A phone can be equipped with multiple NAMs. The NAMs can be programmed by the dealer either by using service software or the phone keypad or by the user using Over–the–Air Service Provisioning feature (for further details refer to the Over–the–Air Service Provisioning specification). Only the keypad method is described in this specification.
