Information for these operating instructions

These operating instructions are a component of the Laser Spirit Level PLW 3 A1 (hereafter designated as the appliance) and they provide you with important information about the intended use, set up and operation of the appliance.

The operating instructions must be constantly kept available close to the appliance. They are to be read and applied by everyone assigned to operate the appliance. Keep these operating instructions and hand them over with the appliance to any future owners.

This documentation is copyright protected. Any copying or reproduction, including as extracts, as well as the reproduction of

images, also in an altered state, is only permitted with the written authorisation of the manufacturer.

Intended use

This Laser Spirit Level is intended for the measurement of lengths and for the horizontal and vertical alignment of objects, e.g. pictures. This appliance is suitable only for indoor use and is intended only for domestic applications. The appliance is not meant for commercial use. No liability will be accepted for damage resulting from incorrect or improper usage, the application of force or unauthorised modiﬁ cations. Claims of any kind resulting from damage caused by improper use, incompetent repairs, unauthorized modiﬁ cations or the use of non-approved spare parts will not be acknowledged.

Loosen the screw of the battery compartment cover with a crosshead screw- ♦ driver and remove the battery compartment cover.

Insert the 2 Type AAA/Micro batteries resp. replace the used batteries with ♦ new ones.

Disposal of the appliance

Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste. This product is subject to the European Directive 2002/96/EC-WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, consult your local disposal facility.

Disposing of the batteries

Do not dispose of the batteries with household waste. All consumers are statutorily obliged to dispose of batteries at a collection site in their community/city district or at a retail store. This obligation is intended to ensure that batteries are disposed of in an environmentally safe manner. Only hand in batteries/cells that are fully discharged.

Dispose of the packaging materials in an environmentally responsible manner.

Ove upute za rukovanje predstavljaju sastavni dio libele sa laserom PLW 3 A1 (u nastavku označene kao uređaj) i daju Vam važne napomene za namjensku uporabu, sigurnost, ustroj i posluživanje uređaja.

Upute za rukovanje moraju stalno stajati na raspolaganju u blizini uređaja. Ove upute moraju pročitati i primijeniti sve osobe zadužene za posluživanje uređaja. Sačuvajte ove upute za rukovanje i zajedno sa uređajem ih predajte slijedećem vlasniku.

Libela sa laserom služi za mjerenje dužina i predviđena je za vodoravno i okomito pozicioniranje predmeta, na primjer slika.
