1. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Bitte lesen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit dieses Handbuch
und die allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise gründlich durch. Wenn Sie das Gerät Dritten überlassen,
legen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung immer bei. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Unfälle oder
Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser Anleitung und den Sicherheitshinweisen entstehen.
Wenn Sie Schutzvorrichtungen entfernen, verändern oder andere bauliche Veränderungen vornehmen entfällt jegliche Haftung des Herstellers!!
Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor jeder Inbetriebnahme auf Vollständigkeit, Funktion und Dichtheit!
Nehmen Sie niemals ein defektes oder funktionsunfähiges Gerät in Betrieb!
Kontaktieren Sie den Hersteller oder lassen Sie das Gerät von einem qualifizierten Mechaniker kontrollieren oder gegebenenfalls reparieren.
Wenden Sie auf keinen Fall übermäßige Gewalt an!
Halten Sie die Presse immer sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
Halten Sie stets die maximale Presskraft von 20 Tonnen ein und achten Sie immer auf den Druckstand
des Manometers. Dieser kann ein wenig nachlassen.
Halten Sie Kinder und unbeteiligte Personen von der Presse fern.
Tragen Sie bei all Ihren Arbeiten mit der Werkstattpresse eine geeignete Schutzausrüstung wie z.B.
Arbeitshandschuhe, Arbeitsschuhe, Schutzbrille, usw.
Achten Sie immer darauf, dass Sie beim Bedienen der Presse sicher auf beiden Beinen stehen und nicht
das Gleichgewicht verlieren können.
Sorgen Sie immer für eine ausreichende Beleuchtung.
Stellen Sie die Presse nur auf einem waagrechten, sauberen und rutschfreien Untergrund auf, der stabil
genug ist, das Gesamtgewicht der Presse und deren Beladung aufzunehmen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich das zu pressende Werkstück im Zentrum der Presse befindet.
Halten Sie beim Pressvorgang alle Körperteile von dem Arbeitstisch und dem Druckkolben fern. Bei
Nichteinhaltung können schwere körperliche Verletzungen entstehen.
Lassen Sie die beladene Presse niemals unbeaufsichtigt und stehen Sie beim Pressvorgang nicht direkt
vor der Presse.
Nutzen Sie die Presse niemals um Druckfedern oder ähnliche Teile zusammen zu pressen!
Bedienen Sie die Presse nicht, wenn Sie müde sind, Alkohol, Drogen oder andere Rauschmittel zu sich
genommen haben.
Ungeübte Personen dürfen diese Presse nicht bedienen.
Füllen Sie nur mit geeignetem Hydrauliköl auf.
Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen an der Werkstattpresse vor.
Setzen Sie die Presse niemals Regenwasser oder Spritzwasser aus.
Lagern sie die Presse bei Nichtgebrauch in einer trockenen Umgebung mit eingefahrenem Presskolben.
Bauen Sie die Presse nicht alleine auf ! Ziehen Sie mindestens einen Helfer hinzu.

3. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Die Werkstattpresse dient zum Pressen bis zur maximal angegebenen Belastungsgrenze. Jede andere Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für alle Schäden/Verletzungen, die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resultieren haftet der Benutzer des Gerätes, nicht jedoch der Hersteller/
Händler.
4. EINSATZBESCHRÄNKUNGEN
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz konstruiert wurde. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung, wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerksoder Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.

7. NOTWENDIGE INFORMATIONEN FÜR DIE INBETRIEBNAHME
Das Produkt wird im zerlegten Zustand geliefert. Beachten Sie hierzu Skizze A
8. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE / FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Pressvorgang
Setzen Sie die Druckplatten (5) auf die Rahmenplatt. Legen Sie das Werkstück auf die Druckplatten.
Drehen Sie den Drehknopf im Uhrzeigersinn, dadurch schließt sich das Pumpventil.
Betätigen Sie den Pumphebel so lange, bis sich der Pressdorn des Pumpzylinders dem Werkstück nähert.
Richten Sie das Werkstück zentral auf den Pressdorn aus.
Betätigen Sie den Pumphebel, um den Pressvorgang durchzuführen.
Beenden Sie nach dem Pressvorgang das Pumpen mit dem Pumphebel. Durch langsames
Drehen des Drehknopfes gegen den Uhrzeigersinn fährt der Kolben nach oben.
Wenn der Kolben vollständig eingefahren ist, kann das Werkstück entfernt werden.

9. SERVICE UND ERSATZTEILE
Die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Werkstattpresse ist nur von Personen vorzunehmen, die über
ausreichende Erfahrung im Umgang mit hydraulischen Systemen verfügen.
Reinigen Sie die Presse regelmäßig mit einem sauberen und trockenen Tuch.
Schmieren Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen alle beweglichen Teile der Werkstattpresse mit einem
geeigneten Schmiermittel.
Verwenden Sie nur original Ersatzteile.
Überprüfen Sie die Presse vor jeder Anwendung auf lose, gebrochene oder verbogene Teile.
10. GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsbestimmungen.
11. ENTSORGUNG
Das Produkt befindet sich in einer Verpackung um Transportschäden zu verhindern. Diese Verpackung ist Rohstoff und wiederverwendbar oder kann wieder dem Rohstoffkreislauf zugeführt
werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie z.B. Metalle,
Kunststoffe, Flüssigkeiten, Öle, etc. Führen Sie defekte Bauteile der Sondermüllentsorgung zu. Fragen Sie im Fachgeschäft oder in der Gemeindeverwaltung nach.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can result in serious injury. KEEP THIS
MANUAL. When giving this machine to third parties, always include this manual. We do not accept
any liabilities for accidents or damages that result from misuse. Removal/Alteration of any
safety devices or of the machine in general will result in the loss of warranty. The
buyer assumes all risk and liability arising out of his or her repairs/alterations to the
original product or replacement parts thereto, or arising out of his or her installation
of replacement parts thereto.
Make sure the shop press is in good, undamaged condition before using it.
Never use the shop press when it is damaged!
Operate the shop press with care and caution!
Do not use excessive force!
Keep your shop press clean and dry.
Do not exceed the maximum rated pressure of 20t.
Keep children away from your working area.
Use personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, steel capped boots, etc.
Keep your work area well lit and free of obstacles.
Make sure that the surface on which you use the hydraulic press is level and stable. Never use
the hydraulic press on surfaces that can cave in or collapse.
Make sure that the item you need to press is placed in the center of the pressing table.
Keep any bodyparts clear of the press area when operating the shop press! Risk of serious injury!
Do not leave the shop press unattended while it is pressing something and do not stand directly
in front of the press.
Never press pressure springs or similar items!
Do not use the hydraulic shop press when intoxicated (alcohol, drugs, etc).
People with no experience in operating a shop press must not use this product.
Do not modify the hydraulic press.
Always keep the hydraulic press dry and avoid rain or splashwater.
Store the hydraulic press in a dry area and with the piston completely retracted.
Do not assemble the press on your own - you need at least 2 people to assemble the press.

3. DESIGNATED USE
The hydraulic shop press is designed to apply pressure to objects up to 20 t (see technical data).
Typical applications are the removal of axle bearings, transmission bearings, seals, u-joints, etc.
Any other use is prohbited. The buyer accepts all liabilities, legal and otherwise, for any damage or
injury resulting from improper use of the product (i.e. any other use than the above stated designated use).
4. RESTRICTIONS
Please note, that this product is not designed for commercial or industrial use. We accept no liability
or warranty claims should the product be used in industrial and/or commercial operations.

7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INITIAL OPERATION
The product needs assembly (A).
8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Pressing
Put the pressure plates (5) on the working table. Put the workpiece on the plate.
Close the release valve (clockwise).
Start pumping untill the piston has reached the workpiece.
Adjust the workpiece dead center below the piston.
Continue to pump to start pressing the workpiece.
Stop pumping once you have acheived the desired pressing result.
Slowly open the release valve (counterclockwise) to retract the piston.
Once the piston has retracted completely, remove the workpiece.

9. SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
Servicing and repairing the hydraulic shop press must only be done by authorized professionals.
Keep the hydraulic shop press clean and its moving parts well lubricated.
Use only original spare parts.
Inspect the hydraulic shop press before each use. If you notice any damage or leakage, do not use it!
If you have reason to believe that the hydraulic shop press has been overloaded or subjected to
heavy impacts, do not use it untill the necessary steps to fix the product have been undertaken.
Do not modify the hydraulic shop press!
Check the hydraulic jack for rust on a regular basis. Clean the product with a clean cloth and a little
bit of oil.

Legal warranty regulations apply.
11. DISPOSAL
Our products are packed in order to prevent damage during transport. Packing materials are valuable resurces and therefore can and should be recycled. The product itself consists of various
materials (metals, oils, plastic, etc.) and should be disposed with care and in accordance with your
federal and local disposal regulations.

1. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Lisez ce document avant d‘utiliser le produit. Faute de quoi, vous vous exposez à un risque de graves blessures corporelles. GARDEZ CE MODE D‘EMPLOI Si vous donnez cette machine à une autre
personne, donnez-lui impérativement ce mode d‘emploi. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour
les dommages ou accidents résultant d‘une utilisation non conforme. L‘enlèvement/altération
d‘un des dispositifs de sécurité ou de la machine dans son ensemble entraîne la perte de
la garantie. L‘acheteur assume la totalité des risques et responsabilités découlant de ses
réparations/altérations du produit original ou de ses pièces de rechange, ou découlant de
son installation des pièces de rechange.
Assurez-vous que la presse d‘atelier est en bon état et non endommagée avant de l‘utiliser.
N‘utilisez jamais la presse d‘atelier si elle est endommagée !
Faites fonctionner la presse d‘atelier avec soin et prudence !
N‘utilisez pas de force excessive !
Gardez votre presse d‘atelier propre et sèche.
Ne dépassez pas la pression nominale maximale de 20 tonnes.
Gardez les enfants éloignés de votre zone de travail.
Utilisez un équipement de protection individuelle comme des gants, des lunettes de protection,
des bottes à embout d‘acier, etc.
Gardez votre espace de travail bien éclairé et sans obstacles.
Assurez-vous que la surface sur laquelle vous utilisez la presse hydraulique est nivelée et stable.
N‘utilisez jamais la presse hydraulique sur des surfaces qui peuvent s‘incliner ou s‘effondrer.
Assurez-vous que l‘élément que vous devez presser est placé au centre de la table de pressage.
Gardez les parties du corps éloignées de la zone de presse lors de l‘utilisation de la presse
hydraulique ! Risque de blessure grave !
Ne laissez pas la presse sans surveillance lors de l‘utilisation et ne vous tenez pas directement
devant la presse.
Ne pressez jamais des ressorts à pression ou des objets similaires !
N‘utilisez pas la presse hydraulique d‘atelier en état d‘ébriété (sous l‘effet d‘alcool, de drogues, etc.).
Les personnes n‘ayant aucune expérience dans l‘utilisation d‘une presse d‘atelier ne doivent
pas utiliser ce produit.
Ne modifiez pas la presse hydraulique.
Gardez toujours la presse hydraulique sèche et évitez la pluie ou les projections d‘eau.
Stockez la presse hydraulique dans un endroit sec et avec le piston complètement rétracté.
N‘assemblez pas la presse par vous-même - deux personnes au moins sont nécessaires pour
assembler la presse.

3. USAGE CONFORME
La presse hydraulique d‘atelier est conçue pour appliquer une pression sur des objets jusqu‘à 20 t
(voir données techniques). Les applications typiques sont le retrait de paliers d‘essieu, de paliers de
transmission, de joints, de joints en U, etc. Tout autre type d’utilisation est à proscrire. L‘acheteur
assume l‘ensemble des responsabilités, légales ou autres, pour les éventuels dommages ou blessures résultant d‘une utilisation incorrecte de l‘appareil (c.à.d. toute utilisation non conforme, voir
ci-dessus).
4. RESTRICTIONS
Veuillez noter que ce produit n‘a pas été conçu pour être utilisé dans un environnement industriel ou
commercial. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité et toute garantie à partir du moment où l‘appareil
est utilisé dans un environnement industriel et/ou commercial.
5. DONNÉES TECHNIQUES

7. INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES POUR LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Un assemblage du produit est requis (A)
8. UTILISATION
Pressage
Placez les plaques de pression (5) sur la table de pressage. Mettez la pièce à travailler sur la plaque.
Fermez la soupape de relâchement (dans le sens des aiguilles d‘une montre).
Commencez à pomper jusqu‘à ce que le piston ait atteint la pièce à travailler.
Réglez le point mort de la pièce à travailler sous le piston.
Continuez à pomper pour commencer à presser la pièce.
Arrêtez de pomper une fois que vous avez atteint le résultat de pression désiré.
Ouvrez lentement la soupape de relâchement (dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d‘une montre)
pour rétracter le piston.
Une fois que le piston est complètement rétracté, enlevez votre pièce.

9. ENTRETIEN/PIÈCES DE RECHANGE
L‘entretien et la réparation de la presse hydraulique ne doivent être effectués que par des professionnels autorisés.
Maintenez la presse hydraulique propre et ses pièces mobiles bien lubrifiées.
Utilisez uniquement des pièces de rechange d‘origine.
Inspectez la presse hydraulique d‘atelier avant chaque utilisation. Si vous remarquez des dommages ou des fuites, ne l‘utilisez pas!
Si vous avez des raisons de croire que la presse hydraulique a été surchargée ou soumise à des
chocs importants, ne l‘utilisez pas jusqu‘à ce que les étapes nécessaires pour réparer le produit
aient été entreprises.
Ne modifiez pas la presse hydraulique d‘atelier !
Vérifiez régulièrement le vérin hydraulique afin de détecter la rouille. Nettoyez le produit avec un
chiffon propre et un peu d‘huile.

1. BEZPEČNOSTNÉ POKYNY
Pred použitím tohto výrobku si prečítajte tento materiál. Ak tak neurobíte, môže dôjsť
k vážnemu zraneniu. USCHOVAJTE SI TENTO NÁVOD Pri odovzdaní tohto prístroja tretím
osobám vždy pribaľte aj tento návod. Nepreberáme žiadnu zodpovednosť za nehody
alebo škody spôsobené zneužitím. Demontáž / zmena akýchkoľvek bezpečnostných
prvkov alebo prístroja všeobecne bude mať za následok stratu záruky. Kupujúci preberá všetky riziká a zodpovednosť vyplývajúce z opravy / úpravy pôvodného výrobku
alebo náhradných dielov alebo z inštalácie náhradných dielov.
Pred použitím sa uistite, že je lis v dobrom a nepoškodenom stave.
Nikdy nepoužívajte lis, ak je poškodený!
Ovládajte lis opatrne a pozorne!
Nepoužívajte nadmernú silu!
Udržujte váš lis čistý a suchý.
Neprekračujte maximálny menovitý tlak 20 t.
Udržujte deti mimo vášho pracovného priestoru.
Používajte osobné ochranné prostriedky, ako sú rukavice, okuliare, oceľové zatvorené
topánky atď.
Vždy udržujte váš pracovný priestor dobre osvetlený a bez prekážok.
Uistite sa, že povrch, na ktorom používate hydraulický lis, je rovný a stabilný. Hydraulický lis nikdy nepoužívajte na povrchoch, ktoré sa môžu prepadnúť alebo zrútiť.
Uistite sa, že predmet, ktorý potrebujete lisovať, je umiestnený v strede lisovacieho
stolu.
Pri obsluhe lisu dávajte pozor, aby akékoľvek časti tela boli mimo plochu lisu! Riziko
vážneho zranenia!
Nenechávajte lis bez dozoru, keď niečo lisuje a nestojte priamo pred lisom.
Nikdy nelisujte tlakové pružiny alebo podobné predmety!
Nepoužívajte hydraulický lis po požití omamných látok (alkohol, drogy atď.).
Osoby, ktoré nemajú skúsenosti s prevádzkovaním lisu, nesmú používať tento výrobok.
Neupravujte hydraulický lis!
Vždy udržujte hydraulický lis v suchu a vyhnite sa dažďu alebo stekajúcej vode.
Hydraulický lis skladujte na suchom mieste a s celkom vytiahnutým piestom.
Nezostavujte lis sami - potrebujete najmenej 2 osoby, aby ste lis zmontovali.
