RISCO Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Seller") warrants its
products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use for 24 months from the date of production.
Because Seller does not install or connect the product and because
the product may be used in conjunction with products not
manufactured by the Seller, Seller cannot guarantee the
performance of the security system which uses this product. Seller's
obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to
repairing and replacing, at Seller's option, within a reasonable time
after the date of delivery, any product not meeting the specifications.
Seller makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and makes no
warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose.
In no case shall seller be liable for any consequential or incidental
damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or
implied, or upon any other basis of liability whatsoever.
Seller's obligation under this warranty shall not include any
transportation charges or costs of installation or any liability for direct,
indirect, or consequential damages or delay.
Seller does not represent that its product may not be compromised
or circumvented; that the product will prevent any personal injury or
property loss by burglary, robbery, fire or otherwise; or that the
product will in all cases provide adequate warning or protection.
Buyer understands that a properly installed and maintained alarm
may only reduce the risk of burglary, robbery or fire without warning,

Jumper Settings

Set jumper in position corresponding to the desired
pulse count. (fig. 6).

Walk Test

Replace front cover.

WARNING: This product should be tested at least once a week.

Apply power and wait until stabilized (> 2 minutes)
Walk through protected area (fig. 7).
Observe LED, including immunity to any available

pets.

electronics has been specially designed to give full
pet immunity - up to 70lb (33kg) dog, 4 cats or
multiple rodents) and high catch performance for

Lo ZODIAC PET con lenti custom e un’elettronica

unit in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

Posición de montaje

Pet Immunity

In order to optimize pet immunity the following
guide lines are recommended:

Ouvrez le couvercle (fig. 2).

Retirez les pastilles défonçables prévues pour
les vis d'assemblage et pour le câble d'entrée
(fig. 3).

Introduisez le câble et fixez le socle en place

Immunité aux animaux domestiques

Afin d'optimaliser l'immunité aux animaux
domestiques, il est recommandé de suivre les
instructions suivantes :

Immunità ai piccoli animali

Al fine di ottimizzare l’immunità ai piccoli animali,
seguire le regole indicate:

• Mount the detector vertically at right angles to
the floor.

• Mount the detector at a height of 2.1m-2.4m
(7' - 8').

• Make sure an animal cannot get above height
of 1.5m (5') by jumping on furniture or shelving.

• Do not mount unit opposite stairways where
animals have access.

Note: PCB should be properly aligned opposite pet
scale (fig 5).

• Installez le détecteur verticalement, en angle
droit par rapport au sol.

• Installez le détecteur entre 2,1m et 2,4m (7' - 8') de
hauteur.

• Assurez-vous qu'aucun animal ne peut
passer au-dessus de 1,5m (5') de hauteur en
bondissant sur un meuble ou une étagère.

• Ne placez pas l'appareil face à des escaliers
auxquels des animaux auraient accès.

Remarque : la carte PCB doit être correctement
alignée sur l'indicateur "Animaux domestiques"
(fig. 5).

Inmunidad a los animales domésticos

Para optimizar la inmunidad a los animales
domésticos, observar las siguientes
indicaciones:• Montar el detector verticalmente
a un ángulo recto con respecto al piso.

• Montar el detector a una altura de 2.1m-2.4m.

• Asegurar que un animal no pueda llegar a
más de 1,5m saltando en muebles o estanterías.

Nota: la tarjeta del circuito impreso debe estar
correctamente alineada con la marca frente a la
palabra PET (fig. 5).

•Montare il rivelatore verticalmente alla corretta
angolazione rispetto al pavimento.

•Montare il rivelatore ad un’altezza compresa tra

2.1m - 2.4m

• Assicurarsi che gli animali non
possano superare l’altezza di 1.5m saltando
su mobili o mensole.

•Non montare l’unità di fronte a scalinate
accessibili dagli animali.

Nota: la scheda elettronica del sensore deve
essere propriamente allineata (verticalmente)
prendendo come riferimento la parola
PET (fig.5).
