Reason: A new EEPROM on the Controller PCB P/N 8290668 requires the new

software version 1.04. If a new Controller PCB is used with the previous
software version error code 15 will be generated.

Solution: When replacing the PCB Controller P/N 8290668, software version 1.04

must be installed.

Devices affected: All units Babytherm 8000 with installed software version 1.02.

When: With next replacement of Controller PCB P/N 8290668.

Reporting: N/A
