Intended use

This product is suitable only for use indoors,
in dry and enclosed rooms. The LED night
light is fitted with a motion detector that
automatically switches the light on and off.
The product is not intended for commer­cial use.

components. This means that if it is

radio signals, it could cause interfer­ence. If the display indicates a prob­lem, move such objects away from it.

functions. In the event of such mal­functions, remove the batteries briefly
and reinsert them.

LIFE! Keep batteries out of the reach

of children. Do not leave batteries ly­ing around. There is a risk of children
or animals swallowing them. Consult

a doctor immediately if a battery is
swallowed.

EXPLOSION HAZARD!

Never recharge nonre-

chargeable batteries,
short-circuit and / or open batteries.
This can cause them to overheat, burn
or burst. Never throw batteries into fire
or water. The batteries may explode.

Remove spent batteries from the prod-

uct immediately. Otherwise there is
an increased risk of leakage.

Always replace all batteries at the

same time and only use batteries of
the same type.

Do not use different types of batteries

or mix used and new batteries to­gether.

Check regularly that the batteries are

not leaking.

Leaked or damaged bat-

teries can cause chemical

burns if they come into
contact with the skin; in such cases

you

must wear suitable protective gloves.

Remove the batteries from the prod-

uct if it is not in use for any length of
time.

Make sure that the polarity is correct

when you insert the batteries. This is
indicated in the battery compartment.
The batteries can otherwise explode.

Remove used batteries from the de-

vice. Very old or used batteries may
leak. The chemical fluid can damage
the product.

sing the LED night light

Push the ON / OFF / AUTO switch 1

to the desired position.
The following functions are available:
Position ON: The LED night light is
permanently switched on.
Position OFF: The LED night light is
permanently switched off.
Position AUTO in darkness: The
LED night light automatically switches
itself on for about 60 seconds when
a person is in the detection zone of
the sensor

Changing the batteries

Slide off the battery compartment

cover in the direction of the arrow.

Remove the used batteries if need be.
Insert three new batteries, 1.5 V / AA.

Make sure you fit the batteries the
right way round (polarity).

Close the battery compartment cover.

Cleaning and care

Only a dry, lint-free cloth should be

used for cleaning.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely
of recyclable materials, which

recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authori­ty for more details of how to dispose of
your worn-out product.

To help protect the environ­ment, please dispose of the
product pr operly when it has
reached the end of its useful
life and not in the household

Faulty or used batteries must be
recycled in accordance with Directive

toxic heavy metals and are subject to
hazardous waste treatment rules and reg­ulations. The chemical symbols for heavy
metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium,
Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you
should dispose of used batteries at a lo­cal collection point.

defects you have legal rights against the
retailer of this product. Your legal rights are
not limited in any way by our warranty

The warranty for this device is 3 years

from
the date of purchase. Should this device
show any fault in materials or manufacture
within 3 years from the date of purchase,
we will repair or replace it – at our choice
– free of charge to you.

The warranty period begins on the date of
purchase. Please keep the original sales
receipt in a safe location. This document

been damaged or improperly used or
