1. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Bitte lesen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit dieses Handbuch
und die allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise gründlich durch. Wenn Sie das Gerät Dritten überlassen,
legen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung immer bei. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Unfälle oder
Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser Anleitung und den Sicherheitshinweisen entstehen.
Wenn Sie Schutzvorrichtungen entfernen, verändern oder andere bauliche Veränderungen vornehmen entfällt jegliche Haftung des Herstellers!!
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung mit der Spannung auf dem Typenschild der
Maschine übereinstimmt. Sichern Sie Ihre elektrische Anlage mit einem geeigneten ÜberstromSchutzschalter ab.
Setzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht dem Regen aus. Benutzen Sie Elektrogeräte nicht in feuchter
oder nasser Umgebung. Sorgen Sie für gute Beleuchtung. Benutzen sie Elektrogeräte nicht in
der Nähe von brennbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen.
Halten Sie Kinder fern! Lassen Sie andere Personen nicht das Gerät oder Kabel berühren, halten
Sie sie von Ihrem Arbeitsbereich fern.
Überlasten Sie Ihr Werkzeug nicht, setzen sie es nur bis zur max. Tragkraft (Siehe am Typenschild, nicht am Lasthaken) ein.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät zweckentsprechend. Benutzen Sie Werkzeuge nicht für Zwecke und
Arbeiten, wofür sie nicht bestimmt sind. Transportieren/heben Sie keine Personen mit dem Gerät.
Nicht unter einer angehobenen Last stehen oder arbeiten.
Zweckentfremden Sie nicht das Kabel. Benutzen Sie das Anschlusskabel nicht, um den Stecker
aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Schützen Sie das Kabel vor Hitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten.
Pflegen Sie Ihr Werkzeug mit Sorgfalt. Befolgen Sie die Wartungsvorschriften. Kontrollieren Sie
regelmäßig den Stecker und das Kabel sowie das Stahlseil, und lassen diese bei Beschädigung
von einem anerkannten Fachmann erneuern. Halten Sie ihr Gerät sauber!
Bei Nichtgebrauch und Wartung Netzstecker ziehen.
Dieses Elektrogerät entspricht den einschlägigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Reparaturen dürfen nur von einer Elektrofachkraft ausgeführt werden.
Greifen Sie nicht in das laufende Gerät!

3. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Der E-Seilzug dient zum Heben und Senken von Lasten bis zur jeweils angegebenen Belastungsgrenze. Jede andere Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für alle Schäden/Verletzungen, die aus
nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resultieren haftet der Benutzer des Gerätes, nicht jedoch der
Hersteller/Händler.
4. EINSATZBESCHRÄNKUNGEN
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz konstruiert wurde. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung, wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerksoder Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.

7. NOTWENDIGE INFORMATIONEN FÜR DIE INBETRIEBNAHME
Arbeitsbereich: 0° bis 40°C, Luftfeuchtigkeit max. 85% bei 25°C, nicht über 1000m Seehöhe
Aussetzbetriebs-Einschaltdauer: z.B.: S³20%-10min bedeutet: innerhalb von 10min darf das
Gerät max. 20% davon in Betrieb sein (d.h. max. 2min Betrieb, danach 8 min Auskühlzeit).
Entfernen Sie vor der ersten Inbetriebname die Transportsicherung (Aufkleber auf der Seiltrommel).
Verwenden Sie dazu auf keinen Fall ein scharfes Werkzeug - das Seil darf nicht beschädigt werden!
8. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE / FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Die Montage des Gerätes (Fig. 4) erfolgt vorzugsweise an einem Stahlrohrausleger. Das verwendete
Stahlrohr muss einen Durchmesser von mindestens 43 mm und eine Wandstärke von mind. 3 mm
besitzen. Der Ausleger muss fest in einer Wand verankert sein. Die Verankerung ist entsprechend
stabil auszuführen, um der Belastung bestehen zu können. Dies sollte vor der ersten Inbetriebnhame von einer qualifizierten Person überprüft werden!
Vergewissern Sie sich vor Arbeitsbeginn, dass der Bedienschalter sich in AUS-Stellung befindet
und das Stahlseil exakt nach Fig. 2 auf die Trommel gewickelt ist.
Lassen Sie IMMER MINDESTENS 2 Windungen auf der Seiltrommel bzw. überbrücken Sie nicht
den unteren Seilabschaltbügel, um das Seil nicht zu beschädigen.
Die Bedienung erfolgt mit dem Schalter (10) am Schaltpanel (9), der je nach Laufrichtung
zu schalten ist. Schalten Sie nicht direkt von Vor- auf Rücklauf, sondern halten Sie das Gerät
dazwischen an.
Wenn das Seilende erscheint bzw. der Abrollseilbegrenzer den Seilzug abschaltet, darf das Seil
nicht mehr weiter abgewickelt werden!
Kann die Seilwinde ein Gewicht nicht sofort anheben, so schalten Sie die Seilwinde sofort ab,
um Beschädigungen und Unfälle zu vermeiden.
Beachten sie einen sicheren Sitz der Last am Haken und halten Sie sich stets von Last und
Stahlseil fern.
Bei Herablassen einer Last ist zu beachten, dass die Winde beim Anhalten noch einige Zentimeter nachlaufen kann, daher rechtzeitig stoppen!
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Tragseil nicht mehr als etwa 15° ausgelenkt wird bzw. nicht über
scharfe Kanten gezogen oder befestigt wird ! (Gefahr einer Seilbeschädigung)
Die Abspulrichtung MUSS IMMER mit der Schalterstellung übereinstimmen, da sonst der elektrische Endabschalter außer Funktion gesetzt ist und es zu schweren Schäden am Gerät kommen kann!
Beim Heben von Lasten das Seil erst langsam straffen und dann heben um ruckartige Belastungen zu vermeiden.

Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig das Stahlseil in seiner gesamten Länge auf Beschädigungen sowie die Funktionsfähigkeit des Endabschalters (Seilwinde hochziehen lassen, bis der Endanschlag (4) den Abschaltbügel betätigt).
Ist das Stahlseil beschädigt (geknickt oder zersplissen - Fig. 3) ist es gegen ein Originalersatzseil auszutauschen. Lassen Sie das Seil in einer Fachwerkstatt austauschen.
Behandeln Sie das Lager der Umlenkrolle und das Seil regelmäßig (ca. alle 200 Auf-Ab- Schaltungen) mit etwas Öl.
Prüfen Sie die Leichtgängigkeit aller mechanischer Bauteile der Winde in ausgeschaltetem
Zustand des Gerätes. Das Gerät sollte mindestens einmal jährlich durch einen Sachkundigen
geprüft werden.
Nach 1000 Auf-Ab- Schaltungen überprüfen Sie die Festigkeit aller Schrauben.
Umlenkrolle montieren
Die Umlenkrolle dient dazu, nach dem Prinzip des Flaschenzuges die Maximallast des Seilzugs zu
verdoppeln (zB bei ArtNr. 33252 von 125 auf 250 kg - siehe technische Daten). Um die Umlenkrolle
am Stahlseil zu montieren, muß diese erst gemäß Fig. 5 zerlegt und anschließend am Stahlseil
wieder zusammengebaut werden. Achten Sie darauf sämtliche relevanten Schrauben wieder fest
anzuziehen. Hängen Sie nun den Haken des Stahlseils wie in Fig. 6 beschrieben an der Seite des
Seilzuges ein.

9. SERVICE UND ERSATZTEILE
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach jeder Benutzung. Verwenden Sie dazu keine Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel, sondern ein feuchtes Tuch und ggf. Druchluft mit niedriegem Druck zum Ausblasen
des Gerätes.
Schmieren Sie alle 200 Zyklen Seil und Umlenkrolle (das Seil nur leicht einfetten - Korrosionsschutz).
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Kabel auf Beschädigungen.
Prüfen Sie etwa alle 30 Zyklen das Seil auf Beschädigungen.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Not-Aus Schalter auf seine korrekte Funktion.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die Abschaltvorrichtungen (2+3) auf korrekte Funktion.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die Haken auf Abnutzungserscheinungen. Ist mehr als 10% des Hakens abgenutzt (zB. Abrieb an der Haken-Innenseite durch die Belastung der zu hebenden Objekte)
muss dieser getauscht werden.
Verwenden Sie nur Original-Ersatzteile.
10. GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsbestimmungen.
11. ENTSORGUNG
Das Produkt befindet sich in einer Verpackung um Transportschäden zu verhindern. Diese Verpackung ist Rohstoff und wiederverwendbar oder kann wieder dem Rohstoffkreislauf zugeführt
werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie z.B. Metalle,
Kunststoffe, Flüssigkeiten, Öle, etc. Führen Sie defekte Bauteile der Sondermüllentsorgung zu. Fragen Sie im Fachgeschäft oder in der Gemeindeverwaltung nach.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can result in serious injury. KEEP THIS
MANUAL. When giving this machine to third parties, always include this manual. We do not accept
any liabilities for accidents or damages that result from misuse. Removal/Alteration of any
safety devices or of the machine in general will result in the loss of warranty. The
buyer assumes all risk and liability arising out of his or her repairs/alterations to the
original product or replacement parts thereto, or arising out of his or her installation

Make sure the power supply voltage matches the required voltage as indicated on the type label
on the product. Equip your electrical system with overvoltage protection.
Do not use powertools in wet conditions or rain. Keep your workspace well lit, safe and clean.
Never use powertools in the vicinity of flamable substances or gases.
Keep children away from your workspace. Do not let underage children or inexperienced individuals operate powertools.
Do not exceed the maximum weight limits of the electric hoist (see technical data and/or type
stickers). RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY!
Never transport or lift people with the electric hoist.
Never stand directly below the hoist when it is carrying load.
Do not misuse the cable. Never use the cable to pull out the powerplug. Protect the cable from
heat, oil and sharp edges.
Handle your product with care and inspect the product and cable prior to each use. Make sure
it is undamaged and all safety devices are in place and operational every time you use the product. Pay extra attention to the condition of the steel cable! If you notice any damage, DO NOT
USE THE PRODUCT. Contact your local dealer or qualified service personnel.
If the product is not in use or is being serviced, disconnect the powerplug.
Always be careful and focussed when operating powertools.
This electronic appliance is in accordance with all required ssafety standards. Do not perform
any repair work. If the product is damaged, please consult your local dealer.

7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INITIAL OPERATION
Environmental conditions: 0° - 40°C, humidity max. 85% at 25°C, not above 1000m sea level
Duty type: e.g.: S³20%-10min means: during a 10 minute period the engine must not be used
more than 20% of the time -> max. 2 min operation and then 8 min cooldown).
Prior to first use remove the transport lock (the sticker covering the cablereel). Do not try to remove
the sticker using sharp tools - you might damage the steel cable!
8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Usually the electric hoist is mounted on a steel beam or bar (Fig. 4) with a diameter of at least 43mm
and a material thickness of no less than 3mm. The beam must be fixed secuely and tightly to a wall.
The wall fixture must be designed in such a way, that it can easily withstand the forces generated
by the operation of the hoist (see technical data). Make sure that the whole installation is inspected
by qualified, certified personnel before you begin to use the product!
Make sure that the power-switch (10) is in the OFF position and that the steel cable is properly
furled on the cable reel (see fig 2).
Always leave at least 2 windings on the reel. NEVER disengage the killswitches!
To operate the hoist use the up/down switch (10) on the panel. Never change direction directly
- always stop the hoist before changing the direction.
Once the end of the cable becomes visible or the killswitch stops the cable DO NOT unfurl the
cable any further!
If the hoist can not lift a given weight instantly, immediatly stop the hoist and do not try again
to avoid damaging the hoist.
Make sure the load is secured tightly and properly on the hook. Stay away from the load and
the cable during lifting operations.
Please note, that when lowering a given load the reel may have a bit of a follow up movement
after you stop the engine. Take this into account and stop the movement of the hoist accordingly (ie. a little earlier).
Do not deflect the cable more than 15° and do not scrape the cable over any edges!
The furling direction MUST always conform with the direction on the switch. Otherwise the
terminator switches will be circumvented and the hoist may be seriously damaged!
When lifting weights start slowly so the cable will gradually straighten and not „snap“ into
position. Once the cable is straight and under load, you may increase the speed.

Inspect the whole length of the steel cable and the functinality of the terminator switches in
regular intervals (ideally prior to each operation).
A damaged steel cable (bent or spliced - Fig. 3) must be replaced with an original replacement
cable by a certified service technician only. Do not attempt to make such repairs on your own!
Apply a bit of oil to the bearing of the deflector pulley in regular intervals (approx. every 200
lifting/lowering cycles).
With the hoist switched off and the power disconnected make sure all moving parts do have
free movent. The hoist should be inspected once a year by a certified technician.
Check for loose screws and nuts after about 1000 cycles.
Attaching the deflector pulley
The deflector pulley is used to double the maximal load capacity of the hoist (it will also decrease the
maximal speed by 50%). To attach the pulley to the cable, it must first be disassembled as shown
in Fig. 5 and then reassembled on the cable. Make sure to secure all screws tighly. Hang the hook
of the pulley in the hole in the housing of the hoist (see fig. 6).

9. SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
Clean the hoist after every use with a moist cloth. Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents. You
may use compressed air (low pressure!) to clean the hoist.
Grease the cable and deflector pulley every 200 cycles with universal grease to avoid corrosion.
Regularly inspect all cables, hooks, switches, terminators etc. for wear, defects and proper operation.
The hook must be inspected on a regular basis for wear. Replace if more than 10% of the hook is
scraped away.
Use original replacement parts only!

Ne vous placez jamais directement sous le palan quand il porte une charge.
N‘utilisez pas abusivement le cordon d‘alimentation. N‘utilisez pas le cordon d‘alimentation pour
débrancher la fiche électrique. Protégez le cordon d’alimentation de la chaleur, des graisses/
huiles et des arêtes vives.
Manipulez votre produit avec soin, et inspectez le produit et le cordon d‘alimentation avant
chaque utilisation. Vérifiez qu‘il n‘est pas endommagé et que tous les dispositifs de sécurité
sont en place et opérationnels à chaque fois que vous utilisez le produit. Faites particulièrement
attention à l‘état du câble en acier ! S‘il présente la moindre détérioration, N‘UTILISEZ PAS LE
PRODUIT. Contactez votre distributeur local ou un réparateur qualifié.

7. INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES POUR LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Conditions environnementales: 0~40 °C, humidité max de 85 % à 25 °C, à une altitude maximale de 1000 m par rapport au niveau de la mer.
Type de charge: Exemple : « S³ 20 %-10 minutes » signifie : sur une période de 10 minutes, le
moteur ne doit pas être utilisé plus de 20 % du temps. -> utilisation pendant 2 min max, puis refroidissement pendant 8 min. Avant la première utilisation, retirez la fixation de transport (l‘autocollant
couvrant l‘enrouleur de câble). N‘essayez pas de retirer l‘autocollant avec des ustensiles coupants,
car vous pourriez endommager le câble en acier !
8. UTILISATION
Généralement le palan électrique est installé sur une poutre ou une barre en acier (Image 4) d‘un
diamètre d‘au moins 43 mm et d‘une épaisseur de matériau d‘au moins 3 mm. La poutre doit
être solidement fixée et plaquée contre un mur. La fixation murale doit être conçue pour qu‘elle
puisse facilement supporter les forces générées par l‘utilisation du palan (voir les spécifications
techniques). Faites impérativement inspecter l‘intégralité de l‘installation par un technicien qualifié
et diplômé avant de commencer à utiliser le produit !
Vérifiez que l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt (10) est dans la position Arrêt et que le câble en acier est
correctement enroulé sur l‘enrouleur de câble (voir l‘image 2).
Laissez toujours au moins 2 boucles sur l‘enrouleur. Ne désengagez JAMAIS les coupecircuits d‘arrêt !
Pour actionner le palan, utilisez l‘interrupteur monter/descendre (10) sur le panneau. Ne modifiez jamais directement la direction - Arrêtez toujours le palan avant de changer de direction.
Quand l‘extrémité du câble devient visible ou quand un coupe-circuit d‘arrêt stoppe le câble, NE
DÉROULEZ PAS davantage le câble !
Si le palan ne peut pas lever un poids donné instantanément, éteignez-le immédiatement et ne
réessayez pas pour éviter d‘endommager le palan.
Vérifiez que la charge est solidement et correctement attachée au crochet. Restez éloigné de la
charge et du câble pendant les opérations de levage.
Pendant la descente d‘une charge donnée, l‘enrouleur peut avoir un faible mouvement de continuation quand vous arrêtez le moteur. Prenez cela en compte quand vous arrêtez le mouvement
du palan (c‘est-à-dire que vous devez l‘arrêter un peu avant).
N‘inclinez pas le câble de plus de 15° et ne faites pas racler le câble sur des arêtes !
La direction d‘enroulement/déroulement DOIT toujours être identique à la direction sur
l‘interrupteur. Sinon les coupe-circuits d‘arrêt seront contournés et le palan risque d‘être gravement endommagé !
Lors du levage d‘un poids, commencez lentement pour que le câble se tende progressivement et

ne claque pas. Une fois le câble tendu et en charge, vous pouvez accroître la vitesse.
Inspectez entièrement le câble en acier et le fonctionnement des coupe-circuits d‘arrêt à intervalles réguliers (idéalement avant chaque utilisation).
Un câble en acier endommagé (fracture de fils ou désolidarisation des torons, Image 3) doit
être remplacé exclusivement avec un câble de rechange d‘origine par un réparateur diplômé.
N’essayez jamais d’effectuer de telles réparations vous-même!
Appliquez régulièrement un peu d‘huile sur les roulements de la poulie de moufflage (tous les
200 cycles de levage/descente environ).
Avec le palan éteint et débranché de l‘alimentation électrique, vérifiez que toutes les pièces
mobiles peuvent bouger librement. Le palan doit être inspecté une fois par an par un technicien
diplômé.
Inspectez le produit pour vérifier que les vis et les écrous ne sont pas desserrés tous les 1000
cycles environ.
Assembler la poulie de moufflage
La poulie de moufflage permet de doubler la capacité de charge maximale du palan (elle réduit
également la vitesse maximale de 50 %). Pour attacher la poulie au câble, elle doit d‘abord être
démontée comme montré sur l‘image 5, puis réassemblée sur le câble. Veillez à visser solidement
toutes les vis. Accrochez le crochet de la poulie sur le trou du boîtier du palan (Image 6).

9. ENTRETIEN/PIÈCES DE RECHANGE
Nettoyez le palan après chaque utilisation avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez aucun solvant ou
produit nettoyant. Vous pouvez utiliser de l‘air comprimé (basse pression !) pour nettoyer le palan.
Graissez le câble et la poulie de moufflage tous les 200 cycles avec de la graisse universelle
pour prévenir la corrosion.
Inspectez régulièrement tous les câbles, crochets, interrupteurs, coupe-circuits, etc., pour vérifier
qu‘ils fonctionnent normalement, ne sont pas usés et ne présentent pas de défauts.
Le crochet doit être inspecté régulièrement pour vérifier qu‘il n‘est pas usé. Remplacez-le si plus
de 10 % du crochet a été raclé.
Utilisez exclusivement des pièces de rechange d’origine!

alebo škody spôsobené zneužitím. Demontáž / zmena akýchkoľvek bezpečnostných
