Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

 Wedge T10039/1

Lower tailgate trim, removing and installin

Removing

- Switch ignition off

- Open rear window and pull wiper motor
trim

- Remove service covers

out of mountings.

- 1 -

- 2 -

and

- 3 -

from tailgate trim.

- Remove screws

- 4 -

and

- 5 -

from

behind service covers.

- Remove two screws

- 6 -

in grip

moldings.

- Slide wedge T10039/1 between trim
and tailgate.

- Pry trim out of mountings in tailgate.
Start from lower edge of tailgate.

- Disconnect wiring harness from interior
light
