Instructions for safe use

Introduction

This product is designed with safety as an important feature and according to international safety standards.

Read and follow these safety rules.

Safety rules

■ Do only maintenance procedures that are included in the User Manual.

■ Do not remove screws, hardware or covers, unless you are told to in the User

Manual.

■ Do not remove covers before the machine is disconnected from the main power

supply. Refer to the User Manual for the correct procedure.

■ Do not change fuses before the machine is disconnected from the main power

supply. Refer to the User Manual for the correct procedure.

■ Do not modify the machine. A modified machine is not safe to operate. The

product warranty is cancelled if you modify the machine.

■ Do not change or adjust the safety interlock switches fitted to the machine.

■ Do not use the machine if the machine makes unusual noises. Turn off the

machine. Disconnect the machine from the main power supply. Call your service engineer.

Installation

■ Only an approved service engineer must install the machine.

■ Only connect the machine to a mains power supply of the correct voltage with a

good earth connection. The correct machine voltage is shown on the label at the mains power supply input on the rear of the machine. If the machine is connected to the wrong supply, the warranty is cancelled.

■ Make sure there is enough work area around the machine. Refer to the Site

Requirements document for the machine.

■ Install the machine on a level floor.

■ Use caution when you move the machine. The machine is heavy.

Trimmer Blade

This machine contains a power driven trimmer blade. When the machine is operated, you must follow the safety rules in this document and in the User Manual.

The Touch Screen

Clean the touch screen with a clean, dry cloth. Never use abrasive materials or chemicals to clean the touch screen. Gentle pressure with a clean, dry cloth is enough to remove fingerprints. Do not use excessive force.

General

■ Only use the machine to make books. Refer to the machine specification in the

User Manual.

■ Only use the stitch-wire approved by your supplier. Stitch-wire that is not

approved by your supplier can cause bad performance and cancels the warranty.

■ Keep magnets and all devices with a strong magnetic field away from the

machine.

End of life

The symbol "the crossed-out wheeled bin" indicates that at end-of-life of the equipment separate collection is required in the EU Member States. The black bar specifies that the appliance is put on the market after 13 August 2005. Reference: Directive 2002/96/EC.

Úvod

Tento výrobek je konstruován se zřetelem na bezpečnost a odpovídá mezinárodním bezpečnostním předpisům.

Instalace

napětí s dobrým uzemněním. Správné napětí stroje je uvedeno na štítku u přípoje pro energetický zdroj na zadní straně stroje. V případě připojení stroje k nesprávnému energetickému zdroji zaniká záruka.

■ Ujistěte se, že je kolem stroje dostatečný pracovní prostor. Řiďte se podle

pokynů pro umístění stroje.

■ Postavte stroj na vodorovnou podlahu.

■ Při přemísť ování stroje postupujte obezřele. Stroj je těžký.

Ostří řezačky

Stroj je vybaven mechanicky poháněným ostřím řezačky. Při provozu stroje musíte dodržovat bezpečnostní pokyny v tomto návodu a v uživatelské příručce.

Obrazovka ovládaná dotykem

Čistěte dotykovou obrazovku čistou a suchou tkaninou. K čištění obrazovky ovládané dotykem nepoužívejte nikdy brusných materiálů. K odstranění otisků prstů postačuje mírný tlak čisté a suché tkaniny. Nepoužívejte nadměrné síly.

Všeobecné

■ Používejte stroje pouze k výrobě knih. Řiďte se podle specifikace stroje v

uživatelské příručce.

■ Používejte pouze knihařské nitě povolené dodavatelem. Používání

knihařské nitě, kterou dodavatel neschválil, může být příčinou špatného výkonu a zániku nároků na záruku.

■ Nepřibližujte ke stroji magnety a zařízení se silným magnetickým polem.

Einführung

■ Führen Sie nur solche Wartungsvorgänge aus, die im Benutzerhandbuch

■ Entfernen Sie Schrauben, Ersatzteile oder Abdeckungen nur dann, wenn Sie im

Benutzerhandbuch dazu aufgefordert werden.

■ Entfernen Sie die Abdeckungen erst dann, wenn das Gerät von der

■ Vergewissern Sie sich, dass rund um das Gerät ausreichend Platz zur Verfügung

■ Installieren Sie das Gerät auf einem ebenen Fußboden.

■ Gehen Sie beim Verschieben des Geräts mit Vorsicht vor. Das Gerät ist sehr

Der Touchscreen

Reinigen Sie den Touchscreen mit einem sauberen, trockenen Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermaterialien oder Chemikalien zum Reinigen des Touchscreen. Fingerabdrücke entfernen Sie ganz einfach mit einem sauberen, trockenen Tuch. Drücken Sie beim Reinigen des Bedienfelds nicht zu fest.

Allgemeines

■ Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für die Herstellung von Büchern. Informationen zur

Gerätespezifikation finden Sie im Benutzerhandbuch.

■ Verwenden Sie nur den vom Händler empfohlenen Heftdraht. Wenn Sie

Heftdrähte verwenden, die nicht vom Händler empfohlen werden, kann dies zu schlechten Ergebnissen führen und die Garantie erlischt.

■ Halten Sie Magnete und alle Geräte, die ein starkes Magnetfeld erzeugen, vom

Hoja de guillotina

Esta máquina posee una hoja de guillotina motorizada. A la hora de trabajar con la máquina siga las normas de seguridad descritas en este documento y en el manual de usuario.

La pantalla táctil

Limpie la pantalla táctil con un paño limpio y seco. No utilice nunca materiales ni productos químicos abrasivos para limpiar la pantalla táctil. Para limpiar las huellas dactilares es suficiente pasar suavemente un paño limpio y seco. No presione demasiado.

General

■ Utilice la máquina exclusivamente para hacer libros. Consulte las

especificaciones de la máquina en el manual de usuario.

■ Utilice únicamente el alambre de cosido aprobado por su proveedor. Un alambre

de cosido no aprobado por su proveedor invalida la garantía y puede generar un mal rendimiento de la máquina.

■ Mantenga alejado de la máquina cualquier dispositivo magnético o aparato con

un fuerte campo magnético.

■ Laitteen saa asentaa ainoastaan hyväksytty huoltoteknikko.

■ Liitä laite ainoastaan hyvin maadoitettuun verkkovirtalähteeseen, jonka jännite

on oikea. Laitteen oikea jännite näkyy laitteen takana verkkovirtalähteen tulossa olevassa tarrassa. Jos laite liitetään väärään virtalähteeseen, takuu raukeaa.

■ Varmista, että laitteen ympärillä on riittävästi työskentelytilaa. Katso laitteen

käyttöpaikalle asetetut vaatimukset vastaavasta dokumentista.

■ Asenna laite tasaiselle alustalle.

■ Liikuta laitetta varoen. Laite on painava.

Tasoit uster ä

Tässä laitteessa on koneistettu tasoitusterä. Laitetta käytettäessä on noudatettava tämän dokumentin ja käyttöoppaan turvamääräyksiä.

Kosketusnäyttö

Puhdista kosketusnäyttö puhtaalla, kuivalla liinalla. Älä koskaan käytä hankaavia aineita tai kemikaaleja kosketusnäytön puhdistamiseen. Puhtaalla kuivalla liinalla kevyesti painamalla saadaan sormenjäljet poistettua. Älä käytä liiallista voimaa.
