Notes
• Some water resista nt models are equ ipped with a screw lock crown.
• With such models , you must unsc rew the crown in the directi on noted in the illustration to loosen it be fore you can pull it out. Do not pull too forcibly on such crowns.
• Also note that s uch watches are n ot water resistant while t heir crowns are loos ened. Be sure to screw the crow ns back in as f ar as they will go af ter making any setting.

Setting the Time and Day

To set the day

1. Pull the crown ou t to Click1.
2. Rotate the crown to set the day. Avoid changing th e day setting between 9:00p.m. and 1:00a.m. ( If you do, the day indicat ion may not change at m idnight).
3. Push the crown ba ck in to the normal posi tion.

To set the day of the week and time

1. Pull the crown ou t to Click2 when th e second hand is at 12o ’clock. The second hand wil l stop.
2. Set the hands b y rotating the crown. As you do, the day of the week changes accordingly.
3. After setting t he day of the week, rota te the crown to set the time. Make sure to disti nguish between AM and PM.
4. On a time signa l, push the crown back in to the normal position .
24-Hour Hand
The 24-Hour Han d indicates the current hour of the day. It makes one co mplete rotation every 24 hours.

Rotate the elap sed time bezel to align the mark with the m inute hand. After certain a mount of time e lapsed, read the graduation on t he elapsed time bezel which th e minute hand poi nts to. The elapsed tim e is indicated.
