Congratulations on the purchase of your new product.
You have selected a high-quality product. The operating instructions
are part of this product. They contain important information on safety,
usage and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself
with all operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as
described and for the specified areas of application. Retain these
instructions for future reference. Please also pass on these operating
instructions to any future owner.

These headphones are a consumer electronics device. They are
intended for private use for listening to audio material. Any other or
additional usage is considered to be improper use and can lead to
damage. No claims of any kind will be accepted for damage arising
as a result of incorrect use.

Safety instructions
To ensure safe operation of the product, follow the safety guidelines
set out below:
■ Before use, check the headphones for visible external damage.
Do not operate headphones that are damaged or have been
dropped.
■ Protect the cable against damage, for example caused by sharp
edges, hot areas, clamping or crushing.
■ If the cables or connections are damaged, have them replaced
by an authorised specialist or the Customer Service department.
■ Children and persons incapable of operating the headphones
safely due to their physical, intellectual or motor abilities must
only use them under the supervision or direction of a responsible
adult. Permit children to use the headphones only under supervision.
■
DANGER! Do not allow children to play with the packaging
material! Keep all packaging materials away from children.
Risk of suffocation!
■ Repairs to the headphones may only be carried out by authorised
specialist personnel or by the Customer Service department.
Improper repairs may put the user at risk. It will also invalidate
any warranty claims.
■ Repairs to the headphones during the warranty period may only
be carried out by a Customer Service department authorised by
the manufacturer, otherwise no additional warranty claims can
be considered for subsequent damages.
■ Defective components must always be replaced with original
replacement parts. Compliance with the safety requirements
can only be guaranteed by using these replacement parts.
■ Do not carry out any unauthorised reconstruction or customisation
to the headphones.
■ Protect the headphones from moisture and penetration by liquids.

■ DANGER! Do not operate or place the headphones close to
open flames (e.g. candles).
Risk of hearing damage

Risks due to extremely high sound
levels!
Loud music can lead to hearing damage.
► Avoid extreme sound levels, especially over long
periods of time, when you are using these headphones.
Risk of accidents
DANGER
Danger due to impaired perception!
► Acoustic warning and indication signals and ambient noise
can sound different when you are wearing these headphones. Make yourself aware of how these signals deviate
in their sound so that you can recognise the signals in the
appropriate situations.
► Do not use the headphones while driving a vehicle, riding a
bicycle, operating machinery or in any other situation in which
impaired perception of ambient noise could put you or other
people in danger. Please also observe the statutory provisions
and regulations of the country in which you are using the
headphones.

NOTE
► Check the package for completeness and for signs of visible
damage.
► If the delivery is incomplete or damage has occurred as a
result of defective packaging or during transport, contact the
Service hotline (see section Service).
Disposal of packaging materials
The packaging protects the headphones from transport damage.
Returning the packaging into the material cycle conserves
raw materials and reduces the amount of waste generated.
Dispose of packaging materials that are no longer needed
in accordance with applicable local regulations.

Operation
Connecting headphones
The headphones are equipped with a 3.5 mm jack. Many
electronic entertainment devices have a corresponding headphone
socket. If your audio device has been equipped with a different
headphone connector, you may need to use a suitable adapter (not
supplied). To connect the headphones to an airplane entertainment
system use the supplied airplane adapter .
Put on the headphones
■ When putting on the headphones , pay attention to the side
indicators „R“ (right) and „L“ (left) on the earpieces.
■ Position the neck band of the headphones so that the band runs
around the back of your head (see fig. 1).

Storing the headphones
You headphones are supplied with a folding neck band to allow for
space-saving storage.
■ First fold the earpieces backwards and then fold the neck band
together (see figs. 2 + 3).

Cleaning
CAUTION
► Do not allow any liquids to get into the headphones .
This could cause irreparable damage to them.
■ Clean the headphones with a slightly damp cloth.
Storage when not in use
■ Store the headphones in a dry and dust-free location.

Troubleshooting
Fault causes and rectification
The following table will help you to identify and rectify minor malfunctions:

Disposal
The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin means
that this appliance is subject to Directive 2012/19/EU. This
directive states that this appliance may not be disposed of in
the normal household waste at the end of its useful life, but must be
handed over to specially set-up collection locations, recycling depots
or disposal companies.
This disposal is free of charge for the user. Protect the
environment and dispose of this appliance properly.
You can obtain further information from your local disposal company
or the city or local authority.

Notes on the EU Declaration of Conformity
Regarding conformity with essential requirements and other relevant
provisions, this appliance complies with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.
The complete EU Declaration of Conformity is available from the
importer and may be requested if required (see section „Importer“).
Warranty
This appliance is provided with a 3-year warranty valid from the date
of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with care and
inspected meticulously prior to delivery. Please retain your receipt as
proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact
your Customer Service unit by telephone. This is the only way to
guarantee free return of your goods.
NOTE
► The warranty only covers claims for material and manufac-
turing defects, not for damage sustained during carriage,
components subject to wear and tear or damage to fragile
components such as switches and batteries.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial
purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or
improper handling, use of force and modifications/repairs which
have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the
warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components.
Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be
reported immediately after unpacking, but no later than two days
after the date of purchase.

utasítás a termék része. Fontos tudnivalókat tartalmaz a biztonságra,
használatra és ártalmatlanításra vonatkozóan. A termék használata

Biztonsági utasítások
A termék biztonságos használata érdekében tartsa be az alábbi
biztonsági utasításokat:
■ Használat előtt ellenőrizze a fülhallgatót, hogy nincsen-e rajta lát-
ható sérülés. Ne használja a fülhallgatót, ha sérült vagy leesett.
■ Védje a kábelt a sérülésektől, ügyeljen arra, hogy ne érjen éles
szegélyekhez, forró felületekhez, ne szoruljon be és ne törjön
meg.
■ A sérült hálózati kábelt vagy hálózati csatlakozót erre jogosult
szakemberrel vagy az ügyfélszolgálattal cseréltesse ki.
■ Csak felelős személy felügyelete és utasítása mellett használhat-
ják a készüléket gyermekek és olyan csökkent fizikai, érzékszervi
vagy mentális képességű személyek, akik nem képesek biztonságosan kezelni a fülhallgatót. Gyermekeknek csak felügyelet
mellett engedje a fülhallgató használatát.

VESZÉLY! A csomagolóanyag nem gyerekjáték! A csomagoló-
anyagot tartsa távol gyermekektől.
Fulladásveszély áll fenn!
■ A fülhallgatót csak erre jogosult szakemberrel vagy az ügyfél-
szolgálattal javíttassa. A szakszerűtlen javítás veszélyt jelenthet a
használó számára. Ezenkívül a garancia is érvényét veszti.
■ A fülhallgatót a garanciaidő alatt csak a gyártó által erre felha-
talmazott ügyfélszolgálat javíthatja, ellenkező esetben későbbi
károk esetén már nem érvényesíthető a garanciaigény.
■ A hibás alkatrészeket csak eredeti alkatrészekre szabad cserélni.
Csak ezeknél az alkatrészekkel garantálható, hogy megfelelnek
a biztonsági követelményeknek.
■ Ne szerelje át vagy változtassa meg a fülhallgatót önkényesen.
■ Védje a fülhallgatót a nedvességtől, és ne engedje, hogy folyadék
kerüljön bele.

zajok adott esetben másként hallatszanak. Legyen tudatában,

hangzásuktól, hogy a megfelelő helyzetekben fel tudja
ismerni őket.
► Ne használja a fülhallgatót gépjárművezetés, kerékpározás,
gépkezelés közben, vagy olyan helyzetekben, amelyekben
a külső zajok korlátozott észlelése veszélyt jelenthet saját
maga vagy mások számára. Vegye figyelembe azon ország
a jogszabályait és előírásait, ahol a fülhallgatót használja.
