You have selected a high-quality product. The operating instructions are part of
this product. They contain important information about safety, usage and
disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all operating
and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for the range of
applications specified. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any
future owner.
Intended use
This appliance is intended exclusively for grilling and heating food indoors.
This appliance is intended solely for use in private households. Do not use it for
commercial purposes.

► To avoid potential risks, if the appliance power cable is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
customer service or by a qualified technician.
► Do not allow the power cable to come into contact with
hot appliance parts. Never use the appliance near naked
flames, a hotplate or a heated oven.
► Do not expose the appliance to rain, and never use it in
ahumid or wet environment. Ensure that the power cable
never becomes wet or moist during operation.
► Check the device for visible external damage before use.
Do not operate a device that has been damaged or
dropped.
► The power cable must be checked for signs of damage at
regular intervals. If the power cable is damaged, the
appliance may no longer be used.

aprotective earth.
► The device must not come into contact with moisture such
as rain or water.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other
liquid! There is a risk of fatal electric shock if residual
liquids come into contact with live components during
operation.

► This appliance may be used by children of the age of
8years or more and by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/
or knowledge only if they are being supervised or have
been instructed with regard to the safe use of the
appliance and have understood the potential risks.
► Children must not play with the device.
► Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by
children unless they are older than 8 years of age and are
supervised.
► Children younger than 8 years must be kept away from the
appliance and the power cable.
► After use, allow the appliance to cool down completely
before cleaning it. Risk of burns!
► If possible, set up the appliance close to a power socket.
Ensure that the power plug is quickly reachable in case of
danger, and that the cable poses no risk of tripping.
► Provide a stable location for the appliance.

► The surfaces of the appliance become very hot during use.
While the appliance is in use, touch only the temperature
control and the handles at the sides.
CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Do not use an external timer switch or a separate remote
control system to operate the appliance.
► Never leave the device unattended during operation.
► Ensure that the appliance, the power cable and the plug
do not come into contact with heat sources such as
hotplates or naked flames.
► Do not use charcoal or similar fuels to operate the
appliance!
► To protect the non-stick coating on the pans and the grill,
do not use metallic tools such as knives, forks, etc.
► Operate the appliance only with the original accessories
supplied.

Assembly and setting up
WARNING! RISK OF FIRE!
► Never place the device underneath wall cupboards or next to curtains,
cupboard walls or other flammable objects.
► Always place the appliance on a heat-resistant surface.
1) Take all the parts out of the box and remove the packaging material and any
protective wrapping or stickers.
2) Clean all of the components as described in the Chapter "Cleaning and care"
to remove any packaging residue. Ensure that all parts are completely dry.
3) Place the appliance on a clean and level heat-resistant surface. Do not place
the appliance directly next to a wall or a cupboard. Each person should have
unimpaired access to the pans 6.
4) Place the stone griddle 5 on one side of the appliance between the guide
rails. The fat channel around the edges must face upwards.
5) Place the griddle 1 on the other side. The griddle 1 can be used on both
sides. If you use the grooved side of the griddle, your food will have the
typical grill pattern.
6) Push the pans 6 into the device.
Before first use
The appliance is assembled and set up as described above.
1) Insert the plug into a mains power socket. The power indicator lamp 4 lights
up red to show that the appliance is connected to the mains.
2) Turn the temperature control 2 to MAX. The heat-up indicator lamp 3 lights
up green to show that the appliance is heating up.
3) After 20 minutes, turn the temperature control 2 to 0.
4) Then pull out the plug and allow the appliance to cool down.
NOTE
► The first time the appliance heats up, a small amount of smoke and odour
may be generated due to production-related residue. This is normal and is
completely harmless. Ensure sufficient ventilation; for example, by opening
a window.
5) Clean the griddle 1, the stone griddle 5, the spatula 7 and the pans 6 as
described in the section "Cleaning and care".
6) Ensure that all parts are completely dry before operating the device.
The appliance is now ready for use.

Operation
WARNING! RISK OF BURNS!
► The surfaces of the appliance become very hot during use. Touch only the
temperature control and the handles at the sides.
Raclette
1) Select the side of griddle 1 that you want to use.
2) Lightly oil the upper surface of the stone griddle 5 and the griddle 1 with
the side you want to use at the top as well as the inside of the pans 6.
3) Insert the plug into a mains power socket. The power indicator lamp 4 lights
up red to show that the appliance is connected to the mains.
4) Turn the temperature control 2 to MAX. The heat-up indicator lamp 3 lights
up green to show that the appliance is heating up.
NOTE
If you only want to use the raclette, allow the appliance to heat up for
10minutes. If you want to use the stone griddle 5 at the same time to grill
food, wait around 30 minutes until the stone griddle 5 has heated up (see
Chapter "Grill").
The pans 6 do not need to be pushed into the appliance while it is heating up.
5) Fill the pans 6 with the desired ingredients. Ensure that the pans 6 are not
overfilled otherwise the food could get too close to the heating elements and
could even touch them!
6) Place the pans 6 into the device. The slight recess in the appliance helps to
keep the pans in place.
7) Turn the temperature control 2 towards 0 if you want to reduce the
temperature. Turn the temperature control 2 towards MAX if you want to
increase the temperature again.
8) Remove the pans 6 from the device as soon as the contents are cooked.
► The heat-up indicator lamp 3 may come on and go out several times
during this process. This is not an appliance malfunction! It merely
indicates that the appliance is maintaining the set temperature.
► Depending on the room temperature, heating up will start at different
positions on the temperature control 2.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Apart from the insulated handles, the pans 6 are very hot! Therefore, hold
the pans 6 only by the handle!

9) Empty the contents of the pan 6 onto your plate using the spatula 7.
You can now refill the pan 6 and push it back into the device. Do not push
used, but empty pans 6 into the device. Any remaining food in the pans 6
could burn on.
NOTE
► Because of the non-stick coating in the pans 6, it is not necessary to re-
grease them before every use.
10) Once you have finished using the appliance, turn the temperature control 2
to "0" and remove the plug from the mains socket.
Using the griddle 1 and the stone griddle 5, you can simultaneously grill meat,
vegetables or small pieces of fruit to accompany the raclette.
NOTE
► The griddle 1 takes about 10 minutes to heat up. You cannot cook food
on the griddle 1 until then!
► The stone griddle 5 takes about 30 minutes to heat up. You cannot cook
food on the stone griddle 5 until then!
1) Select the side of griddle 1 that you want to use.
2) Lightly oil the upper surface of the stone griddle 5 and the griddle 1 with
the side you want to use at the top as well as the inside of the pans 6.
3) Place the food onto the stone griddle 5 and griddle 1 and turn it
occasionally as required.
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Do not use metal implements such as knives, forks, etc. when you remove
food from the griddle 1 as they could damage the non-stick coating. If the
non-stick coating is damaged, stop using the appliance.
NOTE
Over time, the stone griddle 5 may become slightly discoloured. This will
►
not impair its functionality.

Cleaning and care
DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK
► Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the power plug from the mains
power socket! There is a risk of electric shock!
Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid!
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Always allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it. Otherwise
there is a risk of burns!
■ It is best to clean the device as soon as it has cooled down. This makes food
residues easier to remove.
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning materials. These can damage
the surface of the appliance!
► Do not clean the stone griddle 5 until it has cooled down. Otherwise the
stone griddle 5 could crack and break.
■ Wipe the device housing and the heating elements with a moist cloth. If
necessary, put a little mild detergent on the cloth and wipe this off afterwards
with clear water. Dry everything properly.
■ Clean the griddle 1, the stone griddle 5, the spatula 7 and the pans 6 in
warm soapy water. Dry all parts properly after cleaning.
NOTE
The spatulas 7 can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Ensure that they
do not get caught in the dishwasher. Use the upper basket in the
dishwasher if possible.
► You can also use a soft, non-abrasive sponge to clean the stone griddle 5.
► To remove undesirable odours such as fish smells, rub the stone griddle 5
down with a little lemon juice.
► The stone griddle 5 takes longer to dry.
Storage
■ Allow the cleaned appliance to cool down before putting it away. You can
store the empty pans 6 in the appliance.
■ Wrap the power cable around the cable retainer on the underside of the
appliance.
■ Store the cleaned device in a clean, dust-free and dry place.

If the malfunction cannot be corrected using one of the suggestions above, or if
you have found some other kind of malfunction, please contact our Customer
Service department.
Disposal
Never dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the device via an approved disposal company or your municipal
waste facility. Please comply with all applicable regulations. Please contact your
waste disposal centre if you are in any doubt.
Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on how to
dispose of the worn-out product.
The product is recyclable, subject to extended producer responsibility and is
collected separately.
The plug is not connected to

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product
has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights
are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt in a
safe place. This will be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within three years of the date of
purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you or
refund the purchase price (at our discretion). This warranty service requires that
you present the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) within
the three-year warranty period, along with a brief written description of the fault
and of when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or
replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty.
This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and
defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after
unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be
subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality
guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not
extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile parts which
could be considered as consumable parts such as switches, batteries or parts
made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used
or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the
product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and
actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned
against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use
of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of
our authorised Service centres.

Schrankwände oder andere entzündliche Gegenstände.
► Stellen Sie das Gerät nur auf eine hitzebeständige Unterlage.
1) Entnehmen Sie alle Teile aus dem Karton und entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial sowie eventuelle Schutzfolien und Aufkleber.
2) Reinigen Sie alle Teile wie im Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“ beschrieben,
um eventuelle Verpackungsreste zu entfernen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass vor dem
Gebrauch alle Teile vollständig getrocknet sind.
3) Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine hitzebeständige, saubere und ebene Fläche. Achten
Sie dabei darauf, das Gerät nicht direkt an eine Wand oder einen Schrank zu
stellen. Alle Personen sollten problemlos an die Pfannen 6 heranreichen können.
4) Platzieren Sie die Steinplatte 5 auf einer beliebigen Seite des Gerätes zwischen die Führungsschienen. Die umlaufende Fettrinne muss nach oben weisen.
5) Platzieren Sie die Grillplatte 1 auf der anderen Seite. Die Grillplatte 1 ist
beidseitig verwendbar. Mit der geriffelten Grillfläche erhalten Sie das typische
Grillmuster auf den Lebensmitteln.
6) Schieben Sie die Pfannen 6 in das Gerät.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
Das Gerät ist wie zuvor beschrieben aufgestellt und zusammengebaut:
1) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteckdose. Die Netzkontrollleuchte4 leuchtet rot und zeigt damit an, dass das Gerät mit dem Stromnetz
verbunden ist.
2) Drehen Sie den Temperaturregler 2 auf MAX. Die Aufheizkontrollleuchte 3
leuchtet grün und zeigt damit an, dass das Gerät heizt.
3) Nach 20 Minuten drehen Sie den Temperaturregler 2 auf 0.
4) Ziehen Sie dann den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen.
HINWEIS
► Beim erstmaligen Aufheizen des Gerätes kann es durch fertigungsbedingte
Rückstände zu leichter Rauch- und Geruchsentwicklung kommen. Das ist
normal und völlig ungefährlich. Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Belüftung,
öffnen Sie z. B. ein Fenster.
5) Reinigen Sie die Grillplatte 1, die Steinplatte 5 , die Spatel 7 und die
Pfannen 6 erneut wie im Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“ beschrieben.
6) Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Teile vollständig getrocknet sind, bevor Sie das
Gerät in Betrieb nehmen.
Das Gerät ist nun betriebsbereit.
Bedienen
WARNUNG! VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR!
► Die Oberflächen des Gerätes werden während des Betriebs sehr heiß.
Berühren Sie nur den Temperaturregler und die seitlichen Griffe.
Raclette
1) Wählen Sie die Seite der Grillplatte 1, die Sie benutzen wollen.
2) Ölen Sie die Oberseite der Steinplatte 5 sowie die Seite der Grillplatte 1,
die Sie benutzen wollen und die Pfannen 6 von innen leicht ein.
3) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteckdose. Die Netzkontrollleuchte4 leuchtet rot und zeigt damit an, dass das Gerät mit dem Stromnetz
verbunden ist.
4) Drehen Sie den Temperaturregler 2 auf MAX. Die Aufheizkontrollleuchte 3
leuchtet grün und zeigt damit an, dass das Gerät heizt.

HINWEIS
► Die Aufheizkontrollleuchte 3 kann zwischendurch immer wieder auf-
leuchten und erlöschen. Dies ist keine Fehlfunktion des Gerätes, sondern
zeigt an, dass das Gerät die eingestellte Temperatur hält.
► Je nach Umgebungstemperatur kann das Aufheizen an verschiedenen
Positionen des Temperaturreglers 2 beginnen.
Wenn Sie nur Raclettieren wollen, lassen Sie das Gerät ca. 10 Minuten vorheizen. Wenn Sie gleichzeitig die Steinplatte 5 zum Grillen benutzen wollen,
warten Sie ca. 30 Minuten ab, bis die Steinplatte 5 aufgeheizt ist (siehe
Kapitel „Grill“). Die Pfannen 6 müssen zum Aufheizen nicht ins Gerät einge-
schoben sein.
6) Füllen Sie die Pfannen 6 mit den gewünschten Zutaten. Achten Sie jedoch
dabei darauf, dass die Pfanne 6 nicht zu hoch gefüllt wird, damit das Lebensmittel nicht zu nahe an die Heizschlangen kommt oder diese sogar berührt!
7) Stellen Sie die Pfannen 6 in das Gerät. Die leichte Vertiefung im Gerät sorgt
für einen besseren Stand.
8) Wenn Sie die Temperatur verringern wollen, drehen Sie den Temperaturregler2 Richtung 0. Wenn Sie die Temperatur wieder erhöhen wollen,
drehen Sie den Temperaturregler 2 Richtung MAX.
9) Nehmen Sie die Pfannen 6 aus dem Gerät, sobald die Zutaten gar sind.
WARNUNG! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
► Die Pfannen 6 sind, außer am isolierten Griff, sehr heiß! Fassen Sie die
Pfannen 6 daher nur am Griff an!
10) Schieben Sie den Inhalt der Pfannen 6 mit Hilfe der Spatel 7 auf Ihren
Teller.
Sie können nun die Pfanne 6 neu befüllen und in das Gerät schieben. Schieben
Sie keine benutzten, leeren Pfannen 6 in das Gerät. Die Lebensmittelreste in der
Pfanne 6 würden anbrennen.
HINWEIS
► Durch die Antihaftbeschichtung in den Pfannen 6 ist es nicht nötig, diese
vor jeder Portion erneut einzuölen.
11) Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht weiter benötigen, drehen Sie den Temperaturregler2 auf 0 und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.

Grill
Auf der Grillplatte 1 und der Steinplatte 5 können Sie, gleichzeitig zum
Raclette, Fleisch, Gemüse oder kleine Obststückchen grillen.
HINWEIS
► Die Grillplatte 1 benötigt ca. 10 Minuten, um aufzuheizen. Erst dann
können Sie Lebenmittel auf der Grillplatte 1 garen.
► Die Steinplatte 5 benötigt ca. 30 Minuten, um aufzuheizen. Erst dann
können Sie Lebenmittel auf der Steinplatte 5 garen.
1) Wählen Sie die Seite der Grillplatte 1, die Sie benutzen wollen.
2) Ölen Sie die Oberseite der Steinplatte 5 sowie die Seite der Grillplatte 1,
die Sie benutzen wollen und die Pfannen 6 von innen leicht ein.
3) Legen Sie das Grillgut nach dem Aufheizen auf die Steinplatte 5 und die
Grillplatte 1 und wenden Sie es zwischendurch.
ACHTUNG! SACHSCHADEN!
► Benutzen Sie keine metallischen Werkzeuge wie Messer, Gabel usw., wenn
Sie Gargut von der Grillplatte 1 nehmen, da diese die Antihaftbeschichtung angreifen. Wenn die Antihaftbeschichtung beschädigt ist, benutzen
Sie das Gerät nicht weiter.
HINWEIS
► Die Steinplatte 5 kann sich im Laufe der Zeit etwas verfärben. Dies bedeu-
tet keine Beeinträchtigung der Funktion.
Reinigung und Pflege

► Lassen Sie das Gerät immer erst abkühlen, bevor Sie es reinigen. Es besteht

■ Reinigen Sie das Gerät am besten sofort nach dem Abkühlen. Dann lassen
sich Lebensmittelreste leichter entfernen.

ACHTUNG! SACHSCHADEN!
► Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden oder aggressiven Reinigungsmittel.
Diese können die Oberfläche beschädigen!
► Reinigen Sie die Steinplatte 5 erst, wenn diese sich abgekühlt hat.
Ansonsten kann die Steinplatte 5 Risse bekommen und zerspringen.
■ Wischen Sie das Gerät inkl. der Heizschlangen mit einem feuchten Tuch ab.
Bei Bedarf geben Sie ein mildes Spülmittel auf das Tuch und wischen Sie mit
klarem Wasser nach. Trocknen Sie alles gut ab.
■ Reinigen Sie die Grillplatte 1, die Steinplatte 5, die Spatel 7 und die
Pfannen 6 in warmem Spülwasser. Trocknen Sie alle Teile nach der Reinigung
gut ab.
HINWEIS
Die Spatel 7 können auch in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden.
Achten Sie dabei darauf, diese in der Spülmaschine nicht einzuklemmen und benutzen Sie, wenn möglich, den oberen Korb der
Spülmaschine.
► Um die Steinplatte 5 zu reinigen, können Sie auch einen weichen, nicht
kratzenden Schwamm zu Hilfe nehmen.
► Um unerwünschte Gerüche, z. B. Fischgeruch, zu beseitigen, reiben Sie die
Steinplatte 5 mit Zitronensaft ab.
► Die Steinplatte 5 benötigt länger zum Trocknen.
Aufbewahrung
■ Lassen Sie das gereinigte Gerät vor dem Verstauen abkühlen. Die leeren
Pfannen 6 können Sie zur Aufbewahrung in das Gerät stellen.
■ Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel um die Kabelaufwicklung an der Unterseite des
Gerätes.
■ Bewahren Sie das gereinigte Gerät an einem sauberen, staubfreien und
trockenen Ort auf.

Entsorgung
Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen Hausmüll.
Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU.
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über
Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in
Verbindung.
Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Produkts erfahren Sie bei Ihrer
Gemeinde- oder Stadtverwaltung.
Das Produkt ist recycelbar, unterliegt einer erweiterten Herstellerverantwortung
und wird getrennt gesammelt.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Män-
geln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche
Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon
gut auf. Dieser wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Materialoder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für
Sie kostenlos repariert, ersetzt oder der Kaufpreis erstattet. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Dreijahresfrist das defekte Gerät und der
Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin
der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte
oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch
für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden
und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.
Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor
Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie
erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und
daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an
zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus oder Teile, die aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt
oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle in
der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Serviceniederlassung
vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
