You have selected a high-quality product.
The operating instructions are part of this product.
They contain important information about safety,
usage and disposal. Before using the product,
please familiarise yourself with all operating and
safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for the range of applications specifi ed.
Please also pass these operating instructions on to
any future owner.
Intended use
This steam iron is intended exclusively for the
ironing of textiles. The iron may only be used
indoors and in domestic households. All other use
is deemed to be improper use. It is not suitable for
commercial use!

Safety information
DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
► The rating of the local power supply must correspond with the details
given on the rating plate of the appliance.
► To avoid potential risks, arrange for a defective appliance to be
checked and possibly repaired by qualifi ed technicians, or contact
our Customer Service Department.
► To prevent accidents, have defective plugs and/or power cables
replaced immediately by an authorised specialist technician or our
Customer Service department.
► Always disconnect from the mains power socket by pulling only on
the plug itself, never on the mains cable.
► Never bend (kink) or crush the power cable, always route it in such
a way that it cannot come into contact with hot surfaces and such
that no one can step on or trip over it.
► After every use, before cleaning and when refi lling with tap water,
always remove the plug from the mains power socket.
► Always unroll the power cable fully before switching on and do not
use an extension cable.
► Never touch the power cable or the plug with wet hands.
► Never use the steam iron adjacent to water contained in a bath, shower,
wash basin or other vessels. The proximity of water is hazardous,
even if the appliance is switched off .
► Under no circumstances should you submerge the steam iron in any
liquid or permit liquids to penetrate into the housing of the steam iron.
Do not expose the appliance to humidity and do not use it outdoors.
If any liquid gets into the housing, disconnect the appliance from the
mains power socket immediately and have it repaired by a qualifi ed
technician.

► Do not open the steam iron housing. Have a defective steam iron
repaired only by an authorised technician.
► Do not use the appliance if it shows visible signs of damage, has
fallen or leaks water. Arrange for it to be repaired by qualifi ed
specialists.
► Stop using the appliance if the anti-kink protection on the power
cable is damaged!
► This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or more and
by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised, or have
been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and have understood
the potential risks. Do not allow children to use the appliance as a
plaything. Cleaning and user maintenance may not be carried out
by children unless they are supervised.

► When the steam iron is hot, hold it only by the handle.
► Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
► Never place your hands in the steam spray or on hot metal parts.
► Do not open the fi ller opening for the water tank while the iron is in
use. Allow the steam iron to cool down fi rst and remove the plug from
the power socket.
► When it is switched on or cooling down, the steam iron and its con-
necting cable must be kept out of the reach of children who are
younger than 8 years old.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Never leave the steam iron unattended while it is connected to the
mains power supply.

CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Never leave a hot steam iron unattended if it is switched on or con-
nected to the mains power supply.
► Do not put the steam iron away until it has cooled down completely.
► The steam iron should only be used and set down on stable surfaces.
► Use only the ironing temperatures stated in the care instructions as
suitable for the material. Otherwise, you could damage the textiles.
If you do not know the correct care instructions, start with the lowest
temperature setting.
► Place the steam iron only on level and heat-resistant surfaces.
The steam iron must be stable.
► When you want to put the steam iron down, always place it on its
base.
► If the clothing care instructions forbid ironing, ( symbol), the clothing
item must not be ironed. Ignoring this warning could lead to permanent
damage to the clothing item.
► The water tank should be fi lled only with tap water or distilled water.
Otherwise you will damage the steam iron.
► Do not clean the steam iron with solvents, alcohol or abrasive cleaning
agents. These could damage it.

Before fi rst use
1) Remove the steam iron from the packaging.
2) Remove all stickers and protective fi lms from
the steam iron and from the sole of the iron 9.
WARNING – RISK OF
SUFFOCATION!
Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid the
risks of asphyxiation, keep plastic bags out of
the reach of babies and toddlers.
3) Fill the water tank with water (See the chapter
"Filling the water tank").
4) Insert the plug into a mains power socket supplying an electrical current as detailed on the
rating plate.
5) To switch on the iron and set the temperature,
press the TEMP
11/MAX appears on the display 1.
6) Heat the steam iron up for several minutes at
the highest setting.
7) Activate the steam blast button 5 several times
so that steam comes out of the sole of the iron 9.
8) Then iron over a piece of scrap fabric to remove any production residues that may remain
on the sole of the iron 9.

Automatic switch-off
This steam iron is fi tted with an automatic switch-off
system. This stops the steam iron from heating up.
When the steam iron is resting on its sole 9 and is
not moved for approx. 30 seconds, 6 warning beeps
will sound, "PAUSE" appears and the display 1
lights up red. The steam iron will stop heating up.
To deactivate the automatic switch-off , lift up the
steam iron and move it gently from side to side.
The display 1 lights up blue, the previously set
temperature level is shown and the steam iron
heats up again.
When the steam iron is resting on its base 7 and is
not moved for approx. 8 minutes, 6 warning beeps
will sound, "PAUSE" appears and the display 1
lights up red. The steam iron will stop heating up.
To deactivate the automatic switch-off , lift up the
steam iron and move it gently from side to side.
The display 1 lights up blue, the previously set
temperature level is shown and the steam iron
heats up again.
NOTE
The automatic switch-off is not intended as a
substitute for removing the plug from the mains
power!
It is merely designed to prevent the appliance
from overheating and helps to avoid unnecessary power consumption.
It does not provide fi re protection, however, e.g.
if you place and leave the hot steam iron on
fl ammable material.

Filling the water tank
1) Place the steam iron on the base 7.
2) Open the cover of the fi ller opening for the
water tank q.
3) Using the measuring beaker w, fi ll the water
tank with water to the "MAX" marking, but no
further.
4) Close the cover of the fi ller opening for the
water tank q.
NOTE
If the mains water in your area is rated as hard,
it is recommended that you mix the mains water
with some distilled water. Otherwise, the jets for
the steam blast function could calcify (become
blocked) prematurely.
To extend the optimal steam blast function, mix
mains water with distilled water according to the
table.

garments to see if they are suitable for ironing,
and at which temperature setting.

level appears on the display 1 (see chapter
"Meaning of the display indicators"). Use the
TEMP 2 button to switch to a higher or
lower temperature level.
As soon as the indicator for the material type stops
fl ashing on the display 1 and a beep is heard,
the set temperature has been reached and you can
begin ironing.
NOTE
If you are ironing very dry and creased fabrics,
you can dampen the material using the spray
function. To dampen the material, press the button for the spray function 4.

The steam blast function is especially suitable for
smoothing diffi cult-to-reach parts of a garment.
1) Raise the steam iron slightly.
2) Press the steam blast button 5 for a blast of
steam.
You can also use the steam blast function to smooth
hanging textiles.

Anti-drip system
With conventional steam irons, water can drip
from the sole of the iron 9 if the set temperature
is too low. This steam iron, however, is equipped
with a special anti-drip system (
temperatures, the steam iron automatically switches
off the steam blast function. When this happens,
a "click" can be heard. Set a suitable temperature
level. As soon as this is reached, steam production
is resumed.

Self-cleaning function
1) Fill the water tank to the marking MAX.
2) Insert the plug into the mains power socket.
3) To switch on the iron and set the temperature,
press the TEMP

keep it in this position. For safety reasons, the
steam control 8 does not snap into this position, as this would cause water to drip from the

As soon as a suitable temperature is reached,
steam and boiling water will exit the holes in the
sole of the iron 9. Any impurities that may be
present are fl ushed out.
6) When no more water/steam comes out of the
iron sole, set the steam control 8 to
over a towel or old piece of cloth a few times
to dry the sole of the iron 9 thoroughly.
7) Press the TEMP 2 button repeatedly until
you hear a beep and the display 1 reads

Storage
■ Empty any remaining water from the water tank.
■ Store the cooled-down appliance in a clean,
dust-free and dry location.
Disposal
Never dispose of the appli-
ance in your normal domestic
waste. This product is subject
to the provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved disposal
company or your municipal waste facility. Please
comply with all applicable regulations. Please
contact your waste disposal centre if you are in any
doubt.
The packaging is made from environ-
mentally friendly material and can be
disposed of at your local recycling plant.

Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.

► Do not use aggressive, chemical or abrasive

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from
the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,
you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the
warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the
date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt
in a safe place. This document will be required as
proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within
three years of the date of purchase of the product,
we will either repair or replace the product for you
at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and
the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written
description of the fault and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product
will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair
or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for
defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
eff ected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components. Any damage
and defects present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs
carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall
be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance
with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production
faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts
subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such
as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made
of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been
damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained.
The directions in the operating instructions for the
product regarding proper use of the product are
to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are
discouraged in the operating instructions or which
are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and
not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be
deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling,
use of force and modifi cations/repairs which have
not been carried out by one of our authorised
Service centres.
Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please
observe the following instructions:
■ Please have the till receipt and the item number
(e.g. IAN 12345) available as proof of purchase.
■ You will fi nd the item number on the type plate,
an engraving on the front page of the instructions
(bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the appliance.
■ If functional or other defects occur, please
contact the service department listed either by
telephone or by e-mail.
■ You can return a defective product to us free of
charge to the service address that will be provided
to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what
the defect is and when it occurred.

Instrucţiunile de utilizare fac parte integrantă din
acest produs. Acestea cuprind informaţii importante
privind siguranţa, utilizarea şi eliminarea. Înainte

Utilizarea conform destinaţiei

Indicaţii de siguranţă
PERICOL DE ELECTROCUTARE!
► Tensiunea sursei de curent trebuie să coincidă cu specifi caţiile de pe
plăcuţa de fabricaţie a aparatului.
► Pentru a evita pericolele, aparatele defecte trebuie reparate imediat
de către un atelier de specialitate autorizat sau de către serviciul
clienţi.
► Pentru a evita pericolele, solicitaţi imediat înlocuirea de către perso-
nalul de specialitate autorizat sau de către serviciul clienţi a ştecărelor
sau a cablurilor de alimentare deteriorate.
► Trageţi întotdeauna de ştecăr, nu de cablul de alimentare.
► Nu îndoiţi sau striviţi cablul şi poziţionaţi-l astfel încât să nu intre în
contact cu suprafeţe fi erbinţi şi nimeni să nu calce pe el sau să se
împiedice.
► Scoateţi ştecărul din priză înainte de curăţare, la umplerea cu apă şi
după fi ecare utilizare.
► Desfăşuraţi întotdeauna complet cablul de alimentare înainte de
pornire şi nu utilizaţi prelungitoare.
► Nu puneţi niciodată mâna udă pe cablul de alimentare sau pe ştecăr.
► Nu utilizaţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi în niciun caz în apropierea recipi-
entelor cu apă precum căzi, duşuri, chiuvete etc. Apropierea de apă
este periculoasă chiar dacă aparatul este oprit.
► Este interzisă introducerea fi erului de călcat cu aburi în lichide. Evitaţi
infi ltrarea lichidelor în carcasa fi erului de călcat cu aburi. Nu expuneţi
aparatul mediilor umede şi nu îl utilizaţi în aer liber. Dacă, din întâmplare, în carcasa aparatului se infi ltrează lichide, scoateţi imediat ştecărul din priză şi predaţi aparatul unui specialist în vederea reparării.

PERICOL DE ELECTROCUTARE!
► Nu este permisă deschiderea carcasei fi erului de călcat cu aburi.
Fierul de călcat cu aburi defect poate fi reparat numai de către specialişti califi caţi.
► Nu utilizaţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi dacă prezintă deteriorări vizibile,
dacă a căzut sau dacă din acesta se scurge apă. Mai întâi fi erul de
călcat trebuie reparat de către specialişti califi caţi.
► Nu mai utilizaţi aparatul dacă protecţia antiîndoire este deteriorată!
► Acest aparat poate fi utilizat de copii începând cu vârsta de 8 ani,
cât şi de persoane cu abilităţi fi zice, senzoriale şi mentale reduse sau
fără experienţă şi/sau cunoştinţe necesare, dacă sunt supravegheaţi
sau dacă au fost instruiţi cu privire la utilizarea sigură a acestui aparat şi au înţeles pericolele cu privire la acesta. Copiilor le este interzis
să se joace cu aparatul. Curăţarea şi acţiunile de întreţinere destinate
utilizatorului nu se vor efectua de către copii, fără supraveghere.

► Prindeţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi numai de mâner atunci când este
fi erbinte.
► Copiii trebuie supravegheaţi pentru a vă asigura că nu se joacă cu
aparatul.
► Nu ţineţi mâinile în dreptul jetului de aburi sau pe componentele
metalice fi erbinţi.
► Este interzisă deschiderea orifi ciului de umplere a rezervorului de
apă în timpul utilizării. Mai întâi aşteptaţi ca fi erul de călcat cu aburi
să se răcească şi apoi scoateţi ştecărul din priză.
► În timpul funcţionării şi răcirii, fi erul de călcat cu aburi şi cablul nu
trebuie să fi e accesibile copiilor mai mici de 8 ani.

► Fierul de călcat cu aburi nu trebuie lăsat nesupravegheat în timp ce
este conectat la reţea.
Precauţie! Suprafaţă fi erbinte!
ATENŢIE! PAGUBE MATERIALE!
► Nu lăsaţi niciodată nesupravegheat fi erul de călcat cu aburi fi erbinte
atunci când este conectat la reţeaua de curent sau se afl ă în funcţiune.
► Depozitaţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi numai după ce s-a răcit.
► Fierul de călcat cu aburi trebuie utilizat şi aşezat pe o suprafaţă stabilă.
► Călcaţi numai la temperaturile specifi cate în instrucţiunile de îngrijire
şi adecvate pentru tipul de material. În caz contrar puteţi deteriora
rufele. Dacă nu cunoaşteţi astfel de instrucţiuni de îngrijire, începeţi
cu cea mai mică treaptă de temperatură.
► Aşezaţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi numai pe o suprafaţa plană şi rezis-
tentă la căldură. Fierul de călcat cu aburi trebuie să stea într-o poziţie
stabilă.
► Dacă doriţi să lăsaţi din mână fi erul de călcat cu aburi, aşezaţi-l doar
pe suport.
► În cazul în care instrucţiunile de îngrijire ale hainei interzic călcatul
(simbol ), piesa vestimentară nu trebuie călcată. În caz contrar,
piesa vestimentară poate fi deteriorată.
► Rezervorul de apă trebuie umplut numai cu apă de la reţea/apă
distilată. În caz contrar, fi erul de călcat cu aburi se poate defecta.
► Este interzisă curăţarea fi erului de călcat cu aburi cu solvenţi, alcool
sau cu substanţe de curăţare abrazive. În caz contrar, aparatul se
poate defecta.

Înainte de prima utilizare
1) Scoateţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi din ambalaj.
2) Îndepărtaţi toate autocolantele şi foliile de pe
aparat şi de pe talpa fi erului de călcat 9.
AVERTIZARE - PERICOL DE ASFIXIERE!
Pungile de plastic pot constitui un pericol. Pentru
a evita pericolul de asfi xiere, păstraţi pungile
de plastic departe de accesul bebeluşilor şi al
copiilor mici.
3) Turnaţi apă în rezervor (a se vedea capitolul
„Umplerea rezervorului de apă”).
4) Introduceţi ştecărul într-o priză care corespunde tensiunii specifi cate pe plăcuţa de
fabricaţie.
5) Pentru pornirea fi erului de călcat şi reglarea
temperaturii apăsaţi butonul TEMP
până va fi indicat 11/MAX pe afi şaj 1.
6) Încălziţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi câteva minute
la treapta cea mai înaltă de temperatură.
7) Apăsaţi de câteva ori butonul pentru jetul de
aburi 5 pentru ca din talpa fi erului de călcat
9 să iasă aburi.
8) Călcaţi apoi o bucată de material de care
nu mai aveţi nevoie pentru a îndepărta de pe
talpa fi erului de călcat 9 eventuale impurităţi.
9) Apăsaţi butonul
afi şaj 1 apare scris cu roşu „Standby”.
10) Scoateţi ştecărul din priză.

Oprirea automată
Fierul de călcat cu aburi este dotat cu un sistem de
oprire automată. Acesta opreşte încălzirea fi erului
de călcat cu aburi.
Atunci când aparatul stă pe talpa fi erului de călcat
9 şi nu este mişcat timp de cca 30 de secunde,
sunt emise 6 semnale de avertizare, apare „PAUSE”,
iar afi şajul 1 luminează roşu. Încălzirea fi erului de
călcat cu aburi este oprită.
Pentru a dezactiva oprirea automată, ridicaţi fi erul
de călcat cu aburi şi clătinaţi-l uşor încoace şi
încolo.
Afi şajul 1 luminează albastru, este afi şată treapta
de temperatură setată anterior şi fi erul de călcat cu
aburi încălzeşte din nou.
Când fi erul de călcat cu aburi stă pe suport 7 şi
nu este mişcat pentru cca 8 minute, sunt emise 6
semnale de avertizare, apare „PAUSE” şi afi şajul
1 luminează roşu. Încălzirea fi erului de călcat cu
aburi este oprită.
Pentru a dezactiva oprirea automată, ridicaţi fi erul
de călcat cu aburi şi clătinaţi-l uşor încoace şi
încolo.
Afi şajul 1 luminează albastru, este afi şată treapta
de temperatură setată anterior şi fi erul de călcat cu
aburi încălzeşte din nou.
INDICAŢIE
Oprirea automată nu înlocuieşte scoaterea
ştecărului din priză!
Aceasta doar protejează aparatul împotriva
supraîncălzirii şi evită consumul inutil de curent.
Aceasta nu reprezintă totuşi o protecţie împotriva
incendiului atunci când, de exemplu, aşezaţi
fi erul de călcat cu aburi fi erbinte pe rufe.

Umplerea rezervorului de apă
1) Aşezaţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi pe suport 7.
2) Deschideţi capacul orifi ciului pentru umplerea
rezervorului de apă q.
3) Turnaţi cu paharul gradat w apă de la reţea cel
mult până la marcajul „MAX” al rezervorului
de apă.
4) Închideţi capacul orifi ciului pentru umplerea
rezervorului de apă q.
INDICAŢIE
În cazul în care apa de la reţea din localitatea
dvs. este prea dură, se recomandă amestecarea
acesteia cu apă distilată. În caz contrar, duzele
responsabile pentru funcţionarea jetului de aburi
pot fi acoperite în scurt timp cu calcar.
Pentru prelungirea duratei de funcţionare optime
a jetului de aburi, amestecaţi apa de la reţea cu
apă distilată conform tabelului.

Operarea
Conectarea şi călcarea rufelor
INDICAŢIE
Călcarea uscată, fără aburi se poate efectua la
orice temperatură, călcarea cu aburi fi ind posibilă
doar începând cu treapta de temperatură 8
(
apare suplimentar pe afi şaj 1).
1) Introduceţi ştecărul într-o priză. Este emis un
semnal sonor, iar pe afi şaj 1 apare scris cu
roşu „Standby”.
ATENŢIE – PAGUBE MATERIALE!
În cazul în care instrucţiunile de îngrijire a

hainei interzic călcatul (
tară nu trebuie călcată. În caz contrar, piesa
vestimentară poate fi deteriorată.
2) Verifi caţi instrucţiunile de îngrijire de pe
eticheta din interiorul hainei pentru a afl a dacă
aceasta este adecvată pentru a fi călcată şi
temperatura potrivită pentru călcat.
3) Pentru pornirea fi erului de călcat apăsaţi
butonul TEMP
va fi indicată treapta de temperatură adecvată
(a se vedea capitolul „Semnifi caţia afi şajului”).

Călcarea cu jet de aburi
Jetul de aburi este adecvat în special pentru a
netezi zonele mai greu accesibile ale rufelor.
1) Ridicaţi puţin fi erul de călcat cu aburi.
2) Pentru a genera jet de aburi apăsaţi butonul
pentru jet de aburi 5.
Cu ajutorul jetului de aburi pot fi netezite şi textilele
agăţate.
Scoaterea din funcţiune a fi erului de
călcat cu aburi
1) Scoateţi ştecărul din priză.
2) Goliţi rezervorul de apă şi curăţaţi talpa fi erului
de călcat 9.
3) Aşezaţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi răcit pe suport
7.
Sistemul antipicurare
În cazul fi arelor de călcat cu aburi obişnuite este
posibil ca la o temperatură de călcare prea redusă,
din talpa fi erului de călcat 9 să picure apă.
Însă acest fi er de călcat cu aburi prezintă o caracteristică numită sistem antipicurare ( ).
Fierul de călcat cu aburi opreşte automat jetul de
aburi la temperaturi reduse. Când se întâmplă
acest lucru, se aude un „clic”. Reglaţi atunci o temperatură adecvată. La atingerea acestei temperaturi se continuă procesul de generare a aburului.
Ţineţi fi erul de călcat vertical şi apăsaţi
butonul pentru jetul de aburi 5.
Oprirea temporară a fi erului de

ATENŢIE - PERICOL DE INCENDIU!
Nu lăsaţi niciodată nesupravegheat fi erul de călcat cu aburi fi erbinte atunci când este conectat
la reţeaua de curent sau se afl ă în funcţiune.

nu se blochează în această poziţie, deoarece
altfel ar picura continuu apă din talpa fi erului
de călcat 9.
5) Ţineţi fi erul de călcat cu aburi orizontal deasupra
unui vas de colectare.

La atingerea temperaturii adecvate, din orifi ciile de
evacuare a aburilor din talpa fi erului de călcat 9
ies aburi şi apă clocotită. Astfel sunt eliminate
eventualele impurităţi.
6) După ce din talpa fi erului de călcat nu mai ies
apă/aburi, aşezaţi butonul pentru reglarea
aburului 8 în poziţia
cu fi erul de călcat peste un prosop sau peste
o bucată veche de material, pentru a usca
temeinic talpa fi erului de călcat 9.
7) Apăsaţi butonul TEMP 2 până când este
emis un semnal sonor, iar pe afi şaj 1 apare
scris cu roşu „Standby”.
8) Scoateţi ştecărul din priză.
9) Înainte de a-l pune deoparte, lăsaţi fi erul de
călcat cu aburi să se răcească.

PERICOL DE ELECTROCUTARE!
► Înainte de a curăţa aparatul, scoateţi întot-
deauna ştecărul din priză.
► Nu deschideţi niciodată carcasa aparatului.
În caz contrar există pericol de moarte prin
electrocutare.
Depozitarea
■ Goliţi apa care se mai găseşte în rezervorul de
apă.
■ Păstraţi aparatul răcit într-un loc curat, lipsit de
praf şi uscat.
Eliminarea
În niciun caz nu aruncaţi
aparatul în gunoiul menajer
obişnuit. Acest produs face
obiectul Directivei europene
2012/19/EU.
Eliminaţi aparatul prin intermediul unei fi rme autorizate sau prin intermediul serviciului local de eliminare a deşeurilor. Respectaţi prevederile actuale în
vigoare. Dacă aveţi nelămuriri, contactaţi serviciul
local de eliminare a deşeurilor.
Ambalajul este format din materiale
ecologice pe care le puteţi elimina prin
intermediul centrelor locale de reciclare.

Pentru acest aparat se acordă o garanţie de 3 ani
de la data cumpărării. În cazul în care produsul
prezintă defecte, benefi ciaţi de drepturi legale faţă
de vânzătorul produsului. Aceste drepturi legale
nu sunt limitate prin garanţia noastră prezentată în
cele ce urmează.
Condiţii de garanţie
Perioada de garanţie începe de la data cumpărării. Păstraţi cu grijă bonul fi scal original. Acesta este
necesar pentru a dovedi cumpărarea.
Dacă în decurs de trei ani de la data cumpărării
acestui produs apare un defect de material sau de
fabricaţie, produsul va fi reparat sau înlocuit de către
noi – la alegerea noastră – în mod gratuit. Garanţia presupune ca în timpul perioadei de trei ani să
se prezinte aparatul defect şi dovada cumpărării
(bonul fi scal), precum şi o scurtă descriere în scris, în
care să se specifi ce în ce constă defectul şi când a
apărut acesta.
Dacă defectul este acoperit de garanţia noastră, veţi
primi înapoi produsul reparat sau unul nou. Odată
cu reparaţia sau înlocuirea produsului nu începe o
nouă perioadă de garanţie.
Domeniul de aplicare a garanţiei
Aparatul a fost produs cu grijă, în conformitate cu
orientările stricte privind calitatea şi verifi cat cu
rigurozitate înaintea livrării.
Garanţia se acordă în caz de defecte de material
sau de fabricaţie. Această garanţie nu se extinde
asupra componentelor produsului care sunt expuse
uzurii normale şi care, prin urmare, pot fi considerate
piese de uzură sau asupra deteriorărilor apărute
la componentele fragile, de exemplu comutatoare, acumulatori, forme de copt sau componente
realizate din sticlă.
Această garanţie se pierde în cazul în care produsul a fost deteriorat, a fost utilizat sau întreţinut în
mod necorespunzător. Pentru utilizarea corespunzătoare a produsului trebuie respectate cu stricteţe
toate indicaţiile prezentate în instrucţiunile de utilizare. Trebuie evitate în mod obligatoriu utilizările şi
acţiunile nerecomandate sau care fac obiectul unor
avertizări în cadrul instrucţiunilor de utilizare.
Aparatul este destinat numai uzului privat şi nu
utilizărilor comerciale. În cazul manevrării abuzive
sau necorespunzătoare, al uzului de forţă şi al intervenţiilor care nu au fost realizate de către fi liala
noastră autorizată de service, garanţia îşi pierde
valabilitatea.
Perioada de garanţie şi pretenţiile legale
privind defectele
Perioada de garanţie nu este prelungită după
efectuarea reparaţiilor realizate în perioada de
garanţie. Acest lucru este valabil şi pentru piesele
înlocuite şi reparate.
Eventualele deteriorări şi defi cienţe prezente deja
la cumpărare trebuie semnalate imediat după dezambalarea produsului. Reparaţiile necesare după
expirarea perioadei de garanţie se efectuează
contra cost.

Procedura de acordare a garanţiei
Pentru a se asigura prelucrarea rapidă a solicitării
dvs., urmaţi instrucţiunile de mai jos:
■ Pentru toate solicitările păstraţi la îndemână
bonul fi scal şi numărul articolului (de exemplu
IAN 12345) ca dovadă a cumpărării.
■ Numărul articolului poate fi consultat pe plăcuţa
de caracteristici, pe o gravură, pe coperta
instrucţiunilor (în partea stângă, jos) sau pe
autocolantul de pe partea din spate sau de jos.
■ În cazul în care apar defecte funcţionale sau
alte defecţiuni, contactaţi mai întâi telefonic
sau prin e-mail departamentul de service
menţionat în continuare.
■ Apoi puteţi expedia produsul înregistrat ca fi ind
defect la adresa de service care v-a fost comunicată, fără a plăti taxe poştale, anexând dovada
cumpărării (bonul fi scal) şi indicând în ce constă
defectul şi când a apărut acesta.

Εισαγωγή
Συγχαρητήρια για την αγορά της νέας σας
συσκευής.
Αποφασίσατε έτσι για την απόκτηση ενός προϊόντος υψηλής ποιότητας. Οι οδηγίες χρήσης είναι
τμήμα αυτού του προϊόντος. Περιέχουν σημαντικές
υποδείξεις για την ασφάλεια, τη χρήση και την
απόρριψη. Πριν από τη χρήση του προϊόντος,
εξοικειωθείτε με όλες τις υποδείξεις χειρισμού και
ασφάλειας. Χρησιμοποιείτε το προϊόν μόνο όπως
περιγράφεται και για τους αναφερόμενους τομείς
χρήσης. Παραδώστε όλα τα έγγραφα σε περίπτωση παράδοσης του προϊόντος σε τρίτους.
Προβλεπόμενη χρήση
Το ατμοσίδερο προορίζεται αποκλειστικά για το
σιδέρωμα ρούχων. Επιτρέπεται να το χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο εντός κλειστών χώρων και σε ιδιωτικά
νοικοκυριά. Όλες οι άλλες χρήσεις ισχύουν ως μη
σύμφωνες με τους κανονισμούς. Μην το χρησιμοποιείτε για επαγγελματικό σκοπό!

Υποδείξεις ασφαλείας
ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ!
► Η τάση της πηγής ρεύματος πρέπει να συμφωνεί με τα στοιχεία που
αναγράφονται στην πινακίδα τύπου της συσκευής.
► Μια ελαττωματική συσκευή πρέπει να επισκευάζεται εγκαίρως από
ένα εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο ή πρέπει να απευθύνεστε στο τμήμα
εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, ώστε να αποφεύγετε κινδύνους.
► Τα βύσματα ή τα καλώδια που έχουν υποστεί βλάβη πρέπει να
αντικαθίστανται αμέσως από εξουσιοδοτημένο εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό ή από το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, ώστε να αποφεύγονται
κίνδυνοι.
► Τραβάτε πάντα μόνο από το βύσμα, ποτέ από το καλώδιο.
► Μην κάμπτετε ή συμπιέζετε το καλώδιο και τοποθετείτε το έτσι ώστε να
μην έρχεται σε επαφή με καυτές επιφάνειες και να μην μπορεί κανείς
να πατάει ή να σκοντάφτει επάνω σε αυτό.
► Τραβάτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα πριν από τον καθαρισμό, κατά την
πλήρωση με νερό της βρύσης και μετά από κάθε χρήση.
► Πριν από την ενεργοποίηση, ξετυλίγετε πάντα εντελώς το καλώδιο και
μη χρησιμοποιείτε καλώδια επέκτασης.
► Ποτέ μην πιάνετε το καλώδιο ή το βύσμα με βρεγμένα χέρια.
► Σε καμία περίπτωση μη χρησιμοποιείτε το ατμοσίδερο κοντά σε νερό,
το οποίο βρίσκεται σε μπανιέρες, ντους, νιπτήρες ή σε άλλα δοχεία.
Υπάρχει κίνδυνος από την ύπαρξη νερού, ακόμα και όταν η συσκευή
είναι εκτός ρεύματος.
► Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται να βυθίζετε το ατμοσίδερο σε
υγρά και δεν επιτρέπεται να αφήνετε να εισχωρούν υγρά στο περίβλημά του. Απαγορεύεται η έκθεση της συσκευής σε υγρασία, καθώς
και η χρήση της σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Στην περίπτωση που εισχωρήσει, πάντως, υγρό στο περίβλημα της συσκευής, αποσυνδέστε
αμέσως το βύσμα της συσκευής από την πρίζα και αναθέστε την
επισκευή σε εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό.

► Δεν επιτρέπεται να ανοίγετε το περίβλημα του ατμοσίδερου. Το ελατ-
τωματικό ατμοσίδερο επιτρέπεται να επισκευάζεται μόνο από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό.
► Μη χρησιμοποιείτε το ατμοσίδερο σε καμία περίπτωση όταν έχει
εμφανείς φθορές, εάν έχει πέσει κάτω ή εάν τρέχει νερό. Πρέπει
πρώτα να γίνει επισκευή από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό.
► Μη συνεχίζετε τη χρήση της συσκευής, εάν η προστασία συστροφής
του καλωδίου έχει φθαρεί!
► Αυτή η συσκευή μπορεί να χρησιμοποιείται από παιδιά άνω των 8 ετών
και από άτομα με μειωμένες φυσικές, αισθητηριακές ή νοητικές δυνατότητες ή με έλλειψη εμπειρίας και/ή γνώσεων, εφόσον επιτηρούνται
ή εάν έχουν εκπαιδευτεί αναφορικά με την ασφαλή χρήση της συσκευής και έχουν κατανοήσει τους τυχόν επακόλουθους κινδύνους.
Τα παιδιά δεν επιτρέπεται να παίζουν με τη συσκευή. Ο καθαρισμός
και η συντήρηση χρήστη δεν επιτρέπεται να διεξάγονται από παιδιά,
χωρίς επιτήρηση.

► Πιάνετε το ατμοσίδερο μόνο από τη χειρολαβή όταν είναι ζεστό.
► Τα παιδιά πρέπει να επιτηρούνται, ώστε να είναι βέβαιο ότι δεν παίζουν
με τη συσκευή.
► Ποτέ μην έχετε τα χέρια σας στο σημείο ώθησης ατμού ή σε καυτά
μεταλλικά τμήματα.
► Κατά τη λειτουργία, μην ανοίγετε το στόμιο πλήρωσης για το δοχείο
νερού. Αφήστε πρώτα το ατμοσίδερο να κρυώσει και τραβήξτε το
βύσμα από την πρίζα.
► Το ατμοσίδερο και το καλώδιο σύνδεσής του πρέπει κατά την ενεργο-
ποίηση ή το κρύωμα να βρίσκονται εκτός εμβέλειας των παιδιών, τα
οποία είναι μικρότερα των 8 ετών.

► Μην αφήνετε ανεπιτήρητο το ατμοσίδερο ενώ είναι συνδεδεμένο στο
δίκτυο.
Προσοχή! Καυτή επιφάνεια!
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ!
► Ποτέ μην αφήνετε ανεπιτήρητο ένα ατμοσίδερο, το οποίο είναι συνδε-
δεμένο στο δίκτυο ρεύματος ή ενεργοποιημένο.
► Αποθηκεύετε το ατμοσίδερο μόνο εφόσον έχει κρυώσει.
► Το ατμοσίδερο πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται και να τοποθετείται επάνω
σε μια σταθερή επιφάνεια.
► Σιδερώνετε μόνο σύμφωνα με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις θερμοκρα-
σίας που αναφέρονται στις υποδείξεις περιποίησης και στο υλικό
υφάσματος. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση, μπορεί να φθείρετε τα ρούχα. Εάν δε γνωρίζετε τις υποδείξεις περιποίησης, τότε ξεκινήστε με
την ελάχιστη ρύθμιση θερμοκρασίας.
► Τοποθετείτε το ατμοσίδερο μόνο επάνω σε μία επίπεδη και θερμανθε-
κτική επιφάνεια. Το ατμοσίδερο πρέπει να είναι σταθερό.
► Εάν θέλετε να αφήσετε το ατμοσίδερο, να το τοποθετείτε μόνο επάνω
στην υποδοχή.
► Εάν οι υποδείξεις περιποίησης στο ρούχο απαγορεύουν το σιδέρωμα
(σύμβολο ), τότε δεν επιτρέπεται να το σιδερώσετε. Σε διαφορετική
περίπτωση, μπορεί να το καταστρέψετε.
► Επιτρέπεται να γεμίζετε το δοχείο νερού αποκλειστικά με νερό βρύ-
σης/αποσταγμένο νερό. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση, θα καταστρέψετε το
ατμοσίδερο.
► Δεν επιτρέπεται να καθαρίζετε το ατμοσίδερο με διαλυτικά μέσα, οινό-
πνευμα ή τριβικά καθαριστικά μέσα. Διαφορετικά μπορεί να το φθείρετε.

Πριν την πρώτη χρήση
1) Απομακρύνετε το ατμοσίδερο από τη συσκευασία.
2) Απομακρύνετε όλα τα αυτοκόλλητα και τα
μέρη μεμβρανών από το ατμοσίδερο και από
τον πάτο του σίδερου 9.
ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ - ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ
ΑΣΦΥΞΙΑΣ!
Οι πλαστικές σακούλες μπορεί να είναι επικίνδυνες. Για να αποφύγετε τον κίνδυνο πνιγμού,
φυλάξτε τις πλαστικές σακούλες εκτός εμβέλειας
των παιδιών και βρεφών.
3) Γεμίστε το δοχείο νερού με νερό (βλ. Κεφάλαιο
«Πλήρωση δοχείου νερού»).
4) Τοποθετήστε το βύσμα σε μία πρίζα που να
αντιστοιχεί στην αναγραφόμενη τάση στην
πινακίδα τύπου.
5) Για να ενεργοποιήσετε το σίδερο και να ρυθμίσετε τη θερμοκρασία, πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP
3, έως ότου στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί
η ένδειξη 11/MAX.
6) Θερμάνετε το ατμοσίδερο μερικά λεπτά στην
υψηλότερη βαθμίδα.
7) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο ώθησης ατμού 5 μερικές
φορές, ώστε να αρχίσει να εξέρχεται ατμός
από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9.
8) Σιδερώστε, στη συνέχεια, ένα άχρηστο κομμάτι
ύφασμα, για να εξαλείψετε ενδεχόμενες ακαθαρσίες από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9.
9) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο
στην οθόνη 1 ανάψει με κόκκινο η ένδειξη
Standby.
10) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα.
TEMP 2, έως ότου
Αυτόματη απενεργοποίηση
Το ατμοσίδερο είναι εξοπλισμένο με μια λειτουργία
αυτόματης απενεργοποίησης. Αυτή η λειτουργία
σταματάει τη θέρμανση του ατμοσίδερου.
Όταν το ατμοσίδερο είναι στην υποδοχή 9 και
για περ. 30 δευτερόλεπτα δεν κινείται, ακούγονται
6 προειδοποιητικά ηχητικά σήματα, εμφανίζεται η
ένδειξη «PAUSE» και η οθόνη 1 ανάβει κόκκινη.
Η θέρμανση του ατμοσίδερου σταματάει.
Για να απενεργοποιήσετε την αυτόματη απενεργοποίηση, σηκώστε το ατμοσίδερο και κουνήστε το
λίγο πέρα-δώθε.
Η οθόνη 1 ανάβει μπλε, εμφανίζεται η προηγουμένως ρυθμισμένη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας και το
ατμοσίδερο θερμαίνεται εκ νέου.
Όταν το ατμοσίδερο είναι στην υποδοχή 7 και για
περ. 8 λεπτά δεν κινείται, ακούγονται 6 προειδοποιητικά ηχητικά σήματα, εμφανίζεται η ένδειξη
«PAUSE» και η οθόνη 1 ανάβει κόκκινη.
Η θέρμανση του ατμοσίδερου σταματάει.
Για να απενεργοποιήσετε την αυτόματη απενεργοποίηση, σηκώστε το ατμοσίδερο και κουνήστε το
λίγο πέρα-δώθε.
Η οθόνη 1 ανάβει μπλε, εμφανίζεται η προηγουμένως ρυθμισμένη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας και το
ατμοσίδερο θερμαίνεται εκ νέου.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Η αυτόματη απενεργοποίηση δεν αντικαθιστά
την αποσύνδεση του βύσματος από την πρίζα!
Προστατεύει απλά τη συσκευή από την υπερθέρμανση και αποτρέπει την άσκοπη κατανάλωση
ρεύματος.
Δεν αποτελεί όμως προστασία από πυρκαγιά,
εάν π.χ. τοποθετήσετε το καυτό ατμοσίδερο
επάνω στα ρούχα.

Πλήρωση δοχείου νερού
1) Τοποθετήστε το ατμοσίδερο στην υποδοχή 7.
2) Ανοίξτε το καπάκι του στομίου πλήρωσης για
το δοχείο νερού q.
3) Γεμίστε με το δοχείο μέτρησης w νερό από τη
βρύση έως το μέγιστο στη σήμανση «MAX»
στο δοχείο νερού.
4) Ανοίξτε το καπάκι του στομίου πλήρωσης για
το δοχείο νερού q.
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Εάν το νερό βρύσης της περιοχής σας είναι
πολύ σκληρό, προτείνεται να αναμίξετε το νερό
βρύσης με αποσταγμένο νερό. Αλλιώς, τα
ακροφύσια ώθησης ατμού μπορεί να γεμίσουν
πρόωρα με άλατα.
Για την παράταση της άψογης λειτουργίας
ώθησης ατμού, αναμίξτε το νερό βρύσης με
αποσταγμένο νερό σύμφωνα με τον πίνακα.

1) Συνδέστε το βύσμα σε μια πρίζα. Ακούγεται ένα
ηχητικό σήμα και στην οθόνη 1 εμφανίζεται
με κόκκινο η ένδειξη «Standby».

Εάν οι υποδείξεις φροντίδας στο ρούχο

απαγορεύουν το σιδέρωμα (
επιτρέπεται να το σιδερώσετε. Σε διαφορετική
περίπτωση, μπορεί να καταστρέψετε το ρούχο.
2) Ελέγξτε τις υποδείξεις φροντίδας στην ετικέτα
του ρούχου και το εάν ενδείκνυται το σιδέρωμα
σε αυτό και σε ποια θερμοκρασία.
3) Για να ενεργοποιήσετε το σίδερο, πιέστε
το πλήκτρο TEMP
οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί η κατάλληλη βαθμίδα
θερμοκρασίας (βλ. Κεφάλαιο «Σημασία της
ένδειξης οθόνης»). Με το πλήκτρο
μπορείτε να αλλάξετε από μία υψηλή σε μία
χαμηλότερη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας.
Μόλις η ένδειξη του είδους υφάσματος σταματήσει
να αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη 1 και ακουστεί ένα
ηχητικό σήμα, έχει επιτευχθεί η ρυθμισμένη θερμοκρασία και μπορείτε να ξεκινήσετε το σιδέρωμα.

ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Εάν σιδερώνετε πολύ στεγνά και τσαλακωμένα
ρούχα, μπορείτε να τα υγράνετε με τη βοήθεια της
λειτουργίας ψεκασμού. Για να υγράνετε τα ρούχα,
πιέστε το πλήκτρο λειτουργίας ψεκασμού 4.
Σιδέρωμα με ατμό
ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ
Πρέπει να έχει ρυθμιστεί τουλάχιστον η βαθμίδα
θερμοκρασίας 8. Αλλιώς, δεν μπορεί να δημιουργηθεί ατμός.
■ Ρυθμίστε με το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 την επιθυμητή
ένταση ατμού:
– Εάν περιστρέψετε το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 προς
την κατεύθυνση

τον πάτο του 9 εξέρχεται ατμός.
■ Εάν ρυθμίσετε το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 στο , ή
κρατήσετε το ατμοσίδερο κάθετα, δεν εξέρχεται
ατμός από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9.

Σιδέρωμα με ώθηση ατμού
Η ώθηση ατμού ενδείκνυται ειδικά για το ίσιωμα
σε δύσκολα προσβάσιμα σημεία των ρούχων.
1) Σηκώστε λίγο το ατμοσίδερο.
2) Για ώθηση του ατμού, πιέστε το πλήκτρο ώθησης
ατμού 5.
Με τη βοήθεια της ώθησης ατμού μπορείτε επίσης
να ισιώσετε υφάσματα που κρέμονται.
Κρατήστε το ατμοσίδερο κάθετα και
πατήστε το πλήκτρο ώθησης ατμού 5.
Προσωρινή απενεργοποίηση του
ατμοσίδερου
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ - ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΠΥΡΚΑΓΙΑΣ!
Ποτέ μην αφήνετε ανεπιτήρητο ένα ατμοσίδερο,
το οποίο είναι συνδεδεμένο στο δίκτυο ρεύματος
ή ενεργοποιημένο.
1) Για να απενεργοποιήσετε το ατμοσίδερο, πιέστε
και κρατήστε το πλήκτρο TEMP
πλήκτρο
ηχητικό σήμα και στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί με
κόκκινο η ένδειξη «Standby».

1) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα.

αφού κρυώσει.
Σύστημα διακοπής σταξίματος
Σε σύνηθες σιδέρωμα με ατμό και με μικρή θερμοκρασία σιδερώματος, μπορεί να στάξει νερό από
τον πάτο του σίδερου 9. Αυτό το ατμοσίδερο διαθέτει ένα εξοπλιστικό χαρακτηριστικό, το σύστημα
διακοπής σταξίματος ( ). Το ατμοσίδερο απενεργοποιεί αυτόματα την ώθηση ατμού
σε χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες. Όταν συμβεί αυτό
ακούγεται ένα «κλικ». Ρυθμίστε τότε μία κατάλληλη
θερμοκρασία. Μόλις αυτή επιτευχθεί, η παραγωγή
ατμού συνεχίζεται.
Καθαρισμός
Λειτουργία αυτοκαθαρισμού
1) Γεμίστε το δοχείο νερού μέχρι τη σήμανση
MAX.
2) Βάλτε το βύσμα στην πρίζα.
3) Για να ενεργοποιήσετε το σίδερο και να ρυθμίσετε τη θερμοκρασία, πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP
3, έως ότου στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί
η ένδειξη 11/MAX.
4) Περιστρέψτε το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 τόσο, έως
ότου εμφανιστεί η ένδειξη «SELFCLEAN» και
κρατήστε τον σε αυτή τη θέση. Για λόγους
ασφαλείας, ο ρυθμιστής ατμού 8 δεν ασφαλίζει σε αυτή τη θέση, αλλιώς θα έτρεχε συνεχώς
νερό από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9.
5) Κρατήστε το ατμοσίδερο σε οριζόντια θέση
επάνω από μία λεκάνη.

Μόλις επιτευχθεί η κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία, βγαίνει ατμός και βραστό νερό από τις οπές εξόδου
ατμού στον πάτο του σίδερου 9. Τυχόν υπάρχουσες ακαθαρσίες αποπλένονται και εκρέουν προς
τα έξω.
6) Μόλις σταματήσει να εξέρχεται νερό / ατμός
από τον πάτο του σίδερου, θέστε το ρυθμιστή
ατμού 8 στη θέση
μερικές φορές επάνω από ένα πανί ή ένα
παλιό κομμάτι ύφασμα, ώστε ο πάτος 9 να
στεγνώσει καλά.
7) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 2, έως ότου ακουστεί ένας ήχος και στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί
με κόκκινο η ένδειξη Standby.
8) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα.
9) Αφήστε το ατμοσίδερο να κρυώσει, πριν το
αποθηκεύσετε.

Περίβλημα
ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ!
► Πριν από τον καθαρισμό της συσκευής,
τραβάτε πάντα το βύσμα από την πρίζα.
► Ποτέ μην ανοίγετε το περίβλημα της συσκευ-
ής. Αλλιώς, υπάρχει κίνδυνος θανάτου λόγω
ηλεκτροπληξίας.
Φύλαξη
■ Αδειάστε νερό που τυχόν υπάρχει ακόμη μέσα
στο δοχείο νερού.
■ Φυλάτε τη συσκευή αφού κρυώσει σε έναν
καθαρό και στεγνό χώρο χωρίς σκόνη.
Απόρριψη
Σε καμία περίπτωση μην
απορρίπτετε τη συσκευή
στα οικιακά απορρίμματα.
Αυτό το προϊόν υπόκειται
στην Ευρωπαϊκή Οδηγία
2012/19/ΕU.
Απορρίπτετε τη συσκευή μέσω μιας εγκεκριμένης
επιχείρησης απόρριψης ή μέσω της κοινοτικής
επιχείρησης απόρριψης. Τηρείτε τις ισχύουσες
προδιαγραφές. Σε περίπτωση αμφιβολιών, επικοινωνείτε με την αρμόδια επιχείρηση απόρριψης.
Η συσκευασία αποτελείται από φιλικά
προς το περιβάλλον υλικά, τα οποία
μπορείτε να απορρίψετε μέσω των
τοπικών υπηρεσιών ανακύκλωσης.

Η παρούσα συσκευή διαθέτει 3 χρόνια εγγύηση
από την ημερομηνία αγοράς. Στην περίπτωση
ελλείψεων στο προϊόν έχετε νομικά δικαιώματα
έναντι του πωλητή του προϊόντος. Αυτά τα νομικά
δικαιώματα δεν περιορίζονται μέσω της κατωτέρω
αναφερόμενης εγγύησης.
Προϋποθέσεις εγγύησης
Η περίοδος εγγύησης ξεκινάει κατά την ημερομηνία
αγοράς. Φυλάξτε καλά την πρωτότυπη απόδειξη
ταμείου. Αυτό το έγγραφο απαιτείται ως απόδειξη
για την αγορά.
Εάν, εντός τριών ετών από την ημερομηνία αγοράς,
προκύψει στο προϊόν αυτό σφάλμα υλικού ή
κατασκευής, κατόπιν κρίσης μας, επισκευάζουμε
ή αντικαθιστούμε το προϊόν για εσάς δωρεάν.
Η παρούσα εγγύηση προϋποθέτει ότι εντός της
περιόδου τριών ετών η ελαττωματική συσκευή και
η απόδειξη αγοράς (απόδειξη ταμείου) θα υποβληθούν μαζί με σύντομη περιγραφή σχετικά με το
που βρίσκεται η έλλειψη και πότε προέκυψε.
Εάν το ελάττωμα καλύπτεται από την εγγύησή μας,
θα λάβετε το επισκευασμένο ή ένα νέο προϊόν.
Εύρος εγγύησης
Η συσκευή κατασκευάστηκε σύμφωνα με αυστηρές
οδηγίες ποιότητας και ελέγχθηκε προσεκτικά πριν
από την αποστολή.
Η απόδοση εγγύησης ισχύει για σφάλματα υλικού
ή κατασκευής. Η παρούσα εγγύηση δεν εκτείνεται
σε τμήματα του προϊόντος, τα οποία εκτίθενται σε
φυσιολογική φθορά και έτσι μπορεί να θεωρούνται
εξαρτήματα φθοράς ή για ζημιές σε εύθραυστα
εξαρτήματα, π.χ. διακόπτες, συσσωρευτές, ταψιά ή
εξαρτήματα που είναι κατασκευασμένα από γυαλί.
Η παρούσα εγγύηση ακυρώνεται εάν προκληθεί
ζημιά στο προϊόν, εάν δεν γίνεται σωστή χρήση ή
συντήρηση. Για μια σωστή χρήση του προϊόντος
πρέπει να τηρούνται επακριβώς οι αναφερόμενες
υποδείξεις στις οδηγίες χειρισμού. Σκοποί χρήσης
και χειρισμοί που δεν συνιστώνται ή για τους οποίους
υπάρχει προειδοποίηση πρέπει απαραίτητα να
αποφεύγονται.
Το προϊόν προορίζεται μόνο για ιδιωτική και όχι
για επαγγελματική χρήση. Σε περίπτωση κακής μεταχείρισης και ακατάλληλης χρήσης, χρήσης βίας
και παρεμβάσεων, οι οποίες δεν διεξήχθησαν από
το εξουσιοδοτημένο μας τμήμα σέρβις, η εγγύηση
παύει να ισχύει.
Περίοδος εγγύησης και νομικές απαιτήσεις
λόγω ελλείψεων
Ο χρόνος εγγύησης δεν παρατείνεται μέσω της παροχής εγγύησης. Αυτό ισχύει και για εξαρτήματα,
τα οποία έχουν αντικατασταθεί και επισκευαστεί.
Ενδεχόμενες ήδη υπάρχουσες ζημιές και ελλείψεις
κατά την αγορά πρέπει να γνωστοποιούνται αμέσως μετά την αποσυσκευασία. Μετά τη λήξη του
χρόνου εγγύησης, τυχόν εμφανιζόμενες επισκευές
χρεώνονται.

Διαδικασία σε περίπτωση εγγύησης
Για την εξασφάλιση γρήγορης επεξεργασίας του
ζητήματός σας, τηρείτε τις ακόλουθες υποδείξεις:
■ Για όλες τις ερωτήσεις έχετε έτοιμη την απόδειξη
αγοράς και τον κωδικό προϊόντος (π.χ. ΙΑΝ
12345) ως απόδειξη για την αγορά.
■ Μπορείτε να βρείτε τον κωδικό προϊόντος στην
πινακίδα τύπου, χαραγμένο, στην πρώτη σελίδα
των οδηγιών σας (κάτω αριστερά) ή σε αυτοκόλλητο στην πίσω ή κάτω πλευρά.
■ Εάν προκύψουν σφάλματα λειτουργίας ή άλλες

Sicherheitshinweise
GEFAHR - ELEKTRISCHER SCHLAG!
► Die Spannung der Stromquelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem Ty-
penschild des Gerätes übereinstimmen.
► Lassen Sie ein defektes Gerät umgehend von einer qualifi zierten
Fachwerkstatt instand setzen, oder wenden Sie sich an den Kundenservice, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort von au-
torisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice austauschen, um

► Ziehen Sie immer nur am Netzstecker, niemals am Netzkabel.
► Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht und verlegen Sie

► Fassen Sie das Netzkabel oder den Netzstecker niemals mit feuchten
Händen an.
► Benutzen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen keinesfalls in der Nähe von
Wasser, das in Badewannen, Duschen, Waschbecken oder anderen
Gefäßen enthalten ist. Die Nähe von Wasser stellt eine Gefahr dar,
auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
► Sie dürfen das Dampfbügeleisen keinesfalls in eine Flüssigkeit tau-
chen und keine Flüssigkeiten in das Gerätegehäuse des Dampfbügeleisens gelangen lassen. Sie dürfen das Gerät keiner Feuchtigkeit
aussetzen und nicht im Freien benutzen. Falls doch einmal Flüssigkeit
in das Gerätegehäuse gelangt, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker des
Geräts aus der Netzsteckdose und lassen Sie es von qualifi ziertem

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
1) Entnehmen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen aus der
Verpackung.
2) Entfernen Sie alle Aufkleber und Folienteile
vom Dampfbügeleisen und der Bügelsohle 9.
WARNUNG - ERSTICKUNGSGEFAHR!
Plastiktüten können eine Gefahr darstellen. Um
Erstickungsgefahr zu vermeiden, bewahren Sie
die Plastiktüten außerhalb der Reichweite von
Babies und Kleinkindern auf.
3) Füllen Sie Wasser in den Wassertank (siehe
Kapitel „Wassertank befüllen“).
4) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteckdose, die der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Spannung entspricht.
5) Um das Bügeleisen einzuschalten und die
Temperatur einzustellen, drücken Sie die Taste
TEMP
1 angezeigt wird.
6) Heizen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen einige Minuten auf der höchsten Stufe auf.
7) Betätigen Sie die Taste Dampfstoß 5 einige
Male, so dass Dampf aus der Bügelsohle 9
austritt.
8) Bügeln Sie dann ein nicht mehr benötigtes
Stück Stoff , um eventuelle Unreinheiten von der
Bügelsohle 9 zu beseitigen.
9) Drücken Sie so oft die Taste
das Display 1 in roter Schrift Standby anzeigt.
10) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.

Automatische Abschaltung
Das Dampfbügeleisen ist mit einer automatischen
Abschaltung ausgestattet. Diese stoppt das Heizen
des Dampfbügeleisens.
Wenn das Dampfbügeleisen auf der Bügelsohle
9 steht und es für ca. 30 Sekunden nicht bewegt
wird, erklingen 6 Warntöne, „PAUSE“ erscheint
und das Display 1 leuchtet rot. Das Heizen des
Dampfbügeleisens wird gestoppt.
Um die automatische Abschaltung zu deaktivieren,
heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen an und schwenken Sie es leicht hin und her.
Das Display 1 leuchtet blau, die vorher eingestellte Temperaturstufe wird angezeigt und das
Dampfbügeleisen heizt wieder auf.
Wenn das Dampfbügeleisen auf dem Sockel 7
steht und es für ca. 8 Minuten nicht bewegt wird,
erklingen 6 Warntöne, „PAUSE“ erscheint und das
Display 1 leuchtet rot. Das Heizen des Dampfbü-
geleisens wird gestoppt.
Um die automatische Abschaltung zu deaktivieren,
heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen an und schwenken Sie es leicht hin und her.
Das Display 1 leuchtet blau, die vorher eingestellte Temperaturstufe wird angezeigt und das
Dampfbügeleisen heizt wieder auf.
HINWEIS
Die automatische Abschaltung ersetzt nicht das
Ziehen des Netzsteckers!
Sie schützt lediglich das Gerät vor Überhitzung
und vermeidet unnötigen Stromverbrauch.
Sie stellt jedoch keinen Schutz vor Brand dar,
wenn Sie z. B. das heiße Dampfbügeleisen auf
die Wäsche stellen.

Wassertank befüllen
1) Stellen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen auf den
Sockel 7.
2) Öff nen Sie den Deckel der Einfüllöff nung für
den Wassertank q.
3) Füllen Sie mit dem Messbecher w Leitungs-
wasser bis höchstens zur „MAX“-Markierung in
den Wassertank.
4) Schließen Sie den Deckel der Einfüllöff nung für
den Wassertank q.
HINWEIS
Sollte das Leitungswasser Ihres Wohnortes zu
hart sein, empfi ehlt es sich, das Leitungswasser
mit destilliertem Wasser zu mischen. Ansonsten
können die Düsen für die Dampfstoß-Funktion
vorzeitig verkalken.
Zur Verlängerung der optimalen DampfstoßFunktion mischen Sie das Leitungswasser mit
destilliertem Wasser entsprechend der Tabelle.

Display-Anzeige“). Mit der Taste
können Sie von einer hohen zu einer niedrigeren Temperaturstufe wechseln.
Sobald die Anzeige der Stoff art im Display 1
aufhört zu Blinken und ein Signalton ertönt, ist die
eingestellte Temperatur erreicht und Sie können mit
dem Bügeln beginnen.
HINWEIS
Sollten Sie sehr trockene und knittrige Wäsche
bügeln, können Sie die Wäsche mit Hilfe der
Sprühfunktion befeuchten. Drücken Sie zum
Befeuchten der Wäsche auf die Taste für die
Sprühfunktion 4.

Der Dampfstoß eignet sich besonders, um schwer
zugängliche Bereiche der Wäsche zu glätten.
1) Heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen leicht an.
2) Drücken Sie für einen Dampfstoß die Taste
Dampfstoß 5.
Mit Hilfe des Dampstoßes können Sie auch hängende Textilien glätten.
Dampfbügeleisen außer Betrieb
nehmen
1) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
2) Leeren Sie den Wassertank und reinigen Sie
die Bügelsohle 9.
3) Stellen Sie das abgekühlte Dampfbügeleisen
auf den Sockel 7.
Anti-Tropf-System
Bei herkömmlichen Dampfbügeleisen kann es
vorkommen, dass bei zu geringer Bügeltempera-
tur Wasser aus der Bügelsohle 9 tropft. Dieses
Dampfbügeleisen weist jedoch ein Ausstattungsmerkmal, das Anti-Tropf-System (

5) Halten Sie das Dampfbügeleisen waagerecht
über eine Auff angschüssel.

Sobald die geeignete Temperatur erreicht ist, tritt
Dampf und kochendes Wasser aus den Dampf-
austrittslöchern in der Bügelsohle 9 aus. Eventuell
vorhandene Verunreinigungen werden dabei
herausgespült.
6) Sobald kein Wasser / Dampf aus der Bügelsohle austritt, stellen Sie den Dampfregler 8
auf die Position
über ein Handtuch oder altes Stück Stoff hin
und her, um die Bügelsohle 9 gründlich zu
trocknen.
7) Drücken Sie so oft die Taste
ein Signalton ertönt und das Display 1 in roter
Schrift Standby anzeigt.
8) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche
Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung
nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und
reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen sofort nach
dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind
kostenpfl ichtig.

und die Artikelnummer (z. B. IAN 12345) als
