Your passengers can be happy and toasty with heated front and
available heated rear seats. It also has three different settings to
help keep your seat heated just right.
Power outlets
Charge devices while you drive. The Touareg offers a 115V power outlet
and four 12V outlets, so it’s easy to recharge. Power to the passengers.
Cooling glovebox
The glovebox is ventilated and illuminated, and it locks for protection. So
you can stow your personal belongings inside with greater peace of mind.
Front seats with active ventilation
Whether on a cross-country drive or battling bumper-to-bumper
traffic, help keep your cool in the front seats. All thanks to an
available seat base and backrest that can be ventilated from inside
the seat at three levels (low, medium, high).
Electric rear seat release in cargo area
Sometimes you don’t know how much cargo room is needed until the
rear hatch is open. Now, expanding space is made easy. Simply drop
one or both rear seatbacks with an available easy switch located in the
rear cargo area. Easy breezy.

stability-enhancing systems, our Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS),*
Automatic Post-Collision Braking System, and a steel safety cage, which help
