Issue Description:

Solution

bin on the M5025/M5035 MPF.

A received fax does not output to the output tray destination that was defined
through the control panel.

The destination source is defined by accessing the following menu selections on
the HP Easy Select control panel. ADMINSTRATION \ DEFAULT JOB OPTIONS \
DEFAULT FAX OPTIONS \ FAX RECEIVE \ OUTPUT BIN (See Figure 1 below).

The following selections will allow a workaround to this issue:

STACKER BIN
The fax job needs to go to the STACKER BIN (Top Bin).

Configure the control panel selection to “STANDARD OUTPUT BIN”.

STANDARD OUTPUT BIN
The fax job needs to go to the STANDARD OUTPUT BIN (Bottom Bin).

Configure the control panel selection to “STACKER BIN”.

AUTOMATIC
If the control panel setting is set to AUTOMATIC, the output will go to the STACKER
BIN (Top).
