Safety instructions

For your own safety, always wear your personal
protective equipment!

♦ Wear protective goggles
♦ Wear protective gloves
♦ Wear hearing protection
♦ Wear respiratory protection

♦ The brushes are suitable for hand-operated

drills.

♦ Remove the power plug from the socket before

fitting or changing a brush.

♦ The brushes are only suitable for clockwise

rotation.

♦ Never exceed the specified maximum rotational

speed!

♦ Use a machine guard, if available.

Safety instructions as per DIN EN 1083-2

♦ Brushes must not be fitted onto machines whose

rotation speed lies above the maximum permitted

brush speed.

♦ Damaged brushes may not be used.
♦ Rust discoloration or other signs of chemical or

mechanical change to the mounting material can

cause premature failure of the brush.

♦ Brushes must be stored in suitable racks, bins or

boxes such that they are protected against the

following effects:

1) high humidity, heat, water or other liquids that
could cause damage to the brushes;

2) Acids or vapours of acids, which could cause
damage;

3) Temperatures that are so low that they could
lead to condensation when the brushes are
relocated to an area with higher temperatures;

4) Deformation of any brush component.

Recommendations for use

Only the wire tips do the work (see Fig. 1).
Prerequisite is the exertion of light pressure while

brushing (see Fig. 1).
Increased pressure does not improve the result,

instead, it reduces the service life of the brush and
requires higher input power (see Fig. 2).

For stationary inserted brushes, always work below
the middle of the brush (see Fig. 1).

Should higher rotation speeds and greater pressure be
required, then more aggressive brushes must be used.

This is achieved by:

− larger wire gauge;

− reduced braid length;

− or through another brush braid

(plaited instead of corrugated).

Optimization of the brush
attachment

The desired brush effect must be apparent within
a few seconds.

Brush effect is insufficient:

− increase rotation speed

(pay heed to max. rotation speed!);

− use a larger brush diameter;

− select a shorter braid length;

− select a stronger wire braid, or another

type of brush.

Brush effect is too forceful:

− reduce the rotation speed;

− reduce the pressure;

− select a longer wire braid;

− select a thinner wire braid, or another

type of brush.

♦ Kartáče jsou vhodné pro ruční vrtačky.
♦ Před montáží nebo výměnou kartáčů vytáhněte

síťovou zástrčku ze zásuvky.

♦ Kartáče jsou určené pouze pro otáčení doprava.
♦ Nepřekračujte stanovený maximální počet otáček.
♦ Pokud je k dispozici, používejte ochranný kryt stroje.

Bezpečnostní pokyny v souladu s normou
DIN EN 1083-2

♦ Kartáče se nesmí montovat na stroje, jejichž počet

otáček převyšuje maximálně povolený počet

otáček kartáče.

♦ Poškozené kartáče se nesmí více používat.
♦ Rezavé skvrny nebo jiné známky chemické nebo

mechanické změny na zasouvacím materiálu
může způsobit předčasné selhání kartáče.

♦ Kartáče se musí uložit do vhodných stojanů,

zásobníků nebo krabic, aby byly chráněny proti
následujícímu působení:

1) vysoké vlhkosti vzduchu, před teplem, vodou
nebo jinými kapalinami, které by mohly poško­dit kartáče;

2) kyselin nebo par z kyselin, které by mohly
způsobit škodu;

3) teplot, již jsou tak nízké, že by to mohlo vést
ke vzniku kondenzace, pokud jsou tyto přemís­těny do oblasti s vyššími teplotami;

4) deformaci některé se složek kartáče.

Doporučení použití

Pouze drátové špičky vykonávají práci (viz obr. 1).
Podmínkou je lehký přítlačný tlak při kartáčování

(viz obr. 1).
Zvýšeným přítlačným tlakem se nezlepší výsledek,

nýbrž se sníží životnost kartáče, což vyžaduje vyšší
pracovní výkon (viz obr. 2).

V případě použití nepohyblivých kartáčů se smí
pracovat pouze pod středem kartáče (viz obr. 1).

Jsou-li potřebné vyšší rychlost a silnější přítlačný tlak,
musí se použít agresivní kartáče.

Toto se dosáhne:

− větší tloušťkou drátu;

− kratší délkou štětin;

− nebo jinými štětinami kartáče (pletenými do

copu místo zvlnitých).

Optimální použití kartáče

Žádoucí účinek kartáče se musí objevit během něko­lika sekund.

Účinek kartáče je příliš nízký:

− Zvyšte počet otáček (dodržujte však max. počet

otáček!);

− použijte kartáče s větším průměrem;

− zvolte kratší délku štetin;

− zvolte silnější drátěné štětiny resp. jiný typ kartáče.

Účinek kartáče je příliš silný:

− snižte počet otáček;

− snižte přítlačný tlak;

− zvolte delší štětiny kartáče;

− zvolte tenší drátěné štětiny resp. jiný typ kartáče.

♦ Kefy sa nesmú montovať na stroje, ktorých otáčky

sú vyššie než najvyššie prípustné otáčky kief.

♦ Poškodené kefy sa nesmú používať.
♦ Hrdzavé sfarbenie alebo iné známky chemickej

alebo mechanickej zmeny na materiáli môžu

spôsobiť predčasné zlyhanie kefy.

♦ Kefy treba skladovať vo vhodných regáloch,

zásobníkoch alebo zásuvkách, aby boli chránené

pred nasledujúcimi vplyvmi:

1) vysoká vlhkosť vzduchu, horúčava, voda alebo
iné tekutiny, ktoré môžu spôsobiť poškodenie
kefy;

2) kyseliny alebo výpary kyselín, ktoré môžu
vyvolať poškodenie;

3) teploty, ktoré sú také nízke, že môžu viesť ku
kondenzácii, ak sa vystavia vjednej oblasti
svyššími teplotami;

4) deformácia niektorej časti kefy.

Odporúčania na používanie

Len špičky drôtov vykonávajú činnosť (pozri obr. 1).
Predpokladom je mierny prítlak pri brúsení kefou

(pozri obr. 1).
Vyšší prítlak nezlepší výsledok, ale skráti životnosť kefy

avyžaduje si aj vyšší pohonný výkon (pozri obr. 2).

Správny spôsob práce

Pri staticky nasadenej kefe pracujte vždy pod stredom
kefy (pozri obr. 1).

Ak je potreba použiť vyššie otáčky asilnejší prítlak,
treba použiť agresívnejšie brúsenie kefou.

To sa dosahuje:

− väčšou hrúbkou drôtov;

− menšou dĺžkou drôtov;

− alebo inými drôtmi (viazané namiesto vlnených).

Optimalizácia materiálu kefy

Požadovaný efekt brúsenia sa musí nastaviť vpriebehu
pár sekúnd.

Slabý efekt brúsenia kefou:

− zvýšiť otáčky (pozor na max. otáčky!);

− použiť väčší priemer kefy;

− zvoliť kratšie drôty;

− zvoliť kefu shrubším drôtom alebo iný druh kefy.

Silný efekt brúsenia kefou:

− znížiť otáčky;

− zmenšiť prítlak;

− zvoliť väčšiu dĺžku drôtov;

− zvoliť kefu stenším drôtom alebo iný druh kefy.

geeignet.

montieren oder wechseln.

♦ Die Bürsten sind nur für Rechtslauf geeignet.
♦ Überschreiten Sie nicht die angegebene maximale

Drehzahl.

♦ Verwenden Sie eine Maschinen-Schutzhaube,

falls vorhanden.

Sicherheitshinweise gemäß DIN EN 1083-2

♦ Bürsten dürfen nicht auf Maschinen montiert wer-

den, deren Drehzahl über der höchstzulässigen

Bürstendrehzahl liegt.

♦ Beschädigte Bürsten dürfen nicht verwendet werden.
♦ Rostverfärbungen oder andere Anzeichen von

chemischer oder mechanischer Veränderung am

Besteckungsmaterial können vorzeitiges Versagen

der Bürste verursachen.

♦ Bürsten müssen in geeigneten Gestellen, Behältern

oder Kästen so gelagert werden, dass sie gegen

folgende Einwirkungen geschützt sind:

1) hohe Luftfeuchte, Hitze, Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten, welche eine Beschädigung der
Bürste hervorrufen könnten;

2) Säuren oder Dämpfe von Säuren, die eine
Beschädigung hervorrufen könnten;

3) Temperaturen, die so niedrig sind, dass sie
zur Kondensation führen könnten, wenn diese
in einen Bereich mit höheren Temperaturen
ausgelagert werden;

4) Deformation irgendeines Bürstenbestandteiles.

Anwendungsempfehlungen

Nur die Drahtspitzen leisten die Arbeit (siehe Abb. 1).
Voraussetzung ist ein leichter Anpressdruck beim

Bürsten (siehe Abb. 1).
Ein erhöhter Anpressdruck verbessrt nicht das Ergeb-

nis, sondern setzt die Lebensdauer der Bürste herab
und erfordert eine höhere Antriebsleistung (siehe
Abb. 2).

Bei stationär eingesetzten Bürsten immer unterhalb
der Bürstenmitte arbeiten (siehe Abb. 1).

Sind höhere Geschwindigkeiten und stärkerer An­pressdruck erforderlich, müssen aggressivere Bürsten
verwendet werden.

Das wird erreicht durch:

− größere Drahtstärke;

− geringere Besatzlänge;

− oder durch anderen Bürstenbesatz

(gezopft anstatt gewellt).

Optimierung des Bürsteneinsatzes

Der gewünschte Bürsteneffekt muss sich innerhalb von
wenigen Sekunden einstellen.

Bürsteneffekt ist zu gering:

− Drehzahl erhöhen (max. Drehzahl beachten!);

− größeren Bürstendurchmesser verwenden;

− kürzere Besatzlänge wählen;

− stärkeren Drahtbesatz wählen bzw. andere

Bürstentypen.

Bürsteneffekt ist zu stark:

− Drehzahl reduzieren;

− Anpressdruck verringern;

− größere Besatzlänge wählen;

− dünneren Drahtbesatz wählen bzw. andere

Bürstentypen.
