Introducción
ES
Felicidades por la compra de su aparato nuevo.
Ha adquirido un producto de alta calidad. Las
instrucciones de uso forman parte del producto y
contienen indicaciones importantes acerca de la
seguridad, el uso y el desecho de este aparato.
Antes de usar el producto, familiarícese con todas
las indicaciones de manejo y de seguridad. Utilice
el producto únicamente como se describe y para
los ámbitos de aplicación indicados. Entregue todos los documentos cuando transfi era el producto
a terceros.
Uso previsto
La plancha de vapor está prevista exclusivamente
para el planchado de ropa. Solo debe utilizarse en
locales cerrados y el para uso doméstico privado.
Cualquier uso distinto se considera contrario al uso
previsto. No utilice el aparato con fi nes comerciales.

Indicaciones de seguridad
¡PELIGRO DE DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA!
► La tensión de la fuente de alimentación debe coincidir con las indicaciones
que aparecen en la placa de características.
► Para evitar peligros, encomiende la reparación del aparato al personal
cualifi cado en caso de avería o diríjase al servicio de asistencia técnica.
► Si la clavija de red o el cable de red están dañados, encomiende su sustitu-
ción al personal técnico autorizado o al servicio de asistencia técnica con
el fi n de evitar riesgos.
► Tire siempre de la clavija de red, nunca del cable.
► No doble o aplaste el cable de red y colóquelo de modo que no pueda
entrar en contacto con superfi cies calientes y que nadie pueda pisarlo ni
tropezar con él.
► Retire la clavija de red antes de la limpieza, del llenado con agua corriente
y después de cada uso.
► Desenrolle el cable por completo antes de conectarlo y no utilice prolonga-
ciones de cable.
► No toque nunca la clavija de red o el cable con las manos húmedas.

► No utilice la plancha de vapor en la proximidad de agua, como la que se
encuentra en cuartos de baño, duchas, lavabos o cualquier otro recipiente.
La proximidad de agua supone un riesgo aunque el aparato esté desconectado.
► No sumerja nunca la plancha de vapor en un líquido ni deje que ningún
líquido penetre en la carcasa de la plancha. El aparato no debe estar expuesto a la humedad ni utilizarse a la intemperie. Si, por cualquier motivo,
penetrase líquido en la carcasa del aparato, extraiga la clavija de red de
la base de enchufe y entregue el aparato al personal especializado cualifi cado para su reparación.
► No abra la carcasa de la plancha de vapor. Si la plancha de vapor está
defectuosa, encargue su reparación exclusivamente al personal especializado cualifi cado.

¡PELIGRO DE DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA!
► No utilice nunca la plancha de vapor si se aprecian daños visibles, se ha
caído o pierde agua. Encargue su reparación al personal especializado
cualifi cado.
► ¡No continúe utilizando el aparato si está dañado el dispositivo de protec-
ción contra dobleces!
► Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños a partir de 8 años y por per-
sonas cuyas facultades físicas, sensoriales o mentales sean reducidas o
carezcan de los conocimientos y de la experiencia necesaria siempre que
sean vigilados o hayan sido instruidos correctamente sobre el uso seguro
del aparato y hayan comprendido los peligros que entraña. Los niños no
deben jugar con el aparato. Los niños no deben realizar las tareas de
limpieza y mantenimiento sin estar bajo supervisión.

► Sujete la plancha de vapor exclusivamente por el asa cuando esté caliente.
► Vigile a los niños para asegurarse de que no jueguen con el aparato.
► No ponga nunca las manos bajo el chorro de vapor o sobre las piezas
metálicas calientes.
► Durante el uso, no debe abrir la abertura de llenado del depósito de
agua. Deje enfriar la plancha de vapor y extraiga la clavija de red de la
base de enchufe.
► Durante el período de conexión o enfriado, tanto la plancha de vapor
como su cable de conexión deben encontrarse fuera del alcance de los
niños menores de 8 años.
► La plancha de vapor no debe dejarse nunca sin vigilancia mientras esté
conectada a la red eléctrica.

► No deje nunca la plancha de vapor sin vigilancia mientras esté conectada
a la red eléctrica, caliente o encendida.
► Guarde la plancha de vapor únicamente en estado frío.
► La plancha de vapor debe usarse y colocarse sobre una superfi cie estable.
► Planche exclusivamente conforme a las temperaturas expuestas en las
indicaciones de cuidado de las prendas de ropa y a las apropiadas para
el material. De lo contrario, podría dañar las prendas. Si desconoce las
indicaciones de cuidado de las prendas de ropa, comience con la temperatura más baja.
► No deje que los niños utilicen la plancha de vapor.
► Coloque la plancha de vapor sobre una superfi cie plana y resistente al
calor. La plancha de vapor debe estar siempre en una posición estable.
► Si desea posar la plancha de vapor, colóquela exclusivamente sobre la
base.
► Si las indicaciones de cuidado de la prenda de ropa prohíben el planchado
(símbolo
), no debe plancharse dicha prenda. De lo contrario, podría
dañarse.
► En el depósito de agua, solo debe introducirse agua corriente/agua desti-
lada. De lo contrario, la plancha de vapor podría dañarse.

► No debe limpiarse la plancha de vapor con disolventes, alcohol ni productos
de limpieza abrasivos. De lo contrario, podría dañarse.

Antes del primer uso

1) Extraiga la plancha de vapor del embalaje.
2) Retire todos los adhesivos y láminas de la
plancha de vapor y de la suela.
¡ADVERTENCIA: PELIGRO DE ASFIXIA!
Las bolsas de plástico pueden suponer un peligro. Para evitar el peligro de asfi xia, guarde las
bolsas de plástico fuera del alcance de bebés y
de niños pequeños.
INDICACIÓN
Si el agua corriente de su lugar de residencia es
a, es recomendable mezclarla con agua
muy dur
destilada. De lo contrario, podrían formarse
prematuramente restos de cal en las boquillas
del chorro de vapor.
Para mantener la función de chorro de vapor
en perfecto estado durante más tiempo, mezcle
el agua corriente con agua destilada según lo
dispuesto en la tabla.
3) Llene el depósito de agua con agua (consulte
el capítulo "Llenado del depósito de agua").
4) Introduzca la clavija de red en una base de
enchufe con la tensión indicada en la placa
de características.
5) Ajuste el nivel de temperatura 9/MAX (consulte el capítulo "Manejo").
6) Caliente la plancha de vapor durante algunos
minutos en el nivel superior.
7) Pulse la tecla de chorro de vapor 5 repetidamente para que el vapor salga de la suela de
la plancha.
8) A continuación, planche un trozo de tela que
ya no necesite para eliminar las posibles impurezas de la suela de la plancha.
Llenado del depósito de agua
1) Coloque la plancha de vapor sobre la base 7.
2) Abra la tapa de la abertura de llenado del
depósito de agua 0.
3) Con el vaso medidor w, introduzca agua
corriente como máximo hasta la marca "MAX"
en el depósito de agua.
4) Cierre la tapa de la abertura de llenado del
depósito de agua 0.

El chorro de vapor está especialmente indicado para
alisar las zonas de difícil acceso de las prendas.
1) Eleve ligeramente la plancha de vapor.

Sistema antigoteo
Al utilizar planchas a vapor convencionales puede
suceder que, con temperaturas de planchado demasiado bajas, gotee agua por la suela. No obstante,
o
esta plancha de vapor dispone de una característica especial: el sistema antigoteo. Con temperaturas
bajas, la plancha de vapor detiene automáticamente el chorro de vapor. Cuando esto sucede se puede
oír un "clic". Tras esto, debe ajustarse la temperatura
adecuada y, en cuanto se haya alcanzado este
valor, volverá a generarse vapor.

Apagado automático
Esta plancha de vapor dispone de una función de
apagado automático que detiene el calentamiento
de la plancha de vapor.
Si la plancha de vapor está posada sobre la suela
y no se mueve durante aprox. 30 segundos, se
emiten 6 señales acústicas, aparece "PAUSE" y la
pantalla 1 se ilumina en rojo. Tras unos segundos,
se apaga la iluminación de la pantalla 1 y se
detiene el calentamiento de la plancha de vapor.
Para desactivar el apagado automático, eleve la
plancha de vapor y muévala ligeramente de un
lado a otro.
La pantalla 1 se iluminará en azul, se mostrará el
nivel de temperatura ajustado anteriormente y la
plancha de vapor volverá a calentarse.
Si la plancha de vapor está posada sobre la base 7
y no se mueve durante aprox. 8 minutos, se emiten 6
señales acústicas, aparece "PAUSE" y la pantalla 1
se ilumina en rojo. Tras unos segundos, se apaga
la iluminación de la pantalla 1 y se detiene el
calentamiento de la plancha de vapor.
Para desactivar el apagado automático, eleve la
plancha de vapor y muévala ligeramente de un
lado a otro.
La pantalla 1 se iluminará en azul, se mostrará el
nivel de temperatura ajustado anteriormente y la
plancha de vapor volverá a calentarse.
Limpieza
Función de autolimpieza
1) Llene el depósito de agua hasta la marca
MAX.
2) Conecte la clavija de red a la base de enchufe.
3) Ajuste el nivel de temperatura 9/MAX.
4) Ajuste el regulador de vapor 4 a la intensidad
de vapor máxima.
5) Deje que la plancha de vapor se caliente
hasta alcanzar la temperatura ajustada.
6) Mantenga la plancha de vapor en posición
horizontal sobre una bandeja de apoyo.
7) Mantenga pulsada la tecla Self-Clean 8.
Con esto, el vapor y el agua hirviendo saldrán
por las aberturas de salida de vapor de la suela.
Con este proceso se expulsan las impurezas que
puedan haberse acumulado.
8) Suelte la tecla Self-Clean 8 cuando se haya
consumido el agua del depósito de agua.
9) Coloque la plancha sobre una toalla o un
trozo de tela vieja y muévala de un lado a otro
para que la suela se seque.
10) Extraiga la clavija de red de la base de
enchufe.
11) Deje que la plancha de vapor se enfríe antes
de retirarla.

No deseche nunca el aparato

de los centros de reciclaje locales.
La garantía cubre los defectos de fabricación o
del material, pero no los daños de transporte, las
piezas sujetas a desgaste ni los daños sufridos por
las piezas frágiles (p. ej., interruptores o pilas). Este
producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para el
uso particular y no para el uso industrial.
En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta,
uso de la fuerza y apertura del aparato por personas ajenas a nuestros centros de asistencia técnica
autorizados, la garantía pierde su validez.
Sus derechos legales no se ven limitados por esta
garantía.
La duración de la garantía no se prolonga por
hacer uso de ella. Este principio rige también para
las piezas sustituidas y reparadas. Si después de
la compra del aparato, se detecta la existencia
de daños o de defectos al desembalarlo, deben
notifi carse de inmediato o, como muy tarde, dos
días después de la fecha de compra. Cualquier
reparación que se realice una vez fi nalizado el
plazo de garantía está sujeta a costes.

per la sicurezza, l'uso e lo smaltimento. Prima di
utilizzare il prodotto, familiarizzarsi con tutte le
indicazioni relative ai comandi e alla sicurezza.
Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo come descritto e per
i campi d'impiego indicati. In caso di cessione del
prodotto a terzi, consegnare anche tutta la documentazione relativa.
Uso conforme
Il ferro da stiro a vapore è destinato esclusivamente
alla stiratura di capi di abbigliamento. È possibile
impiegarlo esclusivamente in ambienti chiusi e per
l'uso domestico privato. Qualsiasi altro impiego è
considerato non conforme. Non utilizzarlo a fi ni
commerciali.

Indicazioni relative alla sicurezza
PERICOLO DI SCOSSA ELETTRICA!
► La tensione della sorgente di alimentazione deve coincidere con i dati
riportati sulla targhetta dell'apparecchio.
► Fare riparare tempestivamente un apparecchio guasto da un'offi cina quali-
fi cata oppure rivolgersi al Servizio Assistenza Clienti, per evitare situazioni
di pericolo.
► Al fi ne di evitare pericoli, fare sostituire immediatamente spine o cavi danneg-
giati da personale specializzato autorizzato o dal centro di assistenza clienti.
► Per interrompere l'alimentazione, tirare sempre la spina e non il cavo di rete.
► Non piegare o schiacciare il cavo di rete e disporlo in modo tale da non
consentire un contatto con superfi ci calde e che nessuno possa calpestarlo
o inciamparvi sopra.
► Staccare la spina prima della pulizia, prima di riempire il ferro da stiro con
acqua e dopo ogni utilizzo.
► Srotolare sempre completamente il cavo di rete prima di accendere l'appa-
recchio e non impiegare prolunghe.
► Non toccare mai il cavo di rete o la spina a mani umide.

► Non è assolutamente consentito utilizzare il ferro da stiro a vapore nelle
vicinanze di acqua contenuta in vasche da bagno, docce, lavandini o altri
recipienti. La vicinanza all'acqua rappresenta un pericolo anche ad apparecchio spento.
► Non immergere per alcun motivo il ferro da stiro a vapore in alcun liquido
ed evitare infi ltrazioni di liquidi all'interno dell'alloggiamento dell'apparecchio. Non esporre l'apparecchio all'umidità e non utilizzarlo all'aperto.
In caso di infi ltrazioni di liquidi nell'alloggiamento dell'apparecchio, disinserire subito la spina dalla presa e fare riparare l'apparecchio da personale
specializzato qualifi cato.
► È vietato aprire l'alloggiamento del ferro da stiro a vapore. Fare riparare
l'apparecchio guasto solo da personale qualifi cato autorizzato.

PERICOLO DI SCOSSA ELETTRICA!
► Non utilizzare mai il ferro da stiro a vapore se presenta danni visibili, se
è caduto oppure fuoriesce acqua. Farlo riparare da personale qualifi cato
autorizzato.
► Non continuare a utilizzare l'apparecchio in caso di danni alla guaina
antipiega del cavo di rete!
► Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato dai bambini di almeno 8 anni
di età e da persone con capacità fi siche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte o
insuffi ciente esperienza o conoscenza, solo se sorvegliati o istruiti sull'uso
sicuro dell'apparecchio e qualora ne abbiano compreso i pericoli associati.
I bambini non devono giocare con l'apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione a cura dell'utente non devono essere eseguiti dai bambini se non
sorvegliati.
AVVERTENZA! PERICOLO DI LESIONI!
► Prendere il ferro da stiro a vapore soltanto dall'impugnatura quando è
molto caldo.
► Sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non giochino con l'apparecchio.
► Non posizionare mai le mani sotto il getto del vapore o su parti in metallo
incandescenti.
► Durante il funzionamento non è consentito aprire l'apertura del serbatoio
dell'acqua. Lasciare prima raff reddare il ferro da stiro a vapore e staccare
la spina dalla presa di rete.
► Il ferro da stiro a vapore e il relativo cavo di connessione devono trovarsi
fuori dalla portata di bambini di età inferiore agli 8 anni durante l'accensione
o il raff reddamento.
► Il ferro da stiro non deve essere lasciato incustodito mentre è allacciato alla
rete elettrica.

ATTENZIONE! DANNI MATERIALI!
► Non lasciare mai incustodito il ferro da stiro a vapore quando è bollente,
collegato alla rete elettrica o acceso.
► Conservare il ferro da stiro solo quando è freddo.
► Il ferro da stiro a vapore dev'essere utilizzato e collocato su una superfi cie
stabile.
► Stirare solo con le impostazioni della temperatura indicate nelle istruzioni
per la cura e adatte per il materiale da stirare, altrimenti la biancheria
potrebbe danneggiarsi. Qualora non si fosse a conoscenza delle istruzioni
per la cura, iniziare con la temperatura impostata sul valore più basso.
► Non permettere mai l'utilizzo del ferro da stiro a vapore ai bambini.
► Collocare il ferro da stiro a vapore solo su una superfi cie piana e insensibile
al calore. Il ferro da stiro a vapore deve essere in posizione stabile.
► Se si desidera appoggiare il ferro da stiro a vapore, collocarlo solo sulla
base.
► Nel caso in cui le avvertenze per la cura all'interno del capo di abbiglia-
mento vietassero la stiratura (simbolo ), non è consentito stirare il capo.
In caso contrario, esso potrebbe danneggiarsi.

► Si può versare nel serbatoio dell'acqua esclusivamente acqua corrente/
acqua distillata. In caso contrario si danneggia il ferro da stiro.
► Non è consentito lavare il ferro da stiro a vapore con solventi, alcool o
detergenti abrasivi. In caso contrario, esso subirà danni.

Prima del primo impiego
1) Estrarre il ferro da stiro a vapore dalla confezione.
2) Rimuovere tutti gli adesivi e le parti di pellicola

Le buste di plastica possono rappresentare un
pericolo. Ai fi ni di evitare il pericolo di soff ocamento conservare le borse di plastica fuori dalla
portata di neonati e bambini.
AVVERTENZA
Nel caso in cui l'acqua di rubinetto nella regione

mescolare l'acqua di rubinetto con acqua distillata. Altrimenti gli ugelli per la funzione getto di
vapore potrebbero calcifi carsi precocemente.
Per prolungare in modo ottimale la funzione
getto di vapore, mescolare l'acqua di rubinetto
con acqua distillata seguendo le indicazioni
della tabella.

1) Collocare il ferro da stiro a vapore sulla base 7.
2) Aprire il coperchietto dell'apertura di rabbocco
del serbatoio dell'acqua 0.
3) Con il misurino w riempire il serbatoio di
acqua non oltre il contrassegno "MAX".
4) Chiudere il coperchietto dell'apertura di
rabbocco del serbatoio dell'acqua 0.

2) Controllare le avvertenze per la cura sull'etichetta interna del capo di abbigliamento, sulla
quale è indicato se e a quale temperatura è
consigliabile stirarlo.
3) Premere il tasto TEMP
non compare sul display 1 il livello di tem-
peratura adeguato (vedi capitolo "Signifi cato
della visualizzazione display"). Con il tasto
TEMP 2 si può passare da un livello di temperatura superiore a un livello di temperatura
inferiore.
Se sul display 1 l'indicazione del tipo di tessuto
cessa di lampeggiare e viene emesso un segnale
acustico, ciò signifi ca che la temperatura impostata
è stata raggiunta ed è dunque possibile procedere
con la stiratura.
AVVERTENZA
Qualora si debba stirare biancheria molto asciutta
stropicciata, la si può inumidire con l'ausilio
e

Il getto di vapore è adatto in particolare per lisciare

1) Sollevare leggermente il ferro da stiro a vapore.
2) Per generare un getto di vapore premere una

Sospensione temporanea del funzionamento del ferro da stiro a vapore
ATTENZIONE - PERICOLO D'INCENDIO!
Non lasciare mai incustodito il ferro da stiro a
vapore quando è bollente, collegato alla rete
elettrica o acceso.
1) Per spegnere il ferro da stiro, premere e tenere
premuto il tasto TEMP

Arresto del funzionamento del ferro
da stiro a vapore
1) Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
2) Svuotare il serbatoio dell'acqua e pulire la
piastra del ferro e.
3) Collocare il ferro da stiro a vapore raff reddato
sulla base 7.
Sistema antisgocciolamento
Nei tradizionali ferri da stiro a vapore si può verifi care che, ad una temperatura troppo ridotta,
sgoccioli acqua dalla piastra. Questo ferro da
stiro a vapore presenta però una caratteristica di
dotazione, il sistema antisgocciolamento. In caso
di basse temperature il ferro da stiro a vapore arresta automaticamente il getto di vapore. Quando
la funzione si attiva, si avverte un "clic”. A questo
punto impostare la temperatura adeguata.
Al raggiungimento della temperatura appropriata,
la produzione del vapore prosegue.

Disattivazione automatica
Il ferro da stiro a vapore è dotato di un dispositivo
di disattivazione automatica che ferma il riscaldamento del ferro da stiro a vapore.
Se il ferro da stiro a vapore è appoggiato sulla
piastra e non è stato spostato per ca. 30 secondi,
vengono emessi 6 segnali acustici di avvertimento,
compare la scritta "PAUSE" e il display 1 si accende con colore rosso. Dopo alcuni secondi l'illuminazione del display 1 si spegne. Il riscaldamento del
ferro da stiro a vapore viene fermato.
Per interrompere lo stato di disattivazione automatica, sollevare il ferro da stiro a vapore e agitarlo
leggermente.
Il display 1 si accende con colore blu, viene visua-
lizzato il livello di temperatura precedentemente
impostato e il ferro da stiro a vapore si riscalda
di nuovo.
Se il ferro da stiro a vapore è appoggiato sulla
base 7 e non è stato spostato per ca. 8 minuti,
vengono emessi 6 segnali acustici di avvertimento,
compare la scritta "PAUSE" e il display 1 si accende con colore rosso. Dopo alcuni secondi l'illuminazione del display 1 si spegne. Il riscaldamento del
ferro da stiro a vapore viene fermato.
Per interrompere lo stato di disattivazione automatica, sollevare il ferro da stiro a vapore e agitarlo
leggermente.
Il display 1 si accende con colore blu, viene visua-
lizzato il livello di temperatura precedentemente
impostato e il ferro da stiro a vapore si riscalda
di nuovo.

La disattivazione automatica non sostituisce

Questo dispositivo ha semplicemente la funzione
di proteggere l'apparecchio dal surriscaldamento
e di evitare superfl uo consumo di corrente elettrica.
Non costituisce però una protezione dall'incendio,
se per es. si lascia il ferro da stiro a vapore
bollente appoggiato sulla biancheria.
Pulizia
Funzione di autopulizia
1) Riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua fi no al contrassegno MAX.
2) Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente.
3) Impostare il livello di temperatura 9/MAX.
4) Posizionare il regolatore di vapore 3 sulla
massima potenza vapore.
5) Lasciare che il ferro da stiro a vapore si riscaldi
alla temperatura impostata.
6) Tenere il ferro da stiro in posizione orizzontale
sopra una vaschetta di raccolta.
7) Premere il tasto Self-Clean 8 e tenerlo
premuto.
Durante questo processo, dai fori di fuoriuscita del
vapore che si trovano sulla piastra del ferro fuoriescono vapore e acqua. In tal modo le impurità
eventualmente presenti vengono sciacquate via.
8) Rilasciare il tasto Self-Clean 8 non appena
l'acqua nel serbatoio si è esaurita.
9) Per asciugare a fondo la piastra, passare
alcune volte col ferro su un asciugamano o
un vecchio pezzo di stoff a.
10) Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
11) Fare raff reddare il ferro da stiro prima di
metterlo via.

Smaltire l'apparecchio attraverso un'azienda di
smaltimento autorizzata o attraverso l'ente di smaltimento comunale. Rispettare le norme attualmente
in vigore. In caso di dubbi mettersi in contatto con
l'ente di smaltimento competente.
L'imballaggio è costituito da materiali
ecocompatibili che possono essere smaltiti tramite gli appositi centri di raccolta e
riciclaggio.
La prestazione della garanzia vale solo per difetti
del materiale o di fabbricazione, ma non per i
danni da trasporto, danni alle parti soggette a
usura o alle parti fragili, come ad es. interruttori o
accumulatori. Il prodotto è destinato esclusivamente all'uso domestico e non a quello commerciale.
La garanzia decade in caso di impiego improprio

Indicações de segurança
PERIGO - CHOQUE ELÉTRICO!
A tensão da fonte de alimentação tem de estar de acordo com as indica-

ções na chapa de identifi cação do aparelho.
► Mandar arranjar imediatamente o aparelho avariado numa loja especiali-
zada ou dirija-se ao serviço de apoio ao cliente para evitar perigos.
► Fichas ou cabos de alimentação elétrica danifi cados devem ser imediata-
mente substituídos por técnicos autorizados ou pelo serviço de apoio ao
cliente, de modo a evitar perigos.
► Puxe sempre pela fi cha de alimentação, nunca pelo cabo.
► Não dobre nem esmague o cabo de alimentação e disponha-o de modo
a que não entre em contacto com superfícies quentes e não se possa pisar
ou tropeçar no mesmo.
► Antes da limpeza, durante o abastecimento com água canalizada e após
cada utilização, retire a fi cha da tomada.
► Desenrole sempre totalmente o cabo de alimentação antes da ligação e
não utilize extensões.
► Nunca agarre no cabo ou na fi cha de alimentação com as mãos húmidas.

► Nunca utilize o ferro de engomar a vapor na proximidade de água em
banheiras, duches, lavatórios ou outros recipientes. A proximidade da
água representa um perigo , mesmo quando o aparelho está desligado.
► Nunca mergulhe o ferro de engomar a vapor em líquidos e nunca deixe
que se infi ltrem líquidos no respetivo corpo. Não exponha o aparelho a
humidade nem o utilize ao ar livre. Caso o corpo do aparelho entre em
contacto com algum líquido, remova imediatamente a fi cha do aparelho
da tomada e solicite a respetiva reparação por técnicos devidamente
qualifi cados.
► O corpo do ferro de engomar a vapor não pode ser aberto. Os ferros
de engomar a vapor avariados só devem ser reparados por técnicos
devidamente qualifi cados.

► Nunca utilize o ferro de engomar a vapor, caso este apresente danos visí-
veis, tenha caído ou apresente uma fuga de água. Este deve ser reparado
por técnicos devidamente qualifi cados antes de o utilizar novamente.
► Não continue a utilizar o aparelho se a proteção contra dobras do cabo
de alimentação estiver danifi cada.
► Este aparelho pode ser utilizado por crianças com idades superiores a
8 anos, bem como por pessoas com capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou
mentais reduzidas, ou com falta de experiência e/ou conhecimento, caso
sejam vigiadas ou instruídas sobre a utilização segura do aparelho e
tenham compreendido os perigos daí resultantes. As crianças não podem
brincar com o aparelho. A limpeza e a manutenção do utilizador não
podem ser realizadas por crianças não vigiadas.

► O orifício de abastecimento do depósito de água não pode ser aberto
durante a utilização. Deixe o ferro de engomar a vapor arrefecer e depois
retire a fi cha de alimentação da tomada.
► O ferro de engomar a vapor e o respetivo cabo de ligação, enquanto este
se encontra ligado ou a arrefecer, devem ser mantidos fora do alcance de
crianças com idades inferiores a 8 anos.
► Não deixe o ferro de engomar a vapor, ligado à tomada, sem vigilância.

ATENÇÃO! DANOS MATERIAIS!
► Nunca deixe o ferro de engomar a vapor quente, em funcionamento ou
ligado à corrente sem vigilância.
► Guarde o ferro de engomar a vapor apenas quando estiver totalmente
frio.
► O ferro de engomar a vapor tem de ser utilizado e colocado numa
superfície estável.
► Engome apenas com as temperaturas aconselhadas nas instruções de
tratamento e adequadas ao material. Caso contrário, poderá danifi car
o vestuário. Caso não tenha conhecimento de qualquer instrução de
tratamento, inicie com a temperatura mais baixa.
► Nunca permita que as crianças utilizem o ferro de engomar a vapor.
► Coloque o ferro de engomar a vapor sobre uma superfície plana e
resistente ao calor. O ferro de engomar a vapor tem de estar estável.
► Se desejar pousar o ferro de engomar a vapor, coloque-o apenas na
respetiva base.
► Se as instruções de tratamento do vestuário indicarem que este não pode
ser engomado (símbolo
), não deve engomar a peça de vestuário.
Caso contrário, poderá danifi car a peça de vestuário.

► Deve abastecer o depósito de água apenas com água canalizada/
destilada. Caso contrário, poderá danifi car o ferro de engomar a vapor.
► Não pode limpar o ferro de engomar a vapor com solventes, álcool

Antes da primeira utilização
1) Retire o ferro de engomar a vapor da embalagem.
2) Remova todos os autocolantes e películas do
ferro de engomar a vapor e da base do ferro.
ATENÇÃO - PERIGO DE ASFIXIA!

Os sacos de plástico podem representar um
perigo. Para evitar perigo de asfi xia, mantenha
os sacos de plástico fora do alcance de bebés
e crianças.
3) Encha o depósito de água com água (ver
capítulo "Abastecimento do depósito de água").
4) Insira a fi cha de alimentação numa tomada
que corresponda à tensão indicada na chapa
de identifi cação.
5) Ligue o nível de temperatura 9/MAX (ver
capítulo "Utilização").
6) Deixe o ferro de engomar a vapor aquecer
durante alguns minutos no nível máximo.
7) Acione diversas vezes o botão Jato de vapor 5,
de modo a que o vapor saia da base do ferro.
8) Engome um pedaço de tecido de que já não
necessite para eliminar eventuais impurezas da
base do ferro.
NOTA
Se a água canalizada da sua área de residência
for demasiado dur
da água canalizada com água destilada. Caso
contrário, os bocais para a função de vaporização podem ganhar calcário prematuramente.

2) Verifi que, nas instruções de tratamento nas

pode ser engomada e a respetiva temperatura.

Quando a indicação do tipo de tecido deixa de

emitido um sinal sonoro, o visor 1 apresente a
luz vermelha e seja visualizada a palavra OFF.

Sistema Antipingos
Nos ferros de engomar a vapor convencionais é
possível que, a temperaturas demasiado reduzidas,
pingue água do fundo do ferro. No entanto, este
ferro de engomar a vapor está equipado com um
sistema antipingos. O ferro de engomar a vapor
desliga automaticamente o jato de vapor a temperaturas reduzidas. Quando tal acontece, ouve-se um
"clique". Ajuste então uma temperatura adequada.
Logo que esta temperatura seja atingida, a produção de vapor recomeça.

Desativação automática
O ferro de engomar a vapor está equipado com
uma desativação automática. Esta para o aquecimento do ferro de engomar a vapor.
Se o ferro de engomar a vapor estiver colocado
na respetiva base e não for movido durante aprox.
30 segundos, são emitidos 6 sinais sonoros, é visualizada a palavra "PAUSE" e o visor 1 apresenta
a luz vermelha. Após alguns segundos, a luz do
visor 1 desliga-se. O aquecimento do ferro de
engomar a vapor para.
Para desativar a desativação automática, levante
o ferro de engomar a vapor e mova-o ligeiramente
para a frente e para trás.
O visor 1 apresenta a luz azul, o nível de temperatura anteriormente regulado é visualizado e o
ferro de engomar a vapor volta a aquecer.
Se o ferro de engomar a vapor estiver colocado
na respetiva base 7 e não for movido durante
aprox. 8 minutos, são emitidos 6 sinais sonoros, é
visualizada a palavra "PAUSE" e o visor 1 apresenta a luz vermelha. Após alguns segundos, a luz
do visor 1 desliga-se. O aquecimento do ferro de
engomar a vapor para.
Para desativar a desativação automática, levante
o ferro de engomar a vapor e mova-o ligeiramente
para a frente e para trás.
O visor 1 apresenta a luz azul, o nível de temperatura anteriormente regulado é visualizado e o
ferro de engomar a vapor volta a aquecer.
Limpeza
Função de autolimpeza
1) Encha o depósito de água até à marcação
MAX.
2) Insira a fi cha na tomada de alimentação
elétrica.
3) Ajuste o nível de temperatura 9/MAX.
4) Coloque o regulador de vapor 4 na intensi-
dade máxima.
5) Deixe o ferro de engomar a vapor aquecer
até à temperatura regulada.
6) Mantenha o ferro de engomar a vapor na
horizontal sobre um recipiente de recolha.
7) Prima o botão Self-Clean 8 e mantenha-o
premido.
Ao fazê-lo, sai vapor e água a ferver dos orifícios
de saída de vapor na base do ferro. Quaisquer
tipos de sujidade eventualmente existentes serão
assim expelidos.
8) Solte o botão Self-Clean 8 assim que a água
no depósito de água tenha sido consumida.
9) Passe o ferro diversas vezes sobre uma toalha
ou um pedaço de tecido velho, para secar
bem a base do mesmo.
10) Retire a fi cha da tomada de alimentação
elétrica.
11) Deixe o ferro de engomar a vapor arrefecer
antes de o guardar.

product. They contain important information about
safety, use and disposal. Before using the product,
familiarise yourself with all operating and safety
instructions. Use this product only as described and
only for the specifi ed areas of application. Please

This steam iron is intended exclusively for the ironing
of textiles. The iron may only be used indoors and
in domestic households. All other use is deemed to
be improper use. Not for commercial use!

Safety instructions
DANGER – ELECTRIC SHOCK!
► The rating of the local power supply must correspond with the details given
on the rating plate of the appliance.
► To avoid potential risks, arrange for a defective appliance to be checked
and possibly repaired by qualifi ed technicians, or contact our Customer
Service Department.
► To avoid risks, have defective plugs and/or power cables replaced immedi-
ately by qualifi ed technicians or our Customer Service Department.
► Always disconnect from the mains power socket by pulling only on the plug
itself, never on the mains cable.
► Never bend (kink) or crush the power cable, always route it in such a way
that it cannot come into contact with hot surfaces and such that no-one can
step on or trip over it.
► After every use, before cleaning and when refi lling with tap water, always
remove the plug from the mains power socket.
► Always unroll the power cable fully before switching on and do not use an
extension cable.
► Never touch the power cable or the plug with wet hands.
► Never use the steam iron adjacent to water contained in a bath, shower,
wash basin or other vessels. The proximity of water is hazardous, even if
the appliance is switched off .
► Under no circumstances should you submerge the steam iron in any liquid
or permit liquids to penetrate into the housing of the steam iron. Do not
expose the appliance to moisture and do not use it outdoors. If liquid gets
into the housing, disconnect the appliance from the mains power socket
immediately and have it repaired by a qualifi ed technician.

► Under NO circumstance should you use the appliance if it shows visible
signs of damage, has fallen or leaks water. Arrange for it to be repaired by
qualifi ed specialists.
► Discontinue use of the appliance if the anti-kink protection on the power
cable is damaged!
► This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or more and by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and/or knowledge if they are supervised, or have been instructed in the
safe use of the appliance and have understood the potential risks. Children
must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not
be carried out by children unless they are supervised.

► When the steam iron is hot, hold it only by the handle.
► Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
► Never place your hands in the steam spray or on hot metal parts.
► You may not open the fi ller opening of the water reservoir while the iron
is in use. Allow the steam iron to cool down fi rst and remove the plug from
the power socket.
► When it is switched on or cooling down, the steam iron and its connecting
cable must be kept out of the reach of children who are younger than
8 years old.
► The steam iron may never be left unattended while it is connected to the
mains power supply.

► Never leave a hot steam iron unattended if it is switched on or connected
to the mains power supply.
► Put the steam iron into storage only when it has cooled down completely.
► This steam iron should only be used and set down on stable surfaces.
► Use only the ironing temperatures stated in the care instructions for the
material, or those suitable for it. Otherwise, you could damage the textiles.
Should care instructions not be given or known, start with the lowest temperature setting.
► NEVER permit children to use the steam iron.
► Place the steam iron only on level and heat-resistant surfaces. The steam
iron must be stable.
► When you want to put the steam iron down, place it only on its base.

► If the clothing care instructions forbid ironing, (

may not be ironed. Ignoring this warning could lead to permanent damage
to the clothing item.
► The water tank should be fi lled only with mains or distilled water. Otherwise
you will damage the steam iron.
► Do not clean the steam iron with solvents, alcohol or abrasive cleaning
agents. These could damage it.

Before fi rst use
1) Remove the steam iron from the packaging.
2) Remove all stickers and protective foils from
the steam iron and from sole of the iron.

Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid the
risks of asphyxiation, keep plastic bags out of the
reach of babies and toddlers.

3) Fill the water tank with water (See the chapter
"Filling the water tank").
4) Insert the plug into a mains power socket
supplying an electrical current as detailed
on the rating plate.
5) Set the temperature level to 9/MAX (see
chapter "Operation").
6) Heat the steam iron up for several minutes at
this highest setting.
7) Activate the steam blast button 5 a couple of
times so that steam comes out of the sole of
the iron.
8) Then iron over a piece of unwanted material
to remove any residues possibly remaining on
the sole of the iron.
NOTE
If the mains water in your area is rated as hard,
ecommended that you mix the mains water

with some distilled water. Otherwise, the jets for
the steam blast function could calcify (become
blocked) prematurely.
To extend the optimal steam blast function, mix
mains water with distilled water according to the
table.

garments to see if they are suitable for being
ironed, and at which temperature setting.

2) Empty the water tank and clean the sole of
the iron.

Ironing with steam blast
The steam blast function is especially suitable for
smoothing diffi cult-to-reach parts of a garment.
1) Slightly raise the steam iron.
2) Press the steam blast button 5 for a blast of
steam.

Anti-drip system
With conventional steam irons it can happen that
water drips from the iron sole at low temperatures.
This steam iron, however, is equipped with a special
anti-drip system. At low temperatures the steam iron
automatically switches off the steam blast function.
When this happens, a "click" can be be heard.
Set a suitable temperature level. As soon as this is
reached, steam production is resumed.

Automatic switch-off
This steam iron is fi tted with an automatic switch-off
system. This stops the steam iron from heating up.
When the steam iron is resting on its sole and is not
moved for approx. 30 seconds, 6 warning beeps
will sound, "PAUSE" appears and the display 1
lights up red. After a few seconds, the display illumination 1 switches off . The steam iron will stop
heating up.
To deactivate the automatic switch-off , lift up the
steam iron and move it gently from side to side.
The display 1 lights up blue, the previously set
temperature level is shown and the steam iron
heats up again.
When the steam iron is resting on its base 7 and is
not moved for approx. 8 minutes, 6 warning beeps
will sound, "PAUSE" appears and the display 1
lights up red. After a few seconds, the illumination of
the display 1 switches off . The steam iron will stop
heating up.
To deactivate the automatic switch-off , lift up the
steam iron and move it gently from side to side.
The display 1 lights up blue, the previously set
temperature level is shown and the steam iron
heats up again.
NOTE
The automatic switch-off is not intended as a
substitute for r
power!
It is merely designed to prevent the appliance
from overheating and helps to avoid unnecessary power consumption.
It does not, however, in itself provide fi re protection, for instance, if you place and leave the hot
steam iron on fl ammable material.

Self-cleaning function
1) Fill the water tank to the marking MAX.
2) Insert the plug into the mains power socket.
3) Set the temperature level to 9/MAX
4) Set the steam regulator 4 to maximum steam
power.
5) Allow the steam iron to heat up to the set
temperature.
6) Hold the steam iron horizontally over a catchment receptacle.
7) Press and hold down the self-clean button 8.
Steam and boiling water fl ows from the steam exit
holes in the sole of the iron. Impurities that may be
present are washed out.
8) Release the self-clean button 8 as soon as all
of the water has run out.
9) Iron over a towel or old piece of material a few
times to dry the sole of the iron thoroughly.
10) Remove the plug from the mains power socket.
11) Allow the steam iron to cool down before
placing it in storage.

The warranty only covers claims for material and
manufacturing defects, not for transport damage,
wearing parts or for damage to fragile components

The warranty is deemed void if this product has been
subjected to improper or inappropriate handling,
abuse or modifi cations which were not carried out

► Die Spannung der Stromquelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild
des Gerätes übereinstimmen.
► Lassen Sie ein defektes Gerät umgehend von einer qualifi zierten Fach-
werkstatt instand setzen, oder wenden Sie sich an den Kundenservice, um
Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort von autorisiertem
Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice austauschen, um Gefährdungen zu

► Ziehen Sie immer nur am Netzstecker, niemals am Netzkabel.
► Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht und verlegen Sie es so,

► Benutzen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen keinesfalls in der Nähe von Wasser,
das in Badewannen, Duschen, Waschbecken oder anderen Gefäßen
enthalten ist. Die Nähe von Wasser stellt eine Gefahr dar, auch wenn das
Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
► Sie dürfen das Dampfbügeleisen keinesfalls in eine Flüssigkeit tauchen und
keine Flüssigkeiten in das Gerätegehäuse des Dampfbügeleisens gelangen
lassen. Sie dürfen das Gerät keiner Feuchtigkeit aussetzen und nicht im Freien benutzen. Falls doch einmal Flüssigkeit in das Gerätegehäuse gelangt,
ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker des Geräts aus der Netzsteckdose und
lassen Sie es von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal reparieren.
► Sie dürfen das Gerätegehäuse des Dampfbügeleisens nicht öff nen. Lassen
Sie das defekte Dampfbügeleisen nur von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal
reparieren.

► Benutzen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen auf keinen Fall, wenn es sichtbare Be-
schädigungen aufweist, heruntergefallen ist, oder Wasser ausläuft. Lassen
Sie es erst von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal reparieren.
► Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht weiter, wenn der Knickschutz am Netzkabel
beschädigt ist!
► Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und älter und von Personen mit
reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt
oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden
und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben. Kinder dürfen

► Das Dampfbügeleisen und dessen Anschlussleitung müssen während des

► Lassen Sie das heiße, am Stromnetz angeschlossene oder eingeschaltete
Dampfbügeleisen niemals unbeaufsichtigt.
► Verstauen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen nur im abgekühlten Zustand.
► Das Dampfbügeleisen muss auf einer stabilen Oberfl äche benutzt und
abgestellt werden.
► Bügeln Sie nur mit den auf den Pfl egehinweisen angegebenen und für das
Material geeigneten Temperatureinstellungen. Sie können die Wäsche
andernfalls beschädigen. Falls Sie keine Pfl egehinweise kennen, beginnen
Sie mit der niedrigsten Temperatureinstellung.
► Lassen Sie niemals Kinder das Dampfbügeleisen benutzen.
► Stellen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen nur auf einen ebenen und hitzeunemp-
fi ndlichen Untergrund. Das Dampfbügeleisen muss stabil stehen.
► Wenn Sie das Dampfbügeleisen aus der Hand legen wollen, stellen Sie es
nur auf dem Sockel ab.
► Falls die Pfl egehinweise in der Kleidung das Bügeln untersagen
(Symbol ), dürfen Sie das Kleidungsstück nicht bügeln. Sie könnten das
Kleidungsstück andernfalls beschädigen.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
1) Entnehmen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen aus der
Verpackung.
2) Entfernen Sie alle Aufkleber und Folienteile
vom Dampfbügeleisen und der Bügelsohle.
WARNUNG - ERSTICKUNGSGEFAHR!
Plastiktüten können eine Gefahr darstellen. Um
Erstickungsgefahr zu vermeiden, bewahren Sie
die Plastiktüten außerhalb der Reichweite von
Babies und Kleinkindern auf.

3) Füllen Sie Wasser in den Wassertank (siehe
AT
CH
Kapitel „Wassertank befüllen“).
4) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteckdose, die der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Spannung entspricht.
5) Stellen Sie Temperaturstufe 9/MAX ein (siehe
Kapitel „Bedienen“).
6) Heizen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen einige Minuten auf der höchsten Stufe auf.
7) Betätigen Sie die Taste Dampfstoß 5 einige
Male, so dass Dampf aus der Bügelsohle
austritt.
8) Bügeln Sie dann ein nicht mehr benötigtes
Stück Stoff , um eventuelle Unreinheiten von der
Bügelsohle zu beseitigen.
HINWEIS
Sollte das Leitungswasser Ihres Wohnortes zu
t sein, empfi ehlt es sich, das Leitungswasser

mit destilliertem Wasser zu mischen. Ansonsten
können die Düsen für die Dampfstoß-Funktion
vorzeitig verkalken.
Zur Verlängerung der optimalen DampfstoßFunktion mischen Sie das Leitungswasser mit
destilliertem Wasser entsprechend der Tabelle.

Anti-Tropf-System
Bei herkömmlichen Dampfbügeleisen kann es
vorkommen, dass bei zu geringer Bügeltemperatur
Wasser aus der Bügelsohle tropft. Dieses Dampfbügeleisen weist jedoch ein Ausstattungsmerkmal,
das Anti-Tropf-System, auf. Das Dampfbügeleisen
schaltet den Dampfstoß bei niedrigen Temperaturen automatisch ab. Wenn dies geschieht, ist ein
„Klick” zu hören. Stellen Sie dann eine geeignete
Temperatur ein. Sobald diese erreicht ist, wird die
Dampferzeugung fortgesetzt.

Automatische Abschaltung
Das Dampfbügeleisen ist mit einer automatischen
Abschaltung ausgestattet. Diese stoppt das Heizen
des Dampfbügeleisens.
Wenn das Dampfbügeleisen auf der Bügelsohle
steht und es für ca. 30 Sekunden nicht bewegt
wird, erklingen 6 Warntöne, „PAUSE“ erscheint
und das Display 1 leuchtet rot. Nach einigen
Sekunden wird die Beleuchtung des Displays 1
ausgeschaltet. Das Heizen des Dampfbügeleisens
wird gestoppt.
Um die automatische Abschaltung zu deaktivieren,
heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen an und schwenken Sie es leicht hin und her.
Das Display 1 leuchtet blau, die vorher eingestellte Temperaturstufe wird angezeigt und das
Dampfbügeleisen heizt wieder auf.
Wenn das Dampfbügeleisen auf dem Sockel 7
steht und es für ca. 8 Minuten nicht bewegt wird,
erklingen 6 Warntöne, „PAUSE“ erscheint und das
Display 1 leuchtet rot. Nach einigen Sekunden
wird die Beleuchtung des Displays 1 ausgeschaltet. Das Heizen des Dampfbügeleisens wird
gestoppt.
Um die automatische Abschaltung zu deaktivieren,
heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen an und schwenken Sie es leicht hin und her.
Das Display 1 leuchtet blau, die vorher eingestellte Temperaturstufe wird angezeigt und das
Dampfbügeleisen heizt wieder auf.
Reinigen
Selbstreinigungs-Funktion
1) Füllen Sie den Wassertank bis zur Markierung
MAX.
2) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose.
3) Stellen Sie die Temperaturstufe 9/MAX ein.
4) Stellen Sie den Dampfregler 4 auf maximale
Dampfstärke.
5) Lassen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen auf die eingestellte Temperatur aufheizen.
6) Halten Sie das Dampfbügeleisen waagerecht
über eine Auff angschüssel.
7) Drücken Sie die Taste Self-Clean 8 und halten
Sie diese gedrückt.
Dabei tritt Dampf und kochendes Wasser aus den
Dampfaustrittslöchern in der Bügelsohle aus. Eventuell vorhandene Verunreinigungen werden dabei
herausgespült.
8) Lassen Sie die Taste Self-Clean 8 los, sobald
das Wasser im Wassertank aufgebraucht ist.
9) Fahren Sie einige Male über ein Handtuch
oder altes Stück Stoff hin und her, um die
Bügelsohle gründlich zu trocknen.
10) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
11) Lassen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen abkühlen,
bevor Sie es zur Seite stellen.
