Subject: No Audio and/or No Video.

This is information only.

Symptom: The set will power ON and appear to function normally but no

sound is output from the speakers or the H/P jack. The symptom is normally
observed after the initial un-boxing and setup.

Cause:

shaken by an abnormal impact when the product is shipped. As a result the
connection of CW181 (8U-110062-10) and CX181 (8U-110060-14) might come
apart.

The radiator (heat sink) which is attached to the chassis can be

Solution:

installation of radiator (heat sink) and also changed the mold of the boss of
INNER PANEL to install RADIATOR BRACKET for production models.

Add the "RADIATOR BRACKET" to reinforce the strength of the
