3. Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Der Schlagschrauber ist ein handliches, mit
Gleichspannung betriebenes Gerät, zum Anschluss an das 12 Volt Bordnetz von PKW’s, für
den Einsatz im Kfz-Bereich. Er eignet sich zum
Befestigen und Lösen von Verschraubungen im
Kfz-Bereich (Reifenmontage, usw.).
Die Maschine darf nur nach ihrer Bestimmung
verwendet werden. Jede weitere darüber hinausgehende Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus hervorgerufene Schäden oder
Verletzungen aller Art haftet der Benutzer/Bediener und nicht der Hersteller.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Geräte bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen, handwerklichen oder industriellen Einsatz konstruiert
wurden. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung,
wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerks- oder
Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden
Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.

vorschriftsmäßig bedienen, bleiben immer

können im Zusammenhang mit der Bauweise
und Ausführung dieses Elektrowerkzeuges

1. Lungenschäden, falls keine geeignete Staubschutzmaske getragen wird.
2. Gehörschäden, falls kein geeigneter Gehörschutz getragen wird.
3. Gesundheitsschäden, die aus Hand-ArmSchwingungen resultieren, falls das Gerät
über einen längeren Zeitraum verwendet wird
oder nicht ordnungsgemäß geführt und gewartet wird.

Begrenzen Sie die Arbeitszeit.
Dabei sind alle Anteile des Betriebszyklus zu
berücksichtigen (beispielsweise Zeiten, in denen das Elektrowerkzeug abgeschaltet ist, und
solche, in denen es zwar eingeschaltet ist, aber
ohne Belastung läuft).
5. Vor Inbetriebnahme
Nur einwandfreie und geeignete Schlagschraubereinsätze (Schlagschraubernüsse) verwenden.
Hinweis: Das Gerät ist mit einer Fliehkraftkupplung ausgestattet.
A) Wird der am Vierkant angebrachte Schlag-
schraubereinsatz auf die Radmutter/Radschraube gesteckt, wird der Motor dadurch
belastet. Der Motor läuft, ohne dass sich der
Schlagschraubereinsatz dreht. Der Motor
baut über die Fliehkraftkupplung ein Drehmoment auf und liefert bei Erreichen dieses
Drehmoments jeweils kurze Schlagbewegungen an den Schlagschraubereinsatz. Dadurch
wird die Radmutter/Radschraube festgezogen bzw. gelöst.
B) Ist der Motor unbelastet, so dreht sich der am
Vierkant oder der angebrachte Schlagschraubereinsatz. Vorsicht! Halten Sie den Vierkant
oder den angebrachten Schlagschraubereinsatz nicht mit der Hand fest. Durch eine plötzlich auftretende Schlagbewegung besteht
Verletzungsgefahr.
6. Bedienung
6.1 Spannungsversorgung
Verbinden Sie den 12 V Anschlussstecker (Abb.
1 Pos. 7) mit der Zigarettenanzünderbuchse des
PKW’s.
6.2 Drehrichtungsschalter (Abb. 1/Pos. 3)
Mit dem Schiebeschalter über dem Ein/AusSchalter können Sie die Drehrichtung des
Schraubers einstellen und den Schrauber gegen
ungewolltes Einschalten sichern. Sie können
zwischen Links- und Rechtslauf wählen. Um eine
Beschädigung des Getriebes zu vermeiden, darf
die Drehrichtung nur im Stillstand umgeschaltet
werden. Befi ndet sich der Schiebeschalter in der
Mittelstellung, ist der Ein/Aus-Schalter blockiert.
6.3 Ein-/Aus-Schalter (Abb. 1/Pos. 4)
Einschalten:
Ein-/Ausschalter (4) drücken.
Ausschalten:
Ein-/Ausschalter (4) loslassen.
6.4 Arbeiten mit dem Schlagschrauber
Stecken Sie den benötigten Schlagschraubereinsatz auf den Vierkant. Stellen Sie die richtige
Drehrichtung am Schlagschrauber ein.
Hinweise:
Die auf der Geräteoberseite vorhandene
•
Wasserwaagen Libelle (Abb. 1 / Pos. 2)
erleichtert das gerade Ansetzen des Schlagschraubereinsatzes auf eine Radmutter/Radschraube.
Das LED-Licht (Abb. 1 / Pos. 5) leuchtet nach-
•
dem das Gerät an der 12 Volt Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist. Es ermöglicht das
Ausleuchten der Schraubstelle bei ungünstigen Lichtverhältnissen.
6.4.1 Anziehen
Stecken Sie den Schlagschraubereinsatz auf den
Schraubenkopf und betätigen Sie den Ein/AusSchalter.
Die Schraube bzw. Mutter muss vor dem Ansetzen des Elektroschraubers sorgfältig in das
Gewinde eingeführt werden. Das erzeugte
Drehmoment bei Standardschrauben M12/M14
beträgt pro Zuschlag ca. 50 Nm. Bei PKW’s sollte
jede Schraube mit zwei Zuschlägen angezogen
werden. Danach zur Kontrolle jede Schraube
mit einem weiteren Zuschlag anziehen. Dadurch
wird ein Gesamt-Drehmoment von ca. 150 Nm
erreicht.
Bei schweren Fahrzeugen (z. B. Luxusklasse, Off -
road, usw.) empfehlen sich drei Zuschläge. Danach zur Kontrolle jede Schraube überkreuz mit
einem weiteren Zuschlag anziehen. Dadurch wird
ein Anzugsmoment von ca. 200 Nm erreicht.
Nach Anziehen der Schraubverbindungen sind
diese auf sichtbare Beschädigungen zu prüfen.
Gefahr!
Radmuttern mit Drehmomentschlüssel auf
das vom Fahrzeughersteller vorgeschriebene
Drehmoment nachziehen bzw. überprüfen.

6.4.2 Lösen
Zum Lösen einer Radschraube/Radmutter gehen Sie wie unter dem Abschnitt „Anziehen“
vor, schalten jedoch auf die entgegengesetzte
Drehrichtung. Je nachdem wie fest die Radmutter/Radschraube sitzt, sind zum Lösen mehrere
Schlagbewegungen nötig.
7. Reinigung, Wartung und
Ersatzteilbestellung
Gefahr!
Ziehen Sie den 12V Stecker.
7.1 Reinigung
Halten Sie Schutzvorrichtungen, Luftschlitze
•
und Motorengehäuse so staub- und schmutzfrei wie möglich. Reiben Sie das Gerät mit
einem sauberen Tuch ab oder blasen Sie es
mit Druckluft bei niedrigem Druck aus.
Wir empfehlen, dass Sie das Gerät direkt
•
nach jeder Benutzung reinigen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig mit einem
•
feuchten Tuch und etwas Schmierseife. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel; diese könnten die Kunststoffteile des
Gerätes angreifen. Achten Sie darauf, dass
kein Wasser in das Geräteinnere gelangen
kann. Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein Elektrogerät erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen
Schlages.

8. Entsorgung und
Wiederverwertung
Das Gerät befi ndet sich in einer Verpackung um
Transportschäden zu verhindern. Diese Verpackung ist Rohstoff und ist somit wieder verwend-
bar oder kann dem Rohstoff kreislauf zurückge-
führt werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör
bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie
z.B. Metall und Kunststoff e. Defekte Geräte ge-
hören nicht in den Hausmüll. Zur fachgerechten
Entsorgung sollte das Gerät an einer geeigneten
Sammelstellen abgegeben werden. Wenn Ihnen
keine Sammelstelle bekannt ist, sollten Sie bei
der Gemeindeverwaltung nachfragen.
9. Lagerung
Lagern Sie das Gerät und dessen Zubehör an
einem dunklen, trockenen und frostfreiem Ort. Die
optimale Lagertemperatur liegt zwischen 5 und
30 ˚C. Bewahren Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in der
Originalverpackung auf.
7.2 Wartung
Im Geräteinneren befi nden sich keine weiteren zu
wartenden Teile.
7.3 Sicherungswechsel 12V-Stecker
Bei Überlastung schmilzt die im 12V-Anschlussstecker liegende 15A Sicherung. Schrauben Sie
die Steckerspitze ab und ersetzen Sie die defekte
Sicherung durch eine desselben Typs. Schrauben
Sie die Steckerspitze wieder auf. Ermitteln Sie die
Ursache die zur Überlastung geführt hat.
7.4 Ersatzteilbestellung:

falsche Netzspannung oder Stromart) oder Nichtbeachtung der Wartungs- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen oder durch Aussetzen des Geräts an anomale Umweltbedingungen oder durch mangelnde
Pfl ege und Wartung entstanden sind.

3. Proper use
The impact driver is a handy DC tool designed
to be connected to a motor vehicle‘s 12 V power
supply for use in the automotive fi eld. It is suitable
for fastening and releasing threaded connections
on motor vehicles (fi tting tyres, etc.).
The equipment is to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse. The user / operator and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or injuries of any kind caused as a result of this.

applications. Our warranty will be voided if the

All stages of the operating cycle must be considered (for example, times in which the electric tools
are switched off and times in which the tool is
switched on but operates without load).

5. Before starting the equipment
Use only drive socket inserts which are suitable
for the purpose and in faultless condition.
Note: This tool is equipped with a centrifugal
clutch.
A) When the drive socket insert fi tted to the
square drive mount is placed on the wheel
nut/wheel bolt, this will result in the motor
being loaded. The motor will run without the
drive socket insert turning. Using the centrifugal clutch, the motor builds up torque
and performs short impact movements on
the drive socket insert when this torque is
reached. As the result, the wheel nut/wheel
bolt will be tightened or slackened.
B) When the motor is not loaded, the square
drive mount or the fi tted drive socket insert
will rotate. Caution! Never hold the square
drive mount or the fi tted drive socket insert
with your hand. You could be injured by a sudden impact movement.
6. Operation
6.1 Power supply
Connect the 12 V power plug (Fig. 1 Item 7) to the
vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket.
6.2 Direction of rotation switch (Fig. 1/Item 3)
The slide switch above the On/Off switch is for
setting the direction of rotation of the impact
driver and for preventing the impact driver from
being switched on inadvertently. You can select
between counter-clockwise and clockwise rotation. To avoid causing damage to the gearing, the
direction of rotation is allowed to be changed only
when the equipment is at a standstill. When the
slide switch is in the middle position, the On/Off
switch is blocked.
6.3 On/Off switch (Fig. 1/Item 4)

The spirit level on the top of the driver (Fig. 1 /

Item 2) helps you to fit the drive socket insert
onto a wheel nut/wheel bolt in a straight position.
The LED light (Fig. 1 / Item 5) will come on
•
when the equipment is connected to the 12 V
power supply. It enables the work area to be
illuminated when lighting conditions are poor.
6.4. 1 Tightening
Push the drive socket insert onto the screw head
and actuate the On/Off switch.
Carefully insert the bolt or nut in the thread before
you move the electric driver into position. A torque
of approx. 50 Nm per pulse is generated on standard bolts of size M12/M14. On motor cars, each
bolt should be tightened with two pulses. Each
bolt should then be checked with one additional
pulse. A total torque of approx. 150 Nm is thus
achieved.
Three pulses are recommended on heavy vehicles (e.g. luxury cars, off -road vehicles, etc.). Each
bolt should then be tightened in diametrically
opposed order with one additional pulse. A total
torque of approx. 200 Nm is thus achieved.
Check the threaded connections for signs of damage after tightening.
Danger!
Always check and retighten wheel nuts with
a torque wrench that is set to the torque specifi ed by the manufacturer of the vehicle in
question.
6.4.2 Slackening
To slacken a wheel bolt/wheel nut proceed as described in the section “Tightening” but use the opposite direction of rotation. Several impact pulses
will be needed depending on how tight the wheel
nut/wheel bolt is seated.

7. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts
Danger!
Pull out the 12 V plug.
7.1 Cleaning
Keep all safety devices, air vents and the
•
motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as
possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean
cloth or blow it with compressed air at low
pressure.
We recommend that you clean the device
•
immediately each time you have finished
using it.
Clean the equipment regularly with a moist
•
cloth and some soft soap. Do not use
cleaning agents or solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the device. The
ingress of water into an electric tool increases
the risk of an electric shock.
7.2 Maintenance
There are no parts inside the equipment which
require additional maintenance.
7.3 Replacing the fuse in the 12 V plug
If an overload occurs, the 15 A fuse in the 12 V
power plug will melt. Unscrew and remove the
top end of the plug and replace the defective fuse
with one of the same type. Screw the top end of
the plug back in place. Find out what caused the
overloading.

8. Disposal and recycling
The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it from being damaged in transit. The raw
materials in this packaging can be reused or
recycled. The equipment and its accessories are
made of various types of material, such as metal
and plastic. Never place defective equipment in
your household refuse. The equipment should
be taken to a suitable collection center for proper
disposal. If you do not know the whereabouts of
such a collection point, you should ask in your
local council offi ces.
9. Storage
Store the equipment and accessories in a dark
and dry place at above freezing temperature. The
ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30
°C. Store the electric tool in its original packaging.
For EU countries only
Never place any electric power tools in your
household refuse.
To comply with European Directive 2012/19/EC
concerning old electric and electronic equipment
and its implementation in national laws, old electric power tools have to be separated from other
waste and disposed of in an environment-friendly
fashion, e.g. by taking to a recycling depot.
Recycling alternative to the return request:
As an alternative to returning the equipment to
the manufacturer, the owner of the electrical
equipment must make sure that the equipment
is properly disposed of if he no longer wants to
keep the equipment. The old equipment can be
returned to a suitable collection point that will
dispose of the equipment in accordance with the
national recycling and waste disposal regulations.
This does not apply to any accessories or aids
without electrical components supplied with the
old equipment.
Please note that batteries and lamps (e.g. light
bulbs) must be removed from the tool before it is
disposed of.

4. The guarantee is valid for a period of 24 months starting from the purchase date of the device. Gu-
arantee claims should be submitted before the end of the guarantee period within two weeks of the
defect being noticed. No guarantee claims will be accepted after the end of the guarantee period.
The original guarantee period remains applicable to the device even if repairs are carried out or
parts are replaced. In such cases, the work performed or parts fi tted will not result in an extension
of the guarantee period, and no new guarantee will become active for the work performed or parts
fi tted. This also applies if an on-site service is used.

La visseuse à chocs est un appareil maniable à
tension continue, à raccorder au réseau de bord
12 V des véhicules, pour une utilisation dans le
secteur automobile. Elle sert à serrer et à desserrer des raccords vissés dans le secteur automobile (montage de pneus, etc.).
La machine doit exclusivement être employée
conformément à son aff ectation. Chaque uti-
lisation allant au-delà de cette aff ectation est
considérée comme non conforme. Pour les
dommages en résultant ou les blessures de tout
genre, le producteur décline toute responsabilité

Limitez le temps de travail !
Pour cela, tous les composants du cycle de
fonctionnement doivent être pris en compte (par
exemple, les temps pendant lesquels l’outil électrique est éteint et ceux pendant lesquels il est
certes allumé mais fonctionne sans sollicitation).
5. Avant la mise en service
Utilisez uniquement des embouts de clé à douille
appropriés et en parfait état.
Remarque : L‘appareil est équipé d‘un accouplement centrifuge.
A) Si l‘embout de clé à douille monté sur le carré
est enfi ché sur l‘écrou de roue / boulon de
roue, le moteur est sollicité. Le moteur tourne
sans que l‘embout de clé à douille ne tourne.
Le moteur crée un couple via l‘accouplement
centrifuge et fournit de brefs mouvements de
percussion à l‘embout de clé à douille lorsque
ce couple est atteint. L‘écrou de roue / le boulon de roue est ainsi serré ou desserré.
B) Si le moteur n‘est pas sollicité, le carré ou
l‘embout de clé à douille monté tourne. At-
tention ! Ne tenez pas le carré ou l‘embout
de clé à douille monté avec la main. Il y a un
risque de blessure dû à un mouvement de
percussion soudain.
6. Commande
6.1 Alimentation en tension
Raccordez la fi che de raccordement 12 V (fi g. 1
pos. 7) à l‘allume-cigare du véhicule.
6.2 Interrupteur de sens de rotation (fi g. 1/
pos. 3)
Vous pouvez régler le sens de rotation de la visseuse à l’aide de l’interrupteur à coulisse situé audessus de l’interrupteur marche/arrêt et bloquer
la visseuse contre toute mise en marche involontaire. Vous pouvez choisir entre marche à gauche
et marche à droite. Afi n d’éviter d’endommager
l’engrenage, le sens de rotation doit être uniquement commuté à l’arrêt. Si l’interrupteur à coulisse se trouve en position médiane, l’interrupteur
marche/arrêt est bloqué.
6.3 Interrupteur marche/arrêt (fi g. 1/pos. 4)
Mise en circuit :
Appuyez sur l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt (4).
Mise hors circuit :
Relâchez l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt (4).
6.4 Travailler avec la visseuse à chocs
Enfi chez l‘embout de clé à douille dont vous avez
besoin sur le carré. Réglez le bon sens de rotation sur la visseuse à chocs.
Remarques :
Le niveau à bulle d‘air présent sur la partie
•
supérieure de l‘appareil (fig. 1 / pos. 2) permet
de placer facilement l‘embout de clé à douille
de manière droite sur un écrou de roue / boulon de roue.
La lampe LED (fig. 1 / pos. 5) s‘allume après
•
le raccordement de l‘appareil à l‘alimentation
électrique 12 V. Elle permet d‘éclairer l’endroit
à visser en cas de conditions de luminosité
défavorables.
6.4.1 Serrer
Enfi chez l‘embout de clé à douille sur la tête de
boulon et actionnez l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt.
Le boulon ou l‘écrou doit être inséré avec précaution dans le fi letage avant de placer le tournevis
électrique. Le couple généré avec les vis standard M12/M14 est d‘env. 50 Nm par coup. Pour
les voitures, chaque vis doit être serrée avec
deux coups. Vérifi ez ensuite en serrant chaque
vis avec un coup supplémentaire. Cela permet
d‘obtenir un couple total d‘env. 150 Nm.
Pour les véhicules lourds (par ex. véhicule de
luxe, tout-terrain, etc.), trois coups sont recommandés. Vérifi ez ensuite en serrant chaque vis en
croix avec un coup supplémentaire. Cela permet
d‘obtenir un couple de serrage d‘env. 200 Nm.
Après avoir serré les raccords vissés, vérifi ez
qu‘ils ne sont pas visiblement endommagés.
Danger !
Resserrez ou contrôlez les écrous de roue
avec une clé dynamométrique sur le couple
prescrit par le constructeur automobile.

6.4.2 Desserrer
Pour desserrer un boulon de roue / écrou de roue,
procédez comme décrit dans la section « Serrer
», mais en commutant sur le sens de rotation opposé. En fonction du niveau de serrage de l‘écrou
de roue / boulon de roue, plusieurs mouvements
de percussion sont nécessaires pour le desserrer.
7. Nettoyage, maintenance et
commande de pièces de
rechange
Danger !
Retirez la fi che 12 V.
7.1 Nettoyage
Maintenez les dispositifs de protection, les
•
fentes à air et le carter de moteur aussi propres (sans poussière) que possible. Frottez
l’appareil avec un chiffon propre ou soufflez
dessus avec de l’air comprimé à basse pression.
Nous recommandons de nettoyer l’appareil
•
directement après chaque utilisation.
Nettoyez l’appareil régulièrement à l’aide d’un
•
chiffon humide et un peu de savon. N’utilisez
aucun produit de nettoyage ni détergeant;
ils pourraient endommager les pièces en
matières plastiques de l’appareil. Veillez à
ce qu’aucune eau n’entre à l’intérieur de
l’appareil. La pénétration de l’eau dans un
appareil électrique augmente le risque de
décharge électrique.

8. Mise au rebut et recyclage
L‘appareil se trouve dans un emballage permettant d‘éviter les dommages dus au transport.
Cet emballage est une matière première et peut
donc être réutilisé ultérieurement ou être réintroduit dans le circuit des matières premières.
L‘appareil et ses accessoires sont en matériaux
divers, comme par ex. des métaux et matières
plastiques. Les appareils défectueux ne doivent
pas être jetés dans les poubelles domestiques.
Pour une mise au rebut conforme à la réglementation, l‘appareil doit être déposé dans un centre
de collecte approprié. Si vous ne connaissez pas
de centre de collecte, veuillez vous renseigner
auprès de l‘administration de votre commune.
9. Stockage
Entreposez l’appareil et ses accessoires dans
un endroit sombre, sec et à l’abri du gel tout
comme inaccessible aux enfants. La température
de stockage optimale est comprise entre 5 et 30
°C. Conservez l’outil électrique dans l’emballage
d’origine.
7.2 Maintenance
Aucune pièce à l’intérieur de l’appareil n’a besoin
de maintenance.
7.3 Changement de fusible fi che 12 V
En cas de surcharge, le fusible 15 A de la fi che
de raccordement 12 V fond. Dévissez l‘embout
de la fi che et remplacez le fusible défectueux par
un du même type. Revissez l‘embout de la fi che.
Déterminez la cause de la surcharge.

L‘avvitatore a impulsi è un apparecchio maneggevole alimentato a tensione continua per il collegamento alla rete di bordo da 12 Volt dell’auto e per
l‘impiego nel settore degli autoveicoli. È adatto
per avvitare e svitare collegamenti a vite negli autoveicoli (montaggio ruote, ecc.).

Attenzione!
Rischi residui
Anche se questo elettroutensile viene utilizzato secondo le norme, continuano a sussistere rischi residui. In relazione alla struttura
e al funzionamento di questo elettroutensile
potrebbero presentarsi i seguenti pericoli:
1. Danni all’apparato respiratorio nel caso in cui
non venga indossata una maschera antipolvere adeguata.
2. Danni all’udito nel caso in cui non vengano
indossate cuffi e antirumore adeguate.
3. Danni alla salute derivanti da vibrazioni ma-
no-braccio se l’apparecchio viene utilizzato a
lungo, non viene tenuto in modo corretto o se
la manutenzione non è appropriata.
Limitate il tempo di lavoro!
Al riguardo si devono prendere in considerazione
tutte le fasi del ciclo di esercizio (ad esempio i
periodi in cui l‘elettroutensile è disinserito e quelli

in cui è inserito, ma funziona a vuoto).
5. Prima della messa in esercizio
Utilizzate solo inserti per chiave a tubo adatti e in
perfetto stato.
Avvertenza: l‘apparecchio è dotato di una frizione centrifuga.
A) Il motore viene sollecitato quando l’inserto
per chiave a tubo montato sull’attacco quadrato viene inserito sul dado/sulla vite della
ruota. Il motore funziona senza che l’inserto
per chiave a tubo ruoti. Il motore genera un
momento torcente attraverso la frizione centrifuga e, una volta giunto a regime, sviluppa
brevi movimenti a impulsi sull’inserto per chiave a tubo. In questo modo si avvita ovvero
svita il dado/la vite della ruota.
B) Se il motore non viene sollecitato, l’attacco
quadrato o l’inserto per chiave a tubo ruotano.
Attenzione! Non tenere fermo con la mano
l’attacco quadrato o l’inserto per chiave a
tubo. Un movimento a impulsi improvviso
comporta un pericolo di lesioni.
6. Uso
6.1 Alimentazione di tensione
Collegate la spina di collegamento da 12 V (Fig. 1
Pos. 7) con la presa accendisigari dell’auto.
6.2 Commutatore del senso di rotazione (Fig.
1/Pos. 3)
Con l‘interruttore a scorrimento sopra l‘interruttore
ON/OFF potete regolare il senso di rotazione
dell‘avvitatore a impulsi e assicurarlo contro
un‘accensione involontaria. Potete scegliere
fra rotazione sinistrorsa e destrorsa. Per evitare
danni al meccanismo, il senso di rotazione può
venire cambiato solo ad apparecchio fermo. Se
l‘interruttore a scorrimento si trova in posizione
centrale, l‘interruttore ON/OFF è bloccato.
6.3 Interruttore ON/OFF (Fig. 1/Pos. 4)
Accensione:
Premete l’interruttore ON/OFF (4).
Spegnimento:
Mollate l‘interruttore ON/OFF (4).
6.4 Lavorare con l‘avvitatore
Inserite l‘inserto per chiave a tubo necessario
sull‘attacco quadrato. Impostate il corretto senso
di rotazione sull‘avvitatore a percussione.
Avvertenze:
La livella a bolla presente sul lato superiore
•
dell’apparecchio (Fig. 1 / Pos. 2) consente di
inserire più facilmente l’inserto per chiave a
tubo in posizione dritta su un dado/una vite
dell’auto.
La luce a LED (Fig. 1 / Pos. 5) si illumina
•
una volta che l’apparecchio è collegato
all’alimentazione di tensione da 12 Volt. Permette di illuminare il punto da avvitare in caso
di condizioni di luce sfavorevoli.
6.4.1 Avvitamento
Inserite l‘inserto per chiave a tubo sulla testa della
vite e azionate l‘interruttore ON/OFF.
La vite ovvero il dado devono essere ben inseriti
nella punta dell‘avvitatore prima di posizionarlo
per il lavoro. Il momento torcente generato in
caso di viti standard M12/M14 è di ca. 50 Nm per
operazione di avvitamento. In caso di autovetture
ciascuna vite dovrebbe essere serrata tramite
due operazioni di avvitamento. In seguito per controllo serrate ogni vite con un‘ulteriore operazione
di avvitamento. In questo modo si raggiunge un
momento torcente complessivo di ca. 150 Nm.
In caso di veicoli pesanti (ad esempio auto di lusso, fuoristrada, ecc.) si consigliano tre operazioni
di avvitamento. In seguito per controllo serrate
ogni vite in modo incrociato con un‘ulteriore operazione di avvitamento. In questo modo si raggiunge una coppia di serraggio di ca. 200 Nm.
Dopo aver serrato i collegamenti a vite controllate
che non presentino danni visibili.
Pericolo!
Serrate nuovamente ovvero controllate i dadi
delle ruote con una chiave torsiometrica
secondo il momento torcente indicato dal
costruttore.
6.4.2 Svitamento
Per svitare il dado/la vite dell’auto procedete
come indicato al punto “Avvitamento”, ma impostando il senso di rotazione opposto. Lo svitamento richiede diversi impulsi a seconda a seconda di
quanto sia serrato il dado/la vite dell’auto.

7. Pulizia, manutenzione e
ordinazione dei pezzi di ricambio
Pericolo!
Staccate la spina da 12V.
7.1 Pulizia
Tenete il più possibile i dispositivi di protezio-
•
ne, le fessure di aerazione e la carcassa del
motore liberi da polvere e sporco. Strofinate
l’apparecchio con un panno pulito o soffiatelo
con l’aria compressa a pressione bassa.
Consigliamo di pulire l’apparecchio subito
•
dopo averlo usato.
Pulite l’apparecchio regolarmente con un
•
panno asciutto ed un po’ di sapone. Non usate detergenti o solventi perché questi ultimi
potrebbero danneggiare le parti in plastica
dell’apparecchio. Fate attenzione che non
possa penetrare dell’acqua nell’interno
dell’apparecchio. La penetrazione di acqua
in un elettroutensile aumenta il rischio di una
scossa elettrica.
7.2 Manutenzione
All’interno dell’apparecchio non si trovano altre
parti sottoposte ad una manutenzione qualsiasi.
7.3 Sostituzione fusibile nel connettore da
12V
In caso di sovraccarico il fusibile da 15A integrato
nel connettore da 12V si fonde. Svitate l‘estremità
del connettore e sostituite il fusibile difettoso con
uno dello stesso tipo. Riavvitate l‘estremità del
connettore. Verifi cate la causa del sovraccarico.
e i suoi accessori sono fatti di materiali diversi,
per es. metallo e plastica. Gli apparecchi difettosi
non devono essere gettati nei rifi uti domestici. Per
uno smaltimento corretto l‘apparecchio va consegnato ad un apposito centro di raccolta. Se non
vi è noto nessun centro di raccolta, rivolgetevi per
informazioni all‘amministrazione comunale.
9. Conservazione
Conservate l’apparecchio e i suoi accessori in un
luogo buio, asciutto, al riparo dal gelo e non accessibile ai bambini. La temperatura ottimale per
la conservazione è compresa tra i 5 e i 30 °C.
Conservate l’elettroutensile nell’imballaggio originale.
7.4 Ordinazione di pezzi di ricambio:
Volendo commissionare dei pezzi di ricambio, si
dovrebbe dichiarare quanto segue:
modello dell’apparecchio

numero dell’articolo dell’apparecchio
•
numero d’ident. dell’apparecchio
•
numero del pezzo di ricambio del ricambio
•
necessitato.

8. Smaltimento e riciclaggio
L‘apparecchio si trova in un imballaggio per evitare i danni dovuti al trasporto. Questo imballaggio
rappresenta una materia prima e può perciò essere utilizzato di nuovo o riciclato. L‘apparecchio

Non smaltite gli elettroutensili nei rifi uti domestici!
Secondo la direttiva europea 2012/19/CE sui rifi uti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche e il suo
recepimento nelle normative nazionali, gli elettroutensili usati devono venire raccolti separatamente e
venire smaltiti in modo ecocompatibile.
Alternativa di riciclaggio alla richiesta di restituzione:
il proprietario dell’apparecchio elettrico è tenuto in alternativa, invece della restituzione, a collaborare in
modo che lo smaltimento venga eseguito correttamente in caso ceda l’apparecchio. L’apparecchio vecchio può anche venire consegnato ad un centro di raccolta che provvede poi allo smaltimento secondo
le norme nazionali sul riciclaggio e sui rifi uti. Non ne sono interessati gli accessori e i mezzi ausiliari sen-
za elementi elettrici forniti insieme ai vecchi apparecchi.
In caso di smaltimento fate attenzione che batterie e dispositivi di illuminazione (ad es. lampadine) vengano rimossi dall‘apparecchio.
La ristampa o l’ulteriore riproduzione, anche parziale, della documentazione o dei documenti
d’accompagnamento dei prodotti è consentita solo con l’esplicita autorizzazione da parte della Einhell Germany AG.
