Diese Anleitung enthält wichtige Informationen, um das Gerät sicher und sachgerecht in Betrieb zu nehmen, zu bedienen, zu warten und einfache

Störungen selbst zu beseitigen.

Geben Sie das Gerät an Dritte stets zusammen mit der Betriebsanleitung weiter.

Das Gerät wurde entsprechend dem heutigen

Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln hergestellt.

Trotzdem besteht die Gefahr von Personenund Sachschäden, wenn Sie die Sicherheitshinweise im beiliegenden Sicherheitsheft sowie die Warnhinweise in dieser Anleitung nicht beachten.

Das Gerät darf nicht zum Absaugen von brennbaren Gasen verwendet werden.

Das Gerät darf nicht Temperaturen über 50°C, offenen Flammen oder kondensierten

Lösungsmitteln ausgesetzt werden.

Der Betreiber der Anlage ist für die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Schadstoffgrenzwerte am Arbeitsplatz verantwortlich.

Das Filtersystem darf nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand in Betrieb genommen werden.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber, sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

Reinigung und Benutzer-War- tung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.

Die Lötrauchabsaugung ist eine mobile Filtereinheit zur Abscheidung von Partikeln und Gasen. Das Gerät wird zur Filtration von Abluft bei Löt-, Klebe-, Reinigungs-, Druckprozessen usw. verwendet und ist für den industriellen Dauerbetrieb geeignet.

Das Gerät wurde für den Einsatz als Flächenabsaugung konzipiert und ist nicht geeignet für Direktabsaugungen am Lötkolben.

Betrieb

Hinweis

Das Gerät kann nach dem Transport am Hauptfilter Staub abgeben. Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät in einem geeigneten Raum in Betrieb genommen wird.

Achtung!

Hohe Schadgaskonzentration führt zur Erwärmung der Aktivkohle. Um eine unzulässige Erwärmung auszuschließen sollte das Gerät vor dem Abschalten für mehrere Minuten schadgasfrei betrieben werden.

Nehmen Sie das Gerät wie im Kapitel „Inbetriebnahme“ beschrieben in Betrieb.

Beachten Sie die jeweiligen Betriebsanleitungen der angeschlossenen Geräte.

Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der Angabe auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmt.

Gerät nur ausgeschaltet an die Steckdose anschließen.

Die bestmögliche Gasfiltration wird wie folgt erreicht:

•Temperatur der Prozessluft im Gasfilter < 38 °C

•Relative Feuchtigkeit < 60 %

•Gasmoleküle > 30 g/mol (Filtration besser mit größeren Molekülen)

•Siedetemperatur der Gasmoleküle > 0 °C

Pflege und Wartung

Filterwechsel

Warnung!

Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.

Warnung!

Nur original WellerFT-Ersatzteile verwenden.

Keinerlei Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen!

Reparaturen müssen durch von Weller ausgebildete Personen erfolgen.

Die normale Lebensdauer eines

MIN 1x Hauptfilters in der Elektronikindustrie beträgt 1500 Stunden.

Der Hauptfilter sollte mindestens einmal pro Jahr gewechselt werden, um die ordnungsgemäße Gasabscheidung zu gewährleisten.

Alarm ertönt und die rote Warnleuchte blinkt:

Empfohlene Lebensdauer des Filters ist verstrichen.

Weist auf einen Wechsel des Filters hin. Den

Alarm mit der Reset-Funktion auf dem Bedienfeld zurücksetzen und einen Filterwechsel einplanen.

Alarm ertönt und die rote Warnleuchte leuchtet durchgehend:

Saugleistung zu niedrig.

Die Filtereinheit abschalten. Düsen und Rohre prüfen und bei Bedarf reinigen. Wenn der Alarm beim nächsten Einschalten erneut ertönt, muss der Filter gewechselt werden.

Werden keine Maßnahmen getroffen, schaltet sich die Filtereinheit nach fünf Minuten ab, um eine

Überhitzung zu verhindern.

Beim Wechsel des Hauptfilters wird die Filterzeit wie folgt zurückgesetzt:

Den Resetknopf gedrückt halten und gleichzeitig den Schalter einschalten bis ein Signal ertönt.

Reinigung

Um die ordnungsgemäße Funktion sicherzustellen, die Düse, den Absaugarm und den Verbindungsschlauch regelmäßig reinigen.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

The solder fume extraction unit is a mobile filter unit for the separation of particulates and gases. The unit is used for the filtration of exhaust air during soldering, gluing, cleaning, pressure processes etc., and is suitable for continuous duty in industrial environments.

The unit is designed for use as a surface extraction unit and is not suitable for extracting fumes directly from the soldering gun.

Intended use of the soldering station/ desoldering station also includes the requirement that youadhere to these instructions,

Operation

Note

The unit may emit dust from the main filter after transportation. Make sure that the unit is put into service in a suitable room.

Caution!

A high noxious gas concentration will cause the activated charcoal to heat up.

To avoid overheating, the unit should be run without noxious gases for several minutes before switching off.

Put the tool into operation as described in the chapter „Placing into operation“.

Please adhere to the operating instructions of the connected devices.

Check to see if the mains voltage matches the ratings on the nameplate.

Make sure the machine is switched off before plugging in.

Optimal gas filtration is achieved as follows:

•Temperature of process air in gas filter < 38 °C

•Relative humidity < 60 %

•Gas molecules > 30 g/mol (better filtration results are achieved with larger molecules)

•Boiling point of the gas molecules > 0 °C

Care and maintenance

Filter change

Warning!

Before doing any work on the machine, pull the plug out of the socket.

Warning!

The unit must not be altered or modified in any way!

Repairs must always be referred to a

Weller-trained specialist.

The normal service life of a main

MIN 1x filter in the electronics industry is

1500 hours.

The main filter should be changed at least once a year in order to ensure proper gas separation.

Cleaning

An alarm sounds and the red warning light flashes:

Recommended service life of filter has expired.

Indicates that the filter needs changing. Reset the alarm with the reset function on the control panel and schedule a filter change.

An alarm sounds and the red warning light is lit continuously:

Extraction capacity is too low.

Switch off the filter unit. Check the nozzles and tubes, and clean them if necessary. If the alarm sounds again the next time the unit is turned on, the filter must be changed.

If no action is taken, the filter unit will cut out after five minutes in order to avoid overheating.

When changing the main filter the filtration time can be reset as follows:

Keep the reset button pressed and, at the same time, turn on the switch until a signal sounds.

To ensure that the unit functions properly, the nozzle, extractor arm and connecting hose must be cleaned on a regular basis.

Cuidado y mantenimiento

Cambio de filtro

¡Advertencia!

Antes de realizar cualquier trabajo en la máquina, desenchufarla de la alimentación eléctrica.

¡Advertencia!

Use sólo piezas de recambio originales.

¡No está permitido realizar cambios ni modificaciones en el aparato!

Las reparaciones deberán ser realizadas por especialistas formados por Weller.

La vida útil normal de un filtro

MIN 1x principal en la industria electrónica es de 1500 horas.

Para filtrar correctamente el gas es recomendable cambiar el filtro principal como mínimo una vez al año.

La alarma suena y el testigo luminoso rojo parpadea:

La vida útil recomendada del filtro se ha agotado.

Indica que hay que cambiar el filtro. Resetear la alarma con la función reset del panel de control y planificar el cambio de filtro.

La alarma suena y el testigo luminoso rojo permanece encendido:

Potencia de aspiración demasiado baja.

Desconectar el filtro. Comprobar las toberas y tubos, y en caso necesario limpiarlos. Si suena de nuevo la alarma al volver a encender el aparato, deberá cambiar el filtro.

Si no toma medidas, el filtro se desconectará a los cinco minutos para evitar un calentamiento excesivo.

Al cambiar el filtro principal, la unidad se resetea de la siguiente forma:

Mantener pulsado el botón de reset y conectar la mismo tiempo el interruptor hasta que suene una señal.

Limpieza

Para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del aparato deberá limpiar periódicamente la tobera, el aspirador y la manguera de conexión.

Fonctionnement

Remarque

Vérifiez que la tension secteur est compatible avec les informations consignées sur la plaque du modèle.

Ne relier l‘appareil à la prise de courant que lorsqu‘il est débranché.

Le meilleur filtrage de gaz possible est atteinte comme suit :

•Température de l‘air de processus dans le filtre à gaz < 38 °C

•Humidité relative < 60 %

•Molécules de gaz > 30 g/mol (meilleur filtrage avec de plus grandes molécules)

•Température d‘ébullition des molécules de gaz

Remplacement du filtre

Toujours extraire la fiche hors de la prise de courant avant d‘intervenir sur l‘appareil.

N’utiliser que des pièces de rechange d’origine.

N‘effectuer aucune modification sur l‘appareil !

Seules les personnes formées par Weller sont autorisées à effectuer les réparations.

La durée de vie normale d‘un

MIN 1x filtre principal dans l‘industrie

électronique est de 1500 heures.

Le filtre principal doit être remplacé au moins une fois par an pour garantir la séparation correcte des gaz.

L‘alarme retentit et la lampe d‘avertissement rouge clignote :

La durée de vie recommandée du filtre est dépassée.

Signale un remplacement du filtre. Réinitialiser l‘alarme avec la fonction reset sur le panneau de commande et planifier un changement de filtre.

L‘alarme retentit et la lampe d‘avertissement rouge est allumée en permanence :

Capacité d‘aspiration trop faible.

Déconnecter l‘unité de filtrage. Vérifier les buses et les tuyaux et les nettoyer le cas échéant. Si l‘alarme retentit à nouveau lors de la prochaine mise en service, le filtre doit être remplacé.

Si aucune mesure n‘est prise, l‘unité de filtrage s‘arrête après cinq minutes pour empêcher toute surchauffe.

En remplaçant le filtre principal, le temps de filtrage est réinitialisé comme suit :

Maintenir le bouton de reset enfoncé et activer l‘interrupteur en même temps jusqu‘à ce qu‘un signal retentisse.

Nettoyage

Pour garantir le fonctionnement correct, nettoyer régulièrement la buse, le bras d‘aspiration et le flexible de raccordement.

L‘apparecchio è stato realizzato in base a criteri qualitativi molto severi, che ne assicurano il perfetto funzionamento.

Le presenti istruzioni per l‘uso contengono importanti informazioni che permettono di mettere in funzione, utilizzare, eseguire la manutenzione in modo sicuro e conforme sull‘apparecchio, nonché di eliminare autonomamente semplici anomalie.

Se l‘apparecchio viene ceduto a terzi, consegnare sempre insieme allo stesso le relative istruzioni per l‘uso.

L‘apparecchio non andrà utilizzato per l‘aspirazione di gas infiammabili.

L‘apparecchio non andrà esposto a temperature superiori ai 50 °C, a fiamme libere o a solventi condensati.

Il gestore dell‘impianto è responsabile del rispetto dei valori di soglia legislativi per sostanze nocive sul posto di lavoro.

Il sistema di filtraggio andrà messo in funzione esclusivamente in condizioni tecniche a regola d‘arte.

Utilizzo Conforme

L‘apparecchio pu essere utilizzato da bambini di età pari o superiore a 8 anni e da persone con ridotte facoltà fisiche, sensoriali o mentali non-ché da persone prive di sufficiente esperienza e/o conoscenza dello stesso se sorvegliate o istruite in merito all‘utilizzo sicuro dell‘appa-rec- chio e consapevoli degli eventuali rischi deri-vanti da un utilizzo Improprio. I bambini non devono giocare con L‘apparecchio.

Le operazioni di pulizia e di manutenzione non devono essere effettuate dai bambini senza la supervisione di un adulto.

L‘aspirazione fumi di saldatura è un‘unità di filtraggio mobile destinata alla separazione di particelle e gas. L‘apparecchio andrà utilizzato per filtrare aria di scarico in processi di saldatura, incollaggio, pulizia, stampa ecc. ed è idoneo al funzionamento continuo in ambito industriale.

L‘apparecchio è stato concepito per l‘impiego come aspiratore di superfici e non è adatto per l‘aspirazione diretta sul saldatoio.

L‘utilizzo conforme esclude altresì che:

vengano osservate le presenti istruzioni,

vengano rispettate tutte le ulteriori documentazioni accompagnatorie,

vengano rispettate le normative antinfortunistiche nazionali sul luogo di impiego..

Esercizio

Avvertenza

Durante il trasporto, dal filtro principale dell‘apparecchio potrà fuoriuscire polvere. Accertarsi che l‘apparecchio venga messo in funzione in un ambiente idoneo.

Attenzione!

Un‘elevata concentrazione di gas nocivi comporta il riscaldamento dei carboni attivi. Per escludere un riscaldamento non ammesso, prima dello spegnimento l‘apparecchio andrà fatto funzionare per alcuni minuti in assenza di gas nocivi.

Mettere in funzione l‘apparecchio come descritto nel capitolo “Messa in funzione”.

Attenersi alle istruzioni per l‘uso degli apparecchi collegati.

Verificare che la tensione di alimentazione corrisponda alle indicazioni sulla targhetta.

Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente solo ad apparecchio spento

Il migliore filtraggio dei gas si otterrà nel seguente modo:

•Temperatura dell‘aria di processo nel filtro gas < 38 °C

•Umidità relativa < 60 %

•Molecole di gas > 30 g/mol (filtraggio migliore con molecole di maggiori dimensioni)

•Temperatura di ebollizione delle molecole di gas

Cura e manutenzione

Sostituzione del filtro

Avviso!

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi lavoro sull‘apparecchio, estrarre la spina dalla presa di corrente

Avviso!

Utilizzare soltanto pezzi di ricambio originali.

Non apportare alcuna modifica all‘apparecchio!

Le riparazioni andranno effettuate da personale appositamente formato da Weller.

Nell‘industria elettronica, la MIN 1x normale durata utile di un filtro

principale è pari a 1500 ore.

Il filtro principale andrà sostituito almeno una volta all‘anno, al fine di garantire la corretta separazione dei gas.

Viene emesso il segnale di allarme e la spia di avviso rossa lampeggia:

La durata utile consigliata del filtro è terminata.

Indica la necessità di sostituire il filtro. Resettare l‘allarme mediante la funzione di reset sul pannello di comando e preventivare una sostituzione del filtro.

Viene emesso il segnale di allarme e la spia di avviso rossa si accende con luce fissa:

Potenza di aspirazione insufficiente.

Spegnere l‘unità di filtraggio. Controllare ugelli e tubi e all‘occorrenza pulirli. Qualora l‘allarme venga nuovamente emesso alla prossima accensione, il filtro andrà sostituito.

Qualora non si adottino provvedimenti, l‘unità di filtraggio si spegnerà dopo cinque minuti, al fine di impedire surriscaldamenti.

Nel sostituire il filtro principale, il tempo di filtraggio andrà resettato nel seguente modo:

Mantenere premuto il pulsante di reset e contemporaneamente attivare l‘interruttore, sino a quando non venga emesso un segnale.

Pulizia

Per garantire un corretto funzionamento, pulire con regolarità l‘ugello, il braccio di aspirazione ed il tubo flessibile di raccordo.
