Information about these operating instructions

Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance.
You have selected a high-quality product. The operating instructions are part of

this product. They contain important information on safety, usage and disposal.
Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all operating and safety
instructions. Use the product only as described and for the range of applications
specified. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future owner.

Limitation of liability

All the technical information, data and instructions regarding installation, connec­tion and operation contained in these operating instructions correspond to the
latest information available to us at the time of printing and takes our previous
experience and know-how into account.

No claims can be derived from the details, illustrations and descriptions in these
instructions.

The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage caused by failure to
observe these instructions, improper use, incompetent repairs, unauthorised
modifications or for the use of non-approved replacement parts.

Proper use

This appliance is intended exclusively for maintaining closed beverage bottles
(wine, lemonade, mineral water, etc.) and packaged food at a constant tempera­ture in private households. The appliance is not intended for commercial or
industrial use.

The appliance is not suitable for storing open bottles, unpacked or open foodstuffs.
Food may only be packaged or stored in closed containers inside the appliance.

The appliance is not intended for any other purpose nor for use beyond the
scope described. No claims of any kind will be accepted for damage arising
as a result of incorrect use. The risk is borne solely by the user.

Safety information

DANGER!

► Check the appliance for visible external damage before use.

Do not operate an appliance that has been damaged or
dropped.

► Never open any parts of the housing. There are no servicea-

ble parts whatsoever inside.

► Arrange for defective power plugs and/or cables to be

replaced as soon as possible by a qualified technician or by
our Customer Service Department to avoid the risk of injury.

► The appliance must be connected to a correctly installed

and earthed mains power socket supplying a suitable volt­age. The mains voltage must correspond to the appliance
technical data.

► Do not kink or crush the power cable. Keep the power cable

well away from sources of heat.

► Use the appliance only in dry indoor areas.

Never immerse the appliance in water or any other

liquid!

► Ensure that the power cable never becomes wet or damp

when the appliance is in use. Route the cable so that it can­not be trapped or damaged in any way.

► Never handle the plug or the power cable with wet or damp

hands.

► Protect the appliance from water droplets or spray. Do not

set up the appliance near water and do not place objects
filled with liquids (e.g. vases) on the appliance.

► Do not place household appliances such as food processors

or microwaves on top of the appliance.

WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!

► Never open the appliance housing. None of the components

in the appliance can be serviced or replaced by the user.

► Do not make any unauthorised modifications or alterations

to the appliance.

► All repairs must be carried out by authorised specialist

companies or by the Customer Service department.
Improper repairs may put the user at risk. It will also invalidate
any warranty claims.

► This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or more

and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they
are supervised, or have been instructed in the safe use of the
appliance and have understood the potential risks.

► The appliance may not be used as a plaything by children.
► Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by

children without supervision unless they are 8 years of age
or older and are supervised.

► Children younger than 8 years old must be kept away from

the appliance and its connecting cable.

► Install the appliance near a power outlet which is easily

accessible. In an emergency, the plug must be quickly and
easily accessible.

► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before

moving or cleaning the appliance, or when it is not in use or
malfunctioning. Never pull on the mains cable, always pull
on the mains plug.

WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!

► If you notice any unusual noises, a smell of fire or smoke

during operation, immediately unplug the power cable from
the wall outlet. Have the appliance checked by a qualified
specialist before using it again.

► Do not store toxic, flammable, explosive or corrosive objects,

such as spray cans, lighter fuel, acetate, alcohol, petrol, paint,
adhesives or propane gas, etc. in this appliance.

► Do not store any medicines or chemical substances in this

appliance. Temperature-sensitive materials should generally
not be stored in the appliance. They could spoil or trigger
unexpected reactions and pose a risk.

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!

► Only transport the appliance when it is empty. Remove all

containers before transport.

► Ensure a firm footing and a level surface. Use the two adjust-

able front feet to stabilise the appliance.

► Do not place the appliance near naked flames or other sources

of heat (heating, direct sunlight, gas stoves, etc.). Otherwise,
it may become overheated and irreparably damaged.

► Observe the minimum total space requirement of the appli-

ance (200 cm) to ensure adequate ventilation. Never place
the appliance in a built-in cabinet, in a narrow niche or similar.

► Make sure that the ventilation slots are not covered during

operation to ensure sufficient air circulation. Risk of overheat­ing! Set up the appliance so that a minimum distance of 10
cm to the top and back and 5 cm to the sides is maintained.

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!

► Do not operate the appliance in rooms with high humidity

(bathrooms etc.) or rooms in which explosives or easily-flam­mable materials or gases are stored. Rooms with poor air
circulation, e.g. garages, are also not suitable.

► The appliance is designed for climate class N, i.e. an ambient

temperature of 16 to 32°C. Do not operate the appliance in
excessively deviating ambient temperatures.

► Connect the appliance individually to a mains socket; do not

use a multiple socket strip or multiple socket.

► Do not use an external timer switch or a separate remote

control system to operate the appliance.

► Do not place burning candles on or next to the appliance.
► Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents. These can

attack the surface and irreparably damage it.

► Do not operate any electronic appliances inside the appliance.

Both appliances can be irreparably damaged.

Operating the appliance

Ƈ Before using for the first time, clean all parts as described in the section

"Cleaning".

Ƈ Select a suitable installation location:

– The mains socket must be easily accessible.
– Choose a location that is preferably cool, out of direct sunlight and not

near any heat sources.

NOTE

► The appliance cools down by a maximum of 18°C from the ambient

temperature. The lowest attainable temperature is 7°C (45°F). This
means that if you want to cool down to 7°C, the ambient temperature
must not exceed 25°C (77°F).

– Avoid humidity.
– Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm from other objects and walls

to the top and back and 5 cm from the sides. Please also note that the
appliance door  must be opened by more than 90 degrees in order to
be able to pull out the shelves -.

Ƈ Ensure that the appliance is stable and level. Compensate for any unevenness

in the floor with the two front adjustable feet .

Ƈ Check that the shelves - are correctly positioned in the guide rails. The two

locking appliances on the sides of the shelves - must point downwards at
the rear.

Ƈ Insert the plug into the mains power socket.

You will hear a beep and the display  shows the current temperature of
the interior of the appliance. The appliance starts the cooling process, a
temperature of 18 °C is preset by default.

The appliance is now ready for use.

Operation

Saving energy

Please observe the following tips to achieve optimum cooling performance with
the lowest possible energy consumption:

■ Do not select a temperature which is colder than necessary. The colder the

set temperature, the more energy the appliance consumes.

■ The cooler the ambient air, the less energy the appliance needs to produce

to reach the desired temperature. Do not place the appliance near heat
sources such as radiators, dishwashers or cookers and avoid direct sunlight.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation.

■ Make sure that the door  is always properly closed.

■ Do not leave the door  open for a long period of time to prevent the cold

from escaping.

Setting the temperature unit

The appliance can display the temperature in either °C (Celsius) or °F (Fahrenheit).
By default, the temperature is shown in °C on the display .

Ƈ To change the unit, press and hold

on the display  changes.

NOTE

► The same button is also used to operate the light . Press the

ton briefly again, if necessary, to switch the light  on or off again.
The light  switches off automatically after 10 minutes.

► If you are not sure which temperature unit is currently being shown, change

the display again. The higher value is the temperature in °F and the lower
value is the temperature in °C.

Setting the temperature

You can set a temperature between 7 and 18°C (45–64°F).

NOTE

The appliance is equipped with an automatic key lock. If no button is

pressed for approx. 20 seconds, the

► The appliance cannot be used for heating. If the ambient temperature is

cooler than the set temperature, the cooling switches off. The temperature
in the interior then reaches the ambient temperature at most.

Ƈ Press

temperature by 1°C or °F respectively. The display  flashes and shows the
programmed temperature. If you do not press another button, the flashing stops
and the display  shows the current temperature inside the appliance again.
The appliance now cools down slowly to the set temperature.

Inserting/removing bottles

The appliance is designed for a maximum of eight standard beverage bottles
with a maximum length of approx. 33 cm.

NOTE

► It is usually somewhat cooler in the lower part than in the upper part of

the appliance. Therefore, always fill the appliance from bottom to top and
place the bottles or foods which require most cooling in the lower area.

► Taller bottles and containers with a maximum overall height of approx.

34 cm can also be placed upright in the appliance. To do this, remove
the shelves -.

You can pull out the shelves -to make it easier to insert and remove the bottles:

Switching the light on and off

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!

► Since the LEDs have a very long service life, it is not necessary or possible to

change them. Do not attempt to open the light  under any circumstances,
as this will cause irreparable damage to the appliance!

The following table provides an overview of the recommended drinking temper­atures for various types of wine. These are only recommendations – please note
any additional information on the label of the wine bottle. In the end, the right
drinking temperature is also a question of personal taste.

► As wine heats up quickly in the glass, it is better to serve it a little too cool

rather than too warm.

After use

Cleaning

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!

Ƈ Remove all stored bottles and containers and, if necessary, provide other

cooling.

Ƈ Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket to switch off the appliance.
Ƈ Clean the appliance as described in the section "Cleaning".
Ƈ Leave the door  slightly open to prevent mould from forming inside.

Ƈ Store the appliance in a dry and dust-free place.

DANGER – ELECTRIC SHOCK!

► Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the power plug from the mains

power socket!

Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid!

► Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents. These can attack the

surface and irreparably damage it.

► Do not use any greasy or oily substances to clean the door seal. This can

make it porous.

Ƈ Remove the plug from the mains power socket.
Ƈ Remove all containers and shelves - from the appliance.
Ƈ Clean the shelves - in warm water with a mild detergent. Then rinse the

parts with clear water and dry them.

Ƈ Clean the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.

For stubborn dirt, add a little mild detergent to the cloth. Afterwards, wipe off
with a cloth moistened only with water and dry all surfaces thoroughly.

Ƈ If necessary, clean the door seal only with a cloth moistened with water and

dry it well afterwards.

NOTE

► Condensation may form inside the appliance depending on the ambient

temperature and humidity. Wipe it off with a dry cloth. Part of the conden­sation water may flow through the water drain into the drip tray  at the
rear of the appliance where it evaporates. This means you do not have to
dispose of the condensation water.

The following table will help you to identify and rectify minor malfunctions. If these steps do
not solve the problem, please contact Customer Service.

Disposal

Disposal of the appliance

Never dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of the European WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive 2012/19/EU.

Dispose of the appliance via an approved disposal company or your municipal
waste facility. Please comply with all applicable regulations. Please contact your
waste disposal facility if you are in any doubt.

When disposing of the appliance, note that it contains the combustible expanded
insulation gas cyclopentane.

Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on the
available options for disposing of the worn-out product.

Disposal of the packaging

Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Note the labelling on the packaging and separate the packaging material
components for disposal if necessary. The packaging material is labelled with

abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with the following meanings: 1–7: plastics,
20–22: paper and cardboard, 80–98: composites.

Returning the packaging to the material cycle conserves raw materials and
reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging materials which
are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this

product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statuto­ry rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.

Warranty conditions

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt in a
safe place. This will be required as proof of purchase.

If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within three years of the date of
purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you or
refund the purchase price (at our discretion). This warranty service requires that
you present the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) within
the three-year warranty period, along with a brief written description of the fault
and of when it occurred.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired
or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty.
This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and
defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after un­packing. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject
to a fee.

Scope of the warranty

This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guide­lines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not
extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile parts which
could be considered as consumable parts such as switches, batteries or parts
made of glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used
or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the
product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and
actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned
against must be avoided.

This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use
of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of
our authorised Service centres.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Temperieren von geschlossenen Getränke­flaschen (Wein, Limonade, Mineralwasser etc.) sowie verpackten Lebensmitteln
im privaten Haushalt vorgesehen. Das Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen oder
industriellen Gebrauch bestimmt.

Für die Aufbewahrung von geöffneten Flaschen, unverpackten oder offenen
Lebensmitteln ist das Gerät nicht geeignet. Lebensmittel dürfen nur verpackt oder
in geschlossenen Behältnissen im Gerät aufbewahrt werden.

Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungs­gemäß. Ansprüche jeglicher Art wegen Schäden aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer
Verwendung sind ausgeschlossen. Das Risiko trägt allein der Benutzer.

Sicherheitshinweise

GEFAHR!

► Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äuße-

re sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes oder
heruntergefallenes Gerät nicht in Betrieb.

► Öffnen Sie niemals irgendwelche Gehäuseteile. Es befinden

sich keinerlei Bedienelemente darin.

► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort

von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice
austauschen um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

► Schließen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich an eine geerdete

Netzsteckdose mit geeigneter Netzspannung an. Die Netz­spannung muss den technischen Daten des Gerätes entspre­chen.

das Netzkabel von Hitzequellen fern.

derungen an dem Gerät vor.

► Lassen Sie Reparaturen am Gerät nur von autorisierten

Fachbetrieben oder dem Kundenservice durchführen. Durch
unsachgemäße Reparaturen können Gefahren für den Benut­zer entstehen. Zudem erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

► Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber

und von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen
oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/
oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn diese beaufsichtigt
werden oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes
unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren

► Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

► Stellen Sie das Gerät in der Nähe einer gut erreichbaren

Netzsteckdose auf. Im Notfall muss der Netzstecker schnell
zu erreichen sein.

► Ziehen Sie, bevor Sie das Gerät bewegen oder reinigen, bei

Nichtgebrauch und bei Störungen immer den Netzstecker
aus der Netzsteckdose. Ziehen Sie dabei niemals am Netz­kabel, sondern immer nur am Netzstecker.

WARNUNG - VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!

► Sollten Sie während des Betriebes ungewöhnliche Geräu-

sche, Brand geruch oder Rauchentwicklung feststellen, ziehen
Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Lassen
Sie das Gerät durch einen qualifizierten Fachmann überprü­fen, bevor Sie es erneut verwenden.

► Lagern Sie in diesem Gerät keine giftigen, entflammbaren,

explosiven oder korrosiven Gegenstände, wie Sprühdosen,
Feuerzeugbenzin, Azetat, Alkohol, Benzin, Farbe, Klebmittel
oder Propangas usw.

► Lagern Sie in diesem Gerät keine Arzneimittel und chemi-

schen Stoffe. Temperaturempfindliche Stoffe sollten generell
nicht im Gerät aufbewahrt werden. Sie könnten verderben
oder unerwartete Reaktionen auslösen und so eine Gefahr
darstellen.

ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!

► Transportieren Sie das Gerät nur im Leerzustand. Entnehmen

Sie alle Behältnisse vor dem Transport.

► Sorgen Sie für einen festen Stand und einen ebenen Un-

tergrund. Nutzen Sie die beiden vorderen, justierbaren
Standfüße, um das Gerät zu stabilisieren.

► Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in die Nähe von offenen Flam-

men oder anderen Wärmequellen (Heizung, direktes Son­nenlicht, Gasöfen etc.) auf. Anderenfalls kann es überhitzen
und irreparabel beschädigt werden.

► Beachten Sie den minimalen Gesamtraumbedarf des Ge-

rätes von 200 cm, um eine ausreichende Belüftung zu
gewährleisten. Stellen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in einen
Einbauschrank, in einer engen Nische o. Ä. auf.

ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!

► Achten Sie darauf, dass die Lüftungsschlitze während des

Betriebes nicht abgedeckt werden, um eine ausreichende
Luftzirkulation sicherzustellen. Überhitzungsgefahr! Stellen
Sie das Gerät so auf, dass ein Mindestabstand von 10 cm
nach oben und hinten sowie 5 cm zu den Seiten eingehalten
wird.

► Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in Räumen mit hoher Luftfeuch-

tigkeit (Badezimmer etc.) oder Räumen, in denen Explo­sivstoffe oder leicht entzündliche Stoffe oder Gase lagern.
Räume, die über eine schlechte Luftzirkulation verfügen, z. B.
Garagen, sind ebenfalls nicht geeignet.

► Das Gerät ist für die Klimaklasse N, das heißt eine Umge-

bungstemperatur von 16 bis 32 °C ausgelegt. Nehmen Sie
das Gerät bei extrem abweichenden Umgebungstemperatu­ren nicht in Betrieb.

► Schließen Sie das Gerät einzeln an eine Netzsteckdose an,

verwenden Sie keine Steckdosenleiste oder Mehrfachsteck­dose.

► Benutzen Sie keine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder ein separates

Fernwirksystem, um das Gerät zu betreiben.

► Stellen Sie keine brennenden Kerzen auf oder neben das

Gerät.

► Benutzen Sie keine scheuernden oder ätzenden Reinigungs-

mittel. Diese können die Oberfläche angreifen und irrepara­bel beschädigen.

► Betreiben Sie keine elektronischen Geräte im Innenraum

des Gerätes. Beide Geräte können irreparabel beschädigt
werden.

Gerät in Betrieb nehmen

Ƈ Reinigen Sie vor der erstmaligen Verwendung alle Teile wie im Kapitel

„Reinigen“ beschrieben.

Ƈ Wählen Sie einen geeigneten Aufstellort:

– Die Netzsteckdose muss gut erreichbar sein.
– Wählen Sie einen möglichst kühlen Platz, vermeiden Sie direktes Sonnen-

licht und die Nähe von Wärmequellen.

HINWEIS

► Ausgehend von der Raumtemperatur kühlt das Gerät um maximal

18°C herunter. Die niedrigste erreichbare Temperatur liegt bei 7°C
(45°F). Das heißt, wenn Sie auf 7°C herunterkühlen wollen, darf die
Umgebungstemperatur nicht mehr als 25°C (77°F) betragen.

– Vermeiden Sie Feuchtigkeit.
– Halten Sie zu anderen Gegenständen und Wänden einen Mindestab-

stand von 10 cm nach oben und hinten sowie 5 cm zu den Seiten ein.
Beachten Sie zudem, dass die Gerätetür über 90 Grad geöffnet
werden muss, um die Ablagegitter -herausziehen zu können.
Es müssen demnach folgende Raummaße zur Verfügung stehen:

Ƈ Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät stabil und waagerecht steht. Gleichen Sie

eventuelle Unebenheiten des Bodens mit den beiden vorderen, justierbaren
Standfüßen aus.

Ƈ Überprüfen Sie, ob die Ablagegitter -korrekt in den Führungsschienen

liegen. Die beiden Arretierungen an den Seiten der Ablagegitter -müssen
nach hinten unten zeigen.

Ƈ Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose.

Es ertönt ein Signalton und im Display erscheint die aktuelle Temperatur
des Geräteinnenraums. Das Gerät beginnt mit dem Kühlvorgang, standard­mäßig ist eine Temperatur von 18 °C voreingestellt.

Das Gerät ist nun betriebsbereit.

Energie sparen

Beachten Sie folgende Tipps, um eine optimale Kühlleistung bei möglichst niedri­gem Energieverbrauch zu erreichen:

■ Wählen Sie die Temperatur nicht kälter als nötig. Je kälter die eingestellte

Temperatur ist, desto mehr Energie verbraucht das Gerät.

■ Je kühler die Umgebungsluft ist, umso weniger Energie muss das Gerät

aufbringen, um die gewünschte Temperatur zu erreichen. Stellen Sie das
Gerät daher niemals neben Hitzequellen wie Heizkörpern, Spülmaschinen
oder Herden auf und vermeiden Sie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Sorgen Sie
für ausreichende Raumbelüftung.

■ Achten Sie darauf, dass die Tür stets gut verschlossen ist.

■ Lassen Sie die Tür nicht für längere Zeit offen stehen, damit möglichst

wenig kalte Luft entweicht.

Temperatureinheit einstellen

Das Gerät kann die Temperatur entweder in °C (Celsius) oder in °F (Fahrenheit)
anzeigen. Standardmäßig wird die Temperatur im Display in °C angezeigt.

Ƈ Um die Einheit zu wechseln, drücken und halten Sie die Taste

im Display angezeigte Temperatur umspringt.

HINWEIS

► Mit der gleichen Taste wird auch die Beleuchtung bedient. Drücken

Sie die Taste
ein- bzw. auszuschalten. Die Beleuchtung schaltet sich nach 10 Minuten
automatisch ab.

► Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind, in welcher Einheit die Temperatur aktuell

angezeigt wird, wechseln Sie die Anzeige noch einmal. Der höhere Wert
ist die Temperaturangabe in °F und der niedrigere Wert die Temperaturan­gabe in °C.

Temperatur einstellen

Sie können eine Temperatur zwischen 7 - 18 °C (45 - 64 °F) einstellen.

HINWEIS

Das Gerät ist mit einer automatischen Tastensperre ausgestattet. Sobald für

ca. 20 Sekunden keine Tasteneingabe erfolgt, werden die Tasten

► Das Gerät kann nicht aufwärmen. Ist die Umgebungstemperatur kühler als

die eingestellte Temperatur, schaltet sich die Kühlung ab. Die Temperatur im
Innenraum erreicht dann höchstens die Umgebungstemperatur.

Ƈ Drücken Sie die Taste

um jeweils 1 °C oder °F zu erhöhen oder zu verringern. Das Display 
blinkt und zeigt die eingestellte Temperatur an. Wenn Sie keine weitere Taste
drücken, stoppt das Blinken und das Display zeigt wieder die aktuelle
Temperatur im Innenraum des Gerätes an.
Das Gerät kühlt nun langsam auf die eingestellte Temperatur herunter.

Flaschen einlegen/herausnehmen

Das Gerät ist für maximal acht handelsübliche Getränkeflaschen mit einer maxi­malen Länge von ca. 33 cm ausgelegt.

HINWEIS

► Im unteren Bereich ist es in der Regel etwas kühler als im oberen Bereich

des Gerätes. Befüllen Sie das Gerät daher immer von unten nach oben und
legen Sie die Flaschen oder Lebensmittel, die am weitesten gekühlt werden
sollen, in den unteren Bereich.

► Höhere Flaschen und Behältnisse mit einer maximalen Gesamthöhe von ca.

34 cm können Sie auch aufrecht in das Gerät stellen. Nehmen Sie hierfür
die Ablagegitter -heraus.

Sie können die Ablagegitter -herausziehen, um die Flaschen einfacher einle­gen und entnehmen zu können:

Ƈ Ziehen Sie die Ablagegitter -dazu so weit aus dem Gerät, bis die beiden

Arretierungen die Ablagegitter -in der Schiene stoppen.

Ƈ Schieben Sie die Ablagegitter -anschließend wieder bis zum Anschlag in

das Gerät zurück.



Beleuchtung ein-/ausschalten

ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!

► Da die Leuchtdioden eine sehr lange Lebensdauer haben, ist es nicht nötig

und auch nicht möglich, sie zu wechseln. Versuchen Sie daher auf keinen Fall
die Beleuchtung zu öffnen, das führt zu irreparablen Schäden am Gerät!

Der Innenraum des Gerätes ist mit einer LED-Beleuchtung ausgestattet.

Empfohlene Temperaturen

Die nachfolgende Tabelle bietet eine Übersicht über die empfohlenen Trinktempe­raturen verschiedener Weinarten. Diese Angaben stellen nur Empfehlungen dar
– beachten Sie zusätzlich eventuelle Angaben auf dem Etikett der Weinflasche.
Letztendlich ist die richtige Trinktemperatur auch eine Frage des persönlichen
Geschmacks.

Gerät außer Betrieb nehmen

Ƈ Entnehmen Sie alle untergebrachten Flaschen und Behältnisse und sorgen

Sie ggf. für anderweitige Kühlung.

Ƈ Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose, um das Gerät auszu-

schalten.

Ƈ Reinigen Sie das Gerät wie im Kapitel „Reinigen“ beschrieben.
Ƈ Lassen Sie die Tür leicht geöffnet, damit sich im Innenraum kein Schimmel

bildet.

Ƈ Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und staubfreien Ort auf.

GEFAHR - ELEKTRISCHER SCHLAG!

► Ziehen Sie vor jeder Reinigung den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose!

Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten!

ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!

► Benutzen Sie keine scheuernden oder ätzenden Reinigungsmittel. Diese

können die Oberfläche angreifen und irreparabel beschädigen.

► Nutzen Sie zur Pflege der Türdichtung keine fettigen oder ölhaltigen Subs-

tanzen. Sie wird dadurch porös.

Ƈ Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
Ƈ Entnehmen Sie sämtliche Behältnisse und Ablagegitter -aus dem Gerät.
Ƈ Reinigen Sie die Ablagegitter -in warmem Wasser mit einem milden Spül-

mittel. Spülen Sie die Teile anschließend mit klarem Wasser ab und trocknen
Sie sie.

Ƈ Reinigen Sie das Gerät innen und außen mit einem feuchten Tuch.

Bei hartnäckigen Verschmutzungen geben Sie ein mildes Spülmittel auf das
Tuch. Wischen Sie im Anschluss mit einem nur mit Wasser befeuchteten Tuch
nach und trocknen Sie alle Flächen gut ab.

Ƈ Reinigen Sie die Türdichtung bei Bedarf nur mit einem mit Wasser befeuchte-

ten Tuch und trocknen Sie sie im Anschluss gut ab.

HINWEIS

► Je nach Umgebungstemperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit kann sich Kondens-

wasser im Inneren des Gerätes niederschlagen. Wischen Sie es mit einem

Fehlerbehebung

Die nachfolgende Tabelle hilft bei der Lokalisierung und Behebung kleinerer Störungen.
Wenn Sie mit den genannten Schritten das Problem nicht lösen können, wenden Sie sich bitte
an den Kundenservice.

Entsorgung

Gerät entsorgen

Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen Hausmüll.
Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über
Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden
Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in
Verbindung.

Beachten Sie bei der Entsorgung, dass das Gerät das brennbare Isolationsbläh­gas Cyclopentan enthält.

Produkts erfahren Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde- oder Stadtverwaltung.

Verpackung entsorgen

Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung umweltgerecht.
Beachten Sie die Kennzeichnung auf den verschiedenen Verpackungsmaterialien
und trennen Sie diese gegebenenfalls gesondert. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind
gekennzeichnet mit Abkürzungen (a) und Ziffern (b) mit folgender Bedeutung:

1–7: Kunststoffe, 20–22: Papier und Pappe, 80–98: Verbundstoffe.

Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpa­ckungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von

Mängeln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetz­liche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden
dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.

Garantiebedingungen

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon
gut auf. Dieser wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.

Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Material­oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für
Sie kostenlos repariert, ersetzt, oder der Kaufpreis erstattet. Diese Garantieleis­tung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Dreijahresfrist das defekte Gerät und der
Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin
der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist.

Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte
oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts
beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche

Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch
für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden
und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.

Garantieumfang

Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor
Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.

Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie
erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und
daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an
zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus oder Teile, die aus Glas gefertigt sind.

Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt
oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle
in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten.
Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung
abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwen­dung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Serviceniederlassung
vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
