Key Features
Built-in 160GB Hard Drive with 284-hour Extended Recording
With the DMR-T6070, you can record up to approximately 284 hours on the built-in hard drive, or up to 8 hours of material on a single-sided disc (and up to 16 hours on a double-sided 9.4GB DVD-RAM disc).
High-speed Recording from Hard Disk
New, Improved Direct Navigator
Locating your material on the hard drive or on a DVD-R/DVD-RAM disc is even faster with the improved Direct Navigator. Just press the Direct Navigator button to display thumbnails of all the programs on a disc. Then select the one you want and press ENTER.
Create your own DVD with Thumbnails
When you record material onto a DVD-R, and then finalize the disc, both the title and a thumbnail image from each title are displayed. A quick look is all you’ll need to see the disc’s contents. You can even choose any frame as a thumbnail to represent each title.
IEEE 1394 DV Input with DV Auto Recording and Automatic Playlist
The IEEE 1394 DV input terminal allows you to connect IEEE 1394-equipped devices like a professional digital camcorder to the DMR-T6070 and transfer your material onto the hard disk or a DVD-RAM/ DVD-R disc.
