♦ Entnehmen Sie alle Teile des Gerätes und die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem
Karton.
♦ Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.

werden. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

Sicherheitshinweise
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
► Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte
Netzsteckdose mit einer der auf dem Typenschild entsprechenden
Netzspannung an.
► Sie dürfen das Gerät keinesfalls in eine Flüssigkeit tauchen und
keine Flüssigkeiten in das Gerätegehäuse gelangen lassen. Sie
dürfen das Gerät keiner Feuchtigkeit aussetzen und nicht im Freien benutzen. Falls doch einmal Flüssigkeit in das Gerätegehäuse
gelangt, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker des Geräts aus der
Netzsteckdose und lassen Sie es von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal
reparieren.
► Ziehen Sie bei Betriebsstörungen und bevor Sie das Gerät reini-
gen den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
► Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, ziehen Sie nicht
am Kabel selbst.
► Wickeln Sie die Netzanschlussleitung nicht um das Gerät und
schützen Sie sie vor Beschädigungen.

► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort von
autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice austauschen, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
► Knicken oder quetschen Sie die Netzanschlussleitung nicht und
verlegen Sie sie so, dass niemand darauf treten oder darüber
stolpern kann.
► Sie dürfen kein Verlängerungskabel verwenden.
► Fassen Sie Gerät, Netzanschlussleitung und -stecker nie mit nas-
sen Händen an.
► Trennen Sie das Gerät sofort nach dem Gebrauch vom Stromnetz.
Nur wenn Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen, ist es
vollständig stromfrei.

STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
► Sie dürfen das Gerätegehäuse nicht öff nen oder reparieren. In
diesem Falle ist die Sicherheit nicht gegeben und die Gewährleistung erlischt. Lassen Sie ein defektes Gerät nur von qualifi ziertem
Fachpersonal reparieren.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel nicht nass oder
feucht wird.
Führen Sie es so, dass es nicht eingeklemmt oder beschädigt
werden kann.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass niemals Gegenstände in das Gerät
gelangen können, insbesondere nicht metallische Haarklammern,
Clips oder Haarnadeln.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe von Wasser,
insbesondere nicht in der Nähe von Waschbecken, Badewannen
oder ähnlichen Gefäßen. Die Nähe von Wasser stellt eine Gefahr
dar, auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist. Ziehen Sie daher nach
jedem Gebrauch den Netzstecker. Als zusätzlicher Schutz wird
Ihnen die Installation einer Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung mit einem
Bemessungsauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA im BadezimmerStromkreis empfohlen. Fragen Sie Ihren Elektroinstallateur um Rat.

► Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber und von
Personen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen
Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt
werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.
► Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
► Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder
durchgeführt werden, es sei denn, sie sind 8 Jahre und älter und
werden beaufsichtigt.

► Legen Sie das Gerät niemals im eingeschalteten Zustand ab und
lassen Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt.
► Legen Sie das Gerät nie in die Nähe von Wärmequellen und
schützen Sie die Netzanschlussleitung vor Beschädigungen.
► Falls das Gerät heruntergefallen oder beschädigt ist, dürfen Sie
es nicht mehr in Betrieb nehmen. Lassen Sie das Gerät von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal überprüfen und gegebenenfalls reparieren.
► Decken Sie das Luftansauggitter während des Betriebs nicht ab.
Reinigen Sie es in regelmäßigen Abständen.
► Die Geräteteile können im Betrieb heiß werden. Fassen Sie daher
nur den Handgriff und die Tasten an.
► Benutzen Sie das Gerät immer nur mit aufgesteckten Aufsätzen,
niemals alleine, weil der Aufsatz-Steckplatz im Betrieb heiß wird.
► Bevor Sie Aufsätze aufstecken oder abnehmen, lassen Sie erst
das Gerät abkühlen.
► Verwenden Sie nur die mitgelieferten Original Zubehörteile, weil
diese für das Zusammen-wirken mit dem Gerät optimiert sind.
Andere Teile sind möglicherweise nicht ausreichend sicher.

► Halten Sie die Öff nungen für den Lufteintritt und Luftaustritt frei für
eine ungehinderte Luftströmung. Sonst kann das Gerät überhitzen.
► Seien Sie vorsichtig mit Haarspray, Wasserzerstäuber usw. Zum
einen kann es sein, dass Ihnen der Luftzug diese Mittel vielleicht
direkt in die Augen bläst. Zum anderen dürfen diese aber auch
nicht in das Gerät gelangen – weil sie vielleicht brennbar, aggressiv oder leitfähig sein könnten.

■ Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, überzeugen Sie sich davon, dass ...

■ Wenn Sie den gewünschten Aufsatz aufgesetzt und den Netzstecker in
die Steckdose gesteckt haben, können Sie am Stufenschalter 3 das Gerät
einschalten und die Stufe wählen:
– „0“ das Gerät ist ausgeschaltet
– „1“ für niedrige Gebläse-Stärke mit Wärme
– „2“ für hohe Gebläse-Stärke mit Wärme

Tipps für die perfekte Frisur

■ Teilen Sie die Haare in einzelne Strähnen auseinander, um mehr Fülle zu

Recyclage de l’emballage
L’emballage protège l’appareil de tous dommages éventuels au cours du
transport. Les matériaux d’emballage ont été sélectionnés selon des critères de
respect de l’environnement et de recyclage, de sorte qu’ils peuvent être recyclés.
Le retour de l’emballage dans les fi lières de recyclage permet d’économiser
les matières premières et réduit la formation de déchets. Remettre les matériaux
d’emballage qui ne sont plus utilisés dans les points de collecte prévus par la
réglementation.

Consignes de sécurité
RISQUE D’ÉLECTROCUTION
► Raccordez l’appareil uniquement à une prise secteur installée en
bonne et due forme avec une des tensions secteur correspondant
à la plaque signalétique.
► Vous ne devez en aucun cas plonger l’appareil dans l’eau ni
ne laisser pénétrer de liquide dans le boîtier de l’appareil. Il est
interdit d’exposer l’appareil à l’humidité et de l’utiliser à l’extérieur. Si toutefois du liquide pénètre dans le boîtier de l’appareil,
débranchez immédiatement la fi che de la prise secteur et faites-le
réparer par un technicien spécialisé.
► En cas de dysfonctionnements et avant de nettoyer l’appareil,
débranchez la fi che secteur de la prise secteur.
► Retirez la fi che secteur de la prise, ne pas tirer sur le câble lui-
même.
► N’enroulez pas le câble autour de l’appareil et veillez à le protéger
contre toutes détériorations.
► Faites immédiatement remplacer les fi ches secteur ou les câbles
secteur endommagés par un technicien spécialisé agréé ou par le
service clientèle, pour éviter tout risque.

manière que personne ne puisse marcher ni trébucher dessus.
► L’utilisation d’une rallonge est interdite.
► Ne jamais saisir l’appareil, le câble électrique ou la fi che secteur

► Après utilisation, débranchez immédiatement l’appareil du réseau
électrique. L’appareil n’est entièrement hors tension qu’à partir du
moment où la fi che est débranchée de la prise secteur.

RISQUE D’ÉLECTROCUTION
► N’ouvrez pas le boîtier de l’appareil et ne le réparez pas. Dans
ce cas, la sécurité n’est plus assurée et vous perdez le bénéfi ce
de la garantie. Confi ez la réparation d’un appareil défectueux
uniquement à un technicien spécialisé.
► Veillez à ce que le cordon d’alimentation ne soit pas mouillé ni
humide en cours d’opération. Guidez-le de telle manière qu’il ne
soit ni coincé ni endommagé.
► Attention, veillez à ce qu’aucun objet, tel que des pinces à che-
veux métalliques, des clips ou des épingles à cheveux, ne pénètre
dans l’appareil.
N’utilisez jamais l’appareil à proximité de l’eau, en particulier à
proximité d’un lavabo, d’une baignoire ou de récipients similaires.
La proximité d’eau représente un danger, même si l’appareil est
éteint. Pour cette raison, débranchez l’appareil après chaque
utilisation. A titre de protection supplémentaire, nous recommandons l’installation d’un relais disjoncteur contre les courants de
fuite avec un seuil de déclenchement impérativement inférieur à
30 mA dans le circuit électrique de la salle de bains. Demandez
conseiller à votre électricien.

d’air. Nettoyez-la à intervalles réguliers.
► Les pièces de l’appareil peuvent devenir brûlantes en cours d’utili-
sation. Par conséquent, ne touchez que la poignée et les boutons.
► Utilisez toujours l’appareil avec les modules insérés, jamais seul,
car l’emplacement d’insertion des modules chauff e en cours d’opération.
► Avant d’insérer ou de retirer les modules, laissez d’abord refroidir
l’appareil.
► N’utilisez que les accessoires d’origine fournis car ils ont été
optimisés pour l’interaction avec l’appareil. Les autres pièces
présentent un risque potentiel.

► Assurez-vous que les ouvertures d’entrée et de sortie d’air laissent
circuler l’air sans le gêner. Dans le cas contraire, l’appareil risque
de surchauff er.
► Manipulez la laque, le vaporisateur d’eau, etc, avec précaution.
D’une part, il peut arriver que le fl ux d’air de ces produits soit
directement projeté dans les yeux. D’autre part, ils ne doivent pas
pénétrer à l’intérieur de l’appareil – en raison du risque qu’ils soient
infl ammables, agressifs ou conducteurs d’électricité.

■ Tournez le module dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à ce qu’il

Indicazioni di sicurezza
PERICOLO DI SCOSSA ELETTRICA
► Collegare l’apparecchio solo a una presa installata a norma con
tensione di rete corrispondente a quella riportata sulla relativa
targhetta.
► Non immergere mai l’apparecchio in liquidi; impedire la penetra-
zioni di liquidi nell’alloggiamento dell’apparecchio. Non esporre
l’apparecchio all’umidità e non utilizzarlo all’aperto. In caso di
infi ltrazioni di liquidi nell’alloggiamento dell’apparecchio, disinserire subito la spina dalla presa e fare riparare l’apparecchio da
personale specializzato qualifi cato.
► In caso di guasti e prima della pulizia, staccare sempre la spina
dalla presa di corrente.
► Tirare sempre dalla spina, mai dal cavo.
► Non avvolgere il cavo di rete attorno all’apparecchio e proteg-
gerlo da danneggiamenti.
► Fare sostituire immediatamente spine o cavi danneggiati da perso-
nale specializzato autorizzato o dal centro di assistenza clienti, al
fi ne di evitare pericoli.

modo tale che non sia di intralcio o di inciampo.
► Non usare prolunghe.
► Non aff errare mai l’apparecchio, il cavo di rete e la spina di rete

► Dopo l’uso, staccare immediatamente l’apparecchio dalla rete
elettrica. L’apparecchio è completamente privo di tensione solo
se scollegato dalla rete elettrica.

PERICOLO DI SCOSSA ELETTRICA
► Non è consentito aprire o riparare l’alloggiamento dell’apparecchio.
Aprendolo ci si espone a pericoli e la garanzia decade. Fare
riparare l’apparecchio guasto solo da personale specializzato
autorizzato.
► Assicurarsi che durante il funzionamento il cavo di rete non sia
esposto all’acqua o all’umidità.
Collocarlo in modo tale da impedirne il bloccaggio o il danneggiamento.
► Impedire la penetrazione di oggetti nell’apparecchio, in partico-
lare oggetti metallici come ferretti, fermagli o aghi per capelli.
Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio nelle vicinanze dell’acqua, in
particolare accanto a lavandini, vasche da bagno o simili.
La vicinanza all’acqua rappresenta un pericolo anche ad apparecchio spento. Staccare dunque sempre la spina dopo ogni
utilizzo. Come protezione addizionale si consiglia l’installazione
di un dispositivo di protezione per correnti di dispersione con
una corrente di apertura di misurazione di non oltre 30 mA nel
circuito della stanza da bagno. Consultare il proprio elettricista.

sicuro dell’apparecchio e ne abbiano compreso i relativi rischi.
► I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio.
► La pulizia e la manutenzione a cura dell’utente non devono esse-
re eseguite dai bambini a meno che non abbiano almeno 8 anni
e non vengano sorvegliati.

► Se l’apparecchio avesse subìto cadute o danni, non metterlo più in
funzione. L’apparecchio deve venire sottoposto a controllo da parte
di personale specializzato e all’occorrenza riparato.
► Non coprire la griglia di aspirazione dell’aria durante il funziona-
mento. Pulirla regolarmente.
► Le parti dell’apparecchio possono surriscaldarsi durante l’uso.
Toccare solo l’impugnatura e i tasti.
► Utilizzare l’apparecchio sempre e soltanto con gli accessori inseriti,
mai da solo, poiché l’innesto degli accessori si surriscalda durante
l’uso.
► Fare sempre raff reddare l’apparecchio prima di inserire o rimuo-
vere gli accessori.
► Utilizzare solo gli accessori originali inclusi nella fornitura,
poiché essi sono ottimizzati per l’impiego con l’apparecchio.
Altri elementi potrebbero non essere suffi cientemente sicuri.

► Non ostruire le aperture di aerazione in modo da garantire la
libera circolazione dell’aria. In caso contrario, l’apparecchio
potrebbe surriscaldarsi.
► Utilizzare gli spray per capelli, i nebulizzatori, ecc. con molta
cautela. Potrebbe succedere ad esempio che il fl usso di aria soffi
tali sostanze direttamente negli occhi. Tali sostanze non devono
fi nire neanche nell’apparecchio, poiché potrebbero essere infi ammabili, dannose o conduttive elettricamente.

Messa in funzione
■ Prima di mettere in esercizio l’apparecchio accertarsi che ...
– l’apparecchio o gli accessori siano in condizioni perfette,
– sia stato rimosso tutto il materiale di imballaggio.
■ Se necessario, pulire gli accessori, così come descritto alla sezione
“Pulizia e manutenzione”.

■ Inserire l’accessorio desiderato sul punto di innesto per gli accessori 1,
in modo che il simbolo della freccia anteriore sull’accessorio punti verso il
simbolo della freccia sul punto di innesto per gli accessori 1 .
■ Ruotare l’accessorio in senso orario fi no all’inserimento udibile. La freccia

presa di corrente, accendere l’apparecchio con il commutatore 3 e selezio-

– „2“ getto d’aria alto riscaldato

Disposal of the packaging
The packaging protects the appliance against transport damage. The packaging
materials are selected from the point of view of their environmental friendliness
and disposal technology and are therefore recyclable.
The recirculation of packaging into the material circuit saves raw material and
reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is no
longer needed as per the regionally established regulations.
NOTICE
► If possible, preserve the appliance's original packaging during the warranty
so that in the event of a warranty claim you can package the appliance
period,

Safety instructions
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
► This appliance must only be connected to a properly installed
wall power socket providing electrical energy at the level detailed
on the rating plate.
► Under no circumstances may the appliance be submersed in fl uids
or fl uids be allowed to permeate the housing. The appliance
must not be exposed to moisture or used outdoors. Should liquids
enter the housing, disconnect the appliance from the mains power
socket immediately and arrange for it to be repaired by a qualifi ed
technician.
► In event of operating malfunctions and before cleaning the appli-
ance, remove the plug from the mains power socket.
► Disconnect the appliance by pulling on the plug itself, not on the
power cable.
► Do not wrap the power cable around the appliance, and protect
the cable from being damaged.
► To avoid risks, arrange for defective plugs and/or power cables
to be replaced at once by qualifi ed technicians or our Customer
Service Department.

as to prevent people from stepping on or tripping over it.
► Do not use extension cables.
► Never hold the appliance, the power cable or the power plug
with wet hands.
► Unplug the appliance immediately after use. The appliance is

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
► You must not open the device housing or attempt to repair the
device yourself. Should you do so, the safety of the appliance is
no longer assured and the warranty will become void. Only
allow authorised technicians to repair a defective appliance.
► Ensure that the power cable does not become wet or moist during
use. Route the cable in such a way that it cannot be crushed or
damaged.
► Ensure that objects can never penetrate into the inside of the
appliance, particularly not metal hair clips, grips or hairpins.
Never use the appliance near water, particularly not near sinks,
bathtubs or similar vessels. The proximity of water presents a
risk, even when the appliance is switched off . Always disconnect
the plug from the mains power socket after use. As additional
protection, the installation of a residual current circuit-breaker
with an activation power rating of not more than 30 mA is
recommended for the power circuit in the bathroom. Ask your
electrician for advice.

over and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are
supervised or, in regard to the safe use of the appliance, have

► Cleaning and user maintenance tasks should not be carried out
by children, unless they are at least 8 or more years old and are
supervised.

► Never put the appliance down when it is switched on, and never

► Never place the appliance close to sources of heat, and protect
the power cable against potential damage.
► Do not operate the appliance if it has sustained a fall or is damaged
in any way. Have the appliance checked and/or repaired by
qualifi ed technicians.
► Do not cover the air intake grille while operating the appliance. Clean
the grille at regular intervals.
► The appliance and its accessories can become hot when in use.
Therefore, only touch the handle and the buttons.
► Always use the appliance with the attachments fi tted, never on its
own, since the attachment point becomes hot during operation.
► Allow the appliance to cool down before attaching or detaching
attachments.
► Use only the supplied original accessories, since these have been
optimised for interaction with the appliance. Other parts may not
be adequately safe.

► Keep the air inlet and outlet openings clear so as to have unim-
paired air fl ow. Otherwise the appliance may overheat.
► Exercise caution when using hair spray, water atomizers etc.
The air fl ow may blow these substances directly into your eyes.
On the other hand, these substances must not be allowed to
penetrate the appliance, since they may be infl ammable, aggressive or electrically conductive.

■ Before taking the appliance into use ensure that ...
– the appliance and the attachments are in good working order,
– all packaging materials have been removed.
■ Clean all of the attachments as described under “Cleaning and care”.

Fitting Attachments
■ Insert the desired attachment into the attachment insertion slot 1, so that
the front arrow symbol on the attachment points at the arrow symbol on the
attachment insertion slot 1 .
■ Turn the attachment clockwise until it clicks into place. The back arr
attachment now points at the arrow on the attachment insertion slot 1 .
Removing attachments
■ First switch the appliance off and allow it to cool down..
■ Press the release button “push” 7 and turn the attachment anti-clockwise
■ The attachment can now be removed by pulling it out of the attachment inser-
tion slot 1.

Switching on /off / Selecting a heat level
■ When you have inserted the required attachment and connected the plug
with the mains power socket, you can now switch the appliance on with the
level switch 3 and select the output level:
– “0“ The appliance is switched off
– “1“ for a reduced air-fl ow strength with heat
– “2“ for a high air-fl ow strength with heat
■ You switch the appliance off by sliding the level switch 3 to the position “0”

Disposal of the appliance
Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU-WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your community waste facility. Pay heed to the currently applicable regulations.
