Esso contiene importanti indicazioni per la sicurezza, l’uso e lo smaltimento. Prima di utilizzare il prodotto, acquisire dimestichezza con tutte le indicazioni relative ai comandi e alla sicurezza. Utilizzare il prodotto solo come descritto e per i campi d’impiego indicati. In caso di cessione del prodotto a terzi, consegnare anche tutta la relativa documentazione.

Uso conforme

La lucidatrice ad aria compressa è adatta a lucidare diverse superﬁci. Qualunque altro impiego e qualunque modiﬁca dell’apparecchio sono da considerarsi non conformi alla destinazione e comportano un grave pericolo di infortuni. Si declina ogni responsabilità per i danni derivanti da uso non conforme. L’apparecchio è destinato unicamente all’impiego privato.

devono essere lette e comprese prima della messa a punto, dell'utilizzo, della riparazione, della manutenzione e della sostituzione di componenti della levigatrice per fogli abrasivi o della lucidatrice nonché prima dell'esecuzione di lavori nei pressi della macchina. In caso contrario, si potrebbero veriﬁcare gravi lesioni.

■ La levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / la lucidatrice dovrebbe essere

messa a punto, regolata e utilizzata esclusivamente da personale adeguatamente qualiﬁcato e addestrato.

■ Questa levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / questa lucidatrice non

può venire modiﬁcata. Le modiﬁche potrebbero ridurre l’eﬃcacia delle misure di sicurezza e aumentare i rischi per l’operatore.

■ Le indicazioni relative alla sicurezza non devono andare perse.

Consegnarle all’operatore.

■ Non utilizzare mai levigatrici per fogli abrasivi o lucidatrici dan-

neggiate.

■ L’apparecchio deve essere sottoposto regolarmente a ispezione

per veriﬁcare che presenti i valori di misurazione e i contrassegni richiesti nel presente manuale. L’utente deve contattare il produttore per richiedere, se necessario, targhette sostitutive.

Pericoli derivanti dalla proiezione di parti

■ In caso di rottura del pezzo da lavorare o di componenti o ad-

dirittura del macchinario stesso è possibile che le parti vengano scagliate via a grande velocità.

■ Nell’uso della levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / della lucidatrice o

nella sostituzione di accessori della macchina, indossare sempre una protezione per gli occhi resistente ai colpi. Il grado di protezione necessario deve essere valutato separatamente per ogni singolo utilizzo.

■ Indossare un casco protettivo in caso di lavori da svolgere a

un’altezza superiore alla testa. In tal caso è necessario valutare anche i rischi per altre persone.

■ Si deve provvedere a garantire che il pezzo da lavorare sia ﬁssa-

to in modo sicuro.

Pericoli dovuti a impigliamento

■ Si potrebbe veriﬁcare soﬀocamento, scotennatura e/o taglio se

indumenti larghi, gioielli, collane, capelli o guanti non vengono tenuti lontani dalla macchina e dai suoi componenti.

Pericoli durante l’utilizzo

■ Utilizzando la macchina, le mani dell’operatore possono essere

esposte a pericoli, come ad es. tagli, escoriazioni e ustioni. Indossare guanti idonei per proteggere le mani.

■ L’operatore e il personale addetto alla manutenzione devono

essere ﬁsicamente in grado di gestire le dimensioni, la massa e la potenza della macchina.

■ Sostenere la macchina correttamente: è necessario essere pronti

a opporre resistenza ai movimenti previsti o imprevisti, con entrambe le mani.

■ Assicurarsi di poter mantenere il corpo in equilibrio e di disporre

di un appoggio sicuro.

■ In caso d’interruzione dell’alimentazione di energia, staccare

l’apparecchio dalla sorgente di alimentazione.

■ Usare solo i lubriﬁcanti consigliati dal produttore.

■ È obbligatorio indossare occhiali di protezione; si consiglia inol-

tre di indossare guanti e abbigliamento di protezione.

■ Prima di ogni utilizzo controllare il platorello. Non utilizzarlo se

presenta crepe o rotture o se è caduto.

■ Evitare il contatto diretto con il platorello in movimento, in modo

da evitare lo schiacciamento o il taglio delle mani o di altre parti del corpo. Si devono indossare guanti adatti come protezione per le mani.

■ Non utilizzare mai la macchina senza mezzi abrasivi.

■ Sussiste il rischio di scarica elettrostatica se la macchina viene

utilizzata su plastica e altri materiali non conduttivi.

■ Polvere e vapori dovuti alla levigatura e alla smerigliatura potreb-

bero generare un’atmosfera potenzialmente esplosiva. Si deve sempre utilizzare un sistema di aspirazione o inibizione della polvere adatto al materiale da lavorare.

Pericoli derivanti da movimenti ripetuti

■ Durante l’utilizzo di una levigatrice per fogli abrasivi o di una

lucidatrice a scopi professionali, l’operatore potrebbe avvertire sensazioni sgradevoli alle mani e alle braccia nonché nella zona del collo e delle spalle o in altre parti del corpo.

■ Nell’utilizzo di una levigatrice per fogli abrasivi o di una lucidatri-

ce l’operatore dovrebbe assumere una posizione sicura e stabile ed evitare di assumere posture scomode con le quali è diﬃcile mantenere l’equilibrio. Nel corso di lavori di lunga durata, si consiglia all’operatore di cambiare postura, anche per evitare disagi e fatica.

■ L’operatore non deve ignorare eventuali sintomi quali per es.

malessere persistente o ripetuto, dolori, palpitazioni, formicolio, intorpidimento, bruciore o rigidità. L’operatore deve in tal caso consultare un medico qualiﬁcato.

Pericoli derivanti da accessori

■ Prima di sostituire l’utensile o altri componenti, scollegare la

levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / la lucidatrice dall’alimentazione elettrica.

■ Durante e dopo l’utilizzo evitare il contatto diretto con l’utensile,

in quanto potrebbe essere rovente o tagliente.

■ Si possono utilizzare solo utensili per levigatrici per fogli abrasivi

e lucidatrici previsti dal produttore di tali macchine.

■ Per tagliare non è consentito utilizzare mole di troncatura.

■ Occorre veriﬁcare se il numero di giri massimo in esercizio dell’u-

tensile (mole sfarfallanti, nastri abrasivi, mole in ﬁbra, ecc.) è maggiore del numero di giri nominale della macchina;

■ Le mole abrasive autoaderenti devono venire applicate sulla

piastra di ﬁssaggio in modo concentrico.

Pericoli sul posto di lavoro

■ Lo scivolamento, l’inciampamento e le cadute sono le cause

più frequenti degli infortuni sul posto di lavoro. Prestare at-

tenzione alle superﬁci che possono risultare scivolose in seguito all’utilizzo della macchina e al pericolo di inciampamento sul tubo ﬂessibile dell’aria compressa o su quello idraulico.

■ Queste levigatrici per fogli abrasivi / lucidatrici non sono destina-

te all’impiego in ambienti soggetti al pericolo di esplosione e non sono isolate dal contatto con sorgenti di corrente elettrica.

■ Accertarsi che non siano presenti linee elettriche, linee del gas o

simili, che potrebbero comportare pericoli in caso di danneggiamento derivante dall’impiego della macchina.

Pericolo per la presenza di polvere e vapori

■ Le polveri e i vapori che si generano durante l’utilizzo dei levi-

gatrici per fogli abrasivi e lucidatrici possono causare danni alla salute (ad esempio cancro, difetti congeniti, asma e/o dermatite); è indispensabile valutare i rischi in relazione ai pericoli citati e adottare misure di precauzione adeguate.

■ Nella valutazione dei rischi, tenere in considerazione le polveri

che si sviluppano e le polveri già presenti che potrebbero sollevarsi durante l’utilizzo della macchina.

■ La levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / la lucidatrice deve venire utiliz-

zata e sottoposta a interventi di manutenzione conformemente alle raccomandazioni contenute in questo manuale, in modo da ridurre al massimo lo sviluppo di polvere e vapori.

■ Eliminare l’aria di scarico in modo tale da ridurre al massimo la

movimentazione di polvere in ambienti caratterizzati dalla sua presenza.

■ Qualora si sviluppassero polveri o vapori, è fondamentale con-

trollarli nel luogo in cui vengono liberati.

■ Tutti i componenti incassati o gli accessori della macchina pre-

disposti per raccogliere, aspirare o contenere polvere o vapori devono venire utilizzati e sottoposti a interventi di manutenzione conformemente alle istruzioni del produttore.

■ Al ﬁne di evitare un inutile aumento dello sviluppo di polvere o

vapori, i materiali di consumo/gli utensili devono venire scelti, sottoposti a interventi di manutenzione e sostituiti conformemente alle raccomandazioni contenute in questo manuale.

■ Utilizzare l’attrezzatura per la protezione delle vie respiratorie

secondo le istruzioni del datore di lavoro o le norme di sicurezza sul lavoro o di tutela della salute.

Pericoli derivanti dal rumore

■ L’esposizione a un livello di rumore elevato, in presenza di prote-

zione insuﬃciente dell’udito, può comportare danni permanenti all’udito, perdita dell’udito o altri problemi come per es. acufene (trilli, sibili, ﬁschi o ronzii nell’orecchio). È indispensabile eseguire una valutazione dei rischi in relazione a tali pericoli e adottare meccanismi di regolazione adeguati.

■ Per la riduzione dei rischi, adottare meccanismi di regolazione

come per es. l’utilizzo di materiali fonoisolanti, per ridurre i rumori prodotti dai pezzi di lavoro.

■ Utilizzare l’attrezzatura per la protezione dell’udito secondo le

istruzioni del datore di lavoro o le norme di sicurezza sul lavoro o di tutela della salute.

■ La levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / lucidatrice deve essere utiliz-

zata e sottoposta a interventi di manutenzione conformemente alle raccomandazioni contenute in questo manuale, in modo da evitare un inutile aumento del livello di rumore.

■ Al ﬁne di evitare un inutile aumento del livello di rumore, i ma-

teriali di consumo/gli utensili devono essere scelti, sottoposti a interventi di manutenzione e sostituiti conformemente alle raccomandazioni contenute in questo manuale.

■ Se la levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / lucidatrice è dotata di un si-

lenziatore, accertarsi sempre che quest’ultimo si trovi al suo posto e sia pronto all’uso quando la macchina è in funzione.

Pericoli dovuti alle vibrazioni

■ L’eﬀetto delle vibrazioni può provocare danni ai nervi e disturbi

della circolazione sanguigna nelle mani e nelle braccia.

■ Indossare indumenti caldi e tenere le mani al caldo e all’asciutto

durante i lavori in ambienti freddi.

■ Qualora si avvertisse una sensazione di intorpidimento, formico-

lio o dolori alle dita o alle mani o la pelle delle dita o delle mani sbiancasse, cessare immediatamente il lavoro con la levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / lucidatrice, informare il proprio datore di lavoro e consultare un medico.

■ La levigatrice per fogli abrasivi / lucidatrice deve essere utiliz-

zata e sottoposta a interventi di manutenzione conformemente alle raccomandazioni contenute in questo manuale, in modo da evitare un inutile aumento delle vibrazioni.

■ Non sostenere la macchina troppo saldamente bensì con una

presa sicura, mantenendo la necessaria capacità di reazione della mano, in quanto il rischio dovuto alle vibrazioni di norma aumenta proporzionalmente alla forza di presa.

Indicazioni aggiuntive sulla sicurezza per macchine pneumatiche

■ L’aria compressa può provocare gravi lesioni.

– Quando la macchina non viene utilizzata, nonché prima

della sostituzione di accessori o dell’esecuzione di interventi di riparazione, fare in modo che l’alimentazione dell’aria compressa sia chiusa, che il tubo ﬂessibile dell’aria non si trovi sotto pressione e che la macchina venga scollegata dall’alimentazione dell’aria.

– Non dirigere mai il ﬂusso d’aria verso se stessi o altre persone.

■ Tubi ﬂessibili in forte movimento possono provocare gravi lesioni.

Pertanto controllare sempre che i tubi ﬂessibili e i loro dispositivi di ﬁssaggio siano intatti e non si siano staccati.

■ Qualora venissero utilizzati giunti a rotazione universali (accop-

piamenti a denti), si devono impiegare perni di arresto; occorre utilizzare imbracature di sicurezza per tubi ﬂessibili Whipcheck al ﬁne della protezione in caso di avaria del raccordo che collega il tubo ﬂessibile alla macchina.

■ Assicurarsi che non venga superata la pressione massima indica-

ta sulla macchina.

■ Non trasportare mai dal tubo le macchine che funzionano con

l’aria.

Indicazioni relative alla sicurezza speciﬁche per levigatrici

AVVERTENZA!

■ Polveri di materiali come pittura contenente piombo, alcuni tipi

di legno e metallo potrebbero essere nocive alla salute.

■ Il contatto con queste polveri o la loro inalazione può rap-

presentare un pericolo per la salute dell'utente o delle altre persone presenti nell'ambiente di lavoro.

■ Indossare occhiali protettivi e mascherina antipolvere!

Prima della messa in funzione

Montaggio / smontaggio del piatto di lucidatura

♦ Avvitare il piatto di lucidatura sulla ﬁlettatura

senso orario.

♦ Per rimuovere il piatto di lucidatura

la chiave di montaggio e svitare il piatto di lucidatura ruotando in senso antiorario dalla ﬁlettatura .

► È indispensabile disconnettere l'apparecchio dalla sorgente

di aria compressa prima di applicare o staccare gli accessori lucidanti

♦ Il piatto di lucidatura

in dotazione sono dotati di relativa chiusura in velcro.

♦ Utilizzare innanzitutto la calotta di lucidatura arancione

lucidatura preliminare e comprimerla sul piatto di lucidatura . Badare a un posizionamento concentrico.

♦ Ora usare la calotta di lucidatura (nera)

riﬁnitura e comprimerla sul piatto di lucidatura . Badare a un posizionamento concentrico.

♦ Per l’ultima operazione utilizzare l’accessorio in ﬁnta pelle

comprimerlo sul piatto di lucidatura . Badare a un posizionamento concentrico.

♦ Per la sostituzione sollevare l’accessorio lucidante

Lubriﬁcazione

NOTA

► Per evitare i danni da attrito e corrosione è particolarmente

importante eseguire una regolare lubriﬁcazione. Consigliamo l'impiego di un olio speciale idoneo all'aria compressa (ad es. olio per compressori Liqui Moly).

– Lubriﬁcazione con nebulizzatore di olio

Come passaggio preparatorio, dopo il riduttore di pressione un nebulizzatore di olio (non incluso nella fornitura) lubriﬁca l'apparecchio costantemente e in modo ottimale. Il nebulizzatore di olio aggiunge l'olio a goccioline ﬁni nell'aria in aﬄusso e garantisce in tal modo una lubriﬁcazione regolare.

– Lubriﬁcazione manuale

Se non si dispone di nebulizzatore di olio, eseguire una lubriﬁcazione prima di ogni messa in funzione o in caso di sessioni di lavoro prolungate. Fare gocciolare 3 - 5 gocce di olio speciale per aria compressa nel nipplo a innesto .

Rabbocco dell’olio

Per consentire una lunga funzionalità della lucidatrice ad aria compressa, è necessario che nell’apparecchio sia presente olio per sistemi pneumatici in quantità suﬃciente.

Sono disponibili le seguenti possibilità:

♦ Collegare un’unità di manutenzione con oliatore al compressore. ♦ Installare un oliatore nella linea dell’aria compressa o sul genera-

tore di aria compressa.

♦ Ogni 15 minuti di esercizio aggiungere manualmente circa 3 - 5

gocce di olio per sistemi pneumatici nel nipplo a innesto

Connessione a una sorgente di aria compressa

NOTA

► Prima della connessione della sorgente di aria compressa

– è necessario che si sia creata completamente la pressione

di lavoro corretta (3 - 6 bar)

– ci si deve accertare che il grilletto si trovi nella sua posizio-

ne più alta

♦ Collegare l’apparecchio a un compressore unendo il nipplo a

innesto compressa.

♦ Per poter regolare l’aria compressa, è necessario che la sorgente

di aria compressa sia provvista di riduttore di pressione.

Lucidatura

♦ Applicare un po’ di lucido sull’accessorio lucidante , e sul

pezzo da lavorare.

– Calotta di lucidatura (arancione)

♦ Distribuire il lucido manualmente sulla superﬁcie da lucidare. ♦ Accendere la sorgente di aria compressa e lasciarla funzionare

ﬁno a quando non è stata raggiunta la pressione massima della caldaia e la sorgente non si spegne automaticamente.

♦ Con l’ausilio di un riduttore di pressione impostare sulla sorgente

di aria compressa la pressione di lavoro ottimale. Badare che non venga superata la pressione di lavoro massima. Una pressione di lavoro eccessiva non aumenta le prestazioni, ma aumenta semplicemente il consumo di aria e accelera l’usura dell’apparecchio. Attenersi pertanto sempre ai dati tecnici.

NOTA

► Non applicare il lucido troppo spesso su una superﬁcie, in

quanto le particelle contenute potrebbero danneggiare lo smalto.

► Prima dell'operazione coprire con un adesivo le parti in plasti-

ca, in quanto il lucido le potrebbe schiarire.

♦ Accendere la lucidatrice ad aria compressa. ♦ Condurre la lucidatrice ad aria compressa parallelamente al

pezzo da lavorare.

♦ Muovere l’apparecchio parallelamente e uniformemente lungo la

superﬁcie da lucidare.

Manutenzione e pulizia

TTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI LESIONI! Prima di eﬀettuare interventi di manutenzione, scollegare l’apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione di aria compressa.

ATTENZIONE!

► Pulire l'apparecchio prima della manutenzione per eliminare

le sostanze pericolose che vi si sono accumulate (a seguito dei processi di lavoro). Evitare qualsiasi contatto cutaneo con queste sostanze. Se la pelle venisse a contatto con polveri pericolose, si potrebbero riportare gravi dermatiti. Qualora gli interventi di manutenzione provocassero la formazione o l'agitazione di polvere, vi è il pericolo di inalarla.

Per garantire un funzionamento perfetto e una lunga durata della lucidatrice ad aria compressa, osservare quanto segue:

■ La lubriﬁcazione suﬃciente e costante è di importanza decisiva

per un funzionamento ottimale.

■ Veriﬁcare dopo ogni impiego il numero di giri e il livello di vibra-

zioni.

■ Controllare il numero di giri in folle a scadenze regolari nonché

dopo ogni intervento di manutenzione: A tale scopo utilizzare un contagiri ed eﬀettuare la misurazione con utensile non bloccato. In caso di pressione idraulica di 6,3 bar il numero di giri in folle non deve essere assolutamente superato.

■ Se l’apparecchio genera un livello di vibrazioni accresciuto, pri-

ma di continuare a utilizzarlo è necessario eliminarne la causa ovvero eﬀettuare la dovuta riparazione.

■ Utilizzare solo pezzi di ricambio o di sostituzione originali del

produttore, altrimenti potrebbero veriﬁcarsi pericoli per l’utente. In caso di dubbi, contattare il centro di assistenza.

■ Controllare periodicamente se il piatto di lucidatura

giato.

■ Pulire l’apparecchio solo con un panno morbido e asciutto o con

aria compressa.

La garanzia viene prestata in caso di vizi del materiale o di fabbricazione. This compressed air polisher is designed for polishing various surfaces. Any other usage or modiﬁcation of the appliance is deemed to be improper and carries a signiﬁcant risk of accidents. General safety instructions for compressed air tools

WARNING!

► For multiple hazards: Please ensure that you have read and

understood the safety instructions before adjusting, operating, repairing, maintaining or replacement of accessories on the polisher as well as before working in the vicinity of the machine. Failure to do this can result in serious bodily injury.

■ The sander or the polisher should only be adjusted, set or used

by adequately qualiﬁed and trained operators.

■ This sander or this polisher may not be modiﬁed. Modiﬁcations

can reduce the eﬀectiveness of the safety measures and increase the risks for the operator.

■ The safety instructions should not be lost – give them to the oper-

ator.

■ Never use damaged sanders or polishers.

■ The appliance must be inspected regularly to ensure that it is

labelled with the required rated values and markings given in this manual. The user must contact the manufacturer to obtain replacement labels if necessary.

Hazards caused by ﬂying parts

■ If a workpiece or accessory or even part of the machine tool itself

breaks, parts can be ﬂung out at high speeds.

■ When operating the sander or the polisher or when exchanging

accessories on the appliance, always wear eye protection. The degree of necessary protection must be evaluated separately for each individual task.

■ Wear a safety helmet if working above head height. In this case,

the risks for others should also be assessed.

■ You must ensure that the workpiece has been securely ﬁxed.

Hazards caused by entanglement

■ Suﬀocation, scalping and/or cut wounds can occur if loose cloth-

ing, jewellery, necklaces, hair or gloves are not kept away from the machine and its accessories.

Hazards during operation

■ When using the machine, the operator’s hands can be subject to

hazards such as cuts, grazing and heat. Wear suitable gloves to protect your hands.

■ The operator and maintenance personnel must be physically

capable of handling the size, mass and power of the machine.

■ Hold the machine correctly: be ready to counteract any normal

or sudden movements - have both hands ready.

■ Ensure that your body is balanced and that you have a secure

standing position.

■ Release the start/stop control in case of a disruption to the elec-

tricity supply.

■ Use only the lubricants recommended by the manufacturer.

■ Suitable safety goggles must be worn; wearing protective gloves

and safety clothing is recommended.

■ Check the grinding disc before every use. Do not use if this is

cracked, broken or has been dropped.

■ Avoid direct contact with the movable grinding disc, to avoid

squashing or cutting your hands or other parts of the body. Always wear suitable gloves to protect your hands.

■ Never use the machine without an abrasive attachment.

■ There is a risk of electrostatic discharge if the machine is used on

plastic and other non-conductive materials.

■ Dust and vapours created by the grinding and sanding can cause

a potentially explosive atmosphere. Always use a dust extraction or suppression system suitable for the material being worked.

Risks due to repetitive movements

■ When using a sander or polisher to perform work-related activi-

ties, operators may experience uncomfortable sensations in their hands and arms, as well as in the neck and shoulders or other parts of the body.

■ When using a sander or a polisher, the operator should adopt a

comfortable posture whilst ensuring a secure hold and avoiding awkward postures or positions in which it is diﬃcult to maintain balance. The operator should change positions during the course of long-lasting tasks. This can be helpful in the prevention of discomfort and fatigue.

■ If the operator notices symptoms such as persistent or recurring

illness, discomfort, throbbing, pain, tingling, burning or stiﬀness, these indications should not be ignored. In this case, the operator should consult a suitably qualiﬁed physician.

Hazards caused by accessories

■ Disconnect the sander or the polisher from the power before

changing the tools or accessories.

■ Avoid direct contact with the machine tool during and after use,

since this can have heated up or have become sharp.

■ Use only tools for sanders and polishers which have been ap-

proved by the manufacturer of the sander and polisher.

■ Cutting discs and machines for cutting may not be used.

■ Check whether the maximum operating speed of the tool

(stitched buﬀs, abrasive belts, ﬁbre discs, etc.) is higher than that of the machine;

■ Self-adhesive grinding discs must be applied concentrically on

the mounting plate.

Hazards in the workplace

■ Slipping, tripping up and falling are the main causes of injuries

in the workplace. Take note of surfaces which could have be-

come slippery through use of the machine, and also any tripping hazards caused by air or hydraulic hoses.

■ These sanders and polishers are not suitable for use in explosive

environments and are not insulated against contact with power sources.

■ Do not operate the appliance in the vicinity of electric mains,

gas pipelines etc. which could pose a hazard if damaged by the machine.

Hazards caused by dust and vapours

■ The dust and vapours produced by using sanders and polishers

can be hazardous to health (e.g. cause cancer, birth defects, asthma and/or dermatitis); it is essential to carry out a risk assessment in respect of these risks and to implement corresponding regulatory mechanisms.

■ The risk assessment should include all dust caused by the use of

the machine and the existing dust that may be kicked up at the same time.

■ The sander or polisher is to be operated and maintained in ac-

cordance with the recommendations contained in this manual to keep the release of dust and vapours to a minimum.

■ The exhaust air should be routed so that the raising of dust in

already dusty environments is kept to a minimum.

■ If dusts or vapours are created, the main priority must be to con-

trol these at the site of their release.

■ All inserts or accessories of the machine intended for collecting,

extracting or suppressing airborne dust or vapours or should be used and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

■ Consumables/machine tools should be selected, maintained and

replaced in accordance with the recommendations in this guide in order to avoid unnecessary intensiﬁcation of dust or vapour production.

■ Use a dust mask as per the instructions provided by your employ-

er or as required by health and safety regulations.

Risks due to noise

■ Excessive noise levels in conjunction with insuﬃcient hearing

protection may lead to permanent hearing damage, hearing loss and other problems, such as tinnitus (ringing, buzzing, whistling or humming in your ears). It is essential that a risk assessment is carried out with respect to these risks and that appropriate regulatory mechanisms are implemented.

■ Suitable regulatory mechanisms include measures such as the

use of insulation materials to avoid ringing noise occurring on the workpieces.

■ Use ear protection as per the instructions provided by your em-

ployer or as required by health and safety regulations.

■ The sander or polisher is to be operated and maintained in ac-

cordance with the recommendations contained in this manual to reduce any unnecessary increase of the noise levels.

■ Consumables/machine tools should be selected, maintained and

replaced in accordance with the recommendations in this guide in order to avoid unnecessary increase of the noise levels.

■ If the sander or polisher is equipped with a silencer, always en-

sure that this in its place and is operational while the machine is in operation.

Risks due to vibrations

■ Vibrations can damage the nerves and cause malfunctions to the

blood circulation in the hands and arms.

■ When working in a cold environment, wear warm clothing and

keep your hands warm and dry.

■ If you notice numbness, tingling or pain in your ﬁngers or hands

or notice that the skin of your ﬁngers or hands has become pale, stop working with the sander or the polisher, inform your employer and consult a doctor.

■ The sander or polisher is to be operated and maintained in ac-

cordance with the recommendations contained in this manual to reduce any unnecessary increase of the vibrations.

■ Hold the machine securely but not too ﬁrmly while maintaining

the necessary hand-reaction force, as the vibration risk generally increases the harder the machine is held.

Additional safety instructions for pneumatic machines

■ Compressed air can cause serious injury.

– Ensure that the air supply is switched oﬀ, the hose is not

under pressure, that the air supply has been shut oﬀ and that the machine is disconnected from the air supply when not in use, and also before exchanging accessories or carrying out repairs.

– Never aim the airﬂow towards yourself

or any other person.

■ Thrashing hoses can cause serious injury. Therefore, always

check that the hoses and their ﬁxings are not damaged or have not come loose.

■ If universal rotary joints (claw couplings) are used, locking pins

must be used to provide protection; Whipcheck straints must be used to provide protection in case of a failure of the connection of the hose to the machine.

■ Ensure that the maximum permissible pressure on the machine is

Lubrication

NOTE

► Regular lubrication is particularly important to avoid friction

and corrosion damage. We recommend using a suitable special oil for compressed air appliances (e.g. Liqui Moly compressor oil).

– Lubrication with mist oiler

A mist oiler (not supplied) continuously and optimally lubricates the grinder as a preparation stage after the pressure reducer. A mist oiler gives oﬀ ﬁne drops of oil into the air ﬂow and thus guarantees a regular lubrication.

– Manual lubrication

If you do not have a mist oiler, lubricate the appliance before every use or longer work sessions. Add 3–5 drops of pneumatic oil into the connector nipple

Topping up the oil

To ensure that the compressed air polisher remains operational for as long as possible, make sure that there is suﬃcient pneumatic oil in the appliance.

The following options are available:

♦ Attach a maintenance unit with an oiler to the compressor. ♦ Install a ﬁtted oiler into the compressed air line or the compressor. ♦ Add 3–5 drops of pneumatic oil into the connector nipple

every 15 minutes of operation.

– the correct working pressure (3–6 bar) must be fully reached – make sure that the trigger is in the upper position

♦ Use the pressure reducer on the compressed air source to set

the optimum working pressure. Note that the maximum working pressure may not be exceeded. An excessive working pressure does not mean increased output; it merely increases the air consumption and accelerates appliance wear. Always comply with the technical information.

NOTE

► Do not apply the polish too often to the same surface as the

particles it contains could damage the ﬁnish.

► Mask any plastic components beforehand as these could be

brightened by the polish.

♦ Switch the compressed air polisher on. ♦ Guide the compressed air polisher parallel onto the workpiece. ♦ Move the appliance parallel to and evenly over the surface being

polished.

♦ Do not press down on the compressed air polisher. Pressing

down hard does not increase the working eﬃciency!

♦ When you are satisﬁed with the result, release the trigger

switch oﬀ the appliance.

♦ When you have ﬁnished working, disconnect the appliance from

the compressed air source.

CAUTION!

► Depending on the size and nature of the workpiece, suitable

safety precautions must be taken. Use suitable clamps to prevent the workpiece from slipping.

Maintenance and cleaning

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Disconnect the

appliance from the compressed air supply.

CAUTION!

► Before maintenance, clean oﬀ any hazardous substances that

may (due to working processes) have accumulated on the appliance. Avoid all skin contact with these substances. If the skin comes into contact with hazardous dusts, this can lead to severe dermatitis. If dust is produced or swirled up during maintenance, it can be inhaled.

NOTE

To ensure correct functioning and long-term durability of the compressed air polisher, pay attention to the following points:

■ Suﬃcient and continuously intact oil lubrication is highly import-

ant for optimum functioning.

■ Check the speed and vibration levels after each use.

■ Check the idle speed regularly and after any maintenance is

performed: use a rev counter and perform the measurement without any clamped tools. At a residual pressure of 6.3 bar, the idle speed may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

■ If the appliance is exhibiting excessive vibration levels, the cause

of the vibrations must be identiﬁed and repaired.

■ Use only the genuine replacement parts recommended by the

manufacturer, otherwise you could put users at risk. In doubt, contact the Service Centre.

■ Check the polishing disc

■ Clean the appliance with a soft, dry cloth only.

■ Never use sharp or abrasive cleaning agents under any circumstances.

chase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.

Warranty conditions

The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase.

If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of occurrence.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eﬀected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided.

This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force and modiﬁcations/repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für Druckluftgeräte

WARNUNG!

► Für mehrfache Gefährdungen: Die Sicherheitshinweise sind

vor dem Einrichten, dem Betrieb, der Reparatur, der Wartung und dem Austausch von Zubehörteilen an der Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder am Polierer sowie vor der Arbeit in der Nähe der Maschine zu lesen und müssen verstanden werden. Ist dies nicht der Fall, so kann dies zu schweren körperlichen Verletzungen führen.

■ Die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder der Polierer sollte

ausschließlich von entsprechend qualiﬁzierten und geschulten Bedienungspersonen eingerichtet, eingestellt oder verwendet werden.

■ Diese Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder dieser Polierer darf

nicht verändert werden. Veränderungen können die Wirksamkeit der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen verringern und die Risiken für die Bedienungsperson erhöhen.

Gefährdungen durch herausgeschleuderte Teile

■ Bei einem Bruch des Werkstücks oder von Zubehörteilen oder

gar des Maschinenwerkzeugs selbst können Teile mit hoher Geschwindigkeit herausgeschleudert werden.

■ Beim Betrieb der Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder des Po-

lierers bzw. beim Austausch von Zubehörteilen an der Maschine ist immer ein schlagfester Augenschutz zu tragen. Der Grad des erforderlichen Schutzes sollte für jede einzelne Verwendung gesondert bewertet werden.

■ B

ei Arbeiten über Kopf ist ein Schutzhelm zu tragen. In diesem Fal-

le sollten auch die Risiken für andere Personen bewertet werden.

■ Es ist sicherzustellen, dass das Werkstück sicher befestigt ist.

Gefährdungen durch Verfangen

■ Ersticken, Skalpierung und/oder Schnittverletzungen können

auftreten, wenn locker sitzende Kleidung, Schmuck, Halsschmuck, Haare oder Handschuhe nicht von der Maschine und deren Zubehörteilen ferngehalten werden.

Gefährdungen im Betrieb

■ Beim Einsatz der Maschine können die Hände der Bedienungs-

person Gefährdungen wie z.B. Schnitten sowie Abschürfungen und Wärme ausgesetzt sein. Tragen Sie geeignete Handschuhe zum Schutz der Hände.

■ Die Bedienungsperson und das Wartungspersonal müssen phy-

sisch in der Lage sein, die Größe, die Masse und die Leistung der Maschine zu handhaben.

■ Halten Sie die Maschine richtig: Seien Sie bereit, den üblichen

oder plötzlichen Bewegungen entgegenzuwirken – halten Sie beide Hände bereit.

■ Achten Sie darauf, das Ihr Körper im Gleichgewicht ist und dass

Sie sicheren Halt haben.

■ Geben Sie Befehlseinrichtung zum Ingang- und Stillsetzen im

Falle einer Unterbrechung der Energieversorgung frei.

■ Verwenden Sie nur die vom Hersteller empfohlenen Schmiermittel.

■ Es muss eine Schutzbrille getragen werden; das Tragen von

Schutzhandschuhen und Schutzkleidung wird empfohlen.

■ Vor jeder Nutzung den Schleifteller prüfen. Nicht verwenden,

wenn diese gerissen, gebrochen oder heruntergefallen sind.

■ Direkten Kontakt mit dem beweglichen Schleifteller vermeiden,

um das Quetschen oder Schneiden der Hände oder anderer Körperteile zu vermeiden. Es sind passende Handschuhe als Handschutz zu tragen.

■ Niemals die Maschine ohne Schleifmittel verwenden.

■ Es besteht ein Risiko einer elektrostatischen Entladung, wenn die

Maschine auf Plastik und anderen nicht leitenden Materialien verwendet wird.

■ Eine potentiell explosive Atmosphäre kann durch Staub und

Dämpfe, verursacht durch das Schleifen und Schmirgeln, entstehen. Eine zu dem bearbeiteten Material passendes Staubabsaugoder unterdrückungssystem ist immer zu verwenden.

Gefährdungen durch wiederholte Bewegungen

■ Bei der Verwendung einer Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder

eines Polierers zum Durchführen von arbeitsbezogenen Tätigkeiten kann es möglicherweise bei der Bedienungsperson zu unangenehmen Empﬁndungen in den Händen und Armen, sowie im Hals- und Schulterbereich oder an anderen Körperteilen kommen.

■ Bei der Verwendung einer Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter

oder eines Polierers sollte die Bedienungsperson eine bequeme Körperhaltung einnehmen, dabei auf sicheren Halt achten und ungünstige Körperhaltungen oder solche, bei denen es schwierig ist, das Gleichgewicht zu halten, vermeiden.

Die Bedienungsperson sollte im Verlauf von lang andauernden Arbeiten die Körperhaltung verändern, was hilfreich bei der Vermeidung von Unannehmlichkeiten und Ermüdung sein kann.

■ Falls die Bedienungsperson Symptome wie z.B. andauerndes

oder wiederholt auftretendes Unwohlsein, Beschwerden, Pochen, Schmerz, Kribbeln, Taubheit, Brennen oder Steifheit an sich wahrnimmt, sollten diese Anzeichen nicht ignoriert werden. Die Bedienungsperson sollte in diesem Falle einen entsprechend qualiﬁzierten Mediziner konsultieren.

Gefährdungen durch Zubehörteile

■ Trennen Sie die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder den Po-

lierer vor dem Auswechseln des Maschinenwerkzeugs oder von Zubehörteilen von der Energieversorgung.

■ Vermeiden Sie während und nach der Verwendung direkten Kon-

takt mit dem Maschinenwerkzeug, denn dieses kann sich erwärmt haben oder scharfkantig sein.

■ Nur Maschinenwerkzeuge für Schleifmaschinen für Schleifblätter

und Polierer dürfen verwendet werden, die vom Hersteller der Schleifmaschinen für Schleifblätter und Polierer vorgesehen sind.

■ Trennschleifscheiben und Maschinen zum Abschneiden dürfen

nicht verwendet werden.

■ Es ist zu prüfen, ob die maximale Betriebsdrehzahl des Maschi-

nenwerkzeuges (Flatterscheiben, Schleifbänder, Fiberscheiben usw.) höher als die Bemessungsdrehzahl der Maschine ist;

■ Selbsthaftende Schleifscheiben müssen konzentrisch auf der

Befestigungsplatte angebracht werden.

Gefährdungen am Arbeitsplatz

■ Ausrutschen, Stolpern und Stürzen sind Hauptgründe für

Verletzungen am Arbeitsplatz. Achten Sie auf Oberﬂächen,

die durch den Gebrauch der Maschine rutschig geworden sein können, und auf durch den Luft- oder den Hydraulikschlauch bedingte Stolpergefahren.

■ Diese Schleifmaschinen für Schleifblätter oder Polierer sind nicht

zum Einsatz in explosionsfähigen Atmosphären bestimmt und nicht gegen den Kontakt mit elektrischen Stromquellen isoliert.

■ Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine elektrischen Leitungen, Gasrohr-

leitungen usw. vorhanden sind, die im Falle der Beschädigung durch die Verwendung der Maschine zu einer Gefährdung führen könnten.

Gefährdungen durch Staub und Dämpfe

■ Die beim Einsatz von Schleifmaschinen für Schleifblätter und

Polierern entstehenden Stäube und Dämpfe können gesundheitliche Schäden (wie z. B. Krebs, Geburtsfehler, Asthma und/oder Dermatitis) verursachen; es ist unerlässlich, eine Risikobewertung in Bezug auf diese Gefährdungen durchzuführen und entsprechende Regelungsmechanismen zu implementieren.

■ In die Risikobewertung sollten die bei der Verwendung der

Maschine entstehenden Stäube und die dabei möglicherweise aufwirbelnden vorhandenen Stäube einbezogen werden.

■ Die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder der Polierer ist nach

den in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu betreiben und zu warten, um die Freisetzung von Staub und Dämpfen auf ein Mindestmaß zu reduzieren.

■ Die Abluft ist so abzuleiten, dass die Aufwirbelung von Staub in

staubhaltigen Umgebungen auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert wird.

■ Falls Stäube oder Dämpfe entstehen, muss die Hauptaufgabe

sein, diese am Ort ihrer Freisetzung zu kontrollieren.

■ Alle zum Auﬀangen, Absaugen oder zur Unterdrückung von Flug-

staub oder Dämpfen vorgesehenen Einbau- oder Zubehörteile der Maschine sollten den Anweisungen des Herstellers entsprechend eingesetzt und gewartet werden.

■ Die Verbrauchsmaterialien/Maschinenwerkzeuge sind den

Empfehlungen dieser Anleitung entsprechend auszuwählen, zu warten und zu ersetzen, um eine unnötige Intensivierung der Staub- oder Dampfentwicklung zu vermeiden.

■ Verwenden Sie Atemschutzausrüstungen nach den Anweisungen

Ihres Arbeitgebers oder wie nach den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzvorschriften gefordert.

Gefährdungen durch Lärm

■ Die Einwirkung hoher Lärmpegel kann bei ungenügendem Gehör-

schutz zu dauerhaften Gehörschäden, Hörverlust und anderen Problemen, wie z. B. Tinnitus (Klingeln, Sausen, Pfeifen oder Summen im Ohr), führen. Es ist unerlässlich, eine Risikobewertung in Bezug auf diese Gefährdungen durchzuführen und entsprechende Regelungsmechanismen zu implementieren.

■ Zu den für die Risikominderung geeigneten Regelungsmecha-

nismen gehören Maßnahmen wie z. B. die Verwendung von Dämmstoﬀen, um an den Werkstücken auftretende Klingelgeräusche zu vermeiden.

■ Verwenden Sie Gehörschutzausrüstungen nach den Anweisun-

gen Ihres Arbeitgebers oder wie nach den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzvorschriften gefordert.

■ Die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder der Polierer ist nach

den in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu betreiben und zu warten, um eine unnötige Erhöhung des Lärmpegels zu vermeiden.

■ Falls Sie ein Taubheitsgefühl, Kribbeln oder Schmerzen in Ihren

Fingern oder Händen feststellen oder sich die Haut an Ihren Fingern oder Händen weiß verfärbt, stellen Sie die Arbeit mit der Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder dem Polierer ein, informieren Sie Ihren Arbeitgeber und konsultieren Sie einen Arzt.

■ Die Schleifmaschine für Schleifblätter oder der Polierer ist nach

den in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu betreiben und zu warten, um eine unnötige Verstärkung der Schwingungen zu vermeiden.

■ Halten Sie die Maschine mit nicht allzu festem, aber sicherem

Griﬀ unter Einhaltung der erforderlichen Hand-Reaktionskräfte, denn das Schwingungsrisiko wird in der Regel mit zunehmender Griﬀkraft größer.

Zusätzliche Sicherheitsanweisungen für pneumatische Maschinen

■ Druckluft kann ernsthafte Verletzungen verursachen.

– Sorgen Sie im Falle, dass die Maschine nicht gebraucht wird,

sowie vor dem Austausch von Zubehörteilen oder vor der Ausführung von Reparaturarbeiten dafür, dass die Luftzufuhr geschlossen ist, der Luftschlauch nicht unter Druck steht und dass die Maschine von der Luftzufuhr getrennt wird.

– Richten Sie den Luftstrom niemals gegen sich selbst oder

gegen andere Personen.

■ Umherschlagende Schläuche können ernsthafte Verletzungen

verursachen. Überprüfen Sie daher immer, ob die Schläuche und ihre Befestigungsmittel unbeschädigt sind oder sich nicht gelöst haben.

■ Falls Universal-Drehkupplungen (Klauenkupplungen) verwendet

werden, müssen Arretierstifte eingesetzt werden; WhipcheckSchlauchsicherungen müssen verwendet werden, um Schutz für den Fall eines Versagens der Verbindung des Schlauchs mit der Maschine und von Schläuchen untereinander zu bieten.

■ Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der auf der Maschine angegebene

Höchstdruck nicht überschritten wird.

HINWEIS

► Zur Vermeidung von Reibung- und Korrosionsschäden ist eine

regelmäßige Schmierung besonders wichtig. Wir empfehlen ein geeignetes Druckluft-Spezialöl zu verwenden (z. B. Liqui Moly Kompressorenöl).

– Schmierung mit Nebelöler

Als Aufbereitungsstufe nach dem Druckminderer schmiert ein Nebelöler (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) Ihr Gerät kontinuierlich und optimal. Ein Nebelöler gibt in feinen Tropfen Öl an die durchströmende Luft ab und garantiert so eine regelmäßige Schmierung.

– Manuelle Schmierung

Wenn Sie über keinen Nebelöler verfügen, nehmen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme bzw. bei längeren Arbeitsgängen eine Schmierung vor. Geben Sie 3 - 5 Tropfen DruckluftSpezialöl in den Stecknippel

Polieren

♦ Geben Sie etwas Politur auf den aufgesetzten Polieraufsatz

♦ Verteilen Sie die Politur manuell auf der zu polierenden Fläche. ♦ S

chalten Sie die Druckluftquelle ein und lassen Sie sie solange lau-

fen, bis der maximale Kesseldruck erreicht wurde und abschaltet.

♦ Stellen Sie mit Hilfe eines Druckminderers an der Druckluftquelle

den optimalen Arbeitsdruck ein. Beachten Sie, dass der maximale Arbeitsdruck nicht überschritten werden darf. Ein überhöhter Arbeitsdruck bringt keinen Leistungsgewinn, sondern erhöht lediglich den Luftverbrauch und beschleunigt den Geräteverschleiß. Halten Sie sich daher stets an die technischen Angaben.

HINWEIS

► Wenden Sie die Politur nicht zu oft auf einer Fläche an, da die

enthaltenen Partikel den Lack beschädigen können.

► Kleben Sie Plastikteile vorher ab, da diese durch die Politur

aufgehellt werden können.

♦ Schalten Sie den Druckluft-Polierer ein. ♦ Führen Sie den Druckluft-Polierer parallel an das Werkstück. ♦ Bewegen Sie das Gerät parallel und gleichmäßig über die zu

polierende Oberﬂäche.

♦ Den Druckluft-Polierer nicht aufdrücken. Starkes Aufdrücken

Wartung und Reinigung

ACHTUNG!

► Reinigen Sie das Gerät vor der Wartung von gefährlichen

Substanzen, die sich (aufgrund von Arbeitsprozessen) auf diesem abgelagert haben. Vermeiden Sie jeden Hautkontakt mit diesen Substanzen. Wenn die Haut mit gefährlichen Stäuben in Kontakt kommt, kann dies zu schwerer Dermatitis führen. Falls während der Wartungsarbeiten Staub erzeugt oder aufgewirbelt wird, kann dieser eingeatmet werden.

HINWEIS

Um eine einwandfreie Funktion und lange Haltbarkeit des Druckluft-Polierers zu gewährleisten, sind folgende Punkte zu beachten:

■ Eine ausreichende und ständig intakte Ölschmierung ist für eine

optimale Funktion von ganz entscheidender Bedeutung.

■ Überprüfen Sie nach jedem Einsatz die Drehzahl und den

Schwingungspegel.

■ Prüfen Sie regelmäßig die Leerlaufdrehzahl sowie nach jeder

durchgeführten Wartung: Benutzen Sie dazu einen Drehzahlmesser und führen Sie die Messung ohne eingespanntes Werkzeug durch. Bei einem Fließdruck von 6,3 bar darf die Leerlaufdrehzahl keinesfalls überschritten werden.

■ Wenn von dem Gerät ein erhöhter Schwingungspegel ausgeht,

muss vor der weiteren Verwendung die Ursache beseitigt bzw. instandgesetzt werden.

■ Benutzen Sie nur Originalersatz- bzw. Austauschteile des Herstel-

lers, da sonst Gefahr für die Benutzer besteht. Kontaktieren Sie im Zweifel das Service-Center.

■ Überprüfen Sie den Polierteller

Falle von Mängeln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.

Garantiebedingungen

Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Drei-JahresFrist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist.

Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche

Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.

Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus, Backformen oder Teile die aus Glas gefertigt sind.

Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriﬀen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
