Diese Anleitung enthält wichtige Informationen, um das Gerät sicher und sachgerecht in Betrieb zu nehmen, zu bedienen, zu warten und einfache

Störungen selbst zu beseitigen.

Geben Sie das Gerät an Dritte stets zusammen mit der Betriebsanleitung weiter.

Das Gerät wurde entsprechend dem heutigen Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln hergestellt.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Berücksichtigte Richtlinien

Die Weller Lötrauchabsaugung Zero Smog entspricht der EG Konformitätserklärung gemäß den grundlegenden Sicherheitsanforderungen der

Richtlinien 2004/108/EG, 2006/95/EG und 2011/65/EU

(RoHS).

Fur eigenmächtig vorgenommene Veränderungen am Gerät wird vom Hersteller keine

Haftung ubernommen.

Das Filtersystem darf nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand in

Betrieb genommen werden.

Die Lötrauchabsaugung ist eine mobile Filtereinheit zur Abscheidung von Partikeln und Gasen. Das Gerät wird zur Filtration von Abluft bei Löt-, Klebe-, Reinigungs-, Druckprozessen usw. verwendet und ist für den industriellen Dauerbetrieb geeignet.

Warnung! Erstickungsgefahr, Vergiftungsgefahr

Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann zu Atembeschwerden,

Ersticken, Vergiftung oder Krebs führen

Partikel und Gase, die dem eingesetzten Filtermedium nicht entsprechen, dürfen nicht abgesaugt werden.

Flüssigkeiten sowie brennbare Gase dürfen nicht abgesaugt werden

Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals ohne Filter oder mit vollem Filter.

Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals ohne Abdeckung des Ventilators

Das Gerät wurde für den Einsatz als Flächenabsaugung konzipiert und ist nicht geeignet für Direktabsaugungen am Lötkolben.

Dieses Gerät darf nur bei Raumtemperatur und in Innenräumen verwendet werden. Das Gerät darf nicht Temperaturen über 50°C, offenen

Flammen oder kondensierten Lösungsmitteln ausgesetzt werden.

Die normale Lebensdauer eines

MIN 1x Hauptfilters in der Elektronikindustrie beträgt 1500 Stunden.

Der Hauptfilter sollte mindestens einmal pro Jahr gewechselt werden, um die ordnungsgemäße Gasabscheidung zu gewährleisten.

Verschmutzte Filter müssen als Sondermüll behandelt werden.

Entsorgen Sie ausgetauschte Geräteteile, Filter oder alte Geräte gemäß den Vorschriften Ihres Landes.

Tragen Sie geeignete Schutzausrüstung.

Die normale Lebensdauer eines Hauptfilters in der

Mittels einer Differenzdruckmessung wird der

Empfohlene Lebensdauer des Filters ist verstrichen. (siehe Filteranzeige Laufzeit/ Filteranzeige Absaugleistung)

Alarm ertönt und die rote Warnleuchte leuchtet durchgehend: Saugleistung zu niedrig. Die Filtereinheit abschalten. Düsen, Rohre und Absaugarme prüfen und bei Bedarf reinigen. Wenn der Alarm beim nächsten Einschalten erneut ertönt, muss der Filter gewechselt werden.

Werden keine Maßnahmen getroffen, schaltet sich die Filtereinheit nach fünf Minuten ab, um eine

Überhitzung zu verhindern.

Beim Wechsel des Hauptfilters wird die Filterzeit wie folgt zurückgesetzt:

Die UP/DOWN gedrückt halten und gleichzeitig den Schalter einschalten bis ein Signalton ertönt. Tasten lösen und 5s warten und ausschalten.

Nach weiteren 5s Gerät einschalten, Filterzeit ist zurückgesetzt.

Reinigung

Um die ordnungsgemäße Funktion sicherzustellen, die Düse, den Absaugarm und den Verbindungsschlauch regelmäßig reinigen.

The Weller Zero Smog volume fume extraction system extraction unit corresponds to the EC Declaration of

Conformity in accordance with the basic safety requirements of Directives 2004/108/EC,

2006/95/EC and 2011/65/EU (RoHS).

The manufacturer will not be liable for unauthorised modifications to the device.

The filtration system may only be put into operation if it is in perfect working order.

The solder fume extraction unit is a mobile filter unit for the separation of particulates and gases. The unit is used for the filtration of exhaust air during soldering, gluing, cleaning, pressure processes etc., and is suitable for continuous duty in industrial environments.

Notice

The unit may emit dust from the main filter after transportation. Make sure that the unit is put into service in a suitable room.

Caution!

A high noxious gas concentration will cause the activated charcoal to heat up. To avoid overheating, the unit should be run without noxious gases for several minutes before switching off.

Put the tool into operation as described in the chapter „Placing into operation“.

Please adhere to the operating instructions of the connected devices.

Check to see if the mains voltage matches the ratings on the nameplate.

Make sure the machine is switched off before plugging in.

Optimal gas filtration is achieved as follows:

•Temperature of process air in gas filter < 38 °C

•Relative humidity < 60 %

•Gas molecules > 30 g/mol (better filtration results are achieved with larger molecules)

•Boiling point of the gas molecules > 0 °C

The degree of clogging of the filter is determined by differential pressure measurement. The filter display indicates the current condition of the filter.

An alarm sounds and the yellow warning light flashes: Recommended service life of filter has expired. (see Operating time filter display/Extraction capacity filter display)

An alarm sounds and the red warning light is lit continuously: Extraction capacity is too low. Switch off the filter unit. Check the nozzles, tubes and extractor arms, and clean them if necessary.

If the alarm sounds again the next time the unit is turned on, the filter must be changed.

If no action is taken, the filter unit will cut out after five minutes in order to avoid overheating.

When changing the main filter the filtration time can be reset as follows:

Keep the UP/DOWN buttons pressed and, at the same time, turn on the switch until an audible signal sounds. Release the buttons, wait 5s and turn the unit off. Wait another 5s and turn the unit on. Filtration time is now reset.

Cleaning

To ensure that the unit functions properly, the nozzle, extractor arm and connecting hose must be cleaned on a regular basis.

Cambio de filtro

¡Advertencia!

Antes de realizar cualquier trabajo en la máquina, desenchufarla de la

alimentación eléctrica.

¡No está permitido realizar cambios ni modificaciones en el aparato!

Las reparaciones deberán ser realizadas por especialistas formados por

Weller.

La vida útil normal de un filtro

MIN 1x principal en la industria electróni-

ca es de 1500 horas.

Para filtrar correctamente el gas es recomendable cambiar el filtro principal como mínimo una vez al año.

Desechar los filtros sucios como residuos especiales.

Elimine los componentes y filtros cambiados en el aparato, así como aparatos en desuso, siguiendo la normativa vigente en su país.

Usar un equipamiento de protección adecuado.

La vida útil normal de un filtro principal en la industria electrónica es de 1500 horas.

Para filtrar correctamente el gas es recomendable cambiar el filtro principal como mínimo una vez al año.

El grado de suciedad del filtro se registra mediante la medición de la diferencia de presión. El indicador de filtro muestra el estado actual.

La alarma suena y el testigo luminoso amarillo parpadea: La vida útil recomendada del filtro se ha agotado. (véase Indicador de filtro Duración / Indicador de filtro Potencia)

La alarma suena y el testigo luminoso rojo permanece encendido: Potencia de aspiración demasiado baja. Desconectar el filtro. Comprobar las toberas, tubos y brazos aspiradores, y en caso necesario limpiarlos. Si suena de nuevo la alarma al volver a encender el aparato, deberá cambiar el filtro.

Si no toma medidas, el filtro se desconectará a los cinco minutos para evitar un calentamiento excesivo.

Al cambiar el filtro principal, la unidad se resetea de la siguiente forma:

Mantener pulsado el botón UP/DOWN y conectar la mismo tiempo el interruptor hasta que suene una señal. Soltar las teclas, esperar 5 seg. y desconectarlo. Volverlo a conectar después de 5 minutos más, el tiempo de filtrado estará reseteado.

Limpieza

Para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del aparato deberá limpiar periódicamente la tobera, el aspirador y la manguera de conexión.

Directives prises en compte

Le système d’aspiration des fumées de brasage Weller Zero Smog correspond à la déclaration de conformité européenne en application des exigences de sécurité fondamentales de la directive

2004/108/CE, 2006/95/CE et

2011/65/EU (RoHS).

Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité quant aux modifications effectuées de façon arbitraire sur l‘appareil.

Le système de filtrage ne doit être mis en service que dans un état technique parfait.

L‘aspiration des fumées de soudage est une unité de filtrage mobile pour séparer les particules et gaz. L‘appareil est utilisé pour filtrer l‘air d‘évacuation lors de processus de soudage, de collage, de nettoyage et de pression etc. et convient pour une utilisation prolongée en milieu industriel.

Ne jamais utiliser l‘appareil sans filtre ou avec un filtre plein.

Ne jamais utiliser l‘appareil sans couvercle du ventilateur

L‘appareil a été conçu pour être utilisé comme aspiration de surface et ne convient pas pour les aspirations directes sur le fer à souder.

Cet appareil peut uniquement être utilisé à la température ambiante et dans des pièces fermées. L‘appareil ne doit pas être exposé à des températures supérieures à 50°C, à des flammes ou à des solvants condensés.

Fonctionnement

Remarque

L‘appareil peut diffuser de la poussière par le filtre principal après le transport. S‘assurer que l‘appareil est mis en service dans un endroit approprié.

Attention !

Une concentration élevée de gaz toxiques entraîne un

réchauffement des charbons actifs. Pour exclure tout réchauffement non autorisé, l‘appareil doit fonctionner quelques minutes sans gaz toxiques avant la mise

à l‘arrêt.

Mettre l‘appareil en service tel que décrit dans le chapitre „Mise en service“.

Veuillez considérer les modes d‘emploi respectifs des appareils raccordés.

Vérifiez que la tension secteur est compatible avec les informations consignées sur la plaque du modèle.

Ne relier l‘appareil à la prise de courant que lorsqu‘il est débranché.

Le meilleur filtrage de gaz possible est atteinte comme suit :

•Température de l‘air de processus dans le filtre à gaz < 38 °C

•Humidité relative < 60 %

•Molécules de gaz > 30 g/mol (meilleur filtrage avec de plus grandes molécules)

•Température d‘ébullition des molécules de gaz > 0 °C
