Information about these operating instructions

Congratulations!
You have purchased a high-quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product
before using it. To do this, read the following operating instructions attentively.
Use the product only as described and for the range of applications specified.
Keep these operating instructions in a safe place. Please also pass all associated
documents on to any future owner(s).

Intended use

The 2-in-1 transport trolley is designed exclusively for transporting loads in
domestic households. The product can be used as a transport trolley or a sack
truck. The product is not designed for use on stairways or steep terrain and is not
intended for the transportation of humans or live animals. Commercial or industrial
use is not permitted. No liability will be assumed in cases of improper use.

Nor will any liability be assumed for damage caused by misuse or improper
handling, the use of force or unauthorised modification. The risk shall be borne
solely by the user.

Safety

DANGER!

Check the product before every use to make sure it is in perfect condition.

►

Do not use the product if it is damaged in any way.

► If it does not work properly or has been damaged, have the product be

checked immediately and repaired by customer service.

► Never apply a load of more than 120 kg.
► Do not continue to use the product if it is overloaded. This could lead to

damage that is not immediately visible.

► Secure the load on the product so that it cannot slip or fall. Use a tensioning

belt or similar if necessary.

► Use the product only on smooth, even surfaces, and not on stairways or

steep slopes.

► This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the hands of children.
► Check the screw connections at regular intervals.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► Never use the product for purposes other than those described in these

instructions.

► Risk of crushing! Be careful when folding the product.

Take care not to pinch your fingers! Be especially careful when
folding the wheels.

Use

Use as a transport trolley

♦ Unfold the product in stages (see figs. 1–3).
♦ Activate the brake when the product is not in use (see fig. 4.1).
♦ Release the brake to use the product (see fig. 4.2).

Use as a sack truck

► Remove any load before converting the product.

♦ First, unfold the product as described in the section Use as a transport

trolley.

♦ Then convert the transport trolley into a sack truck (see figs. 1–4).

Storage

► Remove any load before converting the product.

♦ Fold up the product one step at a time (see figs. 1–6).

♦ Store the product lying down so that it cannot tip over. Lay the product in a

clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Maintenance

♦ Check whether the screw connections on the joint shaft and wheels are

sufficiently tightened.

♦ If necessary, tighten all screw connections manually.
♦ Have any damaged screw joints replaced by a specialist.

Cleaning

WARNING

► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as these can damage

the outer surfaces of the product.

♦ For cleaning, unfold the product (see section Use as a transport trolley).
♦ Clean the product using a moistened cloth and a standard commercial

household cleaning fluid.

Disposal

Dispose of the product via an approved waste disposal company or your municipal
waste disposal facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations. Please contact
your waste disposal facility if you are in any doubt.

Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.

Appendix

Warranty

This device is provided with a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.
This device has been manufactured with care and inspected meticulously prior to
delivery.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,
please contact your Customer Service unit by telephone. This is the only way to
guarantee free return of your goods.

NOTE

►

The product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use
of force and modifications/repairs which have not been carried out by one of
our authorised Service centres.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty. The warranty period
is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components.

Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported im­mediately after unpacking, but no later than two days after the date of purchase.

Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to charge.

The warranty applies to material or manufacturing faults only, not for transport
damage, parts subject to wear and tear or for damage to fragile parts, e.g.
switches or rechargeable batteries.
