Description
The STEVAL-ILL025V1 LED matrix display panel 
demonstrates the capabilities of the STP16DP05 
LED driver to drive an LED matrix panel. This 
board is the display unit of a complete LED matrix 
display demonstration system that also includes 
the STEVAL-ILL024V1 LED matrix control unit.
The control unit is an STM32F103VB 
microcontroller-based system used for 
configuring the settings of the STP16DP05 
display driver.
The display can be configured with a PS2 
keyboard for any of nine av ailable display modes 
and nine different spe eds, and the displa y settings 
configured through Windows® HyperTerminal™ 
using the serial interface included on the control 
unit.
