expanding within most military
operations throughout the world. The
peacekeeping operations in locations,

supported in areas where infrastructure
has been destroyed or is non-existent.
Military Forces have turned to
containerization as a solution to this
challenge.
The Kalmar RT240 Rough Terrain
Container Handler or RTCH has the ability
to travel over unimproved, rough terrain
surfaces while easily handling twenty or
forty foot containers in even the harshest
of conditions. It is easily transportable and
does not require any special tools.

The RT240 RTCH has three versatile
steering modes, allowing the machine to
work in tight spaces if necessary. The
operator can shift between front wheel
steer, all wheel steer, and crab steer all at
the push of a button.
