5. Use

Refer to the illustrations on pages 2 and 3 of this manual.

• Remove the sensor cover [1] by releasing the screw at the back of the device and sliding the cover upwards.

• Press the ON/OFF button to switch the device on. Press again to switch it off.

• The device powers off automatically after ±20min. To disable auto-power off, press and hold the ON/OFF button until AP ON is displayed. Press the Unit button to toggle between AP ON and AP OFF and press the Func. button to confirm. To re-enable auto-power off switch the device off and repeat this procedure.

• Hold the anemometer perpendicular to the air flow; the wind must pass through the wind sensor [2] from the rear to the front.

Note: holding the anemometer not perpendicular to the wind will result in

wrong measurements.

• Press the Unit button multiple times to scroll through the different speed measuring units [F]:

• Press and hold the Unit button for ±2s to change the temp er at u re unit [G].

• Press the Func. button shortly to go into hold-mode [A]. The current measurement remains on the display.

• Press the Func. button again shortly to go into max-mode [B]; only the highest measured value is shown. Press the Func. button again shortly to go into min-mode [C]; only the lowest measured value is shown.

• While in normal measuring mode, press and hold the Func. button ±2s to switch on the backlight. Press and hold again ±2s to switch the backlight off.

• When the battery indicator [H] is shown, replace the batteries (see §8).

• Always place the sensor cover [1] back when the device is not in use.

6. Operation tips

• Do not touch or disassemble the wind sensor [2].

• Do not measure outside of the operating range (‘OL’ is displayed on the

LCD) and do not measure in places with high humidity. Refer to the technical specifications for more details.

• Consider mounting the device on a tripod (not incl.) for longer and more stable measurements.

• Make sure the device is at ambient temperature for accurate measurements.

• Remove the batteries when the device is not used for a long time.

7. Maintenance

• Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents. DO NOT submerge the device in any liquid.

8. Batteries

• To replace the batteries, make sure the device is switched off.

• Open the battery cover at the back by sliding it downwards (away from

the sensor).

• Take out the old batteries and replace them with 3 new and identical 1.5V AAA batteries following the polarity markings inside the battery compartment.

• Slide the battery cover back in place.

Do not puncture or throw batteries in fire. Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations. Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Keep batteries away from children.

3. Algemene richtlijnen

Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie achteraan de handleiding.

• Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat gebruiken.

• Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen.

• Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Bij onoordeelkundig

gebruik vervalt de garantie.

5. Gebruik

Raadpleeg de figuren op pagina 2 en 3 van deze handleiding.

• Draai de schroef achteraan het toestel los en verwijder de beschermdop [1].

• Schakel het toestel in of uit met ON/OFF.

• Het toestel schakelt automatisch uit na ± 20 minuten. Om de

automatische uitschakelfunctie uit te schakelen, houd ON/OFF ingedrukt tot AP ON op de display verschijnt. Kies tussen AP ON en AP OFF met Unit. Bevestig met Func. Schakel het toestel uit en herhaal de procedure om de automatische uitschakelfunctie opnieuw in te schakelen.

• Houd het toestel loodrecht ten opzichte van de windrichting. Zorg dat de wind langs achteren door de anemometer [2] stroomt.

Opmerking: Een verkeerde opstelling van het toestel ten opzichte van de

wind zal foute meetresultaten opleveren.

• Druk meermaals op Unit om de me e t eenheid voor de windsnelheid te selecteren [F]:

• Houd Unit gedurende ± 2 secon de n i nge dr ukt om de meet ee nh ei d voor de temperatuur [G] te selecteren.

• Druk kort op Func. om de uitlezing op het scherm te blokkeren [A].

• Druk opnieuw kort op Func. om de maximaal of minimaal gemeten

waarde op de display weer te geven [B, C].

• In normale meetfunctie, houd Hold/Light gedurende ± 2 seconden ingedrukt om de achtergrondverlichting [B] in of uit te schakelen.

• Vervang de batterijen van zodra de aanduiding [H] op de display verschijnt (zie §8).

• Plaats de beschermdop [1] o p de s en sor na gebr ui k.

6. Gebruikstips

• Raak de anemometer [2] niet aan en haal hem niet uit elkaar.

• Overschrijd het meetberei k van het to est el niet . Bij ov ers chri j di n g

verschijnt OL op de display. Gebruik het toestel niet op vochtige plaatsen. Raadpleeg de technische specificaties voor meer details.

• Plaats het toestel op een driepoot (niet meegeleverd) voor een stabielere uitlezing.

• Laat het toestel eerst op kamertemperatuur komen alvorens het te gebruiken.

• Verwijder de batterijen uit het toestel na gebruik.

7. Onderhoud

• Maak het toestel regelmatig schoon met behulp van een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen alcohol of solventen. Dompel het toestel nooit in een vloeistof.

8. De batterijen

• Schakel het toestel uit.

• Schuif het deksel achteraan het toestel naar onderen en open het

batterijvak.

• Verwijder de oude batterijen en plaats drie nieuwe AAA-batterijen van 1,5 V volgens de polariteitaandui din g en.

• Sluit het batterijvak.

Doorboor de batterijen nooit en gooi ze niet in het vuur. Herlaad geen alkalinebatterijen. Houd de batterijen uit de buurt van kinderen.

5. Emploi

Se référer aux illustrations en pages 2 et 3 de cette notice.

• Desserrer la vis à l’arrière de l’appareil et retirer le capuchon [1].

• Allumer et éteindre l’appareil avec le bouton ON/OFF.

• L’appareil s’éteint automatiquement après ± 20 minutes. Pour désactiver

la fonction d’extinction automatique, maintenir enfoncé le bouton ON/OFF jusqu’à ce AP ON s’affiche. Sélectionner AP ON ou AP OFF avec Unit. Enfoncer Func. pour confirmer. Éteindre l’appareil et répéter cette procédure pour réactiver la fonction.

• Maintenir l’appareil perpendiculairement par rapport au vent et de

manière à ce que le vent traverse l’anémomètre [2] par l’arrière.

Remarque : Maintenir l’appareil correctement afin d’éviter les mesur es

erronées.

• Enfoncer le bouton Unit à plusieurs reprises pour afficher les unités de

mesure éolienne [F] :

• Maintenir enfoncé le bouton Unit pendant ± 2 secondes pour sélectionner

l’unité de mesure thermique [G].

• Enfoncer brièvement le bouton Func. pour geler l’affichage [A].

Renfoncer le bouton pour revenir au mode de mesu re no rma l

• Enfoncer le bouton Func. pour afficher la valeur de mesure maximale

[B]. Renfoncer le même bouton pour afficher la valeur de mesure

minimale [C].

• En mode de mesure normale, maintenir enfoncé le bouton Func. pendant

± 2 secondes pour activer/désactiver le rétro-éclairage.

• Remplacer les piles dès que l’indicateur de piles faibles [H] s’affiche (voir

§8).

• Refermer le capteur avec le capuchon [1] après emploi.

6. Conseils d’utilisation

• Ne pas toucher l’anémomètre [2].

• Ne pas excéder la plage de mesure de l’appareil. L’afficheur affiche OL

lors d’une mesure hors plage. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil dans un milieu humide. Se référer aux spécifications techniques.

• Monter l’appareil sur un trépied (non inclus) pour effectuer des mesures

stables.

• Ne pas brancher l’appareil après exposition à des variations de

température. Afin d’éviter des domm age s, att e ndr e jus qu’à ce que l’appareil ait atteint la température ambiante avant de l’utiliser.

• Retirer les piles après utilisation.

7. Entretien

• Nettoyer régulièrement à l’aide d’un chiffon humide non pelucheux. Éviter

les alcools et les solvants. Ne pas immerger l’appareil dans un liquide.

8. Les piles

• Éteindre l’appareil.

• Faire glisser le couvercle vers le bas et ouvrir le compartiment des piles.

• Retirer les piles usagées et les rempl a cer par tro i s nou vel l es pil es R03 de

1,5 V selon les indications de polarité.

• Refermer le compartiment des piles.

Ne pas percer les piles et ne jamais les jeter au feu. Ne pas recharger des piles alcalines. Garder les piles hors de la portée des enfants.

5. Uso

• Desatornille el tornillo de la parte trasera del aparato y saque la tapa [1].

• Active y desactive el aparato con el botón ON/OFF.

• El aparato se desactiva automáticamente después de ± 20 minutos. Para

desactivar la función de desactivación automática, mantenga pulsado el botón ON/OFF hasta que AP ON se visualice. Seleccione AP ON o AP OFF con Unit. Pulse Func. para confirmar. Desactive el aparato y repita este procedimiento para reactivar la función.

• Mantenga el aparato de manera perpendicular con respecto al viento.

Asegúrese de que el viento atraviesa el anemómetro [2] por detrás.

Nota: Mantenga el aparato correctamente para evitar mediciones

incorrectas.

• Pulse el botón Unit varias veces para visualizar las unidades de medició n

para la velocidad del viento [F]:

6. Algunos consejos

• No toque el anemómetro [2].

• No sobrepase el rango de medición del aparato. La pantalla visualiza OL

al sobrepasar el rango. No utilice el aparato en un ambiente húmedo. Véase las especificaciones.

• Instale el aparato en un trípode (no incl.) para efectuar mediciones

estables.

• No conecte el aparato si ha estado expuesto a grandes cambios de

temperatura. Espere hasta que el aparato llegue a la temperatura ambiente.

• Saque las pilas después del uso.

7. Mantenimiento

• Limpie el aparato con un paño húmedo sin pelu sas . Evite el uso de

alcohol y de disolventes. Nunca sumerja el aparato en un líquido.

8. Las pilas

• Desactive el aparato.

• Deslice la tapa hacia abajo y abra el compartimiento de pilas.

• Saque las pilas agotadas y reemplácelas por tres nuevas pilas AAA de

1,5 V. Respete la polaridad.

• Vuelva a cerrar el compartimiento de pilas.

Nunca perfore las pilas y nunca las eche al fuego. No recargue pilas alcalinas. Mantenga las pilas lejos del alcance de niños.

5. Anwendung

Siehe Abbildungen, Seite 2 und 3 dieser Bedienungsanlei t un g.

• Lockern Sie die Schraube auf der Rückseite des Gerätes und entfernen

Sie den Schutzkappe [1].

• Schalten Sie das Gerät mit ON/OFF ein oder.

• Das Gerät schaltet automatisch nach ± 20 Minuten aus. Um die

automatische Ausschaltfunktion zu deaktivieren, halten Sie ON/OFF gedrückt bis AP ON im Display erscheint. Wählen Sie zwischen AP ON und AP OFF mit Unit. Bestätigen Sie mit Func. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und wiederholen Sie dieses Verfahren, um die automatische Ausschaltfunktion wieder zu aktivieren.

• Halten Sie das Gerät senkrecht in Bezug auf die Windrichtung. Beachten

Sie, dass der Wind von hinten durch das Anemometer [2] geht.

Bemerkung: eine falsche Aufstellung des Gerätes gegenüber dem Wind

verursacht falsche Messergebnisse.

• Drücken Sie Unit mehrmals, um die Messeinheit für die

Windgeschwindigkeit [F] auszuwählen:

• Halten Sie Unit ± 2 Sekunden gedrückt, um die Messeinheit für die

Temperatur [G] auszuwählen.

• Drücken Sie kurz auf Func. um Anzeige im Display festzuhalten [A].

• Drücken Sie wieder kurz auf Func. um den Höchst- oder Mindestwert im

Display anzuzeigen [B, C].

• In der normalen Messfunktion, halten Sie Hold/Light ± 2 Sekunden

gedrückt, um die Hintergrundbeleu c ht un g [B] ein- oder auszuschalten.

• Führen Sie einen Batteriewechsel durch sobald die Lo-Bat-Anzeige [H] im

Display erscheint (siehe §8).

• Stellen Sie die Schutzkappe [1] nach Gebrauch wieder auf den Sensor.

6. Einige Hinweise

• Berühren Sie das Anemometer [2] nicht und öffnen Sie es nicht.

• Überschreiten Sie den Bereich des Gerätes nicht. Bei Überschreitung

erscheint OL im Display. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in feuchten Räumen. Für mehr Informationen, siehe technische Daten.

• Befestigen Sie das Gerät an einem Stativ (nicht mitgeliefert) für einen

stabileren Messwert.

• Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht sofort in Betrieb, nachdem es von einem

kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wurde. Lassen Sie das Gerät solange ausgeschaltet, bis es die Zimmertemperatur erreicht hat.

• Entfernen Sie die Batterien nach Gebrauch aus dem Gerät.

7. Wartung

• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein feuchtes, fusselfreies Tuch. Verwenden

Sie auf keinen Fall Alkohol oder irgendwelche Lösungsmittel.

8. Die Batterien

• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.

• Schieben Sie den Deckel auf der Rückseite des Gerätes nach unten und

öffnen Sie das Batteriefach.

• Entfernen Sie die alten Batterien und legen Sie drei neue AAA-Batterien

von 1,5 V ein. Beachten Sie die Polarität.

• Schließen Sie das Batteriefach.

Durchbohren Sie die Batterien nie und werfen Sie diese nicht ins Feuer. Laden Sie nie Alkalinebatterien. Halten Sie die Batterien von Kindern fern.

3. Linee guida generali

Fare riferimento alle condizioni di garanzia e qualità Velleman® riportate alla fine del manuale.

• Familiarizzare con le funzioni del dispositivo prima di utilizzarlo.

• Per ovvie ragioni di sicurezza è vietato apportare delle modifiche al

dispositivo.

• Utilizzare il dispositivo solamente per lo scopo per il quale è stato

progettato. Ogni altro tipo di utilizzo determina la decadenza della garanzia.

5. Utilizzo

Fare riferimento alle illustrazioni riportate a pagina 24 del manuale.

• Rimuovere il coperchio del sensore [1] facendolo scorrere verso l’alto.

• premere il tasto ON/OFF per accendere il dispositivo. Premerlo

nuovamente per spegnerlo.

• Lo strumento si spegne automaticamente dopo circa 20 minuti. Per

disattivare la funzione di autospegnimento, premere e tenere premuto il tasto ON/OFF all’accensione fino a quando sul display non appare la scritta AP ON. Premere il tasto Unit per selezionare AP ON o AP OFF e di seguito il tasto Func. per confermare. Per riattivare la funzione spegnere lo strumento e ripetere la procedura appena descritta.

• Tenere l’anemometro perpendicolare al flusso d'aria che deve passare

attraverso il sensore vento [2] secondo la direzione indicata dalla freccia stampigliata sulla parte alta del case.

Nota: la non perpendicolarità dello strumento al flusso d’aria, comporta una

misurazione errata.

• Premere più volte il tasto Unit per selezionare l’unità di misura relativa

alla velocità del vento [F]:

• Premere e tenere premuto per circa 2 secondi il tasto Unit per cambiare

l’unità di misura relativa alla temperatura [G].

• Premere brevemente il tasto Func. per attivare la funzione HOLD [A]; la

misura corrente viene mantenuta sul display.

• Premere nuovamente il tasto Func. per passare alla modalità MAX [B];

sul display viene mostrato solamente il valore massimo misurato.

Premere ancora una volta il tasto Func. per passare alla modalità MIN [C]; sul display viene mostrato solamente il valore minimo misurato.

• Per attivare la retroilluminazione del display, durante il normale

funzionamento, premere e tenere premuto per circa 2 secondi il tasto Func.

• Quando sul display appare il simbolo batteria [H], significa che è

necessario sostituire le batterie perchè scariche (vedere capitolo 8).

• Mettere sempre il coperchio sul sensore [1] quando il dispositivo non è

in uso.

6. Consigli d’uso

• NON toccare o smontare il sensore vento [2].

• NON effettuare misurazioni al di fuori della gamma consentita

(diversamente sul display LCD appare la scritta ‘OL’) e non utilizzare lo strumento il luoghi con elevato tasso di umidità. Per maggiori dettagli fare riferimento alle specifiche tecniche.

• In caso di misurazioni di lunga durata è preferibile montare lo strumento

su un treppiede (non incluso).

• Per ottenere misure accurate è necessario attendere che lo strumento

raggiunga la temperatura ambiente.

• Rimuovere le batterie se si prevede di non utilizzare il dispositivo per

lungo.

7. Manutenzione

• Pulire regolarmente il dispositivo con un panno umido privo di lanugine.

Non utilizzare alcol o solventi. NON immergere il dispositivo in acqua o liquidi di vario genere.

8. Batterie

• Prima di sostituire le batterie assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia spento.

• Aprire il coperchio del vano batterie facendolo scorrere verso il basso.

• Estrarre le batterie vecchie ed inserirne altre 3 nuove formato AAA da

1,5V rispettando la polarità indicata.

• Richiudere il coperchio del vano batterie.

Non forare o gettare le batterie nel fuoco. Smaltire le batterie usate secondo le vigenti normative locali. Non tentare di ricaricare batterie non ricaricabili. Tenere le batterie lontano dalla portata dei bambini.

5. Obsługa

Patrz rysunki na stronie 2 i 3 niniejszej instrukcji.

• Zdjąć pokrywę czujnika [1] odkręcając śrubę z tyłu urządzenia i

przesuwając pokrywę do góry.

• Wcisnąć przycisk ON/OFF, aby włączyć urządzenie. Przycisnąć ponownie,

aby wyłączyć urządzenie.

• Urządzenie wyłącza się automatycznie po ok. 20 minutach. Aby

dezaktywować automatyczne wyłączanie wcisnąć i przytrzymać przycisk ON/OFF do momentu wyświetlenia AP ON. Wcisnąć przycisk Unit, aby przełączać się między AP ON i AP OFF, a następnie potwierdzić przyciskiem Func. Aby ponownie uaktywnić automatyczne wyłączanie wyłączyć urządzenie i powtórzyć powyższą procedurę.

• Trzymać anemometr prostopadle do przepływu powietrza; wiatr musi

przelatywać przez czujnik wiatru [2] od tyłu do przodu.

• Gdy podświetla się wskaźnik baterii [H], wymienić baterie (patrz §8).

• Gdy urządzenie nie pracuje należy zawsze zakładać pokrywę czujnika

[1].

6. Wskazówki dotyczące obsługi

• Nie dotykać ani nie demontować czujnika wiatru [2].

• Nie wykonywać pomiarów poza zakresem roboczym (na wyświetlaczu

pojawia się 'OL') oraz w obszarach o wysokiej wilgotności powietrza. Aby uzyskać więcej informacji, patrz specyfikacja techniczna.

• Aby zapewnić dłuższy i bardziej stabilny pomiar urządzenie można

umieścić na statywie (brak w dostawie).

• Aby zapewnić prawidłowość pomiaru urządzenie musi być temperaturze

otoczenia.

• Jeśli urządzenie nie jest używane przez dłuższy czas, należy wyjąć

baterie.

7. Konserwacja

• Regularnie wycierać urządzenie wilgotną, niepozostawiającą śladów

8. Baterie

• Przed wymianą baterii należy sprawdzić, czy urządzenie jest wyłączone.

• Zdjąć pokrywę baterii z tyłu urządzenia przesuwając ją do dołu (poza

czujnik).

• Wyjąć stare baterie i wymienić je na 3 nowe, jednakowe baterie AAA 1,5

V zgodnie z oznaczeniami biegunowości wewnątrz gniazda baterii.

• Wsunąć pokrywę baterii na miejsce.

Nie przebijać i nie wrzucać baterii do ognia. Usuwać baterie zgodnie z lokalnymi przepisami. Nie ładować baterii, które nie są akumulatorkami. Trzymać baterie z dala od dzieci.

In order to ensure the quality, our products regularly go through an extra quality check, both by an internal quality department and by specialized external organisations. If, all precautionary measures notwithstanding, problems should occur, please make appeal to our warranty (see guarantee conditions).

General Warranty Conditions Concerni ng Consumer Produc ts (for EU):

• All consumer products are subject to a 24-month warranty on production flaws and defective material as from the original date of purchase.

• Velleman® can decide to replace an article with an equivalent article, or to refund the retail value totally or partially when the complaint is valid and a free repair or replacement of the article is impossible, or if the expenses are out of proportion. You will be delivered a replacing article or a refund at the value of 100% of the purchase price in case of a flaw occurred in the first year after the date of purchase and delivery, or a replacing article at 50% of the purchase price or a refund at the value of 50% of the retail value in case of a flaw occurred in the second year after the date of purchase and delivery.

• Not covered by warranty:

- all direct or indirect damage caused after delivery to the article (e.g. by oxidation, shocks, falls, dust, dirt, humidity...), and by the article, as well as its contents (e.g. data loss), compensation for loss of profits;

- consumable goods, parts or accessories that are subject to an aging process during normal use, such as batteries (rechargeable, non-rechargeable, built-in or replaceable), lamps, rubber parts, drive belts... (unlimited list);

- flaws resulting from fire, water damage, lightning, accident, natural disaster, etc.…;

- flaws caused deliberately, negligently or resulting from improper handling, negligent maintenance, abusive use or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions;

- damage caused by a commercial, professional or collective use of the article (the warranty validity will be reduced to six (6) months when the article is used professionally);

- damage resulting from an inappropriate packing and shipping of the article;

- all damage caused by modification, repair or alteration performed by a third party without written permission by Velleman®.

• Articles to be repaired mus t be deli ve red to your Velleman® dealer, solidly packed (preferably in the original packaging), and be completed with the

original receipt of purchase and a clear flaw description.

• Hint: In order to save on cost and time, please reread the manual and check if the flaw is caused by obvious causes prior to presenting the article for repair. Note that returning a non-defective article can also involve handling costs.

• Repairs occurring after warranty expiration are subject to shipping costs.

• The above conditions are without prejudice to all commercial warranties.

Mocht er ondanks deze voorzorgen toch een probleem optreden, dan kunt u steeds een beroep doen op onze waarborg (zie waarborgvoorwaarden).

Algemene waarborgvoorwaarden consumentengoederen (voor Europese Unie):

• Op alle consumentengoederen geldt een garantieperiode van 24 maand en op prod uct ie- en materiaalfouten en dit vanaf de oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum.

• Indien de klacht gegrond is en een gratis reparatie of vervanging van een artikel onmogelijk is of indien de kosten hiervoor buiten verhouding zijn, kan Velleman® beslissen het desbetreffende artikel te vervangen door een gel ij kwaardig artikel of de aankoopsom van het artikel gedeeltelijk of volledig terug te betalen. In dat geval krijgt u een vervangend product of terugbetaling ter waarde van 100% van de aankoopsom bij ontdekking van een gebrek tot één jaar na aankoop en levering, of een vervangend product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of terugbetaling van 50 % bij ontdekking na één jaar tot 2 jaar.

• Valt niet onder w aarborg:

- alle rechtstr eekse of onrechtstreekse sch ade na de levering veroorzaakt aan het toestel (bv. door oxidatie, schokken, val, stof, vuil, vocht...), en door het toestel, alsook zijn inhoud (bv. verlies van data), vergoeding voor eventuele winstderving.

- verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpstukken die onderhevig zijn aan veroudering door normaal gebruik zoals bv. batterijen (zowel oplaadbare als niet-oplaadbare, ingebouwd of vervangbaar), lampen, rubberen onderdelen, aandrijfriemen... (onbeperkte lijst).

- defecten ten gevolge van brand, waterschade, bliksem, ongevallen, natuurrampen, enz.

- defecten veroorzaakt door opzet, nalatigheid of door een onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of abnormaal gebruik of gebruik van het toestel strijdig met de voorschriften van de fabrikant.

- schade ten gevolge v an een comme rci eel, professioneel of collectief gebruik van het apparaat (bij professioneel gebruik wordt de garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand).

- schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherming bij transport van het apparaat.

- alle schade door wijzigingen, reparaties of modificaties uitgevoerd doo r derden zonder toestemming van Velleman®.

• Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden te worden bij uw Velleman®-verdeler. Het toestel dient vergezeld te zijn van het oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een degelijke verpakking (bij voorkeur de originele verpakking) en voeg een duidelijke foutomschrijving bij.

• Tip: alvorens het toestel voor reparatie aan te bieden, kijk nog eens na of er geen voor de hand liggende reden is waarom het toestel niet naar behoren werkt (zie handleiding). Op deze wijze kunt u kosten en tijd besparen. Denk eraan dat er ook voor niet-defecte toestellen een kost voor controle aangerekend kan worden.

• Bij reparaties buiten de waarborgperiode zullen transportkosten aangerekend worden.

• Elke commerciële garantie laat deze rechten onverminderd.

Bovenstaande opsomming kan eventueel aangepast worden naargelang de aard van het product (zie handlei ding van het betreffende product).

- tout dommage direct ou indirect survenu à l’article après livraison (p.ex. dommage lié à l’oxydation, choc, chute, poussière, sable, impureté…) et provoqué par l’appareil, ainsi que son contenu (p.ex. perte de données) et une indemnisation éventuelle pour perte de revenus ;

- toute pièce ou accessoire nécessitant un remplacement causé par un usage normal comme p.ex. piles (rechargeables c om me non recha rge abl es , intégrées ou rempl aç abl es ), amp oul es , pièces en caoutchouc, courroies… (liste illimitée) ;

- tout dommage qui résulte d’un incendie, de la foudre, d’un accid ent , d’u ne catastrophe natu rell e , etc. ;

- out dommage provoqué par une négligence, volontaire ou non, une utilisation ou un entretien incorrect, ou une utilisation de l’appareil contraire aux prescriptions du fabricant ;

- tout dommage à cause d’une utilisation commerciale, professionnelle ou collective de l’appareil (la période de garantie sera réduite à 6 mois lors d’une utilisation professionnelle) ;

- tout dommage à l’appareil qui résulte d’une utilisation incorrecte ou différente que celle pour laquelle il a été initialement prévu comme décrit dans la notice ;

- tout dommage engendré par un retour de l’appareil emballé dans un conditionnement non ou insuffisamment protégé.

- toute réparati on ou modif i c atio n ef fectuée par une tierce personne sans l’autorisation explicite de SA Velleman® ; - frais de transport de et vers Velleman® si l’appareil n’est plus couvert sous la garantie.

• toute réparation sera fournie par l’endroit de l’achat. L’appareil doit nécessair em ent êtr e acc om pag né du bon d’achat d’origine et être dûment conditionné (de préférence dans l’embal la ge d’ origine avec menti on du défaut) ;

• tuyau : il est conseillé de consulter la notice et de contrôler câbles, piles, etc. avant de retourner l’appareil. Un appareil retourné jugé défectueux qui s’avère en bon état de marche pourra faire l’objet d’une note de frais à charge du consommateur ;

• une réparation effectuée en-dehors de la période de garantie fera l’objet de frais de transport ;

• toute garantie commerciale ne porte pas atteinte aux conditions susmentionnées.

La liste susmentionnée peut être sujette à une complémentation selon le type de l’article et être mentionnée dans la notice d’emploi.

En el caso improbable de que surgieran problemas a pesar de todas las precauciones, es posible recurrir a nuestra garantía (véase las condiciones de garantía).

Condiciones generales referentes a la garantía sobre pr odu ctos de venta al públ ico (para la Unión Europea):

• Todos los productos de venta al público tienen un período de garantía de 24 meses contra errores de producción o errores en materiales desde la adquisición original;

- daños causados por un uso comercial, profesional o colectivo del aparato (el período de garantía se reducirá a 6 meses con uso profesional);

- daños causados por un uso incorrecto o un uso ajeno al que está previsto el producto inicialmente como está descrito en el manual del usuario;

- daños causados por una protección insuficiente al transportar el aparato.

- daños causados por reparaciones o modificaciones efectuadas por una tercera persona sin la autorización explícita de Velleman®;

- se calcula gastos de transporte de y a Velleman® si el aparato ya no está cubierto por la garantía.

• Cualquier artíc ulo que t en ga que ser rep ar ado tendrá que ser devuelto a su distribuidor Velleman®. Devuelva el aparato con la factura de compra original y transpórtelo en un embalaje sólido (preferentemente el embalaje original). Incluya también una buena descripción del fallo;

• Consejo: Lea el manual del usuario y controle los cables, las pilas, etc. antes de devolver el aparato. Si no se encuentra un defec to en el art ículo los gastos podrían correr a cargo del cliente;

• Los gastos de transporte correrán a carga del cliente para una reparación efectuada fuera del período de garant ía.

• Cualquier gesto comercial no disminuye estos derechos.

La lista previamente mencionada puede ser adaptada según el tipo de artículo (véase el manual del usuario del artículo en cuestión).

• Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:

- alle direkten od er indi rekten Schäden, die nach Lieferung am Gerät und durch das Gerät verursacht werden (z.B. Oxidation, Stöße, Fall, Staub, Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit, ...), sowie auch der Inhalt (z.B. Datenverlust), Entschädigung für eventuellen Gewinnausfall.

- Verbrauchsgüter, Teile oder Zubehörteile, die durch normalen Gebrauch dem Verschleiß ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B. Batterien (nicht nur aufladbare, sondern auch nicht aufladbare, eingebaute oder ersetzbare), Lampen, Gummiteile, Treibriemen, usw. (unbeschrän k te List e ).

- Schäden verursacht durch Brandschaden, Wasserschaden, Blitz, Unfälle, Naturkatastrophen, usw.

- Schäden verursacht durch absi chtl iche, nachl ässi g e oder unsachgemäße Anwendung, schlechte Wartung, zweckentfremdete Anwendung oder Nichtbeachtung von Benutzerhinweisen in der Bedienungsanleitung.

- Schäden infolge einer kommerziellen, professionellen oder kollektiven Anwendung des Gerätes (bei gewerblicher Anwendung wird die Garantieperiode auf 6 Monate zurückgeführt).

- Schäden verursacht durch eine unsachgemäße Verpackung und unsachgemäßen Transport des Gerätes.

- alle Schäden verursacht durch unautorisierte Änderungen, Reparaturen oder Modifikationen, die von einem Dritten ohne Erlaubnis von Velleman® vorgenommen werden.

• Im Fall einer Reparatur, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Velleman®-Verteiler. Legen Sie das Produkt ordnungsgemäß verpackt (vorzugsweise die Originalverpackung) und mit dem Original-Kaufbeleg vor. Fügen Sie eine deutliche Fehlerbeschreibung hinzu.

• Hinweis: Um Kosten und Zeit zu sparen, lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung nochmals und überprüfen Sie, ob es keinen auf de Hand liegenden Grund gibt, ehe Sie das Gerät zur Reparatur zurückschicken. Stellt sich bei der Überprüfung des Gerätes heraus, dass kein Geräteschaden vorliegt, könnte dem Kunden eine Untersuchungspauschale berechnet.

• Für Reparaturen nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist werden Transportkosten berechnet.

• Produkt nie podlega naprawie gwarancyjnej:

- gdy wszystki e bezpośrednie lub p ośrednie szkody spowodowane są działaniem czy nników środowiskowych lub losowych (np. przez u tlenianie, wstrząsy, upadki, kurz , brud, ...), wilgo tności;

- gwarant nie ponosi odp owiedzialności za szk ody wynikającyc h z utraty danych;

- produkty konsumenckie, części zamienne lub akcesoria podatne na process starzenia,

wynikającego z normalnego użytkowania, np: bateri e (ładowalne, nieładow alne, wbudowane lub wymienne), żarówki, paski napędowe, gum owe elementy nap ędowe... (nieograniczona lista);

- usterka wynika z działania pożaru, zalania wszelkimi cieczami, ud erzenia pioruna, upadku lub klęski żywiołowej, i tp.;

- usterka wynika z zaniedbań ekspl oatacyjnych tj. umyślne bądź nieumyślne zaniechanie czyszczenia, konserwacji, wymiany materiałów ekspolatacyjnych, niedbalstwa l ub z niewłaściwego obchodze nia się lub niezgodnego użytkowania z instruk cją producenta;

- szkody wynik ające z nadmiernego użytkowa nia gdy nie jest do tego celu pr zeznaczo ny tj. działalność komerycjna, zawodowa lub wspólne użytk owanie

przez wiele osób - okres obowiązywania gwarancji zostanie obniżony do 6 (sześć) miesięcy;

• Uszkodzony produkt musi zosta ć dostarczony do

sprzedawcy ® Velleman, solidnie zapakowany (najlepiej w oryginalnym opakowaniu), wraz z

wyposażenie m z jakim produkt zost ał sprzedany. W przypadku wysyłki towaru w opakowani u innym niż

oryginalnym ryzyko usterki produktu oraz tego skutki
