INTRODUCING D-LINK AIRPLUS – THE NEXT GENERATION OF WIRELESS NETWORKING

D-Link introduces another breakthrough in wireless connectivity – the D-Link AirPlus series of high-speed
networking products that offer data transfer rates up to 22Mbps, 802.11b compatibility, enhanced security
with 256-bit WEP Encryption, and easy installation. In addition to these groundbreaking products are an
extremely affordable broadband router, dual mode access point (802.11a and 802.11b), and new Gigabit
switches to round out a very exciting month for D-Link product releases. Read on for details…

DI-614+ - The DI-614+ is a wireless broadband router that allows users to share a
cable or DSL connection and create an 802.11b wireless network with data transfer
rates up to 22Mbps! An intelligent, Web-based set up wizard allows users to quickly
and securely connect computers to share high-speed Internet access and other
network resources. Plus, the DI-614+ includes a built-in 4-port switch for additional
connectivity options and offers 256-bit WEP encryption for a higher level of security
compared to standard 802.11b products. The DI-614+ also incorporates advanced
firewall features like network address translation (NAT) and parental controls such
as content filtering and filtering scheduling that are easy to set up with a Web-based
user interface.

DWL-900AP+ - The D-Link DWL-900AP+ is an enhanced 802.11b Wireless Access
Point that offers data transfer rates up to 22Mbps (when used with other AirPlus
products) and can be configured to perform in any one of four modes – as a
wireless access point, as a point-to-point bridge with another access point, as a
point-to-multi-point wireless bridge, or as a wireless client. It also includes an
embedded DHCP server that once enabled will automatically assign IP addresses
to wireless clients eliminating the need for a separate DHCP server on the network.
The DWL-900AP+ also features 256-bit WEP encryption for a higher-level of
security compared to current 802.11b solutions.

DWL-650+ - The D-Link DWL-650+ is an enhanced 32-bit Card bus adapter that is
fully 802.11b compatible making it interoperable with all existing 802.11b compliant
devices and offers transfer rates up to 20% faster when connected to a standard

802.11b network. When you’re connected to other D-Link AirPlus products, the
performance is even greater – up to 22Mbps! The DWL-650+ also features 256-bit
WEP encryption for a higher level of security and includes a configuration utility to
discover available wireless networks and create and save detailed profiles of those
networks most often accessed.

DWL-520+ - The D-Link DWL-520+ is an enhanced 802.11b PCI Adapter that is
fully 802.11b compatible making it interoperable with all existing 802.11b compliant
devices and offers transfer rates up to 20% faster when connected to a standard

802.11b network. When you’re connected to other D-Link AirPlus products, the
performance is even greater – up to 22Mbps! The DWL-520+ also features 256-bit
WEP encryption for a higher level of security and includes a configuration utility to
discover available wireless networks and create and save detailed connectivity
profiles for those networks most often accessed.

DI-604 - The new D-Link DI-604 is an affordable yet powerful broadband router that

allows users to share a cable or DSL connection and is an ideal solution for a home
or small business network. The DI-604 has an integrated 4-Port 10/100 switch and
an intelligent, Web-based set-up wizard makes it easy to connect computers to
share high-speed Internet access, files, and resources. Plus, never before has an
Ethernet router priced this affordably included such advanced firewall and network
management controls like content filtering, filtering scheduling, and network address
translation (NAT) that are easy to set up with a Web based user interface.

DWL-6000AP - The D-LinkAir Pro DWL-6000AP Dual Band Wireless Access Point
is a next generation access point that simultaneously serves both 802.11a wireless
networks at 54Mbps and 802.11b wireless networks at 11Mbps. In addition, the
DWL-6000AP also builds a bridge between a wireless and wired network with its
integrated 10/100 Ethernet port and will automatically obtain an IP address and
forward additional IP addresses to multiple clients for a seamless Ethernet network
connection and shared Internet access. This innovative solution also includes a
Web-based interface to access powerful management and security capabilities
making it the ideal solution for future proofing and upgrading Wireless Local Area
Networks (WLANs).

DCF-660W - D-Link has just released the DCF-660W – a high-performance

Compact Flash Wireless Network Adapter that allows users to connect their
Handheld PC to any 802.11b compliant wireless network. The DCF-660W is a plug­and-play adapter that works with both a Type I and Type II slot and is compatible
with Windows CE 3.0 and Pocket PC 2002. The DCF-650W is an affordable
solution designed for users of Pocket PC’s that want convenient access to a
wireless network to access e-mail, synchronize data, or browse the Internet.

DWL-810 - The D-LinkAir DWL-810 is an Ethernet to 802.11b wireless bridge that
provides users with a means to connect any Ethernet enabled device to an 802.11b
wireless network. This technology will allow users to add wireless connectivity to
many different devices, such as Ethernet enabled print servers, network storage
devices and Internet cameras. Users will gain the flexibility of wireless networking
without having to purchase new equipment. With up to 11Mbps of bandwidth, users
will enjoy a high-speed connection to their network for sharing a common printer, file
sharing, video streaming or sharing Internet access. The DWL-810 also includes
128-bit Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) to keep their information secure from
unwanted intruders.

DGS-1016T – The DGS-1016T is a (16) port 10/100/1000BASE-T wire-speed unmanaged desktop or rack­mountable switch. The DGS-1016T supports extensive front panel LEDs, 8K MAC addresses and internal
universal power supply.

DGS-1024T – Rounding out our new line of Gigabit switches is the DGS-1024T - a (24) port
10/100/1000BASE-T wire-speed unmanaged desktop or rack-mountable switch. The DGS-1024T supports
extensive front panel LEDs, 8K MAC addresses and internal universal power supply.

DES-322T – To add another connectivity option to our DES-3226 24-Port 10/100 Layer 2 Managed Switch,
D-Link offers the DES-322T – a 2-Port 1000BASE-T Module for the DES-3226.
