avete optato per un apparecchio di
alta qualità. Prima della prima messa
in funzione, familiarizzare con il prodotto. A tale
scopo, leggere attentamente le seguenti istruzioni
d‘uso e le avvertenze di sicurezza. La messa in funzione di questo apparecchio deve essere eseguita
da persone istruite in merito al suo utilizzo.

La levigatrice eccentrica ad aria compressa è adatta a smerigliare, levigare e preparare alla lavorazione superfici di vario tipo. Conservare con premura le presenti istruzioni d’uso. In caso di cessione
del prodotto a terzi, consegnare anche l‘intera documentazione del prodotto. Qualsiasi applicazione
diversa da quelle previste nella destinazione d‘uso
è vietata e potenzialmente pericolosa. I danni causati dalla mancata osservanza delle istruzioni o
dall‘uso improprio non sono coperti da garanzia e il
produttore non può esserne ritenuto responsabile.

Nota: Per una stima esatta dei valori di rumorosità
in un determinato periodo di lavoro si dovrebbero
considerare anche i tempi in cui l‘apparecchio è

effettivamente in uso. Ciò può ridurre in misura
notevole i valori di rumorosità lungo il periodo di
lavorazione complessivo.
Avvertenze di sicurezza
Leggere tutte le avver-
tenze di sicurezza e le istruzioni. Il mancato
rispetto delle avvertenze di sicurezza e delle istruzioni può provocare gravi lesioni a persone e / o
danni a cose.
Conservare tutte le indicazioni di sicurezza e le istruzioni per un‘eventuale futura
consultazione.
Controllare l‘apparecchio prima della
messa in funzione per verificare che non
sia danneggiato. Non avviare in nessun
caso l‘apparecchio qualora esso presenti dei
difetti.
Durante l‘uso dell‘apparec-
chio, tenere a debita distanza
i bambini e le altre persone.
In caso di distrazione è possibile perdere il
controllo dell’apparecchio.
Non impregnare i materiali o le super-
fici di lavorazione in liquidi solventi.
Evitare di smerigliare colori a base di
piombo o altri materiali nocivi per la
salute.
E‘ vietato lavorare materiale conte-
nente amianto. L’amianto è cancerogeno.
Non toccare il disco levigatore durante
l‘utilizzo.
Utilizzare l‘apparecchio solo con il
platorello fornito in dotazione.
L’apparecchio deve essere sempre
pulito, asciutto e privo di tracce di olio
o di grasso.
Mantenere pulito il posto di lavoro.
Le miscele dei materiali sono particolarmente
pericolose. La polvere di metallo leggero può
bruciare o esplodere.
Bloccare il pezzo da lavorare. Utilizzare
tenditori / morse per fissare il pezzo da lavorare.
In questo modo sarà fissato con maggiore
sicurezza rispetto alla presa manuale.
Non appoggiare mai le mani di fianco
o davanti l’apparecchio e la superficie
da lavorare, perché vi è pericolo di lesioni
in caso di slittamento dell’apparecchio.
Non mettere in pericolo l‘incolumità
delle persone accanto durante l‘emissione delle scintille. Eliminare i materiali
infiammabili dalle vicinanze. Durante la levigatura di metalli si hanno emissioni di scintille.
Avvicinare l’apparecchio in funzione
al pezzo da lavorare. Dopo aver lavorato
il pezzo sollevare l’apparecchio e spegnerlo.

Una volta spento l’apparecchio aspet-
tare che si fermi completamente prima
di riporlo.
Dopo ogni utilizzo controllare il numero
di giri e il livello di oscillazioni.
Controllare regolarmente il numero di
giri.
ATTENZIONE! Prima della manutenzione di
sostanze pericolose depositatasi sull‘apparecchio durante il suo utilizzo, pulire quest‘ultimo.
Evitare il contatto di queste sostanze con la
pelle.
Nota: Il contatto con polveri pericolose può
portare a gravi dermatiti. Se durante la manutenzione dell‘apparecchio si generano polveri,
sussiste il rischio di inalazione.
Indicazioni generali
di sicurezza
L‘utente è obbligato a valutare sempre i rischi
per ogni modalità di applicazione e a prendere
i relativi provvedimenti.
Danni di diversa portata. Prima della di-
sposizione, dell‘accensione, della riparazione,
della manutenzione o della sostituzione degli
accessori della levigatrice per dischi levigatori
o del lucidatore così come prima di lavorare
vicino alla macchina, è necessario leggere e
comprendere le indicazioni di sicurezza. In
caso contrario, si rischia di subire gravi lesioni
fisiche.
La levigatrice per dischi levigatori o il lucidatore
dovrebbero essere montati, installati e utilizzati
soltanto da utenti istruiti e qualificati.
La levigatrice per dischi levigatori o il
lucidatore non devono essere modificati. Eventuali modifiche potrebbero ridurre
l‘impatto delle misure di sicurezza e aumentare
i rischi per gli utenti.
Non perdere gli avvertimenti per la
sicurezza: consegnarli all‘utente.
Non utilizzare in nessun caso la levi-
gatrice o il lucidatore se danneggiati.
Sottoporre il prodotto a controlli pe-
riodici, assicurandosi che sia conforme
alle caratteristiche e ai requisiti ripor-

tati in questa documentazione e chiaramente visibili. Il datore di lavoro/ l‘utente
ha l‘obbligo di rivolgersi all‘occorrenza al
produttore per richiedere le targhe sostitutive.
Pericoli causati
dall‘espulsione di pezzi
La rottura del pezzo da lavorare o delle compo-
nenti della macchina o perfino della macchina
stessa può causare una violenta espulsione di
pezzi.
Durante l‘utilizzo della levigatrice
per dischi levigatori o del lucidatore
indossare sempre una protezione per
gli occhi resistente agli urti. Bisogna
valutare con attenzione il livello di protezione
necessario per ogni impiego.
Per lavori eseguiti sopra il capo, in-
dossare sempre un elmetto protettivo.
In questo caso tenere conto dei pericoli per le
altre persone.
Assicurarsi che il pezzo da lavorare
sia ben fissato.
Danni causati da una
manipolazione errata
Indumenti larghi, gioielli, collane,
capelli o guanti possono comportare
rischio di soffocamento, di scalpo e/o
ferite da taglio. Pertanto si consiglia
di allontanarli dalla levigatrice e dalle
sue componenti durante l‘utilizzo.
Pericoli durante
il funzionamento
Durante il funzionamento della mac-
china, le mani degli utenti sono esposte
a rischi quali taglio, escoriazione e
surriscaldamento. Indossare guanti adeguati
per proteggere le mani.
Gli utenti e il personale addetto alla manuten-
zione devono essere in grado di maneggiare

la macchina per quel che concerne la potenza,
la massa e la dimensione della stessa.
Tenere l‘apparecchio in modo corretto:
bisogna essere pronti a contrastare eventuali
movimenti improvvisi o normali con entrambe
le mani.
Tenere il corpo in equilibrio e mante-
nere una presa ferma.
Sbloccare il comando per l‘avvio oppure per
l‘arresto in caso di un‘interruzione dell‘alimentazione energetica.
Utilizzare solo il lubrificatore consigliato dal
produttore (olio lubrificante per utensili pneumatici).
Per lubrificare l‘apparecchio manualmente,
staccare il tubo dell‘aria e versare 1 o 2 gocce
di olio lubrificante per pneumatici al capo terminale del tubo dell‘apparecchio (entrata).
Indossare guanti di protezione.
In caso contrario, sussiste pericolo
di
ferite da taglio!
Indossare occhiali protettivi!
Indossare abbigliamento adeguato!
Controllare i dischi di levigatura prima di ogni
utilizzo. Non utilizzarli se sono danneggiati,
rotti o se sono caduti.
Evitare il contatto diretto con il disco in movi-
mento per non schiacciarsi o tagliarsi le mani o
altre parti del corpo. Indossare guanti adatti
com protezione.
Non utilizzare mai la macchina senza utensili
per la levigatura.
Se la macchina é utilizzata su plastica o altri
materiali non conduttori sussiste il rischio di
scarica elettrica.
Le polveri e i vapori originati dalla levigatura
e smerigliatura posso determinare un‘atmosfera potenzialmente esplosiva. Utilizzare sempre
un sistema di aspirazione o soppressione adatto
al materiale da lavorare.
Pericoli causati dalla
ripetizione di certi movimenti
Durante l‘utilizzo di una levigatrice
per dischi levigatori o di un lucidatore
e durante l‘esecuzione di certi lavori,
l‘utente può riscontrare sensazioni
sgradevoli sulle mani, sulle braccia,
sulle spalle, sulla gola o in altre parti
del corpo.
Durante l‘utilizzo di una levigatrice
per dischi levigatori o di un lucidatore,
l‘utente dovrebbe tenere una posizione comoda del corpo e mantenere
una presa salda, evitando di perdere
l‘equilibrio. In caso di lavori prolungati,
l‘utilizzatore dovrebbe cambiare la propria
posizione per evitare affaticamento e fastidi.
Se l‘utilizzatore avverte sintomi quali
dolori, malessere duraturo, disturbi,
formicolii, palpitazioni, mancanza di
sensibilità, bruciori o rigidità, fare
attenzione a non ignorarli. In tal caso,
l‘utilizatore dovrebbe comunicarlo al datore
di lavoro e consultare un medico esperto.
Pericoli causati dagli accessori
Prima della sostituzione della macchina o delle
sue parti staccare la levigatrice per dischi levigatori o il lucidatore dalla presa di corrente.
Utilizzare solo accessori e materiali delle
dimensioni e del tipo consigliati dal produttore
della levigatrice per dischi levigatori o del
lucidatore.
Durante e dopo l‘utilizzo, evitare il contatto
diretto con l‘apparecchio, che potrebbe essere affilato o potrebbe essersi surriscaldato.
Utilizzare esclusivamente apparecchi per
levigatrici o lucidatori, previsti dal produttore
della levigatrice per dischi levigatori o del
lucidatore.
Non utilizzare lame o macchine per tagliare.
Controllare che il numero di giri massimo
della macchina in funzionamento (platorelli,
nastri abrasivi per levigatrici, dichi levigatori,
ecc.) sia più alto del numero di giri stimato.

Assicurarsi che i dischi levigatori autoadesivi
siano disposti in maniera concentrica alla
piastra di fissaggio.
Pericoli nel luogo di lavoro
Le cause di lesioni nel luogo di lavoro
sono principalmente scivolamenti, urti
e incespicamenti. Fare attenzione alle su-
perfici che, a causa dell‘utilizzo della macchina,
sono diventate scivolose e ai pericoli di incespicamento dovuti al tubo idraulico o pneumatico.
Approcciarsi con attenzione ai luoghi
sconosciuti. Possono sussistere pericoli
nascosti causati dal cavo di corrente o da altri
condotti di alimentazione.
Queste levigatrici per dischi levigatori
o lucidatori non sono adatti all‘utilizzo
in luoghi a rischio di esplosione e non
sono inoltre isolati dal contatto con le
fonti elettriche.
Assicurarsi che non siano presenti con-
dotti elettrici o di gas che, nel caso di un
danno durante l‘uso della macchina, possono
costituire un serio pericolo.
Pericoli a causa di
polveri e vapore
Le polveri e i vapori derivanti dall‘uso
delle levigatrici per dischi levigatori o
per lucidatori possono causare danni
alla salute (p. es. cancro, difetti congeniti, asma e/o dermatite), è necessario
eseguire una valutazione del rischio in merito
a questi pericoli e prendere di conseguenza
misure idonee.
Valutando i rischi, tener presente
anche quelli comportati dalle polveri
derivanti o generate dall‘uso della
macchina.
La levigatrice per dischi levigatori o il lucidatore
devono essere utilizzati come descritto in queste istruzioni e manutenzionati al fine di ridurre
al minimo le emissioni di polveri e vapori.

L‘aria espulsa deve essere deviata così da
ridurre al minimo il sollevamento della polvere
in uno spazio impolverato.
In caso di polveri o di vapori, è necessario con-
trollare la loro espulsione in loco.
Tutti gli accessori e i pezzi di montaggio previsti
per la raccolta, l‘aspirazione o la repressione
di vapori o polveri sospese dovrebbero essere
sottoposti a manutenzione e inseriti secondo le
istruzioni del produttore.
Scegliere, sostituire ed eseguire la manutenzione
sia dei materiali da utilizzare sia dell‘apparec-
chio come descritto in queste istruzioni al fine
di evitare l‘intensificarsi di polveri e vapori.
Utilizzare l‘attrezzatura per la protezione se-
condo le istruzioni del datore di lavoro come
richiesto in base alle normative per la tutela
della salute e nell‘ambiente di lavoro.
Danni causati dal rumore
L‘impatto causato da un rumore molto
forte senza un‘adeguata protezione
acustica può causare danni perma-
nenti all‘udito, sordità e altri problemi
come p. es. tinnito (ronzio, fischio,
suo-
no costante percepito nelle orecchie).
È necessario valutare i rischi relativi a questi
danni e prendere di conseguenza misure
idonee.
Fra le misure atte a ridurre il rischio vi è per
esempio l‘utilizzo dei materiali isolanti per
evitare i rumori durante il funzionamento della
macchina.
Utilizzare attrezzature per la protezione
dell‘udito secondo le istruzioni del datore di
lavoro oppure come richiesto secondo le
normative per la tutela della salute nel posto
di lavoro.
La levigatrice per dischi levigatori o il
lucidatore devono essere utilizzati
come descritto in queste istruzioni e
manutenzionati al fine di evitare un
fastidioso incremento di rumorosità.
Scegliere, sostituire ed eseguire la manutenzione
dei materiali da utilizzare / pezzi della macchin

come descritto in queste istruzioni al fine di
evitare un fastidioso incremento di rumorosità.
Nel caso in cui la levigatrice per dischi
levigatori o il lucidatore siano dotati
di silenziatore, assicurarsi sempre che
quest‘ultimo sia installato correttamente e sia funzionante quando la
macchina è in funzione.
Pericoli causati da vibrazioni
Le vibrazioni possono danneggiare i
tessuti nervosi e causare disturbi alla
circolazione sanguigna delle mani e
delle braccia.
Indossare abiti pesanti quando si lavora in
ambienti freddi e cercare di mantenere le
mani calde e asciutte.
Qualora si avvertisse dolore, insensibi-
lità, prurito o si notasse un improvviso
pallore alle mani o alle dita, sospendere
i
l lavoro, comunicare il fatto al datore
di lavoro e consultare un medico.
La levigatrice per dischi levigatori o il lucidatore
devono essere utilizzati come descritto in queste istruzioni e manutenzionati al fine di evitare
un fastidioso incremento di vibrazioni.
Tenere la macchina con una presa sicura ma
non troppo salda per essere pronti a reagire in
caso di necessità perché il rischio di vibrazioni
aumenta solitamente con una presa più forte.
La corrente d‘aria può infatti causare
lesioni. Controllare sempre che i tubi e gli
strumenti di fissaggio non siano danneggiati e
che non si siano staccati.
Se si utilizzano i giunti rotanti universali (giunti
a denti), bisogna inserire i perni di bloccaggio
e utilizzare le sicurezze per tubi flessibili contro
i colpi di frustra al fine di garantire una prote-
zione adeguata in caso di un difetto di colle-
gamento del tubo alla macchina o tra i tubi.
Fare attenzione a non superare la
pressione massima esercitata sulla
macchina.
Non portare mai le macchine che
funzionano con aria compressa affer-
randole dal tubo.
Accessori / Utensili
accessori originali
Utilizzare solo gli accessori indicati
nelle istruzioni per l’uso. L’uso di utensili
diversi da quelli raccomandati nel manuale
d’istruzioni o di altri accessori può causare un
rischio di lesioni.

Controllare l‘integrità di tutte le componenti
dell‘apparecchio.

Superficie e levigatura:
L‘aria compressa può causare lesioni
gravi.
Prima di sostituire gli accessori o durante le
riparazioni, quando la macchina non è in funzione, chiudere la presa d‘aria, depressurizzare il tubo d‘aria e separare la macchina
dalla presa d‘aria.
Non orientare mai la corrente d‘aria
verso se stessi o verso altre persone.

La qualità della superficie e la prestazione di
levigatura sono determinate dallo spessore dei
granelli del foglio di levigatura.
Per la lavorazione dei diversi materiali, impie-
gare i fogli di levigatura corrispondenti, dotati
di diverse dimensioni dei granelli.

Sono a disposizione le seguenti possibilità:
Collegare un‘unità di manutenzione con lubrifi-
cante al compressore.
Installare un lubrificante ad aria compressa nella
condotta di aria compressa o all‘apparecchio
ad aria compressa.
Ogni 15 minuti di funzionamento circa aggiun-
gere a mano nel nipplo ad innesto

fornita di un riduttore di pressione (con filtro).
Accensione e spegnimento
Nota: accendere la levigatrice eccentrica ad aria
compressa sempre prima del contatto con il materiale, e solo successivamente guidare l‘apparecchio
sul pezzo da lavorare.

Accensione della levigatrice eccentrica ad

Premere la leva di comando 1 in basso fino
alla fine (vedi fig. C).
Impostare la velocità operando sul regolatore
della velocità
Spegnimento della levigatrice eccentrica

Rilasciare la leva di comando 1.
Dopo aver terminato il lavoro staccare l‘appa-
recchio dalla fonte di alimentazione.
Nota: per prima cosa rimuovere il tubo flessi-
bile dalla fonte di alimentazione (compressore)
e solo successivamente rimuovere il tubo flessibile di alimentazione dall‘apparecchio. In questo
modo si evita il vorticare senza controllo del
tubo flessibile di alimentazione o un suo contraccolpo.

Indicazioni di lavoro
Prima di riporre l‘apparecchio, attendere che
esso si sia fermato.
Levigare superfici
Accendere la levigatrice eccentrica ad aria
compressa e porla con la sua intera superficie
di levigatura sul sottofondo da lavorare. Muoverla con una pressione media sul pezzo da
lavorare (vedi fig. D).
Nota: l‘asportazione e la finitura dipendono
essenzialmente dalla scelta del foglio abrasivo
e dalla pressione di appoggio. Solo fogli di
levigatura perfetti raggiungono una buona
prestazione di levigatura.
Assicurarsi che la pressione di appoggio sia
uniforme, per aumentare la durata del foglio
abrasivo.
Utilizzare un foglio abrasivo con il quale è stato
già lavorato materiale metallico, e non altri
materiali.
Sostituzione del disco abrasivo

Una volta conclusa la lavorazione, pulire la
levigatrice eccentrica pneumatica.
Conservare la levigatrice eccentrica pneumatica
solamente in luoghi asciutti.
Per la pulizia dell’apparecchiatura utilizzi una
pezza asciutta e non faccia mai uso di benzina,
solventi o detergenti aggressivi nei confronti di
materiali sintetici.
Tenga sempre libere le aperture di areazione.
Usare un pennello per rimuovere la

O nível de ruído indicado nas instruções foi medido
através de um processo de medição segundo a
norma EN ISO 15744 e pode ser utilizado para
fins comparativos de aparelhos. O nível de ruído
altera de acordo com a aplicação da ferramenta
de ar comprimido, excedendo, em alguns casos, o
valor indicado. O grau de ruído pode ser subestimado quando a ferramenta de ar comprimido é
utilizada frequentemente desta forma.
Nota: Para uma avaliação exacta do grau de
ruído durante um determinado período de trabalho,
deve-se também ter em conta os períodos de tempo
em que o aparelho está desligado ou está ligado,
mas não está a ser utilizado. Isto pode reduzir
significativamente o grau de ruído durante o período total de trabalho.

Antes da colocação em funcionamento,
verifique o aparelho quanto a possíveis danos. Caso o aparelho apresente
avarias, não pode ser colocado em funcionamento de maneira nenhuma.
Não deixe que crianças ou
quaisquer outras pessoas se
aproximem quando estiver a
utilizar o aparelho. No caso de distracção,
pode perder o controlo sobre o aparelho.
Não humedeça os materiais ou super-
fícies a trabalhar com líquidos contendo
solventes.
Evite lixar tintas que contenham chum-
bo ou outros materiais prejudiciais à
saúde.
O material que contenha amianto não
pode ser trabalhado. O amianto pode
causar cancro.
Evite o contacto com a folha de rectifi-
cação em movimento.
Utilize o aparelho apenas com a folha
de rectificação colocada.
O aparelho deve estar sempre limpo,
seco e sem óleo nem lubrificantes.
Mantenha a sua área de trabalho
sempre limpa. As misturas de diferentes
materiais são extremamente perigosas. O pó
de metal leve pode incendiar ou explodir.
Fixe a peça a ser trabalhada. Utilize fer-
ramentas de fixação / torno de bancada para
prender a peça a ser trabalhada. Dessa forma
é fixada mais segura do que com a sua mão.
Em nenhum caso, coloque as mãos ao
lado ou à frente do aparelho e das
superfícies que vão ser trabalhadas,
uma vez que, se escorregar, pode ad-
vertir perigo de ferimentos.
Certifique-se de que ninguém é colo-
cado em perigo devido às faúlhas.
Retire os materiais inflamáveis que se encontrem nas proximidades. Ao lixar metais, são
projectadas faúlhas.
Aproxime o aparelho ligado da peça
a ser trabalhada. Após trabalhar a peça

a ser trabalhada, eleve o aparelho e volte, em
seguida, a desligá-lo.
Espere que o aparelho desligado
fique completamente imóvel, antes
de o guardar.
Verifique após cada utilização as
rotações e o nível de oscilação.
Verifique regularmente as rotações.
ATENÇÃO! Limpe o aparelho antes da
manutenção de forma a remover quaisquer
substâncias perigosas que se acumularam no
mesmo (derivado a processos de trabalho).
Evite o contacto da pele com essas substâncias.
Nota: Se a pele entra em contacto com poeiras perigosas, isso pode conduzir a dermatite
grave. Se durante os trabalhos se produzem ou
levantam poeiras essas podem ser inspiradas.
Regras gerais de
segurança
O utilizador deve sempre julgar os riscos e
garantir medidas de segurança adequadas,
de acordo com os trabalhos em surso.
Perigos múltiplos. As indicações de segu-
rança relativamente a riscos diversos devem ser
lidas e compreendidas antes de aplicar, usar,
reparar ou manter ou executar troca de acessórios tal como antes de trabalhos executados
próximos da máquina de lixar ou a máquina
de polir. Caso contrário isto pode causar ferimentos graves.
A máquina de lixar ou a máquina de polir
deve ser usado, instalado, preparado exclusivamente por pessoal qualificado e treinado.
Esta máquina de lixar para folhas de
rectificação ou este polidor não podem
ser alterados. Alterações podem reduzir a
eficácia de medidas de segurança e aumentar
o risco dos utilizadores.
As indicações de segurança não se
podem perder – Entregue-as ao utilizador.
Jamais use máquinas de lixar ou de
polir danificadas.
As máquinas devem ser controladas
regularmente para garantir que continuam munidas das indicações e medi-

das legíveis, especificadas neste documento. O empregador / utilizador tem de
contactar o fabricante para solicitar placas de
substituição se necessário.
Perigo por projeção de peças
No caso de quebra da peça de trabalho, de
acessórios ou mesmo da ferramenta, pequenos
projecteis podem ser lançados com velocidade
elevada.
Ao usar a máquina para lixar ou de
polir deve ser sempre usado adequada
protecção ocular. A qualidade da protecção
deve ser aferida para cada caso isolado.
Quando trabalha em alturas superio-
res à cabeça deve usar capacete.
Nesse caso também deve aferir os riscos para
outras pessoas.
Deve certificar-se sempre de que a
peça
de trabalho bem está fixa.
Perigo por entalamento
de roupas
Existe risco de sufocar, remover o
couro cabeludo e / ou de corte se roupas largas, bijutaria, colares, cabelos
ou luvas não se mantiverem afastados
da máquina e seus acessórios.
Perigos durante o uso
Durante o uso da máquina as mãos do
utilizador estão sujeitas a esmagamento
corte,esfolamento e calor. Utilize luvas
adequadas para protecção das mãos.
O utilizador e o manual de manutenção devem
estar fisicamente aptos para manusear o tamanho, a massa e a potência da máquina.
Segure a máquina correctamente.
Esteja preparado para fazer contra-força a
movimentos repentinos -tenha ambas as mãos
preparadas.

Certifique-se que está equilibrado e
firmemente posicionado.
A unidade de controlo para ligar / desligar é
acionada em caso de falha de energia.
Use apenas lubrificantes autorizados pelo
fabricante.
Para olear o equipamento manualmente solte
a mangueira de ar e coloco 1 a 2 gotas de
óleo de motor pneumático no fim da mangueira
(entrada) da ferramenta.
Use luvas de protecção. Caso
contrário, existe o perigo de retorno!
Use óculos de protecção!
Utilize vestuário adequado!
Verificar antes de cada uso o prato de lixar.
Não utilizar se este apresenta fissuras, está
quebrado ou se caiu.
Evitar o contacto direto com o prato de lixar em
rotação para evitar esmagamentos ou cortes
das mãos ou outros membros do corpo. Usar
luvas apropriadas para a proteção das mãos.
Utilizar jamais a máquina sem abrasivos.
Existe um risco de uma descarga eletrostática
se a máquina for utilizada em plástico e outros
materiais não conductíveis.
Pode surgir uma atmosfera potencialmente ex-
plosiva, provocada pelo polimento e lixamento.
Utilize sempre um sistema de aspiração de poeiras apropriado para o material a ser usinado.
Perigo por movimentos
repetidos

Perigo por acessórios
Separa a máquina de lixar ou de polir da
corrente eléctrica antes de mudar a ferramenta
da máquina.

local de trabalho são quedas, desliza-
mentos e tropeços. Esteja atento a superfí-
cies que se tornaram escorregadias pelo uso
da máquina e aos riscos de tropeço originados
pelas mangueiras de ar e do sistema hidráulico.
Em ambientes desconhecidos proceda
com cautela. Podem existir perigos ocultos
por cabos eléctricos ou outras cablagens.

Indicações de segurança
Estas máquinas de lixar ou de polir
não se adequam ao uso em ambientes de risco de explosão nem estão
isoladas contra contacto com fontes
de corrente eléctrica.
Assegure-se que não existem cabos
eléctricos ou tubos com gás etc. que no
caso de dano pela máquina levarão a perigos.
Perigo por poeiras e vapores
As poeiras e os vapores resultantes
do uso da máquina de lixar ou de
polir podem causar danos de saúde
(como por ex. cancro, defeitos congênitos, asma e / ou dermatite): é impres-
cindível aferir estes riscos e adotar medidas
correspondentes.
Nessa aferição deve ser levado em
conta a poeira causada pelo uso da
máquina e poeiras pré-existentes que
são dispersas no ar.
A máquina de lixar ou de polir deve ser usada
e mantida segundo estas recomendações, de
forma a reduzir ao mínimo a libertação de
poeiras e de vapores.
A exaustão deve ser tal que se reduza ao
mínimo o movimento de poeiras em ambientes
com muita poeira.
Caso se criem vapores ou poeiras o objectivo
é controlar os mesmos no local de origem.
Todos os acessórios ou elementos destinados
a suprimir, evitar ou extrair poeiras e vapores,
devem ser instalados e mantidos segundo as
indicações do fabricante.
Os consumíveis / ferramenta-máquina devem
ser escolhidos, mantidos e substituídos de
acordo com as indicações aqui contidas, de
forma a evitar ruídos a formação acrescida
de poeiras ou vapores.
Utilize máscaras de protecção (segundo as
indicações do empregador, quando aplicável)
de acordo com o disposto na legislação de
protecção da saúde.
Perigo por ruído
A exposição a ruído excessivo pode
conduzir a surdez permanente no caso
de protecção insuficiente, tal como a
outros problemas como zumbido.
É imprescindível aferir estes riscos e adotar
medidas correspondentes.

Caso a máquina de lixar ou de polir
estiver equipada com um dispositivo
redutor de ruído cerifique-se de que
este esteja sempre colocado e funcio-
nal quando se serve da máquina.

O efeito de oscilações pode causar
danos nos nervos e problemas de
circulação em mãos e braços.
Ao trabalhar em ambientes frios use roupas
quentes e mantenha as suas mãos secas e
quentes.
Se verificar que a pele dos seus dedos
ou mãos está dormente ou com formi-
gueiros, se torna dolorosa ou fica de
cor branca, termine os trabalhos com
a máquina e consulte um médico (quan-
do aplicável notifique o seu empregador).

Assegure-se que a pressão máxima
indicada na maquina não é ultrapassada.
Jamais segure máquinas de pressão
pela mangueira.

Superfície e remoção:
A qualidade da superfície e a potência de remoção
são determinadas pela granulação da folha de lixa.
Para o processamento dos diferentes materiais,
utilize as respetivas folhas de lixa com diferen-
tes granulações.
Substituir folha de lixa
O retificador de excêntricos a ar comprimido dispõe
de uma aderência de velcro que permite uma substituição rápida e simples das folhas de retificação.
Levante lateralmente a folha de lixa e retire-a
do disco de lixa
Recomendação: Limpe o pó e a sujidade
do disco de rectificação

Reabastecer com óleo
De modo a que o retificador de excêntricos a ar
comprimido permaneça operacional por muito
tempo, deve existir óleo pneumático suficiente no
aparelho.
As seguintes possibilidades estão disponíveis:
Ligue uma unidade de manutenção com lubrifi-
cador ao compressor.
Instale um lubrificador na tubagem de ar com-
primido ou no aparelho de ar comprimido.
A cada 15 minutos de funcionamento, introdu-
za manualmente aprox. 3–5 gotas de óleo
pneumático no bocal de encaixe

Colocação em funcionamento
Recomendação: Para que possa regular o ar
comprimido, a fonte de ar comprimido tem de
estar equipada com um redutor de pressão (com
filtro).
Ligar e desligar
Recomendação: Ligue sempre o rectificador de
excêntricos a ar comprimido antes deste entrar em
contacto com o material e, só então, aproxime o
aparelho da peça de trabalho.
Ligar a lixadora orbital pneumática a ar
comprimido:
Pressione a alavanca de comando 1 total-
mente para baixo (ver Fig. C).
Ajuste a velocidade através do regulador de 5
velocidade.
Desligar a lixadora orbital pneumática a
ar comprimido:
Solte a alavanca de comando 1.
Após a conclusão do trabalho, desconecte o
aparelho da fonte de ar comprimido.
Recomendação: Em primeiro lugar, solte o
tubo flexível da fonte de ar comprimido (com-
pressor) e só depois retire a o tubo flexível de
alimentação do aparelho. Deste modo, evita
forças de retorno ou que a mangueira de
alimentação rodopie de modo incontrolável.
Indicações de trabalho
Antes de colocar o aparelho, aguarde até este
parar completamente.
Ligar a fonte de ar comprimido
Recomendação: A lixadora orbital pneumtáica
a ar comprimido só pode ser operada com ar
comprimido purgado e sem condensação. A pressão máxima de funcionamento é de 7,5 bar no
aparelho e não pode ser excedida.

Lixar superfícies
Ligue a ferramenta eléctrica, coloque-a, com
toda a superfície de lixagem, sobre o local a
trabalhar e desloque-a, com pressão moderada,
sobre a peça de trabalho (ver figura D).
Recomendação: A potência de remoção e
o molde de rectificação são essencialmente

de lixa sem defeitos apresentam um bom
desempenho.
Certifique-se de que exerce uma pressão uni-

Nunca utilize uma folha de rectificação, que
tenha sido utilizada para trabalhar metal, com
outros materiais.

The noise levels given in these instructions have
been measured in accordance with a standardised
measurement procedure specified in EN ISO 15
744
and can be used to compare appliances. Different
uses of the pressurised air tool give rise to different
noise levels and in some cases they may exceed
the values given in these instructions. It is easy to
underestimate the noise load if the compressed air
tool is used regularly under those circumstances.
Note: For an accurate assessment of the noise
loads experienced during a particular work period,
you should also take into account the intervening
periods of time when the appliance is switched off
or is running but is not actually in use. This can result in a much lower noise load over the whole of
the work period.

Keep your workplace clean. Material
mixtures are particularly dangerous. Aluminium
dust can burn or explode.
Secure the work-piece firmly. Use clamps
or a vice to firmly hold the work-piece. This
results in a safer grip than with your hand.
Under no circumstances should you
place your hands next to or in front of
the appliance or on the area to be
worked, you could be seriously injured if the
appliance slips.
Ensure that nobody is endangered by
flying sparks. Remove combustible materials from the immediate vicinity. Flying sparks
are produced when metals are ground.
Introduce the appliance to the work-
piece when it is switched on. When the
task is complete, lift the appliance from the
work-piece and then switch it off.
Let the switched off appliance come
to a complete standstill before putting
it down.
After every use check the speed and
the noise level.
Check speed regularly.

Risks due to projected parts
If the work-piece, one of the accessories or the
tool itself breaks, parts may be projected at
great speed.
When operating the sander or the
polisher, always wear impact resistant
eye protection. The level of required pro-
tection required should be assessed individually
for each application.
When working overhead, a safety
helmet must be worn.
In this case, the risk to other people must also
be assessed.
It must be ensured that the work-piece
is properly secured.
Hazards from entanglement
There is the danger of suffocation,
scalping or suffering cuts, when loosely
fitting clothing, jewellery, hair or
gloves are not kept away from the
machine and its accessories.
Operating hazards
When using the machine, the operator‘s
hands may be at risk, for example
from
cutting, abrasion and heat. Wear suitable
gloves to protect hands.
The operator and maintenance personnel must
be physically capable of managing the size,
weight and power of the machine.
Hold the machine correctly: be prepared
to counteract typical or sudden movements –
keep both hands ready.
Be sure your body is well balanced
and that you maintain a solid grip.
In the event of power failure release the start
or stop control.
Only use lubricants recommended by the
manufacturer (pneumatic oil).
To oil the appliance manually, remove the air
hose and fill 1 to 2 drops of a suitable pneumatic engine oil into the hose pipe end of the
machine.

Avoid direct contact with the moving sanding
disc to prevent crushing or pinching the hands

There is a risk of electrostatic discharge when
using the machine on plastic and other nonconductive materials.
Dust and vapours created by grinding and
sanding can create a potentially explosive atmosphere. Always use a dust extraction or
suppression system suitable for the material
being worked on.
Hazards due to repetitive
motions
When using the sander or polisher for
work related tasks, the operator may
experience uncomfortable sensations
in hands, arms and the area of the neck
and shoulder or in other parts of the
body.
The operator should maintain a com
able position whilst using this sander
or polisher, thereby ensuring a secure
grip and avoiding awkward positions
or positions making it difficult to maintain balance. The operator should change his
posture when working for longer, to help avoid
discomfort and fatigue.
If the operator experiences symptoms
such as persistently or repeatedly feeling unwell, discomfort, palpitations,
pain, tingling, numbness, a burning
sensation or stiffness, these warning
signs should not be ignored. The opera-
tor should report these to the employer and
consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Unplug the sander or polisher before you change
tools or accessories.
Only use the size and types of accessories and
consumables recommended by the manufacturer of the sander or polisher.
Please avoid direct contact with the machine
tool during and after use, as it could have
heated up or have sharp edges.
Only use tools and accessories for the sander
and polisher that are designated for use by
the manufacturer of the sander and polisher.
Do not use cutting discs and machines for cutting.
It must be checked that the maximum operating
speed of the machine tool (flap discs, sanding
belts, fleece discs) is higher than the nominal
speed of the machine.
Please make sure that you affix the self-adhe-
sive abrasive sheets can be concentrically to
the mounting plate.

Slipping, tripping and falling are the
main causes of injuries at the work-
place. Keep in mind that surfaces may have
become slippery during machine use, and
remember tripping hazards caused by the air-
or hydraulic hose.
Proceed with caution in unfamiliar
surroundings. There may be hidden dangers
due to electrical cables or other supply lines.
These machines for sanding and
polishing are not suitable for use in
explosive environments and are not
insulated against contact with electri-
cal power sources.
Verify that there are no electrical lines,
gas lines, etc. that may result in a hazard in
the event of them becoming damaged during

Dusts and vapours generated by the
use of machines for sanding and polishing may result in damage to health
(e.g. cancer, birth defects, asthma and /
or dermatitis); it is imperative to perform a
risk assessment for these hazards and implement
the respective regulatory mechanisms.
The risk assessment should include dust
generated by machine use and the
dust already present in the area, which
is possibly being blown around.
The machine for sanding or the polisher must
be operated and maintained as recommended
in these instructions to minimise the creation of
dust and vapour.
Exhaust air must be discharged in such a way
that the amount of dust being blown about in
a dusty environment is minimised.
If dust or vapours are generated, the principal
task must be to control them in the area where
they are released.
All machine mounting parts or accessories in-
tended to collect, extract or eliminate airborne
dust or vapours should be used and maintained
according to manufacturer instructions.
Select, maintain and replace consumables /
machine tools as recommended in these instructions to prevent an unnecessary increase
in the production of dust or vapours.
Use respiratory protection equipment accord-
ing to employer instructions or as required by
environmental health regulations.
Noise hazards
With inadequate ear protection the
impact of high noise levels may result
in permanent hearing damage, hearing loss and other problems, e.g. tinnitus (ringing, whistling or buzzing in
the ear).
It is imperative to perform a risk assessment
for these hazards and implement the suitable
regulatory mechanisms.

tion to prevent pinging sounds on work-pieces.

er‘s instructions or as required by labour- and
health regulations.

Hold the machine firmly, but not too tightly,
maintaining the necessary hand reaction forces,
as the vibration hazard typically increases
when firming the grip.

Compressed air can result in serious
injuries.
Always close the air supply, release pressure
from the hose, and disconnect the machine from
the compressed air supply, when the machine
is not in use, before switching accessories or
when performing repairs.
Never aim the air flow at yourself or
others.
Hoses flapping about can result in
serious injuries. Therefore, always inspect
hoses and their fasteners for damage and a
secure fit.
If using universal swivel couplings (coupling
discs) always use locking pins. Whip-check
hose safety cables must be used for protection
in the event the connection between the hose
and the machine or in between hoses fails.
Ensure not to exceed the maximum
pressure specified on the machine.
Never carry pneumatic tools by the
hose.
Original accessories / tools
Use only the accessories detailed in the
operating instructions. The use of inserted
tools or accessories other than those recommended in the operating instructions could lead
to you suffering an injury.
Use the corresponding grinding discs with
different grain sizes for processing different
materials.

The compressed air orbital sander is fitted with
hook and loop fastening, allowing for quick and
easy sanding disc changes.

To ensure a long service life for the compressed air

filled with pneumatic oil.
You may ensure this in any of the following ways:
Connect a service unit with an oiler to the
compressor.

Note: The compressed air source must be fitted

Release the control lever 1.
Disconnect the unit from the compressed air
source after finishing the work.
Note: First disconnect the hose from the
compressed air source (compressor), only then
disconnect the supply hose from the unit. This
will ensure that the compressed air supply hose
does not wave around or recoil in an uncon-
trolled manner.

Switch on the compressed air orbital sander,
place the entire sanding surface on the surface
to be worked and move it across the work
piece with moderate pressure (see Fig. D).
Note: The sanding output and pattern greatly
dependent on the sanding disc selected and
the pressure applied. Only grinding discs that
are in perfect condition will provide good
grinding performance.
Be sure to apply pressure evenly to increase
the life of the sanding discs.
A sanding sheet previously used on metal must
not be used on other materials.

Die Bedienperson muss immer aufgrund der
einzelnen Verwendungsarten gegebene spezielle Risiken bewerten und entsprechende Vorsichtmaßnahmen treffen.
Mehrfache Gefährdungen. Die Sicherheits-
hinweise sind vor dem Einrichten, dem Betrieb,
der Reparatur, der Wartung und dem Austausch
von Zubehörteilen an der Schleifmaschine für
Schleifblätter oder am Polierer sowie vor der
Arbeit in der Nähe der Maschine zu lesen und
müssen verstanden werden. Ist dies nicht der
Fall, so kann dies zu schweren körperlichen
Verletzungen führen.
Die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder der
Polierer sollte ausschließlich von entsprechend
qualifizierten und geschulten Bedienungspersonen eingerichtet, eingestellt oder verwendet
werden.
Diese Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter
oder dieser Polierer darf nicht verändert werden. Veränderungen können die
Wirksamkeit der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen verringern und die Risiken für die Bedienungsperson

Gefährdungen durch

Bei einem Bruch des Werkstücks oder von Zu-
behörteilen oder gar des Maschinenwerkzeugs
selbst können Teile mit hoher Geschwindigkeit
herausgeschleudert werden.
Beim Betrieb der Schleifmaschine für
Schleifblätter oder des Polierers ist
immer ein schlagfester Augenschutz
zu tragen. Der Grad des erforderlichen
Schutzes sollte für jede einzelne Verwendung
gesondert bewertet werden.
Bei Arbeiten über Kopf ist ein Schutz-
helm zu tragen.
In diesem Falle sollten auch die Risiken für
andere Personen bewertet werden.
Es ist sicherzustellen, dass das Werk-
stück sicher befestigt ist.
Gefährdungen durch Verfangen
Es kann Erstickungs-, Skalpierungs-
und / oder Schnittverletzungsgefahr
bestehen, wenn locker sitzende Kleidung, Schmuck, Halsschmuck, Haare
oder Handschuhe nicht von der Maschine

Gefährdungen im Betrieb
Beim Einsatz der Maschine können die
Hände der Bedienungsperson Gefährdungen wie z. B. Schnitten sowie Abschürfungen und Wärme ausgesetzt se

Tragen Sie geeignete Handschuhe zum Schutz
der Hände.
Die Bedienungsperson und das Wartungsper-
sonal müssen physisch in der Lage sein, die
Größe, die Masse und die Leistung der Maschine zu handhaben.
Halten Sie die Maschine richtig: Seien
Sie bereit, den üblichen oder plötzlichen Bewegungen entgegenzuwirken – halten Sie
beide Hände bereit.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Körper im
Gleichgewicht ist und dass Sie sicheren
Halt haben.
Geben Sie Befehlseinrichtung zum Ingang-
und Stillsetzen im Falle einer Unterbrechung
der Energieversorgung frei.
Verwenden Sie nur die vom Hersteller empfoh-
lenen Schmiermittel (Pneumatik-Öl).
Um das Gerät manuell zu ölen, lösen Sie den
Luftschlauch und geben 1 bis 2 Tropfen geeignetes pneumatisches Motoröl, in das Schlauchende
(Ein
gang) des Werkzeugs.
Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe.
Andernfalls besteht die Gefahr von
Schneidverletzungen!
Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille!
Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung!
Vor jeder Nutzung den Schleifteller prüfen. Nicht
verwenden, wenn diese gerissen, gebrochen
oder heruntergefallen sind.
Direkten Kontakt mit dem beweglichen Schleif-
teller vermeiden, um das Quetschen oder Schneiden der Hände oder anderer Körperteile zu
vermeiden. Es sind passende Handschuhe als
Handschutz zu tragen.
Niemals die Maschine ohne Schleifmittel ver-
wenden.
Es besteht ein Risiko einer elektrostatischen
Entladung, wenn die Maschine auf Plastik und
anderen nicht-leitenden Materialien verwendet
wird.

Polierers zum Durchführen von arbeitsbezogenen Tätigkeiten kann es möglicherweise bei der Bedienungsperson
zu unangenehmen Empfindungen in
den Händen und Armen, sowie im Halsund Schulterbereich oder an anderen
Körperteilen kommen.
Bei der Verwendung einer Schleifma-
schine für Schleifblätter oder eines
Polierers sollte die Bedienungsperson
eine bequeme Körperhaltung einnehmen, dabei auf sicheren Halt achten
und ungünstige Körperhaltungen oder
solche, bei denen es schwierig ist, das
Gleichgewicht zu halten, vermeiden.
Die Bedienungsperson sollte im Verlauf von lang
andauernden Arbeiten die Körperhaltung verändern, was hilfreich bei der Vermeidung von
Unannehmlichkeiten und Ermüdung sein kann.
Falls die Bedienungsperson Symptome
wie z. B. andauerndes oder wiederholt
auftretendes Unwohlsein, Beschwerde
Pochen, Schmerz, Kribbeln, Taubheit,
Brennen oder Steifheit an sich wahrnimmt, sollten diese Anzeichen nicht
ignoriert werden. Die Bedienungsperson soll
dies dem Arbeitgeber mitteilen und einen entsprechend qualifizierten Mediziner konsultieren.

Gefährdungen durch
Zubehörteile
Trennen Sie die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter
oder den Polierer vor dem Auswechseln des
Maschinenwerkzeugs oder von Zubehörteilen
von der Energieversorgung.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Zubehörteile und
Verbrauchsmaterialien der vom Hersteller der
Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder des Polierers empfohlenen Größen und Typen.
Vermeiden Sie während und nach der Verwen-
dung direkten Kontakt mit dem Maschinenwerkzeug, denn dieses kann sich erwärmt haben
oder scharfkantig sein.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Maschinenwerk-
zeuge für Schleifmaschinen für Schleifblätter und
Polierer, die vom Hersteller der Schleifmaschinen
für Schleifblätter und Polierer vorgesehen sind.
Verwenden Sie keine Trennschleifscheiben und
Maschinen zum Abschneiden.
Prüfen Sie, ob die maximale Betriebsdrehzahl
des Maschinenwerkzeuges (Flatterscheiben,
Schleifbänder, Fiberscheiben usw.) höher ist
als die Bemessungsdrehzahl der Maschine.
Achten Sie darauf, selbsthaftende Schleifschei-
ben konzentrisch auf der Befestigungsplatte
anzubringen.
Gefährdungen am Arbeitsplatz
Ausrutschen, Stolpern und Stürzen sind
Hauptgründe für Verletzungen am Arbeitsplatz. Achten Sie auf Oberflächen, die
durch den Gebrauch der Maschine rutschig
geworden sein können, und auf durch den Luftoder den Hydraulikschlauch bedingte Stolpergefahren.
Gehen Sie in unbekannten Umgebungen
mit Vorsicht vor. Es können versteckte Gefährdungen durch Strom- oder sonstige Versorgungsleitungen gegeben sein.
Diese Schleifmaschinen für Schleifblät-
ter oder Polierer sind nicht zum Einsatz
in explosionsfähigen Atmosphären
bestimmt und nicht gegen den Kontakt
mit elektrischen Stromquellen isoliert.

Gefährdungen durch Staub
und Dämpfe
Die beim Einsatz von Schleifmaschinen
für Schleifblätter und Polierern entstehenden Stäube und Dämpfe können
sundheitliche Schäden (wie z. B. Krebs,
Geburtsfehler, Asthma und / oder Dermatitis) verursachen; es ist unerlässlich, eine
Risikobewertung in Bezug auf diese Gefährdungen durchzuführen und entsprechende
Regelungsmechanismen zu implementieren.
In die Risikobewertung sollten die
bei der Verwendung der Maschine
entstehenden Stäube und die dabei
möglicherweise aufwirbelnden vorhandenen Stäube einbezogen werden.
Die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder der
Polierer ist nach den in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu betreiben und zu
warten, um die Freisetzung von Staub und
Dämpfen auf ein Mindestmaß zu reduzieren.
Die Abluft ist so abzuleiten, dass die Aufwirbe-
lung von Staub in staubhaltigen Umgebungen
auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert wird.
Falls Stäube oder Dämpfe entstehen, muss die
Hauptaufgabe sein, diese am Ort ihrer Freisetzung zu kontrollieren.
Alle zum Auffangen, Absaugen oder zur Un-
terdrückung von Flugstaub oder Dämpfen
vorgesehenen Einbau- oder Zubehörteile der
Maschine sollten den Anweisungen des Herstellers entsprechend eingesetzt und gewartet
werden.
Die Verbrauchsmaterialien / Maschinenwerk-
zeuge sind den Empfehlungen dieser Anleitung
entsprechend auszuwählen, zu warten und zu
ersetzen, um eine unnötige Intensivierung der
Staub- oder Dampfentwicklung zu vermeiden.

Gefährdungen durch Lärm
Die Einwirkung hoher Lärmpegel kann
bei ungenügendem Gehörschutz zu
dauerhaften Gehörschäden, Hörverlust
und anderen Problemen, wie z. B. Tinnitus (Klingeln, Sausen, Pfeifen oder
Summen im Ohr), führen.
Es ist unerlässlich, eine Risikobewertung in Be-
zug auf diese Gefährdungen durchzuführen und
entsprechende Regelungsmechanismen zu implementieren.
Zu den für die Risikominderung geeigneten
Regelungsmechanismen gehören Maßnahmen
wie z. B. die Verwendung von Dämmstoffen,
um an den Werkstücken auftretende Klingelgeräusche zu vermeiden.
Verwenden Sie Gehörschutzausrüstungen nach
den Anweisungen Ihres Arbeitgebers oder wie
nach den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzvorschriften gefordert.

Anleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen
zu betreiben und zu warten, um eine
unnötige Erhöhung des Lärmpegels zu
vermeiden.

zeuge sind den Empfehlungen dieser Anleitung entsprechend auszuwählen, zu warten
und zu ersetzen, um eine unnötige Erhöhung

einem Schalldämpfer ausgestattet ist,

und Störungen der Blutzirkulation in
Händen und Armen verursachen.
Tragen Sie bei Arbeiten in kalter Umgebung
warme Kleidung und halten Sie ihre Hände
warm und trocken.
Falls Sie ein Taubheitsgefühl, Kribbeln
oder Schmerzen in Ihren Fingern oder
Händen feststellen oder sich die Haut
an Ihren Fingern oder Händen weiß
verfärbt, stellen Sie die Arbeit mit der
Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder
dem Polierer ein, informieren Sie Ihren
Arbeitgeber und konsultieren Sie einen
Arzt.
Die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder der
Polierer ist nach den in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu betreiben und zu
warten, um eine unnötige Verstärkung der
Schwingungen zu vermeiden.
Halten Sie die Maschine mit nicht allzu festem,
aber sicherem Griff unter Einhaltung der erforderlichen Hand-Reaktionskräfte, denn das
Schwingungsrisiko wird in der Regel mit zunehmender
Griffkraft größer.
Zusätzliche Sicherheitsan-
weisungen für pneumatische
Maschinen
Druckluft kann ernsthafte Verletzungen
verursachen.
Sorgen Sie im Falle, dass die Maschine nicht
gebraucht wird, sowie vor dem Austausch von
Zubehörteilen oder vor der Ausführung von
Reparaturarbeiten dafür, dass die Luftzufuhr
geschlossen ist, der Luftschlauch nicht unter
Druck steht und dass die Maschine von der
Luftzufuhr getrennt wird.
Richten Sie den Luftstrom niemals

Falls Universal-Drehkupplungen (Klauenkupp-
lungen) verwendet werden, müssen Arretierstifte eingesetzt werden; Whipcheck-Schlauchsicherungen müssen verwendet werden, um
Schutz für den Fall eines Versagens der Verbindung des Schlauchs mit der Maschine und
von Schläuchen untereinander zu bieten.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der auf der
Maschine angegebene Höchstdruck
nicht überschritten wird.
Tragen Sie mit Luft arbeitende Maschi-
nen niemals am Schlauch.

Damit der Druckluft-Exzenterschleifer lange einsatzfähig bleibt, muss ausreichend Pneumatik-Öl im Gerät
vorhanden sein.
Folgende Möglichkeiten stehen Ihnen zur
Verfügung:
Schließen Sie eine Wartungseinheit mit Öler
am Kompressor an.
Installieren Sie einen Druckluftöler in der Druck-
luftleitung oder am Druckluftgerät.
Geben Sie alle 15 Betriebsminuten ca. 3–5
Tropfen Pneumatik-Öl von Hand in den Steck-

Druckluftquelle anschließen
Hinweis: Der Druckluft-Exzenterschleifer darf nur
mit gereinigter und kondensatfreier Druckluft betrieben werden. Der maximale Arbeitsdruck von 7,5 bar
am Gerät darf nicht überschreiten werden.
Hinweis: Damit Sie den Luftdruck regulieren können,
muss die Druckluftquelle mit einem (Filter)-Druckminderer ausgestattet sein.
Ein- und ausschalten
Hinweis: Lösen Sie zuerst den Schlauch von
der Druckluftquelle (Kompressor) und entfernen
Sie erst danach den Versorgungsschlauch von
dem Gerät. So vermeiden Sie ein unkontrolliertes
Herumwirbeln bzw. Rückstoß des Versorgungsschlauches.
Arbeitshinweise
Warten Sie, bis das Gerät zum Stillstand ge-
kommen ist, bevor Sie es ablegen.
Flächen schleifen
Schalten Sie den Druckluft-Exzenterschleifer ein,
setzen Sie ihn mit der ganzen Schleiffläche auf
den zu bearbeitenden Untergrund und bewegen
Sie ihn mit mäßigem Druck über das Werkstück
(siehe Abb. D).
Hinweis: Die Abtragsleistung und das Schleif-
bild werden im Wesentlichen durch die Wahl des
Schleifblattes und den Anpressdruck bestimmt.
Nur einwandfreie Schleifblätter bringen gute
Schleifleistung.
Achten Sie auf gleichmäßigen Anpressdruck, um
die Lebensdauer der Schleifblätter zu erhöhen.
Benutzen Sie ein Schleifblatt, mit dem Metall
bearbeitet wurde, nicht mehr für andere Materialien.
Hinweis: Schalten Sie den Druckluft-Exzenterschleifer
immer vor dem Kontakt mit dem zu bearbeitenden
Material ein und führen Sie ihn erst dann auf das
Werkstück.
Druckluft-Exzenterschleifer einschalten:
Drücken Sie den Bedienhebel 1 ganz hinunter
(siehe Abb. C).
Stellen Sie die Geschwindigkeit über den Ge-

Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche
Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch
unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht
eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte
bewahren Sie den Original Kassenbon gut auf.
Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf
benötigt.

Teilen, z.B. Schalter, Akkus oder solchen, die aus
Glas gefertigt sind.

eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle
in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anwei
genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt
zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist lediglich für den privaten und nicht
für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von
unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
