della
consegna.
Conservare lo scontrino come prova d'acquisto. Nei casi contemplati dalla
garanzia, mettersi in comunicazione telefonicamente con il centro di assistenza
più vicino. Solo in tal modo è possibile garantire una spedizione gratuita della

least 10°C. The appliance is only intended for domestic use, and not for commercial

Risks from electric current

Observe the following safety instructions to avoid risks
from electrical current:
► Do not use the appliance if the power adapter, the
power cable or the plug connector are damaged.
► On no account open the power adapter. There is a risk
of receiving an electric shock if live connections are
touched or the electrical and/or mechanical construction is changed.
Basic safety instructions
For safe handling of the appliance, follow the safety information below:

Do not use an appliance that has been damaged or dropped.
■ To avoid possible risks, arrange for damaged cables or

Disposal of packaging
The packaging protects the appliance from transport damage. The packaging
materials have been selected in accordance with their environmental friendliness
and disposal attributes, and are therefore recyclable.
Returning the packaging to the material cycle conserves raw materials and
reduces the amount of waste that is generated. Dispose of packaging material
that is no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
Before initial use
■ Remove all packaging materials and all transport securing appliances from the
appliance.
Electrical connection
CAUTION
Before connecting the appliance compare the specifi cations for the required

input voltage on the rating plate with the intended voltage source for operation. This data must agree in order to avoid damaging the appliance.
► The power adapter connected to the appliance must always be easily
accessible so that the appliance can be quickly disconnected from the
mains power supply in an emergency.
► Ensure that the appliance power adapter cable is not damaged and that
it is not laid over hot surfaces and/or sharp edges, otherwise it could be
damaged.
► Ensure that the power adapter connecting cable is not tightly stretched or
kinked.
♦ Connect the power adapter 10 to the appliance by plugging the connecting
plug 9 into the connection socket 6 on the rear of the appliance.

Switching the appliance on/off
♦ Plug the connecting plug 9 into the connection socket 6 on the appliance.
♦ Plug the power adapter 10 into a mains power socket.
♦ Switch the on/off switch 3 to position "I" to switch the appliance on. The

Emptying the water tank
The appliance is fi tted with an "auto-stop function" as soon as the water tank 7
is fi lled with around 370 ml (MAX marking). The appliance then switches off
automatically and the red "Full" LED 4 lights up.
♦ Switch the on/off switch 3 to the "0" position to switch the appliance off .
♦ Hold the water tank 7 using the front grip recess and pull it carefully out of
the appliance so that water does not spill out.
♦ Pour out the water by using the spout 8 and push the water tank 7 back
into the appliance.

Cleaning
CAUTION
Possible damage to the appliance!
■ Clean the water tank 7 regularly every two weeks to avoid mould and bacteria.
To do this, fi ll the water tank 7 with lukewarm water and add a commercial
detergent. Rinse it out several times with lukewarm water. Furthermore, we recommend disinfecting after cleaning. To do this, use a commercial, alcohol-based
disinfectant or one containing a high percentage of alcohol. Both substances are
completely harmless if you rinse out several times with lukewarm water afterwards.
■ Remove any dust deposits on the air intake and outlet openings (5 + ) using
a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. In order to clean the interior cooling ribs, remove
the cover on the air outlet opening , and pull the water tank 7 out of the
appliance. Also clean the cooling ribs with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner.
■ Clean the housing only with a soft damp cloth and a mild washing-up liquid.
► Protect the appliance from moisture and liquid penetration.
► To avoid irreparable damage to the appliance, never submerse the appliance
in water.
► Ensure that you remove the power adapter 10 from the mains power socket
before cleaning the appliance.
► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as these can damage
the surface of the housing.
► Never clean the water tank 7 in a dishwasher. Otherwise it can be damaged.

■ Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine feste, ebene Fläche, damit ein

■ Stellen Sie das Gerät mit einem Mindestabstand von 15 cm zu
Wänden oder anderen Gegenständen entfernt auf, um eine
gute Luftzirkulation zu gewährleisten.

Lieferumfang und Transportinspektion
Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert:

Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden.

► Bei einer unvollständigen Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter
Verpackung oder durch Transport wenden Sie sich an die Service-Hotline
(siehe Kapitel Service).
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.
Vor dem Erstgebrauch
■ Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial und alle Transportsicherungen vom Gerät.
Elektrischer Anschluss
ACHTUNG
Vergleichen Sie vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes die Angaben zur

benötigten Eingangsspannung auf dem Typenschild mit der für den Betrieb
vorgesehenen Spannungsquelle. Diese Daten müssen übereinstimmen,
damit keine Schäden am Gerät auftreten.
► Der an das Gerät angeschlossene Netzadapter muss immer leicht zugäng-
lich sein, so dass im Notfall das Gerät schnell vom Stromnetz getrennt
werden kann.
► Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Anschlusskabel des Netzadapters unbe-
schädigt ist und nicht über heiße Flächen und/oder scharfe Kanten verlegt
wird, sonst wird es beschädigt.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass das Anschlusskabel des Netzadapters nicht straff
gespannt oder geknickt wird.
♦ Verbinden Sie den Netzadapter 10 mit dem Gerät, indem Sie den Anschluss-
stecker

Bedienung und Betrieb
In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Bedienung und Betrieb des
Gerätes.
Gerät ein- / ausschalten
♦ Stecken Sie den Anschlussstecker 9 in die Anschlussbuchse 6 am Gerät.
♦ Stecken Sie den Netzadapter 10 in eine Netzsteckdose.
♦ Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter 3 in die Position „I“, um das Gerät einzu-
schalten. Die grüne LED „ON“ 2 leuchtet auf.
♦ Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter 3 in die Position „0“, um das Gerät auszu-
schalten. Die grüne LED „ON“ 2 erlischt.

HINWEIS
Der Wassertank 7 muss vollständig in das Gerät eingeschoben werden,
►
ansonsten kann das Kondenswasser nicht richtig aufgefangen werden.
Wassertank entleeren
Das Gerät verfügt über eine „Auto-Stopp-Funktion“ sobald der Wassertank 7
mit ca. 370 ml (MAX-Markierung) gefüllt ist. Das Gerät schaltet sich dann
selbständig aus und die rote LED „Full“ 4 leuchtet auf.
♦ Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter 3 in die Position „0“, um das Gerät
auszuschalten.
♦ Halten Sie den Wassertank 7 an der vorderen Griff mulde fest und ziehen
Sie ihn vorsichtig gerade aus dem Gerät heraus, so dass kein Wasser
überschwappen kann.
♦ Schütten Sie das Wasser über die Ausgussöff nung 8 aus und schieben Sie
den Wassertank

► Reparaturen an Elektrogeräten dürfen nur von Fachleuten durchgeführt werden,

Reinigung
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes!
► Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit und dem Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten.
► Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals unter Wasser, um eine irreparable Beschädi-
gung des Gerätes zu vermeiden.
► Ziehen Sie unbedingt den Netzadapter 10 aus der Netzsteckdose, bevor
Sie das Gerät reinigen.
► Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, da
diese die Gehäuseoberfl äche angreifen können.
► Reinigen Sie den Wassertank 7 nicht in der Spülmaschine. Dieser wird
dadurch sonst beschädigt.
■ Reinigen Sie den Wassertank 7 regelmäßig alle zwei Wochen, um Schim-
melpilz und Bakterien zu vermeiden. Füllen Sie dazu den Wassertank 7 mit
lauwarmen Wasser und geben Sie ein handelsübliches Spülmittel hinzu. Spülen
Sie mehrmals mit lauwarmen Wasser nach. Zusätzlich empfi ehlt es sich nach der
Reinigung eine Desinfektion durchzuführen. Benutzen Sie dazu handelsübliches
Desinfektionsmittel auf Alkoholbasis oder hochprozentigen Alkohol. Beide Substanzen sind völlig unbedenklich, wenn anschließend mehrmals mit lauwarmen
Wasser nachgespült wird.
■ Entfernen Sie Staubablagerungen an der Luftein- und der Luftaustrittsöff nung
(5 + ) mit einer weichen Bürste oder einem Staubsauger. Um die innenliegenden Kühlrippen zu reinigen, entfernen Sie den Deckel an der Luftaustrittsöff nung
und ziehen den Wassertank 7 aus dem Gerät. Reinigen Sie die Kühlrippen
ebenfalls mit einer weichen Bürste oder einem Staubsauger.
■ Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse ausschließlich mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch und
einem milden Spülmittel.

Lagerung
■ Trennen Sie den Netzadapter 10 vom Gerät und entleeren Sie den Wassertank
■ Lagern Sie das Gerät in einer trockenen und staubfreien Umgebung.
