SAFETY MEASURES
Read these instructions carefully before using the
unit. Keep this instruction during the whole operation period.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage
and cause harm to the user or damage to his/
her property.
•
Before switching the unit on for the first time,
make sure that the operating voltage of the
coffee maker corresponds to the voltage of
your mains.
•
Do not connect the coffee maker to external
timers or remote control mains sockets.
•
The power cord is equipped with a «europlug»;
plug it into the socket with a reliable grounding contact.
•
To avoid the risk of fire, do not use adapters
for connecting the coffee maker to the mains.
•
Use the coffee maker according to its intended
purpose only.
•
Do not use the unit outdoors.
•
Never leave or keep the coffee maker in places
with the temperature below 0°C.
•
Place the coffee maker on a dry flat stable surface; do not place it on the edge of the table.
•
Do not place the coffee maker on hot surfaces.
•
Do not use the coffee maker near heat and
moisture sources and near open flame.
•
Do not let the power cord hang from the edge
of the table and make sure it does not touch
hot surfaces or sharp edges of furniture.
•
Be careful while operating with outgoing
steam.
•
To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the
coffee maker, power cord or power plug into
water or other liquids.
•
Use only the accessories supplied.
•
Do not switch the coffee maker on if the water
tank is empty.
•
Fill the tank only with clean cold water, it is recommended to use water additionally cleaned
with domestic water filters.
•
Before switching the unit on, make sure that all
removable parts are installed properly.
•
Never leave the operating coffee maker unattended.
•
Do not touch the power cord, the plug and the
coffee maker body with wet hands.
•
To avoid burns, do not touch hot surfaces of
the coffee maker during coffee making and
right after switching the unit off.
•
Let the unit cool down completely before
cleaning it or removing the accessories.
•
Do not remove the filter holder during coffee
maker operation.
•
Unplug the coffee maker before cleaning or
when you are not using it.
•
When unplugging the unit, pull the plug but
not the cord.
•
For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suf-
focation!
•
Do not leave children unattended to avoid
them using the unit as a toy.
•
This unit is not intended for usage by children.
•
The unit is not intended to be used by people with physical, sensory or mental disabilities (including children) or by persons lacking
experience or knowledge if they are not under
supervision of a person who is responsible for

their safety or if they are not instructed by this
person on the usage of the unit.

From time to time check the power cord and
the power plug integrity.
•
Do not use the unit if the coffee maker body,
the power cord or the power plug is damaged.
If the power cord is damaged, it should be
replaced by the manufacturer, a maintenance
service or similar qualified personnel to avoid
danger.
•
Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after it was dropped, unplug
the unit and apply to any authorized service
center from the contact address list given in
the warranty certificate and on the website
www.vitek.ru.

Transport the unit in the original package only.
•
Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of
children and disabled persons.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature keep it for at least three hours at
room temperature before switching on.
– Unpack the coffee maker and remove any
advertising stickers that can prevent the unit
operation.
– Make sure that operating voltage of the cof-
fee maker corresponds to the voltage of your
mains.
– Before using the coffee maker for the first
time, wash all removable parts (1, 2, 9, 10, 11,
15, 17, 18, 19, 20) with warm water and neutral
detergent and dry them.
BEFORE USING THE UNIT
Note: - if you switch the coffee maker on and
don’t perform any actions, the coffee maker will
switch off in 15 minutes. To switch the coffee
maker on press any button (5, 6, 7).
– The coffee maker should be placed out of
reach of small children.
– Place the coffee maker on a steady flat heat-
resistant surface, the distance from the side
walls of the coffee maker should be at least
20 cm, and the gap above the coffee maker
should be at least 30 cm.
– Do not place the coffee maker under kitchen
shelves or cupboards. They can be damaged
by the steam released during the coffee maker
operation.
Attention! Before making coffee we recommend
washing the boiler and the cappuccinator (11).
– Make sure that the removable tray (1) and the
tray grid (2) are installed to their places.
– Remove the lid (9), remove the water tank
(10).
– Fill the tank (10) with cold water, do not exceed
the maximal level mark, install the tank (10)
back to its place.
Note: - the tank (10) is intended for water only,
do not fill the tank (10) with other liquids, such
as milk.
– Take the container (15), pull it towards you and
remove, remove the cappuccinator (11) from
the container (15).
– Fill the container (15) with water, do not
exceed the maximal level mark «MAX».
Note: - the cappuccinator container (15) is
intended for milk only, do not fill the container
(15) with other liquids, use water only in the cappuccinator (11) washing mode.
– Install the cappuccinator (11) on the container
(15), install the container (15) on the installation place until the lock clicking.
Note: - after installing the container (15) back to
its place always check if it is installed and fixed
properly.
– Set the milk supply intensity control knob (13)
to the middle position.
– Install one of the coffee filters (18 or 19) into
the filter holder (17) matching the ledge on the
filter (18 or 19) with the hole on the holder (17)
and turn the filter (18 or 19) counter/clockwise (pic. 1). Do not add ground coffee into
the filter (18 or 19) when preparing the coffee
maker for work.
– Install the filter holder (17) into the installation
place « » and turn the knob (4) to the right
until bumping « » (pic. 2).
– Place a cup of suitable height (with capacity no
less than 300 ml) on the grid (2).
– Direct the cappuccinator pipe (14) into the cup
using the cappuccinator pipe angle adjustment bar (12).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the coffee maker on by setting the
power switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I», the
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators will
light up and start flashing.

– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7)
will glow constantly.
– To switch the cleaning mode on press the but-
ton (7) «Cappuccinо» twice.
– After cleaning is finished, all the light indica-
tors of the control buttons will light up.
– After you finish cleaning the coffee maker,
switch the coffee maker off by setting the
switch (8) to the position «0».
– Pour the water out of the cup, remove the milk
container (15) - take the container (15), pull
it towards yourself and remove. Remove the
cappuccinator (11) from the container (15),
pour the remaining water from the container
(15). Slightly lift the front part of the tray (1)
and remove it, pour the water out of it and
install the tray (1) back to its place.
– Turn the filter holder handle (4) to the left
and remove it (pic. 2). Wait until the filter holder (17) cools down completely and
remove the installed filter (18 or 19) turning it counter/clockwise (pic. 1). Wash the
filter (18 or 19) and install it into the filter
holder (17).
– If necessary, perform the cleaning of the boiler
and the cappuccinator (11) several times.
– After the cleaning the coffee maker is ready
for operation.
CHOOSING THE APPROPRIATE CUP
Drink
Espresso: one/double 35 ml / 70 ml
Cappuccino: one/double 170 ml / 285 ml
Latte: one/double 340 ml / 425 ml
HOW TO MAKE A GOOD ESPRESSO
– We recommend to use fresh-ground coffee
beans or ground coffee for «espresso» coffee makers.
– Make even and slightly tamp the ground cof-
fee in the filter (18 or 19), you can do it with the
back side of the measuring spoon (20).
– Coffee strength will depend on the roasting
quality and grinding degree of coffee beans.
– If coffee is pouring out too long, this means
the coffee powder is too fine or it is tamped
too strongly; in this case use coarse-ground
coffee or coffee for «espresso» coffee makers and choose the tamping degree experimentally.

MAKING ESPRESSO
ATTENTION!
Do not remove the filter holder (17) during the
unit operation.
Do not remove the filter holder (17) immediately after making coffee as there is redundant pressure inside the filter, wait for some
time before removing the filter holder (17).
– Remove the lid (9), remove the water tank (10).
– Fill the tank (10) with cold water, do not exceed
the maximal level mark, install the tank (10)
back to its place.
– Install one of the coffee filters (18 or 19),
depending on the amount of ready coffee, into
the filter holder (17) matching the ledge on the
filter (18 or 19) with the hole on the holder (17)
and turn the filter (18 or 19) counter/clockwise (pic. 1).
– Add the required amount of ground coffee into
the filter (18 or 19) with a measuring spoon
(20) and slightly tamp the coffee in the filter
(18 or 19) with the back side of the measuring
spoon (20) (pic. 3).
– Install the filter holder (17) into the installation
place « » and turn the knob (4) to the right
until bumping « » (pic. 2).
– Place a cup of suitable height on the grid (2);
if you use small cups, take the pullout tray (3)
by the lower part and pull it towards yourself,
place the cup on it (pic. 4).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the coffee maker on by setting the
power switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I», the
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators will
light up and start flashing.
– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7)
will glow constantly.
– To make one cup of espresso use a small filter
and press the button (6) «Espresso» once; the
light indicator « » will light up.
– To make two cups of espresso use a big filter
and press the button (6) «Espresso» twice; the
light indicator « » will light up. In this case set
one big or two small cups on the grid (2 or 3).
Notes:
– if you need to switch the coffee maker off dur-
ing the espresso making, press the button (6)
«Espresso» again;
– successive making of coffee should be per-
formed with 2-3 min intervals.
– Remove the cup with ready drink from the grid
(2 or 3).

– After the coffee maker operation is finished,
switch the coffee maker off by setting the
switch (8) to the position «0».
– Wait until the coffee maker cools down,
remove the filter holder (17) and wash the filter (16 or 17).
MAKING CAPPUCCINO
Attention! When making cappuccino be careful to avoid burns by outgoing hot steam.
– Make sure that the removable tray (1) and the
tray grid (2) are installed to their places.
– Fill the tank (10) with cold water, do not exceed
the maximal level mark, install the tank (10)
back to its place.
– Take the container (15), pull it towards you and
remove, remove the cappuccinator (11) from
the container (15).
– Fill the container (15) with milk, do not exceed
the maximal level mark.
– Install the cappuccinator (11) on the container
(15), install the container (15) on the installation place until the lock clicking.
– Install one of the coffee filters (18 or 19) into
the filter holder (17) matching the ledge on the
filter (18 or 19) with the hole on the holder (17)
and turn the filter (18 or 19) counter/clockwise (pic. 1).
– Add the required amount of ground coffee into
the filter (18 or 19) with a measuring spoon
(20) and slightly tamp the coffee in the filter
(18 or 19) with the back side of the measuring
spoon (20) (pic. 3).
– Install the filter holder (17) into the installation
place « » and turn the knob (4) to the right
until bumping « » (pic. 2).
– Place a cup of suitable height and capacity on
the grid (2) (see the table above).
– Direct the cappuccinator pipe (14) into the cup
using the cappuccinator pipe angle adjustment bar (12).
– Turn the frothed milk supply (intensity) con-
trol knob (13) to the right (in this position it
produces more frothed milk). Turn the frothed
milk supply (intensity) control knob (13) to the
left (in this position it produces less frothed
milk) (pic. 5).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the coffee maker on by setting the
power switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I», the
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators will
light up and start flashing.
– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7)
will glow constantly.
– To make one cup of cappuccino use a small
filter and press the button (7) «Cappuccinо»
once; the light indicator « » will light up.
– To make two cups of cappuccino use a big
filter and press the button (7) «Cappuccinо»
twice; the light indicator « » will light up.
Note: - if you need to switch the coffee maker off
during the cappuccino making, press the button
(7) «Cappuccinо» again.
– After the cappuccino making is finished, all the
control buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators will light up.
– Remove the cup with the ready drink from the
grid (2).
– After the coffee maker operation is finished,
switch the coffee maker off by setting the
switch (8) to the position «0».
– Wait until the coffee maker cools down,
remove the filter holder (17) and wash the filter (18 or 19).
– If there is some milk left in the cappuccinator
(11), remove the cappuccinator (11) and put it
in the fridge. If you used all the milk during the
coffee making, it is recommended to remove
and wash the cappuccinator (11) (see the cappuccinator cleaning).
SETTING THE FROTHED MILK AMOUNT
Setting the frothed milk amount for one cup
of cappuccino:
– prepare the coffee maker for making cappuc-
cino, as described above;
– press the button (7) «Cappuccinо» once,
the light indicator « » will light up. After
the steam release starts, press and hold the
button (7) «Cappuccinо» for the necessary
amount of time;
– release the button (7) «Cappuccinо», the cof-
fee maker will switch to the coffee making
mode;
– the next time you make cappuccino, the
frothed milk amount will correspond to the
preset operation time of the cappuccinator.
– the time setting range for one cup of cappuc-
cino is from 5 to 40 seconds.
Return to the factory settings:
– when the coffee maker is switched off with the
switch (8) «0/I», press and hold the button (7)
«Cappuccinо», then switch the coffee maker
on. Set the switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I»,
the button (7) indicators « », « » will flash

5 times and the coffee maker will switch to the
factory settings.
Setting the frothed milk amount for two
cups of cappuccino:
– prepare the coffee maker for making cappuc-
cino, as described above;
– press the button (7) «Cappuccinо» twice,
the light indicator « » will light up. After
the steam release starts, press and hold the
button (7) «Cappuccinо» for the necessary
amount of time;
– release the button (7) «Cappuccinо», the coffee
maker will switch to the coffee making mode;
– the next time you make cappuccino, the
frothed milk amount will correspond to the
preset operation time of the cappuccinator;
– the time setting range for two cups of cappuc-
cino is from 5 to 70 seconds.
Return to the factory settings:
– you can switch the cappuccinator operat-
ing time settings back to default by pressing
and holding the button (7) «Cappuccinо» and
switching the power on with the switch (8)
«0/I». The settings for both one and two cups
of cappuccino will be reset.
MAKING LATTE
Attention! When making latte be careful to avoid
burns by outgoing hot steam.
– Make sure that the removable tray (1) and the
tray grid (2) are installed to their places.
– Fill the tank (10) with cold water, do not
exceed the maximal level mark, install the
tank (10) back to its place.
– Take the container (15), pull it towards you
and remove, remove the cappuccinator (11)
from the container (15).
– Fill the container (15) with milk, do not exceed
the maximal level mark.
– Install the cappuccinator (11) on the container
(15), install the container (15) on the installation place until the lock clicking.
– Install one of the coffee filters (18 or 19) into
the filter holder (17) matching the ledge on the
filter (18 or 19) with the hole on the holder (17)
and turn the filter (18 or 19) counter/clockwise (pic. 1).
– Add the required amount of ground coffee
into the filter (18 or 19) with a measuring
spoon (20) and slightly tamp the coffee in the
filter (18 or 19) with the back side of the measuring spoon (20) (pic. 3).
– Install the filter holder (17) into the installation
place « » and turn the knob (4) to the right
until bumping « » (pic. 2).
– Place a cup of suitable height and capacity on
the grid (2) (see the table above).
– Direct the cappuccinator pipe (14) into the
cup using the cappuccinator pipe angle
adjustment bar (12).
– Turn the frothed milk supply (intensity) con-
trol knob (13) to the right (in this position it
produces more frothed milk). Turn the frothed
milk supply (intensity) control knob (13) to the
left (in this position it produces less frothed
milk) (pic. 5).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the coffee maker on by setting the
power switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I», the
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators
will light up and start flashing.
– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7)
will glow constantly.
– To make one cup of latte use a small filter and
press the button (5) «Latte» once; the light
indicator « » will light up.
– To make two cups of latte use a big filter and
press the button (5) «Latte» twice; the light
indicator « » will light up.
Note: - if you need to switch the coffee maker
off during the latte making, press the button (5)
«Latte» again.
– After the latte making is finished, all the con-
trol buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators will light up.
– Remove the cup with the ready drink from the
grid (2).
– After the coffee maker operation is finished,
switch the coffee maker off by setting the
switch (8) to the position «0».
– Wait until the coffee maker cools down,
remove the filter holder (17) and wash the filter (18 or 19).
– If there is some milk left in the cappuccinator
(11), remove it and put the cappuccinator (11)
into the fridge, if you used all milk during making coffee, it is recommended to remove the
cappuccinator (11) and clean it (see the cappuccinator cleaning).
MAKING FROTHED MILK
You can make necessary amount of frothed milk
anytime. You can use the frothed milk for making
hot chocolate, macchiato, masala tea etc.

It is important that milk for making foam is fresh
and without additives, is not so-called long storage milk.
Take usual whole milk with fat status from 4%
to 6%, cream fat status should be not less than
10%.
– Prepare the coffee maker as described
above, it is not necessary to install the filter
holder (17).
– Place a cup of suitable height and capacity on
the tray (1) grid (2).
– Direct the cappuccinator pipe (14) into the
cup using the cappuccinator pipe angle
adjustment bar (12).
– Turn the frothed milk supply (intensity) control
knob (13) to the right (in this position it produces more frothed milk).
– Switch the coffee maker on by setting the
power switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I», the
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators
will light up and start flashing.
– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7)
will glow constantly.
– Press and hold the button (7) «Cappuccinо»
for 3 seconds, the indicators « » and « »
will light up.
– After making the necessary amount of frothed
milk stop the milk frothing by pressing the button (7) «Cappuccinо» again.
– Remove the cup with frothed milk and use the
frothed milk for the intended purpose.
– After the coffee maker operation is finished,
switch the coffee maker off by setting the
switch (8) to the position «0».
– If there is some milk or cream left in the con-
tainer (15) after the milk frothing, you can
remove the container (15) with the cappuccinator (11) and put it in the fridge.
– If you used all the milk, it is recommended to
remove the container (15), the cappuccinator (11) and wash it (see «Cleaning the cappuccinator»).
CLEANING THE CAPPUCCINATOR (11)
We recommend cleaning the cappuccinator (11 )
after the milk container (15) is empty.
– Take the container (15), pull it towards you
and remove, remove the cappuccinator (11)
from the container (15).
– Wash the container (15) with a neutral deter-
gent, remove the intake pipe from the cap-
puccinator (11) and wash it, rinse all the parts,
dry them and install the pipe back to its place.
– Turn the steam nozzle counterclockwise to
the position « » and remove it from the cappuccinator (11) body (pic. 6), wash the nozzle.
– Set the cappuccinator pipe angle adjust-
ment bar (12) in vertical position, take the bar
(12) and the pipe (14), slightly sway and pull
towards yourself, remove the cappuccinator
pipe (14) and wash it.
– Lift the silicon gasket on the left, wash the
cappuccinator (11) under a warm water jet
(pic. 6), close the silicon gasket.
– Install the cappuccinator pipe (14) back to
its place, install the steam nozzle back to its
place and turn it clockwise to the position
« » (pic. 6).
– Prepare the coffee maker as described in the
chapters above, but do not add ground coffee
into the filter (18 or 19).
– Place a cup of suitable height and capacity on
the grid (2).
– Fill the container (15) with water, do not
exceed the maximal level mark.
– Install the cappuccinator (11) on the container
(15), install the container (15) on the installation place until the lock clicking.
– Direct the cappuccinator pipe (14) into the
cup using the cappuccinator pipe angle
adjustment bar (12).
– Turn the frothed milk supply (intensity) con-
trol knob (13) to the right until bumping « ».
– Switch the coffee maker on by setting the
power switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I», the
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators
will light up and start flashing.
– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7)
will glow constantly.
– Press and hold the button (5) «Latte» for
3 seconds, the indicators « » and « » will
light up.
– After the coffee maker operation is finished,
switch the coffee maker off by setting the
switch (8) to the position «0».
– Wait until the coffee maker cools down, take
the container (15), pull it towards you and
remove, remove the cappuccinator (11) from
the container (15).
– Drain the remaining water from the container
(15), wipe the container (15) with dry cloth,
dry the cappuccinator (11).

– Before assembling make sure that the cap-
puccinator (11) and the container (15) are dry.
Install the cappuccinator (11) on the container
(15) and install the container (15) on the coffee maker.
DESCALING
Scale inside the boiler affects the taste of ready
coffee, slows down the coffee making and
reduces the service life of the coffee maker.
Note that the thicker the scale, the more difficult it
is to remove, that’s why we recommend removing
scale every 2-3 months and when using «hard»
water – more often for effective operation of the
coffee maker.
– The control buttons (5, 6, 7) light indicators
flashing by rotation will notify you about descaling.
– You can use special descaling agents for
espresso coffee makers or coffee machines
to remove scale.
– Follow the instructions on the usage of the des-
caling agent, pour it into the water tank (10).
– Install one of the coffee filters (18 or 19) into
the filter holder (17) matching the ledge on the
filter (18 or 19) with the hole on the holder (17)
and turn the filter (18 or 19) counter/clockwise (pic. 1).
– Place a cup of suitable height and capacity on
the grid (2).
– Direct the cappuccinator pipe (14) into the cup
using the cappuccinator pipe angle adjustment bar (12).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the coffee maker on by setting the
power switch (8) «0/I» to the position «I», the
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators will
light up and start flashing.
– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7)
will glow constantly.
– To switch the cleaning mode on press the but-
tons (5 and 6) «Latte» and «Espresso» simultaneously.
– In the descaling mode the light indicators
slowly flash by rotation, after 30 minutes
the light indicators will start flashing faster.
Remove the container (10), drain the remaining descaling solution and fill the container
(10) with clean water. Install the container (10)
back to its place.
– Pour the descaling solution out from the cup,
place the cup on the grid (2).
– Simultaneously press the buttons (5 and 6)
«Latte» and «Espresso» to continue cleaning of
the coffee maker. In approximately 30 minutes
the coffee maker cleaning will be finished, and
the coffee maker will switch to the standby
mode, all control buttons (5, 6, 7) light indicators will be glowing.
Notes:
– You can temporarily switch the descaling
notification off by pressing any button (5, 6,
7) and, for instance, make coffee. After the
coffee making the coffee maker will remind
you about descaling again with flashing light
indicators.
– do not delay descaling for a long time and per-
form it as soon as possible.
CLEANING THE COFFEE MAKER
– Switch the coffee maker off, unplug it and wait
until it cools down completely.
– Clean the coffee maker body with a soft,
slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
– Do not use solvents, metal brushes or abra-
sives to clean the coffee maker.
– You can wash the coffee filters (18, 19) in a
dishwashing machine.
– If the openings are blocked with the rest of
ground coffee, you can clean them with a
small brush.
– Do not immerse the coffee maker body, the
power cord and the power plug into water or
other liquids.
– Wash the water and milk tanks with warm
water and soft detergent, then dry them.
– Slightly lift the front part of the tray (1) and
remove it, pour the water out of it, remove the
grid (2) from the tray (1), wash the tray (1) and
the grid (2) with water and neutral detergent,
dry them and install back to their places.
STORAGE
– Before taking the unit away for storage, unplug
it and let the unit cool down completely.
– Clean the unit.
– Do not leave, use and keep the coffee maker
in places with the temperature below 0°C.
– For easy storing you can place the filter holder
(17) and one of the filters (18 or 19) on the rear
part of the coffee maker body (pic. 4).

ПЕРЕД ПЕРВЫМ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ
После транспортировки или хранения
устройства при пониженной температуре
необходимо выдержать его при комнатной
температуре не менее трёх часов.
– Извлеките кофеварку из упаковки, удалите
любые рекламные наклейки, мешающие
работе устройства.
– Убедитесь в том, что рабочее напряже-
ние кофеварки соответствует напряжению
в электрической сети.
– Перед первым использованием кофеварки
промойте все ее съёмные части (1, 2, 9, 10,
11, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20) теплой водой с нейтральным моющим средством и просушите.
ПОДГОТОВКА К РАБОТЕ
Примечание: - если Вы включили кофеварку
и не производите никаких действий, то кофеварка отключится через 15 минут, для включения кофеварки нажмите любую кнопку (5, 6, 7).
– Место установки кофеварки должно быть
недоступно для маленьких детей.
– Установите кофеварку на твёрдую, ровную
и теплостойкую поверхность, расстояние от
боковых стенок корпуса кофеварки до других предметов должно быть не менее 20 см,
а свободное пространство над кофеваркой
не менее 30 см.
– Не размещайте кофеварку под кухонными
полками или шкафами. Пар, выходящий во
время работы кофеварки, может нанести им
ущерб.
Внимание! Прежде чем приготовить кофе, мы
рекомендуем провести промывку бойлера и
капучинатора (11).
– Убедитесь, что съёмный поддон (1), решётка
поддона (2) установлены на место.
– Снимите крышку (9), снимите ёмкость для
воды (10).
– Наполните ёмкость (10) холодной водой, не
превышайте отметку максимального уровня,
установите ёмкость (10) на место.
Примечание: - ёмкость (10) предназначена только для воды, запрещается наполнять
ёмкость (10) любыми другими жидкостями,
например, молоком.
– Возьмитесь за ёмкость (15), потяните её
по направлению к себе и снимите, снимите
с ёмкости (15) капучинатор (11).
– Наполните ёмкость (15) водой, не превы-
шайте отметку максимального уровня «MAX».

Примечание: - ёмкость капучинатора (15) предназначена только для молока, запрещается
наполнять ёмкость (15) любыми другими жидкостями, использование воды допустимо только
в режиме промывки капучинатора (11).
– Установите капучинатор (11) на ёмкость (15),
установите ёмкость (15) на место установки
до срабатывания фиксатора.
Примечание: - после установки ёмкости (15)
на место всегда проверяйте правильность установки и надёжность фиксации.
– Установите ручку (13) регулятора интенсив-
ности подачи молока в среднее положение.
– Вставьте один из фильтров для кофе (18 или
19) в держатель фильтра (17), совместив
выступ на фильтре (18 или 19) с прорезью
в держателе фильтра (17) и поверните фильтр
(18 или 19) по/против часовой стрелке (рис.
1). Во время подготовки кофеварки к работе
рекомендуется не засыпать молотый кофе
в фильтр (18 или 19).
– Установите держатель фильтра (17) в место
установки « » и поверните ручку (4) вправо до
упора « » (рис. 2).
– Установите на решётку (2) подходящую по
высоте чашку (объёмом не менее 300 мл).
– Ручкой регулировки угла наклона трубки
капучинатора (12) направьте трубку капучинатора (14) в установленную чашку.
– Вставьте вилку сетевого шнура в розетку
электрической сети.
– Включите кофеварку, установив выключатель
питания (8) «0/I» в положение «I», при этом
загорятся и будут мигать индикаторы кнопок
управления режимами работы (5, 6, 7).
– Когда кофеварка будет готова к работе, све-
товые индикаторы кнопок управления (5, 6, 7)
будут светиться постоянно.
– Для включения режима очистки , два раза
нажмите на кнопку (7) «Капучино».
– По окончании режима очистки включатся все
световые индикаторы кнопок управления.
– После завершения очистки кофеварки
выключите её, установив выключатель (8)
в положение «0».
– Вылейте воду из чашки, снимите ёмкость
для молока (15), возьмитесь за ёмкость (15),
потяните её по направлению к себе и снимите, снимите с ёмкости (15) капучинатор
(11), слейте из ёмкости (15) остатки воды,
слегка приподнимите переднюю часть поддона (1) и снимите его, слейте из него воду,
установите поддон (1) на место.
– Поверните ручку держателя фильтра (4)
влево и снимите его (рис. 2), дождитесь
полного остывания держателя фильтра (17)
и выньте установленный фильтр (18 или 19),
повернув его по/против часовой стрелке
(рис. 1), промойте фильтр (18 или 19) и установите его в держатель фильтра (17).
– При необходимости проведите очистку бой-
лера и капучинатора (11) несколько раз.
– После проведения очистки, кофеварка готова
к работе.

КАК ПРИГОТОВИТЬ ХОРОШИЙ ЭСПРЕССО
– Рекомендуется использовать свежемоло-
тые кофейные зёрна или использовать молотый кофе, предназначенный для кофеварок
«эспрессо».
– Разровняйте и слегка утрамбуйте молотый
кофе в фильтре (18 или 19), это можно сделать обратным концом мерной ложки (20).
– Крепость получаемого кофе зависит от каче-
ства обжарки и степени помола кофейных
зерен.
– Если кофе наливается слишком долго, это
означает, что кофе очень мелкого помола
или слишком сильно утрамбован, в этом случае необходимо использовать кофе более
крупного помола или кофе, предназначенный
для кофеварок «эспрессо», и опытным путём
подобрать степень трамбовки кофе.
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ КОФЕ ЭСПРЕССО
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Запрещается снимать держатель фильтра
(17) в процессе работы устройства.
Не снимайте держатель фильтра (17) сразу
же после приготовления кофе, так как вну три фильтра может быть избыточное давление, подождите некоторое время, прежде
чем снять держатель фильтра (17).

– Снимите крышку (9), снимите ёмкость для
воды (10).
– Наполните ёмкость (10) холодной водой, не
превышайте отметку максимального уровня,
установите ёмкость (10) на место.
– Установите один из фильтров (18 или 19),
в зависимости от конечного объёма готового
кофе, в держатель фильтра (17), совместив
выступ на фильтре (18 или 19) с прорезью
в держателе фильтра (17) и поверните фильтр
(18 или 19) по/против часовой стрелке
(рис. 1).
– Засыпьте мерной ложкой (20) необходимое
количество молотого кофе в фильтр (18 или
19) , обратной стороной мерной ложки (20)
слегка утрамбуйте кофе в фильтре (18 или
19) (рис. 3).
– Установите держатель фильтра (17) в место
установки « » и поверните ручку (4) вправо до
упора « » (рис. 2).
– Установите на решётку (2) подходящую по
высоте чашку, при использовании маленьких
чашек, возьмитесь за нижнюю часть выдвижной площадки (3) и потяните её по направлению к себе, установите на неё чашку (рис. 4).
– Вставьте вилку сетевого шнура в розетку
электрической сети.
– Включите кофеварку, установив выключатель
питания (8) «0/I» в положение «I», при этом
загорятся и будут мигать индикаторы кнопок
управления режимами работы (5, 6, 7).
– Когда кофеварка будет готова к работе, све-
товые индикаторы кнопок управления (5, 6, 7)
будут светиться постоянно.
– Для приготовления одной порции кофе
эспрессо используйте малый фильтр
и нажмите кнопку (6) «Эспрессо» один раз,
при этом загорится световой индикатор « ».
– Для приготовления двойной порции кофе
эспрессо используйте большой фильтр
и нажмите кнопку (6) «Эспрессо» два раза,
при загорится световой индикатор « »,
в этом случае установите на решётку (2 или 3)
чашку большего объёма или две маленьких.
Примечания:
– если во время приготовления кофе эспрессо
возникла необходимость выключить приготовление, повторно нажмите кнопку (6)
«Эспрессо»;
– повторное приготовление кофе реко-
мендуется производить с интервалами
в 2-3 минуты.
– снимите чашку с приготовленным напитком
с решётки (2 или 3).
– после завершения работы кофеварки для
выключения кофеварки, установите выключатель (8) в положение «0».
– дождитесь остывания кофеварки, снимите
держатель фильтра (17), промойте фильтр
(16 или 17).
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ КОФЕ КАПУЧИНО
Внимание! Во время приготовления кофе капу-
чино опасайтесь ожогов выходящим горячим
паром.
– Убедитесь, что съёмный поддон (1), решётка
поддона (2) установлены на место.
– Наполните ёмкость (10) холодной водой, не
превышайте отметку максимального уровня,
установите ёмкость (10) на место.
– Возьмитесь за ёмкость (15), потяните её
по направлению к себе и снимите, снимите
с ёмкости (15) капучинатор (11).
– Наполните ёмкость (15) молоком, не превы-
шайте отметку максимального уровня.
– Установите капучинатор (11) на ёмкость (15),
установите ёмкость (15) на место установки
до срабатывания фиксатора.
– Вставьте один из фильтров для кофе (18 или
19) в держатель фильтра (17), совместив
выступ на фильтре (18 или 19) с прорезью
в держателе фильтра (17) и поверните фильтр
(18 или 19) по/против часовой стрелке
(рис. 1).
– Засыпьте мерной ложкой (20) необходимое
количество молотого кофе в фильтр (18 или
19), обратной стороной мерной ложки (20)
слегка утрамбуйте кофе в фильтре (18 или
19) (рис. 3).
– Установите держатель фильтра (17) в место
установки « » поверните ручку (4) вправо до
упора « » (рис. 2).
– Установите на решётку (2) подходящую по
высоте и объёму чашку (см. таблицу выше).
– Ручкой регулировки угла наклона трубки
капучинатора (2) и направьте трубку капучинатора (14) в установленную чашку.
– Поверните ручку регулятора (интенсивности)
подачи молочной пенки (13) вправо (в этом
положении будет большее количество
молочной пенки). Поверните ручку регулятора (интенсивности) подачи молочной пенки
(13) влево (в этом положении будет меньшее
количество молочной пенки) (рис. 5).
