40858 and 40859 Fit Guide

FIT CRITERIA 1

Measure the side-to-side width of your body on a horizontal line that is 3" below the shoulder (intersection of
top panel and side panel) as shown above.

On a SINGLE WHEEL body application using PART 40858, the rack will fit if the measurement above is

71.25" or less.

On a DUAL WHEEL body application using PART 40859, the rack will fit if the measurement above is 84.5"
or less.

FIT CRITERIA 2

Measure the Top Panel ID and OD (this is where the rack feet will mount) as shown above.

On a SINGLE WHEEL body application using PART 40858, the distance from the center of the driver side
foot mount holes to the center of the passenger side foot mount holes is adjustable in the range 59” to 67.25”.
If you cannot locate top panel mount holes in this range, the 40858 will NOT fit your body. Locate mount holes
as close to the shoulder as possible.

On a DUAL WHEEL body application using PART 40859, the distance from the center of the driver side foot
mount holes to the center of the passenger side foot mount holes is adjustable in the range 71.5” to 80.25”. If
you cannot locate top panel mount holes in this range, the 40859 will NOT fit your body. Locate mount holes
as close to the shoulder as possible.
